This is my first time going to a dispensary outside of California. The ease of it all is amazing and I'm looking forward to the laws changing in California where you'll no longer need a license. This store is so cool. Although they were sold out of some strains that sounded interesting, they had a lot of things that I had never heard of on hand. The guy who helped us, as is generally the case in most dispensaries, was super knowledgeable and helpful. We asked a lot of questions that he had answers for. We ended up purchasing just enough to get us through the weekend and to take on the plane without being noticed. Unfortunately it ended up all being THC which I don't partake in. Somehow the CBD I requested never made it into the bag. Which was disappointing considering we dropped about $150 and there's nothing for me.Regardless they have tubes of pre-rolls, flower, edibles, and daily specials. I can't really speak of pricing because I don't know what the norm is on that in Oregon.
Took a trip with my girlfriend during the New Years weekend and needed some weed to get the party started for us. Came across this place on yelp and decided to give it a go. I walked in and felt I had walked into A weed museum. Everything was nicely displayed under glass and they even offered free smells. Anytime I'm in Oregon this is the place I go too. The weed was fire!!! *Side note* I didn't have a lighter and my bud tender hooked me up with a free one. He didn't have to do this but I really appreciated that. Thank you!!
Loved this shop experience. There's employees there to guide you through the process and they are very friendly and informative. The shop is trendy and adorable! Love what they have to offer, a ton of choices!
This is my 2nd place , go-to dispensary in Portland. While I still feel Farma is the best, Serra isn't far behind. Their prices are great and they always have a huge selection to choose from with a wide variety of prices. As low as $4 a gram (& the weed is still good.) The staff seems informative and eager to help, I've only had one experience where I wasn't helped for almost 10min while staff stood around and talked, but that was one instance out of 10+ visits so not a big deal, shit happens. I recommend this gorgeous place to everyone.
Loved the staff here. I was on a missions to see every everything that I could see in Oregan. What I really enjoyed was how there was no pressure to bye anything and they were ok with me just looking around. I told them that I was from Jersey and this was not something that we have. They gentlemen gave me a tour around the shop and explained alot to me.
The people who work at Serra Downtown are the best. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers wants and needs and are are fantastic at recommending products, especially if you have no idea what you really want. They talk to you and get to know you, rather than just making a quick sale and rushing you out the door. I highly recommend shopping here! Their products are well stocked, the displays are beautiful, and there's something for everyone there.
Really nice place! But I'd say it's pretty expensive, I've gotten flower cheaper at other dispensaries around the area but of course they aren't as nice of a place than this place. For instant, I got strawberry cough which was $40 an 8th plus tax it ended up being $48. Edibles there were normal prices so I'll come again for the edibles. It's def a fun place to bring tourist around and show them how nice dispensaries can be! Also this place is right in downtown so it's def convenient for tourist that are staying in the area. There's street parking and lots and garage around the area.
A slick dispensary, no doubt, but I was a little underwhelmed by the number of products offered. When drilling down the few options in front of me I decided on an edible that would help me sleep while in my hotel for my brief stint in the great city of Portland. I believe the total cost was roughly $18.00 for 50mg, which is about double for what I get in San Diego. The packaging was gorgeous, the flavor was great, and the gummy did the trick. I'm not a recreational user or a medical user either, but about 20mg an hour before bed has served me well on a nightly basis. The simple math would make this a pretty costly nightly routine if I lived in Portland but a necessary and affordable purchase to allow me to sleep sound for a few evenings. Stop by, take some pictures, and pick your poison. What a time to be alive!
"I did not inhale." Discreet Boutique shop that provides an array of legal edibles, flowers and paraphernalia for adults. Everyone is so nice, understanding and professional. It's kind of like the equivalent of entering a high class porn shop with windows to the public. Not that there's anything wrong with that, or that I would know. First timers are guided through the glass counters of edibles. $30 for mints, a 2oz bar of chocolate or a packet of gummy bears with 20% tax? Yes, please. That will be $100. Off you go. Haveaweirdday!
Lovely staff and store! They always make you feel welcome and take the time to get to know you.
OK, I was only a witness. Really. I tried pot in college and it didn't do anything for me. For the cost and the effort, I'll stick to whiskey.- BUT -I checked this place out. It's VERY boutique. I felt like a VIP just walking in. Presumably everyone is treated this way (everyone I saw got that experience). The tour, the explanations... This team know their stuff. If I was in the market and in the neighborhood, I'd swing by. It was almost like a spa day. I'll bet this is a local treasure!
What can I say... drugs are really cleaning up this neighborhood! But honestly, in a part of town that borders Chinatown, Downtown and the Waterfront, Serra is the nicest building both inside and out. They're just one water feature away from feng shui perfection. This place is great for the working professional who doesn't know much about cannabis and likes lots of lighting and beautiful displays. Prices are reasonable and clearly marked, as are ratings on the head/body sensations and mellow ratings. Smells are free, and there's no pressure to buy (though you are very well attended throughout the process). Highly recommended for tourists, first-time buyers, and connoisseurs.
I've been a loyalty member since the downtown location opened. Today I received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, and I used to own a Dell. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
My entire experience i had at Serra was absolutely amazing! Think of a high end Cannabis Dispensary, very boujee. Some real top end products. The staff is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Prices were decent.I will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend checking Serra out!
Their ATM shorted me $20 and they just had me check my bank account, which confirmed the short. Then they just said to contact the ATM company but weren't the least bit apologetic or helpful.Do NOT recommend this store.
Terrible service, waited for 10 people as workers walked around us. Over priced. Yuppy place. Wouldn't come here again.
Serra. It's gourmet. And lovely. Attentive service with spot on recommendations. I'm so happy they carry cannagars. The Hamilton one especially. The best! Wish I had more time to explore the flowers. Thank you for the smiles and for remembering me.
A friend took me to this dispensary during a visit to Portland and I was blown away by the design of the store, the excellent lighting, and overall layout of products. Everything is reasonably priced and the employees are very helpful when it comes to finding what you want. I got the indica Marionberry gummies my first night in town and a couple nights later, went back for more. I look forward to my next visit to Serra!
This has got to be the most gorgeous dispensary you will ever lay eyes on. I told a friend I was coming to visit Portland and she said I had to visit this dispensary and I would regret it if I didn't.She wasn't wrong! This place is amazing. It's located in Old Town in the cutest building. My husband and I almost missed it because we weren't expecting such a cute and appealing place. Before you start to walk in you're pulling your phone out to take pictures of the architecture and to share with your friends on social media. After getting your IDs checked they allow you into the show room with is huge and beautiful. There's so much to look at. I love the huge neon sign that reads, "Quality Drugs" So adorable, my husband and I got matching crew neck pull over sweatshirts which have the saying in the same font on the left hand corner. It's by far my comfiest and one of my favorite sweaters. The staff there was incredibly helpful. Once you told them what you were looking for they tell you about all different strains they carry, as well as different forms; edibles, pre-rolled, etc. We left with a box full of goodies. They even have a rewards program so you can get discounts and lots of great deals if you're a frequent visitor or spend a certain amount of money. If we ever make it back to Portland, we will definitely be visiting here again.
My 1800th review and it happens to be a classy pot shop. It's legal in Oregon and they sure classed it up. It's not your typical pot shop. You have to show ID and everything is in a case like art work. We decided to browse around because why not? It's legal here and we wanted to get some goodies as stocking stuffers for the holiday. They have a good variety of sweets. We got some chocolate, caramel chews and gummies. Just because it's fun and we can. Hurry up California. Don't be surprise of the 20% tax on it. Friendly service too.
Gorgeous dispensary and incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Had to visit since it's made many "most beautiful dispensaries in the US" lists, and it did not disappoint. You feel like you're in a beautiful boutique and the products are in easy-to-browse cases. They have an incredible line of edibles themselves and sample the unmedicated bites so you can try them out. They also had an impressive selection of flower, and really cute pins and accessories to really kill your wallet.
Quick and efficent service. Marked down one for star for lack of a variety in their edible section! Wasn't much to choose from and when i decided on one they were out of stock. Other than that. Very excellent environment and high quality products at a good price
Always my favorite place to get some great uplifting edibles every time I come to Portland. The employees are friendly and helpful. I've gotten some of my favorites from here.
I thought Serra on SE Belmont was nice... This Serra feel like walking into a fashion magazine. If Vogue, Dwell and High Times had a retail store this would probably be it. Incredibly beautiful inside. The staff was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Wonderful place and experience! Definitely a cannabis shopping destination.
I loved Serra! Coming from NY the entire staff was super helpful, friendly and informative. It was a new world having a selection of products to choose from. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable for the quality! I bought 3, 1g pre-rolls for $20! Love it
Major bummer! Been a customer over two years. Live in Hillsboro and drop in when in downtown. Bought 3gms of doug fir last week...31% THC. Loved the stuff and wanted more. Web site on SAT said: Doug Fir 1/4 oz $50!!! Plus I got an email offer: $10 off $40 purchase. Yeah Baby, my lucky day! I checked the website SUN & doug fir is available. I take Max to the serra doorstep..... get hit for the $3 for ATM service... then they tell me doug fir is out of stock and may be back in a month or so. WHAT A PISSer.The guy then tries to sell me some lower THC stuff. When I got home, the website still has doug fir. And on MON morning it's still there. Very disappointing. Don't know if I'll be back.
Love going to Serra downtown anytime I'm in Portland. Large variety of top shelf products, great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Love this branch.
I really picked the best day for me to go in. Everyone was friendly, they had great choices, and I walked out of there with new friends! This particular time, I choose 3 strains: Critical Jack (wouldn't buy again, to psychoactive for me), Jack Skellington (I would totes buy again! Nice upper high, but mellow) and Blue Cheese (a very nice indica). I'll be back in there one day, for sure!
Staff is super helpful! Gave me exactly what I was looking for and more! The Wyld brand gummies are AMAZING. Can't remember the flavor I got but it came in the purple package. Also got some Strawberry cough sativa flower, best of the best
Cool place, employees are kind of stuck up vibe going on but overall good. I really liked the sweatshirts and bought one. Got a few pre rolled and they were ok. Hawaii has some good, so I'm spoiled...
Very nice retail space but your paying for that more highbrow setting. Prices run higher.
Love this place except I bought 6 pre rolls and two small lighters. Total $126. I paid cash... they only accept cash. I just got back to my hotel and 1 of the 6 pre roll containers was EMPTY That's never happened to me before. I obviously didn't open each one since they were in a bag. The containers are black so it's also not easy to tell. I also didn't get a receipt because the register had an issue. SMH. I guess I only bought 5 for the price of 6. Damn. Shake your pre rolls to check before you leave.Sadly I did not get the pre roll that was missing but nice try to edit my review. Still a great place but careful it you will lose $. They didn't believe us when we called.
Any company that charges you a full $1 for a 5 cent exit bag is a no go in my book.It was my first time there... and they still charged me a buck... then tried to blame the OLCC.Why not charge me the actual price of the exit bag?Fuck this place.Very cool decco though. But if you're a local, go elsewhere.
It was my first time in Portland and I've been recently introduced to Cheese strains, so I was on the hunt for some of Portland's best flowers. A close friend of mine recommended I check this place out since I'm extremely customer service oriented. I walk in to the building and I must say, I was very impressed with the layout and how clean and comfortable the space was. After checking in with the incredibly professional and friendly front desk person, I made my way to the glass case counter where a woman with amazing curls and a winning personality assisted me. She introduced me to other strains I wasn't that familiar with and the prerolls / flower she recommended were great - ESPECIALLY that Blue Cheese. I DO plan to come back to buy an oz of that. Anyway. I had an awesome time and bought a very comfortable sweater. This is a business I will continue to support. To the budtender that helped me, my vacation experience increased positively because of your awesome attitude and friendly interaction. Thanks again!
Seems like a cool place but I have gone by three or four occasions now and the sales person can only addressed one customer while they are taking their time figuring out what they want but the sales people are not willing to help other customers who know what they want and wanna just buy something and get out. Mentioned it to the front desk and they did not give a shit about waiting or their ways of doing things.
This was my first experience at a dispensary. Sam was extremely helpful. He asked a lot of questions to determine was type would be good for me. The location is very modern and clean.
I'm going to preface this by saying I've been to my share of dispensaries down in San Diego and that the bud tenders there are top notch.I came and explicitly asked for CBD capsules or oil for my muscle pain. My bud tender took me to topicals first and foremost, unsure of whether they even had any capsules in stock. Then he pointed me to the grand total of four topical options Serra had for the day. I couldn't handle the product prior to purchase, and the front of the boxes that are visible in the glass display cases don't tell you much beyond brand, so I was at the mercy of my bud tender's care and knowledge. That was the problem. He hadn't any first hand experience with them either and wasn't quite aware of the difference between THC and CBD salves. So yeah. Ended up leaving the floor with a branded yet uninformative box of THC topical cream and couldn't return or exchange it even though I opened just the cardboard in front of the receptionist to read the ingredients on the jar. Kind of ridiculous, imo. Can't say much about their flower or other products, but their tenders could seriously use some educating.
Worst experience of all time. I called in advance to check how late they would be open because I am from out of town got lost walking here, the woman on the phone said they could make a sale until 9:59 pm. I arrive at 9:53 pm to the doors locked, I call the number, it takes 3 mins for them to answer the phone, then the woman has the NERVE to walk to the door, look me in the eyes while talking to me on the phone. SHE DID NOT HAVE THE RESPECT TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR ME TO CHAT. I explained the situation to her and how I had to talked to the employee and all this ignorant woman had to say about it was "welp, you had 12 hours to come shop." Moral of the story: save your time, save your money, save your dignity and avoid this place and their rude employee at all costs.
I went here on my Portland trip. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I requested Indica because of my anxiety disorder and the young lady gave recommendations. I also loved that they have the type of feelings you should expect. I chose one that said happiness cause who doesn't want to feel happy!
Cool spot and the hosts were very helpful. Got some good buys while on vacation. Definitely a personable place to shop.
Clean, stylish, and affordable; this dispensary is my favorite on the west side. The staff is super friendly and there is a great array of both cannabis and edibles for the best prices downtown. The way the strains are set up is by different feelings; energy, focus, happiness, creativity, relaxation, and relief. This make it super easy to choose the best strain for you and maximize the affects of your cannabis.
This place may be gorgeous inside but if the customer service is bad then the budget for decor was a waste. While shopping downtown, I decided to give the place a try since I've never been. I walk in and the receptionist was friendly, checked my ID and she buzzed me in. A gentleman who I'll name "J" was waiting just inside. He asked what can he help me with. I said, "I'm not sure this is my first time here". He pointed out 4 different cases and told me what was inside each and I said OK. I put my bags down so I could put my ID away. When I turned around to ask where the actual flower strains were, he was gone. So I looked at cases in the room thinking that was all that they had. It wasn't until I overheard "J" socializing with another coworker that I realized that there was another room. This situation was starting to get annoying. I walked over and saw that the counters had all the different strains in display frames. Each frame had a lot of information from intensity to whether it had more of a head or body high. Thank god for the info in the frames because "J" had better things to do than to help me. Like discussing the differences between Bruno Mars and Frank Ocean with the other male coworker. Keep in mind, I'm the only customer in the place at this time and still no assistance. I finally get "J"s attention and decide to get 2 items. The only drawback with info in the frames is that the different prices are in really small print. I asked "J" what are the different sizes, explaining that I didn't have my glasses with me. He seemed to be annoyed that I taking him away from his conversation. He responded, "do you want the $20 or $40?". I wanted to get some edibles but by this time I just wanted to make my purchase and get the hell out of there. I didn't get a "Thanks for coming in" or "Have a great day". If someone tells you it's their first time in your business, you have a golden opportunity to turn a one time shopper into a loyal customer who comes back time and time again. "J" blew this opportunity with his poor customer service. and it makes me wonder.... Was it the way I was dressed? Was it because I had a few bags of shopping and he thought I was homeless? Maybe if I wore gym clothes from REI while running my errands then maybe I would have gotten the basic customer service other people receive. Seriously what did I do to get service this bad? There are over a dozen different dispensaries in Pdx so it's important to give each customer the best experience you can give within reason. This experience has left me with a really bad impression and no desire to return. Maybe the 2 guys working need coaching on how to give better customer service. because these 2 clearly don't have a passion for their jobs. I do however want to say that the woman who helped the customers just before me was very polite and friendly.
This is the most amazing dispensary, they have the best staff and customer service, even when i came in with my paper temporary OMMP card they were super nice and quick with verifying everything whereas other places would treat me rudely and make me wait extremely long. I've loved everything i've tried from here so far, everything is very high quality and they truly only carry the best. They also have a very open layout and gorgeous decoration in the store, which makes walking around figuring what i want much more enjoyable, and everything is very clean.I'd absolutely recommend for anyone to come here, i've enjoyed the experiences i've had so far and definitely plan to continue coming here.
Serra is a brand new super modern dispensary. Equipped with the highest quality flower provided by their grower prüf. The Cannabis is beautifully trimmed and their space is just as beautiful. It's extremely modern, they house jewelry, the most beautiful pipes I've ever seen, edibles, bath salts, oils, balms, candies, sodas, chai, all infused. Their staff is accommodating and friendly, it's a great place to check out. They just had a soft opening and they don't have a green sign on the outside so you have to really look for them.
Very kind, knowledgeable staff. The entire experience was great. My opinion is based off having many similar experiences with medicinal dispensaries in the Bay Area. It's the same type of thing. The only card you need is your ID to show age. The prices at Serra were very fair, and they also ground up my weed for me by request.
Nice location seemingly nice pplWas visually impressive, had a nice selection. My brother and I selected two eights a piece. Apon returning home discovered one bottle was empty. When we returned and informed them. They were nice enough but suspicious (understandable). After looking over the cameras they said that they saw all the jars being filled. But since they were not filled by the time I got home... In my opinion and I don't throw accusations lightly, only leaves theft at the hands of our cashier. I don't know how. But as a fellow business owner I'd Implore you to get better systems in the future. And watch your employees better one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Overall I'd come back to the brand but I'd be more careful and take more responsibility for making sure I got what I purchased..
This place is cash only!! A warning to people like me that never carry cash. They did have an ATM inside but it charged a fee. Heather was extremely helpful welcoming and knowledgeable. I came here with my boyfriend on a trip through Portland to Seattle and we are both not experienced with strains of marijuana or anything like that and she helped us find what we were looking for even though we were both very bad at describing what we wanted! I am used to seedy dirty secretive dispensaries in Southern California so this place was a refreshing change. It was very clean and modern. I think the prices were reasonable as well.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Slightly overpriced as I was seeking a high CBD oil pen, but that's pretty standard. I'll be back...said Arnold.
I came here before, and the quality of everything was great and it was a normal dispensary experience. But I went today and I won't go back. The place is just pretentious. They think they're offering something different than just your everyday weed. The front secretary (why?) had me waiting in the lobby when there were 4 customers in the building because they want to assist me as if I can't look around and figure out which weed I want. Should be able to look around without dealing with a "salesperson".
For a downtown location this a great store. The staff is knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. The selection is great, and I would highly reccomend the woodblock chocolates as well as the soaking salts. The prices are competitive when you consider the location/convenience.My only beef is that the store gets SO busy sometimes that it can be hard to navigate, and the flow from check-in to cash out can be a bit confusing. That said it's a very clean and the design is very upscale PDX.
Good selection, friendly knowledgeable bud tenders. Cash only, ATM inside (but you know, a fee) but its a cute boutique place. Oh and their edibles are the only ones so far that don't make me feel crappy or induce a headache. Right near the waterfront if you wanna take a toke and dance by the water park side.
The docents are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is airy, bright and warm. You won't find your typical cannabis, or accessories here, everything is curated like a museum. The deals are incredible! And I was able to get the best tasting cartridge by Pruf Cultivar, Strawberry Cough, a very calming Leif edible, and Grafford Kush for a great price with the stockpile deal. Great location too!
This is probably one of the most beautiful dispensaries I've ever been to. I'm a designer so I appreciate some good aesthetic! I've gotten cheaper bud at other places, but i'd come here again for their other merchandise (pipes, necklaces, storage, etc.) because it's just so damn pretty. Four stars mainly because of the prices and they didn't let my friend in because she didn't have an American ID (she wasn't interested in purchasing anything, just wanted to come with me). Idk if this is a legal issue, sounds like it - but it was a bummer because I would've love to have her look at everything with me. Oh and this is cash only, so prep your wallet or pay the usual $3-4 ATM fee.
Truly wonderful experience. I'm used to Colorado dispensaries, where it sometimes feels as though a complete frisking is required upon entry. So much cleaner and happier here! Sunlight through the gorgeous street view windows helps set the stage. Visual menus. Friendly and productive assistance. Not over-populated with guests. All around, a pleasant experience. Extremely reasonably priced, as well - I came over prepared as far as my investment was concerned.
It's classy - not like others I've been to. Organized and employees are helpful. If you're visiting, the blue tshirt makes a great gift.
Would not recommend if you aren't familiar with anything , it was my friend and I's first time being in a dispensary , the lady showing our ID's too was nice but once you actually got in we asked the guy for help on which one would be good for more mellow type and he gave a one word answer " everything " with a straight face , the whole vibe of the place was off and he was just rude .
Nice place, nice prices. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Cash only, they do have an atm though. Will be back!
My most frequently visited dispensary. It's on the smaller side, but everything is high quality in my experience. Even though it's small they have some less common items like cannagars and transdermal patches. They also have a veteran's discount.
Serra is a wonderful dispensary, that feels more like an Apple Store than traditional cannabis retailers. The decor is stunning, the visual merchandising of their amazing product range is fantastic and the customer service is warm and genuine. How cannabis stores should be in 2018.
I don't smoke, but this place was crazy impressive and not at all what I had expected from a weed shop. The staff was wonderful and answered a ton of questions from the people I went with. Excellent customer service and an excellent place. As my boyfriend put it, it's like the Saks Fifth Avenue of weed stores. Definitely go if you have a chance!
Great place right downtown. Good selection, helpful staff (though maybe a bit less knowledgeable then some places. Oh and the guy at the door is seriously hot....just saying. There is an ATM inside charges 3 bucks. I really like the layout and selection.
Although this dispensary is beautiful and the staff are knowledgeable about the product, the staff (young gentleman) at check in on two occasions was particularly pretentious and not friendly. This type of cannabis environment is awesome as it's aesthetic is contemporary and very design based, but definitely not my type of people.
The people at Serra have been very kind and enjoyable to do business with. They have worked with me through a myriad of snags and snafus of the credit card processing and delivery services, none of which were their fault, and all of which got resolved. Everyone involved in helping me get a delivery were extremely professional and effective at resolving the problems.
Elegance meets dank! Best sums up Serra. In either of their three locations you'll find elegance and well.. Dank. This location is beautiful with attentive budtenders and plenty interesting decor to set your eyes on. Curb appeal sets this store front off it lores you in, as does the cannabis properly displayed in beautiful show cases. Cannabis from big name farms edibles just the same. You'll pay a reasonable price for your products the experience will keep you come back for more.
Expensive, But def high quality flower. Having been to many many dispensaries I am not that impressed with their set up like everyone is claiming. Its nice but there are many nicer dispensaries in the USA. But def very impressed with the quality of the flower(TOP NOTCH), however its price was a bit outrageous. I liked that you can mix n match between different price tiers when selecting an oz.
Was waiting in a long ass line with a bunch of men and they all got in, waited for all them to get in just to say I couldn't (one person) because it was 9:45. Thank you for having me wait behind all those men to be rejected! I'll GLADLY take my money elsewhere!
Very knowledgable staff who helped explain their product line. Great atmosphere. Expensive, but worth it.
Super chill staff, they talk to you and joke around about stuff. They also tell you real stuff like how much to take. I got some mints, it didn't kick in right away, so I took like 75 mg, against their advice, and I blacked out.
Best dispensary I've ever visited. Top of the line. Great aesthetic, wonderful customer service. Plus I love the flower display cases, makes me feel like a classy stoner.
This place looks like a fancy museum paying an homage to marijuana. It has a beautiful, clean look to it with various products displayed in small glass cases. Little nugs are displayed with the pertinent strain information so you can see what the flower looks like. The staff has seemed a little more uptight than at other places, but nothing too major. It all feels very official instead of the relaxed vibe of other dispensaries. Not bad, just different. Average prices. It's definitely worth a stop because I have yet to find anything like it.
Never been to a dispensary before. The staff was friendly and helpful and treated our group of 6 fantastic!
These guys come off as a high end great customer service vibe until you buy a pen cartridge and it doesn't work. Instead of doing the right thing and just giving you a new one like you deserve they moan about it and blame you . Going somewhere else
My fav dispensary in downtown and blocks from my work! The flower is premium and ever changing. I'm a top shelf kinda guy and they always have tasty buds in Indica and Sativa to choose from. Not to mention there great specials and reward program for loyal guest! Ask to be a member and you'll receive great deals via email that draws you right into their unique and boutique style shop. I've also tried their selection on edibles and they were great! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable! They always have a welcoming smile and direct you to your needs and desires. If you want great product with a friendly smile, don't hesitate to visit!
Super cool dispensary, never been to one like it before! Heather was very friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic. Thanks Heather for making the experience so great!
I love Serra! All of their locations are beautiful, well-lit, open spaces, their staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and their products are *top* quality. As a novice marijuana consumer I had a lot of questions and concerns the first time I visited, and the staff patiently answered my questions for literally 2 hours. They also already knew the answers to all my questions -- where their products are from, the details of the laws in Oregon, the variations in different strains and which products used which strains, and so on. It was SO helpful! The only downside is that Serra is definitely not the cheapest marijuana you'll find in Portland, but for a modest price bump you get great service, beautiful atmosphere, and great weed! Highly (haha ;) ) recommend
I love this dispensary! Great deals on grams, gorgeous interior and friendly staff. Best one in downtown Portland for sure. Also massive selection on edibles and CBD products, truly something for everyone.
Probably the most modern and chic head shop I've ever seen. They had some of the cutest feminine pipes ! Loved the clean and laid back atmosphere but felt there could have been a larger selection of inventory.
What an amazing experience! Where do I start? The layout of this place is beautiful. The customer service is far beyond spot on. I honestly was blown away by how picture perfect this place is. You will see me time and time again!
Honestly expected more from the customer service here given how well Serra is laid out and designed. I went in, went to get cash from the ATM ($3 fee) and then realized it was broken.... I stood in front of the ATM for literally five minutes and the staff didn't even notice I was there....I asked them to help me and someone went into the back and didn't communicate with me about the process, meanwhile the ATM is frozen when it's supposed to be giving me the money. Then once I finally got the money from the ATM and asked someone to help me pick out product, the process felt like I wasn't being valued as a customer. I purchased a single half gram joint for $9.60. They didn't even offer me a bag for my purchase. I was honestly just disappointed because I expected it to be a really positive experience.
stopped in today while visiting from hawaii... super dope place, colton was very knowledgeable and super sweet. it looks like an art gallery inside, very chill vibes. absolutely stop on if you're in portland.
I was visiting Portland and have never really had much experience with weed. I went in because this was the highest rated place near down town. However I walked in and when a lady asked if I needed help I explained that I didn't have much experience and that I wasn't sure what I was looking for. She started listing off words that I didn't know (because again, no experience) and when I told her I didn't know what she meant she laughed and said "then I can't really help you" and walked away. I was excited to try it in a place where people knew what the hell they were talking about, but she was super unhelpful.
Really upscale dispensary. Multiple delicious edible options. My friends and I went with the milk chocolate and had a really positive experience with it. One square is enough to get you a solid high. I think I may have fallen asleep when it was at its peak effectiveness. I highly recommend doing one while waiting in line at Salt n Straw. Revolutionary experience.
Walked in at 9:52pm to an empty shop and was informed that they do last call at 9:50pm. If that's the case they should update their hours accordingly.
Great 1st experience. Selection process and explanation were spot on! Thanks so much!!
One of the nicest dispensaries that I've experienced. Brian was super helpful to my friends and I with all of our questions. 10/10 would go back again.
Very nice, upscale looking storefront. Customer service less than impressive or inviting. The man helping me and my friend only answered questions with as few words as possible. No matter what "experience" we said we might be looking for from an edible (eg. relaxing/energizing/creativity/relief), he pointed to the same package of chocolate. Maybe there was a contest with the staff on who could sell the most of that one specific item that day? I didn't know what kind of customer interaction to expect, but my friend with more experience said this was definitely not a good one compared to other shops. Oh well.
Running a biz downtown I take my clients a min out of closing. If you show up 5 to 10 min they will turn your money away FYI
Love the staff and service at Serra. Such a wonderful and easy experience and safe given COVID.
I have zero knowledge about cannabis and I have never step my foot into a cannabis dispensaries before. As I walked into Serra, I was asked to show my ID then I was let into the store to explore. I told the staff member I have no knowledge about cannabis or whatsoever and probably won't purchase anything. Even though I told them I probably won't end up buying anything they are still really friendly to me and trying to educate me about different type of cannabis.I did mention to the staff that I have muscle pain due to prior injuries and still currently in physical therapy. They did recommend some kind of paste like thing (similar to tiger balm) and that will release muscle tension and can help with pain management. They also introduce some other edible that have higher concentration in CBD which is the chemical component that won't get you high. Overall, I did learned a lot from the friendly staff members but still confused CBD and THC a bit and mixed them up a bit.If you are curious and want to have good experience learning about cannabis I think this will be a good place to check it out. The overall designing of the shop also make me feel really comfortable and don't give a sketchy feeling. They also now accept credit card rather than just cash.
We found this place on a whim just looking for a nearby dispensary after having dinner in the area. It was surprisingly big with a lot of natural lighting with a jewelery store feel to it. You walk into the initial waiting room where they check your I.D. and then usually send you right in. Product is displayed in glass cases and the staff seemed very knowledgeable on the product they offered. As big as the location was the selection of edibles didn't seem too vast. They have a wide variety of flower to choose from, neatly displayed in glass cases with a small nug showcased for each strain. All of the staff members were very friendly and each of our two trips didn't take all that long. I would certainly recommend checking this location out if in the area when visiting Portland.
I'm guessing the name "Bougie Budz" was already taken?Lordy, lordy how the cannabis industry has grown up! Serra Dispensary is a fancypants place to get fancypants weed and accessories. Prices are a LITTLE higher as a result of of the environment, but it really is a lovely shopping experience. It seems that they have their own farms and are thus developing their own strains? That's dope. Pun entirely intended. They have a loyalty program that seems to also work with their sister company Electric Lettuce. Plus if you're signed up you can use a card instead of cash. What a world! Finally, who doesn't want a shirt that says Quality Drugs?
Serra was is the only Portland dispensary experience I had. I'm from Denver and comparatively it was a very laid back weed experience. It was like shopping for jewelry with the glass top display cases and nice light. Stopped in because the neon "Quality Drug" lights got my attention. They had a 3/$21 gram joint special which is a great deal, I'm used to $10 joints. It was also cool that they had a high CBD preroll strain.
Very modern, lots of Natural Light- with a super stylish and exclusive feel to it. Hubby knew exactly what he wanted for us and folks there- were totally chill and helpful. Prices were a bit on the high side (compared to other dispensaries we visited) - but knew we were getting quality. IDs are checked at the front of the house. After that, Serra becomes your playground! I particularly picked out a variety of mouthwatering Chocolate edibles (the size of a green grape) also- which I laughed it off and second-guessed its strength. Potency was smooth in the beginning- but give it about 10-15 minutes and that sucker will take you deep- I mean real deep in thought. Style? Straight up 5! No doubt, Serra is a gorgeous standout with an inviting ambiance. Style reigns supreme here. But in spite of looks, product quality is very good.
Many people complain about the pricing, but this ain't 'Discount Drugs' it's 'Quality Drugs' with service to match. There is a pot shop out there to serve every customer so if you are Pete The Penny Pincher looking for cheap schwag, keep walking--Serra isn't for you. The price you pay here gets you top shelf products, great service and a beautifully branded and curated experience (shout out OMFGCO).I appreciate the extra effort on all fronts and I will gladly fork over the extra cash so I can feel good about my purchase and supporting a business that obviously gives a damn.
FREAKING LOVE Serra. Such great service. Great product. I want to go here every day! Realistically I can't but I would love that if it was a reality.
Had a good experience here. Checking in at the counter was quick. The girl who checked me in came back to help me. I knew I wanted a chocolate bar before I came in and she explained the differences between the 5; I bought 2 for $34. The store wasn't crowded. It's well lit (pun) and tastefully decorated. Solid 4-star experience. The only reason it's not a 5 is that it was just a quick, transactional experience, which is what I wanted, but also nothing memorable to rank it higher.
What a gorgeous storefront! I love the industrial minimal vibe and their indoor plants are *chef's kiss*! Jen helped my mom and I - she was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
Chic architecture, top shelf cannabis & friendly staff. I travel back and forth between California and Oregon a few times a year, so it felt like such a win to see Serra open an LA location! Elegant shops (both PDX and LA) to match their top quality products.
super knowledgeable staff, incredibly clean and spacious. made for a very nice experience, a lot of other dispensaries are overwhelming. Serra felt very safe and welcoming
This place is like a mad scientist version of a weed shop. Super clean, super friendly and you leave with a smile. Best shop that I've been to in Portland so far. The (503 wifi) is excellent flower. Nothing but praise for Serra.
Being from Denver its a bitter pill to swallow, but this place put us to shame. Such a beautifully put together dispensary. The space is modern, the products are exceptional and the helpful staff put this in my book as the place to go. Glad I asked around.
The matches are cute. But you should offer to sell lighters as well. Do you know how windy your town is?
