I absolutely love this place! They always have a great selection and awesome prices. The best part of going there though is the customer service. The whole staff is terrific! They can answer any question you have about any of the products. And they are all so friendly! Kinda like "Cheers"... for stoners. They remember everyones names and are always so happy and smiley.           Oh!!! And it smells AMAZING!

If you're looking for a knowledgeable staff, great selection, nice looking store and good prices, look no further this place has it all!  I've been coming here since the Tigard location has been open and I am glad I have! The staff is very friendly and they know their product!

Second Portland area dispensary to check out. It gave me hope for the dispensary scene being that the first place I checked out sucked. GREAT SELECTION and great staff. So why only 3 stars? Well I'm kinda bummed because I bought medicated tea for $16. The nice budtender told me there was 3 tea pouches in total for $16. When I got home I discovered there was only 1 pouch. That was a major kick to the pants. I understand that the budtender probably made a mistake but had I of known there was only one in there I probably wouldn't have bought it.

They think it's ok to be rude, display products that are out of stock and generally act as though it is a privilege to be acknowledged and served. They had new products that they wouldn't sell but could be seen in plain sight. And the entire staff looked disorganized and effectively high to the point of pure chaos. Good luck to the Portland people that put up with all that nonsense! The market is saturated, get restocked.. it's not difficult to find somewhere to be treated kindly and honestly. Headed back to Nectar!!!!!

I like the fact that the budtenders at chalice Farms are well informed and always helpful as far as understanding my needs 4 certain kinds of pot recommended for a medical card by my doctor as I am dealing with cancer in three forms. So I'm glad that you're there and thanks for all your help!

My husband and I have been a customers since the Tigard store opened. We moved to Milwaukie last year, however since we have typically received great service and amazing deals we continued to drive to the westside visit this store. However our opinion has been slowly changing and today they have lost two customers. We participate in their text message deals and pts program and today they sent out a text stating visit your favorite location for 20% off ALL Golden Fruit Chews. When my husband arrived to purchase the chews it turns out that the text was incorrect and not ALL chews were on sale. He was informed that those messages come from the main office and that, this specific deal did not apply to this location. Another issues that we have been having is the Veterans Discount, my husband is a combat veteran. We continued to purchase from Chalice because they applied the discount above and beyond what their sales were making their store and product even more valuable to us, however the last few times they have neglected to apply the discount even when asked and it wasn't noticed until after we left and we looked at the receipt. Its unfortunate that the store standards are slipping and that they don't honor deals sent out by their main office. Never going back.

I have been here three times. I appreciate that they take cards instead of just cash. They charge a fee to use a credit card, but I accept the convenience factor. The first visit was great. Unfortunately, I won't be back.On my last two visits, the person helping me suddenly said that another person would take over. My choices were double checked with me at the register (sometimes by a third person). On my second visit, I arrived home with the wrong flavor edible. It was a flavor I have always disliked. It was a 20 minute drive back to the dispensary, so I decided to just deal with it.My third visit occured today. I arrived home with two vape pen batteries. I called to discuss the issue and was just repeatedly told that I was welcome to drive back to the dispensary.Poor customer service

Great buying experience! The best bud! Good prices and they always have different strains every time I come back. Igo around lunchtime on weekdays. No wait for a budtender, in and out really quick. The best place to buy bud in the suburbs!

Service has usually been good.. but keep your receipt!! Cartridges stop working and if you don't have your receipt they will be rude to you. We come in multiple times a week and they were rude to us... because they sell a product that doesn't work correctly? and $70 a gram for concentrate? and you can't be friendly to the people supporting your business? find somewhere else

I visited this place for the first time today. What a scam! First off, if you're a medical patient... Don't stop here. Roll back down 99 toward Portland to not get ripped off (we recommend 15 minutes east to Nectar and Human Collective for the best deals on the west side) No concentrates were available except cartridges which is nice if you're a rec user, not if you have a medical condition. They don't sell individual grams of flower and their staff is pretty unknowledgable on their products, vendor delivery dates so I could come back, etc. etc. I got zero help and most of these guys stand around all day to try and sell you when you come in (almost as bad as a car dealership). All I wanted was to make a quick stop for my husband to get through the day and ended up only buying an 8th for the same as street prices ($35). No welcome gifts (not even for patients!), no deals. Pass go and collect the $200 because this place is just out to rob people. This is a perfect example of taking full advantage of the legalization and leave the real reason dispensaries opened up in the first place in the dust... The medical cardholders. Thumbs down from me and everybody I've talked about this with!

I had never been to a dispensary before going to Chalice Farms in Tigard. I had only used marijuana once before, and here I was going to buy some by myself. I was nervous. The staff was really awesome. The woman behind the front desk was friendly and polite, and after checking my driver's license put me down for a 10% veteran discount, which is cool because I never ask for discounts. The waiting room is nice and keeps the main floor from being overrun by customers. After a very quick wait, I was called back, and the gentleman helping me took time to explain the layout of the store, different types of marijuana, and a few of their products to me after learning this was my first time. When I chose to get some edibles, he explained that they have a private baker who makes all of their edible chocolate, which I thought was pretty awesome. I also picked up some pre-rolls, which they had a special going on where it was three pack, 0.5 mg each, for $15. I walked out of the store happy and with a small amount of money missing from my bank account. Beyond pleased with this dispensary!

Best spot I've hit so far. Incredibly beautiful inside and I like that's it's somewhat like going to the doc (sitting in a nice waiting room, waiting to be called in) only it's a much nicer waiting room and you're happy to be there lol! You're greeted immediately walking in and wished a nice day as you leave. It's like walking into a jewelry store - but with weed instead!!Always an up to date list and everything you really need to know for each strain available. Very classy inside, love the real dark wood motif!(If I had a picture to show it justice I would add it)

A novice browser no more. The staff here are efficient, friendly and informative without making the customer questions seem stupid. The store is modern looking and is clean. They have their stuff together and know what they are doing.

I really like this location - walking in the front door- it has a spa like vibe- really nice atmosphere. Excellent service. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Johnny helped me with my purchase and was just wonderful. Look forward to visiting their new location off of HWY 212 when it opens.

This was my first experience in a dispensary, but I was very impressed. It was clean, there was lots of product and variety and the staff were very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

Family member just shopped here for some relaxation. She isn't an everyday smoker. Just something to relax from stress and and school. This place is a rip off. How can they justify leftover shake in a joint smaller than a lighter (filter included) for $7.20. Save your money. This place isn't just business minded, it is greedy. Other shops along 99w are much more affordable and have better quality. Nectar is down the road, way better. I am astonished that this place is still open at this price point, quality and quantity. Best of luck but won't be back.

I was going to write a stellar review but they branded cartridges are glass and shatter. When you call to ask about it they say they can't help. What kind of customer service is this. For $40 I got ripped off and they don't give a shit. Sad cause the lady who helped me the other day was pretty chill. I will not be coming back based purely on the fact they don't give a crap about their own products.

Horrible customer service. Awful parking. It's a waste of time to even try and go I don't know how they are open when there are so many better options.

As far as Portland's suburbs are concerned, dispensaries can still be hard to come across in certain hoods. When I lived in Lake Oswego, Chalice was one of the closest options to me; I've since left, but hopefully it's gotten a bit better for ya'll. I mean hey, here in Utah you can still get at best, a gnarly citation, and at worst jail time, just for having any amount of green. I've had the opportunity to visit dispensaries in Washington, California, Nevada and Oregon. Like any other business, some dispensaries are far superior to others. I found Chalice Farms to be lacking in a lot of ways, and if I hadn't moved out of state, I would have eventually 86'd this place, even if it meant driving further to other dispensaries.The selection by oz is not all that varied, and it's pretty pricey all things considered. A lot of times I preferred to go the edible or individual joint route over buying in mass, but I found those menu items to be even worse and stretched thin as far as options. I feel like this dispensary is catering towards a certain audience, which isn't a problem necessarily, but it's clear I'm not part of that demographic.I felt like the service was over the top friendly, while still managing to fall short on the knowledge scale. I will give Chalice the benefit of the doubt, it's probably difficult to deep dive into recommends when your menu isn't all that big to begin with. As far as the strains themselves, would like to see more OG classics. Didn't find them to be all that interesting or out of this world, but I feel like when it comes to marijuana, California just has that natural grower's advantage.It did the job in a pinch, but I'll definitely shoot you straight; you can do better.

I placed an order online and it was ready quickly. There was a small issue but the staff quickly corrected and made it easy. Great place, but a bit of challenge to park ,but where is easy parking n the land of micro parking spots of Portland (haha)

$21 Per gram For top shelf??? Wtf is going on. There is a SURPLUS of quality bud in Oregon and these shops want to hoard all the good product and sell mediocre for $10-12 a gram. Tired of it. They had some solid sales for awhile like 30-40% off select strains and then it just stopped and never came back. Bring salesback on top shelf PLEASE!

As a senior and a veteran I use Chalice Farms products exclusively for my medical needs.  The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their product line and their advice is sound.They can also easily accomodate the recreational user and their prices are great on RSO with discounts for seniors and veterans as well.  Frequent sales for all regularly as well.

Challis Farms has been our go-to recreational hotspot for a couple years now.  Great prices, friendly staff, and easy (covid) online ordering with curbside service.  Took a few pics of my personal favorites for 'calm' and 'energy'.  Enjoy!!

Great experience! My first time in a walk-in dispensary. Our guy really made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING they had in stock which was super awesome.Current Happy Halloween 20% off edibles- stock up on those gummies lol Not too much of a selection but what they did have in stock was decent. We ended up choosing: chocolate covered CBD blueberries, some pre-rolls, a dipstick, and an 1/8 of Hindu Kush which smells divine!!!! Would definitely come back soon if we were in the area!

I love Chalice! They have many Wonderful options to choose from that are high quality and very affordable prices. The Bud tenders always impress me with their friendliness and knowledge. I’ve been coming to chalice for over 3 years now and have had such positive experiences! This has always been my go to place and recommend anyone I can to go to the Tigard chalice. Lily and Spenser were extremely helpful and had such amazing attitudes!
