so far this one's still the best imho. huge variety. employees are well-chosen, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic... all that. shout out to our favorite guy, Jared, but everyone there is great. any negative reviews here are just cranks who aren't appreciating the fact THAT IT'S FINALLY LEGAL. HELLO!!!. and this business is doing it right. DON'T HATE. they're there to HELP you. SHEESH.
I frequent the B-H branch in SW so much it feels like visiting family. The ambiance and decor is really nice. I'm glad they're improving security, not that it's a bad spot, but after years doing crime prevention I just know what a soft target looks like and they're getting better. There's always a good a selection and the discounts are awesome too. All the staff has been friendly and yes, there are pretty girls if that's a motivator. There's convenient onsite parking and an in house atm. But if you're savvy you'll hit albertsons across the street for cash back option. Oh, they also offer a vet discount and will recycle your nug jugs and apply a dollar off your purchase. Why try the rest when I'm telling you this is the best.
This is for their West side store not the Division Street one. Step one, I would update your East side phone number to at least have a voice mail that states that you're closed for remodel not let it ring 8 times then go dead. Secondly update your menu or your in store prices to match. It was only a $12.50 difference but nothing like driving through the disaster of the Sellwood bridge construction to get a specific clone (sour diesel) that only two people in town claim to sell Five Zero Trees being one of them and it costing you just as much as another store that was much easier to deal with.
They have a good selection and fairly reasonable prices on cartridges, but be sure to pay attention when checking out because they will short change you. Today I returned yet another bad battery (that's 3 in less than a month) because what they sell is absolute junk. I paid with a $20 but got back change for a $10. Time for another dispensary. This review is for their BH Hwy store.
Super cheap and friendly every single time. My regular place for last 6 months. Love these guys.
When they don't let you buy anything because they think your ID is fake and you've already wasted 6 bucks on getting cash from their ATM. Lol.
Had an awesome first experience here! They give you a new comer discount and the customer service was awesome. Good prices and lots to choose from. Highly recommend
Since marijuana became legal I have made it a hobby to check out all the dispensaries and obviously buy buds from them. At first I thought that five zero trees was a pretty awesome place, my boyfriend and I bought a $37 plant and a $75+ vape pen from them without thinking twice about it. We also brought three of our friends with us that bought a bunch of flowers too. It was clean inside and pretty organized. After we bought the pen the cartridge started leaking, we waited about a week to see if it would stop and it started to get worse, id say more leaked out then we consumed. I took it back two weeks later and the ladies that worked there told me that people have been bringing the pens back and that it was too late for any kind of re fund. I asked them why they kept selling a faulty pen and they grabbed their manager. The man in the cowboy hat accused me of keeping the pen in my car and told me that I needed to keep it standing up. (which i think is pretty silly, i only bought the pen so I can throw it in my pocket and use it while I am out and about.) I was also offered a 20% discount on the same pen. You have got to be kidding me...I would never spend my money at a place that sells me products that do not work.... You people do know that there are so many other places that I can take my business to? You get one star because you think that the people that shop here own you something, you do not respect the quality of the product that you sell, and your customer service is shameful. You should take pride in the product that you sell and be confident in the quality of it.I will never come back here again and I have nothing nice to say about you to people that I meet on a daily basis. Coming here is a waist of money and you might as well go somewhere you know the product you buy is bought with thought.
Bought a pen and cartridge from the B-H location a month ago. Yesterday the pen stopped taking a charge. Took it back and they offered up a 15% discount on a new pen because I didn't have the receipt. The pen has "five zero trees ". printed on the side and looks brand new. 15%? What a joke. I liked this store and it it very close to my house. I will never be back there. Too many options of businesses that will stand behind their products.
Go-to spot when in Portland (also the newer store on NE Dekum). Always had good experiences here, and good results afterwards. Clean, professional, huge selection. Check out MHM/Durban for work, sports, travelling.Only drawback is the packaging - it doesn't seem airtight and has randomly popped open.
Five Zero Trees is a beacon of professionalism and outstanding product in a sea of mediocre Portland area medical providers. The demeanor of the staff is unfailingly courteous and respectful, and they have an encyclopedic knowledge of their wares. The herbs themselves are of superb quality. There is a wide variety of candies and extracts, as well as a nice selection of glass. FZT is the high-end boutique of OMMP shops, but somehow maintains competitive prices and a large selection.
I gave 5 zero tree a visit after checking out several others stores and haven't gone to a different store since. Not that I have problems with other shops, but 50tree just has the best presentation and variety of products. I want to shout out to their management for hiring such a great staff! Why the five stars?-very clean and trendy design-friendly staff-HUGE selection - Great prices-great off street parking lot - very welcoming environment.
Decent selection, aweful service. Flower was literally shoved in my face repeatedly- even when I said I didn't like having it shoved in my face. Was treated as if I might try to steal. When I looked at my cell phone, I was told cell phones are prohibited in the store. Incredibly pretentious. I left the store blown away by the rudeness. Went on to MindRite dispensary and spent $700.00 because the product was superior and the service was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Also, at MindRite I was able to hold the mason jar without suspicion and even used my cell phone without any problem - go figure. Will not come back to this very pretentious and rude dispensary. Please train your employees to tell the difference between a clean-cut 40 year old man intending to spend liberally and a potential thief.
If you see them Run..... They scammed me big time, and if they did it to me, they WILL do it to you, as well. Here is how one of their scams works. So you go in to ask for what ever weed your need or like/want. They show you a few, then they narrow it down to two choices A and B. I bought a n eights of each to check out which is better. So you go back asking for A or B, the one you liked on your next visit, the norm. The scam. So you walk in asking for "let's say A" as to the the one you liked. They pack and sell you A weed, but when you smoke it you notice right away it is not the same stuff what so ever. When you examine the package it carries the right name, but wrong THC levels.. the difference of 26%+ to barely 17%, which in medication will make a difference. So I went back right away, asking kindly that I was given the wrong stuff, I needed to exchange it which what I asked for. I was greeted with total dismissal, and told if I want A weed (which was recommended by them on day 1, day 2 the pack you the cheap stuff under the same name, and push it on to you) then I would have to make another purchase, if I wanted the right weed A with the right THC. I asked to not give me a full quarter, but only what is in the continer. I only used one jay, and from my second puff I knew it was not only wrong, but bad weed. They refused any means of communication to fix and make this right. So if you see them Run......Trust me, there are so many dispensaries that do good busines all around (that won't rob you like Five Zero Trees), that will appreciate you and your dollar more. Go to any of them, a true advise from a friend.
I have been buying cartridges and flower from this location for about three years. Always been satisfied. About a month ago I bought a cartridge and it quit working within a few days. I didn't make it in to the store in the allotted time to exchange it but figured it was the first bad cartridge I've bought from them in almost three years, so I just let it go. I bought another cartridge from them day before yesterday 3/31 and tried to bring it back today on 4/2 and was told they don't exchange defective cartridges! I know the guy working there doesn't make the policies at the store so I told him I realize it's not your fault but this is the second bad cartridge I've bought from you guys in a row and that's not acceptable. I told him they have lost my business and left. On the other hand if I would have been told when I bought the cartridge that there were no exchanges even if defective I would have not purchased it. But I wasn't told anything and as a longtime customer of theirs I figured they would exchange it if anything went wrong. But as it stands I'm out money and on to find a new dispensary. I would avoid Five 0 Trees. Not a good business practice to refuse to stand behind the products you sell and to not let customers know ahead of time that you have a new no exchange policy in place.
I literally just purchased weed here infected with spider mites. When i went to return it i felt staff kept it very hush hush never admitting outright their fault in this matter. I never even received an apology. They did issue me a refund and hushly admit it was infected quietly. But again felt rushed out. I was not offered anything to compensate for my time wasted or trouble which is pretty basic service industry standard. When i asked if having smoked these spider mites would make me sick i was told to google it (they can give you a lung infection so wow). I then went to another store location where the west store had not informed them yet of the mite infested weed so it was still on their shelfs, gross. I would expect a better company response and service level especially from a store up charging so much. As a business student i see their slow response to inform other stores a liability and if you expect customers to come back after a totally unacceptable experience like this how about training staff in proper customer service techniques
Staff wears their masks below their nose. They sell flower as their top shelf that is very old and isn't even worth smoking. When I asked about it, the rude manager claimed weed doesn't go bad with age.
I loved this store, for months I would drive an extra 20 minutes just to get to it. Didn't understand all the bad reviews. Now I do. Their upper management is toxic enough to ruin their beautiful stores. Behind the scenes it is McDonalds - corporate and uncaring. If they make a mistake on your order all you get is a sticker. Store manager Xae jumped into a spirited lecture about how unimportant correct orders are compared to a wildfire and pandemic. I completely agree. But really, you don't have a 10% off policy if you mess up an order? It's just 'better luck next time'? Now Xae is calling my phone repeatedly and sending messages. During one of her frantic calls she said, "Tell me how I can be sure we never get your business again." She was effective, I left my sticker on the counter and won't be back for it.
Service here is the worst, they rush you through the process then ask to see your ID at every turn. I showed my ID about five plus times once. I might not have a memorable face but i have often come across the same associate when here and he has never been personable. I live so close so would come here often but no more since the lack of hospitality is so great. Go here if you wanna feel like you're taking up peoples time or if want your ID examined by six different people..
The staff is great & very nice but lately when I come thru mistakes are made. First time I come in I got a few 8ths from the end of jar sale, but was overcharged and they were kind enough to give me 25% off my next purchase. Now today I come in and use that discount to get some more bud but when I get home to weigh my bud one of my 8ths had no label and it weighed out to 2.83 grams!! But the receipt says 3.5 so idk if it was a malfunction with the scale system or What... it's disappointing that every time I go something happens. I just want to get my bud and relax while I smoke it. I like the staff and the company but please work on preventing it from happening in under future so loyal customers don't have to move on over to another business!!
My first few times were great. Then I bought edibles (on a Monday when they're 15% off) and they bagged up the wrong ones. I discovered it a week later and wanted to exchange the ones they gave me for the ones I wanted. Nope. Only offered me a 25% discount despite the fact they made the error and were pretty flippant about even offering that. But they made the mistake?!? So now I'm stuck with edibles I don't use and you want me to spend more money with to get what I originally wanted? Umm, nope. OK - maybe the OLCC limits what they can do (although I'm pretty sure you could have offered me a better discount). Whatever. Got attitude from the manager. So I decided to leave (why should i spend any more with them if that's how they handle their mistake?) and was walking out. Before I was out the door they started to talk about me as though I wasn't there. Not cool. And unkind. Won't be back, and based on other reviews, looks like this is how they roll.
It says here this is for the location on Division which I've never been, I frequent the shop on Beaverton Hillsdale HWY in the SW. This place is like the Trader Joes of dispensaries. Immaculately arranged, decorated, thoroughly staffed and with a neat grow room in the back that you can see through a picture window. Its very modern and professional, and most importantly, the strains they get in are often INSANE. The other day I had this Indica called Bruce Banner, 29% of couch-bound heaven! Sure that stuff is 12 bones a gram, but wouldn't you know it? Buy a quarter and they reduce it to 10 bones a gram. Done and done. Take my money. Shout out to the adorable girl at the front counter. *wink*UPDATE: Now that they tax, they still managed to keep prices low - you should see some of the strains you can get for 8 a gram, outstanding! Love it.
Absolutely wonderful that's her I've had since I grew my own better than the stuff you find on the other side of town for sure
My husband and I just moved here and visited multiple shops until we came into this one we now only go to this shop super friendly great prices and excellent products
Quick and easy. Thank you Select for the battery and products. The container for the oil is ridiculous. I had a hell of a time just to be able to remove the product. I understand safety, but come on. Jon B.
Love this place. Everyone here is cool as hell. The place looks very nice and is very well put together and clean :) The parking lot had lots of room so i didnt have to worry ablit parkkng when Arriving. And i love the selection of bud here. Was very satisfied with the quality. Will be back agian soon :)
Amazing shop, awesome staff. Emma and Wonderful are both.. Wonderful.
