This is the nicest weed store I have been in. It's fully stocked and the staff is very helpful. They are also knowledgeable about their many products. On top of everything else this is the closest to where we stay in Portland of any weed store. This will be our go to place for buds from now on.

Urban farmacy is the best around.... I don't go anywhere else unless I'm out of town. Bri is rad.... amazing human, knows her regulars and makes amazing recommendations.....Maddi and B are just as awesome....This is always a friendly environment, a great deal where price is concerned, and amazing variety! I love the staff, they make me feel like fam, and they all kick ass.

Poor customer service from the blonde that completed my transaction. She did not have much knowledge of their menu. Since this is my first visit at this dispensary, that was not helpful at all.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. I always have good experiences here and leave with a warm heart. Today they gave me a small discount because I was $2 short which was much appreciated. They have really cheap packs of quality pre-rolls which is hard to find. Usually packs are made with sub par bud and packed lightly but not here. It's hard to even find packs of pre-rolls at all anywhere else. Everything inside is organized in a way that makes sense and also looks cool. I drive all the way from North Portland just to come here. Can't say enough great stuff about this place!

Shawner wakes up, the hangover isn't what they used to be.  The thought alone makes him roll over nonetheless.   When he wakes fully an hour later there's hunger.  The pantry and fridge are packed but this isn't the same kind of hunger.  Shawner need cannabis......and he wan eat it.Seriously tho, UF is a great spot. They put up with the sleep crusties in my eye socket corners and fumes of last night's bourbon painted on my breath.They're always fully stocked, friendly and patient with an old timer like myself whilest I wade through tons of options.I plan to buy the 50mg Ginger Beer and chase my bourbon with it to see if I go absolutely Bass Ackwards. Had a great first experience at Urban Farmacy today. Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but budtender Tony was super helpful in giving me options and direction. The store has a great selection of flower, edibles, and CBD. Highly recommend-- I'll definitely be coming back.

Dropped in to see if the Farmacy could fill my boniva prescription. Only to find out that this pharmacy has far better solutions for my ailments. The young ladies here were very well versed in all the varieties of flowers, most of which I had never heard of. I would love to have a potted version of Gorilla Glue in my window sill.I digress, I made my way home with some very tasty treats (even if it's not sugar free). It's the first time in a long spell that I've fallen asleep during Perry Mason.Thanks ladies!

I wish I had the name of the  guy that helped me and even seriously ignored all of my weirdness from stepping through the door to check it out to my little soapbox at the end. I bought Select CBD (unflavored) and it help me 'walk again'. I didn't need the online purchase I made earlier. It's good to know I can go somewhere local. It wore off pretty quickly though even at 33.3 mg ..so I need to play around with the dose a little.....but since it's both topical and oral, all I had to do was apply more to the knees and it took the edge off. Really friendly, helpful staff.Thank you!!

Of the dispensaries I've been to so far this one is the most impressive. They have a huge variety of strains, a knowledgeable, friendly and patient staff and - my favorite - a lighted magnifying  glass for viewing the beautiful herbs they have to offer.

First time in. Cute little place with a good variety of items.   Had some confusion about the price I was ultimately paying. We were obviously not understanding each other. Had to get another employee involved. While I was trying to explain to the other employee the original clerk interjected instead of letting me finish. I casually raised my hand and said "hold on we're not talking about that yet", as I was trying to establish the base price and she was interjecting about a discount.     With that she seemed to take great offense either in my justified comment or with me giving her a super casual hand motion. She basically said " hey, don't be doin' that". She seemed awfully upset with what I said or how I said it and definitely made me feel like it. This made for a very uncomfortable few minutes.  I'm sorry lady I use my hands when I talk to people. The rest of the visit I was hoping she wouldn't overreact to any more of my casual hand gestures.  As someone who has worked with 'the public' often you can't be offended by such a minor thing and you especially don't want your patron to feel uncomfortable the rest of the time.  I will say with the exception of her overreaction she was nice and helpful. Though my experience was not great it is a nice little shop.

My favorite shop in Portland! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable and they have very high quality products. They also have a wide selection of flower so there's so you'll always find something to crave. Thanks, guys, you rock!!! :)

Great customer service but annoyed they had a clearly bronchially sick worker who coughed all over the place. As someone with asthma and autoimmune disease, i did NOT appreciate this. The worker also gave me the wrong edibles and no receipt. I got cbd edibles instead if thc. Sooo annoyed with this place. The worst dispensary experience i had ever. Sick worker got me sick.

Bud tenders were super knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I asked for! They were kind, quick, and the product was phenomenal. Coming back today for seconds!!!

First experience at a dispensary. I was blown away. Maddy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. She got all my bases covered and educated my wife (we're on our honeymoon) and I on many topics. I'd recommend this place to everyone of all experience levels with cannabis from beginners to Willie Nelson. Great!!!

I have been to many different shops and received help to spend my money and sometimes even walked out with a product that was not even close to what I wanted. But when I arrived at urban I was greated with a smile (hidden behind a mask) but also with some knowledge that no other place or budtender has ever said. Bri helped me understand more about what I needed based on the problems I suffer from. She took the time to answer my plethora of questions and did so with the patience of Buddha. Not once did she make me feel like I was an annoyance or that I was just another sale. The concentrate i purchased was top shelf and super affordable. I will be returning for sure and I dont even live near by so that says a lot about them.

Seriously the nicest and most sincere people who really and truly care about the quality of cannabis products they represent.  They know their product,  can make knowledgeable recommendations and treat everyone that comes in with graciousness.  Love buying flower from here and I like that I never feel rushed.

I haven't been to many dispensaries, but I can definitely speak about my experience here.From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted, signed in, and was shown incredible customer service throughout the entire visit. My first time here was such an amazing experience! The staff members were so friendly and they assisted us throughout our entire time here, which we deeply appreciated because we were somewhat lost in the beginning! They informed me about everything that they offer and told me about their experiences using them, which helped me out tremendously. This is probably one of the best and most friendliest dispensaries I have ever been to, and since I am from out of town, this is where I will definitely end up going to when I am back! Amazing customer service and products! I absolutely recommend 100%!

My neighborhood dispensary, and happens to be my favorite in town!! Massive selection of flower, cartridges, edibles, drinkables, CBD oils, etc. The budtenders are always willing to take that extra second to get you just the right strain and I really appreciate the kindness from all the folks who work here. Plus, the shop is one of the more aesthetically pleasing shops I've been to. Not sterile, not run down, but just right. Plus they're consistently doing upgrades to the shop which is something I always love to see in businesses! It's all about the details. Keep up the good work y'all.

Wow, what can I say: great buds, great guys, great times.  I'm proud that this is my "neighborhood" marijuana dispensary.I am not a weed connoisseur, and will be eternally skeptical of anyone who thinks of themselves in such terms.  That said, one of my favorite customer service fantasies involves explaining the exact circumstances surrounding my high ("A bunch of friends are coming over to play Mario Kart later, but we're planning to go to a trendy bar after - do you have anything kinda social, but not too 'heady'?") and letting the "budtender" take over from there.  This fantasy becomes reality at the Urban Farmacy.It is already an incredible privilege to be able to walk into a store and buy a bag of pot, but these folks don't take that for granted.  Unlike a few other dispensaries I've visited, Urban Farmacy is not only super-clean but also super-cute: they really go for the "farm" thing yet avoid being tacky.  In fact, "farm-to-table" is a better description: their bud lists are all printed on yellow-tinged paper and mounted on tethered slabs of wood, like an overpriced brunch menu.  But their strains are remarkably cheap: recently I saw they had a "summer special" going that featured grams for $6, $7.50, and $8.50.  You could go and spend that much on a mimosa a few blocks away, or - like me - you can take home a pillbox that will last you three months.Here's the process: you walk in from the street, show your ID to the lady at the counter, then she buzzes you the back room.  If there's a wait, you sit and thumb through a glossy weed-advocacy magazine for a few minutes.  Once you're in the back, you get to sniff all the nugs you could possibly want to sniff.  With concealed glee the budtenders unscrew mason jar after mason jar of green-and-purple gold, attaching a huge magnifying glass to the rim so you can see every little orange asshair (I'm sure this never gets old).  You schmooze a little, then take your pick.  All the 'tenders here tell me how much they love their job, and it shows.  As I mentioned before, they are eager to give recommendations - and even better - share personal experiences.  At other potshops I'll ask about a certain strain, and get a stock answer of "oh, that's a 60-40 hybrid."  Like I give a shit!  My last time at the Farmacy I asked about a popular sativa, and the budtender divulged that he smokes it every day before going to his job in Hillsboro, and is still able to focus.  Love the honesty!!If you have never bought weed from a store and are looking to get your feet wet, I can't praise this place enough.  Just make sure to tip!:)

I've been going to this dispensary for over a year and they have the most friendly and knowledgeable staff in the biz.  Clean and organized shop where you can easily browse their HUGE selection of strains and get all your questions answered.   Check out their sales and budget flowers for the best prices in town.

This dispensary is amazing! They have a great selection of flowers and prerolls, and pretty much anything else one needs. The budtenders are super friendly and accommodating, and I love the layout and building itself--it's a cute little barn-style looking shack! Would definitely come back when I'm looking to get my MJ fix.

They had The Office on while we waited a few minutes, so that's a bonus. Didn't even mind waiting because when we were called back we had our very own person to answer all of our questions! She was very informative and helpful! They also had quite the selection.

Soooo I really wanted to like this place but at the end of the day, I won't be coming back. I spoke with Stella on the phone when I called to ask about CBD cartridges and she was suuuper helpful and just overall badass so I was like down, this dispensary sounds awesome so I go in, BS with a really cute/nice bud tender named Maddy & I told her I wanted a CBD cartridge for work and a half gram for going to sleep at night. When I explained what I wanted, she suggested a stash cartridge for a super Stoney high before bed & we both agreed that the cartridge was super pretty so I was like all right it's just a few bucks more, I'll try it.I buy it & get home & put it on my fully charged who pen battery and only get a couple puffs until it stopped working. I was puzzled but too tired to troubleshoot so I just smoked my high THC who cartridge & passed out. I go back (with my receipt-surprisingly lol) & this time my bud tender was Kyle. I explained what happened & told him that I really just wanted to swap it out for a who cartridge instead since I've had way better luck with them.He was apologetic but continued to praise the stash cartridges & explained that the bar/wick in the center of it helps you get every last little bit (which would be great if that didn't seemingly compromise how much oil you're getting) & he seemed nice so I figured, what the hell, I'll give it a shot so we swapped it out for another stash cartridge. I drive home & after about 35 minutes of driving, pretty much once I'm all the way out to sauvie island, I pop the new cartridge into my pen and take a puff. Nothing. Nada. Puzzled, I plug my who cartridge in (to my who pen) & it worked great. I also noticed that there was some sticky residue at the top of the shiny new stash cartridge & at this point, I realize how much gas & time that I've put into this & I'm getting pretty frustrated so I flip a bitch & go back to the dispensary (3rd time around this time). I pop in & explained to Kyle what happened & he was like "I know it's definitely not the cartridge, I kept wanting to try the last cartridge you brought in to see if it works but because of regulations, I can't but it looks like a perfectly fine cartridge. I'm not saying it's user error, but it's not the cartridge" ohhhhhkay I explained that my pen worked just fine with my CBD who cartridge & that I've barely had it a few weeks. He suddenly realized what the problem was & explained that I needed a more powerful pen to use the stash cartridge. He apologized for my going all the way out to sauvie (cool) & offered a $5 discount on a stash pen battery (so it'd be $13 instead of $18) for all the hassle. I asked about the sticky residue and he said "some of them just have a little bit of oil on the outside" so I figure fuck it, I'll just buy the pen so I can finally get stoned on my day off & go relax. I pop it in & it worked great & gave me a really nice high, but no better of a high than my last who cartridge. So for an extra $10? Or $5? Plus having to buy a stash pen (which nobody mentioned I would need) for $13 & the $20 or so I spent in gas going back here, I got myself a stash cartridge, that has hardly any oil in it & after 2 days of having 2-3 puffs at night, looks like it'll be empty reallly soon & I don't know if it's because it's leaking but I can't help but wonder because every time I go to take a puff on it, there's cat & dog hair stuck to the sticky residue on the outside to remind me how much time & money I wasted on this damn thing when I could have just gone to nectar and gotten my regular who cartridge that works great. Something also worth noting-the half gram stash cartridge is exactly half the length of the full gram who cartridge but has a bar in the inside & even if the bar is hollow & even though the stash cartridge has a bit more girth, it appears to me that I'm still getting a lot less oil, for more money so really, it's not actually a half gram but even if it is, I won't be buying it again. I'll stick to my who cartridges & go to nectar instead.

Excellent experience. It was a welcoming environment, the waiting room has a TV and a chalkboard with specials to entertain you while waiting. Once inside you have a private experience with a bud tender who can recommend things based on your needs. The product is all local, and while chatting with the owner he mentioned that he has a personal relationship with everyone who grows for the shop.  10/10 would visit again

This is THE BEST dispensary in all of Portland, hands down. I've been going here for a little over a year, even when I lived in SW and the drive took 20 min. Their budget menu is a lifesaver as a college student who is just trying relax. The staff is full of lovely humans who are genuine and help you find what you need without trying to push or make you spend too much money. Great selection of bud, great selection of pens/vapes/cartridges, wonderful topicals and serums. Oh! And a great variety of affordable CBD products. Taffy, bud, honey sticks!!!! I love everything and everyone in this place and am so grateful it exists :)

This is hands down, my favorite dispensary. I started coming here because it was on my way home from work, I fell in love with the shop, and have been coming back ever since! The people are super friendly and attentive, the product is always great, and they always make me feel welcome. I'd definitely recommend this place over any in the area!!

First time in Portland and certainly my first time at a dispensary. The staff was so nice and knowledgable and walked me through many of their products. I have been here 3 times on my vacation and have enjoyed the entire experience each time. I even love that their address is "420 NE." Now it's time for me to head back to my southern state where the laws are a little more behind but I'll never forget my flawless experience with Portland dispensaries.

Very nice display room, however there is no menu and no prices visible anywhere. Every time you want to know how much a particular strain costs you have to ask the budtender and he has to look it up on the computer. They need a menu, because you really have no idea how much you're spending.

I pass over a dozen dispensaries enroute to Urban, but they are worth the extra drive because they are The Best. Wonderful staff who are knowledgeable about which strains work best for various situations. Only problem I have is hyperventilating when I walk thru the door due to the mouth-watering smells in the air!

Urban Farmacy is amazing, and I highly recommend coming here if it will be your first cannabis purchasing experience. The budtenders are all very knowable about the products and don't make you feel stupid at all for not knowing anything about cannabis. In fact, I feel that I'm learning so much more because of them! Typically, I walk in and am greeted by a very friendly face. If I have to wait, it's only for a minute, then am welcomed back. I can tell the budtender exactly how I want to feel and they always recommend great products that do the job well. I've came in the past and said that I wanted to feel relaxed, functionable - but mellow, or even that I needed something to make me feel a little happier after a rough day. They do not accept cards currently, but do have an ATM on site. I love this place and will continue to be a customer. Thank you so much, Urban Farmacy! :)

I've been going here since recreational marijuana was made legal in Oregon, and I haven't really found a reason to go to any other dispensaries. I don't smoke anything complicated, no oils or pens or anything like that, just pre-rolls. Always a good selection and it's easy to get in and out. It's as good of a place as you'll find. The address literally has 420 in it.

This is the only shop I go to in Portland. Your selection is good. The prices are acceptable and you can get a good deal without having to pay for the top price items. Your staff is friendly, Courteous and knowledgeable. The store is clean well laid out so a purchase can be made in a expeditious manner. There is one thing that bothers me and that is the way you weigh the product. When someone purchases 3.0 g you give him exactly 3.0. I bought 2 1/2 ounces today. The bartender, he was very nice, weighed it out exactly exactly exactly to 14 g. On all scales there's a margin of error. By the weighing it to exactly to the amount The error will be in your favor. This small amount may not sound like a lot but if you do that every single customer it adds up to a lot.

Urban Farmacy has been my local, go-to dispensary for almost two years now. The shop is always clean and well organized, and the employees are very friendly, chill, and very knowledgeable. They are always patient and answer all my questions! I always leave here with great products. Definitely recommend

Best dispensary in Portland! I drove 30 mins to get to it but totally worth it, there's a place walking distance that almost has double their prices! Plus instead of trying to sell me the more expensive bud the guy recommends what he really likes and it turns out it's one of my new favorites, purple odyssey

Visiting from the Midwest but have experience in other "friendly" States. Arrived late in the day and the receptionist kindly assured me it was okay to come in minutes before closing. Upon arriving, staff were super nice and my bud tender was very patient, knowledgeable, & personable as I shopped (shamefully I forgot his name, but it was associated with peanut butter). Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better service experience!!! Plus, they have very reasonably priced locally grown flower, which is greatly appreciated. I will be back and recommend to others!

Their weed is the best quality I've found in Washington and Oregon, prices are really good and you can tell they care about their company and customers. Employees are the *nicest* and so helpful!! They have deals every day and I don't go anywhere else for bud!!!

Saturday: We checked yelp - said they were open til 9:45pm. We checked google- said they were open til 9pm. Given the discrepancies, we called them and listened to their pre-recorded message, which said they're open til 9:45pm. We drove 20 min and arrived at 9:09pm, only to be greeted by the night guard who said they closed at 9pm. We left and went to Farma, which was open half an hour later and had a great selection and prices. Get your ish together !!!

The options here are diverse and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Lots of edible options at a decent price. Definitely a great option for dispensaries in the Portland area! Thank you Urban Farmacy!

Weedmaps displayed this was one of two locations that had Kona Gold - strain I wanted back down in Cali but it was sold out. Took me a while to get here from Beaverton, but worth the travel. Even remembered to bring my truck-usable bag got complimented on :) Josh was friendly and helpful, my curious mind wandering off to strains never seen before. He patiently explained the qualities and flavors, and I was delighted to find Rose Gold - my favorite color! Everything smelled fresh and vibe was great. Haven't had a hit to decipher on product, but I've a positive inclination given the consistency of reviews here.  Even got a freebie matches, which helps as I usually do edibles and don't smoke. So I don't carry lighter on me.

By far the best experience I've had at a dispensary! They went out of their way to make me feel welcome the second I stepped in the door. Emily was working security and was very friendly and genuine. Bee, the budtender, was the most helpful one I've had in recent memory. Excellent service, quality product, even better pricing. That's a deadly combo! Whether you are a veteran smoker, just learning the ropes, or anything in between, I couldn't recommend this dispensary more!

Had a great costumer service experience here. I was short on cash for a flower strand I was interested in. Before I could even look at another cheaper strain. Krystal and Josh (Who was currently working behind the desk.) said they would cover the remaining amount. Something that doesn't happen to much in this industry. (Thanks again you two.) What this shows me is a good relationship between the employee, followed by organization of the work place. Which is more then enough a reason to come back and support the store more. This is definitely a nice place to check out flower(Weed), lots of variety of strains. - Thanks for making my day a bit better.
