Meh - my second experience here - first was OK. Called if they had my cartridge brand - they said no, but then the products Rep emailed to tell me they had 2 left. When I went down there, all their policies had changed - now one has to bring their doctor's referral, which should be in their system, but was not, so I had to pay the "recreational" price - kind of bozos here!

I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews for this location-weed dispensary & I'm a bit shocked. I had good/normal experience as a 1st time customer, & I was given I believe 10% off my total order as well. 2/8 of indica & 2 lighters for under $50. I've paid $60 for 1/8 before at other dispensaries so I don't see what the problem is. There's a few other dispensaries in the area where customer service is clearly not there forte & neither is great prices for returning customers.... i.e: firehaus- they're very expensive & I have no idea why. Please provide more positive reviews then negative because it's unclear why we shouldn't be coming here & the positive typically overshadows the negative! Happy 4/20!

Great products, great prices. I stopped in while walking my dog, they're in my neighborhood. Super friendly, gave me a great discount for being a first-timer. It was nice and uncrowded on a Sunday afternoon. I'm frankly amazed at how low the prices are compared to FireHaus. I've been going there for 10 years with a medical recommendation and I guess I didn't realize how expensive they are. This is definitely my new spot.

This has to be the worst place I've ever visited! After going back to my car and reviewing my receipt, I found I was over charged. I went back to explain and after I was given a refund on the over charge, I suggested that the manager (Amanda), should have apologized for a good business practice. I was told that she (Amanda) did not need to because she did not make the mistake. Really? That is very poor business behavior as I informed them.After Amanda heard my remark, for which I intended, she came out from behind the door and apologized, but informed me that she did not make the mistake and disagreed on my opinion about a manager coming out to express awareness and concern. Also she informed me that I was rude. Really? Rude for informing them that they made a mistake? As a matter of fact, I was quite embarrassed as to have to make them aware of the mistake. Wow! Amanda needs to go back to business school, if she had ever gone and learn basic business courtesy and practices.This was my first visit here and I am surprised they practice this type of rude behavior. As I was leaving, Amanda made sure to yell to me in a sarcastic tone, "have a nice day"! Talk about topping their non-customer service to burn in another insult! This is truly an awful place. :-(

Like one of the comments below this shop is extremely pushy. The higher ups including the main owner are clearly out for profit and have no interest in the desire of the customer. I would avoid this shop.

Great dispensary, good variety on price and buds. This place  actually honors medical cards, huge savings on incredible bud. Fast and friendly service, parking not bad in are either, just a great shop, good people amazing price and amazing quality. Got amaizing 8th for $30 out the door with medical discount. Never can go wrong checking this place out and the owners was super col too!

Profusely Lied to by Management/Ownership:I stopped by earlier tonight and asked for a top-shelf 8th of sativa.There was a particular brand they were pushing (IE, seemed eager to get rid of) that I figured I might as well try, but when I eyed the packaging on my way out, noticed was labeled a hybrid.I brought this up to the dude behind the counter, and he said there was a "typo" on the jar, which I wasn't willing to believe amidst the exchanges of sketchy looks behind the counter, and to a man hovering in the back.I was asked to move back and forth between the sales area and the waiting room two separate times so the cashier could confer with this guy, which confirmed my suspicions that this was probably the M.O. of the owner.The cashier tried denying he said the weed I bought was sativa in the first place. He tried convincing me to exchange for a sativa dominant hybrid of the same (by now, eminently sketchy) brand, on the grounds that there was "no difference" between a sativa dominant hybrid and a sativa, which was more than a little condescending. Finally, he admitted that they were sold out of sativa from the moment I walked in. This is the type of shadiness that I wouldn't even have tolerated from my high school weed dealer back in the day. If you're out of something, just say so, and there won't be a loss of respect.The dishonesty I dealt with here ensures that I won't come back. They seem to blanketly assume that their clientele are naive yuppies who just started smoking weed when it became legal, and unless that is you to a point of personal pride, I'd recommend literally anywhere else in town.

This is my go to place in west LA.  My own issue is sleep.  My favorite product is the kaniva, grape Flav ... love umm

DISAPPOINTING QUESTIONABLE RACIST BEHAVIOR!! I have been using this place for about 4 years. I took my Mexican friends with Mexican IDs and we where treated like criminals. I showed my EU passport and no problem, as soon as they showed their Mexican IDs they started treating us badly and refused to listen to us when we tried to explain what portion of the drivers licensees was the birth date. We are 33 years old, we dont look like 21, when I said "its a national drivers license let me explain" I was told "Im not taking to you" after this he said "this are just numbers" when my friend took out her passport and was showing we have a national identification number that has our initials and date of birth and that is how it appears on the drivers license. After this we just left the place since it felt wrong.

This is an great shop with very friendly staff and service. By far, the best pricing in the neighborhood IF not for most of LA. Go ahead and compare menus. Well kept shop with friendly vibesI've been to almost all of them..stop by happy leaf and you'll see the difference!

I love this store.  Everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices are fair.  They have a good selection packed into a tiny space and I have been happy with everything I have bought there.  Highly recommended.

Flowers were ok, but wayyy too expensive. $26 for a gram?!?!? That's unreasonable. Beyond that, the service was terrible. Our budtender was rude and unhelpful from the beginning. Take your business elsewhere. Nothing happy about this place.

Worst customer service.  Woman at front desk is so incredibly rude.  Don't bother coming here.  Take your business elsewhere.

This place is perfect !!! It has everything you need , and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They carry all the top brands at great prices. I would recommend that anyone visiting LA or West Hollywood definitely stop off at this location.

Prices are ok. The bigger budtender gal that was working yesterday was pretty rude to the point I almost considered walking out and not buying anything. All I did was ask if they had specials and somehow this made her think I didnt have money to spend. Her attitude was disgusting and she was not at all helpful to me as a first time patient whatsoever.. There goes your tip and future business! Never coming back to this spot! Hire better staff or train them better!

What a bunch of assholes! I was one of their best customers. Bought 2 to 3 ounces a month of their overpriced top shelf because they offered an ongoing discount to me on my first visit that made their cost comparable to most other shops. Today they changed the rules in the middle of the game after I gave them months of loyal patronage! Not only did they tell me the discount was now off but they acted as if they never said it was on to begin with. Baloney! They tried to make a liar out of me and I walked out empty handed. A bunch of schizophrenic liars run The Happy Leaf Collective who don't appreciate or know how to treat customers. I suggest you avoid going to this place unless you like getting abused and frustrated. BTW avoid their wax and oil. Worst gunk I've ever seen.

Very clean and nice one stop shop. They have virtually everything you are looking for.Very nice and friendly staff and LEO is very patient and generous with everyone in the room. Definitely worth a trip to WESTWOOD.

The best place around UCLA!I came in right before they closed and the staff was super friendly and stayed open for me to pick up my medicine. Excellent selection of flowers, edibles, you name it, and for a great price. I know there's a lot of places in the area, but this collective is the best. If you're thumbing through yelp trying to make a decision, consider it made.

I came in as a first time patient and they wouldn't accept my medical rec because evidently they only accept certain types.  They didn't even bother to verify mine!  California passed a bunch of laws to standardize things like this and these guys should be willing to accept any valid rec.  it's just a very bad business practice otherwise.

Overpriced, even for medical. Weed is old, many packages are over 6 months old. Good hours and professional check In, clean inside. No parking. Fat chicks run the place. I'd go back if all of the other shops around me closed down tho

Loved this place but it's suddenly closed!! What gives?!? No information on what happened. Came twice to find a sign saying they are closed.

Happy Leaf has a huge selection of medication and medicated goods, from every type of edible you might think of to a fantastic selection of buds, ranging from top shelf to the most affordable, but still excellent. The people behind the counter are lovely. They will gladly--or should I say happily--guide you to the perfect medication.

one of my favorite clinics in west LA for sure. i highly recommend their pineapple express strain, its my favorite one and one of their best harvested crop. whenever i have it, people ask me where i picked up and i always refer them to happy leaf. they also have really good edibles, i recommend the giant cookie

I Love this place. I am new to the new strains and edibles craze. Everyone here is friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to three or four places in this area, but none is as good as Happy Leaf!!!!!!!!

Really cool place. I love their selection of extract vapes and their prices are reasonable. Place is very clean and the staff are friendly. Location is perfect.This has been my regular shop now for a few months.

Good selection of Cannabis just came back after the store was closed due to a raid in December, not sure if they are operating legally but they seem to be prop D compliant in terms of procedure as well as time

These guys used to be informed and professional, but their $ has gone to their heads, and now they're clueless and arrogant. They DO NOT sell the best products, but DO have the highest prices. They carry some brands that are hard to find, but they know that, gouging the prices.I have a few recent encounters that were a customer service nightmare, but they don't seem to care. PEOPLE TAKING CANNABIS FOR MEDICAL ISSUES...find another retailer, because this crew takes full advantage!

My favorite place to go. Budget friendly: the taxes are included in their price and their happy leaf brand prerolls are good price and good strains for 1g each. I've bought prerolls only from this place so far. I barely come across waiting so it's nice when i want a quick pick-me-up's. Staffs are friendly too!

Last encounter at this shop left me with a sour taste .  Many other shops that offer great deals  and better parking. Bunch of liars.

After a misunderstanding with the security up front regarding my ID the manager Andy was very helpful and kind with the fact I can bring my passport. Saved me a lot of time not going to the dmv! Thanks Andy!

I went for pre-rolled sativas and they had NONE after waiting for at least 20 minutes, as the guard kept looking at me suspiciously. Very uncomfortable!

They've got the best prices and the friendliest staff around. I called ahead to ask about product availability and they were knowledgeable and patient. Prices include tax. I got a 10% discount for being a first time customer and since I bought 2 items, I get another 10% discount next time I go. They also have a rotating daily discount. It's clean and organized in the front lobby and in the back shop. They provide lots of hand sanitizer. It's my spot after going to an overpriced competitor nearby.

I keep coming back here because this is absolutely the best place to buy from. I just made a little mistake trying to explain that I needed a disposable stizzy. They sold me a cartridge. After going to my car I realized they gave me a cartridge instead of the disp. I went back inside and they gave me a battery for it. Gave me a battery. Free of charge. I don't think I'll ever get better customer service than this. Please come here.

CBD products are my absolute favorite for everything. I love coming here because the staff here are so informative, and always make coming in here a breeze. I never feel like they are shoving a product down my throat... (I’m in sales too so I appreciate, ha!) Kelley usually helps me, but I’ve been helped by the other staff and it’s always pleasant. every time i come here i find some fire meds. from the flower to the edibles and cartridges, really can't beat it. I really enjoy the left coast extracts products, nice price too. Happy leaf = 10 stars.
