I've only done online order here. The register to pay and pick-up is directly in front of the store. As of 11/9/2020, I haven't been able to successfully get thru to the curbside pick-up phone number.The parking situation kinda sucks during peak hours. There are about five spots and it's located on the corner of two busy streets.
Long time patronizing Erba....Feel like I'm being rushed each time I've been there lately. If the bud tenders were friendlier, I'd leave a tip. Also, if all employees were educated about all the products in your store, it would give comfort to your customers!Just sayin!

Well, here's an update I am truly sad to write...as I adore the owner Jay, I cannot continue to support Erba Markets going forward. Most of the employees are great, as well as the guards, starting with their first one, Mike. All of the guards here are super nice. Even when the horrible manager, Deirdre (see the banned reviews here below with another click) asked the guard to tell me to leave due to my 'mask' falling below my nose a couple times, he did it with respect towards me~ I've been coming here since way back when it was called medicine and Grace. I guess it's on to a new era, and goodbye to the dispensary formally known as, Grace~ Namaste~
Mindy was very helpful for my first visit and hopefully I will be coming back soon. There was an individual there who gave me the evil eye. I have a medical card because I am a cancer survivor and I asked about the taxes and she gave me incorrect information. But someone there corrected her. I think they do a good job, You get a good discount on your first visit and I will be back. Mindy look out for me LOLI will update after I have tried her suggestions!
The parking situation is quite dangerous. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mindy helped us right away and was great. 20% for first visit plus 20% for the person that brought you.Overall great experience.
This is by far my favorite dispensary on the west side. Think, Apple store for your cannabis needs. The check in process was quick and easy. They give you mad specials on your first three visits also. Save the card they give you. I like cards like those anyway LOL. You are assigned a number, and your own budtender from start to finish for a trailered visit for your needs. There's been a super nice bud tender that I prefer to be helped by. I can't remember her name (I'm sorry precious angel bb!) but she's beautiful and has the most amazing curly hair. She answered every question carefully, and intently. She's made several fire recommendations as well based on what she's learned that I enjoy which is appreciated. It's obvious that everyone here likes their job and knows their products. It's appreciated as I have high anxiety. They offer free delivery, and have a quick and easy ordering kiosk system if you'd prefer to stay contactless as much as possible.
Came to this dispensary with my gf to grab some buds and I got some of the worst herb I have ever seen in a dispensary as someone who is in the legal market as well this should have never passed quality control not sure if you even quality control, there's a list of reason as to why this bud turned out the way it did !!! The growers know it and I know it, this should not have been permitted to pass quality control, if anyone from erba were to get this from another dispensary they would laugh, as I did laugh too, this is 100% not okay and you guys need to step up your game !!!
Not friendly staff. The manager not friendly made me feel super awkward. They promise you 20% then charge you full price and then when you come in for your 30% on the second time they tell you they didn't charge you the first time the 20% so you can't get the 30%. These people do not represent good marijuana for real time smokers. They could care less about you or anybody else.
The people there are so knowledgeable great customer service.Best deals on edibles on Monday.

Went to Erba for the first time today. Zane was super helpful and knowledgeable. I spent alot more than expected, but I left feeling very confident and happy about my purchase. Thanks for your patience and your great energy Zane! I'll definitely be back.
Every other time I deal with this place they figure out a new way to drop the ball. It's always some unprofessional, poor business practice related issue. For a place that you spend thousands of dollars a year at there is 0 sense of customer service.-They refused to replace a defective $50 cartridge I bought there because they didn't have the same exact one in stock. They' said "Sorry the system won't let me."-They wait until they are about to deliver your order to tell you that the promotion you ordered isn't available and to pick something else on the spot even if they don't have what was advertised and already purchased on their site. They said "Sorry the system won't let me"-Getting charged for extra items that I didn't order. When the driver called to verify, the delivery dispatch/manager Sean said that it was correct with a condescending tone. I double checked my original order when I got inside and Sean's condescendingly "correct" order had two additional items charged for that I didn't order. When I called back two minutes later he acted like he didn't know who I was and refused to help me if I didn't "tell him who I was" in , you guessed it, a condescending tone. I'm the customer you were just talking to , my name is probably still on the computer screen. -Their selection has slowly gotten worse and more expensive. You can rarely find anything good under $60 worth buying. When you do they'll usually get rid of the brand or slowly increase the price.Terrible experience more often than not unfortunately. Pretty quick delivery though.
UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES:I have received two text messages from Erba, but I did NOT sign up for a list and asked to be removed the first time but received a second text today. STOP texting me! It is illegal to text consumers who have not opted in. Do better, Erba. The absolute worst dispensary in LA, but I'll boil it down to some key points:- Expensive- Terrible and confusing customer flow where you wait in a randomly placed line until it's your turn. BUT there are vulturous brand people on the outer counters who want to sell you their product. So you lose your place in line if you get sucked in and then good luck getting helped.-Budtenders with huge attitudes and zero product knowledge. I've never met 'customer service' people that are so rude.I'm not sure how this place stays in business with such poor practices. There are so many deserving dispensaries in West LA. Go literally anywhere else with your hard earned
Wish I'd known about no return policy before I bought a tincture that immediately interacted badly with my blood pressure problems. There should be some warnings on the product and at the store. I was just trying to destress, but I spent hours worrying about my heart. Hope you can fix the returns policy.
Love this place! Frank helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable. Frank listen to my needs and concerns and help me choose the right product that would be beneficial for me and my cancer diagnosis. Can't wait to try it!
Bummer, after a while of not ordering from them I tried with the new website. It appears they no longer have Medical pricing or taxes. They used to have good deals, and even good weekend specials (last time they processed my order, but then changed it because the deals had updated but the system hadn't) I just paid $37 for a $23 edible (I used my card due to my Cancer preventing me from being able to walk or drive to the ATM) - tons of fees so please be forewarned USed to be good for medical patients, but now appears focused on just rec users, leaving us with gouged prices for medicine.
Wendy was great and helpful especially for my 1st time visiting the shop. The shop is big and can be overwhelming with all the options and she helped me narrow down my options and make decisions. Super excited to give all my new cartridges a try!
Purchased from an extremely knowledegable and helpful sales rep from Henry's. However, the sales rep who closed out my sale was incredibly rude and rushed me through the process. Since this was my frist time and I'm pleased with the product, I'll probably return. Hopefully he's in a better mood next time.
Placed an order at noon and no update and it's almost 9 pm. Tried calling and texting and no response.Ok so never heard from them on 4/20. At 1 pm today I receive a text saying my order is being packaged. Then at 1:30 the driver calls to say he's on his way. He said they were slammed and were honoring yesterday's pricing. The delivered and while I got what I wanted. I think they need to work on customer service skills and kicked us down something extra for ruining 420

Don't waste your time, average wait is 30min. Bring a book because you can't have your phone out (Either this place doubles as a strip club or there's some shady stuff going on). Staff is rude and slowwww plus all of their recommendations are the highest priced items. Rose Collective in Venice or FireHaus in West LA are much better options.
This spots is horrible would recommend going just about anywhere else. They had one friendly employee the rest are oblivious and rude. Everything in the store is overpriced and checking out is about as difficult as finding an eighth under 90$ . But my favorite quote from my shopping experience was a bud tender saying " ohh and this is really fresh it was packaged in December "
I've ordered delivery/curbside from this place a handful of times, all within the past two months and have an account with Erba. Despite the lack of parking and hit or miss quality I still came back due to the proximity to home. After today, never again. How inept are your staff and security that they genuinely can't tell the difference between a real or fake ID? I was accused of trying to use a fake after handing over my Driver's License and was quizzed on my own information before it was given back to me. This is the same ID I've used every time, how is it that this time you scan and it pops up as a fake? Accusing innocent patrons of committing a crime is pretty garbage customer service. Never again.
I found some really unique products here at this sleek, modern dispensary. Their inventory is amazing and I discovered a new product that I enjoyed, their dosist pens. These pens are offered in a variety of versions (bliss, sleep, calm, pain relief, arouse (great for meditation), passion) all designed to address various needs. I also scored some CBD, THC gummies which are really great for anxiety and stress management. A nice calming product that isn't too potent to be productive.As noted, the prices are high but their inventory is unmatched and I got the help I needed from the staff. Solid experience.
Erba have saved me from this pandemic! The store itself is great, but since the pandemic I've been using the delivery service and wow! The system erba have set up is flawless. You can put the order in online, and it is usually delivered within 45 mins (this may vary, depending on your location). The delivery staff are always so friendly, I had Val and a new employee (forgot his name but he was also great) today - they are both fabulous - they really adhered to Covid protocol masks, social distancing etc. Erba'a products & staff are incredible - please tip the awesome staff, they work so hard and always have a smile and something nice to say.
Hands down... the nicest and most knowledgeable crew I've met in a dispensary. This place is super clean, busy but organized, and down to tell you all the specials. I no longer live in LA but will 100% swing by for a my weekly meds Brandon, is not only easy on the eyes (lol) but super cool and if he remembers you he will suggest something he thinks you'll love.
What can I say... I've been going here since before ERBA was here but I would say ERBA is now the best dealer in town. I love the guys in the delivery Customer Service Rick & Alex + the drivers are great I would never be disloyal and go anywhere else as long as they're this great!love!

This is for sure one of my favorite dispensaries, and it's bc they have the best budtenders!!!! Luckily I got a female budtender, bc I wanted to ask her opinion on which sativa makes sex lit for women!! I've had male budtenders make poor suggestions (from other dispensaries) and I just felt comfortable asking a girl bc I knew only a woman could understand exactly how I wanted to feel and which strain was gonna get me there. Katie did not disappoint!!!!!! Her recommendation was FIRE and every time I look for it at other stores, they are sold out. The name of the strain is Quest. I am so happy with Katie's expertise and recommendations, that even though this dispensary has a wack ass parking lot, I am so happy to come in, see her, and I feel I can trust her suggestions and she has never let me down. Thank you Katie!!!!!!
Erb's is amazing and Kiandi was incredibly helpful in explaining which product would help me the most. I have sleep issues and have found Erba has the best selection and prices for CBN. It's always a nice experience visiting Erba!!!
I shop and order from Erba quite often. It's at worst, disorienting, and at best, convenient and plentiful. My partner and I decided to order five prerolls for delivery around 8 pm. The tracker marked the order as processing and then froze. Since it was taking a long time, I tried to call the store multiple times to see if I could do curbside pickup instead, or simply cancel my order because it was taking too long. NOBODY picked up the phone, not once -- after some time, it appears that their phone was disconnected because my calls stopped going through. Then, around 10 pm, I received a text that ALL deliveries would be arriving late due to high demand, but I was assured that Erba was going to try their best to deliver everything before the end of the night. At midnight, no further news. I try texting the delivery number -- no response. At 1:21 am I call the delivery number and leave a voicemail asking if I should still expect my order to be delivered since they have not communicated with me since 3 hours ago. Lo and behold - not even 5 minutes later I get a curt text saying that my order was canceled, citing "standard reason."I understand the high demand and appreciate the overtime your staff must have worked to get these orders out -- but a little communication goes a long way. Come on, Erba! I would have been more than happy to receive the order tomorrow morning, if only you had updated me sooner. Won't be seeing me or my partner there again, sadly.

I just want to say after my second visit really delicious weed! Very piney flowery and aromatic. The concentrate was delicious as well and both were muy effective in alleviating my pain and anxiety. A gustatory and olfactory delight!

Been coming here for years and this time I came with a defective disposal pen. Because, I purchased it a while ago ( I buy two at a time) I was basically told "oh, well". All I wanted was a few dollars off my current purchase since I now had to replace it. A much for a loyal customer.

First of all let me say that I've been there three times and the last time I was there I was over charge for gummy and if I didn't request the receipt I would've never notice so everyone that shops there I would highly recommend you request your receipt to review your order and make sure you're not being overcharged for product you're not requesting

Stopped by yesterday for the first time. The woman at the Henry's Original counter was great, and she spent about 5 minutes with me chatting about the products. Check out was easy. Interior was nice, and had a good vibe. Everyone was friendly. My new regular dispensary. And Henry's is now my weed of choice.

I think I can call myself a regular because that's the only dispensary I go to. Yesterday I had good experience with Adi. We were trying to find the strain I like and it was 9:50 so they were closing up. He didn't show any frustration and patiently helped me till the end. He didn't make me feel rushed. In fact, other workers around were giving me looks to get out. Only remark, don't turn the music off even when you have one customer left. I was high so felt super uncomfortable being there without a background music. Felt like I HAD to leave. And besides, workers also people they also like music.
This was my first time at Erba and the process to checking in was smooth and easy. Erba has a great variety of cannabis to choose from. I have tried most of their brand products before, and the brands I use often are CRU, Henry's, Canndescent. I particularly enjoy sativa and hybrids,. For first visit I got 20% off, awesome perk! I bought a sativa, super silver haze. It is really one of the best strains I've tried in the market. The flower itself has a sort of haze earthy with citrus notes with a hint of spice in it! and the effects are a fantastic combination of energetic, uplifting, creative and makes me extremely focused and in a happy stage which I think it's perfect for creatives of all sorts, also it is known to use for chronic pain and fatigue. Highly recommended. Rapha works at Erba and he's professional and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Awful system they use here, terribly run. Mediocre selection as well. Every time you come here whether it is busy or if it's the slowest day ever, you will be met with an exceedingly long wait. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better options.

Erba is a great dispensary. It has a wide selection of products and does a good job at keeping things in stock. The staff is great. They always greet you with a warm smile. I love the system they have to serve customers. Alex took excellent care of me. I found Erba after the other dispensary I went to closed. Love this dispensary! They have great specials and excellent bud tenders. Britt was very helpful and when I changed my order she wasn't bothered one bit. They have potters vape cartridges which are super tasty and live resin. I also bought some live resin kiva edibles. Super excited to try them, they're supposed to be strong!
the most affordable cannabis delivery app since they cover the delivery fee, and they have a reasonable selection in various price ranges and the cannabis isn't old. I've used several of their holiday and monthly/weekly deals over the years and the point system is worth it. They also have very nice delivery employees, like Peter! And store employees like Kevin!!!

This place used to be my favorite but has gone downhill substantially in the last year (as in this would have been a 5 star review 12+ months ago). I've been coming to Erba for about 2 years now and every month the place just gets worse and worse when it comes to service and quality. 12-18 months ago the shop wasn't as nice inside but the staff were amazing - all knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all friendly. The product was all solid at multiple price ranges and they had a great selection of higher quality stuff from big name brands. I had a problem with something I bought and I brought it back in and the staff went above and beyond to make things right (with a smile).The last time I was in there and the staff that I interacted with was just flat out rude. Asked a few questions on big name products, nobody seemed to know anything about them. Asked a staff member if they had anything comparable to *big name brand they and every other dispo carries* and was told "I've never tried them so I couldn't tell you" as they were walking away from me looking at their phone. You're telling me you have a large brand name product (and a big selection of it) and you haven't heard/learned enough to take wild guess of what other brand somebody might like? For the record: the brand reps they have in there around the edges are always helpful, but the normal shop staff really don't seem to care.Oh and the deli ticket system at the door - are you serious?

Im Upset because i got banned from this location when i never had even purchased anything in the first place , literally for no reason , that security guy in the front with tattoos is WEIRD asf and racist . There is no reason i should be banned i just wanna smoke some weeeeeeeeeeeeeeed , but aye the guy gave us 4 free infused joints on accident so f*** it come up but if theres any way of getting un-banned , hit my line cause i like your deli concept ...
The experience here was great, however the vape pen that they sold to me was both expensive & defective! And because I was just passing through town & did not know until the next day I was unable to return the item - such a waste!

Fantastic and professional! I was a newbie to Erba and looking for some help with insomnia. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable regarding the type of products I was hoping to purchase. The ship is very well organized and laid out. I'm very impressed with everything about my visit.
Didn't honor discount my gf got from starting a account with them. Said we couldn't use the discount cause my account had a history of not being a new patient and hers didn't have a history of using said discount cause she hasn't returned to the store. I'm not going back cause the manager was rude and acted like my history of spending money there didn't matter. Instead of penalizing a frequent patron just explain policy and give discount. I would have understood and not been butt hurt by it. I'm not going back. My gf will to get discounts but after that we done. Better customer service at other locations. Euphoric on Pico way better.
Second time here and Frank helped me out. He answered all my questions and had a few suggestions based on our conversation that hit the mark. 10/10 will return and will likely request Frank if available.

Security guard was extremely rude to me. Apparently my mask was too thin. No one at anyplace ever has had a problem with my mask.not once in 12 months! I actually have a prescription and don't need to wear a mask anywhere if I don't want to.people need to know the laws if they are going to try to enforce them. The security guard arrogantly said he should kick me out because he didn't like my response. My response was that there was no law that states the type of mask a person is allowed to wear. I will give 2 stars because Niles was so kind and professional.I would have left if I weren't going on vacation in 2 days and didn't need to pick up my daughters meds first.This place is very convenient for me due to the location. However this is strike 2 now.There are plenty of places around where the people are kind and informed. The last time I was here the woman helping me was so flippant and sold me old dry bud. I asked for an oz of the freshest Indica they had because I make RSO with it. It was completely useless for that.Not sure if I'll be back ...

So I like coming to this place but the guy we had was not helpful. He seemed like he didn't care to help us out. He seemed like he was rushing us out. He didn't even give me my receipt. My Budtender Emmet was awesome. He went above and beyond to find a product I could not remember the name of. Emmet kept his cool and friendly attitude -- despite the rude coworker (dark hair, dark eyes, maybe 5'8, latino) that kicked the box twice, inches from Emmets face to show him where the product brand was under the counter. I've worked in customer service for a long time. Observing what appeared to be a seasoned coworker treat a new employee so disrespectfully was a real turn off. (Come on guy, use yr words or your hands--not yr feet, especially not in view of customers!) (1 star deducted for that) Clearly no one is taking the positive attitude out of Emmet, I am not ever sure if he even noticed. I was so impressed!
The security guards were very attacking. I am a big man and can be intimidating. But that is no reason for the guards to attack me. I am tired of people attacking me because they are threatened by me. The guard blocked me at the door and wouldn't let me in without parking the bird in bikes parking. There were no cars. Bird is allowed to park in spots by law. But what was discomforting was the way the security guards would block me with their bodies. Not acceptable. Upon parking in the mentioned spot and entering the store, I told them I am allowed to park there. They came chasing after me after I picked up my order. Again I felt very attacked. Not acceptable. If you want to avoid goons, don't go here

He was looking for a high quality half oz and Alejandro was able to answer every question and help us pick out the perfect product. My fiancé loves the Grizzly Peak brand in general, we usually go with a hybrid. My favorite product so far are the Henry's pre rolls!

Deeply proficient. Erin helped us really quickly because the store was closing. She didn't ask superfluous questions. She seemed like she would have been nice to have at a party. There was also a parking spot which was nice. We were able to buy weed which was the point of the trip.

Told James I wanted CNN - CBD - THC in a tincture, I keeped notes he told me they had Mary Medicnals, in 1 oz.. and the mg's of each, told him I would be over and pick up at front that I'm over over 65yrs I needed to be safe. Paid at front desk didn't inspect box didn't feel safe with so many people due to virus.Opened bag that night discovered Mary M. CBN CBD no THC ... net weight 12.5 g. not 1oz. Paid over $100.00 I feel cheated and lied ... I will will not return ever... too many dispensaries in town that are honest and don't gouge.

Been coming here for years - even tried their delivery... HOWEVER, this is the first time and especially during covid (which erba has been my main choice for my recreational purchases during these times) that I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. The wait was not long and everyone was warm and welcoming @ security & check-in...We grabbed our ticket and walked over to LOOK at what was available, making our way over to their main display of joints but this female employee immediately asked us what was our number and that need we to be quick and move and she even snapped her finger at us that if we are not quick .. we will get skipped over so we should know what we want ... 1. It was not busy 2. We were in there for 20-30 seconds 3. The sad part is our number hadn't been called yet.. :( Sadly, this was extremely off putting and I told her if she could just skip us so we could shop peacefully and I waited for another associate to free up (which again happened in like 2 min since they weren't crazy busy, thankfully) and for her to not be around so I could ask the questions we had and shop peacefully...Shopping for weed should be fun and hopeful for stress relief ...not added stress/pressure in already stressful times.

While reviews of this business are all across the board, I can only speak of my experience here about 30 minutes ago. I was greeted in a friendly manner and although they were quite busy when I arrived, the wait time was reasonable. I like the store's policy of issuing each customer a ticket number as it seems to keep things organized and moving along smoothly. I only had $20 to spend, and I was hoping to find a good deal on a $20 eighth of sativa.The help I received was definitely the best part of an already agreeable experience. Kevin is a friendly and down to earth young professional. They didn't have any more $20 sativa eighths, unfortunately. I've been to many a dispensary where I'd hear, "Nah, sorry, we don't have any more of those..." - end of story. Kevin didn't do that, but instead resourcefully checked the inventory to find three $6 grams of the bud I was hoping to buy. I'm as pleased with the quality of the product as I am all the rest, and thanks Kevin.

I literally go out of my way to go to this shop because they're customer service is next to none. Whenever I have any issues with products (not the fault of the dispensary) I know they got me. The manager (or owner) is a woman and she's always calm/ cool/ collected af, so we love that too! Big fan! And they deliver so don't waste your time with Eaze if you're in their delivery range.

SUCK, SUCK, SUCK... they say they give you a 20% discount but they dont with all of the taxes it comes out to the original price.They gladly take your credit card but they charge you as if one is withdrawing cash out of an ATM machine, not to mention the $4 charge . Also their supply lacks quality! You will have better experience with your local hood dealer.
the workers are nice but this place is so confusing and chaotic. the way they are organized is so counterintuitive, the prices are very expensive, the selection isn't very large, and they don't take credit for some reason? really unpleasant experience overall.
THE WORST! I ordered from them at 4:55pm it is currently 8pm and my order still hasn't arrived. They called me about an hour after I placed the order to tell me that the things I ordered were out of stock, that was annoying as hell, so I gave them the benefit of a doubt, waited another hour they still weren't here I called and they said they'd be here in 30 minutes and it still hasn't arrived. it's really a joke. They sent out all these exciting messages saying that they were handling their delivery in house now and that they were discounts, fuck those discounts, your customer service sucks.

The absolute strangest and unfriendly customer service I have ever experienced in a weed store. The guy at the front who checked me in was cool and gave me a punch card for 20% off. That was a great start, but it all went downhill from there. The store has multiple vendors representing and selling their products, so they can and will only answer questions about the particular products they are selling. That was inconvenient, but not necessarily a problem. The problem was that all the people (except the chill guy in the front) were incredibly unfriendly and seemed annoyed with every legitimate question, like: how much is this? What strain is this? What are the percentages of this% these are the things that people, including me, want to know and are most likely going to ask. My suggestion to the business: hire better people. Right now you have atrocious customer service and it is starting to be reflected on yelp. There are a lot of options now and tomorrow there will be more. Step your game back up and make it a pleasant, fun experience for me to come to your store.

I literally went here for a month straight, then one night the security guards were feeling too sensitive and trapped in their egos that they decided to come up to me and continuously "try me" by asking if I was good if I was straight etc. Once shopping, I looked over at the exit door, and both security guards came to "check me" once again. As I walked out the store, one of the guards followed me to my car and was staring at me until I left. Not sure if this is how you treat customers though I'll never go here again and will tell everyone about my experience.
My first time at Erba. I know very little about all of their products but I wanted edibles and my server was very sweet and knowledgeable.

I have been to Erba about 6 times as it is the closets to my house . Last time I went in , I crossed a misunderstanding with one of the rep there ( no one fault ) which cAuse for me to purchase the wrong item , I went back to the store and explained them my concern , the manager and me didn't have the same view on the situation , I ended up leaving and emailing on the site , 5 minutes the owner called me , I explained him the situation and expressed my views Long story short , I am writing this review letting everyone know that the owner him self cares about his patients and he will take time toHelp you , he ended up delivering to me the right purchase . Real nice guy that understand what's right .. He took the negative and turned it to a realPositive situation . Great business core.Will be going back soon
My Aunt Paula has bad legs and some times is in a tremendous amount of pain. She gets shots in her legs and it does help but sometimes it hurts her so bad to get up and walk. She has sent me to pick up things to help her and I have tried a few spots but I will never go to anyone except This spot. They have the best customer service they're extremely sweet it's very easy to do business with them and my aunt absolutely loves their products and says it's the best in town. You are going to love this place. Thank you for helping my aunt with her pain you guys are the best.
Check your bag before you leave. Apparently they're sampling the product and have no attention span. I asked for Sativa, she showed me snickerdoodle and I ended up leaving with candy apple that is hybrid of almost 50/50. Check your bag before you leave, as all sales are final. Probably they couldn't sell the shit they put in my bag and just looking for customers that don't check their bag before they leave. Not sure how I got a hybrid when I asked specifically for sativa. Anyway, this was my first experience and my last. I don't need to be played for stupid. TE

Erba has good selection but you can find that almost anywhere these days. However, their managers are extremely rude and they don't give refunds (period) even if the products that are clearly defective. Not to mention they were overpriced to begin with. The salesman I talked to, who said a cbd cartridge would last 3 weeks (actually lasted 6 days and I'm not even an avid smoker), lied about the encounter when I returned to the store saying "he would never say that." Even though I didn't even want a replacement because the product stunk, that's all they would give me so I took it. Even that replacement I received was half full and barely functional (notice the cap still on in the picture). Take a hard pass on Erba and find a different shop that, even if pricey, will recognize when it's sold you a dud and refund your money!

I have been going to Erba for over a year now. The customer service has gotten so bad. Today was the last straw. A battery I had purchased there stopped working, I went in today to ask about it and I did get it replaced but the girl who helped me was so rude and mean throughout the process. I don't understand how someone who works at a place like that can be so not chill. I was nice and trying to be pleasant. (See edit)Two stars because they do have great selection. The security guards are always nice also. But I can't go to a place that doesn't want to take care of returning customers. Would not recommend. It's literally worth driving farther in LA traffic to go somewhere else. Edit: I tried visiting Erba again. I like to try and give places another chance, however I was told I am banned from the store. Was not given a reason other than it's the owners decision. What kind of employees recommend products that don't work? Employees that work here. Came here last night & talked to someone about how I have sleeping problems, etc. Asked for a CBD and/or CBD/THC product that would work well for since reading many, many articles about how CBD is beneficial for people with insomnia. i tried it out that night, literally nothing happened and i was awake until 6 am. Went back today to explain my situation and try and at least get an exchange or refund. The person who helped me today flat out said "im not sure who helped you yesterday but they shouldn't have told you to get this for sleeping." Manager was called over, then told me there was nothing they could do except offer me 20% off my next purchase, which they already do for most of their customers who have a punch card. long story short, i'm short $52 and walked out with nothing. i get that this place can't really take products back, but they definitely could ahve done SOMETHING - especially hire people who know what they're doing. I've been frequenting this collective since they opened. Almost everyday. They have one security guard named mike, who is the nicest and most sincere man you can meet. True gentleman. The other two make you feel like you're crossing the border into North Korea. Angry, gossiping, attitude, and just prison-like pseudo-authority from very obviously immature and childish boys because they're carrying pepper spray and guns. Today, I dropped my coffee upon entering. After passing them at the door, at the counter. It was then that they decided to tell me that drinks are not allowed, as I was mopping up my mess. As they continued to heckle me, I stood up and told them to shut the f*** up. A volcanic eruption of the discontent I've had with their passive aggressive attitudes everyday. They proceeded to take that personally, and tell me I'm not going in today. I walked today, making my two mile trip pretty pointless. I yelled directly at the manager/owner, allowing these bullies to be gatekeepers to a place of medicine and healing. He just looked at me like I'm crazy while the bullies unholstered their mace. I'm never going back and recommending everyone away from ignorant and negligent owners and employees. Shame on you Erba.
Called to check out their inventory from Henry's, ask to speak to a rep and the manager picked up. I think rude is an understatement. For a place for stoners, the service is enough to not want to support the business, despite what they carry. Won't be surprised it goes out of business

Closest dispensary to Santa Monica. Very clean. Well staffed. Well stocked with sanitizer. Well stocked with product. Only hiccup is parking. Also not comfortable going there after dark because there is a huge homeless encampment on the corner. Free delivery & convenient curbside pickup, when you can get app to work.They seem to change payment Svcs frequently, presenting Occasional inconveniences with your online ordering. Otherwise, highly recommend.

I am absolutely appalled. Today I went in and bought a 40 dollar 8th of GSC by Devi. It is dry, and just lowest of the low quality. I called them to tell them i wanted to bring it back and get my money back and they said I cant. Stay away! I have included a pic so you all can see this shwag. Guys you really should contact me and make this right this is not sellable bud especially for 40 an 8th!
They have a good selection and the place is always packed. This is not my favorite spot, but it's often one of the most convenient. It seems one of the bud tenders ripped me off by $100. I did not take the receipt, but there is no way the items I picked could have added up to the total given to me. I did not realize this until reviewing my debit card receipts after the fact, and I foolishly did not want to take my receipt because of covid-19 concerns. It's a real shame, I will likely take my business elsewhere going forward.
Chris, the manager, sent an apologetic message along with a 40% discount that I was hesitant to take up due to my past dealings with this place. So I decided to take him up on his offer and went back, and I was pretty impressed with customer service to say the least. Just to be sure I went back again, and lo and behold, their customer service is no longer what it used to be 4 months ago. It looks like there's a lot of new and FRIENDLY faces. Ugh!! Girlfriend bought us 2 eights, and both only weighed 3 grams! I do NOT like being ripped off. What do they think, that no one has a scale? How many other customers have been shorted? Do not trust this place, although it already looks like no one likes this place based on their reviews. I mean I've had quality issues at other dispensaries, but being shorted? Wow. And it was expensive. Infuriating.
This is a cool dispensary with a spacious and open layout. The product selection is good (chocolate bars, gummies, honey, etc.) and they have items available at all price levels. Christian was super helpful and made recommendations based on my specific needs. They have a very small parking lot out front, so you may need to circle the block or find street parking.
Save yourself the trip and just order from Eaze. The prices are lower and delivery takes less than an hour. I have tried to like this place as it is right down the street from my house. Even though it is not a personable or friendly experience they have the big inventory and it's a rather get in line and get you out the door program. For the second time now I have been sold an empty jar or all ready opened package resulting in another trip back to the location to rectify their mistake. It turns out that on two separate occasions I was sold the empty jar and packaging that was used for the display counters. Two trips too many for an already barely par experience.
Positive experience. First guy i talked to didn't follow when i asked for terpinoline-rich strains (eg jack herer), but Alex took over and treated me right. I got the premium jack from malibu gold and it did not disappoint.
Willow helped me out and gave the worst service. Asked for a 35 dollar eighth and she rung me up for a 45 dollar eighth. I asked why the price was so high and a she said tax. She actually just sold me a more expensive product I didn't want and was very rude the whole time. Avoid willow she's a complete bitch with no customer service skills that doesn't pretend to care.

With the exception of reception(Caucasian, brunette female)updating my rec, the majority of the staff desperately needs to be retrained on customer service skills. Just like MedMen. ..Especially the security guard(Asian male), I'm not a violently aggressive person by a long shot and don't appreciate being shouted at/treated like one from the moment I set foot in any establishment, based on the color of my skin. But I guess that's the world we live in?All I wanted was two grams from their Canndescent display and two Henry's pre-rolls.., That's it.Once I finally got someone's attention, I told him what I was looking for. Unfazed by my questions and his lack of wanting to help me was what it was about that Friday afternoon. He proceeded to ring me up(small framed Latino with a full beard) **without raising an eyebrow** tells me my total was 142.00 and some change. At no time did I mention my working in the cannabis retail industry, it was already crystal clear to me he didn't care. I did calmly bring this mistake to his attention. He realized his error and adjusted my order to the actual medicinal patient price w/0 apologies from this bud tender during the warped transaction.If you really need to go to Erba, just make sure you have the person helping you read back your order and make certain your total is accurate. My total after taxes was $75.85, per my receipt. My debit card was hit for $86.50, and it was listed as a foreign ATM withdrawal. I had to call my bank because I literally could not put 2 and 2 together that it was ERBA until the bank gave me the address of the "ATM". This place is a total scam. Do not go here.

Confused as to how knowing the employee's name could make any difference in my situation& anyways who remember's their vendor's name casually?I replied that "she was an employee here". He replied "yes but she wasn't a manager" I pointed out that "the vendors do most of the selling not the managers" NOW HE WAS LOOKING ANGRY. I had no idea why. My tone & speech calm, I was using reason and logic to make my case. So why was he MAD? His voice became louder as he said "the manager makes the rules!" ... "I am the manager"... "a vendor cannot make these decisions on their own"Basically, since the vendor I was paired with was not a manager, nothing she said mattered at all. with each response, his VOICE was getting louder I was just 1 of 2 customers thereSo his expressive way of dealing with me stood out that much more. within seconds, the other employees began glancing at us, with facial expressions & body language indicating unease.JUST 2 more logical questions/points later and his voice was loud enough and assertive enough that EVEN a calm response could have been mistaken as me ARGUING with the manager.I said "okay. I'll go then. I didn't want the joint" calmly and walked out.So confused that I thought about it enough times, trying to make sense of it all, that I ended up here. BEWARE OF HIM. He was very NICE but was not offering a solution to my sister, my sister than asked to speak with a manager and on the phone comes DEIDRE [We will just call her SUPERWOMAN!] And she made the effort to make sure my sister was taken care of!!!!!! Just spent $40 on a gram of live sauce from RAW gardens. Once I got home and attempted to open it up, I see there are multiple product labels stuck over each other. The top one, for what I thought I was buying, was for a live sauce with 78% cannabinoids. The label below was for a completely different product with only 68% cannabinoids. Once I got into the box, I found the product described on the weaker label underneath.
Long standing delivery customer dealing with Pete, very informative0. However, if you're not fortunate to deal with Pete, the rest of the crew (Tyler Alex, John) are exceedingly and inexplicably uninformative. I've tried to check the THC count on a single brand of Lemon Jack sativa for which I had just placed an order in order to see how that compared to other examples of that strain (most THC counts even on sativa put me to sleep),. John and Alex refused to tell me the THC count, even though Peter had given me that information whenever I had previously asked throughout my different orders, saving me time, allowing me find that better strain, and making me a return customer. Yet the rest of them claimed to be unable to tell me the THC level of an item they were packing up for me as if it were proprietary informati0on. The time for a customer to determine that they got what they paid for shouldn't have to be with the delivery person. Knowing that you paid for what you actually wanted shouldn't have to wait until you're dealing with the delivery person. That undermines consumer confidence, and therefore makes no sense to anyone concerned. DO NOT RISK unless you are not particular about that for which you pay.
Came in today to check out the new "Adult recreation" in my local hood but unfortunately I was left unimpressed with the Herbal selection and method of presentation. 2 stars for being open late and having nice staff members.Really getting pissed off that all the "legal stores" seem to be doing this weird thing where they PRE-PACK all the herb in little bags that you can't see or smell how fresh it is...or lack thereof. Seriously, all the herb was really dry and lacked that fresh dank smell that use to be all over this store. The quality was blaaah, probably from some farm up north. Remember the good ol' days when the herb was in a big clear jar that you could SEE and SMELL directly and was hand plucked by a nice gal with bamboo sticks. You know, a throw back to providing a real, pleasant experience. Anyhow, I digress and will just walk across the street..lol
Very simply put, Erba Collective is dishonest and running a scam. A manufacturer of a product in which I was interested listed Erba Collective as one of their retailers and that's how I learned of them today.I called Erba Collective and 'Mars' answered the phone. I asked him if they had the specific product in stock for which I was looking and 'Mars' gave a definitive yes. I said I'd be there within the hour and I asked him if it was necessary to put the product on hold. 'Mars' assured me that their supply was plentiful and that there was absolutely no need to put the product on hold.I drove down to The Erba Collective, registered as a first-time customer there with Mars and was admitted into the dispensary. Upon speaking with a rather passive budtenderess, I was informed that they were out of stock of the product about which I had called and confirmed was plentiful less than an hour before. I immediately went out to the front reception area again and informed 'Mars' about the situation. Both he and his supervisor nonchalantly dismissed the matter as though it was just another day at the office for them with no regard whatsoever for my time or needs, and Mars commented that they must've sold out in the short amount of time since I had spoken with him on the phone when I confirmed that their supply was abundant. I won't repeat what I said next!BEWARE!!! BAIT AND SWITCH! They lied on the phone to get me in the door and they casually lied again when I was there in person. Given their dismissiveness, I'm absolutely certain that this is their policy and not a one time incident.Whether you're a first timer or an experienced medical or recreational patron, Erba Collective's lowlife mentality and customer treatment is not what you will experience nor come to expect at virtually any other dispensary anywhere!

I believe her name is Ava... such a nasty attitude... not interested in answering any of my questions whatsoever... felt like I was bothering her on her break. Obviously it wasn't her break... as she was working the counter... What the Heck!!! Will not be going back.
I was in this shop on 9/4 around 7:30 PM.The only bad thing I will say about this location is that the "bad attitude" on the front desk from the lady who signed me in. She had a piss poor attitude and if you replaced her with someone who had better customer service skills you would do great!!!!!! Selection great! Inside the shop the folks are great but whoever it was on the front desk needs to be stocking products not helping customers!!!
Over priced Over Priced Over Priced!! Not only were the flower options totally over priced, they charged me $18 for a pre-roll they conveniently forgot to put in the bag. On top of that, they charged me another $4 to pay with my Debit card. A rip off, on top of a rip off, on top of a rip off!!! Save a bunch of money and a huge pain in the ass and have a delivery service deliver whatever you want. Canabis shops used to appreciate your business. This place does not. Their sign should say "stand in line, gimme your money, and get the f--- out"! Won't be going back to this place!!

First of all they tried to ring me up incorrectly and I had to tell them the correct prices. THEN I saw 3 days later I was double charged and when I called and spoke to chewy, he was HORRIFIC. I've been a manager for 12 years in the retail industry and this incompetent clown couldn't be gracious, apologetic or understanding in the situation. He was rude, yelled at me, and told me I had to come I for a cash refund????? I don't live anywhere nearby! Jay, you need to get in touch with me immediately and fire your "manager". No one go here unless you want you wanna get ripped off!!! There's plenty of other shops with much better service. They're probably gonna start paying people to leave good reviews at this point.
Just the worst!!! Was double charged I'm sure by mistake, but how it was handled was awful. Every employee encountered was rude and somehow blamed me. Because of there mistake I had to drive an hour to come back and get cash???? No refund card??? What???Jay the owner who was awful on the phone was not around but I can tell by his hiring skills he could use some help. Stay far away to many good options in la for this. Btw the setup is awful in there too, my option on that, rest of this rant is cold facts.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me refine my delectable choices to the finest product for my needs and wants. Can't wait for my next spending spree.
IDK if it's the times I've gone in lately or due to common notes here on Yelp customer service I've had has dramatically increased. The staff (for the most part) I've had we're not only knowledgeable about the products but one of them (I wish I recalled the name) stood there for 5 minutes giving me a lesson about full-spectrum products and walked me through different brands and reported effects of each brand they had. I finally felt I got it and was able to make better selections to get the exact buzz and high I wanted and how to control it.
Upset with the way I was banned it doesn't even make sense but anyway I went with my friend to this shop cause she was telling me how great it was. When we got their we gave them our id and they said that my friend was banned so she went outside and waited for me since it was my first time the bud tender was super nice and helpful my total in the end was 42$ and some change but I TOLD HIM I ONLY HAVE 40$ ON ME the bud tender then proceeded to ask if I was sure I didn't have the extra 2$ and some change I told him "no I don't but my friend is outside is it cool if I get the rest of the money and come back really quick" he said that wouldn't be a problem and to go right ahead when I went to go get the rest of the money my friend recommended different products from the ones I originally went with so she gave me an extra 20$ just in case it was more than original I went back inside to change what I wanted and ending up getting a cheaper price of 33$ sweet right...WRONG!!!! On my way out the bud tender that helped me politely sent me on my way (humble seeming dude just to add) but after the exchange right when I got to the door to exit with my purchase I was approached by the tatted security guard and he said something along the lines of just so you know you can come here no more because ur banned or something like that. Upon asking the reason for my ban he said it was because I was buying something for my friend and your not allow to sell to people or buy to them or whatever but 1st off that's my friend and I'm here to buy from you guys so that I can smoke with my friend I'm obviously gonna smoke with my friend that's the whole reason we drove to a dispensary it's inevitable. Second off I didn't even end up using any of the money she gave me and 3rd off AND this one takes TAKES THE CAKE!!!....... YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE THE BUD TENDER TOLD ME AND SAID IT WAS OK FOR ME TO GO OUTSIDE TO GET THE REST OF THE MONEY FROM MY FRIEND CAUSE I WAS SHORT 2$. So how am I gonna get this bs reason for why I was banned it doesn't even make sense and he said something along the lines of like "oh with the cameras it looks like your......something " I don't even know what he said but if y'all read this lmk how I can get unbanned cause I mess with the shop it's well put together and homie was nice and I was looking forward to buying more products but not the security guard with the tats tho he had no chill and couldn't even give me a straight logical answer as to why I was banned. Seems like a super petty reason that doesn't even make sense considering the circumstances lmao probably gets no types of action over their so he's just bored and looking for anything really. Anyway don't let my opinion on that specific security guard give you second thoughts on if I could or should be unbanned or not at the end of the day that's just my opinion on him and if it makes him feel some type of way well idk what to tell him tough luck but I fuck with with the shop nothing but good things to say about the inside cleanliness and nice helpful employees and great selection of products just a no go with that guy specifically and personally. Hoping for a response and maybe explanation as to how it made sense for me to get banned or how it didn't make sense for me to get banned. :)
This place have the unfriendliest and unprofessional customer service! After waiting for 20min behind the counter to buy a cream, I was told that I have to wait in line...there was none when I came in! Couldn't even talk to this person, she almost snapped on me! There is no need of spending any money to encourage bad attitude.
They scam you for a $4 surcharge when paying with debit, only to find out your bank will also charge for a non ATM fee.
This place used to be my go to place for my MJ needs, but now that they have gone recorational it's a mad house. I was standing in line for 20 minutes waiting. To the point where my tremor started acting up standing in line. I'm saddened I can't recommend this dispensary to people anymore.
Majorly fucked us with the 4/20 special. My order was confirmed with a bunch of products and they showed up with less than half and told me I'm SOL for the rest of it. Get your shit together, Erba. Don't offer it if you can't handle it.
I have never been so disappointed by service in a dispensary. First off - my boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently since they opened. Sometimes service is good, but have been many times where it is not great. Today my boyfriend went in to purchase a new cartridge for a vape that we bought last week (that we really love honestly). Though he did not know the brand, he brought the entire vape in to avoid any confusion. The brand was "Select" and the vape we have is the "Select Palm" but he did not know that - that is what he was needing the bud tender to direct him to. Instead of being taken right to the full case of "Select" products the bud tender started to show him every other product but this and also even recommend he buy a new battery. Clearly she was not familiar with the product even though they have a entire case. My boyfriend became very upset because he know that was not accurate, but no staff in the entire store could look at the "Palm Select" (THAT WE PURCHASED LAST WEEK) and just direct him to the case that held it all. The RED HEADED bud tender became rude and agitated and even started making comments under her breath to her co workers while he was still in there. I then went inside after he came back to the car frustrated with out the product that he was looking for. When I went inside I asked someone for help and explained the situation and she got the manager. The manager (who I have witnessed on multiple accounts be dismissive and unhelpful with complaints from customers) was the same to us. Yes words were exchanged, out of pure frustration for how this whole staff could not see the issue here. All of them making excuses for why nobody couldn't just direct him to the damn "Select" Case in the first place! It's literally the brand of vape that we had bought. We won't be coming back to Erba anymore after being loyal clients since it opened. I've been a professional in luxury customer service for a decade now - yes a different industry but the principals are the same. This staff need proper training and a better leader.
This is by far the best place I've been too. Med-men was crap... they treated me like shit. The team at Erba was fantastic to my needs.
Favorite dispensary In town! They always have great deals and weekly specials! The vibe is laid back and the layout of the place is beautiful. Tons of selection! Thankful for the knowledgeable and friendly staff to help me find the perfect product for me. The 20% off for the 1st four visit is amazing! Then you get reward points with every purchase. Everytime I go there's always some amazing promo that I end up going for! Plus they are always stalked up on everything! They do get a line sometimes.. just have to make sure you stand in line to be helped out otherwise you will loose your place. Other than that it's amazing!
I have to say, I went once and didn't think I'd be back. The girl who waited on us knew almost nothing about the product and we weren't even confident over our purchases when we walked out. I went today because my niece is in town and wanted her to experience a shop. Was waited on by Willow. She was awesome. She knew her stuff, knew what to recommend and what we shouldn't get. Really appreciated the attention and help especially when you pay a lot. You can definitely get cheaper prices elsewhere but this place is an experience. And the female manager that came over to us was absolutely lovely. Thanks guys!
This place is the single worst dispensary in the entire city. Reviews don't lie! There's a reason why this place has only 2.5 stars. They have the most incompetent, rude staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I advise you spend your money at literally any other spot in town.
If you like going to a car lot and having the sharks all trying to sell yoi different cars you might like this place. The old Grace that was here was far more chill. Since all of the workers represent different companies its hard to get a good read on what going on. Oh and the prices are too hight as well. If you just want to see all of the latest stuff it might be OK.
This place should be shut down! They lie and tell you that you can exchange things if it doesn't work and then they won't let you exchange it. I bought CBD for cramps and it didn't work and I went to exchange it with the receipt and they wouldn't let me. So lame! Do not go here if you want to feel safe and have a modicum of human decency in customer service! We might as well go back to drug dealers, where at least you may know what you're getting or understand the risk of being screwed!
This is definitely more of a "club" than a dispensary. It's more about "super cool, LA vibes" and storefront than friendly service. Ladies at the front were aloof, if not downright rude. Call a delivery service or go across the street. So many options nowadays, no need to spend any money here for them to get off on a power trip.
Such a good set up. It's really sad they are priced more then double what most places cost. I've been buying weed for years and years and never heard of such astronomicaly highly prices. Go buy double the weed anywhere else!
A good selection of products, but, holy resting bitch face, Mary Jane! In one visit only one of four interactions was pleasant. You work in a weed shop, why do you look so oppressed? Maybe smoke a little uplifting sativa heavy hybrid? This is your life, at least try to enjoy it! It's a straight up bummer dealing with people who are so obviously unhappy in order to make a transaction. Hide it while you're at work like the goddamn rest of us and don't kill my vibe!
These guys have the best selection and inventory of product, hands down, whether you're looking for flower, edibles, or anything else. And that is why I go here.However, there a few drawbacks to this place. 1) Parking is limited and often fills up. 2) Their prices are a bit higher than other places. 3) It's usually crowded and you have to wait in line to get a bud tender. 4) They've been known to overcharge you and not provide a receipt. My bill today should have come to $84, but they charged me $96. Didn't realize it til I got home, and there was no receipt in the bag.Still, all in all this place is far better than most others in the area.
I've visited twice, had two different budtenders, both were impatient and distracted. I was hoping it was a one-time thing but I'm starting to think they're not into good customer service here.
Very cool store but as far as flower it's a 2 star flower shop, the appearance of the store is a 5 star but back to there flower after my first gram I wasn't anything so I smoke anther and felt okay.
Slowest service ever. If you have time to wait then yes this may be fine however it is very confusing and you have to wait until your number is called to buy something. It was also very crowded. There is also a $4 extra charge if you plan on using a card as your method of payment. They do have many items to choose from though so you will probably find something you like.
This place rocks. It's true 4/20 was a ZOO (I, myself left the curbside line and came back later thinking it'd be shorter but what did we expect when you have such a KILLER sale?? It was worth the wait. Your crew is great for the most part (except maybe the girl who wandered out and took our names claiming she'd go check the pre packs but never came back ) Everyone is always super nice both in person and on the phone (Josh and Noah give great phone!) SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO ALI who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, first offering to re pack my order then going the extra mile to find the ONE bag in a million that was mine. It's also greatly appreciated that when packing up my online orders if something isn't available you guys find a comparable replacement product so I'm still getting the quantity I expected. THANKS ALI, my 90 year old parents appreciate it too! Top notch service!!

I have been goin here for a little bit. Normally as chill as it could be to go in to one of these spots. I don't feel like anyone's super informative so I would do a little research yourself. Today though I had to return something that malfunctioned and for some strange reason, I had two of the people working there be hella rude. I'll never go back. Lame.
When I have a bad experience I don't give reviews because I figured "Karma" will take care of it, but I feel its necessary to speak up about this place called "Erba Collective". First, I believe when you go to a dispensary everyone there should be friendly, make everyone feel welcome, have knowledge, and provide great customer service. After all, they are selling holistic medicine that is meant to bring calmness, happiness, help with illness, etc... all positive energy, right? Well at Erba all the times I've gone I've experienced "negative energy"...ouch! I felt unwelcome, the staff was very rude, they seemed lost and confused when asked questions, did I say not friendly? That really left an impression. There was this female which I will not mention her name but because of her nasty attitude that experienced every time I've gone, I decided to write this review. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but every time she was nasty and mean. A paying customer should never have this type of experience unless you don't care about your customer experience and all you "do" care about is just "taking money" from people. Also, your rates are too high, if you are going to charge fees like these then give freebies to make your clients "still" feel special and "feel its worth" spending money at your location. The owner of this place needs to see what is happening and take action because soon you will lose clients and gain a bad reputation and that my friend is not something you want. Step it up, check yourself and check your employees!
Very rude place. I went in with my bicycle because it is quite roomy there. I gently asked the guard if I could put my bicycle against the chairs. He then yelled at me 'get your bicycle out of here'. I said 'I asked you nicely, why are you being so rude.' He said, 'get your bike out'. So I left and will never return. Why should there be a mantra of being so rude and discourteous. I was being nice, and they were being A holes. Have since heard other reports of rudeness from friends.
Love this place. Free delivery - and if you go into the store they even check your temperature before entering! Ciera was a gem!!! Soo sweeet, informative and welcoming! Been coming here religiously & am always amazed by the great experience and helpful staff!
I think it is time to find a new place. Erba used to be really amazing, but now that they have gone recreational, they never have consistent stock...ever. They lie about the stock they have on the phone. Wait times are now 15+ minutes each visit. The budtenders aren't knowledgeable about the stock. The flowers are much older and dryer now. They sold me two difference vape batteries promising they would have better stock of the corresponding cartridges. THEY HAVE NONE. They charge a 4 dollar fee for using a cc/debit card which is on the high end of that spectrum. This is not the same place as it was even 3 months ago.
This place has a good selection but they must treat their employees terrible. The employees basically ignore you like a bartender in a packed bar. Today there were six employees and four customers. No one would even look at me so I just left. Too many other places to shop!
This is disgrace to the Cannabis Community.Not only did the owner of this property kick out the last tenants -- Grace Medical, who ran a premier establishment -- but they also had the nerve to open up this crap shop in it's place AND then falsely report the former club when it reopened across the street resulting in a raid and its subsequent closure (confirmed directly by LAPD). This is most definitely not what the Cannabis Community is about. I hope you join me and many others in boycotting this disgraceful club -- whom is willing to put others in danger in effort to increase their own profits.

This is the worst dispensary i have ever seen in my life , nobody is nice over there .I was there 30min ago i got 1/8 i paid 20$ with my debit card then the cashier told me that if you pay with card there is a 4$ fee , but when i said i have cash can you cancel the transaction and i'm gonna pay cash he was like no i'm sorry i can't do that ... bullshit.Please be careful when you go there .
Incredible selection, semi nice counter people, thing that gets me is the $4 charge to use a credit or debit card is outrageous. Processing a charge doesn't cost $4 on a $38 purchase..... good luck with that....
This place is near me so it's pretty convenient. Parking is not the easiest but whatever. It's about the same as every other weed store I've been to. It's busy a lot and somewhat confusing in the store, but they have a sign that shows you where to stand in to get in line, which some people might miss. They do try and upsell you if you are not specific about what you want, so best to check out their menu first. It can be confusing as there are various vendors there who sell specific products. I only get a pre-roll or occasionally vapes, so they've been fine. I did have a few times where the weed wasn't great though.It's pretty funny to read the reviews. Like, for instance, the person who said it used to be Grace dispensary (It never was; they are across the street and are medical only). Or the other person who got medical advice for sleep about CBD. Yeah, some random budtender will know about giving medical advice. Lol. I've always had fine customer service but really just go in and out because, let's face it, all the weed places are a bit sketchy. I've never returned anything but my roommate has and has never had an issue (It was a Vape cartridge) and they gave her good advice about what to buy. So, just know what you want (you can check out the menu on Weedmaps) and try to go earlier during the day and the middle of the week if you can. It is a busy place. Weed's about the same as the other 10 dispensaries I've been to. And, I have to add I'm pretty sure Yelp is cancer. Yeesh.
The worst place . Salespeople that don't know anything, inconsistant service. I was charged a " fee" for using my debit without anyone informing me for months. When I tried to talk to the owner and manager, she looked at me with a poker face like she could care less. The girl at the front desk is so rude. They make you feel like its your privledge to be shopping there. Go to Green Dot. They do not charge a "fee" for using the debit card and give 20% off for the first 5 visits. Please don't spend your money there.
This place is great! Parking is hard and the floor plan is a bit busy, but there are a lot of people to talk with. The selection is great, and the staff is very helpful. If you live in Santa Monica this place is the closest. The only real downside is it's a bit expensive.
Lacey is a zombie. Please hire a more personable budtender- one that doesn't stare at you and not speak. Complete twilight zone up in there.
I've come here a few times and had decent experiences, but the store rebranded into basically a cannabis zoo, replete with scantily clad women who roll their eyes and ask you to move every 12 seconds. There were two girls who openly called us names and laughed and mocked us while we were trying to check out and their debit card machine wasn't working. It's absolutely abhorrent to make fun of your customers WHILE THEY ARE PAYING. I seriously suggested management revisit some of these new hires, but until then, this shop is a great tourist attraction for people looking for an assistance from "experts" dressed like extras from Disney's Zenon trilogy.
There are So many guns in this establishment. The guy outside had three guns. There are people with guns inside. It was seedy and I felt so uncomfortable. I asked the front desk person why there were so many. He said it was for the safety of the customers because they are a cash business (except people pay via ATM visa) And that they were protecting the customers from other people with guns. Because history has proven that the more guns there are, the safer we are. They said they were like a bank. My bank is nothing like this. I will not be going back ever.

All weed is on point here. If you want to waste your money, I recommend this place. I bought a quarter, two eighths and one preroll joint. I was double charged for the joint, and when I walked back in to ask for the second joint I was charged for, I received nothing but attitude from the bud tender. Not to mention this place has horrible parking. LA weed tax and sales tax are up the ass here. First time patient/ disabled discounts etc. will not make a difference. Go somewhere else or order from a delivery service that won't steal your money. I will never shop here again and I only ever recommend anyone to come here if it's your last resort or you're desperate.

Nope! Walked in looking for something they used to carry and didn't have. Girl barely looked up from her computer to help and did not offer any alternative. Small selection, but I walked out because no one was interested in helping me. Being from Colorado, I guess I'm used to people actually wanting to provide a product for the individual in front of them.
First off, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable badass ladies. They always have what you need in stock and are willing to order anything for a customer in order to keep you coming back. I have mad respect for the customer service and the extra care each team member brings to the table. Erba rules.

This place has a great variety of items and is usually pretty easy to get in and out of however the owner Jay is unprofessional and does not care about customer service. I spent over $300 worth of product here and one of the items was not working. When I brought it back including the original packaging which had their labels and receipts on it I was told that they would not exchange it or give me any sort of credit for of working babe. This item wise approximately $60 and once again I was spending another $300 there. The manager wouldn't even call me back when I called on the phone to talk about the item and see if They can give me a working item. It does not have an expiration date on the item but they said that they no longer carry that brand and even though it had their price tag on it they would not honor it. I would not buy from this place again as it seems like no matter how much money you spend there they don't care about their customers. If something is broken it would be only fair to give the customer an item that is working. When we were at the store they try to push their brand only never showed us the other brands at all. Seems like all they care about is just making money but Customer Service is a missing.

If you have money just burning a hole in your pocket and want to spend grossly too much for your marijuana then the Erba Collective is the place for you.Yes, it's certainly a nice enough retail store but for what it charges for product it should serve a catered meal to clients. For what Erba charges for a quarter of Mendo I just stayed home and called a delivery service for a quarter of Mendo AND a quarter of some Kosher Kush - it is Passover after all - AND had money left over.Caveat Emptor. Spend some time on Weedmaps or Leafly and check out just how much better you can do.

The owner (look for an older male in a sports jacket and a bluetooth earpiece) does not come off as a kind person. While I was checking in at the front desk, one of his employees called out sick on the phone and he barked loudly "I don't care. Tell her don't come in." Word of advice to the owner - don't say things like this in public -especially when there are customers all around the store. It's a turn off! It really made me feel sorry for your employees. It's unprofessional and cold. Then I felt like a fool for spending money here.

Erba basically is there solely for themselves. No vendor parking in their parking lot. They shafted the previous collective that rented the space. Their staff is clueless about their own products. They moved their ATM inside so that the public can't use it. They are not professional at all. The owner sucks big time. Go somewhere else
My favorite dispensary. They carry the largest variety of brands for edibles and the staff is very friendly. Their turnover rate is high so they always have fresh products. You can also get your medical letter on spot thru a video consultation with a doctor. They always bring in vendors for special promotions. Beats medmen in my opinion. Make sure you consult their daily deals to save some bucks!

They literally have everything. Going to Erba is like going to a show room for marijuana products. I have gone to Erba a few times and every time has seemed to progressively get more chaotic. Recently my boyfriend and I went there and stood at the bar for a considerable amount of time; after walking around lost not knowing where to get help (because they redesign all the time) and a vendor had to tell us to go to the bar. As we waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes we noticed the bartenders helping everyone around us (most of them haven't been waiting as long as us). Not sure if it's because my boyfriend and I looked younger or simply didn't have that "privilege look" (I'll let you be the judge of what "privilege" actually means), but after waiting for a considerable amount of time we decided to leave empty handed. Our feedback to Erba is to have some kinda of organization to helping people may it be calling out numbers or something as simple as a line. Honestly would have gone to Grace Medical across the street if my boyfriend had his medical card... their service is great over there.
Very friendly staff both in store and out front and great product selection. That said, they seriously over price their products. They charged me 25$ over retail for a product. It's available elsewhere and online for 25$ less and I can't understand or see the justification for such a high mark up. That and the 4$ debit fee makes me unlikely to come back.
Love this place! The first time I went there the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a great selection and everyone helped me out with my questions. Also, getting to spin the wheel your first time is super fun! Had to take a star off because I brought my friend for the first time and the person who helped us was an incredibly unfriendly girl who was super vague and evasive with her answers to our questions, usually only gave one word, and didn't act like she wanted us there at all. It was a super weird experience. But other than that, it's a great vibe and great place to get everything you need!

Definitely some of the best bud and super affordable. Perfect location, and the people who work there are so sweet and help you in 2 seconds. The edibles are my favorite along with the 4 js for $20. They use chopsticks when weighing the weed and it's so cute!!! I love it
Great environment, I always ask mason or Jeff what's the best kind at the self serve table, Alyssa is the best, I think she's helped me the past 3 times I've been there and she is so nice & helpful. Sofia is always so kind when I walk in as well, Erika, red and the rest of the crew is awesome too. I move in 8 days so I've really been enjoying the ambiance and appreciate how nice everyone is. I live in Santa Monica and I couldn't be happier about discovering this place

I I am a costumer of this store when just opened, few days ago I went to get something, I asked an sales person to see something, in few seconds, I felt maybe I go to another person, for help witch it was just fine, as waiting for a sales person , A very rude, angry, person comes in front of me, ( what you want?), ok I ask for something, very rudely she said the price, it was so uncomfortable that I said , you know please can I get my money back, very angry she gave my money and yelled to me loudly( BAAy),,, someone needs to tell this man hater woman ( butch) this is a business, this is not your business, bring your personal believes in business places, you could of smile for 1 second, & take the mans 60$ and go home,,,,, but I will not go back to place that made me so mad, & des respected , spend my money, ,,,,,, this doesn't mean others are like this person. And I went cross of street spent my money,?! Thank you. Unfortunately the owner, gave the flower to few ladies that there doing anything they want. I used to go here because it was convenient, but have been growing dissatisfied for a while. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they sold me a top shelf cartridge that the bud tender recommended. Unfortunately, it hadn't been made properly and had gasoline tasting biproducts still in the cartridge. Unwilling to poison myself by vaping gasoline, I took the cartridge back to the store. The staff was extremely rude, told me that the any item from the store, opened or not, could not be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they were defective. Apparently having poisonous products in your vape cartridges doesn't count as defective. I couldn't even exchange the unopened cartridges from the same brand that I didn't want to risk also being gasoline. After spending tons of money here for years, they treated me as if I was trying to rip them off.Like most of the other negative reviews state, this dispensary has a number of other issues. Unknowledgeable staff that don't know much about the products they carry and only recommend the most expensive items. Long wait times. Extremely high prices. And they don't keep items in stock very long, so every time you find something you like, expect for it to be gone in a few months.

ERBA is really cool in that they have a pretty great product selection. What I don't enjoy is I felt kinda rushed in shopping around. You get assigned a number so that works well when it's busy..but I got called pretty quickly and mentioned what I'm here for. But because it was my first time here I'd wanted to peruse around and browse at what all they have before purchasing on the off chance something else catches my eye. The associate stuck on me and I didn't really feel like I had that luxury to take my time. Overall this place is good if you wanna get in and out, but I feel like other places such as Sweet Flower offer a better experience.

Erba is cool, if you don't know your weed. I ordered two eighths. The alien og was fire! However the citrus mints was an off color. The bud was white, which can mean a couple things. Bottom line, this herb should not have passed quality control. This weed looks terrible and is does not meet my standards.
This rating is only for Hannah working at the front today. This rating isn't for Erba. I love this shop. I'm a loyal returning customer and also a combat veteran. I'm on 80% disability from the navy due to PTSD and physical injuries. My drivers license is on file. Last time I came, I brought my military ID and received a military discount no issue. Today, the same sweet gentleman who helped me the other times remembered me and tried telling this Hannah girl (mind you, when I walked in I was immediately met with dirty looks, her staring at me and glaring at me/looking me up and down), that I'm good to go. She tried soooo hard to not let me in for some reason. Yes, my military ID recently expired but I have three other forms of ID on me right now to include my ID for OTHER government job. This lady is an absolute nightmare of a person and should not be working anywhere near a cannabis company due to her shit attitude. HANNAH with the ugly ass attitude needs to be put in check. You don't wanna be a petty snitch like that in LA, hun. Lose the disgusting ego. Dear Karen, you ain't fucking shit bitch. I have been coming here forever! Today though, the manager Deirdra (apologies if I spelled her name ncorrectly) gave me such out of this world customer service that I HAD to finally write a review. I had a pretty challenging in-store experience today at Erba. Long story short, I called to address a few concerns after the visit, and Deirdra went above and beyond to retain me as a customer and make things better. She showed a ton of empathy and I'm really happy to have interacted with her. As far as Erba as a whole, this place is the bomb! Fair prices, great product, and free delivery in West LA, you can't go wrong with this place! I've never ever had an issue in the hundreds of times I ordered here besides today, but it's great to know that if I ever do, it will be swiftly resolved thanks to awesome management like Deirdra.
I ordered curbside yesterday (09/13/21) and I got to the area around 4:30/4:45. There wasn't ANY parking. People were parked in curbside and going into the store, people were parked in front of the liquor store, and Erbas parking lot was full. I parked in the "no Erba parking" zone. (I know i can't park there, I just need to make a phone call to Erba) I get on the phone and whoever answered the phone for curbside is a joke. He first tells me i can't park there and to park at curbside or infront of the liquor store. I told him i couldn't do that because i visibly see people parked there. He goes, "well ma'am you can't park there" he tells me this about four times, as if I didn't know. I told him "I hear you but if I park in any of the locations you are telling me I will get a ticket because it's illegal, I'll be blocking the bus stop or the drive way to this little parking next to the liquor store.""Well ma'am you can only park infront of the liquor store or the curbside"Bro, i was annoyed. I had to cancel my order. I don't think I'm coming back. This place is starting to suck and the customer service too. Like uhhhh??? I'm not about to get a ticket over buying some weed. I've been coming here for a while, this places is starting to make me realize maybe I should just quit weed all together

Also unique to this shop is the first time customer discount system, boasting three visits of increasing savings. One can easily find a near place to park even when their on site lot is full. 10/10.
