Love this place! The staff was extremely helpful and the store is gorgeous!! A must see!

This is such a fantastic neighborhood spot! Topnotch product and fabulous customer service. Every time my husband and I come here we are greeted with helpful people who make the time super fun and also are very informative! Another perk is their kind security guards out front. They help pass time with casual conversation if it's to packed inside. If you haven't tried Serra yet check them out! We love their Delight, Camino Chill, and Kiva gummies. Thanks y'all!

I would give it 5 stars, the staff is great, super friendly, the dispensary inside is so fancy which I love, everything was perfect except the packaging! Really for a prerolled there is no need to use so much plastic, just for one blunt. Is pretty yes! But the world can't afford anymore this kind of waste.

Serra dispensary is the absolute best. After dispensary hopping over the last couple of years I have without a doubt found my home base. They have a parking lot- which in LA is such a luxury. Their staff is so friendly and each person brings their own good vibe to the shopping experience. The esthetic of the store is not stuffy and corporate nor is it dingy- Serra is calming and beautifully designed. Their 420 specials are the best in the city and the atmosphere is always pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks Serra for creating such a nice dispensary experience! We love you!

Where to even start.... Serra dispensary is such a breath of fresh air. Everything from the vibe, the staff, the product selection is IMMACULATE. This dispensary is so warm, welcoming & educational - truly a shop for everyone from all walks of life & all levels of cannabis knowledge/experience.My personal favorite brand is Old Pal & they carry their entire selection including full flower, prerolls, vapes & preground "ready-to-roll" kits. I cannot say enough great things about this shop - 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE!

I LOVED this dispensary - I wanted to find a quick place to stop and was concerned it was going to be pricey by the looks of it, but it absolutely isn't and it was super quick and pleasant experience.

Went looking for Kin Slips and some of the dispensaries sell these sublingual strips and had to call around and was on our way to another dispensary till Serra came up on their site.Some of the stores when you called during these covid times have these intro's about pick up and what not but Luckily Lorin/Lauryn? (please let me know if you see this I'll correct your name) was the most bubbly personality answered and let us know that they had the full line in stock. This place is nice. Nice like am I allowed to lean against this wall or would I be ruining the décor kind of nice. Check in was easy with mobile tablets and confirming that we had our masks on. Other than that we were welcomed to an awesome playlist and an assortment of cannabis goodies. Theyre cash only right now so make sure to bring that fiat money and be welcomed to an awesome experience. Heads up 420 season- they have 30% off all items till  04.20.20.Thanks!

Amazing. Simple, elegant and inviting dispensary. Perfect for novices, newbies long time cannabis users. Friendly and helpful staff that will give you a thorough tour of the place and treat you to samples (without thc) of the edibles they carry. Seriously if you've ever been interested in exploring the world of cannabis but you're nervous or intimidated by it this is the perfect place to go. The elegance of a Gucci store but as inviting as your local bakery.

This place looks like a gallery not like a dispensary. The aesthetic is amazing. They greet you at the door with a smile and amazing customer service. I preordered on their website for pick up which was done in 5 min. They had my Order neatly packaged at the front and I was in and out in 5 min. The staff were friendly, informative, quick and kind. I plan to make this location a regular spot.

Ordered delivery and they cancelled with no explanation. When I called to question, some dope basically said I'm shit out of luck and he has no idea why my order cancelled. Poor customer service and just lame. Won't be back

I can't say enough good things about this dispensary.  From the knowledgeable and friendly staff to the samples...to the well organized display cases, this is now my go to dispensary.  It is a hidden gem in the dispensary world and I always feel very zen when I walk in, unlike most dispensaries where it feels chaotic and unorganized.  Incredibly covid safe as well!

Great service from Delilah! Really educated me on each individual product and was looking bad as a mf while doing it ! Definitely will probably come back just to have her sell me something else.

Let me start off by saying I have visited many cannabis stores in Los Angeles and Serra is by far the most beautiful store and overall experience.  I cannot emphasize the beauty of the store and their incredible selection of flower, edibles and wellness products. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly.  Every time I go in they always have some kind of special or deal of day.  Oh and I almost forgot THEY HAVE PARKING! I am a loyal fan and hope you check out the store for yourself.

Serra came to my attention with a feature in Bon Appetit. I'd never been to a dispensary, and figured I'd check them out while in LA. Since I'd read reviews of the Portland location (nicknamed "Bougie Budz") I was prepared for some real attitude (this is LA, after all). What a pleasant surprise! Got none of that. At all. I was treated with kindness and respect, even though I'm a middle-aged woman with an eastern Kentucky accent. It was a great experience, all the way around.

Beautiful aesthetic, friendly staff, and affordable prices. It's literally become my go to dispensary in the neighborhood.

Was trying to find this Dispensory on Cannawayz Platform Directory but I don't think they are displaying their product. They want to promote only own web site.

I came here for my first time today and Lauren helped me out, she was super knowledgeable about all the products and informed me about the deals that were going on... I got some edibles and pre-rolls for a really good price. Aesthetic of the dispensary is very nice and luxurious but the prices are very moderate surprisingly.. defintley cheaper than medmen. Lauren was so awesome and I really appreciate her! Will be back soon :)

The first two times I was at this store I was helped by the same girl. She was a very sweet blond haired girl but had ZERO knowledge of the products and the flower she guided me towards was mediocre at best. This last time I was helped by David who had EXTENSIVE knowledge of their products, especially their concentrates. He was able to help me find the exact things I was looking for and I walked out with far more products than I intended to but absolutely LOVED each one. Thank you David!

I'm old school, I remember having to page a guy and wait 6 hours to score a bag of weed, then spend another 7 hours de-seeding it.  I discovered Serra...which I thought was a fine jewelry store, the many times I passed it on my walks, and it's my go-to spot. I mostly write reviews to complement the staff at the stores I visit, and Serra gets their's from me. It's a lovely team, with a great attitude, kind and patient, each with a ton of product knowledge to share. The product is good, and they've been very helpful in adjusting dosage for my needs. Thanks Serra.

Such a nice classy store but the security guard, I believe his name is Randy is just plain rude. I'm calling the attention of the manager to please train him how to speak to paying customers in a professional manner. This is the third time and the last straw he called my attention by yelling at me saying "hey hey hey" and caught me off guard  in the parking lot. The first 2 times was him gesturing at me with his hands signaling me to walk over where he's seated. He should be sitting infront of the store by the door so paying customers don't have to come to him. He's so rude and unethical. I pay so much money everytime I come to this store and I expect better service.

Hands down the best dispensary experiences I've had. Don't be intimidated by the beautiful store. Its very welcoming.Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, very willing to help and answer any question. fantastic selection of flower, pre rolls, vapes. and don't get me started on the delicious Serra brand edibles. The gummies and chocolate are so good. Also important to note that they are very COVID conscious and careful, masks at all time and limited patrons in the store. felt very safe. can't recommend Serra more.

I was walking on 3rd street, walking off my Robata Jinya, when I noticed this dispensary across the street and decided to stop in with my friend.You have to show your ID twice here, once before you walk and another time so they can enter you into the system. Once inside, I noticed how gorgeous this dispensary was. It's beautiful! This is not the typical dispensary where all of the stock is displayed. Most of the items you pick what you want, and then they pull it from a cabinet and save it at the front desk for you. Since we were the only people in the store, we had the full attention of the budtender, Lauren.  She was very informative and took her time explaining every product to us.  I will say once I walked and saw the lay of the land, I was intending on purchasing anything because judging by the looks of this place, it was going to be too expensive for me. But I asked about some pain patches that I like to use, and Lauren took her time explaining the brand (Papa& Barkley) they had. They were $16 a pop, which is $4 cheaper than I had seen at another store. Surprise surprise. Then I went to check out the edibles. They have tasters of all the gummies available (without THC) so you can try the flavors before you buy. I love this because I have been the victim of an edible that sounded good, but was disgusting. Also,all of their edibles have labels of the type of high you will get and you can purchase a 2 pack to try more varieties or a typical 10 pack if you know what you want. I also got a disposable pen and got my friend a bar of chocolate.For 5 pain patches, a bar of chocolate, a pen, 2 2-pack gummies plus tax I spent $150, which is less than I thought I was going to spend. Also 1st timers get 10% off so yay! I will definitely be back. Not sure if they deliver, but they have parking. Lauren thank you so much for your help and patience! I will be back.

I can't believe it took me so long to find this GEM of a shop! Everything about it is amazing - from the super friendly and helpful staff, to the beautiful and clean design, the selection of products, and the best price point in the area. I live 5 minutes away but even if I didn't, they would be my go-to shop. Seriously all you can ask for from a dispensary! (including feeling safe!)If you haven't been - you're missing out!

My favorite dispensary ever by farWhen arriving, the staff briefly greet and check you in. They then provide a small introduction as to where everything is displayed as it was my first time. You have the freedom to roam and look around while they are always available to help without making you feel like they're lingering or following you. They have a beautiful flower bar in the center of the store where you can just slowly explore, with all the other edibles and miscellaneous against the walls. This dispensary beats all the others by far not only because of their beautiful storefront and decor but also their hospitality. Victor was exceptional when it came to recommending, explaining, even just making sure we were having a good time. Unlike other places where you standing in front of a screen browsing their products and pushing you to purchase, victor provided a completely different welcoming and warm experience. Safe to say, you cannot beat Serra.

I'll preface this by saying I'm not a connoisseur of cannabis nor do I frequent dispensaries and it's because Black and Brown people have been prosecuted for years because of marijuana and somehow, it's become part of the "culture" now. Anyways, I wanted to get a friend some flower so we decided to check out Serra. When we got there, it was a security guard out front and we were told to wait as there was a certain amount of people allowed in the dispensary at a time. Within 5 minutes, we were allowed in and I was taken away by how dope the spot was. The gold and glass decor really sets it apart from any other dispensary I've seen. While I browsed around, one of the workers approached me and started helping me find what I wanted. He had great recommendations which I ended up getting, along with some freebies that they offered us as well. It was such a fun experience and made me feel comfortable enough to purchase from them despite my hesitation in supporting dispensaries. Just an FYI, bring cash. Makes it much easier and cost effective.

I love Serra and will ONLY go here from now on! And their custom merch is sick, I live in my hoodie. They also have amazing promos... seriously somehow I leave with more goodies and treasures than I can handle because they want the want everyone coming in to feel special! Like, they really care which is not the case at other dispensaries, they don't take time to talk to you, like you feel like you're just a number to them and at Serra I'm treated like royalty. Serra has very unique brands in addition to the top, most popular lines. So you're gonna find products here you just won't find anywhere else. And you'll walk out of there with a bag full of exciting cannabis products that you can only get from them. Lastly... the store is freaking gorgeous inside... it's like being inside of a jewelry box I'm literally OBSESSED. Just look at their candy case it's like Willy Wonka vibes but chic AF. Biggest Serra fan girl for life.

I visited Serra on a recommendation from a colleague who mentioned how beautiful the store was and I’m glad I made the trip over. Serra really is a well merchandised store and the uncluttered displays mixed with the well-labeled product makes it both pleasant and easy to shop. I had the fortune of having Chantel as my Sales Associate (or should I say my Cannabis Guide) and she seemed to know everything about the different varieties. That was so helpful to have as a first time customer. Chantel was super patient with all the questions I kept asking and her attention made it feel like I was the only customer in the place and that she wanted to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. Amazing customer service and really beautiful shop. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and make the trip again myself!
