Looks like Green Wolf will start to have to mask up  and pay more attention to guide lines regarding Covid-19.For the safety of its employees as well As its life blood, customers.  especially after Garcetti's latest mask wearing ordinance.

Been coming here a while, the flower is ok, and the price is good enough. But their value has faded over the years - the over-busy booth-babe style sales floor, having to still use an ATM and pay $3 transaction fee in 2021 instead of cards, and the lack of knowledge about the product have pushed me to use Eaze or other shops.

I went here because I've been going to Medmen and one of my friends said it was 'corporate'. So I thought I'd try a couple indy spots. Unfortunately this ain't it. I don't know who told dispensaries that they should hire 'hot girls' in tank tops with giant eyelashes that are super unhelpful, but there's at least one here. I had planned on a budget of $400 and walked out with only a chunk of that because the girl that was assigned to me kept telling me to read the packaging when I asked for recommendations and information. I got the vibe from her that helping me pick out stuff was the last thing she wanted to be doing. Bb, saying all your gummies are the same (when you have 15 varieties at least) is not a good look. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. There seems to be a consensus that there's some funky attitude up in here. The two stars are for the ginger cashier and the door security who were solid.

Normally I never getting bad reviews to stores But this store is horrible Specialy lady who working there, so bossy, so rude! I hope they change her because it'll effect their business

Consistently the best in the area for sure. If you're looking for a premium shop this is the one. Hollywood cool without the Hollywood fool. Frank and team are courteous and well educated. They know each brand well and stock the best of the very few brands they choose to represent while keeping aligned with customer needs. Parking lot is well lit and always attended by multiple individuals. Everyone who works there has extensive knowledge of everything they stock as well as the items they don't stock and why. You can comfortably leave your wife or whoever you're with in the car because the place is very safe and the vibe is cool even in the parking lot. Thank you GW

Love the staff! Great customer service and great attitudes... always welcoming and friendly! The prices are very reasonable and the herbal medication is of excellent quality. If you have suffer from body aches or pain I highly recommend the Honey Comb CBD cream or a tincture for faster acting relief! Alternative medicine is amazing! Natural remedies all day everyday!!

Best shop I've ever been too. Super organized, Very bright and clean inside and in a very nice neighborhood. Prices are a little high but they include tax and it's worth it now that under the table shops are starting to carry very low grade, Unsafe weed that's not tested. They have a lot of security which makes me feel really safe and the checkout process is pretty cool(They use iPads). They have a lot of edibles which are my fav, Try the 600mg cannabis syrup! And the staff is always cool and will remember your name after a few times of coming in. Will be back!

Won't accept PDFs for medical verification during a pandemic, and they don't have an online system to upload. Horrible shop, once was good, now same cattle experience as Medmen. Highly recommend going to other shops!

Please do not go here if you value your health or are immune compromised. I was there not 25 minutes ago and they are not enforcing social distancing. They are not doing anything to mitigate the traffic in the parking lot. There were 2 near misses in 5 minutes i was there and no one was even prssent. I didn't even get near the exit. I just went through the gate and I saw at least 10 people who were not social distancing waiting to get into the Room. I don't know what happened to this establishment but I will never buy anything from this place again. The people who are running things are not taking the pandemic seriously. I just hope they don't get sick.

Variety of items- pens/ gummies/ cookies etc. Easy to find location. Young girls at this location are very unprofessional but what do you expect coming from a dispensary? They can also do a bit more of a job by having a few wait out a minute to maintain social distance since it is relatively compact in there.

Workers are brain dead. Also dont know the prices of their own products... 2/10. Spend the extra time going elsewhere.

Top notch stuff, fair prices, extremely knowledgeable staff. I'd love a rewards system and the experience at the window is not friendly but that's nitpicking, a go to spot.

First off I've been here 3 different times.  While they have a decent selection and up front prices, the staff is utterly and staggeringly incompetent, the music is too loud to understand what they're saying and they get hopelessly confused.  I have no idea how the person that took down my order could confirm my selections 3 times, hand it off to the back room to fulfill my order and the back room personnel completely messes up the order (the ordered items are in print in front of them).  I would much prefer they have competent personnel rather than "pretty girls".  To the owners -- nobody is going to your shop to ogle the staff, the customers want to buy weed.  Hiring "pretty but incompetent" staff doesn't help sales.

Overpriced. Limited Selection. And AWFUL customer service. I've kept purchasing from this place out of convenience, but they just lost my business. EVERY time I order curbside pickup I have to call several times before they bother picking up the phone, when they do pick up, the person on the phone sounds shit faced, and I end up waiting 20+ minutes before they come out with my order. They couldn't even be bothered to turn down the show they were watching to hear me on the phone. Entirely unprofessional!

Been to this shop a few times, guess it depends on what budtender you get but this experience sucked . Today's  was very rude , and did not want to help. Gave attitude and I didn't enjoy my experience. Would not recommend .

I've been visiting a lot of cannabis dispensaries lately. So we were visiting LA this past weekend and stumbled upon this place. It's a little hard to find at first but you'll get there eventually.GreenWolf is very clean, efficient, and has a ton of cannabis items ranging from edibles to smokes. The checkout process was very quick and we were out of there in less than five minutes. I got myself some dark chocolate Hershey bar-like edibles.Just watch your step whenever you are entering / leaving this place. There is a very uneven surface by the front door and I tripped on it.

They think they can overcharge for pre packaging cheap weed. NICE TRY. Their "blue dream" looked like my grandpas dead hemp tree buds. TRASH

If you ask for help they point down at the glass.. Dont ask for recommendations cuz they dont know

Greenwolf has a friendly reception and a very nice display and fast moving line when coming into purchase, however the staff are not knowledgeable at all so if you have any questions they will not be able to help you and the weed is expensive and overpriced.  You don't get to see it or smell it, it comes pre packaged and is sometimes dry

Bought a King pen cartridge yesterday only to go home and have it leak and hiss. Came back the next day (with receipt) and the girl with long black hair working on that Sunday was super rude af! She kept throwing reasons why it would leak and try to pin that on me, wtf! This girl spoke very unprofessional so I asked her "why are you mad?", even the security guard looked at her shocked. 10 day exchange with receipt is the policy right? She says even has the nerve to ask what she should tell the company that manufacturers the cartridge, wow. If that isn't the most uneducated staff ever. Retrain your staff or fire the bad ones to make a better experience for your customers. And retrain the workers to not rush the sales so they can finish their orders on their devices.. Ridiculous! It's already overpriced, at least have nice, patient staff with good customer service.

They don't take cash.... besides that everyone was super chill and they had good weed. Everything is super clean. They have some CBD but not a ton. Purple punch is my fav weed though.

This place definitely seemed a little sketchy when we arrived. I've gone to other dispensaries and they seem to be much more organized and professional.If you are looking to purchase edibles they also don't have as many options as a lot of other locations. This place is awesome ! They were really fast considering everything , extremely friendly . and the smoke was fire. I would definitely recommend this shop .

Seriously unpleasant sales staff who have limited knowledge..that combined with intentionally misleading posts regarding potency of certain products  on their web page . Not worth my time to elaborate further on this operation...go elsewhere is my recommendation. Way to many other options out there ... I suggest MOTA on Sunset if your in the Los Feliz Silverlake area.

This is the only dispensary I've been to so I have no point of reference for pricing.  My first purchase was a tincture for my arthritic dog.  That's working out well for my old boy. This second time here is for an ex-coworker friend going through chemo.  The staff here is friendly and provided good advice on what to try for him.Update: I decided to shop VetCBD prices ($40 here for 1 oz bottle) and it's $5 less here than in Pasadena. But a 2 oz bottle for $70 plus 20% discount on Sundays in Studio City makes that a better deal.

Got a  1oz. bottle  for my Dog  who has RA  and in a few days  made  an incredible improvement.  VET-CBD. Greenwolf LA is  a  very impressive place.  Nice people,  Fabulous  clientele.   Everyone  is in a happy mood & congenial.  A  Discount if you have a Medical Card.  Our Go-to place.

The manager, Ed, has a bizarre and scary anger problem. I have been coming here for years out of convenience and it's unfortunate to now see this place being run in such an unprofessional manner. For a dispensary, it's ironic how scary and rude the manager is. Also, this place is overpriced which I didn't mind so much for convenience and selection but now I would definitely recommend going Silverlake Caregivers. They are awesome, cheaper and actually nice there

Idk I did a u turn. Quantity... Na I love to smoke but I am not paying for bud like I do at fancy restaurants pay big go home hungry... And it's not exactly warming I just did not feel it the 2x I went.. By. I'll try again u never know.

It's an okay establishment. Their prices are a bit higher than others, but it's convenient. My biggest problem with it has always been that it feel like I'm in a Sephora cosmetic store rather than a weed dispensary. The staff is painfully phony and don't engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, or (more importantly) knowledgeable manner. When you ask about a product; it's effectiveness, quality, general appeal, the answer is always the same, "Yeah, it's pretty good." If you ask if they've tried it, they say 'yes,' and it's obvious they haven't. My advice? Get a better staff that makes the place enjoyable to go to. A good personality counts for a lot in customer service for a business.

All the bad reviews are true.. Extremely unfriendly. Very unknowledgeable. I don't understand, there's just too many other choices to have to put up with this. I walked out without purchasing anything. I'm glad I did.

Well, I'll give them some credit for having a decent variety of tinctures and bud. However, the average comprehension of their sales staff is like a stark and unforgiving reminder that weed does, in fact, kill brain cells. The criteria for hiring seems to be young, female, and skinny. It doesn't seem to have much to do with vocational competence. Last month I bought a bottle of tincture for $40. I went in again and was charged $48. So I asked:Me: I paid $40 last time. Did the price change?GW: It's $40, and there's tax.Me: Right, so the price didn't change. Maybe someone forgot to charge me the tax last time?GW: The $8 is the tax.Me: Right, I understand. When you ring up an item, does your tablet add the tax automatically, or do you do that manually? That could be what happened.GW: I don't know if the price changed.Me: Okay, fair enough. Do you have to manually add the tax to the total, or is adding the tax to a customers purchase done automatically?GW: The price is $40, the extra $8 is the tax.Me: Yes, we're clear on that. Is there a chance that last time I purchased this, whoever sold it to me simply forgot to add the tax?GW: I don't know.Me: Okay, when you enter an item a customer is buying into your tablet and give them their total, do you have to do anything else to ensure the tax is included in the total sale price?GW: Well, it's a different tax for medical. Are you medical?Me: I know the tax is higher for recreational sales vs. medical. My rec expired and I didn't renew, so this is a recreational sale. Is there any way the tax could have been omitted from my previous purchace? Like forgetting to do something in the process of entering my order and creating the total?GW: I don't know.Me: So, the tax isn't entered manually, or is it?GW: The tax is $8.Me: I don't think you understand my question. After you enter the item on a one item sale, do you push anything else to add or alter the tax?GW: It's a different tax,...Me: Look, don't sweat it. We're not getting anywhere with this. $48? Fine. Thank you.Two stars for having some decent products at roughly a median price, but minus three for staffing the place with morons. Hopefully the market will do it's job and a more competent competitor will emerge. Until then, I will brace myself for knuckleheads when going here. Other Atwater residents may want to try Fly Delivery which has been pretty good, they just don't have a tincture I like.

I bought a King Vape pen from this place.  Later found out that I paid way too much for it. And now it doesn't even work.   Very little selection also.

Good selection of stuff.  Excellent prerolls.  No ATM so plan accordingly because they only take cash.

First timers writing glowing reviews has skewed these averages.  Used to be a customer (20 visits?).  I already knew my 'script. This is not a dispensary with knowledgeable staff; i,e., if you have health issues and treatment-related questions, this is not the place to go.  They sell marijuana.  Period.  As of late, they *seem to have also taken to hiring snarling little hood rats from closed dispensaries.  Yeah, no thanks.

I frequent this shop a lot for CBD only products. They don't have a huge selection of just CBD stuff, but what they do have is really very good. The women only bud tenders (I've never been helped by a dude except for at the register) are all super helpful and try to direct you towards what you need. I can't speak to the rest of their products, but for human and pet CBD this is a good spot. Cash only! Easy parking.

The staff are nice which is the only reason I'm giving this an extra star. Where to begin...I, as probably most of the clients at Greenwolf only come here out of convenience. How in the world are there not more dispensaries by now??!They have gotten my order wrong multiple times. Like the cashier will literally pull out the exact opposite of what I asked for, and I have had to stop them more times than not. Why is it that every time I ask for sativa, they try to give me indica??? Especially for how dang expensive the place is too! Huge red flag for me. Also, the packaging is INSANE. I mean come on I'd rather it just come in a regular container that doesn't create nearly as much garbage or headache. And lastly, they don't weigh the green out in front of you. That's another red flag. I understand that it's a business, and an honest one, but I just feel way more comfortable when the bud tenders weigh it out for you. But the security guard in the front is super cool! And at least they have that.

I'm finally changing dispensaries.  I go to them all the time out of convenience as they are just up the road from me, but only out of convenience.There are virtually a couple cool/nice people working there, and that's it.  Just flat out bitchy vibe from some of the girls.  At best you get someone neutral and a little bit pleasant, albeit arrogant.  The atmosphere overall feels mean and superior.  Gross.Very unknowledgeable, checked out and unhelpful.

This place is great! Always in and out in less than 5 minutes and theit selection of meds is awesome! And for the guy who is complaining about having to keep your medical recommendation with you at all times. Its the law... If other shops are letting you in without it then they are breaking it. And you are too for not having it on you.

Great place good prices great weed probably the most reasonable place as far as Tax's go use to have medical proscription but now who needs it w/GreenWolf can't go wrong they have great 1/8's 16.47 thc for $20 up to king Louie 30 per cent thc for $50 some have small amounts of CBD's but not really big on that. have CBD's in drops and gels also have good edibles easy access and free parking right on los Felix & Revere by the sizzler in Glendale ca party on!

This place is so expensive for no reason. Their selection is ibizmal as well as their products are over $15 more expensive than any other dispensary. I think green wolf needs to reevaluate their market/prices and customer because I will not be returning as well as discouraging others from returning as well. Not so well done Green wolf.

Been coming here for avout 2 years or so.  Good enough store, selection is good, but the 'too cool' attitude is rude and I get irritated mostly every time I go now.  Very clicky vibe there. Most of the budtenders have an attitude and are not very friendly or welcoming except for the customers they obviously know personally. security guards stand around either on their phone or chatting up the female staff.  I spend about 100 a week on my meds and rarely get a thank you on the way out these days, they just continue their own personal conversations while dispensing my change and no eye contact.  No feeling of customer appreciation.  With dispensaries everywhere now I don't understand the logic of this kind of customer sevice.  Its a little out of my way but I've been hitting up Bonafide lately cause I feel better about spending my money there.  I hope things change because I used to have good things to say about Greenwolf at first.

The best thing about this dispensary is Blueberry the dog! She is adorable. Other than that. The budtenders were kinda frumpy in appearance as well as attitude which makes sense because the weed here is kinda wack. No nose, just not the best quality indoor product that is readily available at pretty much any place in the valley. I stopped by here omw to a Netflix n chill at the suggestion of a friend. And I was thoroughly unimpressed. Except for Blueberry. She was an angel. Extremely overpriced even with all the new taxation especially considering the product isn't really top self quality flower. Mid grade at best and that's me being extremely kind. Definitely would roll the dice and try some place else if ure looking for marijuana in this area. You really couldn't do worse. At least the budtenders might be friendlier & their appearance less like they've been working at a daycare for the last 8hrs.

Best bud, best people, best price, wish it was closer to West LA, but still worth the commute.

This is our neighborhood dispensary, and it's so unfortunate that it's complete garbage. The staff could care less about their customers, the prices are outrageous, only to have such a small collection of items that aren't really potent at all. I'm so passionately against this place. The bud tenders barely look you in the eye when "helping" you and you feel horrifically rushed the entire time. THEY ALSO HAVE NO ATM AND EXPECT CASH ONLY AHAHA. There are so many other great dispensaries around the area PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Super clean and very fast check out, the staff was helpful and were able to answer all my questions and make great recommendations! I purchase an organic 20:1 CBD:THC tincture that I haven't been able to find anywhere else at a such a reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning to buy the tincture regularly even though this dispensary isn't super close to my house.

All the other professional dispensaries keep member prescriptions on file. This place requires you to bring the doctor letter with you every time. Not worth the hassle when so many other places do things more professionally.

$72 for a 1 gram of Select Cartridge, $48-$60 tops with the tax in L.A. all over everything else was also very overpriced, should be serving hot dogs and popcorn along with some doughnuts and coffee just like Milt and Eddie's with prices like this, and please don't smile and tell me taxes went up lmfao much love dont waste your time plenty of Bomb Weed every where else with respectable prices not put in your asses prices lol

Groenwolf is pretty dope. Their flower is super high quality but I wish they carried Heavy Hitters. This is one of the only shops in the area and they never have them. Hopefully one day! I am driving quite a distance to find HH. Please help Greenwolf!

Went here and got the 14g rainbow belts after getting burned at another shop. The quality of the flower is good, but the popcorn is extra shaky. Still pretty good for the $$$

This business literally is run by the most sensitive snowflakes in the world. If you mention one thing they could improve upon, they will not only keep your money but will ban you without notice. Then when you call asking what is going on, they will attempt to gaslight you into a situation they concocted in their own head. The absolute worst dispensary in the area. Ask anyone from Glendale.

I went to Greenwolf yesterday to buy some rosin, and the guy who was helping me out helped me figure out that the best way to spend my money would be to come back on Wednesday where there is a sale on all concentrates. This kind of customer service is exactly why I am a long time patron of this establishment. The guy who was helping me out wasn't looking to make a quick buck off of me, he was really honestly interested in helping me find the best product I could buy in my price range.

I like this dispensary, for one thing it's convenient and close to my place, I normally order my gummies and a few select hybrid and sativa's online then just drive there to go pick it up, I'm pretty much in and out of there in all the times I've bought some goodies.The place is nice, cheery and bright (or was I just way too happy) the girls has always been cordial and nice, but yeah, I know you ladies probably don't want to cover up those pretty faces but please wear your mask s'il vous plaît. It protects you, others and the business, hate to see you guys get penalize for not practicing city mandate.Overall, I like this place and hopefully you find a good stock of those Versace's - you're always out when I try to get some.Cheers!

Was not clear at all that is was a cash only place till I got to the register. That should be a sign and it should be mentioned esp when someone says they've never been before. Huge waste of time. Person helping didn't know many specifics on the weed but had reasonable opinions to share. No good deals or new-comer deals.Not stoked, was not a successful visit, won't be back.

Massively overpriced, rude staff, I was treated like an idiot who had never encountered weed products before. I realize nasty ageism is in vogue but people in their 40s are not so aged as to require snotty 25yos to speak to us as if it's our first day not just at a dispensary but on earth. Once more, the products here are on average $10 more than they are anywhere else, and there are almost no perks. The staff is rude and resents answering questions. They make no attempt to establish rapport with patrons and that's why I walked out without spending $170 on one vape cartridge and two containers of edibles.

Disorganized and slow.  Had me waiting in line while others that came later were helped.

So before the point system would give you 10% off your total purchase but now the new rewards program basically gives A free eighth for every $2500 you spend. Or actually if you just spend $1000 They give you 25% off somethingThe reason this is one star is not because the place is lacking professionalism or anything it's that the management is very greedy and they think they can do whatever they want without notifying their community customers and still trying to push Trash products to people and charging them premium prices

Shout out to the folks at Greenwolf-this is a really great dispensary. The store is bright and clean and has an extensive product selection. It is always well staffed and the employees are upbeat and helpful. I've never waited more than a couple minutes to enter, even when it's busy.This morning, I had a minor issue with my curbside order due to a mismatched pic and product description on the site. I called the shop to let them know so they could update the listing-they were sincerely apologetic and offered me a credit, without even being asked.It's nice to have a local spot where staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about your satisfaction as a customer. I have been to a number of dispensaries around the city and Greenwolf is among the very best. Give these folks your business.

Every staff member is knowledgeable about the products they carry, especially Frank, who is also very personable and gets to know his customers. George with the security staff is also an affable gentleman whose good humor is contagious. And Divine (sp?) listened to me talk about what I enjoy and introduced me to a new grower I hadn’t tried, who has become my new favorite. Very nice people in a clean, accessible facility- even though having product delivered to my home is easier, I still enjoy visiting hyperwolf to see their fantastic selection and say “hello”.

Always in and out of here quickly due to the exceptionally speedy service. Very clean, friendly, and open/inviting atmosphere. Staff is always willing to offer their own personal recommendations while still adhering to your own personal tastes and preferences. They really know what they're doing here!

One of the best spots in LA. I live nearby and have been going here for years. While prices are a little higher here, the service is amazing and the products never disappoint. This place will never disappear overnight because it is legit. You really can't go wrong here.

It’s the people for me - in all honesty, the prices are a bit high but I keep going back because the people there are just good people - at least the ones I’ve always come in contact with and if I’m going to spend money, I would rather it be to good people.
