I've been a long time customer of BCM. Today I walked in and witnessed the worst service I've seen at BCM. It wasn't even towards me but to see this customer get the worst attitude from a bud tender. It was 1/08/2021 around 530PM the bud tender was female, Red'ish hair medium length, white. The customer before me was asking some simple questions about Pre-rolls and pricing. The bud tender was clearly annoyed by the customers questions and was speaking to them in a rude and condescending tone. This is the second time I've seen this bud-tender at your shop and the first time was nothing to write home about. She clearly doesn't care about BCM brand image as she's consistently taking down to customers. Again I don't blame the BCM team for this rotten egg. Like I said I've been a long time customer and would like to continue doing business with BCM. As a consumer who easily spends $50-$200 every two weeks I'm sad and disappointed. I walked out without making a purchase because of the poor customer experience I witnessed. Needless to say, I would like to continue to support BCM but I had to walk out after seeing this treatment of customers.

Staff here is always amazing, great social distance protocols, barrier, and masks. Great variety of products to choose from. Staff is so quick and attentive and listen to your wants and needs.

Broadway Cannabis is easily one of the best shops in Portland. Great staff, selection and prices. Love this spot!

Ever since they added the new $13 dollar tier, all the other quality of tiers went down. You used to be able to spend $8 on a gram of some decent but it seems they just took the $6 strains to 8$ and the 8$ to $10 and the 10$ to the "top tier".Probably going to have to find a another place. Sadly it isn't premium for an affordable price anymore. :( A

Usually this place is great and the employers are very cool. But yesterrday, my friend didnt have the best experience with an employee who said he asked his manager. Not sure if the manager was there during this, friend isn't sure. (There was another man who had spoken to him who might have been the manager.) Anyway 25th of July, my very good friend who frequents them OFTEN (he basically only buys from this place, and tips p much everytime) he went to buy a 15 dollar 1/8 of Banner, while pointing to the jar. The budtender then instead rang him up for an eighth of Venice OG which is $45 dollars an eighth! My friend only stepped out for a moment and checked his bag and saw it was wrong, and noticed his change was wrong. He immediately goes inside again. They Said theres nothing we can do. I cant refund you because of laws, rules, etc. But I looked up the laws surrounding this sort of transaction and issuing store credit.isnt against the law.... so I don't understand why they wouldnt do that for him especially as he is a good customer. He was outside for less than a minute, the store security guard saw him, and let him immediately back in. I just think this is bad business practice. And the least you could have done is give him store credit, for a mistake you gusy made. Which does happen, but I don't think this is how you deal with. He didnt even open the bottle. He just looked at the name on the bottle, AND was STANDING IN front of the door guy. Ask him? Or don't you guys have cameras? Anyway sorry for the LONG review but you would have been a 5 star dispensary otherwise.

They never get my order right when i order up to 5 hours in advance, they always sell out of what i already order

I just moved to Portland from California and I've tried a few dispensaries around town and I have to say this is by far my favorite. The staff are super knowledgeable on the products and have great advice for whatever you're looking for. The inside is super nice and clean, they have a great selection. Love this place! I recommend it to anyone looking for a great local dispensary.

I really enjoy this place. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. The staff are generally friendly, though not all of them are my favorite, no one's baditude keeps me away. I can be pretty indecisive, and everyone's been quite patient with it. Best spot in the downtown area, in my opinion.

I've been going for a few years now and I gotta say this is my favorite dispo to pick up tree from. I remember when they first opened up I was so happy because I could play basketball for a couple of hours then go around the corner and buy a couple victory joints

Super awesome club cash works better but if you have to use the ATM they take off the fee from your purchase. Best prices in town don't waste time looking at other clubs!

We love this shop. Great service, great options and the shop is laid out in a really nice way. Super clean and easy to find what you want.

The best!! Super sweet employees, great products, and such good prices!! they always remember me when I come in, and their products never disappoint. They also have a super dope rewards program which is really helpful if you are a frequent customer like me.

This place is awesome. Felt like a jewelry store more than a dispensary. Staff was extremely helpful. Prices were also very reasonable. Next time I am back in Portland I will be back to this shop. I bought a number of souvenirs as well which were also nicely priced. I have only been to a few dispensaries but this is by far my favorite.

Best prices downtown. Good for popping in before a night on the town.Makes their own cheap edibles as well.

Best store in town! Great prices! Great rewards program. Cheap nugs still fire! Wonderful staff! I've been coming here for a hot min. They have 2.25 pre rolls that be killer. Like that Hot fire stuff. Makes you wonder around feeling like your Cheech and Chong smoking some Labrador. You know what I mean man? So the next time your friend asks "you got a joint man?" You can say yes. And he now thinks you're a hole lot cooler now that you did.

I now understand why there's so low reviews I use to love them. But now I lost all respect for them. Dont even bother asking them if their safe and okay during these riots they'll act as if you had something to do with it. You can't even check in on folks without them being rude. So whatever happened there fuck it. It happened but why treat someone who spends ALOT of money there like shit cause of what? Saying sorry that I couldn't protect your building. Just fucking trash.

If I could rate just staff and prices I'd say 5, but unfortunately management is in charge, and they aren't the greatest. I've been going to this place for months, and by choice have spent so much money, earning full rewards. I got my 1,000 points and the first thing I asked was if it had to be used with one purchase or if I could spend the $125 over multiple visits. I was told multiple, spent some, went in today and was told it had to be in one. Meaning less credit than I would have got, but not enough to hinder the business.  I get it, things happen, miscommunication, no one is perfect - but In the past things like this have been honored and once they figured out it was my misunderstanding they simply walked away. I was much disappointed as I've been raving about this place and again, GREAT employees. Disappointed in management for sure.

So At first walking in I wasn't even greeted even walking up to a counter and the guy with long hair didn't even make eye contact or ask if he can help me or if I've been helped. I Had a online order and wasn't even acknowledged until I spoke up and was waiting in the "order online pick up area" very terrible customer from the whole store in general. This was my first time here and will also be my last.

I've stopped by this shop a couple times and I've always been super happy with the products I've tried! They have great in-house products that really compare to higher-end product, but are so affordable, it's crazy! Staff is usually super friendly and helpful. Anytime I've gone and had questions, I've found the staff to be really informative. I've been to some shops where it's so apparent that the staff is pushing the most expensive product when it simply isn't necessary, and the workers here seem to really want you to find something you like and works for you and is within your price range. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Really disappointed in the service I received today. As a former budtender, there are some pretty basic duties you have as said budtender. One of them is helping customers. I was one of two customers in the shop while there were four other budtenders on duty. One budtender was getting ready to leave, one was chilling in the back on her phone, the other was helping a customer and the last one was filling an online order. I stood for over ten minutes waiting to be helped. Online orders should not take priority over a customer who is already in the shop waiting to be serviced. The budtenders were socializing and not helping me until I finally got helped after waiting over ten minutes and the budtender who did help me was anything but polite. You work in a weed store, you shouldn't be crabby. I could tell the owner/manager wasn't in by the lack of enthusiasm/customer service from the people working in the shop... hire some better people please

Update: originally 5 stars, going to 3 after trying what was sold to me. I am peeved because I am no newb - I came in and explained what I was used to consuming in my home state (since the selection of growers is different, I thought strains would help navigate). When presented a delicious tasting cartridge, I asked and clarified that there is no difference between that cartridge and a regular one, that didn't taste as good. He assured me they were identical but that wasn't the case. The cartridge didn't do its job at all - it took another shop explaining what non-cannabis terpenes do to a cartridge to realize I had been lied to and ripped off. Had to update my review to try to prevent this from happening to others. Terpenes essentially dilute your cartridge but add an amazing taste - to me that's not worth it at the expense of the product. --What an amazing new shop in downtown Portland! Hopped off the bolt and headed straight here. Gorgeous, spacious store front, only accompanied by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are super reasonable here! Great selection, yet curated. Keep up the good work!

I just went in and asked the very nice sales person what was the best weed in the shop, I own "Most Stoned.com and am Cannabis Sommelier on Instagram. This is some of the best weed I have had in IN MY LIFE, it is right up there with the government experimental 1989 buds and the Island Mountain 1991 Coma...

Love that the staff were all wearing masks and gloves. Very clean, well set up shop. A few things, our "bud tender" was flat out rude. We are from out of state and enjoy taking our time looking at what products each business has to offer. I am a huge supporter of small businesses during this time so I am very sad to feel like we were taking up her time and we were just another customer in her long queue. When we got back to our hotel, our cartridges had most certainly been used because the level of product was a lot lower than it should be. I know my experience is just a fragment of what this shop may or may not be, but my experience was not as pleasant as I'd hope.

Staff did a good job explaining product, prompt service, good prices. My wife and I split a 50mg choc chip cookie prior to boarding Cascades train. Fantastic! Pancho

Fantastic service! Super knowledgeable bud tenders. 10 out of 10 ! They have a really great selection of pre-rolls and the flour menu is priced right with great quality herb.

The store recently changed their website, I was having difficulty accessing the shopping cart so I could checkout, then I called the store for assistance and was told no one else is having problems with the website "it's just you". Wow; extremely rude and unhelpful.

I was told to show passport along with my valid Canadian driving license. I haven't met with this requirement at any other dispensary in Oregon. Would like to get confirmation from management if this is indeed true? Canadian valid licenses not acceptable as a valid for of ID? Are you following state law or internal rules and regulations?

I really enjoy the overall atmosphere and customer service! I have anxiety going into new places sometimes, but everyone at this spot is super accommodating and chill--very helpful and friendly! Parking is super easy and convenient, and the presentation of flower is my favorite part of the shop! They've earned a loyal customer

Prices are good, but you can get better bud elsewhere.

Hands down one of the coolest places to fill your desire. The bud tenders are extremely nice. They put no pressure on you and make you feel comfortable about your purchase. Top notch place.

What an amazing dispensary. The place is well decorated and you can smell the deliciousness the moment you step in. Nina took care of us today and she is so knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient in letting us pick out exactly what we wanted, and the prices were very reasonable as well! We will definitely be back. ☺️

We're in from Illinois, where legal prices are through the roof. This place has a crazy selection for absurdly cheap. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful- we were helped out by Morgan, who was super friendly and helpful to us tourist types (I really hope her supervisor sees this review; she deserves a raise!). 11/10 place, guys. Shop with confidence.
