I went here at 7:30 for their Black Friday deals, they state all over their Leafly that it begins at 7:45. But I get there and they don't open the door until after 8:00. Who cares that you lie to your customers and they have to wait in the 30° weather outside. I was going to spend $500+ on a Puffco peak and a bunch of extracts but they refuse to tell me the price of the Peak through the phone forcing me to come to their shop where they lie about what time it opens. Horrible shop, horrible way to treat your customers. If anyone is looking for better deals on extracts please save yourself the time and hassle and just go to Portland Extracts. It's comical the amount of people who were in line with me and left as well. You guys have absolutely no idea how to run a business. Please stay far away from they garbage shop.

Yo, dude gave me the vape pen out of his pocket when they ran out of stock.  This is the pinnacle of customer service.

Went there for the 4/20 sale and waited for their first 100 people promotion and it wasn't worth it. They're understaffed, the facility is small and they didn't really have a selection that interest me. The only redeeming quality is they do have a friendly and hardworking staff

This is a nice little spot by the airport. I have to head out to PDX once in a while for work and I stay near the airport. This is definitively the best shop in the area for all you travelers who need some gonja, or you folks on a layover that want to do a quick bit of weed tourism. The person who helped me was really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable (Taylor? Sorry man, too much gonja). Anyhow, he answered a lot of my weird questions and helped me pick up some killer soaking salts from Empower. I work 12 hour days most days, so these things are amazing after a long day and flight.A very wide selection of flower, edibles, concentrates and pre-rolls. I would have liked a few half-gram joint options - but the deals on the gram pre-rolls were good enough, so that doesn't really matter. I read one review where some guy called this part of town "sketchy".First of all: What? Yo, I'm from Oakland and you're a super-bourgie yuppie. Second, just because brown people live somewhere doesn't mean it is sketch, ya goober. Burn some sage and think about your perceptions, maybe clean out those negative privileged vibes that have skewed your ability to see. Over all this is a great shop to head into if you in the area. It's not sketch, it's real. This is where working people live, and I love it over here. &hearts

The space is tiny but the variety they offer is pretty impressive, especially compared to other dispensaries. Their prices are also pretty crazy good. One thing to note is that they seem to sell out toward the end of the week, so plan ahead. They carry the Buddies brand cartridges which I find nice and potent (upwards of 90% THC) and tons of different flower strains at $48-$150/oz.

Good quality for products, customer service isnt what I was expecting the vibe I felt being helped by this lady was very rude seemed like she more just wanted to sell me products and get onto the next person. Probably will not be back.

Pricing is good until you realize concentrate is systematically being skimmed from non sealed packages. So disrespectful. Regular customer for a while but I will never be back. Every trip I make ends in at least one container weighing out at least a quarter of a gram short. Have shopped at many dispensaries in many states and have never had this issue once. Congratulations I guess? You make bank in tips; but I guess nothing is ever enough? Hope it feels good at night to rip people off who are legitimately hurting and strive to be good customers and community members. Again, watch your weights here on oil.

This dispensary is super bomb! They have like +100 different kinds to choose from in all the price ranges from the budget smoker to the high (hehe) end consumer. Large selection of waxes and oils, topical and pre-rolls! I always do the deals on joints!Now that the parking lot is paved this place is THE spot on the green mile  The owners Dan and Anna are great people too

Only good thing about this place is the pricing for med patients. Budtenders are generally always rude and clueless about oil, and weed. The budtenders also treat the expensive dab oil like it's trash and toss it around and set it upside down inside your bag so when you get home the entire g is sitting on the lid waiting for you. (Happened on several occasions). More than once I was sold "top shelf weed" that was drier than a 80 year old hooch and didn't even tickle my pickle and it definitely cost more than a fucking nickel.

Quick, easy, and no hassle. Their menu is very organized and easy to read. Helped instantly and the payment process was painless. This is near the airport so that's a plus since we are just visiting from San Diego.There isn't a lot of parking space out in front, but the store itself is small. However, they have a lot to select from and I highly recommend this location.

Love this place! They gave me a free pair of huf weed leaf socks on my first medical visit! They always have boombstic deals on dabs. Many 3 gram deals as low as 60 bucks$!!  The selection is huge! They also have a very nice selection of edibles and loose buds.  I recommend the Sizurup at 380 mg. They also now have Twaxed joints too! I need to try them.

This place has kept its prices lower than everyone else in the Portland and surrounding areas. They just paved their driveway and their selection is always rotating (with deals galore!). This is my no. 1 spot to go to if I'm not in Vancouver.

My favorite Dispensary even though it is on the other side of town. I like that the bud is not reweighed, offered a Veterans discount and very friendly bud tenders.  I highly recommend.

This place was terrible. The worst service and staff in town. The facility would be okay without their waiting room. They photo copy your ID or scan a copy of it. Either way they are conducting illegal recordings of your IDs. Be aware!!! The woman who runs this place is a horrible excuse for customer service.

I was in need of weed and this place was the only thing open. Very small dysfunctional parking lot. I walk into a very small claustrophobic space and instantly smell skunky musty burnt weed. I already knew I would be dealing with a staff with an equivalent set of knowledge as your typical high school stoner. I first asked for a high cbd strain. No strains with any significant cbd. No strains lower on the thc. I then settled and just asked for a pure indica. The worker began to show me a random selection of jars. Then sat on a laptop looking up strains for a few minutes i was already getting impatient. I could tell they were completely guessing as they presented me a jar of completely dense high concentration sativa and told me it was indica. Owner seemed even more clueless. I payed more than I should to simply buy two gs of indica and still had to make the judgement for myself which of the strains was in fact indica. Overall this dispensary works if you're just looking to get baked but is a horror if you have any specificities even as simple as indica sativa thc level.

Good selection. Great Prices. The line was out the door when I went, and although I have hella social anxiety (go figure) it was worth the wait and "cozy" interior. They are cash only.

I need to take a secondly shout out the entire staff at AmericannaRX! This is THE DISPENSARY if you want a knowledgable friendly staff who will remember you for coming back and always greet you with a warm welcome. The selection of concentrates, flower, and edibles is very large and encompasses all of even the most seasoned of cannabis patients needs. I literally want to hug the bud tenders before I leave sometimes because they treat me so well. I have been shopping at local dispensaries for almost a year now and while some places may have an aesthetic that impresses the eyes; Americanna instead puts its primary focus on caring for their patients, and they do so in spades.So drop in and pickup some dabs or flower and don't forget to pick up some delicious Jolly Greens candy !!! Yum!!! (Watermelon is my fav)

AmeriCannaRx is one of the finest dispensaries I've been to in Portland. They have great customer service. The staff really knows their stuff, and are very friendly and helpful. The products at the dispensary are GREAT! Excellent special deals, and the regular prices beat most dispensaries I've checked out. I highly recommend this dispensary for all your medical & recreational needs.

Dude was pushyyy. Showed us the overpriced stuff first, didn't really have recommendations (told him I can get anxious, that I wanted a giggly body high), all the weed he showed us looked super dry. The gram I bought was the skimpiest gram I've ever seen. While I was there, I also bought a bar of chocolate from grön. This thing is actually TINY. If I'd known the bar itself was a centimeter thick by 14 centimeters long I would not have spent $30 on it. The packaging is roughly five times the size of the chocolate inside, and the massive CBD content the pushy dude bragged about is per /bar/ not per serving. There are a zillion other better shops to buy from. I'm never going back to this one.

I went in to buy medical cannabis for my son, he is a legal, card carrying OMMP patient. At one point they told me I had to leave because I stated I was purchasing medicine for my son, who is the patient, who we have cards for, which 3 employees had already inspected. I felt like they were kind of extreme from the beginning about asking for identification, I think I had to show it at least 4 times before I completed my purchase. The whole experience was really bizarre and they were not kind. I ended up purchasing from them, with regret. Thinking back I should have left immediately based on the initial vibe. Two of the employees were kind and just trying to do their jobs, but the very short lady with the long hair and the older gentleman were so rude, even after apologies were made for their rudeness by the two employees who were nice, I felt like I wasn't welcome there. Perhaps they only care about big sales, and not the customers who are there because they are medical patients. I won't ever go to this place again. Trees and LaMota both have really nice people working for them, who seem to care about people and are not just there for the paycheck. When your dealing with people, especially medical patients, it's good to have a compassionate system in place. Even rec customers appreciate being treated with kindness.

I was looking to grab some oils today for budget prices, without sacrificing my own safety.... Boy was I wrong to go to AmericannaRx. This shit was tane soup. On top of that........ I call in to ask their return policy and they got very very offended and turned rude and unaccommodating. Made me just want to purge it myself on a heat tray and not have to deal with these guys again. Definitely not coming back here anytime soon and will be spreading the word about how shitty their concentrates are AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Peace.

I'll pass. Pricing too high. Customer service is horrible. Wasn't even purchasing anything today and all due to being with someone who was medical was immediately attacked about not to be exchanging money in the facility(as if we were going to do so like they knew even tho that was not gonna happen seeing I was just along for the ride but of course they assumed and covered it up with I guess I should tell you guys now) and the medical person can't buy anything for me due to the dispensary being in jeopardy of getting in trouble. First of all if my man runs out of money for his purchase and I need to give him more cash to avoid using the ATM then that shouldn't be an issue, therefor you miss out on a sale because of your heinous rules. Maybe if you weren't a sketch business to begin with you wouldn't have to worry. I refuse to return to this dispensary if I ever decide to purchase cannabis. I've read over some reviews on leafly and such as well of what others have said and the responses they give to people are so condescending and rude it's so unprofessional. The people who run this joint sound like some trash of people seeing the other people they hire reflect that same demeanor. I work for a hotel and refuse to every tell anyone about this dispensary. Ever. I don't appreciate terrible customer service and have worked for a dispensary myself and the rules of the road don't call for you to attack a customer immediately as they get in the door or rules and assume they're gonna break them, be polite regardless of a customers response. Feeling attacked as soon as you walk in, i don't understand how this place is still in business considering a majority of people have said similar things about service and such. There's much better places to visit on the SE side of town, and down the road from this shit hole.

This place really needs some updated reviews because most of the issues on previous reviews are long gone.This place is awesome, there are A LOT of options in the Portland area but I will go out of my way to go here.Long gone are the days with "6 strains sitting on a spice rack." When you enter (yes the waiting room is small but everywhere's is) you will find what looks like 40-50 strains in giant glass jars with huge labels on them. They have awesome deals, when I say awesome I mean $30 quarters (you can get a full ounce as well) of really good weed (picked up Animal Cookies and Skywalker OG), $50 dollar quarters of top shelf. There will be quite a few strains at the different price points and they change regularly. They also had a wide variety of cartridges (I got the half gram NaturalOR brand which was only $18 each). Huge variety of wax if that's what you're going for.I think the edible market in Oregon is a joke and the fact that all edibles are capped at 50mg and can cost up to $30 makes some steer clear of edibles in Oregon, but they're there if you're looking for that.If anyone calls this a "sketchy area" I would laugh and tell them to leave Portland on the weekends and check out the rest of the country because the area (and basically all of Portland) is far from sketchy.

What a hell hole! I went here today for the first time. It was essentially a run-down tool shed with a spice rack inside, holding maybe 6 strains that are labeled via hand-written labels. While there were only two customers, I had to wait outside (and couldn't leave because they had my ID) because I am assuming there was no room, as their 2 staff members and security guard were chatting it up inside (their attitude was ridiculous; you are not cool for working in a tool shed, sorry guys!). Outside waited another customer, but luckily his ID hadn't been taken. I was mad that I wasted all that time to go inside and find what I did. Not worth what little space it is taking up in this city. Would not recommend!

I purchased 2 vapes last week.  1 vape I purchased came broken from NW Kind, not a single but) but I didnt return it in 48 hrs bc I didnt know it didnt work til 4 days later bc I purchased 2 to use after one ran out.  Anyway, not only did they not give me a replacement, they didn't give a shit that I was now $30 in the hole.   I have an infection in my low back joint for over a month and cant walk or drive.  I rely on CBDs. And rides from friends. I have come in 4x in the last month for meds.  And I was shocked they didnt help me. In the slightest.  I literally purchased an item that came broken from manufacturer and they didnt do anything for me.  So they lost a costumer.  They dont care but I do.  So Americanna,  thank you for terrible customer service, shitty attitude and consumer rip offs.  Not only am I very ill right now, Ive  given you so much of my money and referrals, and trust that if I purchase an item from your store, come back a few days later with a defective product, see the excruciating pain im in, know I'm a repeated costumer and DO NOTHING to help me with a shitty attitude..... My conclusions is your greedy and your customers dont mean shit to you.

The weed is great cool deals our last bud tender was so nice I can't remember his name other than that sometimes the employees are a lil rude. The guy with the longer hair in particular

I highly recommend this place. Nice clean shop. Had so many options with great pricing and very knowledgeable staff. There was a small wait to get in as they are only letting a couple people in at a time.

Would post zero stars if I could this shop is a scam they sell their ounces for 100$ more than 80% of other shops in town with the exact same flower don't waste your time or money here.

Great store great selection can't your stuff obey the law and wear masks makes me rethink shopping there

Just moved to Oregon from New Mexico, after hearing great things about Americanna my friend and I decided to check it out. Upon arrival our IDs were checked and confiscated (respectively 23 and 21). The door guy insisted that we had been here before with another set of fake IDs. Told us very aggressively to get off the premises or the cops would be called. We were shocked by this and obviously did not leave as we needed our IDs. This man came back and claimed that our state issue IDs were not up to standard, claiming that he had an ID of my friend at his home. Keep in mind we just moved here days prior. The cops were not called and they eventually gave the IDs back, which seems like a weird thing to do if an ID were fake. Never coming back to this establishment and I wouldn't recommend to anyone new to the area or a resident of Portland.

Don't waste your time. They're extremely disorganized with some horribly unprofessional employees. Plus they follow a page dedicated to making fun of homeless people. Find somewhere that isn't run by scum to spend your money at.

Horrible service and cleanliness. One guy was wiping his nose, with a gloved hand, as he sorted weed. That's gross!The guy that helped me went to the back multiple times "to find something" and came back out to finish my order while he was talking on the phone. Between the extensive wait times and disgustingness of those working at this dispensary, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

So I feel like people here either love or hate AmericannaRx. I have two go-to's and this was one of em, until today. Go check out Mongoose Cannabis Co in SE instead!The bud tender helping me out, a girl that I've never seen before, kept trying to sell me on flower that's on sale bc it's old. I said no thanks, I'd rather stick to the $30ish range but fresher flower. After staring around for a minute or so she finally said it's all gonna be pretty old so she'll just give me the stuff that's not on sale. Like??? All these shelves of flower and you're gonna tell me it's ALL old? Whatever, I thought, it's just an 1/8th so I'll go through it fast enough. I just wanted to end my interaction with her at that point. As she's weighing out my flower, she starts talking to another customer about how he can get his weed while avoiding the mask mandate. She started that convo btw, not the other customer. They were both going on and on about how the governments been lying to us this whole time and masks are bullshit (she wasn't even wearing a mask, just a half face shield). Then ended the interaction with "stay safe. Wait, stay well! None of that safe bullshit." If you've ever been inside Americanna, you know that place is a tiny closet. I'm not stepping foot back in there with employees who refuse to wear an actual mask, probably aren't vaccinated, and only offer old flower. TLDR: only go to Americanna if you want old weed and the delta variant.

Great strains, great customer service, and more. Always dope seeing business stick around through these tough times.  It can be tough but good herb helps the world go round.

This place is awesome and they do indeed have a massive selection!! People are usually on point but it would be nice if they gave receipts so you could check if discounts and prices were done correctly.

Best dispensary in portland. No cap, they WILL get you right.

Best prices and best weed in town that I've found. Mark is always super helpful! You might end up standing out side for a few minutes but that's because they never rush a customer and always make sure everyone gets what they need.

I absolutely love this place. Some of the best bud I’ve smoked around the country and the customer service is exceptional as well. Thanks to Dank Morgan and Bryan for going the extra mile and securing me the last of the Terple! I will be making this dispensary a permanent stop whenever I’m in town.
