Amazing place to get something quick. Everyone is just ready and able. They were able to get me out the door in no time. I love how speedy the service is and how clean and spacious it is! What a time to be alive to just be able to pop on by and get things quickly and without judgement. Will be returning with my fiancé. Returning today and bringing someone because this is a great dispensary! Prices are awesome and it was one of the few stores where they offer a warranty for some products like vape cartridges. 5 stars for sure!

This place would be absolutely great -nice staff, good selection, clean-but the whole place is saturated with cloying perfume smell to the point that it's nearly intolerable! I leave with a headache every time and forget trying to smell your flower before you buy, you can't smell anything but perfume. I come here because it's super convenient but I do not enjoy the experience.

The waiting room is so cute! I had no idea what to expect walking in, but it's right off Ventura Blvd and parking in the back. What more can you ask for? I chose this place because of the selection, but the humans who worked here were just so pleasant.

I finally got the opportunity to stop in our new neighborhood dispensary. How great to have one in walking distance. There were 5 of us, ready to get some goodies and enjoy the night. WHAT A CRAP experience. All 5 of us checked in, walked to the counter, there were 2 tenders working. One was busy, one greeted all of us. As my friend begins the conversation with the tender, another female waLked in behind us. Our tender asked us if she was with us, we sAid no. This bus tender dropped us, MID SENTENCE, and walked away from our group. We were left standing there, as she went and helped this girl who walked in behind  us, and she knew her. So here's 5 people, standing there, shocked this happened. Collectively we decided that was shitty and decided to continue our journey to find a better spot. (And we did!!)The worst part? As we were walking out, both of the tenders started shouting to us "if you're looking for bud in jars, you won't find it" and continued shouting from the counter, (as they were taking care of other clients) Dumb stuff to try to get us to stay. It was strange, and SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. (Dispensary manager, these were bad hires)Listen, I'm not new to this, I have standards though when preparing to spend a sizable amount  of cash for 5 people on cannabis. They had  no class and were rude as hell. You want a high standard in a dispensary where EVERY client is important, not just your frIend? Don't go here. And, whatever the overwhelming  fragrance was when you walk in, it's a very bad idea.

This place was very clean and sanitary. It's small so the customer service is very personable. The person who attended us answered all of our questions and was super helpful. I'd definitely come back!

The staff here including Britt and Lusine are all a joy to interact with! They have vendors every week offering deals and do an event on the third Wednesday of every month with a bong raffle.

Love this place! Women run and owned (I believe), great service and great products! They already have the taxes factored into the prices, so you know what you're gonna pay! Nice selection of flower, waxes and edibles. Definitely my go-to!

First time patient at SOCC and they treated me with the GREATEST service. The bud tender was super nice friendly and helpful and able to answer all my questions. All the buds looked cured perfectly and ready to smoke. I recommend coming by if you're in the area!

This place is PERFECT. Parking in the back (via the side street), in a nice office building with a serene courtyard, really nice people, safe location, and great variety of buds.

WORST club experience to date I wish I could give zero stars:First off, no one was attending to the front door. I got to the gate I pressed the doorbell multiple times and backed away looking around to see if there was another entrance. After some looking I found the employee (older blonde lady) standing off to the side of the building taking a break (I guess). She was startled and walked over frantically. She was not friendly and did not ask how I was doing or even smile in my direction. I wonder if I must have looked like one of her ex husbands or something. I then hand her my ID and phone/recommendation which I just received in email (as hard copy was to be delivered to me within a couple weeks). She immediately scoffed at me and said I "need paper only". I proceeded to tell her I do not have a hard copy but she can feel free to call the doctor or go online to verify integrity of the recommendation. She refused both; I then asked what her name was and to speak with her manager. She said manager was not available and she was unwilling to call him/her to let me discuss their "policy" with them. She then proceeded to tell me that she, in fact, was "the boss" and that I needed get out of her store. I can't believe how disrespectful and unprofessional this lady was, especially considering she was claiming to be owner of the place, when all I was trying to do was give legitimate business.I ended up going half a block down the street to another club and they had no problem with my recommendation.  I will NEVER go to this club again and I recommend you do the same!!EDIT: She also refused to even give me her first name for when I called later to talk to manager. Unbelievable!!

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this one just can't be avoided. I thought it was a weird experience when I was there and it evolved into an even worse one post visit. The joints were rolled by someone who needs to do something else in life. My dog could roll better Js. Learn some customer service. Learn how to roll Js. Don't charge more than you stated initially. Will def not be coming back.

Love this place! I get 8ths for only $25 here and the flower is always quality. Love the staff and the environment is very refreshing. It's a large space and proper social distancing is practiced here.

The product you pick isn't what you get. I purposely picked flowers that had a lot of purple hues from their display but when I got home and opened the prepackaged jar the product looked nothing like my selection. I called and spoke to someone and they said they can't control what is placed in the jar even though it's not the same strain... definitely won't be shopping for flowers here again.

My go-to spot for the past year. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about most of the products. Often times, their info is based on personal trials which I love. No lies... I've bought products based on what the staff informs, and it was all true once tried. The prices are the best in the Valley, and they have specials just about every day. Most of my purchases are edibles... I've tried their high-end flower, and it's great and always fresh. Sooooo, stop reading this and go there... LIKE NOW! :)

Staff was friendly but one of the free Gifts I received for being a new client was expired. This was definitely a bummer because I was looking forward to trying the product

You should not have bartenders high on your items selling stuff!Then again who gets high on 10 am ?Walked in here to buy CBd for my dog ....The lady asked for the back lady ( manager?)Asked her what she got?She handed me a box I Tried to open and see how much I am getting for my money....She panicked grabs the box telling me I can't open it ...I said you selling this as a dog medicine why would I eat it ?She was rude So I asked how much stuff is in this box?She said one once ....I saw an open bottle I said is that same size ?She wasn't sure I said can I see that one ?She said something rude again... I told her I like to take my business elsewhere... she said good ....Look at the big chief in charge comments judge Yourself...Am I going to open and take the item steal it while there is an arm security's the other room ?Should they not have a display piece to show?Could the high but tender be more polite?I'm not a thief you are a drug dealer and you are acting as one ....Little politeness never hurt anyone...

I love Gradus. They have amazing strains. The wax is BOMB. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they answer all your questions. They have great specials. I'm always referring my friends here. They're the best in the valley.

Best dispensary I've been to and I e been to a lot due to the fact that I work around the city. The ladies were so nice and helpful and they have great perks. There's a beautiful waiting area as well will definitely be coming back

I’m usually not one who likes to stick to a favorite spot but this place has the nicest people and a cool vibe. We like the parking in the back and the prices and deals through the week are so great! Make sure to check their Instagram.

Very lovely & friendly peeps. Very efficient & speedy transactions the two times I've visited. The parking is scarce on Lankershim Blvd. but there's a small parking lot/space directly behind the dispensary that you can access & walk just a few hundred feet up the side street to the front entry.
