Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very relaxed which is welcoming as opposed to the 'sterile' feel of most places in the area. Extremely helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone, but especially to first time buyers with little knowledge or experience - you won't feel intimidated or nervous here.

My favorite dispensary in Portland! They have a huge selection of products. Their staff is exceptional, especially Patrick, Mackenzie, and gabe! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable! :)

Tetra is one of my favorite dispensaries in Portland! Top quality bud with a killer smell and even better effects. Tyler is a super chill budtender that really knows his weed and is awesome to talk to. Highly recommended!

Solid shop that always has 5-6 strains of flower from the super premium growers (here's looking at you high noon & deschutes). Concentrate and pax pod selections on point. Friendly folks that can point you in the right direction if that's your thing. More than competitive pricing for what they're serving up. My local shop after being a loyal customer to the place down the street. Keep up the good work.

I love this store ! All cannibas stores in Portland are generally selling the same stuff so what makes the difference is the great service ! All the staff are attentive and give great recommendations! I go out of my way to go here rather than ones closer to where I live! High recommend !

We came here Banks... prices much, much lower than out in the hinterlands. Worth the trip.

Small place with nice options. Customer service could be better. The person wasn't as helpful as what I've experienced at other places. Good if you know what you want and need it to be a quick visit.

I love the selection and you literally can't beat the prices for the quality. Everyone is super helpful and so nice and it's​ not too stuffy or overwhelming​ here like it can be at other dispensaries. The people are personable and actually seem like they enjoy what they do. I honestly don't like having to​ go to different dispensaries because Tetra always has what I want and for the best price. Highly recommend going here!

This is definitely one of the best dispensaries I've visited in Portland. Not only are all the budtenders so personable and friendly, but were so helpful in recommending different products based on my preferences. The shop is also cool as hell, with a bit of a Dexter's Lab feel. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the neighborhood!

Friendly staff and great product.. my usual spot!BUT very disappointed when I rushed after work on a Friday to get there at 9:50pm (closes at 10), with it closed and an employee gave me a story about not serving passed 9:59pm. . ???

Great customer service, really reasonable prices, and overall a beautiful experience inside this shop. They have great specials, a really good selection of product, and the shop itself is really well thought out. Really happy to have such a great place in the neighborhood, and I'll continue to come back!

I went in to tetra today, first time, looking for high thc bud. The highest they had was 22 percent. It was $50 for an 1/8 th.  I go to my regular shop they have just under 30 percent  bud for just under $40. Yes that's with tax!

My wife and I take a 100% CBD tincture, and a nearly 100% CBD pure resinous oil for severe chronic pain. She has a heart condition, and cannot tolerate THC safely - the level and processing method of the pure resinous oil are what make it safe for her. So she walks into Tetra recently with pictures of both of these products, and explains to the salesperson that she needs 100% CBD, or something like the products we've been taking. He points her toward something he says will "work even better, for half the price." Fortunately, I compared labels when she got home, or we may have had a trip to the ER that night. The product the guy sold her is a 2:1 - it contains 10 times as much THC as the pure resinous oil we've been taking, and is not processed in the same way. I tried it to see if perhaps it was super gentle - the same dose I take of the original resinous oil knocked me out, and did nothing for my pain. That same dose of the original resinous oil takes care of all my pain, and doesn't make me the least bit groggy. All of this makes me think that in addition to being mislead about the makeup of the product, she was also sold an inferior product. Needless to say, we will not be back...we'll keep heading further down Belmont to a much superior shop, where the salespeople know their products. It's a tad further from home, but well worth it in every respect!

This is my regular location that I frequent but I will have to say I'm extremely disappointed they keep closing early. The latest happened the other day. I rushed over there and got there by 9:50. They were closed. Early. Again. I noticed I'm not the only one that has complained about them closing early. This was not 1 minute, this was 10 minutes. Both registers were being counted at 9:50pm. I ended up rushing over to Brothers Cannabis on Division. They were open and had a lot of Sativa selections. I will continue to go to Tetra because it is close and usually very friendly but if it is nearing 10 o'clock, you should be mindful that they might be closed and your trip over there could lose you precious time in finding another place that actually closes at 10pm.

Solid experience at Tetra. Great customer service, really cool decor and most importantly an awesome product. I feel like this will be my regular spot in the neighborhood, cheers!

Excellent experience and wonderful staff that made use of a space of the  former piano store in our community for quite some time. A very welcome business to the wonderful Belmont District of SE Portland, OR.

Manager is a psychopath. Still thinking about my experience yesterday.... let's people cut in front of 5 people and yells at his budtender trying to help folks in line when the budtender trying to help me, does the violent cut throat motion at him while helping ME, not coming back, dude is in the wrong industry. That customer was a dick trying to cut us all, and they verbally insulted your budtender and then that kid runs out of the back when there's already a room full of people to help the dude trying to cut Like he was entitled to be in front of the rest of the room. Budtender deserves a raise if he has to deal with this kind of stuff regularly, nobody should be yelled at in a dispensary, especially when trying to do the right thing like not letting some guy cut in front of like 4 people.

I come in to get a cartridge. This lazy motherF@$#% says he doesn't want to pull products for me to browse thru. Trying to get me to tell him my profile of preference. You're not a damn doctor prescriber leave me be let me choose my brand for whatever mood I'm in I don't want you thinking you need to guide me threw what to choose without being to gander at you're inventory. I just walked out he made me upset just pull out one of each brand at least and say go ahead get an idea of price range, quality, and strain  then ask me what else id like to go thru. Never again I live walking distance away and will hope that they will put more effort in a better display. And last time I was in he asked if the extra 5 I gave him was a tip or mistake. I didn't have to tip my drug dealer why you?

I don't think its a good idea when Cannabis shop keepers give out medical advice based on their own personal experiences. I don't smoke cannabis, period. It doesn't react well...more like an allergicreaction. When we came into the store, we told them I'd tried CBDbut it was not helping with pain and I hadn't slept more than a couplehours in quite a few nights.  I'd just gotten new Doc who didn't knowme well enough to give me short term scrip for pain or sleep...sothis was last alternative. They gave me some kind of paste and a small two dollar discount. The clerk, a female with long dark hair and glasses, told me to take a tooth pick full with a couple chocolate chips or something small to eat.  That, she let me know, was what worked best for HER. That night I did as she suggested. The end result was disastrous. I was so high as I lay down I thought I was sleeping on a swelling ocean and started dry heaving. I couldn't stand either. It was beyond disorienting...my arms began flailing. My speech was badly slurred intially. I told my partner I needed to go to the ER. He had to prop me up against the wall and get the car and nearly carry me into the car. At the ER they asked what drug I had OD'd on. My partner told them what I'd taken. I was admitted so that they could Detox me. While hospitalized I didn't sleep for the first two days...it took that long for the crap to get out of my system. The Internal Medicine Doc told me that several people had had to be hospitalized after taking this stuff. It has THC in it, and it is something that is usually given to patients who are going through Chemo or are end-stage cancer patients.   The only good thing to come from this experience was that the Doctor was able to diagnose what was going on with me...what was causing all the pain.  I made it clear that I was allergic to THC...and the clerk seemed more interest in making the  sale...stating the paste was really no big deal...and she used it whenever she couldn't get to sleep. Stick to marijuana, please...and do not dispense medical advice. You misguided advice cause me a whole lot of trouble and expense. I miss the piano store that was there before.

The only dispensary I've seen in Portland with a display case showcasing the crystallization of each strand!  Add to that a rainbow lit atmosphere and how each budtender is as personable as the next one, and you get a weed stop shop that's all around a pleasant vibe!

I placed an order online with this company.  It was suppose to be a free trial offer of their CBD oil.  I ended up with a $179.41 charge on my credit card for an unwanted membership and future shipments. They swindled me with their free trail offer.  I wouldn't do business with them...very dishonest company!Tilly

I exclusively go to Tetra. They have the greatest quality in Portland and are very knowledgeable and approachable. Every time I go in there my bud tender, Nik, knows exactly what I want and has yet to miss the mark. Their prices are great and always give top shelf nugs that are large and admirable. They also take their covid precautions seriously (better than any other dispensary in the area). Love you Tetra!

We live in Gresham and we travel all the way into town just to come to this cannabis store.This place is by far shop here in Portland parking nearby the check in process is easy and you get points for checking in. it's a point system that you can redeem for branded merc!now the selection here is not as big as a store in Vancouver however the quality of the edibles & the flower makes up for it. It's almost like it has just enough good stuff to keep you coming back...too many choices and you could be there all day.we have yet to have something that was not Fire   The customer service is A1 they are always friendly and very knowledgeable and culturally competent

Bullshit service. Don't shop here. They refused to take a valid license photocopy after my wallet was lost!!!Awful customer service!!!!!

We checked out Tetra on the recommendationOf some Friends who live in the area and we had a wonderful experience. This place has many incredible options to choose from and I loved the gummy I already sampled earlier tonight. One highlight of the visit was the bud tender Nik. He is not only knowledgeable but funny and totally helpful With recommendations. We willBe going back. Thanks Nik!!

Came in yesterday after having a lot of pain in my lower back and my foot which I injured a few months back. This place is very close to me and really nice  inside. The customer service was very friendly and informative. I walked away with quite a few different products that have worked very well. The set up in the store is very inviting, cozy and displayed nicely. Recommend highly for pain - Empower CBD oil roller & theIr CBD lotion as well. Also they have a CBD /THC pax I forget the name but it's really great too I can't remember all of the products I bought yesterday but every item I bought has worked very well. The esthetic alone is a 5 star The customer service is a 5 star And everything else if you smoke flower is a 5 star as well. Overall I'd give this spot a 10++++++ I will keep coming back. Thank you!Update:  I forgot to mention my bud-tender's name was Nik he was great!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Rude, rude, rude. For a place that claims to be an Alternative Medicine Practitioner, their bedside manner leaves something to be desired. They treat their customers with disdain and vindictiveness. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Would not even give a one star. The most non stoner ppl in the store. Was rude to me and did not complete the sale. My friend did not want to go to this store be cause he told me they was rude. I find out my self.

Never a bad experience at Tetra! They are always so warm and welcoming, and the fantastic flower is a plus too :D Definitely my favorite dispensary in the neighborhood!
