I love this place so much. Great, beautiful bud for awesome prices! All of the staff have been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Extremely fair prices, and the quality far exceeds other dispensaries. I especially love how the bud tenders trim out stems for you.

I have been a very steady Attis customer since legalization began, even though they are spendier than most dispensaries. Once upon a time the service was great. But I'm done with Attis and moving on. Recently I placed an online order. I received both an email and a text that said they had received my order. 10 minutes later I received another text that said my order had been pulled and was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick my order up I discovered that not only had my order NOT been pulled, the product was no longer available and the order form had been tossed in the trash can. In other words, they let me drive 12 miles through heavy rush hour traffic to discover that in person.The budtender basically shrugged, implied it wasn't his problem and offered me a few remaining pre rolls of much lower quality product. The other employees present also made no effort to be helpful. When I contacted Attis with my concerns they asked for the details and that has been the last I have heard of it. They never apologized for THEIR major screw up and made no effort whatsoever to make it right. I guess the weed business is such that customer service isn't a huge priority, even for long time, loyal customers. So I'm done with Attis across the board. There are plenty of other dispensaries that carry high quality weed at lower prices.

I really do like this shop. One of my favorites in SW Portland. I would love to give it a five star review, but honestly after what I witnessed last week, I want to give it a zero star review. Everyone at this location is great. Well, almost everyone. They're all patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and overall great customer service representatives. However, one of the managers (maybe even the owner) was outrageously rude and disrespectful. The crazy thing is, I am not even writing this review due to his unprofessionalism towards me, but to another, completely random person who was in the shop during the same time as I. There is a middle aged bald man that works there who told the customer in front of me and many others that "these questions you are asking are irrelevant and a waste of my time"...now I'm not sure about the rest of you but I've grown up in a society where the customer's always right, which is not to say that I do not agree with that social construct...but yo! This customer is asking questions about price and product which is a major reason why bud tenders have jobs. I really hope this bald character isn't a manager or owner because I really do love the dispensary. Every other bud tender that has helped me out has been more that great, the bald guy just really made me second guess how important the customer is to this location compared to other dispensaries...I'm sure they will see this and brush it off while blaming it on the customer (which is great business btw...sarcasm), but this review is coming from a bystander with no bias. Dispensaries are supposed to be a place where you can go without receiving judgement or impatience from a bud tender or, in this case (as the bald man proclaimed), a manager. Love y'all at Attis, but if the Baldy is still in charge over there, I don't want to bring my business there.

Attis in general is awesome but this location is my favorite place. The tenders are always chill, friendly, and they're knowledgeable which is important to me when it comes to trying new strains, etc. They also have great prices and always have some sort of prize thing going on. They also have a rewards system which is pretty cool! Check it out if you're looking for a good spot to get your green. #blazeit

Plenty of other dispensaries in the area with better service and half the attitude. This shop used to be really awesome, but the old crew seems to have rotated out... Always have a hard time with getting solid recommendations from the bud tenders here, the people I get seem indifferent and said, "well...this is what we got." When I asked about edibles. Like he could care less about helping me.

Every experience I have ever had with this company has been a positive one. Their facilities are always incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing. They offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, and match that vibe with every employee to customer interaction. All of that's not enough to make me write a Yelp review, but this is... After having a competing dispensary refuse a warranty exchange for an O.PenVape battery I stopped by Attis on Barbur to pick up a cartridge. I told them about my fresh experience with one of the biggest dispensary chains in Portland, and how they refused to honor their agreement (even with a valid receipt).  Attis offered to exchange the battery on the spot, free of charge, even though it wasn't purchased at their dispensary. WHAT!?!? Nobody does that! I've never had a business make my / a competitors problem their own and handle it like a boss, but the people at Attis did! They went above and beyond to help a customer out. That's exactly the type of company I want to give my business to. Congrats Attis, you just earned my loyalty for the long haul. Not just as a repeat customer, but also as an avid brand ambassador. Sincerely, Thank you. Keep being awesome!

I have visited nearly all of the dispensaries in the Portland area, and can say without a doubt that this is one of the best! Their team is super friendly and knowledgeable, remembering exactly who I was after only my second visit. Plus, their prices are usually lower compared to other stores with the exact same products.So if you're looking for a quality, helpful, & honest experience, this is the ONLY dispensary I can wholeheartedly recommend.

This place is unbelievable - and not in a good way. If you are looking for a pricey location who has rude employees and poor service then this is it. I have been a "regular" at this location for quite some time but decided against ever returning after multiple times where they closed early by over 10 minutes or were rude when they actually had the store open. Not to mention that the point system is not consistent across the stores and neither are the discounts or service - this store had the worst service that I experienced of all the locations.

I honestly love this place. I've been to many dispensaries over the course of my time living here and nothing has fed my appetite like Attis. I typically go for the low priced items flower and dabs and Attis never disappoints. Sometimes they're a tad more expensive than the "cheap" dispensaries but that's been worth it for me due to how great their quality of product is!! I can get a really nice quality gram of dab for 10 bucks sometimes which is phenomenal. Not to mention their flower has never, never disappointed me I always have great conversations with the staff and I look forward to going back soon!

Cannot say anything about the product or the prices, but their business on NE Cully does not care about about the public that must pass by its dispensary, specifically vulnerable road users.  Cars parked in the separated bike lane in front of the business force cyclists off the separated bike lane and into the traffic lane with cars.  When I entered the business to inform them of the problem one employee was apologetic, and another was rude, saying they cannot control parking.  They can at an a minimum ask, or post a sign asking patrons not to park blocking a bike lane.  It seems the business does not care about its impact on the neighborhood, vulnerable road users and does not support The City of Portland in its Vision Zero efforts.

Another 5 star visit! These guys and gals know how to treat a customer, especially THIS one. *points to self* What I like is how interactive they are with me. I'm a talker and they talk it up right. Today we picked up medical and Idk what Bob is talkin about but the prices are LOW! I can get a 24% 8th for under $32 rec and half that at medical. We get CBD oils, shatter, edibles for $6 and $8 From other medical and CBD products I've purchased the prices here are still lower. Thanks again, Attis! Clean and knowledgeable staff that are helpful. Never a line and easy to get in and out of quickly. Also helps being close to Fred Meyers for groceries and weed in one trip ha

The employees are very helpful and they are happy to help you find just the right product. They take the time to explain each product they sell. Great place to shop. Daily discounts and a senior discount too. Iui

Shocked to see you had right wing militia  with guns in front of your store yesterday. I'll never support you again. We don't need people with Washington plates and guns in front of our stores . You have Black employees. Protect them. This is not how.. I wish I took a picture of this shit. Your security guard funny enough was loving them . Probably just gun talk.... the blue lives matter masks said it all.

I usually have a good time at this dispensary. Most of the people are helpful and nice, but it only takes one bad experience. I am an olcc holder and there is a sign that states if you have an olcc you get 20% off. Today I was told otherwise in a less than professional manner. I was talking with one bud tender (who was doing a great job), when I told him I am an olcc holder. It was rude the way this other guy jumped in to ask "are you currently working or do you just have a card?", well now I'm gonna go to literally any other place that is not gonna ask me!

This place is clean, presentable and has a very professional atmosphere. It also has down to earth employees who relate well to a wide variety of types of individuals.when you walk in you see that it's very modern and there's a nice waiting area space with good windows and light. It's very professional looking. When you go through a secure door to a room where they display the marijuana. It's in well displayed cases and unlike some other places that only bring out a small sample for you to smell, they bring you the whole jar to look and feel and smell the weed before you buy itThe prices here are exceptional. They have a 'sale' and 'super sale' shelf that basically means that for six dollars a gram including tax and you can smoke :-) pretty sure that's actually cheaper than street prices all-around this has been a great experience and I would suggest them for price and quality

They have wonderful products at great prices. Some of the best value for your money. Friendly, helpful budtenders. Overall I love this store.

To whoever owns this company: You would be best to find someone new who actually knows how to run a dispensary. Someone who knows how to hire and train people. You might have to pay a living wage to get someone better though. At this point you will probably be bought out by one of the bigger chains. That's how poorly attis is being run. It's sad cause the products are good and big chains are completely taking over. Monopolization works better when small pop shops like Attis don't do a proper job. I would prefer to see attis strive on but it isn't happening with the employees you've got.

I very much appreciate the ability to order online, pop in and pick up my order, and be out the door in less than five minutes. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Floor is clearly marked for social distancing since it is a small location. I feel safe going in every time!
