The service was impeccable. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Great product at an affordable price.

So much gratitude for this shop! As a last resort, I called and asked for recommendations for pain relief from a back injury that had me almost completely immobile. I asked for CBD topicals, edibles, or anything that would help, without the side effect of paranoia. I haven't had much success in the past with low THC strains and was open to trying anything CBD-heavy. The employee (perhaps the owner? Didn't get his name) offered informative, non-judgemental assistance over the phone, suggested a high CBD oil and had it delivered to my door within an hour. Zack brought the delivery. When he arrived, I didn't know it was cash only (N00b!). I was almost unable to walk with the back pain, so he drove me to the bank and back home, with a smile and happy attitude. Such a positive experience from start to finish, they will always have a customer in me. Support this business, they are wonderful. A+++.

First and last time I try to order for here. Tried to order almost $108.00 of product from green gratitude tonight just for them to call not even a five minutes after putting in my order to tell me they won't deliver to gresham. Mind you my apartment is 2.9 miles from their store. Lost my business for good.

Portland Marijuana Delivery!! 21 and over! Had my delivery this morning and man is it worth it!!! Woke up and gave them a call, ordered some of my favorite Gorrila Glue #4 my order was at my door (off 30th and Hawthorne) in 20 minutes tipped my driver Joe $20.00 for being a cool dude and now just some R&R and maybe dimsum? Thanks Green Gratitude for being a high quality dispensary and providing the goods on a hurry up

Went in on October 1st for the first day of recreational sales. Staff was not very friendly. Most of the shop was roped off for med patients. Didn't feel very welcome. The shop was mostly dark and felt like a strip club or porn store. Just an uncomfortable place. When I left the store, some drunk from the bar next door was arguing with someone loudly on his phone. Won't be back. Went to "Rose city oreganics" same day and had a much better experience.

Online delivery ... WHAT?! yes... you read that correctly. $40 minimum for SE Portland delivery with awesome pricing on edibles & flowers. You have to have ID they check on delivery - it's free but I always shoot $10 tip.

One of several local neighborhood dispensaries. A medical patient and started going here about 5 years ago when moved into neighborhood. Service was sketchy then. If Kemper was helping you, it was a good experience. Everyone else..not so good. A few of the folks are even downright rude, such as the manager lady Linda. She's just stink face all the time. Prices and quality about the same as everywhere else. I picked up a curbside, and the slighted me an eighth of product. When went back to get, they almost gave me the wrong one. WTH? Watch the prices too, each employee will charge a different price and all have   different rules about buying or getting a security bag and what needs a bag. It's strange.Sometimes they make you pay $1 for a bag. WTH? Just the inconsitent service, slow service, and rude service by most of the workers make this one a miss. A few up the road are much more pleasant of an experience. Too bad, as it once was an okay medical place.

I have been a regular customer for three years.Usually good service and affordable prices for a good product for a reasonable price.However one morning I went there almost at opening time wanting to get in on the happy hour deals.   After waiting in the lobby for five minutes and being ignored I strongly knocked on the entrance door thinking okay maybe I was not seen.The female budtender Linda rudely yells to me through the closed door [Oh we don't do that here.}Then without even checking me in she mumbled something under her breath shook her head and walked away.  I then get the attention of the other bud tender and he walks up to me to let me know that I am refused service for the day.  Wow what a way to treat a regular customer!!I probably will be back but not before the owner is aware of her rudeness.  What a shame for. a business to lose a valued customer because of an employee  taking the wrong approach

Worst delivery service in the Portland area.Don't bother giving them any delivery instructions or telling them what time you want it delivered, it's coming whenever they feel like it and they will ignore any and all instructions. There are many other delivery services I would recommend in Portland, but this is far from one of them!!

Great service! Friendliest staff I have ever come across all over Portland! Delivery? What a time to be alive! You guys are the bomb and thank you for accommodating all your customers during these crazy times! Stay healthy! Stay safe!

Stopped buying from Green Gratitude after getting BS regarding their "deals".  Showed up on a Wednesday, when they offer happy hour, all day.  According to their website, this is an unconditional discount.  All went well the first &  second visits.  Starting with the 3rd time, I was told that the discount couldn't be applied to the flower I was purchasing, again, even though their site cited no conditions.  Kemper, is the name of the person helping me at the store during my 3 visits.  He was courteous, but not an honest seller.

This joint is great! I am impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness from this place. They were very cool to work with.

They advertise delivery but DO NOT honor their price minimum. $40 minimum for NE/SE $100 minimum for SW/NW/N I live in NE and have ordered multiple times, never had a problem until today. I live in NE and was asked to increase my order to $100 because it’s a hassle to deliver to NE... Never again will I be buying anything from them. Save your money and go anywhere else because literally anywhere is better than here.

Green Gratitude is so awesome! They are always so friendly on the phone as well as in person. And they deliver! They have given me deals from the beginning, and have gotten $40 in flowers for free! already! I will never go anywhere else again ?

All of their products are clearly labeled with prices. When I got to the register they told me it was more than what was clearly marked in the tray. They wouldn’t honor the price that was on the product avoid this place.

Got a great deal at this store on a premium strain, but the bud tender, Larry was awesome with us. He took a little extra time to engage us in conversation and also picked us out the best buds he could find from what was remaining to ensure we got our money's worth. Thanks, Larry.

Every time I go, I see happy faces greeting me. Great selection of flower, oil and more. Always helpful, always kind. I can't love em enough.
