My favorite dispensary in town! They have lots of options, decently priced bud (which is really nice too!) definitely the only in SE that I'll go to!

I gave this place 3 tries and Im done.... First off, I was driving around one day looking for a store with budget ounces being medical and not much around since recreational happened. I happened to drive by one of their locations and I notice a big banner stating "$40 OUNCES DAILY".... So I walk in and ask about it and the girl tells me "no, sorry, we dont have any $40 ounces, we probably wont have any until around october when harvest season happens".... I say "well what about the sign outside that says $40 ounces daily?"... She says "unfortunately all we have is our house strain crown royal for $68?" or some other price that was more than $40.... And was all sticks and stems... So I just leave and look on leafly at a different location, the one on 28th. On leafly it says the same thing, "floyds fine cannabis $40 ounces daily"... And as I look down the menu it seems they have 5-6 $40 ounces, so I decided to head over there. I get there and the same thing, NO $40 ounces, and the budtender is trying to upsell me on a jar full of STEMS!! I decided I need some medication so I just purcahsed a couple grams of dabs. I get home and the dabs taste like egg farts and sulfur.... So I call and ask to speak with a manager and get a girl that sounds 15 I explain all of this to her and say "if you have a sign about 4ft by 8ft stating $40 ounces daily why is there never any $40 ounces isnt that false advertising?" She said "no thats not false advertising sir", so I say "what about having a sign outside saying $40 ounces but yet at both locations I was told you have no $40 ounces and was offered a more expensive strain, isnt that called upselling?" she argues "no sir that is not upselling, we dont false advertise and we dont try to upsell anything to anyone"......  LOLOL I tell myself I wont go here again. I decide to look at their menu one day and posibbly give them a last chance. On the menu I see around 7-8 strains on the budget shelf so I head over here to 28th. When I get here, there is only 4 strains available on the budget shelf so I look at them and they are all pretty much stem and sticks with little to no flower and one had a little flower so I say "I will take an ounce of this one" and point to the better looking one and she starts to weigh it up, then puts the jar behind her and says "I cant sell you an ounce". I said "why not?" She says "this is the better of the budget ounces and it has double stickers on the lid which means I can only sell you a quarter to keep everything fair for everybody...."......   I did not even want to say "well then why do you have it listed with an ounce price if you can not sell an ounce?" I just walked out. This place may be for the young hip crowd that wants to pay overly high prices, or the old time smoker that gets ripped off a shake pre- roll, but as for MEDICAL PATIENTS, this place is NO GOOD!WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good selection and variety in all price ranges.       .

I was having a hard time trying to decide on a strain and the staff is so helpful for stuff like that and trying their best to stick to your budget and get you the best bang for your buck.

Staff is super friendly and prices are amazing! Small store with a big selection. They have great daily deals so you can plan to shop on deal days for your favorite edible or concentrate.

My go to place for flower and gummies!  Awesome staff, great attitudes, professional and informed.  Keeping me afloat-ing!  Thanks!

Best deal I found so far. At the same time their joints suck I've had two now that I can't draw anything off of. In 30 years I've never had this problem. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong

Is there a better dispensary in Portland? Afraid not! Great knowledge by the staff, killer deals, and hundreds in saving so far. Great place!

Floyd's favorite activity, besides selling cannabis, is making you think you got a good deal before you walk out the door to realize you got played. Not the best, but certainly not very far from the worst, in fact, it just might be. Floyd's originally tempted me, and many others, because of its cheap prices. I bought a half ounce of flower for only $25, and that's pretty good, because the flower was pretty good. But be wary of their low priced items. Their cartridge selection is pretty low quality and thinned out, you'll go through one a lot quicker than usual. They also love to put stickers over the smaller cartridges in such a way where you can't see the giant air pockets. They aren't too keen on letting you look for yourself, because then you'll see how much you're really getting! All in all, come here for the cheap flower if you're on a budget, but avoid their other selections, because they're straight up scamming. EDIT: After preheating the cartridge, it almost EXPLODED! It started buldging the glass out, and I went back. They gave me only the opportunity of exchange, no refunds. I exchanged, still an awful experience. Be very wary of what you buy here. See photo 3.
