bought some bammer here once and I'm not 100 on any of this bud being organic. Marijuana standards should be sky high right now and I'm not sure this place is falling in line. Sketchy

First time at a dispensary yesterday, this one is in my neighborhood and I don't have to go to 82nd which is a huge plus.  Friendly staff and the prices were much lower than I expected.   I'll be back forsure

Very impressed with Glisan Buds. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff, GREAT farm partnerships, excellent prices. The shop is simple and no-frills without feeling creepy or sterile. Just a bunch of good people selling good bud!

Let's start with the staff. I walked in one minute before close and you would have thought I went in in the middle of their workday. Didn't rush me out. Took their time. Dudes were super on point. Top notch staff. Top notch product. Will for sure go here anytime and everytime. Expirerence was over the top. Keep it up.

This place is awesome, they were telling me about the different cartridges and told me to come back to get them when they are on sale which is cool of them.

Great customer service. Professional yet very laid back and friendly. Also didn't make fun of me for all of my dumb questions. Highly recommend!

Great Budtenders and prices!  I enjoy the selection of flower, edibles, and oils. I appreciate how they support veterans!  Happy Independence Day and GO AMERICA!!

Update from 7/20/19 below:The best keeps getting better! Before I left the house today today to go shopping, I had to look up the address again, and I saw this stuff on their website since my first review:FREE ATM, senior discount (that's me), CBD Sunday prices (here too)!7/20/19I am from North Portland. I needed a quick find to get a few things before leaving town and jumping on the interstate. I went to a couple of other dispensaries nearby in SE as listed online and they were rude, inexperienced and just plain bad. I was about to give up when I saw a very positive review from someone else who wasn't from the neighborhood, was looking around as I was and found Foster Buds on Glisan, my exact situation. I haven't been to the other location but THIS place was everything I wanted from a dispensary. Prices were below expected for most things I got, the staff were friendly and sociable and made me welcomed. My needs are simple and I was able to find everything I wanted including the brand of gummy I always use. Mostly, I was so impressed with how friendly they are, I am going to drive the extra few miles to this place from now on, or stop in when I am in that neighborhood. This my new 'go to' dispensary!

This was my first dispensary in Portland, so I waited to write a review until I experienced enough of them to have developed standards in which to weight them against each other. Glisan Buds holds up.I'll begin with my only caveat, which is that this place is marginally on the pricier side, though they seem to have a good range of high-potency selections that warrant the hike. Also, this is one of the smaller showroom floors I've walked and it can get a little tight in back. That said, the staff was immediately friendly, just oozing with gratitude for our patronage and eager to describe the plants and break down options. The were all very animated, like the best baristas can be - and I was confident I was going to walk out of the door with the best available foliage according to my tastes. That's right, I call it foliage. Also, greenery. Maybe those will catch on. Anyhow...Glisan Buds is solid. They could turn into a 5 star joint if they find a way to reward regular clients with a little extra something-something...

Great prices, great specials, great employees, well-lit, easy parking, innovative products, what's not to love?? Best dispensary in the city. A major hidden gem.

As a CBD newbie I was treated with respect and great customer service. I get questions answered quickly and am so glad to shop local.  CBD Sunday savings help too.

Despite the extremely annoying and condescending chick who works there and speaks/scolds/sings/vocal fries to people like we are in nursery schooooooooolaa,  I have been a loyal customer there, or was.   I got a bad cartridge but it didn't go bad until after their arbitrary and very stingy 3 day return policy.    I don't know what other business doesn't accept returns on defective merchandise.  In the grown up world, a defective product would be returned to the manufacturer for full credit and a store would have a reasonable return policy and enforce it universally.      In happy hippy world, everyone makes their own rules and enforces them depending on which way the warm breeze is blowing.   I was in Glisan/Foster Buds when they took a return that was past date, so let's not pretend that they don't pick and choose when their "store policies" need to be enforced.   I hope that Foster/Glisten Buds and Cannabis industry grow up and learn how to do business in the real world, especially with customers who don't fit the mold of their preferred social associates.   It's funny that these stores offer a "wisdom discount" based on age, but really, it's obvious that most of the employees in those stores absolutely despise us older folks and treat us like we're bad stupid little children.  We are the ones who have been fighting and taking the heat for legalization since long  before these smugsters were born.   Also, it was us who invented the internet, not Al Gore!Theres my wisdom for Glisten Buds!

Hello!! Considering myself new to Portland after 20 months of residency I continue to learn of new places!! I did today at Foster Buds!! C & B were friendly, listen to ky jokes, and they offer tea and coffee!! And get this ATM available FREE of charge!! Its the little things that make a difference!

This place is the absolute best. It's my neighborhood spot and all the humans that work here are super kind and knowledgeable. I always enjoy stopping by, asking questions, and finding the best weed at a good price. I can't stress enough that the employees here are so wonderful. They're consistent and I am super grateful to them for showing up to make sure their neighborhood is taken care of when needed most. Can't say enough positive things.

Def hands down best dispensary in town. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. It's easy to get in and get out. They don't have too much product just the right amount. I don't care if it's a chain now it's awesome.

Fix your store hours so you don’t waste people’s time

Way to go Electric Lettuce - you bought out one of the best local dispensaries in the neighborhood then you change their entire stock to have less selection and higher prices, removed all amenities they had as a dispensary (free ATM, coffee, etc.) and you lose/fire all knowledgeable employees only to staff with incompetent 19 year olds (I shouldn't have to explain difference in MCT oil vs. alcohol to a "budtender"). I will never be back.
