My first visit to Groundwork and found the coffee delicious, the staff friendly and inviting, and the space open and airy and lovely. I plan to come here more often.

BUSINESS sold and now has low quality products and rude staff. Stay away and don't take their advice. Too bad because the logo and reclaimed wood was a nice touch but not a reflective of current ownership. Staff has the worst turn around because the manager isn't interested in customer experience, just cashing out on the over supply of cannabis in Oregon. Total shame.

This is my go-to dispensary and I love it. I've been going practically since they started up and am amazed at how well they've been able to do in such a short time. The staff is super helpful and personable and they always sell high quality flower at fairly reasonable prices. Every day there's a different area of the dispensary on sale i.e. 20% off flower on Mondays or 20% off concentrates on Wednesdays.  You can check out their website to find out all of their deals. My favorite day is Friday where they have $5 grams on EVERY strain! It applies to all amounts of flower so you can get an eighth for under $20! Definitely check this place out if you're ever in the area.

I liken marijuana to wine. Every fruit has a story. What I enjoy about a great wine tasting experience is great educational information without the lofty attitude. The staff at Amber Light know how to educate without intimidation. Today's experience at Amber Light was on par with some of my greatest wine tasting experiences. Except that I wasn't able to sample the fruit until later. Which, btw, did not disappoint. Tell me about the terroir, the grower's intentions, the flavors I might expect and I'm all ears. I'm fortunate to be close to Amber Light but even if I wasn't I'd make the trek, just as I would for great wine.

Mike was so accommodating and knowledgeable about all the products. He was patient, congenial and answered ALL of my many questions and made the visit to the shop quite memorable. Very conscientious about covid safety as well. Clean, well run shop!! I was visiting from out of town, but so happy to have found this gem on my vacation.

Edited for open honesty: I got it wrong and got schooled.. my original post below. See epic slap down. When paying with debit card it has to charge in like $5 increments So for example if you make a $12 purchase it comes out to be like 17 or so So as an example when I'm handed less than $5 I'm capable of understanding that you didn't give me my full amount of change back I was going to tip anyway but I didn't after that it's not the first time it's happened to me in fact it's a little too often so I won't be returning except for those moments of desperation like today A little high price but local convenient 711 quality with 711 but corner convenience
