This dispensary is a great place to buy medicine . Their staff is the best in the city . Very knowledgeable and friendly . They are very price conscious and have the best strains in the city as well . Gmo cookies and wedding cake are my favorites .
Great spot and great staff, will definitely be coming back. Love the atmosphere! Definitely recommend to others to come see or visit when in Portland
Great dispensary! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went in for some oil and ended up with an Evolvd cartridge I love and a bunch of pre roll blunts. Will definitely be going back for flower.
Horrible customer service prices listed were not correct when everything got rung up. The bud tenders blamed it on the machines agreed it was a flaw in there system and said they couldn't do anything about it very nasty attitudes. They than began to lie about a certain strain that was on special to keep for themselves first time going in and never going back real shady!
One of the better dispensaries out there. Always very very helpful and always happy to see me! Some of the best bud tenders I've ever met! They make me feel like family every time I'm in there!!! I'll always go back to The Refinery!!!!
Dope Spot. Loved the vibes. Good bud! Best service!! Will come back when this virus thing clears up.
Came in today to check out weed. the bud tender was being very lazy and rude Jamie Nd green hair Ditsie girl that work around 5 I think til closing both had a attitude because I want to check out you guy special prepackaged they wasn't doing very good job a customer service I've been coming here for while buying many different weed but I usually get good customer service those two every time I come and don't do a good job and seem to want to rush there customer and seem like they don't know what they are doing. The Jamie girl start getting attitude with me just because I wondering why they are giving a hurry up and go vibe. She tell me wow you want to look at all of them. Isn't that your job? Once I payed I asked for the manager she tell me his name is zack you want his number then tells me actually just come in the morning is when he here so now I'm trying to get a hold of the owner or manager I've met him before that how long I've been going here now. I'm starting not to like this spot with the poor customer service I get from these two girls every time. They act as if I'm asking for to much Jamie girl just sit there looking at her phone like what the hell kind of service I'm very angry about this because I go here all the time tell people about this place I even do pick up for my granny so for me to get this poorly customer service I get from this place now is just outrageous use to be my top place. They use to be willing to show you deal and all the weed. Not these two
Clean. Zero hassle. Least shady dispensary I have been to yet!The interior design is on point. Looks like a chic Pinterest page. Refinery's budtenders are not too stoney, and offer terrific advice. Also, you'll find tasteful and trendy gifts, if you're late for a party.
Not their fault weed is not federally legal. Updating because everybody is cash only.
The nicest dispensary on the east side. Bud tenders are HONEST which is the best quality you could ask for. I've visited multiple times and if they don't know about a certain strain because they haven't tried it, they ask their co-workers. The interior of the shop is cute and modern. Selection is top notch.
I went to the Refinery recently looking for very low THC/high cbd edibles. I wasn't sure what to look for and the people working were SO helpful. I love that the place is woman owned and how friendly, knowledge, and welcoming everyone was. It was also very comforting to see everyone in there wearing masks. I know that's a hot topic, but it definitely shows me that they care about the safety and comfort of their employees and customers.
I walked in to get a preroll this morning and as soon as I put one foot in the door, I recognized the lead Budtender was not wearing a mask. As soon as I asked politely whether or not she should be, her sales associate (thicker gal, gothic profile) immediately cut me off and cut her co worker off, speaking to me with an attitude: "she's actually fully vaccinated" while she too was wearing a mask - Immediately walked out due to the attitude thrown at me and the fact that no masks worn. I myself am fully vaxxed and a nurse of a type (health care); that was the absolute WORST experience ever.
I needed weed and this place was a mistake to walk into! It has a moldy smell everywhere and it lingers in the weed. Save your money and don't bother going here
Love them $12 for Altered Alchemy extractSmall dispensary but good selection Good prices too
Great customer service and very nice atmosphere. Recommend!

super helpful and friendly staff. always a pleasure running my cannabis errands here :) 10/10 recommend
Great shop, quality selections with reasonable price ranges. Staff are chill. Couldn’t complain if I wanted to.
The Refinery’s menu is one of the most consistent varieties of top-shelf flower in town. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good flower.
