Went here when I was in LA! The set up seems cool, a little different than Vegas dispensary's ! Some edibles are a little similar to the ones in Vegas which was really dope ! You get a cool lil discount depending on which day you go on certain items, you also get like a little glass piece for your first time gift? Cool little experience, great flower / concentrate options !

I'm not local, I here from the bay area and I heard so much about this place.. The receptionist/check in ladies were rude.. no customer service skills at all. But once I went to the back it all changed .. everyone in the back were so nice and helpful.

My favorite dispensery in the LA area! The parking lot is huge and easy accessible. Security is always out so that makes me feel safe. Easy system for first time patients, simple tap tap tap of the iPad ( yay no annoying paper work to fill out) they have a express lane for those who know what they want and get out quickly. I love their selection. They have so many jungle boys ( flowers, bho, flower rosin, live resin, nug runs) and every strain I try I fall in love! I also love the oil refinery there! They also sell many top companies, so you will always have a great selection to choose from! Staff is friendly and prices are good. They even have a rosin pressing station! First 1/8 is free to press so I always take advantage of that when I go in. Every once in a while they have pheno drops and lines get crazy ( sometimes 4 hr wait, but worth it)

Rude customer service! I suggest you go to chill down the street. This place is too expensive to be acting like this towards people.

It was like heaven!! The nicest dispensary ever!!! Prices were great!! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly!! I love TLC!!

This place is all hype the girl was being rude af like she owned the place and  I purchased there WiFi cake , not good flower at all it tasted bad I rolled a fat blunt hit it couple times and threw it away I'm honestly going to give this weed away this is like 30$ 1/8 weed . Don't waste your time coming here I'm a heavy weed smoker  trust me this place is no good . Go to LA kush they got some real gas might as well get what you pay for .

No shade to ALL the staff or ALL the flowers but damn about %50 or the staff is so rude and will only look up at you if they feel up to it. I'm a woman and for a fact I've been there and she was not even looking at me barely talking and they happened to start filming a promo video and then she proceeded to turn into this "sexy concerned budtender" and look at the camera while I'm still trying to get the women to listen to anything I actually have to say. Does anyone else taste the horrible perfume like taste that is on half of the flowers?

First time patient, having the expectations of having a good service for your first time at the shop wasn't what I expected. After seeing and reading all the bad reviews, it's not only that some girls are rude there but the guys that work there are also rude as hell at Jungle Boyz, the guy was hellla rude once I was deciding what concentrates do I want because I like to take my time to decide what I want. I guess I was taking my sweet as time that he kept naming random concentrates in order for me to hurry up, while the other bud tenders were just looking at me. I get it at a dispensary is a grab and go sort of thing but don't rush your clients bro. The only thing that made my day there was the receptionist, at least she was nice and dank.

Still a trash store, and tell your employees not to harass me for leaving a negative review this time... worst shop ever

This place is extremely hard to find it took about 10m to find it and the number on Yelp to possibly call and ask where they were exactly was just hanging up everytime you called. After asking a security guard for F4L where the shop was, It turned out to be hidden and you HAVE to park behind food 4 less. When I asked the girl in the front why the number wasnt working she gave like three different explanations for it, I mean if you're charging these prices you should at the very least have a phone line that works or where u can ask a simple question like "where exactly are you located" .... I will go back to my shops closer to home (CPT) or in South East LA.   This place is nice and I'm sure has top quality buds but I myself dont need all the fancy names and prices ... I'm happy with any green crystaly danky indica to calm me and put me right to sleep. You CAN'T smell or touch the weed here so it's like you have no choice but to take the bud tender's word for it. And everything is PRE packaged and PRE weighed and PRE rolled... how do you know you're getting the right weight when you cant see it being weighed and you just have to accept it.... THIS was WAY overpriced for ME and my friend ‍

Awesome experience for sure! Beautiful art work 50/50 on the staff! One the security guards is super freaking awesome and makes your day another was kinda rude about photos. Our bud tender was yacena sorry if I butchered your name!‍‍ her purple hair was awesome as was her personality. She was super sweet and very informative about all the products, they're use, and particular flavors( which was a huge help in my decision). Limited, products and a little high priced but still quality material. I'll will definitely be coming back and enjoy more experiences!

Just hype. Girl forgot my joint after she lost my eighth! She actually blamed me for pocketing the stuff.. But wait a min.. She found where she left my weed!?! By the way..  The buds aren't special (just some bs hybrids) and the selection isn't as good as it is other places. You must be willing to stand in line for hours on some days!! I stood in line for five hours and they didn't even stock the item I was told they had. Customer service will never except responsibility for poor product. They just send emails explaining why you are a dummy who knows nothing about weed.. -This place is a joke and they erase most of their bad reviews when possible.. So many better places to go. I feel bad for those hipsters that haven't found a better place.

OK so I do enjoy the product and the price is very reasonable but you guys are making multi millions a year and you're not providing glass jars for customers and should include the sticker if it's top shelf... And the fact you guys charge $10 for those cheaply made name brand strain cardboard boxes is ridiculous. You guys need to show some customer appreciation ditch the foil bags they look like shit and get some jars they literally cost $.70 each I'm sure it won't hurt your pockets. Happy holidays please show some respect to your loyal customers and do the right thing. Y'all billionaires step your game up for the clientele sake

I'm from outta town and was my first time in !   The customer service is good and the prices are fair. Ava was really sweet and I would be back because she was so friendly.

Basically me and my friends were denied to walk in. Don't know why. First the security said it was the manager and then the receptionist said it was the security who told us to hold off. I brought a Party of 8 was ready to spend their money. So I called the receptionist and she stated it was the security downstairs who said hold off. He could have just told us he wasn't going to let us in when he checked our id's. Could have saved some time and energy. Oh well we spent our little thousands at another dispensary.

Some of the older staff is rude and feels like they don't need to be nice to you just because you're only buying an eighth or a gram of wax like if we're not worth their time, Selena was great and had a smile throughout. Made my experience great.

Shop is weak, overpriced and to top that. There's not even deals on weed not even happy hour. I got lotion for the first time instead of more weed. Like wtf am I supposed rub one off? I'm not going to that shop again. It's all show to be honest. Fuck that shop. And fuck that staff

Great bud. There's a reason Jungle Boys is so popular, the weed is phenomenal. The packaging is really nice and the store is one of the nicest shops I've ever been to. If you are in LA, this needs to be a shop you visit. It's apart of the LA culture.

Maybe I will go back, but I was waiting just to get into the building for about 15 minutes before I gave up. I was informed that there would be two more lines - one to get into the establishment, and one to get your flower. The total weight was estimated at 1 1/2 hours. I'm not interested in long lines. I am curious about this place, but it appears that they've yet to learn to manage the demands on their business, making an unpleasant experience for first-time patients like myself.

Best weed in LA!  The Jungle Boys have some fire ass strains!  Come here don't play yourself!

This service i really below par Im really disappointed at the restrictions they tell you i might as well go to court you know. The budtender was extremely rude; carried a nasty attitude. Many issues and implied those issues on us. Very dissatisfied, i walked in with a smile on my face and walked out disappointed without any product because i refused to support a business that doesn't make sure they have courteous employees to tend to their customers. Overall horrible experience, unpleasant and unprofessional

Overpriced and I just felt like they didn't want me there.  Also, as a first time patient, you get a plastic grinder, lighter, and a hemp wick -- no bud!  Maybe that was there way of telling me not to come back.  No worries -- I'm good!

Amazing service and workers here. Never felt uncomfortable or awkward. Would definitely come back here again. They also had a great selection of stuff and everything was prepackaged so it was a fast in and out trip.

My experience at TLC was a good one great customer service throughout, security,intake,bud tender great service no long lines I suggest getting there when they open that's when I arrived and it was a Breeze to get in even as a new patient. There set up in side is great there merch and rosin press is a great touch nothing I've ever seen before I picked up at least 8 flavors all of which were frosty aromatic buds that oozed professional cultivation even saw Big Burner slide through probably for a exotic meeting. keep doing you Jungle boyz mad respect

Omg such a great experience!! My new go-to for all my LA/Pasadena trips.  Go to DOM -- she's dope and knows everything about the products. We got gelato, three prerolls, and a half gram of wax -- all of them were straight fire.  Their prerolls are actually made with FRESH BUD NO SHAKE!!! Plus they Gave us free totes, stickers and bottles of water. And we got an additional $5 off our purchase for being first Timers. From start to finish this Collective was cool, clean, fast and fun. I highly recommend. Also if you love Cali stoner fashion, hit up their Jungle Boys apparel store right next door. Their clothes are great quality and design.

Tlc has some quality bud no dought but the fact they blocked me on social media when i never even followed them in the 1st place thats some wierdo shit not my fault they just been making there fruity ass shit put some real bud on the shelf who tf wants fruity shit with that stupid cherry ak nd other graped up ass weed cheap asf do that shit original im not convinced with your fruity cheap shit only people who smoke anything would go for that crap i didnt know it was a fruit shop now straight up drop some original shit as fir now i aint fuckin with tlc till i see some real shit on the menu

I've been to TLC 4 time and I always have had a bad experience from the security and the staff. Yeah the bud is good but its not worth the bad experience. I'm a returning patient and had the hardest time renewing my recommendation cause it was "busy" I left cause it got to complicated for something so easy. Never Coming here again.

Anyone who gives this place a bad review is just straight hating. The Jungle Boys ha e it all figured out. Very seamless and easy to enter the building, plenty of variety, and all of the products I've tried are top of the line. They always have a very full staff, so even when the line is long they keep things moving along. Definitely a must try if you're in the area. To the JB: next shop, open one in San Jose! That would be a great and successful location for you guys. Until next time...

Good product, not so good service. Bud tenders complaining how hung over they where from chalice. Who cares. No motivation to help. Wait in the express line and watch the other lines flow at a quicker rate. Again, good stuff but bad service. CHR is my favorite collective in LA with some of the best flavors given in glass jars. 1st time patients get treated like royalty. Live and learn.

I love this place! Yes there is a line but come on, what did you expect, they have the best weed. Seriously, be realistic....there will be a line! But, it's worth it. The staff is very nice and super knowledgeable, you walk in confused on what to get, they gotchoo. I drive to this place from Long Beach, trust me, well worth it! Strawberry shortcake, Gai Pow....please try these! You'll love it!

Let me start off by saying that this is an unbiased review and I do love and appreciate jungle boys flowers. Ive been here at least 20 times in the past few months and Ive always been satisifed with the bud quality and strains. 5 stars for quality and environment but 2 stars for high prices, long waits/lines (there was literally 150 people outside in line yesterday) lack of specials/incentives (not just specials on your crap wax or flowers). With all of the choices in LA, I really wish TLC was a little more compassionate towards their patients and not just be all about the paper. Spending a little less on marketing and billboards and actually providing compassionately priced medicine to patients in need would be more than deserving of 5 stars.

the $$$ signs is egregious!!! hands down some of the best flower & concentrates available in the world @ more than a fair donation amount. now you can apply that $$$$$ to just about every shop in OC $60 for an 8th of flower, in some cases 65$ gtfo with that nonsense! those prices are on flower u don't even know who the cultivator is. the jungle boys & tlc collective have more haters than other shops have customers. how can we fix this error?

Oil Refinery CO. Extracts is one point Live Resins for $30 to $35 gram. Top quality!  Free Dab from 220 to 420 everyday!  No BS. Lots compassion vs some valley shops.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5er is due to the fact that their selection doesn't really impress me and they smelled my name wrong, which I was told could have messed with their system. However the aesthetics of the building was amazing! And the selection of different products was impressive. Definitely revisiting!

When to this dispensarie cause my homie said they had good flowers yeah they do but basically.every other place does too on the westside you get a gram of fire for 11 .12 $ or two for 20$. So dont belive the hype..your gonna be paying 15 a gram here ..no love you want 2. Gram its gonna be 30$ no deals .or discount on your first time. Its coo but yu know aint everybody got it like that..prices are so overated..and my luck i get the snottiest bud tender..looking at me funny cause i asked for the price and whas surprised....when she said all grams wher 15$ on the site they state they gorrilla glue or banana og 2 grams for allday 15$ thats all bullshhhh..you.l be getting no love here trust.its not worth driving out ther i really wanted to have a good expirience here.not the case you will get better prices in melrose or holywood..just cause berner visited here on you tube ..cats want to blow up  ther prices...dont belive the hipe !!!!!

Let me start by saying customer should be number 1.. I went for my fourth time there to buy some flowers from Jungle boys.. I was debating what to press so I asked the lady budtender which was probably high off her ass... she would not say anything so I had asked if I could talk to the presser himself that I always give $10 tip to every time he presses for me ...he was not there he was in the back!!! This big fat bald security guy that's been there for 10 years probably stealing from the company.... ask me if I was going to buy or what or I would have to leave are you kidding me? I spoke to the manager she said he's been with them for 10 years that he would not do that light in front of her face that's why I suppose he steals from the company he's a flat-out liar made me look like an idiot !!!!!that's what you do to your customers? Literally I cannot believe this happened I usually spend 2 to $300 there everytime I go.... I will stick to my favorite place and only place I will ever go to nowTHE WEED... were there they treat you like a customer and family and I'm not paid to be saying this it's the honest-to-god truth I will never go back to the TLC jungle boy production again they lost my business......

This place is awesome! Have been coming here for the past year or so, and they have never disappointed. They are always friendly, have ample parking, and a dab bar where they do happy hour as well. My only qualm is their lack of flower specials (in the jars) sometimes, and they require you to bring your recommendation in every time.

This place is by far the best shop in California. Highly talented growers with a great quality of tree.

I became a member of this great collective when they first opened in Aug of 2006. This place is awesome. Donations are excepted in any amount and they always have a free sample for the patients. The waiting room has a patients pantry that overflows with food donated by other patients. They offer these to other patients in need or donate to local food banks. There variety never disappoints and the staff are always friendly and know there products. It's a little tricky to find (which I like) so you might call for directions. They are listed on the approved list by the City of LA. I highly recommend the house kush.  They are open 7 days a week from 10-9 and are even open on holidays. I've tried a few other places around but always come back to TLC.  They do it right!

Best collective I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. I started coming here in 2007 and they have always had high quality medicine. They only have about 6 to 9 different types but they are they best of the best. And the guys that work there are great, very good vibes. I appreciate you having the best medicine!

I bought a battery that didn't work so decided to order one online the same as what I currently have, went back to return it and after explaining the situation to the manager she said that it wasn't her fault that it didn't work and that all she can do is give me store credit. I explained that I had already ordered a different model online and that I didn't want to take the same chance and get another defective one from there dispensary. She went into a rage of talking super fast and telling me that " she's trying to help me" as if she's doing me a favor, and telling me " do you feel better ". Very condescending and not understanding that I was returning the product not because I didn't like it but because there products don't work and assuring and guaranteeing me that a full gram of oil will fit on my new battery after I explain that it only takes 1/2 gram because of the size of the cartridge. I'm very unhappy with her customer service and will not be back. It's sad that after being a good and returning customer I will NOT be back.

So all the negative reviews about their product being stale or dry are true just stopped by today and won't be going back ever again. Way over priced for the low quality you are receiving from this location stay away from this spot it doesn't live up to it's own hype at least as far as flower is concerned. My recommendation if your looking for some quality go to high season dispensary they have real fresh products and the atmosphere in there is by far 1 of the best I've seen around trust me when you step out your car there you'll know your in the right spot.

If you come here make sure to get jungle boys flower. You can get everything else but that's what this place is known for.

Most of the staff is cool but there's one girl that has the nastiest attitude.. not even going to bother and call what her name is but we all chose what job to have and just because there's a line and I'm indecisive in my items doesn't mean you have to be rude and nasty... this is my second time I purchase with her the most of the girls are so sweet.. I've been making a few trips to their location. Their flowers are great and their staff members are nice but, beware of their ATM machines.Funny story-The one and only time I decided to pull out cash from their ATM machine, my account was hacked. It's funny that the amount of cash I pulled out, was the same amount that was taken out by an unauthorized user via Venmo and sent out a NY location. Pretty slick, TLC! Overall, good plants, good service!

5 stars to the security guy in the entrance. Didn't get his name. But mad love I was going cancel my online order because elevator wasn't available. After I couldn't walk the stairs due to having a dirt bike accident. Got my meds  thank you.

This is the first time il ever post on yelp, I feel like I have to let people knowLet me start by saying this is purely about the quality of the product, the staff is always great with me and the building is nice.In the past year I have personally smoked alot ( and i mean alot due to business relations) i have tried all the flavors all of them.Jungle boys is terrible and i Truely mean it , at one point i am sure they grew good weed but that was 3 years ago. Since recreational legalization JB had been pumping out the mids, if that just pure garbage. Dry, horrible burning, flavor lacking weed that prys on tourists with a  fancy bag and art work. As a full time weed smoker please take your money elsewhere if you want real quality top shelf. Go get any eith of any JB product and compare it to some real gass you can see feel and smell the diffrence immediately. They sold out they are not interested in growing the best cannabis they are interested at pumping out product at that fastest rate because out of town people will buy it off the shelf. Tourist weed.

TLC Customer service is terrible, they don't answer the phone. And this business ignore patients complaints also allow the security officer (Chris) to be verbally disrespectful to customers. He got aggressive and angry and called me a nuisance and said I was annoying. All the while he has a gun on his hip. "Unexceptable "Misleading unfair deceptive practices and False AdTLC was advertising all month that Jungle Boys Flower ALL tiers would be 35 dollars an eighth. I went to Jungle Boys on 10/30/21 I looked at the menu earlier 10:30 am I seen five new strains during special for 35 dollars Han Solo was 46 dollars the other four was 35 Ice cream cake, Sugar cake, Purple Sunset, Chem9 SkunkVA, I arrived to purchase the medicine the prices were changed from 35 to 46 I asked why did they advertised it for 35 dollars and then change it to 46, there Ad said ALL TIERS 35 Rose, the Supervisor tells me they were never advertised at that price, new strains were put for 46 dollars. I repeated to her several times they were on the menu for 35 dollars as part of the special and Jungle Boys changed it. AND It wasn't the first time and told I was being a nuisance by the Security(Chris) and that I would be banned if I didn't leave. No they didn't honor the advertisement was totally rude and disrespectful, BAIT and SWITCH and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO A DISABLE VET

This has to be my favorite shop for high end quality medicine.  Nothing is ever pre  packaged the freshness is unmatched, there is zero shelf life never makes it there, in turn u get the high end medicine but with out the dryness. The flavors , selection, rarity and exclusivity of some amazing, incredibly well balanced and clean medication. Top tier and they're prices are better for medicinal patients aswell.Hands down the best shop in LA .....

Security has no respect for medical patients. I was waiting for the elevator and the security up front is trying to make me take the stairs. I let him know I have knee issues and cannot climb the FOUR floors to get to the medical room. I asked if we could wait for the next elevator and he refused and directed me to the stairs. This place is NOT ADA compliant when you force medical patients to take the stairs.

The best dispensary period with my favorite Jungle Boys smoke! I enjoyed this collective and they have a little Jungle Boys Clothing pop up on the bottom floor so you can grab some cool gear. I was here 420 like the tenth in line we really enjoyed ourselves!

Best Place Ever! True to the game since 2006. Take it from a master grower, they are the best in all of So Cali.... love the people they rang a bell for my B day and the hole crew shouted Happy Birthday ? Thank you for making my day.
