Won't go again. Budtender was very rude & didn't know her strains & got very cranky when she was asked to find out. I thought I was dealing with a 6 year old. The floor person just stood there during this very unprofessional event sipping her iced Starbucks drink. There needs to be some training of staff in the business. Folks are dropping to much money in these places to be treated so rudely.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. I used to really like coming here, they had a good selection, people were decent, etc, but after a recent weird visit that left me scratching my head I don't think I will be coming back. I felt like the shop had been robbed, the security door was busted, there was almost no stock, and the sales people seemed to be acting kind of sketchy. I don't know, just strange. Maybe new management was a factor? Anyways, time to find somewhere else.

I have been in here a handful of times. I like this place. They have some strains I haven't found in other dispensaries nearby, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. I found the quality of their flower to be really good.

This place is a joke. the consultants are rude and uninterested in your business. the product is just sitting on the floor in paper bags.

First of all, I will say that the waiting room is like watching The Big Lebowski. It's full of middle-aged white guys who look like they go by "The Dude." The "bud tender" or whatever you call it, was totally rude and snotty. Not helpful at all. The prices are good and they have a good selection though.I'd like to add that I agree with a previous reviewer who complained that there were too many stems.

The amount of stems in a quarter ounce was more than half.. Both times shitty weed. Shitty service. Shitty budtenders. Shitty attitude. Shitty line. Tried them twice. 1st time you shame on you, 2nd on me. No 3rd! There was actually a large chunk of stalk with nothing even on it! Don't do it. Go down the street.

This place continues to impress me so much.First, they constantly have good deals. You can literally buy 1/8th for $20. (Not top shelf quality but decent enough to get your money's worth.) Their prerolls aren't that bad either. Second, their staff is extremely helpful. When I walked in for the first time, a lady with black hair and tats helped me out big time! She literally went in depth to make sure I'm getting what I want. Now THAT'S customer service! Yeah, you're not always going to get amazing service but, overall, this place is friendly enough to take my money.Third, the quality of their flower is better than most places I've been to. Granted, I haven't been to that many places but, from what I've experienced, Left Coast's flower is the best. Although, I've purchased some bottom shelf Bubblegum Kush that contained stems but the budtender informed me of that before I bought it, which was very nice. I honestly think everyone who didn't like this place (the people who gave them a bad review) should give them another chance. It's definitely worth it and you'll most likely be saving money anyway.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and is well educated!I am a loyal customer, and wouldn't go anywhere else :)If you like pre rolls, this is the spot! Always in stock.

I waited for 10 minutes for them to check me in and even said hello, still no answers I'll never go again lazy people...

You guys should update your hours on things customers look at before getting to the store considering I arrived at eight this evening and was rudely told y'all are closed I will not be recommending my friends to this dispensary ever again. This place used to be a place I enjoyed buying weed from but things have changed and not in a positive way. Good luck guys...

Wonderful store, knowledgeable and professional staff, excellent product reliably in stock. This spot is wonderful. I've considered coming outta retirement to see if they ever need extra hands, because i just want to offer to help give back to this place...I grew up before legalization and had family members die of completely unnecessary things due to the drug war. Being able to go into a store and be treated like a human being by a fellow human being, in an industry that's heavily regulated so as to keep everyone safe AND to keep everyone accountable...Hopefully it means no more of my kith n kin have to die about it. Because we've got things like stores, legit places to go. For all its sham and drudgery, it's still a beautiful world.

This has been my go to place since I moved down here at the end of 2020. Jasmine? has been such a beautiful person to see when I go in and she is always so caring and patient to help me figure out what I’m looking for. All the the staff here are super amazing and the products speak for themselves. I am a quality gal and they have the best products here!

This place is the best! I usually come in the mornings and never have to wait they take their time to help you find the right product and exactly what your looking for even if it's at another shop! ??????

This shop is clean and well organized so it feels light and airy inside the shop. The cases are laid out in a very aesthetically pleasing way and the products don’t feel shoved under the glass or on the flip side they also don’t seem too sparse. The staff there are really wonderful humans who have bright and positive spirits and energy. I’m really glad my partner and I decided to stop in when we moved into the neighborhood. You can’t do better in Portland when it comes to customer service and quality products at competitive prices.
