Cool spot in my neighborhood. They've got a great selection of products and really good customer service. Can't wait to come back and try some of the topicals and edibles once the state allows.

I have never visited Satchel, but this review is entirely based on your sign spinner posted on the SE corner of N Lombard and N Interstate.  While I hate commercializing our city streets, this guy is a joy to see.  Every single time I pass him by, he's happily wiggling his sign, dancing, smiling, rocking out and bopping about, and generally improving the aesthetic and mood of this otherwise dreary intersection.  I've even seen him help old ladies cross the street!  Satchel sign spinner guy makes my day, and if it's a reflection of the positive attitude and good vibes of your business, then I'd be stoked to visit if this was my cup of tea.  Keep up the good work, energetic sign spinner!  Thanks for making this corner safer.  And give that guy a raise!

Bought a 1g Green Dragon cartridge here. It was broken and when I tried to remove it from my battery it broke further. Attempted a return/exchange and was rebuked with no receipt. Manager told me if I had a receipt they could help further. Found my receipt and tried again and was stonewalled again. At this point I have been lied to and refuse to give them business again. It's a shame because my first impression was very favorable.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any dispensary. The customer service was very subpar and prices left much to be desired. I purchased two clones from here and both were very sick. I was assured by the salesperson helping me that all was well and right with the world, and that there was nothing to worry about. I tend to listen to my gut and I wish I did this time around. You live and you learn, just learn from my mistake and never purchase plants from here. Go piss away your money somewhere better, like at a gas station pull tab machine or donating to your favorite cracked-out homeless person.

Love this place.    Love the echo electuary extracts and the flower selection.  And such friendly service from all the staff

Worst customer service ever...boyfriend called ahead to order 4 grams of dabs I go to pick it up and pay and the girl hands me 4 grams of flower. I tell her this isn't what we ordered and that we ordered dabs. She states thats what he ordered and they don't have those strains in dabs which was fine she could have given me something else yet she was completely rude and acted like it was my issue. I told her to just give me my money back and then she proceeded to tell me my boyfriend didn't know what he was ordering.....ummm we have smoked longer than this employee has been alive. This is the third time we have ordered and they have messed up. However I will never return after the rude way this chick acted....taking all my business and my friends to other dispensaries.

just skip this shop seems they cater to a small group of individuals who shop here leaving scraps or over priced items for others. Stroll down the road to gnome grown or 50trees for a better fresher selection

Clunky MUST order ahead system. Advertised a low price online, and knowledgeable budtenders to help you find the perfect stain. Instead, I was made to feel guilty about not ordering online, and rushed out the door having paid more than their advertised price. I've been to about thirty shops in WA/OR. This is my first review, because it is such a blatantly costumer unfriendly environment.

I came here for their seeds. First of all they were a couple years old. Second they were expensive. Third none of them popped up. I did everything right. I'm so mad I'm sick. They didn't get 1 star cuz I got some good concentrates but it wasn't that well priced. I only spent extra cuz I was already there. Since their seeds were not viable (beanpharm) then I'll probably never go back.

Excellent place, love that they sell baby plants as well!  Great, knowledgeable, helpful folks!  I came in with some pain and walked out with a great topical cbd oil...
