This place used to allow me to bring in my cat and just changed it randomly to make it so you can't bring in pets anymore, shes literally a 8 month old kitten who would be in my coat not touching the ground or any counters. So annoying. Like what is she gonna do ? Purr at you? Recently their waiting room has been packed with garbage every time i've gone the past few times so i can't even sit on the bench to wait when they open the door, and instead of paying someone to clean it up they got a new security guard to harass their customers. Won't even tell you what you're doing wrong just says 'read the signs' when there are like 50 signs in the window. So rude, you could just say 'oh hey sorry we don't allow animals anymore' and i could wait in my car while my boyfriend goes in, but instead you can't even bother to speak to me so you tell me to read all the signs.  and then he got closer than six feet to me just to point at the specific sign after i'd only gotten through reading like two of them, instead of just telling me what the rule is.Like sorry but if your security guard is too shy to even speak to the customers hes probably gonna be too shy to solve an ACTUAL security issue.

Most of the time I go here they are great. They have pretty good prices and the staff is very friendly. My main reason for only rating them a 3 is that there have been several times I have gone like tonight, where there is inevitably one couple that can't make up their mind for 30 MINUTES while the line continues to build outside. The prices are not 30 minutes in line good with so many other dispensaries within blocks. Can I please recommend a 10 minute time limit and if you can't make a selection by then take a menu, and look it over in the lobby instead of killing everybody's night. Rediculous!

The BEST dispensary in Portland. Seriously. I have been to manyyyyyy. Why - the prices are great and they have daily deals in addition. They also sometimes sell $1 joints. Yup. Today I purchased edibles at 20% off and they have a great variety, especially as compared to other dispensaries. Edibles are always a better bang for your buck. Besides all the standard gummies, cookies and syrups, they also have RSO (edible Rick Simpson Oil - aka Cannabis oil) that is absolutely the best deal of any type of other edible you can probably get, if you don't care about the taste. The bud tender was also lovely - friendly, knowledgeable and was able to recommend some beautiful strains and products. Will be my go-to from now on!

Superb staff, excellent selection, hot deals. What's not to like? Extra shout out to the man who clued me into how to get the 1/4 of Mango Sapphire for 20% off if I came back during early bird hours. I'm very glad this is my neighborhood dispensary, it's always a pleasant experience.

No frills but good deals and friendly staff. I mainly purchase edibles so I go on Mondays for 20%.

Great deals here! Jody was a great source of information and very pleasant to work with. He gave me some good picks and the deals here were some of the best around. Store is aesthetically pleasing with some uniqueness in the variety of can't and prerolls. Will definitely revisit again .

Definitely made it's way up the list of top fav dispensaries pretty quickly. Just stopped in for their Night Owl special (20% off all flower after 8), and along with being super courteous and even providing a mask, I was in and out in a flash!

These guys are like family! They take excellent care of me and listen to what I want. Plus they're really knowledgeable.

I'm a often customer and service is great staff speaks to one customer at a time never gets anyone's ordered product selection wrong and they also know me☺️ (being an often customer)

Wonderful staff, Amber and Baxter were extremely helpful and delightfully friendly, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was given a good recommendation by Amber for the products I was seeking. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend it to all of my friends. Just keep in mind that The Canna Shoppe is cash only and the ATM fee is $3.50.
