Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was pretty empty, but a very gorgeous and clean store. Since I was a first time visitor, I got 15% my purchase, and on Sundays, they have 15% off CBD products. The person who helped me out was very nice and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a CBD vape pen that came with a case, and was happy they had the Dosist pen here, and I purchased the Sleep pen, which has been helping me with my insomnia (when I have it.)

I wouldn't ever use this place again for delivery. The delivery service wasn't bad except that they offer debit pay at the door and then charge $3.50 for using it. That about 600% over the typical merchant debit cost. And there's no indication they are going to charge it. $3.50 isn't going to break the bank. It's just the principle of being nickeled and dimed on something like an exorbitant debit fee. Especially when you're already ordering over $100 typically when it comes to this kind of service.

Rude staff willing to make a Mom uncomfortable and feel bad about trying to buy cannabis. Denied her entry without any further explanation. Had to call in to understand what happened, and was greeted rudely by Ryan, the arrogant Manager. Great to have ya'll as neighbors! Will be sure to vote in your favor in upcoming elections :)

This place is so cool! The ambiance, customer service, and quality of products are to die for!!!! The people who work there are amazinggggg and if you ever get a chance to have Asia help you, take the opportunity because she is THE BEST. Asia is the coolest and most down to earth person ever. She doesn't play around when giving you recommendations :) seriously, this place rocks!

Place has legit fire weed from quality farms. May not be the cheapest - or known for their deals, but the have sweet flower.

This store is gorgeous and the staff are lovely.  I went there as a complete novice to CBD and THC and asked about edibles for relaxation.  A wonderful staff member called Asia was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and sweet.  Thank you!

I absolutely love coming here! The people really help you in any way possible and are so cool. I have loved every recommended joint  My mom absolutely loves it and calls it "our new place."  It's nice because they're so close and even help with recommendations over the phone. Shop is clean and staff was professional and knowledgeable. I wish more establishments exhibited this level of attention to detail.  Ryan, my salesperson was so amazingly helpful and wasn't trying to rush me. She answered all my questions and I was very impressed with in her knowledge about the various products. The overall vibe was very welcoming while at the same time, social distancing was observed.  Highly recommended!

$83 for an eighth out the door. Didn't get any 15% discount the first time. Ouch! Staff was friendly. Store is huge.

Me and my best friends are on a trip in LA and were really excited to try a new dispensary. We happened to find Sweet Flower on Westwood and we are SO happy that we did. The whole staff is very friendly and fun! Tim was super helpful and very knowledgeable. 100% will come back next time I'm in LA!!

Absolutely love Sweetflower! I had always gone to the melrose location but I was happy when they opened the Westwood location since I can walk there! I prefer going during the day time as the evenings can get pretty busy but all the employees are helpful !!

Did you know they offer a 15% discount for first time customers?  I love this shop as it has a cute boho vibe and is nice and bright and you can tell they really want the customer to have a great experience.  The employees were super helpful and thanked me for the business.  Also as a bonus their retail prices were less expensive than the red and white box stores in LA.

Yeah kind of pricey but you pay for the quality! The service and hygiene is great. Overwhelming options at first but people are very helpful! Also discounts for students!

I stumbled upon this dispensary while taking a walk around Westwood. Most dispensaries are dark and grungy, but my eyes were drawn to the bright light and open windows. During this pandemic, I especially appreciate how spread out the store is. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with everything I needed. Big thanks to Melissa for helping me out today!

Sweet Flower is such an elevated experience - really nice space & super informed & helpful team (Kira was great). Only reason that it wasn't 5 stars for me was that the pre-roll selection was somewhat limited. Awesome otherwise.

I came here for the first time right before I was taking a trip because I wanted to get a Vape pen. I decided to get a disposable Vape pen from Bloom Farms. So I bought it from them and they gave me a first time buyer discount. I went on my trip and used the pen for a little bit (3 days) and it stopped working when the oil was only halfway through (battery ran out--super whack). I took the pen back to them when I came back from my vacation. The manager was very gracious. I did not have my receipt because I did not even imagine that I would need to bring something like back to the store. Honestly it was a little embarrassing to even have done it but I was pretty pissed off about it. They made the situation right. They gave me a credit for half of the used pen and I was able to get a new product. Their selection is great, the help that they give you is great, but the most important thing and the reason I'm writing my review is that they did right by me when something went wrong. I think that shows their character. A+

You honestly can't beat the service here. The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Just flat out rockstars! I'm considering inviting them to my bday party. Whoever is hiring these people is flat out killing it. Also the products are first rate!

I haven't had such an uncomfortable customer service experience in years. I am all for small, local businesses but in this case I couldn't recommend it any less. Rude staff and security personnel. *edit after company's response: I understand following the very strict rules involved in this emerging legal industry but being respectful and kind is always legal. You guys give the cannabis world a bad name.

Been here a handful of times now and I really can't say enough good things. They're always carrying new products to try, meanwhile continue to carry my classic favorites from topicals, CBD, and drinks or edibles. The staff is extremely accommodating and welcome everyone as if they've been a life long customer. Their delivery service runs without a worry and they'll even give you a courtesy message if things are a little behind. All this plus some great weekly specials, it's a must visit if you're at all a little curious and could use a little relaxation.

WAY back in 1969 us hippies called it "weed", "ganga", "pot", "Mary Jane", "grass". Purchased "it" from a guy who lived upstairs from a friend of a friend cuz everybody knew he sold an honest ounce minus stems and seeds to increase profit margin. Often we'd reward his integrity with edibles like brownies or banana-nut bread. Our secret was to pulverize the weed in an electric coffee grinder until it was powder, then sauté it in butter to incorporate in virtually any recipe even pistachio ice cream. I've done it. My minestrone got raves.  I haven't used cannabis much edible or otherwise since 1970 (short lived experiment) because the THC levels then were unpredictable AND I'm a control freak, gotta ALWAYS be in control. Also, now I'm anti inhalation of ANY kind.OK, so clearly I avoid cannabis today BUT our 18-year old dog doesn't. It abates a myriad of her health issues including wandering associated with dementia. Out of THC-free CBD oil that totally worked, I called Sweet Flower, walkable from our home, in hopes of avoiding a trip to the Co-Op in Santa Monica. Unfortunately, I was told THC-free CBD is not available here.Later that day, on a fitness walk past Sweet Flower, I stopped in just to see if there was any other product that might help her.  What a beautiful, open, well-designed space! What incredibly knowledgeable, friendly staff ALL practicing safe covid protocol!Bring your ID, your ticket to enter. Hubby, who always leaves home without his, was not allowed to join me, so stood outside while I explained our dog's needs to Kye. After a highly informative discussion, I decided to give 40:1 full spectrum CBD drops a try.Cash or debit card only plus another scan of your ID. 15% discount in the form of cash back for first time customers.  ATM within store.Unfortunately, this product administered in the most minimal drop in food, didn't agree with our canine princess. She immediately yaked it. Cannabis, like any medication, once it leaves the dispensary, opened or not, is a final sale. Regardless, it was DEFINITELY worth trying.  I've no need to return BUT if you use cannabis products Sweet Flower is a viable destination.Metered parking on Westwood Boulevard or street parking in surrounding residential areas if you don't mind a short walk and abide by street sweeping times/days. Curbside pick up available.

Purchased product here and the attending associate was adequate but could not relate to me and what I was looking for he went on and on about the ingredients of the products with proper names but could not explain in plain terms the use and effects. He was condescending and told me to do more research, WTF? What are you there for? Then at check out he took my credit card but charged me a fee and then gave me money back, which was bizarre and i couldn't quite figure out what was happening, and he certainly could not explain it in a way that I could understand. I think they should disclose all acceptable forms of payment and make it more clear. I would not return to this shop again even though it's clean and organized; the guy with the dreds was not pleasant to deal with.

I bought a raw garden cartridge here it was a straight up fake I called them they said they are licensed and can't sell fake stuff....well I been buying raw gardens for two years now and never ran into a fake like there's didn't have raw garden logo on the metal bottom of cart like all raw gardens the box was funny too...also when I buy raw gardens I always buy 1gram that always last me up to 3 almost 4 weeks this fake one not even a week and a half .. people be careful I  still got my receipt so sweet flower shop if u want contact me ..I'll show receipt...

The best place to grab any of your cannabis needs!!!They carry a strain called Daniel Larusso & it's heaven sent!Asia & James so knowledgeable and always offer great recommendations!
