Local shop close to my house. Very knowledgable staff and friendly service. Usually leave with a staff recommendation. Also offer a loyalty incentive program just for shopping there. Colorful paint schemes and retro decorative vibes. Lots of options for your THC and CBD needs in PDX, but this place works just fine for my needs.

Electric Lettuce has a lovely team of knowledgable and personable staff.  They have great deals and promotions!!  They have different vibe to their store, a little more laid back, and some fun lingo to go along with the vibe to "type of weed".  Wonderful greens, amazing edible options, vape for days, and always fun stickers and matches of course!! One of my preferred spots!

My wife and I enjoy our visits to Electric Lettuce.They have great customer service and are comparably priced.You can expect very knowledgeable personnel who are eager to assist you.Cedar Hills is the first location we visited and serves our needs the best.If there is a drawback it is the level of stock on hand. There have been several occasions when we could not acquire the brand and type of product we had hoped to replace or replenish. That aside a visit to Electric Lettuce continues to be a regular stop.It is worth a visit.Thanks much, JC

I've only been here a few times, but it's always a great experience. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a great selection of products. The store is clean and stylish.

I love the colorful 60's ambiance of the shop and the folks seem helpful and well informed. I purchased a $70 CBD Balm for my 89-year-old mother's arthritis yesterday, but found out later that my sister had already bought some for her. When I came back to return it, they said they couldn't refund my $70 because of company and OLCC policy.The policy is posted NOWHERE in the store, or printed on the receipt.I am now out $70 for a product I don't want or need.If I had been informed of this policy BEFORE purchasing the product I would not have made the purchase.

This has been the most pleasant dispensary I've ever been to.  The other ones I've been to had nice customer service as well but this one was exceptionally great.  I didn't catch their names but the two gentlemen that helped us were very knowledgeable and awesome with the recommendations for what we were looking for.  They also had really cool merch for great prices from I think a placer called CMerch (cosmic merch?).  Someone correct me if I'm wrong please because the stuff they had was really neat.  I'm super happy we came here and would love to come again the next time I visit Oregon. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This is our go-to shop now! We lived close to this place for a long time before we even discovered it was here. It's nice because it's not on a main road, so it's only super busy because of people who know what's up - not just random tourists. It's small, but they have the shop laid out in a really cozy, cute way, like a 70's lounge. Also they have a ton of options for edibles - like way more than other shops. Especially good selection of vegan edibles! The best part is the crew, though. We usually get the same people every time and they're always super friendly and helpful. Two weeks ago I asked if they could get any more stock of this one edible product I wanted, and the really tall awesome guy (I think his name is Anthony?) was like, "Yeah, no problem, we'll order them for you!" A few days later, their store assistant manager, Joseph, left me a voicemail to say they'd gotten the product in, and then he followed up with an email also. Such awesome service!! I totally did not expect that from a dispensary, but I should have -- they're always this nice whenever we go in!The only person I don't love there is the woman who helped us out on our last visit - long blonde hair and glasses. She was not very friendly and my husband said she kind of batted his hand away when he tried to look at the packaging on something - like, I know we're not supposed to touch display stuff on our own, but she could have been much gentler about it. He said she made the entire experience kind of stressful and seemed very put-out by simple questions, which is totally not what you want when you go in to buy relaxing CBD and stuff. But I don't want to complain because we absolutely love this store and everyone else who works there.Definitely check this place out if you're looking for an awesome selection and really great customer service!

Sometimes I feel like "Oh no, mom's buying drugs" when I go to some shops, but here it's just a fun casual place with very friendly staff.Question for who does the ordering as I don't have any industry buddies:I was wondering if you ever carry Grön  chocolates? Is it ever possible to get brands from Seattle like: Ethos, Swifts and American Baked!

WOW! Josh really knows his stuff. Walked in looking for a cartridge and walked out with a plethora of knowledge and down by Josh himself. This guy needs a raise! Fantastically helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable. Well they kind a warm vibes. I would come back to this dispensary just to deal with josh again. Best bud tender I have ever come across. And that's saying something. As I have been to many, many dispensaries. Josh need to raise.!!

Every time I stop by I am blown away with how good the service is.  The employee's are quality people that know what they're talking about.  They're pleasant and kindly offer advice.  Not to mention the quality of herb they stock is the best.

This is my go to store. The staff is amazing. They are super knowledgeable, friendly and never make me feel rushed or pressured. There is a wide variety of products to choose from and an ATM on site.

Great quality nugs in Portland (the biscotti was A+). Clean, organic and tasty. Staff was really knowledgable and nice.

This is my favorite dispensary in the Portland area. Every time I go in, I am greeted with happy people who are genuinely happy to help. They are very informative and helpful when it comes to giving you the product that you're looking for. I highly recommend going here for a good experience and good product.

This is my place. THE place. I love the people, the location is perfect, I love the ambiance, and of course the bud is choice. Silver Hawk is our go to, but the budtenders are knowledgeable and will recommend something similar if it's not available. We just got some flower that burns perfectly and has a lingering starfruit-flavored finish. Fantastic. I also love their apparel -- last year's "ugly Christmas sweater" sweatshirt is my favorite. I hope this place does well, because we'll be customers as long as it's open. Thank you Electric Lettuce!

Helpful and knowledgeable staf is always a plus. I'm wondering were the lower prices are tho....there wouldn't be a surplus if the prices were even close to Washington. If they were I'd give 5 stars and shop here, otherwise its 4 and I drive across the border.

Sell faulty products without thoroughly explaining exchange policy at time of purchase. Nice to throw $40 down the drain. I'll never shop here again and will be encouraging my friends, family, and clients to do the same.

Way overpriced with a staff who doesn't know much about the strains and all pushes the same strain. Felt like Halloween with staff members dressed like Harry Potter characters. Overly dried product lacking of taste just gave me a headache

It was an ok experience as I was looking for CBD. However they had a limited selection and I did buy a bottle at a fair price. They could probably stand to increase the variety.

Electric Lettuce is by far the coolest of the local dispensaries.  I can appreciate that!  Cool counts.Besides the cool factor they have a great assortment of edibles in the form of dummies and chocolates that contain both THC and CBD or just CBD, for those who seed a quantity of pain control, or THC for those who want to have a nice trip.The bud tenders are knowledgable, and it's friendly for new cannabis medical card holders.I go by whenever I'm in the area..and plan on visiting tomorrow-it's 4/20 after all.They have morning specials from 9AM to 10AM that are worth making an extra trip to take advantage of.Leafly.com has their menu on line:leafly.com/news/strains-…

Excellent selection and very nice employees and atmosphere! I strongly recommend the Golden Pineapple! Very delicious and a lovely hybrid. They also have some prerolls which are great as well! Interesting art and old school comics all over the place, plus wicker chairs hanging from the ceiling. Love the art painted on the side of the building also! My only place now. Combine it with a trip to 808 grinds and you have yourself a perfect day

I am new to the whole CBD products so I was nervous entering into the store. I was relieved when the employee was friendly and knowledgeable!! They put me at ease and now I will not go anywhere else!! I use it for pain for my Neuropathy and they have so many products to choose from! Thank you for being awesome

This place is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love the choices of flower. They always have the most fragrant selection. It's a bit off the beaten path but it's worth the trip! (And I LOVE their signage!)

I have been into this dispensary a few times, 4+. Each time there is a good selection with excellent quality flower. They are old school service, let you see and smell the varieties and talk to you about each. They serve your choice of flower from the primary jars they have out and you looked at to select from; no pre-packed/ pre-bottled bs that some places will give you. The signage with the flower is a bit awkward, the jar has a nice rating system with the feeling and x/y graph; but the thc/cbd level and price are on another sign. It'd be great to have those all on the jar as a customer. They don't sell clones for summer outdoor season. But overall, excellent bud dispensary.

Super super friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. I've gone to 2 other shops (NOT electric lettuce shops) and when I said I'm sensitive to weed I got "just smoke less". NONE of this happens at Electric Lettuce as the sales staff gives a crap about what you're buying. I found my absolute favorite strain there and would highly recommend you check it out if you're looking for a shop!

This is as good as it gets my friends!! Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. Affordable prices, great variety of strains, and products. PLUS curbside pickup (delivery w/in Portland city limits) and online ordering!

Overpriced flower. Selling grams of outdoor for $10/gram before tax? $15 grams before tax on top shelf that would be considered mid-tier quality at other shops. This isn't 1999 folks. This place is a joke with the surplus of quality cannabis in Oregon. First time walking out of a dispensary since they legalized in our state.

Hard to shop anywhere else in good conscience. These folks care about quality and hospitality more than any other dispensary I've been to. They deserve to continue growing and evolving. Don't spend your money on a lower quality experience than EL; you might regret it.

I've given this place a couple of chances but I'm very disappointed even as a repeat customer. Every ounce I buy feels consistently short and the ATM double charges fees bc it can't spit out over 200 at a time. Lame.  They didn't even have any CBD weed last time I was there... screw it. I'm done!Only not a one star bc they give a crap about Covid I guess.

Went to this dispensary to get an affordable eighth Cheapest they had was $26 and I got it, I'm at home smoking wondering why I'm not getting stoned then I come across a seedNice.So they sold me subpar weed that wasn't even worth the $26 As most marijuana enthusiasts know, a seed is a sign of significantly reduced quality and will cause a strain to be less potent because the plant has spent more time trying to reproduce. They shouldn't be selling it without telling customers it's a seed batch

There has been a certain shadow hanging over marijuana outlets.  People think "dark, dank, shadowy".  But really, it's clean, light, well-organized and managed.  The waiting room is spacious and your time in it is very short.If you haven't tried Electric Lettuce, it's probably time.

Staff is attentive, helpful, and honest. Will be coming back.

Don't shop here. Overpriced and not worth it. I got a quarter and 1.5 grams was shake. My roommate picked it up as I am on crutches. I am not paying $85 for a quarter because I want shake. The supervisor on duty said shake may have fallen off big buds and because I didn't bring it back same day they can't give me a nug or 10% next 1/4. I am done shopping at Electric Lettuce locations.

Two of the cashiers were terrible. The black guy actually ignored me when I thanked him for ringing me up. If you are not polite to a random customer who just handed you money than you shouldn't be a cashier. My job requires me to be polite to customers and it is not difficult. The older cashier was friendly enough I suppose. The lack of a counter display was a surprise, you have to ask to see each strain up close. That is just a stupid waste of time for both customer and employee.

A friend is starting a heavy series of chemo this month for aggressive breast cancer so I wanted to purchase some cannabis from a reliable source. I chose curbside pickup at electric lettuce in cedar mills based on a recommendation. I was so impressed with the service that I wanted to write a review so others can also feel comfortable purchasing from them. They have a beautiful online ordering platform and curbside pickup system that was super clear, efficient and effective. I clicked on the link upon arrival and within minutes a very nice guy appeared at my car window to check my ID, confirm my order and take my payment. Within minutes he returned with the perfect order and I was off. I found the whole process to be terrific and the products look wonderful too. Highly recommend this store.
