The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They'll explain the laws, where the flower comes from, and give informed opinions on the products. I love going here - any EL location actually. Thanks everyone who works here, for always making my visits enjoyable!

Horribly mismanaged and poorly ran dispensary. Have spent thousands of dollars on product from their store via Dutchie Delivery and tonight when I ordered a half hour before close, was sent a cancellation notice. So I called to find out why to which the person on the phone had no clue and was ready to hang up, I asked them to put their manager on so I could get some resolve. Kyle answered, and Kyle sounded just like a Kyle should sound. Clueless. 19. and ready to go home and play video games. Kyle also had no answer as to why I was 86'd from their store other than a note of 'bad interaction with bud tender' even tho I have tipped EVERY bud tender who arrives $5 and greet them with a smile. My only guess is they simply don't like traveling to the south side of town and paying to park. Period. What kind of amateur hour are you guys running over there where you 'ban' loyal and consistent customers?

I am obsessed with the fresh green from this cannabis oasis on NE Alberta street. The knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the perfect strains. The vibe is everything, clean and bright. Fair prices. I can't wait to come back.

As a local resident, I have been to this Electric Lettuce location several times. Every single purchase I have made there has made me feel uncomfortable. The staff does not make eye contact, engage in ANY small talk and once only asked for my name and told me my total, five words total she said to me. For the prices they charge there should at least be welcoming people behind the counter. My last visit my ounce (which was not in my bag they handed me, I had to remind them) only weighed 25.06 grams on the label, prompting me to give you the feedback you deserve and need to hear. I've gotten better service at Floyd's. And to the woman with the multicolored hair: lighten up, eh?

I was very excited to come into this dispensary because I've driven by and really admired the look of the store, but upon walking in I immediately felt a very standoffish attitude from the blonde with short curly hair in the front. She asked for our identification and completely ignored my compliment about the outside. I then went straight to their display tshirts to find my size so I could buy one and was very rudely told not to touch anything. I hope she gets well soon but I won't be back to find out.

One time I did a day-job for a rich guy who needed boxes moved, and at the end of the day he tipped me an extra $20 and said "go see your weed man." It was icky and condescending. I feel the same way about this chain of dispensaries. It feels like a group of older, rich investors got together and hired a focus group to see what the youngsters would be into--oh, if they could only find the perfect formula!!!--and came up with this.

Electric Lettuce is our go to dispensary. They are super friendly, I've great selections of edibles, flower, concentrates and more. Highly recommended

Poor selection and staff member was impatient bordering on rude. Better options out there for shops.

I've been coming here for a while and always had glowing reviews, but tonight I had a pretty bad experience. This one star is mostly for the employee I interacted with, and not the business that employs them. Despite Google and the store's website saying Electric Lettuce Alberta closed at 10, when I arrived after pre-ordering at ~9:30 and being told to pick it up within 20min, I was told by an employee at 9:52 that they closed at 9:50. Again, despite their official website and Google page saying they closed at 10 PM. This employee told me that the website said 9:50 PM, and insisted I was wrong. I was standing in the doorway and showed the employee the website, and they told me that it was *actually* a third-party website that has the accurate closing time (and that this website says I have to pick up at 9:45, still 5 minutes before they allegedly close??) and despite only picking up a pre-order, and despite seeing no mention of this at any point between making my order, placing it, and receiving confirmation that it was ready, and being shown no evidence that what I was being told was accurate, they refused to complete my order despite the fact that it would have actually taken less time than our back and forth... Aside from a piece of paper in the window that stated their hours were "10 - 9:50," I have no evidence to suggest that the employees didn't just decide to knock off ten minutes early, and honestly I'd rather this be the case than to have just endured such egregious customer service wherein they refused to recognize that the error was on their end and honor my order. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this establishment.

The woman with the short bleached blonde hair was not friendly at all. She was very rude to my friend telling her ‘not to touch anything’ while she was looking for a shirt to buy. The other bud tender with short hair was super helpful and welcoming- the two stars are for them only!

Great selection of flower. Friendly, welcoming staff make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Can't wait to sample more on my next visit

Great shop. Awesome employees and excellent products. By far one of my new favorite shops. They have a great selection and if they don't know something, they will find it out for you. I will definitely be returning.
