I am in from out of state and came across this Awesome establishment. Gwendolyn, was an excellent help and very knowledgeable. The Mac Miller Canvas is DOPE! Just wanted to say that too. Also I got excited knowing that it is a Black Owned Establishment! #SupportBlackBusinesses Great Deals by the way too! Will definitely be returning!

Wonderful selection and what amazing deals. I had my whole ordered delivered the same day! I even ordered around 1PM and it was fast and I believe I even got to meet the owner, lucky me! Such a great company I will be a returning customer and would love to come into the shop one of these days.

Have been going to this place for 6 months and haven’t had any issues, they’ve been nice as ever... But the true test of a good business is in its customer service after the purchase. Recently we went and purchased several items, unfortunately an item was defective. EVERY other place in Portland replaces defective items except Charlie from Budding Culture. He’s ignoring emails without even the courtesy to respond with a reason. To me that is horrible customer service. & that’s too bad for Budding Culture business because there’s too many dispensaries to choose from and the too many is where I will be taking my money, my friends and my family. I can only suggest you do the same. In case you too buy a defective item from Budding Culture.
