I have been here a few times, the first couple of times were fine, the people who assisted me were helpful and nice. The last time I went, the woman who assisted me was literally coughing the whole time, not always covering her mouth, and even coughing on the product she was showing us. The covid-19 virus is on the rise and this lady is coughing all over the place. It was gross. I don't normally post negative reviews, but Floyd's and their employee's need to be way more responsible about their sanitary practices. That was my last visit to Floyd's.

Drove all the way here from Beaverton because I heard they have amazing deals. All I wanted was one joint. I got there 2 minutes after they closed and they wouldn't let us buy even though they were still helping people and the door was open. Very disappointed :( least friendly budtenders I've ever encountered. Give your business to someone who wants it!

Soft opened mid-November, this dispensary aims to have a wide selection - a shelf for every person in the neighborhood. The newest addition to a successful string of TRU dispensaries, this location will serve the Roseway neighborhood a wide range of cannabis products, from flower to distillates and CO2 products. Admittedly, they're still working on the interior and gathering product, but early signs indicate a knowledgeable management that is interested in making this the best store around. Stiff competition from recently opened dispensaries up and down Sandy will ensure fair, reasonable pricing and decent service. *This review is of a very recently opened location. I expect to visit several times a week and will update this review as time shows the true merits of TRU Cannabis, but I have high expectations based on preliminary visits and talks with the folks setting the store up. Early pricing will get you grams from $8 (tax included) up to the high tier of $18/gram, however Sunday will offer deals on top-shelf product and they intend on having daily deals as well...

Really sad to see one of my favorite budtenders go on international women's day as a female. Y'all should really have accurate information when you're advertising your products and treat your employees better as a company.

The vibe in here is so good. If I have any issues like with carts theyre good about replacing them and giving me advice on works best for my anxiety.

Small space with a big selection. Wyatt and Ninja are super friendly and always have great advice about products and strains. Tons of edible selection!

If you're looking for cheap flower but great quality you've come to the right place !!! $5 eighths for yellow label but if you go up to blue label it's $9. I always bring a little more to tip. This dispensary is HIGHLY recommended!!!!!

Ok...... True Cannabis is now Floyd's Fine.The new management is so much better than it used to be. That jerk that waited on me before is gone and the staff that helped me was very pleasant to deal with.I'll be back.

Been going to Floyd's on and off around town. Finally stopped in to see how this layout was, the bud tenders and their personalities and also pick up some for my day. Not only were both bud tenders friendly and helpful but also wore masks and held a short but engaging and fun conversation. I didn't feel rushed or judged and as a fellow licensed Budtender I found a lot of comfort. I also found pricing to be spot on and selection damn decent. Have to come into this shop more frequently, as although reviews are mixed - it's based on your personal experience. Give them a shot; worst case you're gonna get High, and you'll remember them!

Really great prices, good product. Wide selection. Knowledgeable staff, nice people. Alot of  choices.

Businesses have every right to hire who they choose, but I was not impressed with Floyd’s staff tonight. There was no warmth, no kindness, or no welcoming. In particular, my bud tender responded with a harsh tone when I sought clarification about their color coded labels - as what’s clearly pink on their menu is actually dark purple on the jars. I was chastised like a child for asking about that. Then, my bud tender made zero eye contact with me during the rest of the interaction, even when he handed me my change. I said “thanks” out of common courtesy, which was met with nothing but even more silence. I (the customer) was courteous the entire time. Sorry, Floyd’s - tonight was a bad experience. I hope your old bud tenders return, or at least their courteous approach.

Love this shop, but I came in tonight and the guy working had a huge attitude? The interaction started really positive, he complimented my hair even. I asked for an ounce of a weed that I saw they had two containers of. He was like scraping the shake and stems into my container so I asked (what i really think was nicely) if he could grab from the other container and he gave me the biggest eye roll? and then was rude the entire rest of the time. I even said have a good night because I was confused by the silence and he ignored me? Everyone else has been so nice. Black scene hair kid, with the horror tattoo and the “just the tip” tshirt

Is one of the worst dispensaries I've ever been to. Their products don't work. The staff is rude. All of their products are listed pre tax so expect a big markup once you actually go to pay. Don't waste your time or your money. Also not a very good selection anyway. I'll never be going back
