Beautiful & clean facility! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly too! They were happy to show us recommendations and let us smell/look at the products. I love all of the high end selection. I do wish the edibles/oils/topicals were a little more spread out because it was a little awkward having so many people crowd around the same case to look at products. We were also wanting to try the unique flavors of Chalice brand truffles, but unfortunately they were out of stock. Hopefully we can try those next time! Great experience overall. :)

My all time favorite dispensary, Madison was so professional and helpful, worth the trip.

Knowledgeable, kind, helpful! This is the only place to go!!!! Love the decor, no strange odor and so accessible.

Preserve the culture of both Portland and Weed! Boycott Chalice Farms!This location is a decent enough store staffed with lovely employees, managed from afar by an organization of what I can only surmise are complete morons. It's a weed store located downtown of a city that prides itself on its weirdness, but megalomaniacs from middle management keep coming in and forcing out competent hard-working employees just for dyeing their hair. They've lost their last two receptionists this way. Not sure who it is they're trying to impress with their wholly misplaced conservative dress code, but in my case it makes me angry.If you must go here, tip well, because that goes to the employees on location and they're cool, but if you value the quirky culture of this city in the slightest, then just don't. It is my fondest hope for this chain to fold and for everyone unfortunate enough to be in their tyrannical employ to find better jobs.Also, shop around before buying flower from them. There is a massive surplus of product going on in Oregon and they don't seem to adjust their prices accordingly. You can get a better deal almost anywhere else.

Great quality of flowers and edibles at great price.Staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

Simply the best service of any dispensary I've visited in Portland. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are relaxed but professional.You could go almost anywhere else and have a similar experience, But the atmosphere and personal nature of this place puts it over-the-top. And they have a bonus loyalty program with a little iPad at the desk, so that's cool too. Easier if you have cash, but they'll help you setup a Linx card if you don't have any on you.

Finally got around to eating the edible...what a freaking joke. They're a scam. Go elsewhere.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff.  Great deals, I got an 89% thc full gram cartridge here for 35$

Excellent customer service and knowledge of product. I spent 5 minutes here, didn't feel rushed and got exactly what I needed. Chalice has a cool vibe and accessible displays so you can see their offerings up close and personal.

Okay prices and well-educated staff, but the vibe was a bit too formal and cold for my taste. You can maintain professionalism AND be friendly - the two are not mutually exclusive, as proven by many other dispensaries around town.

F ___ chalice.  Fill in the blanks... This place has been a horrible vibe every time I've been there, giving the benefit of the doubt with the overly fancy esthetic, and hoping for a positive experience.  WRONG  4 times now showing people what oregon is about on our tours.  This place BLOWS at every location! Out-of-towner owners shouldn't think they can come here and know what we're about, it's obvious they don't.  #realoregonians  #boycottchalice   Stay clear

GREAT PRICES!! We got the darkest purple and dankest flower named Sirius Black, an eighth (3.5 grams) for about $25 Very friendly staff everyone greeted us at one point very nice and welcoming!! I love that they sell small accessories like collectible pins and stuff like Pop-Sockets for your phone with their logo very cool add on!

People are super friendly and the selection is fair. I'm sure you will find something to liven up your day.

So my partner and I always shop at this location until ... we kept receiving bad Customer service .. from this guy who always seems to have an attitude when my partner and I my partner is male... I wish I knew they guys name but any way he is always rude never wants to help us gossips all the time and hits on his customers if he finds them attractive he is a disgusting and ugly person for that. I thought if u was gay you was supposed to be nice to people and their partners to anyone for that matter. It seems if he is attracted to you that's when he will help you . Ugly person ugly attitude and just not a nice person. Just because of his customer service , my partner and I will not be coming back we get tired of being brushed off to the side and being  talked down to because of the things we like to buy..... I hope this store goes bankrupt....

I often go in there and always have great interaction with everyone there. S/o to Efren for helping me whenever I go in there . Keep your good staff around. (:

I am so disappointed with my delivery I received today. I ordered a quarter of Girl Scout cookies and I received a jar of 6 month old crumbs. If you enjoy good weed don't waste your money because you won't find that here. I called and attempted to resolve this with them and they didn't seem to care at all. Save yourself from the disappointment I'm currently experiencing! Go somewhere else!

Staying at a hotel nearby - area around the dispensary was a little sketchy in the dark - people living in tents on the sidewalk - there were several negative Yelp reviews but it was close - place was great! The bud tender "E" - was very helpful and knowledgeable- he was able to answer my questions and made excellent suggestions - nice shop with a great selection of flower

I absolutely love the homies over at Chalice! I work nearby and have made this location my regular shop. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful with the many questions I bring in. Highly recommend this spot to anyone, they have top quality weed and employees!

Everybody at the store makes me feel like I've walked into the door and then being received by family. I've never had a negative experience quite the opposite of come in feeling very upset and been uplifted and treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. Not only do they know their business about buds they have a real Sense on how to care for their customers. I've even seen them deal with upset and rather verbally abusive customers with Grace. All of which makes this my favorite store to go to whether it's a dispensary or a grocery store or a gas station it's top-notch customer service

I like the convenience of Chalice Farms as I live near by. The staff is always nice and knowledgeable for the most part. They have a great selection.They often have sales on different brands all over the shop and have an awesome system that racks up points each time you shop with them. The points are redeemable for things ranging from lighters & t shirts to dab rigs and other cool stuff.

Good place. I’ve visited the airport location several times, and was always treated well. This was my first time to this location. I was drawn in by some crazy good prices on carts. I ordered online. When I came to pick up I was greeted and helped right away. There seemed to be a small amount of confusion and the tender had to triple check my order, but all was well. I appreciate taking extra time to make sure my order was filled correctly.
