I was having a rough day, and although I am brand new to the world of cannabis - a friend recommended Jayne for anxiety relief. Now people, hear me on this - I'm really new to pot. It still makes me a bit nervous. I have no idea what I'm doing. But it didn't matter! Jayne staff are awesome, friendly and super knowledgeable. Patrick took pity on me and showed me his magic ways without judgement or condescension. He was super patient and hilarious. He even showed me how to roll a joint - AND how to inhale (told you I was new). That's how cool he is. And he's not bad on the eyes either. If you're in the market, you should totally go buy pot from Pat at Jayne, he's the best.

The staff was very welcoming & super helpful! I loved the selection of flower they had available. The overall look of the whole store was well layed out as well!

Was kinda bummed out. I've been coming here for a long time.  We are headed out on vacation and I received the filling text message. We drove over from Vancouver to find out it was only one kind in sale (one that I already have). Maybe that would have been good info in the text. They usually say what kind. This text was generic and got me to drive all they way over for a free burrito

The best recreational shop in Portland, always leave with a big smile and great product with the best bang for our buck! Paddy is one of the best bud tenders and keeps us coming back again and again! If you have not been you should definitely check this place out! Best staff and product in Ptown!....Greg and Alyssa

They had green brownies and sweet edibles! Well setup store, great informative service!

Excellent shop and very knowledgeable staff. Purchased a few edibles and some pipes and was very satisfied with everything.

I want to give the place a 5 stars, it's a great store with a good selection but expect the staff to treat you like your bothering them. I was looking at their vape cartridges and looking at my app  to help me decide because the lady did not know anything about the strain, she tapped her fingernails on the counter. I thought at first they were getting a one star, then i remembered how nice the store is.

Okay so, I've been to plenty of pot shops and none compares to this freaking spot. Not only was my bud tender friendly and super helpful, but he was also very knowledgeable about the different flower they had available. They even had a pre-roll station and really cool and cute glass pipes! Definitely have to hit up this pot shop when you are in PDX!!!

This place is killer. Upscale product with fair prices and great sales. Staff is always super friendly and informative on all product, usually with recommendations in mind.Community bbq events, vendor sponsored nights, and an overall relaxed vibe. I rarely shop anywhere else.

Been to a couple different places, and this was by far the nicest.  Entry way was open and felt more inviting than some clubs I've been to.  Products were displayed in a way that was easy to see and understand.  Flowers on the back wall with good lighting.  Variety was good, pricing seemed pretty fair.  Staff was friendly, especially my jovial bud tender, I think his name was Paddy. He let me look at and smell a bunch of different strains while keeping the transaction fun and informative.  Definitely be back.

I've been very impressed with Jayne! It's elegantly laid out and well-stocked, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and convenient hours. The bud is great quality and the prices seem about average. They have a variety of other things for sale and seem more than happy to answer any questions or make recommendations. A new favorite shop!

Jayne has the best quality bud, and friendliest, most knowledgeable Budtenders you can find in the area. Definitely an experience you don't want to miss. Daily specials, ample parking, and loyalty points? I'm down. Plus the space is really, really comfy. Best place to get medicated in Portland, hands down.

Jayne PDX is awesome!! I went in randomly a couple times in the summer and they were having a cookout in the parking lot. Apparently that's just something they do pretty often. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have an excellent selection of products. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere... they definitely hired someone with a background in interior design to put that store together!! It's a beautiful building that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. If you're in the NE on or around MLK, swing by Jayne and check it out!

After not finding what I wanted at my local dispensary I thought I'd give Jayne a try. Not only were they nice and helpful, they had a wonderful selection of everything. I'm a fan of edibles and most places don't have a very good selection, not the case at Jayne. The staff was very informative and suggested a few different options which proved to be a great recommendation. I'll definitely be back and suggest it to anyone who asks my opinion.

They suggested a strain that not only gave me the munchies  - while lifting my shitty mood - but inspired me to look up recipes and improvise making cookies (I in general don't bake anything but myself.)     They're local to me which is why I went the first time but even if they weren't they'd become a destination for these needs.

We were driving from Canada back to California & we knew we had to stop by a dispensary in Oregon. I looked at Yelp to find one & just happened to stumbled upon Jayne. The reviews were great so we stopped by. We went inside and they had a cute lounge when you enter, the guy told us to go come on back. A lady helped us & we told her we were looking for pre rolls. She gave us a menu & what they had. She gave us her recommendations & we went with what she recommended. Overall a great experience & definitely going back, just wished we didn't leave 10 hours away.

Awesome place, great knowledgeable staff. I come here to get my Wyld CBD gummies for my anxiety. If you have anxiety it's a life changer. So happy I found it. Thanks Jayne!

Holy hell the staff here are so nice and helpful. Pre-rolled cones are 25 cents, and they have a rolling station. So clutch. And very very good prices. This place is dope!!

This place was one of my best dispensary experiences in Portland. I can in after finding a deal on Weedmaps and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They offered other suggestions as well. I ended up purchasing more than I thought I would. Definitely would return

I've visited all the dispensaries near my place on MLK and this has by far been my favorite- I called it home after my first visit! Great layout, everyone is super friendly and for REC users, you don't feel relegated to just a certain shelf since most of the products are available to you. Awesome prices, ample parking -- looking forward to coming back soon!

Not a five star spot, not even close.  Waits are long, service is meh, prices are higher than other places that are a few minutes away (walking)

Jayne has amazing customer service, along with a knowledgeable staff and great quality and clean products to choose from. I would come straight to Jayne after I just drove from the Sf Bay Area, mainly because the affordable prices and quality products.

On my recent visit for the holidays my Airbnb was around the corner and the staff were more than excellent! I went here aprox 6 times in 6 days  they had great prices and deals on pre rolled, which are my favorite!

Its a classy space and they will make you feel welcome so big thumbs up for customer service. But do plan to pay more here, 15-20% more in some cases. I shop elsewhere for edibles and CBD. When Jayne offers a "deal" now, it means an opportunity to pay what is regular price elsewhere. Too bad as they used to have deals that were exactly that.

This place is NICE! They have a really good selection of strains, most of which are priced better than the other dispensaries I've been to. But the attentive service puts this place over the edge. My bud-tender, James, went out of his way to explain all my options.

Classy, clean place. Staff is very friendly and professional.  Prices were pretty reasonable at 9-15 per gram and they gave me 10% off for my first purchase.

First timers from LA, we stopped by here because of all the good reviews and we were not let down! We walked in to see a man with a smile on his face welcoming us to the shop. Jahnavi helped us out and she was attentive to all of our needs while answering all questions we had! Good prices, good people and good weed. Can't ask for much more ;) highly recommended!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff for a newcomer to recreational. Got me steered to the right product. Helped with medicinal as well. Clean, well-lit and tasteful store. Made my stay in Portland all I wanted it to be.

Aaron is the greatest! We just spent like, a half hour here and he explained so many different strains and was patient with my indecisiveness and all around a great dude. Will def come back!

So I been to plenty of cannabis dispensary in my life but this stuck out the most coming from the Bay Area where everything is 4/20 friendly. The staff welcomed you and made you feel at home. I wanted some strains that was close to home the selection was amazing the price was amazing and the freshness of the flowers were definitely noticed. The fact that it had its "help yourself" rolling station made it everything with not having any grinder or materials due to flying restrictions this made life so much easier. Purchased two grams rolled them while I was there they supplied raw papers , a tray, grinder and a joint loader and I was on my way out happier then ever. A 1G cartridge I received $20 cheaper then anywhere I would have got it in the Bay Area.

Usually shitty weed on sale. Budtenders aren't very helpful or friendly. Cool store inside beware of bad parking lot but there is usually a place to parK just awkward. Used to go here a stopped then came back and now just keep passing by. They used to be cool & have way better deals and much better bud on sale.

So, I'm not much of a Cannabis person - but had someone recommend I try some CBD topicals for muscle issues I'm having. Found Jayne through some friends and all in all - I'm now way more educated, way more confident in what I'm doing, and so far, have had a great response. I walked in probably looking like a deer in the headlights - the girls working there couldn't have cared less - too wrapped up in their own worlds to be bothered by a customer. I almost ran away. Luckily the super tall dude (sorry - can't remember his name) took me under his wing and walked me through what was available and things to try. Seriously - if you're new to this world, or want to learn more - go find the super tall dude at Jayne!

I am a fan of Jayne because of their selection, build-out, the guidance and helpfulness of the staff, their rewards program, their communication, and their occasional Friday evening open houses that highlight other local businesses in the industry.  The only downside is the prices, which I have seen be over 10% higher for the same products compared to other nearby dispensaries.Still, there is a certain IT that Jayne's has that does keep me coming back.

This place has gone to the dogs since they got rid of their giant, nice, knowledgeable bud tender. He was always helpful really trying to provide comfort and relief to people and actually cared about his customers. This business has really poor management and employees are fired if they get a bad review from a customer. Give me a break. Good luck Jayne. I will get my bud somewhere else.

So I'm not really a cannabis person but my boyfriend and I came from California for vacation and he wanted to stop and get 2 grams and a cartridge so we found Jayne. From the moment we walked in till we left, the staff was very nice. I don't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was legit and knew her stuff when it came to everything they had. The prices were actually reasonable compared to our Bay Area dispensaries. One of the cool things we enjoyed was they have a rolling station, complete with everything you need to roll like papers, and grinders. We definitely will come back to Jayne next time in Portland.

I cannot stress enough what a positive experience this store is. The costumer service is impeccable. My husband and I are visiting Portland, as we are both avid smokers and I work in the industry I wanted to see what Oregon had to offer. I am blown away by the knowledge of the bud-tenders who didn't rush us and also were very knowledgeable. The products put California's to shame. The Bermuda sour is phenomenal, definitely recommend. I rarely write reviews but Jayne deserved some love.

Does not offer tampons to people who need them, because they don't cater to the "other species" or whatever that means.

I really like the layout and vibe of this place.  The waiting area is spacious and the interior is inviting, with local goods peppered in amongst the cannabis.Both my budtender and the host were warm, friendly, helpful and informative and I liked the selection.  I got 2 cartridges and a locally made card.I knocked of 1 star for 2 reasons:  1. The prices are so inflated! I found the same live resin cartridge for $15 less just a few miles away. Portland rent?2. When I left there were seriously a dozen people smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. I had to walk through this crowd to get back to my car, and because they were literally standing in the parking lot, exiting safely was a challenge that stressed me out.  I have a huge problem with cigarette smoke, and please understand: it IS different than smoke/cloud from cannabis (hello, additives and carcinogens). I hope the owners are able to negotiate a different space for ppl to have their cig breaks- one that's not in the middle of a public use area.  And did we all forget about social distancing?

All employees wore masks and maintained 6ft distance. Just bought a radical new banger w/ even cooler cap. Also bought a hoodie there...which I wear entirely too much. Love the design/quality of pretty much every product they have there. But man, the selection/variety of things is spot on. I want to buy everything, every time I go there. Not sure if that would be a pro or con. Haha. But yeah, Keep it up guys. Best recreation dro shop in town. See you soon.  Ps. 4.20 is basically right around the corner. Any outrageous deals I should know about?

Good set up, nice people but the quality doesn’t justify the price. Nothing in the store is worth $250+ an oz. no mix and match. Wont return

Amazing store! You buy by the gram! Which means you can really get any amount you want. $5 tasters? Yes! I love trying out new strains and different flavors but couldn't really afford to do many because of the pricing. Well now I have a new fun thing to do on weekends. Get a bunch of tasters and try them all! Sorry in advance for being that guy but also that k you for being cool and doing it.

Tried out a ton of places in Portland and cannot recommend this place highly enough. Huge selection of concentrates, great prices, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. People I’d want to get high with!

I was very impressed by the quality of service and flower. Flower is kept in glass and selected/weighed by your bud tender so it’s as fresh and frosty as it could possibly be. Always a good deal here if you’re low on cash too. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Portland.
