As my first foray into legal weed, I must say that Belmont Collective set the bar pretty high and yes pun intended. Being one of many local dispensaries in my 'hood, I've always been curious about this little boutique style shop so after work I decided to stop in. You're greeted by a very pleasant "bud bouncer" as I have dubbed them, to check ID, in a small, well decorated waiting room and then led to their very small and intimate weed room. The waiting room had a dog hanging out and the bud bouncer says they're dog friendly and will hold your dog while you shop. Oh Portland! There were only two budtenders but they took the time to help you decide what you'd like to buy. I wanted something for muscle aches and to help me sleep during the weeknights and maybe a little happy fun time grass for the weekends. Their selection, while not nearly as big as other shops, is well curated. While it may have been a bit awkward to shuffle in such a little room, I didn't mind. If you want a vast selection and a big physical location, you might try elsewhere but if you like to grab a quick sack from your friendly local neighborhood weed boutique, this is certainly a wonderful option.

Nice shop with very helpful employees! Extremely fair prices and had a 4/20 deal going on, so we took advantage of some wonderful prices. Would recommend for sure.

This place was very well-organized and nicely staffed. As someone who has never purchased legal recreational marijuana, it was a little nerve-wracking, as I didn't want appear not "in the know" or anything like that. We ended up talking to both members of the staff that day and they were very cool and collected, and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. We also got to talking with the (I'm guessing) owner in the back and his family was from where we were, in PA, so that was another nice bonus! If I lived in Portland, I'd definitely come by here.

I went to Belmont Collective today to celebrate the 4/20 holiday and, as usual, they were amazing! This is my regular joint because the most quality men work there and they offer a stellar herb. Today was exceptional! They had incredible specials and even gave a snack bag to celebrate the day!!! It had a bottle of water and an awesome assortment of snacks!!! This place is bomb. Thanks so much guys for your suggestions and fabulous good looks!

Not a huge selection of Sativa, only 2 strains. And note, their description is wrong, they are NOT medical any longer, just recreational. But the budtender did inform me that Yelp has dispensary listings now, no need for Leafly!

What a wonderful experience, as it is the first day of legal recreational marijuana, we popped into The Belmont Collective to check it out. Our budtender Ben was so helpful and informative. A friendly environment with a knowledgeable and professional staff.I'll be back.

Very expensive.  I was looking at some of the lowest tier buds which were already $40 an 1/8th.  I asked if I could choose two diff kinds in the same price tier for a total weight of an eighth, and they said no, charging me the higher gram price.Really curious if their business model of charging exorbitant prices to unfortunate people will pay off for them in the long run.  I can easily goto other dispensaries and get the top-tier cannabis at that price.  Or get it on the black market way cheaper, and just as good.  I only goto dispensaries for variety, and with prices this high even compared to other dispensaries with product just as good, I will avoid going here again.

Great specials, great staff. I go here all the time and have always had perfect experiences. No wait, awesome chicks working, fantastic prices, and they deliver!

We loved visiting the Belmont Collective! My boyfriend and I live in a state that hasn't legalized recreationally yet, and this was our favorite dispensary that we visited on a 3-week long road trip of the Western US. The staff was super helpful, exceedingly friendly, and made our experience so enjoyable that we went twice in our 3 days in Portland. They also have a recycling program, which I really appreciated!

I came across this establishment after partaking in happy hour across the street over at Conquistadors. I think I did it backwards though b/c the food was so good there that I should have made this stop first to raise my food appreciation level, if you catch my drift. You enter a very clean room where you get your ID checked. We had the pleasure of speaking with Mike and he offered a great welcome as we entered. It was then our turn and we welcomed by Ben. He was very knowledgable, friendly and informative. I really enjoyed chewing the fat with him. Prices were competitive but nothing to write home about. The ambiance was mellow and calming. They had a good selection of flower. I will defintely be back to say High

Ben (the owner) was super helpful finding the right product for me! Being from out of state, this was my first experience in a dispensary. He walked me though all my options and what would be the most bang for my buck. Even talked me through some of the legalities around the product as they're new to me. Friendly, clean, informed, and really cares about the business. Won't be my last time stopping in on this trip!

Best shop in town.  They are always friendly and knowledgeable.  It's great having them in the neighborhood.

If I could give it 2.5 stars I would. The pre-weighed grams I've purchased have not looked anything like the sample in there display. Maybe they're packaging the buds wrong. Always dry and smashed flat looking buds, not what is advertised. Don't be fooled, pre-weighed and sealed weed is always suspect. The only reason I have it 2.5 stars is because of price. They also deliver.

I love this place. Open early with happy hour. I just picked up their 4/20 goodie bag and it was better than Xmas. Can't wait for the next holiday. Great staff, always super friendly. Great prices. I'll be back soon.

This shop is wonderful! Hana and Dimitri are super friendly- everyone I've met here is very kind, and more than willing to help you find whatever you're looking for (even if, like me, you don't know what that is yet!). They always treat me like a friend, so Belmont Collective is my place from now on!

Flower is always SUPER dry. This is my neighborhood dispensary, so I've given them several shots. Will continue to get edibles from there, but flower, never again. I went back to tell them that and that it was basically unsmokable and they basically told me "too bad". I didn't expect them to take it back, because of the law, but I atleast expected a couple punches on my card or something to make up for paying full price and not being able to do anything. Don't buy flower from here.

Rad staff, inviting, informative, great selection, so stoked this is my new neighborhood shop. Top class!

Stopped in last week on my way home from dinner with my friend because she'd never been to a dispensary before. We were immediately greeted at the front with friendly smiles asking if we'd ever been in the shop before. We said no and he showed us around. I wish I got the two employees names that were working because they were so awesome! Started making small talk and we bonded over the fact we're all native portlanders (pretty uncommon nowadays). We ended up staying in the shop for at least 15 minutes just chatting away. Definitely my new favorite dispensary and will be back very frequently!!

Just moved to this neighborhood and fell in love with this shop! The folks are so nice and informative! They really feel like friends! The quality is insane and the prices are perfect!!

These people are always super kind and helpful! Love the laid back vibe and expertise. Prices are very reasonable.
