Very unprofessional business, they have a very rude person running their Instagram. Poor business ethics = poor review. Also way cheaper to get it delivered. Not worth the talk down from a uneducated crew.

Great location. Insane selection of Flower, oils, anything and everything The service was so much appreciated, the guard registering me as a  first time patient super cool and welcoming, the young gIrl sweeping super cool and welcoming, and the budd tender that helped me pick Wedding Crasher awesome attitude as well Thank you This just became my new local go to shop

The people that work here are violent bullies that will attack, harass photographers filming on public side walk. Stay away from this place if you value your safety. Whats better is take your money to TLC Collective. The workers there will treat you with respect and wont harass you or threaten you with violence.

As soon as I walked into the store after checking in my ID the woman "Jem" that helped me out was very unprofessional she kept telling me to buy something that I didn't want. I asked for help from someone else and instead was approached by a "manager" that looked like she was going to fight me when I was being very calm and clear on what I'd like and was almost asked to leave when all I asked was for someone else to help me. After being sold an eighth of cookies' cheetah piss I come home to find it all MOLDY. I loved stopping by this dispensary whenever I was downtown however I will be looking for a different dispensary from here on out.

So I went in to visit this place for the first April 5, 2020   I was referred by a good friend that visit this place on a daily basis  I was looking for some sour diesel This place looks amazing but as soon as I went in the girl in the front was very rude and the Budtender was awful rude I still do not let this get to me so I asked for the best sour diesel they offered she gave me a package of sour diesel I then took the eighth 3.5 grams As I got home to enjoy my new flower I opened it up to only see that the entire bud was super dry and very steamy this bud was very horrible and I called back right away to speak to a manager and was told the managers too busy to speak to me today call back tomorrow so I'm calling back on April 6, 2020 and they are giving me the runaround to speak to a manager what is going on here please Help

As a patient I have been lucky to have Jaz help me several time. All of the people that work here a super helpful and the selection is huge

This shop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist in the front didn't greet me or my friend that I referred and looked literally mad we walked in. The budtenders are not knowledgeable at all. It's actually so sad because this shop is nice but it gives trap vibes. Y'all need to get new staff ASAP. Also the girls can't receive tips?!?! Not cool smh

They gave me a different product than I asked for and I didn't see until I got home because covid regulations mean we can't touch items before they're bagged up. When I went back and asked for a refund or a credit for the item I wanted, they refused. Taking my business elsewhere. Their employees don't have knowledge of the products.

We had a great experience ! First timers from New Orleans and the bud tender (I believe her name was Brianna) that's what was on the receipt , was great and knew what she was talking about . She was very nice and helpful.  We will be back Next time

I came here for the first time with a good friend of mine ans my husband. When we all got home she was raving about how she got a goodie bag with a grinder, a pipe, some rolling paper and some other stuff. My husband and I were pretty bummed that we all went together abut we didn't get a goodie bag like she did. And I feel like we paid way more for just a few things compared to all the things she purchased for almost the same amount as us. Maybe she just got lucky with a super cool budtender? The items were cool but I just wish we'd gotten the same treatment as my friend. Place is super clean though with a wide variety of things to get.

The staff here is awesome! Shout out to Daisy, Genesis, Sophie and Wendy for making Saturday night so fun  I did an in store promo for Heavy Hitters and had a blast. They also have great prices on all Heavy Hitters products, including the new 483 Live Resin cartridges! Get in there and get yours

10/10 best dispo in dtla for flower, concerted and everything else you need lots of options, great location right off the 10 and the 5, lots of weed come check it out they got good people

Great place, always stocked to the fullest. Staff is generally nice and helpful. They carry a large array of products. #1 shop, so far, in my opinion.

I want so badly to love this shop because they have a great selection and they really do have good prices. But man .... the people that work there have some terrible attitudes. First off, I hate when you go to a shop and everyone isn't on the same page. If someone tells me something, I'm going to expect the next person who helps me to say the same thing. I was told that since I was getting an oz deal my first time, that I couldn't use my first time patient deal that day. The girl said she would put a note in the system for it. The next time I go and let the person know who was helping me, she acts as if I just made it up. Letting me know they don't save deals and that if I had asked her manager that I would have gotten that girl in trouble. (WRONG. That girl would have gotten in trouble cuz she was misinformed, it would have had nothing to do with me.) She gave me the discount anyway like she was doing me a favor. Got what I wanted so whatever. Move on ...Come back on 4/20 and I'm waiting in the car for someone to come out. The line is long as hell so I pulled out and came back in a couple minutes later and all the spots were gone. I pulled up to the handicap spot to turn around and look inside the door to see if they were coming out yet. Before I can even reverse or do anything else, this big ass security guard knocks on my window and asks if I have a placard. I told him "I'm not parking, I'm picking someone up and there wasn't a spot ..." in the middle of explaining to him that I'm turning around he says, "Is that person handicapped? Should I go confirm before I kick them out of 'my shop' ...?" Immediate attitude for nooooo reason. You can always tell a security guard is on a power trip when he says "my shop, my club, my bar etc etc." He then proceeds to look in my backseat and tell me I need to leave because I have my son in the car. Just making stuff up at this point. There's no reason to have miserable people working at some of the RARE places that are open right now making other people miserable.

I don't live in the LA area so I had to rely on research to get me in the right spot. Using Weedmaps I found this quiet little dispensary! I'm very picky not only on quality but prices and making sure the two match. Walking in this place looked very nice. As a first timer they gave me a discount! Going in they have a plethora of products. One of the best selections I've seen, ranging from high quality vapes, flower, topicals, edibles, wax. You name it, I bet they have it. Honestly I wish this place wasn't so far away, I'd be there a lot. Next time I'm in town I will for sure be stopping in;) Thanks for the great experience!

My favorite spot so professional and the shop is clean budtenders are friendly and every one was practicing safe distancing I picked up that Marthon OG and pink Picasso  I walked out happy. The whole experience was quick and easy I can't wait to restock soon.

This dispensary has an impressive array of certified flowers, oils, edibles and other stuff. I was helped by bud tender Kim, who was not only knowledgeable about the products they carry but was able to tailor my purchase to what I described to be looking for. She was quite  excellent!

Not too happy because my dad went in yesterday for some flower. You guys had the Sherbmints deal for 7g @ 60. Sherbmints, not Freeway Cannabis by Rick Ross which ends up being a SherbMints strain. You guys sold him some flower from 2/15/21 and personally I'm not too happy about that, he got home with it and we opened the package. I should have known better and to contact you guys first, I should have known my skills. I am genuinely upset with this store now, that's one of the biggest issues we face In the cannabis community and prepackaged now a days. It's sometimes dry. CCC you didn't specify what you were selling, it was definitely sounding like the Cure Company Sherbmints strain you have. the moment I called no one knew if that certain deal was up for the day. Genuinely upset with the service from here, everybody seems pissed off when I go in.. & I'm really upset to have dry weed for my birthday celebration. Should I return? Infact don't even feel high.. this is so wack.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A VISIT BEFORE THEY ROB YOU!!! I came in yesterday to buy two tinctures and they gave me the wrong product. I hadn't noticed until I opened one of them so I returned today to exchange it. After explaining that it had been their mistake they refused to exchange the open container. Their only "solution" was to exchange the unopened container. Boogie refunded me $62.50 for the unopened container and "offered a discount " on the right product I originally walked in to buy. The price on their website is $37 before taxes and she charged me $62.50 minus the "discount". I ended up paying twice the price and a wrong product that I'm never going to use. What a way to fix a problem.

First of all there's a safe parking lot- not something you will always find DTLA along with a Compassionate crew, and some of the best deals in the city! Nobody has a better price on HeavyHitters when I need one and all of their buds are kept at reasonable prices which a patient can appreciate. If you need something quick they are always ready and if you're looking for that something special it's likely they have it here too. A must stop

I love this dispensary! The girls are very friendly. And I got a great edible for energy! I will def be back. It is very clean and open.

Clean shop, wide variety. First time here, "budtender" was no help at all. With all the other shops near by I won't be stopping here again.

Hands down, this is the best dispensary in all of LA. CCC has the best and biggest selection of all the top products in the state. On top of the huge selection and variety, their prices are unbeatable - the lowest prices i've seen for many of the products. There is ample parking in front of the building. Finally, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! Follow their social channels for awesome discounts and deals each and every day. HIGHly recommend CCC!!!

This place is fantastic, the selection is huge from strains, edibles and cartridges to creams, tinctures and ointments. There is a variety of THC and CBD dominant products. The staff is knowledgable and patient incase you have any questions, concerns or just need some suggestions and guidance. They cary many top rated brands including my favorite, Tree Base Klear. They have different promotions throughout the week based on the day, I strongly recommend checking this spot out! I will definitely be returning.

I will NEVER go back - SUPER WACK! I came early on a weekend, so they should be fresh stocked .. 1. They don't have stock shown on site 2. They have NO high testing exotics -'well they did but gone" "don't really keep in stock" 3. Their 'deals' are weak & confusing, esp since carry such limited stock to apply 4. They charge ENORMOUS tax, even for medical. 2020 is the year weed died in California!

Very very good staff and product energy is threw the roof and I can still fee Nipsey Hussle spirit in there go checkk them out and grab some Marathon OG.

As we know the taxes are crazy high but what can you do? They have everything you need that your local dispensary may not.

Great prices and amazing selection. For $60 I got a gram of top shelf indica, a gram of mid shelf hybrid, 1/8 of mix hybrid, 2 x house pre-rolls, and a bag of watermelon straps. The straps are way stronger than other candy edibles I'm used to. Ate 3/4 of one strap, felt giddy immediately, then got more and more high over the next 5hrs. Woke up in the morning still high! The bud tenders are super nice and the whole place is chill. Walking in there is like discovering the promised land.

I am very disappointed on this place. my purse was very small backpack the stupid security guard say I could come in. and to put my small backpack out here who will take my suff he when in no safe place I had important things.  there was a lady came out with a grocery bad that is big. I think the stupid security guard was racist. they should put on they on the website and snapshot.

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about every product available. The security was chill, and the bud tenders really knew what they were talking about. I was helped twice and each person I spoke with was kind and friendly. There are different daily deals so everything is really affordable. The dispensary itself was impeccable clean and well lit, I enjoyed my experience here.

Really liked the front staff and how easy going they were. In the inside the girl who was helping me was very nice and helpful showing me everything because I was honestly clueless about everything. I got some jalapeño chips and yummm honestly I want to eat the whole thing. Haven't tried everything out yet but I tried this spray for pain on my arm (sample) and it was really good but they didn't have it in stock so next time.

Ive been here a few times this place is amazing a great selection knowledgeable staff and friendly good prices parking overall it awesome.

Best place to be any day ! The staff is definitely top shelf and so are their products. There might me some random event when you go which are always fun to take part in. Ample parking in the private lot.

If you haven't visited this place, you're definitely missing out. Kendra helped me and my friend find everything we needed. She's so knowledgeable and spunky. I recommend asking her anything you are undecided about or not as knowledgeable about. Will definitely go back!

Awesome place for edibles. The bud tenders were really friendly and helpful. I love that they have a discount for first time shoppers that was a fun bonus. The horchata gummies are so good! Def try those!

Good products with decent prices (not cheap but understandable with the taxes included). The girls who work here have the worst attitude and have no knowledge about the products. Please hire people who'd actually enjoying serving/helping people instead of giving attitude before and after the transaction

The intake guy was rude. When we walked in, he just looked at us and said zero words.

The intake staff was rude and didn't say a word when I walked up to the window. I had an out of state ID and that takes a little extra time to process, he said nothing and just stated at me until I put my ID in the tray. The interior is nice and they have a large selection, but even for the small number of customers in the store (6-7) we stood there for a while because there were only 2 bud tenders working the floor. The girl was nice but she didn't seem very versed on the specifics of strains, rather just asked "what effect are you looking for" and then a generic sativa or indica recommendation.

On Saturday May 1st , I thought I'd stop By Compassionate Care Givers as I live in the Arts District Neighborhood. I walked up to the reception desk and said "Hi, how's it going ?" to the security guard and what looked like to be a female bud tender he was apparently too busy chatting with each other, because none of the two greeted me in return . I said " Hello, I'm just returning" while sliding my Identification through. At this point I'm talking to myself because no one has yet to speak to me . All of a sudden I hear "Aye" you gotta leave your back pack on the counter before you go in said the security guard . He looked to be a very short , young clean shaven Mexican young man in a security guard suit , speaking to me a an aggressive tone . I replied , " What counter?" , then he said " The one behind you " . There was no ticket, or number for checking my bag . There was no bag system . He wanted me to place my bag in an open lobbly, where if anything happened to me bag I'm sure CCG would not take responsibility for . I said " No thank you " and left and took my $200.00 with me .  Mins. Later I called to speak with a bud tender or manager because  I felt discriminated on and though there were plenty of signs posted , I did not see one that said you must surrender your bag at the door . I called and the security picked up the phone and I asked for a bud tender and he said they were too busy to answer my questions. I said "May I speak with a manager ?" He replied there are busy too". I said " Who do I speak with about the cannabis . He replied "me" ? He refused to let me speak with anyone. Why would I want to speak to a security guard about my medication?Compassionate caregivers I don't know where you got this new arrogant security guard from but he is very unprofessional and I am a professional that live in this neighborhood,I do not expect to come to a place called compassionate caregivers and be spoken to in this manner. I would suggest you hire a receptionist to do reception, and not have your security guard with a macho small guy syndrome hiding behind the plate glass window disrespect people. This felt discriminatory as many places ask black men to leave their back packs at the door because you feel we are thieves. There is no signs that say surrender your bag and there is no surrender your bag system. How are you doing you ask someone to leave their bags at the door with no system in place to secure them? It's called racial profiling. It's very clear that security guard is jealous of African American men . Nothing was compassionate about this interaction and I will not be returning nor will I be recommending anybody in arts District to do so.

If you don't have a traditional mask (bandannas, scarves don't count) these guys will "provide" you with one, only to charge you a dollar for it. Then you step inside and see that half of their budtenders aren't wearing the things over their noses. Make that make sense. Just a way for them to make an extra buck off you. I won't be returning.

Used to come to this place weekly and generally order the same thing every week ($200-$300 order each week). I typically get a bunch of edibles, sometimes a cartridge, and a few pre-rolls. Things were good and I was happy with them for a long time. I loved how close they were to the freeway, so I could pop in after work on my way home, or on my way to the office since they open early. However, last summer during COVID I went into the shop and tried to get my usual order. There was a new budtender serving me and due to COVID rules, she didn't let me look at the product I ordered before bagging it, stapling it, and handing it to me to leave. I'd ordered ~$300 Wyld Marionberry edibles (my favorite and highly recommended for people who love edibles), but when I got to my car and opened the bag it was ALL CBD. WTF. Stoner's worst nightmare.I was not happy but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I went back and asked them to exchange it. The budtender went to get the manager, who defended the budtender and said that once I leave with the product I can't return it. She and the budtender insisted that I ordered CBD edibles. I insisted that I hadn't, and asked them to check my order history since they have it on their computer. They did check the order history and saw I've never ordered a non-psychoactive edible in the whole 1.5 years I had frequented before, but instead of swapping out my product, she gave me the "equivalent" in free edibles she had in the back. This was Flav (which is straight up trash), Kiva (great quality of course, but I wanted gummies, not chocolate), Camino (lower dosage), etc. I really enjoy Wyld Marionberry edibles, I order them by name, and I've tried a bunch of edibles in my past so I know what I like and what I want. I couldn't believe I was being made to leave with FLAV and 5mg Caminos as though that was good customer service.I said I'd never come back and hadn't returned in about a year, but the other day I went to the Arts District for a meal and ran out of my cartridge on the way, so I thought I would stop in. Imagine my surprise when they told me I was banned. Straight laughable.TLDR: This place sold me the wrong shit, figured out they were wrong, did a terrible job not fixing the problem, and then banned me from coming back. Fuck 'em.

Good weed and good pre rolls. You get for what you pay for. My 3rd time going and always satisfied with my green.

Honestly this place is hard to rate.. sometimes they are great, with generous selections and promotions. Other times everyone from the cashiers to the security guards can be in a salty mood. Not the most consistent but not terrible either, stick with the name brands.. the house can be hit or miss.

Always my go to spot close to home. They don't always have the most outgoing, attentive women on the floor. Sometimes it can feel like they just want you to pick something and leave. There's no engagement or recommendations. But I'm the kind of patient that picks for herself anyway so I don't mind it too much. I would just recommend having the women be a little more positive. I know people have bad days and struggle sometimes to separate themselves from that bad moment in life and not exude it onto other parts of your life, but it's always possible to put that little effort in to not let things phase you so deeply that it affects your work life. You girls are beautiful, brilliant and I'm sure there's more to all your stories. Id appreciate a 'hello' back when I say hello to y'all. Just a courtesy. But y'all still get 5 stars for being all around dope. Thanks
