I just loved the people here! I was looking for something that'd work for my grandmother. They never once made me feel silly or put out. I would definitely go back due to the amount of knowledge I received there in regards to the elderly and Canabis. Great people, great store! Totally recommend!

Excellent experience!Super sweet selection with knowledgeable budtenders to explain the complex components of marijuana.They have awesome lighters that are butane free (so much better for your lungs) The 10% Yelp coupon was nice too!

I love this place! This was the first dispensary I'd been to and for whatever reason, I was nervous and a little timid about buying for the first time. They're located just right off SW Broadway and only few blocks away from work and home-perfect! Ever since my very first visit, the staff made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchases. Needless to say, I'm not a timid buyer anymore!The selection is excellent; always a lot of choose from, bringing in new bud frequently and awesome deals. It can sometimes be hard to decide with so many options, but the staff is very knowledgeable, open to give their own personal feedback and makes the process a breeze. One budtender even wrote down a couple Youtubers I should check out for my back pain that helped him out (Sorry I forgot your name, but the videos were great!)Honestly, I can't say enough nice things about Zion and the people that work there. The staff always has me laughing and smiling before I leave, even after a hard day at the office. Awesome to have my local shop be my favorite shop!

Great place to get top shelf flower  I recommend the black licorice pre roll and any others.  Please come to try this place and you will be very please

Good in person service. Worst over the phone service of all the dispensaries in Portland. I find myself buying more and more from Oregon's Finest, which is across my office, than from here, which is a couple of blocks from my house. I buy PAX pods weekly and I'm never able to get a bud tender on the phone to check availability. On the rare occasion I've been able to get a hold of someone, they've been super short, bordering on rude and have told me to check Leafly, which, it turns out, doesn't include their entire menu and is not very specific when it comes to PAX pods.

Seriously having doors locked and shop shuddered at 9:53 on Friday night is not being open until 10.  I literally raced and drove for 15 minutes down the hill to watch 2 people furiously close down and race to get out of there when I'm standing on the street knocking on a locked business door that should be open. Not cool

Don't go here if you're Asian. They'll start chuckling at your face. Felt uncomfortable and over heard their employees talking about us.

Great customer service and the guy that helped us was very knowledgeable. We were looking for indica because an anxiety disorder. He helped us chose by giving us recommendations.

Clean, organized, good quality product. Staff is super helpful and friendly! They also have a lot of cool merchandise that are always on sale or up for some kind of deal. Very easy to walk to if you're near Portland state!

Website misleading and very overpriced. The 250 mg is portrayed as helping pain. It doesn't it's  only for anxiety and sleep problems.  Got it way cheaper at the local grocery store.

My original review of this place was bad, buuuuuut I ended up coming here again because it's very close to my house and open pretty late. This time I was pleasantly surprised that there were 4 different pre-roll options. ALSO, They are only $5 after taxes for the half gram pre-rolls. So cheap compared to other places that are $7-12 ! I think Zion is stepping up their game. There was also way more staff there this time to assist customers.

Zion canibous*!?! Is the cannabesttt I come from middle east, we have a lot of sanctions there, stoping us from sometimes finding the easiest med that would be free...,    but me having to drop a 100 or more alittle us dollars is very hard when it has to be cash & recipt would not even do good in my case because it's better to call it a 5 star candyshop/madicinari... they are so kind 4-5 person about total & I just been a customer for less than a year & I may leave asap, so it just is the only option, unless you cant spend cash & then u wont like it because they carry the very elites that regardless of the 100 cash dollar cost versus say fifty some where else u will spend a 50 dollar bill & u will be good as long as u respect their professional opinion & i live on the 10 th my brothers place right by psu so... the employees make zion the overall 5 star being as fair as .                              Payam .A.

If you are looking for people who truly believe in the benefits of this plant, this is the store to come too. Always, more than happy walking away with the recommendations I receive here.

The staff was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They took some time to ask questions and really helped me find product that best suited my needs. And the product was amazing - strongly recommend to everyone!!

I'm super excited that this shop opened up in my 'hood. I've made a comfortable dispensary-home for myself here and always get taken care of! Sadie is on point as a budtender and knows what she's talking about. She always has great recommendations and her reviews of the strains are dead on. Heather is also really cool! Everyone here is really kind, professional, fun, and it's a pleasure visiting. Prices are really good, strains are great, and they let me bring my dog in which is a huge plus for me. I am so pleased with Zion! If you aren't coming here, sorry to hear it.

First time in one of Oregons dispensaries, this place was great. Friendly, great selection of edibles, bud and extract. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! We made our first visit yesterday and I cannot even begin to say how awesome everyone was, but I'm going to give it a shot. Location is perfect, especially since we had an unexpected visit to the hospital. Upon arriving we are greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly and informative. She sent us back to the bud tenders who were happily helping other customers. The room was clean and beautiful with all their product on display. The selection of bud and concentrates was fantastic! The bud tenders knowledge and suggestions were absolutely refreshing and appreciated!! I will from this day forward always make a stop at Zion when I'm in Portland. Keep up the fabulous job!! Oh and my change was $7.10!!

I'm a regular here I used to come every single day and spend hundreds of dollars here a week. But recently it looks like they captivated on having the college market cornered being the only dispensary on campus so now they sell low-quality herb for a high cost... Their pre-rolls were the main cause of my frustration. It's just old dry herb loosely packed into a cone and sold for $7 plus tax... You're much better off going to a different dispensary this place has really gone down hill.

For an out of towner who's not familiar with the industry, I could not have gone to a better place. The budtenders at Zion did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what I wanted; in fact, they took the time and the effort to educate me on how my particular tastes can be satisfied by different strains.   A beautiful facility, friendly staff, and great prices. I know where I'll be visiting first on my next trip to Portland

I adore this place! They have an amazing selection, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are decent but they have deals on some really good stuff. They also have a nice, accessible selection of glass.

Easily the best cannabis dispensary in the SW--or dare I say, all of Portland!Friendly and knowledgeable, the staff ask just the right questions and give on-the-nose recommendations for cannabis strains both recreational and medicinal. They also double-test for pesticides, so you know you're getting the purest smoke. I go out of my way to come to Zion!

The BEST dispensary I've found! The buds are in big glass jars and the weigh it out and package it in front of you. They have a HUGE selection and specials. I bought some blackberry Kush & not only did I get a senior discount -- I GOT A VETERAN'S discount. Hop off the #8 at Sheridan & check it out. Love this place!!!

Nice place, friendly employees. I would have given five stars, but I thought it was odd that they didn't show me the weight. I don't have a scale, so did it weigh? I have no idea. Quality product though.

Every time I come here the people are always super nice and know exactly what strain to direct me to when I don't know what I want. Everyone is super knowledgeable and makes me feel welcome. The buds are nice and are good quality + it's right down the street from me house and stays open later than most dispensaries!

Very helpful staff and convenient location! I went in a few weeks ago and everyone was incredibly helpful. They explained the different strains and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at a decent price. I will definitely be back.

This is definitely my local shop. They are always friendly and knowledgeable especially with recommendations. They have lots of info for you too look at pertaining to Terpenes if there's a line as well as a great selection of glass pieces for pretty reasonable and varying prices, ~$6 to $50+. The other customers are always pretty cool to hang out with for the time before you're served.

A little pricey at $20 per gram but I know the state taxes are 25%. I got some good top shelf herb and they were really cool. Great experience!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Quality product. Large assortment of glassware that are fairly priced. They often times have specials, so be sure to ask about that!

Discrimination shop and a bunch of liars I have seizures and I stumble in shake On 12/7/2019 the one girl refused to sell me any medicine Cannabis sad I have been shopping here since 2016 what terrible service experience I had I will never go back I would've avoided this shop  this guy keeps making up stories that I was intoxicated to that's can't be further from the truth

I've been here quite a few times as it is near my place and every time the budtenders have been helpful with answering questions and providing quick service.  I feel like the flower I've gotten here has been good quality and haven't had any problems so far. I think their prices are fairly comparable to others in the area, especially for the quality.

I don't write reviews too often but Zion is so great! the budtenders are so cool, nice and informative! always have something to recommend! You gotta go!

Nice little store.  Decent selection, but definitely missing a few things.  They also were out of several things when I stopped in.  But the store was clean and the staff were fairly friendly and knowledgeable.

I am in love with this dispensary! I am new to the cannabis world and the staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They tailored everything I bought to my specific needs and interests and were incredibly patient with me. They are also very efficient and quickly moved customers through at a rapid pace, but made sure I felt no pressure to rush even as they were getting ready to close. They are also being very very safe during Covid-19 and have taken every precaution possible. Definitely my top recommendation for a Portland dispensary, and a huge plus that it's a women owned company!

What a difference a dispensary can make! No service at one and we walk into Zion and had Josh!  He knows his stuff!  I'm a newbie and he explained everything to me.  Hubs and I are going to giggle and sleep well now.  Thank you Josh, you deserve a raise!! Old lady from TX

They could be a lot friendlier and realize that buying weed is tricky. For the buyer and the seller. Be a lot nicer ... people don't know the rules.

My wife and I were extremely impressed by our first experience at this shop.  As medical users in California and visiting Oregon on vacation, we decided to find a local shop while visiting the area. It just so happened, by luck this was not only the closest shop, it happened to also be the highest rated in the area. Once checked in, we walked into a very clean, professional environment.  The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they even taught a few long time patients a thing or two.   Having gone to dozens of shops in California, I was left wondering, why haven't we had the same wonderful experience in our home state?   Looking over the menu I was very impressed with the layout and the easy to read pie chart displaying different percentages of something known as terpenes.  Apparently terpenes affect not only the smell but also affect the medical uses and the physiological affects when consumed.    Additionally they place each flower under a microscope to show you it's a quality product.  I haven't seen this at any shop in California.The whole experience was superb, we feel this is the way it should be done, and most likely will be the model for the future.  Two thumbs up in our opinion, we were so impressed, I am writing this review days later after getting back from travels.  Keep it up, you are doing it right!

This dispensary cares about their selection, cares about the quality. Their mid shelf is most places' top shelf, but the prices are more than fair and they have plenty of budget, if that's your thing. Always friendly staff, ready to help you find what you came in for.
