Had a return on a cartridge which had started leaking oil out of the mouthpiece (!). Not gonna lie, I had used probably over half of the cartridge already. These guys took it back, no questions. When I initially purchased the cartridge the owner spoke to my mom and myself at great lengths regarding the new OLCC laws around edibles and why it was so hard to find these savory cheez-it type crackers called Toasties she's been after for a while. Still searching for those. If/when they're back on the market I'll buy them here. Rad people, rad products.
This is my favorite pot shop! Open, no ID rigamarole or security gates to get in. Super sweet staff, easy access to getting a good look at products without needing help from staff. Easy parking right in front in their lot. And icing on the cake is there is no 1 gram minimum on bud, so I can sample lots of strains without wasting a bunch of money on things that don't work for me! Yay! I love you Portland Canna!
This was my first time at the Portland canna connection and I will most certainly be back! Josh and the guys were absolute dolls and they have amazing deals!!
Great choice of goods. Friendly staff. Products are as described. First visit but will def be back when im back in Port!
I like to say everybody that was their is very knowledgeable and friendly and have really good deals on there dispensary. I am going to come back to this place on my next trip to Portland Oregon
I've had a few not so great experiences here. The product is good, but that doesn't mean much seeing as most dispensaries have a large selection due to general market saturation. The main issue is that the staff has been pretty wack each time I've gone in, this last time was so awkward and weird that it left me feeling physically uncomfortable. I wasn't getting much direction or even really asked what I was looking for. And the energy was super low. When a product was being pulled out I was having to ask extensive questions and asking them to turn the containers around so I could see the percentages, and was having to work too hard to get help/basic answers. Because I was also having to get near the counter to see thc percentages on the labels I had stepped over the marked tape line and the person 'helping' me reached out and touched me and told me not to cross the line. Which I totally would have apologized for not noticing if I had just been asked to step back. All in all, I'll be spending my money elsewhere Somewhere where the energy/vibe isn't so offI enjoy leaving a shop and thanking the bud tender immensely for helping me and giving some direction.
this was my third and final time here. The first time I came here, the girl working was tall and brunette and very helpful and friendly, the other boy working there wouldn't even answer the questions I was asking him and rude. The second time I came, it was just simple and quick, and a guy with dreads was very helpful and kind. This time, I had a super young girl with a cannibal corpse shirt on being extremely rude and telling me I was causing a huge deal because I was confused why I didn't get the discount I ALWAYS get here with no issues. I've never been somewhere with complete negative employees, but she does not belong in customer service at all. Guy with dreads was awesome though.
This has been my dispensary for over a year now and in my opinion they are the most knowledgeable and helpful budtenders I have ever met! They have amazing prices on top shelf concentrates and bud. Their edibles are amazing and don't break the bank! I literally walk in and tell them what's going on with mental health or chronic pain and they help me find exactly what I need. Hands down best dispensary in the portland area!
DO NOT go here if you are a medical marijuana patient under 21. I am 19 and have a medical marijuana card because I am have a disability which causes a cripple. I smoke weed to avoid taking 10+ pain pills a day to function. My illness is very bad, so I qualified for a medical card earlier than most do, so it is very rare to be an underaged med card holder. Many MANY times have a gone into a dispo and been refused service for my age. Every single time this happens I say, no issue at all, dispos get confused by this quite often. If you run my med card and it still gives you issues, i'll leave. I've had to do this half the time I do to a dispo and every single time without fail they apologize for the confusion and let me in to buy my stuff. But after I requested that they at least run my medical ID number before I left. An employee told me essentially to get the fuck out. I'm pretty shaken up, and it's got me in a spiral that i've somehow swindled all 20+ other establishments that supply me my medicine through the last year. If I couldn't buy weed, thats fine. If I somehow hacked the system and have been breaking the law for months, so be it. But I don't get why they had to kick me out in the most hostile manner i've ever experienced in my life when it was abundantly clear I was as equally as confused as they were.
I buy medicinal cannabis from several local dispensaries, but yesterday I went to Canna Connection, and bought a gram of five different strains. I noticed each strain was from different growers, and they were all excellent - noticeably better than what I've been getting from other local dispensaries, and their quality is very good too. I'm going back to Canna Connection today for one of the five strains, which was especially good, and buying a half-ounce. They obviously have an excellent buyer, who knows what they're doing, buying only the best from each grower. Highly recommended...!
Great place overall. They have a lot of stuff that I've literally never seen in another Portland area shop, specifically, over 10 different strains of RSO, including high CBD, 1:1 THC:CBD, and high THC. No specials, no holiday deals, just good prices 365 days a year. Chick them out!
This used to be my favorite dispensary, but recently they've massively upped their prices, and they've changed their online menu so that it's not at all informative or user friendly. Now all that is listed is the kinds of bud and their prices at the one gram mark, and while it says discounts start at 1/2 ounces it doesn't say what those prices are or how much you save. Nobody buys a gram. It would be incredibly helpful to know how much cash I need to bring if I'm buying a quarter, a half, or an ounce. It's also pretty disappointing not being able to look at a menu for edibles, prerolls and tincture, especially since curbside pick up is encouraged. I'll probably just start buying my bud elsewhere if none of this changes.
Best cannabis shop hands down
I believe I was under charged by $20. I'll pay difference next time. Maybe my math is wrong.
Great place. Been going there for 6 years and never been disappointed.
