This place used to be the best in LA, but now the customer service is garbage. The bud tenders always have a terrible attitude, and last time I tried to go they shut the gate in my face, even though they were supposed to be open for 5 more minutes. There's a reason that they have gone from a perfect 5 stars to 4 stars over the past few months.

The guy at the front desk wearing the hat was cool, however the bud tenders were extremely RUDE and pushy -they did not seem like weed smokers AT ALL! They made me feel rushed. They did NOT make me feel welcome and acted as if it was beneath them to answer a few simple questions.Furthermore, the CONDESCENDING bud tenders here don't know anything about weed!The rudest of them all was the girl with straight dark brown hair and brown eyes -she was a first class b**ch! -obviously hired because the one who hired her thinks she's cute -but she's not, and she's even uglier on the inside.Also -when I called on the phone to speak to the manager, the girl on the phone was evasive and extremely RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Will NOT be coming back, ever!

All you patients who come here on the regular are getting robbed lollllMetered street parking. Shop's storefront is not actually on La Cienega (it's inside a building on La Cienega behind other stores), so it's easy to miss. Checked in, no line, no problems with the front desk staff. I couldn't help but chuckle when I saw their security guard; the guy dressed like he belonged in SWAT. 10% off for FTP (not a great deal). Going in, I was pretty disappointed and confused. Super commercialized dispensary but not nearly as attractive as MedMen. People were all over the place, so I didn't know where to begin. Started from the right and made my way to the left, which was where I was supposed to start.I asked my budtender how they categorized their flowers (value, VIP, top-shelf, connoisseur, etc) and he told me they sold it by the weight. So I asked for the best Indica or Hybrid/Indica-dominant they have and he gave me seven or so to smell out of little containers. Ended up going with Do-Si-Dos and asked for a gram. Budtender said they don't sell it in that size and smallest would be 1/8. Hmm, that's unusual. Then I remembered it was cash only. They have an on-site ATM, great! It will charge you a $2.29 fee.Imagine my eyes when they told me the price for 1/8 was $49, with my 10% off. That means 1/8 is normally $55 then. Are you kidding me? I can get 1/8 (3.5g) of one of my favorite connoisseur strains, Tom Ford, for $35! 5g for $50. 4g of another connoisseur favorite, Deadhead, for $40. A lot of places start at $40-50 for 1/8, so $55 is expensive. I asked him what was unique to Exhale, and he mentioned some sodas with THC and some oils. Bonus: they normally carry Kiva Petra mints but were sold out.Opening my goodie bag at home, I saw they put the flowers in a little glass jar. I guess that's why I'm paying $55 for 1/8... Then I had an ah-ha moment and realized that it was the same container I smelled out of in-store; that I had bought prepackaged bud (ugh); and also why I couldn't buy just a gram.If you want to overpay for your bud and want a super commercialized experience, come here! Or better yet, go to MedMen (the "Apple store of weed"). Not my fave dispensary, but still a lot better of an experience than here.

I hate to do this but needs to be shared. Rarely do I leave reviews. I just left after waiting nearly 20 minutes in line. Two groups of approximately a group of 3-5 were at counter at the same time making their purchases. Mind you there were only two guys working behind the counter. At first I had no issue, thinking it'll go by quickly until the workers kept allowing the group of young guys to make additional purchases after already completing their transactions.  I can understand if the person completed their transaction and wanted to make another purchase in that moment, but to allow them to make another transaction again after their last member of their group was finishing up was not cool! Let us all be courteous and mindful of others that are in line patiently waiting. If you're unsure of what you want than step aside until you know what it is that you would like to purchase. Sadly, I don't know if I can see myself returning back to this place. Mask were enforced however social distancing not so much.

This place closed for a bit and has reopened under a new name.. "The Plug"I guess with the $70 and $80 1/8 ths the budtender was trying to sell me, they need to pay for all the renovations with the overpriced weed... ended up buying a $17 dollar preroll that was suppose to knock my socks off...Well it didn't... opened the tube and the joint barely was 1/2 the length of the tube...tried to light it but it was so tightly packed I couldn't get a good drag... took a few puffs and put it out.. waited ten minutes and relit and took a couple more puffs... socks still on.. barely got anything off it, and I've been off smoking for over a month... very disappointed... doubt I will be back.."Un-Plugged"

This dispensary used to be really good. Recently we shopped here and were misled by a specific individual. We were given horrible advice and bought an extremely expensive product that we were extremely dissatisfied with. When we called immediately the response was basically "too bad." It's really a shame I really used to like this place.

Stopped through here before getting ready to hit up a brunch spot. Luckily I had looked ahead of time and read great things about this place. Huge selection of flowers, cartridges, edibles, etc. The countertops are broken off into sections so pay attention to which counter you need to order from. The main entry girl misunderstood when I said I had a medical rec card bc now rec is considered recreational and not rec for recommendation. But since it was my first time I got a discount. I got a hybrid 8th for $30 and some change. Not bad too bad of prices. Same as some in the Bay. I can tell this place must usually have a long line bc I noticed some sort of information booth outside and around the corner. Thank goodness I got there when I did.

New customers get a pre roll for Free with purchase! I got 2 Pacific Stone pre rolls $10 each but they had a promo of BOGO 50% off.. so spent $15 for 3 pre rolls . They have something for everybody. All kind of price ranges. People there are friendly and explain everything.

I remember one of the bud tenders named Amir tried to fight me outside the dispensary for writing a bad review about him. When I went inside exhale to talk to the owner Demitry. Which, they didn't let me talk to him. They asked me to take down the comment exposing Amir. After I did they put me on a "BLACK LIST" and I've been banned from there ever since. This ones for telling me to bring it down. watch the signs everybody.

The "bud tenders" are rude, obnoxious and clearly believe that this is the only dispensary in LA....Well let me tell you, there are so many other places that will welcome your business, where the staff won't act haughty and condescending, and where you won't call for delivery and every time have them call you and say they had to substitute something else because the website is wrong and they were out of what you ordered.The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I called and asked for help with a delivery order since their website wasn't working, and the guy basically told me that I must be a moron because the website worked for them...Huh....Well after calling back 3 times and the staff becoming more and more rude, acting like I must be some sort of idiot, guess what? It turns out their ordering wasn't working and they were the ones who were the idiots.No apology.No help.No service.Forget this place. Check out any other dispensary and you will be much happier.

Exhale Med Center is a delightful place full of knowledgable and pleasant budtenders. Large stocks of edibles and bud, good prices, easy street parking. Even when crowded they manage to keep the line moving and friendly.My go to spot: (5 trees)

Fantastic selection of edibles, cartridges​, pre-rolls and anything under the sun. and friendly​ service. They gave me a 10% off coupon for being a 1st-time​ buyer (widespread​ with most dispensaries in WeHo. Note they only take cash so hit up the ATM before you go. My only regret is that I didn't have more time and money to spend there. Really liked that they had a good selection of strain-specific edibles.

It's a nice dispensary with friendly staff, worth the drive from wherever you are.It's easy to park at meters on Romaine street. Must be a California resident to enter. They also have a veteran program and specials for referring a patient.

Came here with a friend just to tag along, she likes to go on Saturdays because the cartridges has deals on them I believe it's buy 2 get 1 free, and on Tuesdays they have 10% off CBD cartridges or items I think.

Really lovely staff, helpful, and knowledgeable. A lovely experience and the products do the trick nicely every time.

I've tried the herb from exhale on several occasions with mates and roomies and am highly impressed by quality of product we have recieved. I am thrilled to leave a review.

Got some good greens from here and some yummy edibles would definitely recommend also ... friendly service which is a plus ... will be back very soon !

This is easily one of my top two dispensaries in la, by far the friendliest and most helpful staff of any place I've been so far. The second time I came in I brought a friend who had never been to a dispensary before, the budtender was so helpful and generous with information about the effects of all the different products. I'll definitely keep coming back!

First dispensary I visited since legalization, nice and friendly people and a good selection of Cannabis. I'm not sure about other California dispensary prices, but compared to Wa. and Or. prices are about two-three times more expensive per gram. I'm sure like Wa. and Or. prices will drop as competition increases and the markets expand.

Used to be a great place. Nowadays the line to get in is just unbearable, the demand keeps growing but still they have 1 recepcionist and 1-2 working cashiers, so it takes a chunk your day. Not worth it anymore PS. I've been going there since 2014, but I'm finally giving up. I wish management dealt better with demand, instead of just having customers wait for a really long time to get their weed

Boy, did I Exhale a sigh of relief when I walked in here  the other day. (See what I did there?) As I walked west on Santa Monica Blvd, on my way to Exhale, I passed two dispensaries in West Hollywood a.k.a. West Hollyweed a.k.a. WeedHo, which are now selling recreational marijuana - and the lines were about 50 people deep! On a Wednesday afternoon, no less. Apparently, 100 people in L.A. never got a medical card. Maybe they were tourists. At first, I thought they were waiting to buy concert tickets, or perhaps lining up to flush money down the toilet on some hyped up new Air Jordans. Do they still make those? I'm more of an Adidas guy. Superstar. Shell toe, baby. My Adidas walk through concert doors, and roam all over coliseum floors...Recent "news" is that the Feds *still* lump cannabis a.k.a. marijuana in with opioids, which is preposterous. That's not a Trump thing - it's a Fed thing, and has been for a long time. Sure, Obama ostensibly observed states rights when it came to marijuana, but did he remove it from the class of Schedule 1 "narcotics?" Nope.While I do use it recreationally, now and again, cannabis (a mild CBD strain) is my panacea. I got my rec when my back was out, but the CBD also eases all of my occasional, run-of-the-mill maladies: headache, sleeplessness, hangover, muscle ache, general malaise - it's the cure. I don't take allergy or sleep meds, and I couldn't tell you the last time I used an over the counter, so-called "pain reliever." I have nightmares about aspirin. As a kid, when I was sick, my mom would break up an aspirin and put it in a glass of milk. You know what that tastes like? Milk. Because that's all it is - until you get to the milk coated aspirin chunks at the bottom that have to be slowly and methodically extracted and chewed, in order to be swallowed. You know what *that* tastes like? Ass! Well... so I'm told. WeHo managed to transition smoothly into the recreational marijuana realm, while L.A. is not quite there yet - fortunately for me. When I got to my destination, it was revealed to me that this little notch of La Cienega where Exhale resides is part of L.A. - not WeHo. No weed-starved hordes here. I was in and out in five minutes. (Story of my life.) I've only been here a few times - every six or eight weeks - and I've never had a problem. But, this visit was a bit awkward. As a fan of the New England Patriots, I felt like a bit of a super villain when I bumped into a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. I'd hate the dynastic era Brady/Belichick Patriots, too, if my team was 3-11 against them. I have to take some credit for the recent success of all the Boston/New England teams: as soon as I moved to L.A., we started winning titles. Ten total, I believe. For that reason, nobody wants me back. Fine by me - they just got blasted by a brutal Winter storm back there, called a "Bomb Cyclone." That sounds like the perfect nickname for the Brady/Belichick duo. It's got a nice ring to it. Five of them, actually.:-DI feel for the Steelers fans. That last loss to the Pats was brutal. Tomlin dismissed it as "spilled milk." Uh huh. He must've 'accidentally' knocked the glass over to avoid swallowing that bitter pill at the bottom. Damn... that's just mean. I guess I *am* a super villain: the world's third greatest no-goodnik, behind Boris Badenov and Jeff Sessions."Raskolnikov!"

This was the first dispensary I'd ever gone to. I came because I was in the area and didn't wanna deal with the traffic going back home. Considering it had such great reviews, I thought it was worth checking out.The receptionist seemed a bit aloof, which made me feel a little weird considering this was my first time ever going to a dispensary. Tender who helped me out was alright, but I felt a bit uncomfortable with her too. I think she could sense I was new to all of it, but I didn't feel like she made enough of an effort to help me out. When I would ask her questions about something, her answers were really quick and short. The other tenders seemed to be having good conversations with the other customers, so I felt like I was doing something wrong. At that point, I just thought I was annoying her or something so I just paid for my stuff, tipped, and left.Overall, it's a pretty cool place. Chill music, mellow and almost spa-like vibe to it. Was able to get a ticket for a freebie since I was a new patient. I wish it wasn't such an awkward experience though :\ not sure if I'll be back anytime soon, but don't hesitate to still check it out if you live in WeHo because the other reviews seem to really show it's a great place.

The best turn I've made on La Cienega Blvd.. Purchased Obama Kush and Mendo Breath and got blessed up w/ a FTP 3.5g and a Bunch of PreRolled goodies for the road.. Very Well Appreciated.. I also couldn't help myself with the 15% off all concentrates deal on the King Louie XIII Syringes plus the Lil Paris OG 7g for $35... Also got a TKO 100mg Fruity Pebbles edible which was cool, but the Presidential RX Prerolled Moonrock Blunt was the best thing I've ever bought/consumed in my lifetime... I'll be back for a lot more next time I'm in town.Sincerely Jefe

Exhale med is my favorite dispensary in the area! Amazing refrigerated selection, and bud selection. Budtenders are super helpful. The place fits all my needs :)And receptionists are the best!!!!!!

Came all the way here and forgot my darn ID, so I wasn't able to go inside. Building was clean. Nice lobby with several chairs. There's an ATM in the lobby because it's cash only. There's also several tv screens with their stock of products.  From desk clerk was very nice.

Love this place, always in and out. They've got some of the best wax there. Great staff too.

Awesome supply, great location, friendly staff I would totally hang out with and discounted items for being a veteran. Exhale is definitely my go to shop. A four star because nothing is perfect, always too for improvement.

I agree with some of the other reviewers. The woman at front desk was super aloof (perhaps under the influence), but the female budtender was extremely unfriendly altogether. I consider myself to have an outgoing and friendly character, and my questions were met with snappish and sometimes condescending responses.The positive thing was getting my FTP deal, but, such is the beauty if Los Angeles that I don't have to return here--and I also recommend that potential new patients look elsewhere.UPDATE:The proprietor, Dimitry, messaged me about my original review and reached out to offer a gesture of goodwill by way of complimentary medicine. Much appreciated.

EXHALE IS AMAZING! I flew in from the east coast to make my way down to Indio and a friend suggested Exhale when I mentioned wanting to pick up some herbal treats beforehand. I called to find out if they accepted out of state ID's WHICH THEY DO! Lucia, whom I spoke with on the phone, greeted us with a smile and was a doll while we were checking in. I made my way through the double doors and it was HEAVEN. Exhale has an incredible selection of pretty much everything your heart desires. Beverages, edibles, tinctures, oils, flower, CBD. Literally everything. I was on the hunt specifically for RSO as I have terrible insomnia. Got it. Snagged some edibles, a cartridge, and a disposable. They threw in a couple pre rolls which I didn't even realize until I got home. Shay was our bud tender and she was lovely. Super helpful and knowledgable. Great personality and customer service. Basically, the short version is, GO HERE. You won't regret it. Thanks Exhale! I'll see you in a few weeks before I fly home!

I can't recommend Exhale enough. Their staff is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, this is the place to geek out on the compounds, their unique properties and their effects. I was looking to replace a Hemp CBD compound I'd gotten in New York, and both Grace and Lauren took time to show me an array of comparable products. I love my purchase and felt very confident in the appropriate dosage.

As a local I love coming to this quaint dispensary because it is always quick and convenient. They have a friendly staff and security team and the place is very clean. They have a lot of products to choose from including a variety of edibles.

Amazing amazing amazing!! I have shipped across multiple dispensaries in Hollywood/West Hollywood and exhale has been my favorite. I tell all my friends to shop here because of the prices, the quality of herb, and the staff friendliness. I don't know why they insist on lab coats at this place because the atmosphere is already very discreet, professional, and welcoming. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about their products and always has great recommendations when I'm looking to try something new. I've come here for years and will keep coming back for more.

I was trying to decide on a regular dispensary when I visited this place for the first time a year ago. It was called Saint Andrew's Relief Center then, and I remember it being just as clean and professional as it is now.Exhale offers great deals, a place to lounge, free bottled water, and awesome customer service. I've walked in with my small dog a couple of times and the staff is always super friendly to the both of us. Also, there is metered parking along the side street. Before I became a regular patient at Exhale, I checked out other dispensaries around the Hollywood area first. For the most part, I felt most of them were just shadier and run by chronic stoners and not business owners. I can't tell you how many times I've had to stand waiting for cashiers to recount change more than once or abuse my provided contact information for personal use at other dispensaries.At Exhale, it's a different story. It is a polished and brightly lit dispensary, and the staff is super laid back, while maintaining a sense of professionalism. They even hook you up now and then. Check the place out even if you have a regular spot already. It's worth it!

My experience at Exhale included the feeling of being rushed to buy by employees who seemed like they would rather work anywhere but Exhale. I bought a few pre-rolls and they so poorly wrapped that I just decided to take the product out. Why sell pre rolls if you aren't going to take the time and effort to make them conveniently smoked? I'm sure they will try for the 2nd time to get my review removed but let's see! It's mind boggling to me when I go to a local business here in LA (restaurant, coffee shop, boutique clothing store, marijuana dispensary, sports bar, etc) and receive below average customer service as a paying customer! How do places like this, with so many competitors in a 5 mile radius expect to be successful when they clearly do not value fundamental business acumen?I can't speak to the product, but these days who can really tell the difference between one shop's product from the one down the street? That being said, I choose who I give my business to by if I feel welcome at their shop and that my business is appreciated. I don't think that's much to ask. I wonder if Exhale on La Cienga does. If not they certainly should. 'You don't get a second chance at a good first impression.'Sorry Exhale, I'll find the big green cross around the block next time I'm in the Hollywood/WeHo area.

Exhale remains of my favorite WEHO dispensaries. Amazing selection of products and flower. The quality of their flower is reliably very good and the prices are reasonable.   Seems nicer every time I visit.Update: my last visit was amazing. I got some of the best flower I have ever bought. I like that you can look at the huge variety of bud in the display, the strain and type is labeled, and the budtenders are very helpful and don't rush you. It's very clean in there. I highly recommend this place. It just keeps getting better.

The staff and the place here is amazing. Top notch, best dispensary I've been to. This review is about the weed. It is so chemical, you can smell it when they open the jars. I'm from Amsterdam and this weed is completely different than the organic marijuana we usually have there. It makes my head hurt for hours after smoking it, and is extremely harsh on my lungs. Place is great but beware of this pesticide ridden weed. Can't be good for you.

what a relaxing experience.I had been going to a Dispensary with all the charm of a maximum security prison.   I was pleasantly surprised to walk into such a calm spa like atmosphere. Im suspicious of new places I try ... is the quality up to par? The price for the quality etc.   So I was skeptical.  Turns out there was no need.  Great quality for a great price. All the familiar strains I love and many others.  I almost dont want to post this review so I can keep the place to myself but honestly they deserve a good review

This place had a great selection, but the vape I bought didn't work. I'd give them another shot though, but test out the vape before I leave next time. The staff was super friendly and nice though. And they did answer all my questions knowledgeably. If you're in the area it's worth checking out.Fair warning, parking can be a bit tough.

Finally, I found Exhale, a place with compassionate, empathetic staff.  I have widespread arthritis and lingering pain from multiple joint injuries, and sometimes the pain makes me a little cranky.  Danny really listened to me, noting that my lungs can't handle anything inhaled, and I'm not a candy eater.  He suggested CBD lotion and sublingual spray, along with oral capsules and I had my first pain free day in a very long time.  Danny explained everything perfectly.  Sadly, often seniors are made to feel awkward or uninformed in dispensaries, but my experience was the opposite of that.  I was welcomed and respected. I love this place! I went to LA to visit my best friend, and I found the perfect spot! This will be my go-to every time I am in town. They have a wide selection, great prices, and a friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more.

I WASTED $12,000 AT EXHALE OVER 2 YEARS / ALMOST 100 VISITS..almost 20% of the rating are 1 star for this place. The rest look pretty fake....no 2,3, or 4 stars? I'm going to guess that most people with positive reviews were paid the two crappy joints for their reviews as they advertise on their front desk. Hard to take reviews seriously when people are getting paid in product to write them.One star specifically because of one employee and prices. I spent $500 a month for two years straight but every time I had the misfortune of having to deal with the round face dirty blonde haired girl with the attitude I regretted spending my money there. I've gotten better customer service from vending machines.Don't ever bother asking her about the products. She will more than likely just mumble something under her breath while acting like she's doing you a favor by ringing you up. It's frustrating to constantly let others pass you in line just to avoid attitude from the same employee.On a funny note, the singular pint of ice cream or whatever it is in the empty fridge behind the counter hasn't moved at all physically or in terms of sales in the past year. LOLThe stark white decor is reminiscent of a dentist office with the addition of the obligatory Namaste (a very hip and popular word for non Hindi speaking Westerners) written on the wall. In the past they used to actually wear white lab coats as if they're pharmacists...seriously:). I'm paying 20-30% less now that I don't spend my money at this place.There isn't a shortage of choices in West Hollywood to alleviate the abundance of attitude and lack of gratitude for the $12,000 I spent at Exhale.See below for the proprietors generic copy and paste response which doesn't address any of the points above and simply asks for a "second chance" after almost 100 visits over two years and $12,000 worth of business.....apparently the lack of care and sincerity trickles down from the top at this establishment.I was offered two free joints to go back after this review....insane how little the issues were addressed by the owner yet somehow I'm supposed to jump at the chance to get free crap in the form of a bribe to change my mind. As I stated earlier, it says on you can get free joints for a review on their front desk so take that into account when reading the reviews. If you do go in there, you may have to deal with the girl with the attitude (I would be more specific but I'm sure Exhale will try to use that as a reason to have the review removed as they do with the majority of negative reviews), as well as the employee who called a customer an idiot based on the latest review I just read.

Horrible company that is overcharging and spending their money to remove negative reviews. I have left 4 completely honest negative reviews that do not interfere with any Yelp policy and they continue to be removed. They are rude, unorganized, unhelpful and each time I am there they say I have never been there before and another person behind me in line they said he was there and he had never been. I hope enough people read this before it is removed. Horrible company, no ethics.

This is still my one and only. They have maintained and continue to exceed my expectations. I make this trek once a month passing several dispensaries along the way. I am never disappointed with my purchases. I even started getting their shakes so I can practice making joints and that stuff for 5 bucks a gram is really potent. Heavy, heavy indicas from Norcal to Sapphire Kush and every thing in the middle. I love the fact that every purchase is met with a free joint. It's nice. I will gladly deal with the congestion of La Cienega to give this place my business. The budtenders are still nice and know their shizz nit. Lol. I also appreciate the fact that this collective offers free massages with marijuana infused products. This spot is top of the line. Hands down.

Do yourself a favor and visit this dispensary. Not only do they have the greatest selection of 10$ grams I have found in LA, but the customer service is exemplary. Every bud tender is friendly, caring, and happy to help. Except for Amir, hes an A-hole ;)... JKI love this place and I have made it my exclusive shop. I wanted to write this review after a recent incident that occurred at Exhale Med Center.  First off, anyone who buys vape cartridges probably already knows that there is always the possibility that you're going to experience some sort of malfunction or purchase a cartridge that just doesn't work.  I know in my experience, several times I've had to return to the store & figure out why certain vape products are just not hitting.  Such was the case yesterday.  I bought an Island PAX ERA Pod, which was not actually what I had initially intended to buy, but they were out of any Sativa Happy Sticks.  When I finally tried to use the new cartridge, it wouldn't hit from my device.  I had old Pods that would actually still hit from my PAX but the brand new one would not!  So after driving clear across town for an appointment I couldn't miss, I finally get back to Exhale where I show the bud tender (who's name I don't know) the problem & he very happily offers to replace the item & resolve the problem.  So I get to my car, I'm driving & when I open the package, the pod appears to be completely empty!  I freaked out & immediately turned back around & returned to the shop to  show them the empty pod.  As it turns out, the pod needed to be set right side up & the oil eventually returned to where it was visible & all was well.  I just wanted to apologize to the manager Danny for being so impatient & upset over the incident.  I'm working on managing my anger better & I totally appreciate y'all being patient with me!

First time in was awesome. Didn't know what I was looking for just looking for Christmas gifts. I probably stayed in that store for an hour before I made a purchase and I had nothing but help the whole time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. So many suggestions on different things to get and very well explained detailed answers if you have any questions. Workers were very chill and made you feel like you belong there. I had a bad experience my first time visiting this dispensary but the owner contacted me and helped me have a much better one. It is always a pleasure to visit a business that cares about its customers. They have a wide variety of flower in great strains that are well cured.  They have pre rolled blunts that are excellent and a vast assortment of edibles. This is one of the more professional and well stocked dispensaries I have been to. They also carry topicals and tinctures but if you like flower this is the place to be. When I went in the second time it was busy and the buds were moving so nothing is sitting on the shelves; you will get fresh, beautiful smelling buds in a jaw dropping array of unique strains.

Went to Exhale a few weeks ago. Overall the dispensary is very clean and organized which I appreciate. They also have a very wide selection of different products for all of your needs. However, I found the people working to be somewhat rude. I asked one of the bud-tenders if they could give me more information on a particular concentrate product. The bud-tender said that she would be back to help me in a minute and I watched her go over and just start talking to another worker for 10 minutes. I had to ask a different bud-tender if he could help me complete my purchase.

5 stars!This spot is somewhat hidden and tucked away, so be sure to walk through the doors past the entrance of the hookah bar, Al Layali, and you'll see Exhale. Nick at the front is a really great guy and gave me a good feeling about the place the moment I walked in. When you make it past the doors after showing your ID/prescription,  expect a great big welcome and outstanding customer service from the staff in a bright, naturally lit room. The selection is top notch. They have it all - bud, edibles, daps, pipes - you name it. I left with lots of baked goodies and quality bud on my first visit. The staff answered all of my questions and walked me through every single shelf.I highly recommend this place. I won't be going anywhere else!

It's a cool club the thing though is I smoke cartridges indica only and I get it delivered for a $20 they want $30 for the same half gram but I also have to go there physically myself you know so I don't need that, however as a club in general they cool.

If you are looking for a good medicinal or recreational product, be prepared with your id at the fantastic Exhale Med Center of West Hollywood, as they will swipe you in the best interest of their customer's with their computer equipment, everytime. There is no need to be in fear that someone will attack you or take your life at their facility, as there are armed security guards' with their bullet proof vest and gun to feel protected. They are punctual, and their product seems' to be controlled in a way that, as of 3 month's ago, the average person can no longer purchase and smoke by the gram, as if you want premium leaf then you have to consume by the 8th. Jesus loves' Exhale Med Center.

Exhale is privately located in a quiet setting,  making it very low key. I never have to wait long and when I do have to wait, it's not for more than a couple of minutes. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable on their products; flower, edibles, wax, etc. Their product lines are always consistent and potent. The selection on flower alone never fails or leaves me disappointed (chemdawg) is always a good high. Shoutout to my favorites: Alex and dreads- y'all always treat us right, we appreciate you.

Location: very accessible. I like a place on the way home and this is perfect.Staff: very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and let me smell/ handle everything I glanced at. Presentation: Very clean. The clear glass counters and the high tech registers brings the experience to a whole new level.Variety: If you want it they have it. If you didn't want it, well now you do...Price: less than what you'd expect to pay. That's the best way to describe it.

I must be getting something wrong because when I have shopped here the service has been a zero, like I am the burden. They have a great selection of everything, a little weird to get to, but for me not near a 5.

They started at the top now they SUCK!Well Exhale used to be my favorite dispensary. I didn't even mind going out of my way to stop there versus dispensaries closer to my home, but not anymore. First they stopped rolling house joints if they were out when I'd come in (even when I'd call ahead to make sure they had them) and then today they had a new receptionist who refused to check me in even with my ID! I've been a loyal patient for almost a year and recommended at least 20 of my friends to go there. Now these same friends  will be getting recommendations to go elsewhere and to never return! I'm so disappointed because now I feel like I put my reputation on the line by recommending a dispensary with horrible customer service/client retention.  The place might be clean and appear friendly but that doesn't cover for sub par service especially when you go there out of your way!PS The only reason they have so many positive reviews is because they give you 2 free joints for a positive review...

I've always drove by this spot thinking it be over priced due to location. I mean with nobu and STK a cross the street I thought it was going to be a little to pricey for me but I was wrong. Its My favorite collective in Los Angeles. From the west side to Hollywood. I found them on weed maps and was impressed by their menu. Going in everything is clean and there's not usually a long wait. They have nice og's also affordable ones as well. Sometimes I'll splurge but most of the time I'm on a strict budget and get their $10 gram deal of the small of nugs. Which makes me so glad I can afford my medicine. I plan on continuing being a member here and tell other locals about this spot.  :)

This is literally the best dispensary I have ever been to. Everyone that works here from the receptionist to the bud tenders are extremely friendly. Whenever I have questions or I'm unsure what to get they are always very helpful and offer great suggestions. I have major anxiety and usually hate asking questions but I always feel comfortable here! I recommend exhale to everyone I know. Also great selection of edibles.

I've been to quite a few dispensaries and I enjoyed my visit to Exhale. It is a nice dispensary. Clean, good lighting, simple furnishings.  The carry a wide selection of cannabis products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will listen and make suggestions. Leaf was fresh and they allow you to see, smell and feel it. What you see is what you get. Reasonable prices. Looooove!Background: I have battled severe endometriosis for a few years now. About 50 days ago, my stomach and entire GI system started failing. I've been in and out of ERs, Urgent Cares, and finally after a CT scan and cancer antigen test it has been determined that I have large, numerous tumors pushing into my GI organs from my reproductive system and well as an unidentified mass that may be malignant (80% chance), as well as endometriosis causing other organs to stick together. Whew...that's a lot. The pain from all that is debilitating and excruciating. I can no longer take narcotics or my heart will stop. I can also no longer take Advil because it's tearing up my stomach and esophagus.  Enter Exhale. The dispensary review:After obtaining a medical MJ prescription, my really amazing friend who has been pushing natural cures on me, brought me to Exhale last week. From parking the car and being greeted by an amazing host, to checking in, to the dispensary we were treated so well plus I was given a lot of information as to what strains could not only alleviate pain but possibly (unproven I'm sure) fight back against these growths and tumors.  The dispensary was VERY clean, well organized and service impeccable! I left with a bag full of great stuff! The only reason I'm giving 4 & not 5 stars is due to the fact that the credit card machine was not working and I had to pull cash for my donation. The product review:I'm was not a previous MJ user so I'm not a   connoisseur however I can say that since I've been using the products I got I have had almost no pain, I can eat again (but I don't get munchies at all), my GI system is almost normal again and I dropped about 10 pounds. Yes, 10 in 6 days! I think this is due to the medical MJ helping my GI functions perform as they should despite the tumors pushing into them. Who knows? Maybe my tumors are shrinking now. Also, the quality of the products are amazing. Fresh and well priced. Plenty of CBD only options perfect for daytime use. Thank you Exhale! I look forward to returning!

This is my only experience at a dispensary, so please keep that in mind when reading my review.  The employees are nice and down-to-earth.  They are more than willing to explain each and every item that they sell in detail.  Everything is reasonably priced and very strong (according to my friend).  They are located far from my friend's house and they have really no parking, but the quality of their products makes it worth the drive apparently.

They're cold and rigid and everything feels sterile. And they're overpriced. Exhale Med reminds us why we do what we do and why the community should remain a positive, loving, chill environment! I have only been in the LA area for 3 months, so my experience with dispensaries is limited.  However, I'll probably never go anywhere else.  This place is MUCH nicer than any other place I've been.  Great prices, great specials, and the budtenders actually know what they're talking about and enjoy what they're doing.  The inside is super nice, not kinda sketchy like some places.  They take credit cards, which is a huge plus to me!  I feel like this place actually takes the medicinal part seriously, which I like.  Also, they weigh it out in front of you which I like. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone living in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area!I'm excited to go back!

Demitry, (the boss) knows customer service! He contacted me immediately apologizing for my experience and made me feel like he genuinely cared. I gave them another try and I was not disappointed by most of his staff... and of course the exception was the same girl who gave me an attitude the first time... she should be dismissed. I give them 4 stars and it would be 5 if the girl was not there.

It's no wonder that this place has perfect reviews. They have good prices, a wide variety of strains, and great customer service. Everyone was super helpful and informative. I also got the best vape pen from here, it was only $12 and it came with a case and everything! I wish the oil cartridge options were wider but then again can't go wrong with a sour diesel! This is definitely my new go to spot.

These guys have the best shake in all of LA. Get your bluntzzzz ready cause they definitely deliver on this. This shop is wonderful for a assortment of good reasons. It has a vast selection of high quality bud from top to bottom. Ive never used the press they have but ive recently noticed they press concentrate on the spot, which is really nice because like i said they have a really nice selection of flower allowing you to pick the best and get a good look at what goes into your concentrate. Im pretty sure i seen some lil plants for sale if you would like to try your green thumb out. Occasionally when i go to exhale they have demos with deals last one i seen was bloom and the demonstrator had me sample several flavors and one in particular stuck out the pineapple express, its mega tasty. There really is products on every wall it would be hard to tell you about them all, best seen in person. The budtender are top notch and always know the business with what you may like. Prices for everyone. And according to the ftp deal here you spend 60 and get a eighth(nice) of emerald og, i smoke this all the time with a friend who goes to exhale religiously and its some good . Ive never been disappointed with the product here. As a matter of fact the weeds so good i seen a hobo breaking into the dumpster to get to the scraps. Like i said a lil sum'n for everyone. The woman who helped me came out of the office, straight to business without building any rapport with me. I'd prefer a little small talk and more warmth. It felt very clinical. Hate this place. I renewed my medical card and accidentally left here the same day. I live far away from this place and wasn't going to be able to be back in a while. So I called four months later to see if they see have my card cus when I called the same day I left it , they told me they can hold it for like five months. So I call four months later and a guy says they have it. I go to the place and the guy in the front desk can't find my card so I'm like wth that's why I called and you guys said yea etc. then he's like no worries you're still in the system I can give you a copy. I get the copy and I ask him if I can use it at other dispernseries and he said yea and everything was fine but I get home and the copy he game was of my old card that needed to get renewed. It wasn't even the new one I renewed so now I'm out of a card thanks to this place

I love coming here, the staff is so nice and they know about all the strains they sell, they are always recommending good strains to me & they have great hours. The products are great top quality and their menu has several options to choose from. They have great wax & I love their free joints.

I want to give this place 0 stars because of one girl who was budtending there. I didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself, which isn't a big deal but I'm just saying. She had a lot of craters on her face and she had a sour disposition, so maybe that might be a good way to identify her. I visited this place as a first time patient on a Friday with my boyfriend during early in the day so that it wouldn't be busy, we were the only people in the flower room and the girl was acting like it was a bother to have us in there. My boyfriend and I both worked at dispensaries so we know not to be annoying patients we don't ask a lot of stupid questions, we don't deliberate for hours, and we're not cheap. But none of that mattered. The girl spoke in a monotone voice, glared at us, and acted like all she wanted was for us to leave the shop. She never addressed my presence, only spoke to my boyfriend. Which again, is fine. She rudely went straight into talking about money. "How much are you looking to spend? What's your price range?" She never described any stains, she didn't ask us our preferences, if it was our first time. She just wanted us out, it seemed. She gave my boyfriend a few joints on the house, she said one would be a top shelf joint for either buying an ounce or for me being a first time patient. I'm not sure. She wasn't very clear on what the special or deal was. She threw everything into a rx bag and one joint was crushed and torn in half revealing what looked like dirt and sand. It didn't resemble weed at all. The other joint wasn't filled all the way and seemed to be house shake. Not top shelf at all. It's a nice way to treat a first time patient and is a sure incentive for them to return. Parking was easy and the attendant outside was very nice, the receptionist was fine and even the male budtender seemed nice from the welcoming smile he gave us.They have a good selection, I was excited to see that they sell Foria among other things. They are over priced on some strains, but I expect nothing less from a location in west hollywood, I'm sure rent is high. That's not an issue for me. My biggest issue is customer service. There are so many people in the city who would love her job and she was acting like someone put a gun to her head to be there, and she altogether just made my first time feel uncomfortable because of her demeanor. Fire her, and you have the makings of a great shop.

4th time IN A ROW going to Exhale and told they have no more house joints.  Talked with one of the chicks there that guaranteed that I could pick some up the next day. Went the next day and again was told they didn't have any. My friend stopped by an hour later and was rolled some on the spot. Been coming here for months and have recommended my friends, but no longer going to come here. Thought you guys had something good here....but definitely not wasting my time with this place anymore.

Have you ever been to an apothecary in England or France? Where the most educated pharmacist in the world approaches you in a crisp, white lab coat and asks how they can help you? And then they discuss and recommend medication as if they invented it themselves? There is nothing comparable in the U.S. to this European experience except for Exhale Med Center. The "pharmacists" are highly intelligent, thoughtful and experienced in their white coats. They truly know their business and are happy to help educate you. The variety of flowers and edibles is fantastic, from mid-shelf to top-shelf, though in my opinion it is all top-shelf here. Even the most discounted strains are of superior quality. On top of everything, the prices are great.

Love this place.  The lady at the desk was friendly and attentive, and she got me through my first timer paper work quickly.  Once inside the room is nice and well lit with a ton of products and options.  The guy that helped me was also friendly and super knowledgeable and had some great suggestions.  I got some sour diesel and an alpine cartridge for my vape pen.  They also gave me a few j's and a gram for my first visit. I'm super excited to have this place near me!!

I have recently relocated to the area from out of state, and many years ago discovered that the green grass was the ticket to self-preservation...or at least made the people I deal with on a day to day basis tolerable. Having already gotten settled, I had decided to go to the doctor to get a prescription, and was referred by a friend to check out this medical center. Well, I walked in and first and foremost they were extremely helpful and professional.I was explained how the process worked and what I needed to do in order to reap the benefits. Not five minutes later I was being greeted in the back by a handful of helpful baristas of bud. The layout, the prices, the service...everything is top notch and I highly recommend this place! As a matter of fact, I'm off to head there right now!

Although I live in the Fairfax district, and there are a number of medical marijuana providers in my neighborhood, none match the quality of Exhale Medcenter. Comparatively I have not seen anything around that is as clean and as well stocked with a variety of products, with really cool, friendly Budtenders as this provider. A lot of the other places are kind of 'holes  in the wall' dirty, dark,  overpriced, depressing even... This place is bright and clean and stylish, but best of all are the prices especially for mid-shelf product. I can get some of my favorite strains for about 10 bucks a gram. In my neighborhood that same strain would be 15 or 18 ! They give out house joints with purchase which are  perfectly doable, especially when you run out and you have a few those lying around; it's really nice not to have to run over there. I can't recommend this place enough, I've seen what's out there it's worth the trip even if it's not in your neighborhood.

I walked into this place last April and haven't gone to another dispensary.  I was new to the whole medical marijuana deal and the whole staff walked me through it.  The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.  The selection is amazing and the place is clean, safe and secure.  When you walk into the dispensary after getting checked in by security its like a marijuana mecca.....it just screams upper class and legit.  I live in Koreatown but make the trek to west hollywood just to go here.  I am spoiled by this place.

I've been here a couple of times but not recently because my prescription expired.   I've gotten a new one and plan on making this my first stop this weekend!I'm really lucky because this place is in my neighborhood, within walking distance.  There's a heat wave this weekend though so I'll drive over - parking is that easy!The place is cleaner than most and I don't get that creepy vibe that someone's looking over my shoulder like I do at other places.  Everyone there is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products.  They can offer advice that's always right on the money if you have any questions.And speaking of money, it's really not as expensive as you'd think.  You can buy a little or a lot at very reasonable prices.Overall, it's probably the best dispensary I've around and I've visited many of them!  It really is the WeHo place to go!

The place is well kept and Shay is very nice and informative. They even had Jurassic Park on TV place is a win win

I have been to 3 dispensaries in the SF Bay Area, but Exhale Med Center in West Hollywood beats all of them. In my opinion, they have the 1) best prices, 2) best selection, 3) best customer service, and 4) best dispensary to deal with for new customers. Although I appreciate the professionalism of the Bay Area dispensary to "interview" new patients, it's very time consuming and unnecessary. With Exhale, you go in and are able to look at your medicines in less than 5 minutes! Plus, their budtenders are super knowledgeable and friendly. Although I live 300+ miles from Exhale, they are definitely my first choice to buy medicines and I would recommend all medical marijuana patients to go here, whether local or far away!

This place has the worst management! There are four different owners that are truly thieves! They short you when weighing out ur medical M! Watch when they are going to weigh your stuff out. Make sure the scale is @ zero! And please do not buy anything that is already packaged!! & the edibles are weak not what they say on the label. Major attitude from the owners especially when you approach them to ask why is this short a gram etc... There are a lot of other places that are friendly with there customers and respect there customers...

Great prices love that they carry Vet CBD however my review is based on a blonde girl who acts like she is better than everyone else. She is usually standing out front where their parking stand is. She is not from this country which is fine however on multiple occasions she has been rude, disrespectful, condescending and extremely disgusting. Her attitude makes me not want to come back and spend my money at Exhale. On 4/20 I pulled up with a bunch of people and I happen to have my therapy dog with me and she happened to walk to the rocks on the side walk to go pee. Tell me why they next thing I hear is how gross I was that I would allow my dog to pee on the rocks next to her stand and how she would have to sit there and smell it. Mind you this is on a public side walk where dogs handle their business. I apologized to the very nice gentleman who was also at the stand and he told me it was all good. She still continues with her attitude and asked me why I didn't push my dog to go pee somewhere else. I asked her do you get pushed off the toilet when you pee?? Unbelievable that you guys have someone outside your business being extremely rude to your patients.. Hopefully that will change.

For starters, Exhale is great...but I recently tried Girl Scout (an Indica) which was really great. I have all kinds of physical issues with my back and this bad boy REALLY helps not only with the pain, but a little goes a long way. It has saved me for sleeping too. Nice high but also really pays off in terms of an Indica. They have other really nice Indicas and Sativas but I really love the Girl Scout....give it a try and see if you feel the same. :)

Not only do I work in the industry but I'm also a seasoned cannabis club visitor.  I came to this club while visiting LA for the first time from the bay based on the high yelp reviews.  After leaving I'm shocked that it rated this high.  My bud tender was a younger female with long brown curly hair.  I told her it was my fist time and was interested in concentrates she brought to the concentrates counter and unenthusiastically showed me what they had while saying nothing.  I asked "is there something you recommend or a patient favorite?" She replied "I don't know I don't really smoke hash but their all pretty good" lame generic answer.  I picked from the slim selection and then asked about edibles where I got the same here's what we got silent response.  Wasn't the worst experience I've had but most defantly not 5 star yelp worthy.  For a first time patient, not a good impression.  I recommend education for the bud tenders and some customer service improvement.

Free Js.DISPLAY & PRICING: They lay out the mid and high grades in separate sections and offer highly competitive pricing. You can view each product under the glass so you do not need to ask them to pull out each and every one to see the visual quality. However, they are happy to pull out the product as you request it as well so you can see it up close and sense its flavor and freshness. I especially enjoyed that they label the products they received that day with white labels. You know exactly what you are getting without having to 20-question the staff for these details. This allowed me to concentrate on my less obvious questions about what they offer for my specific needs.ATMOSPHERE: I am not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute best dispensary shopping experience I've ever had in the 6 years I've had a prescription. I used to frequent the Westside but moving to Hollywood, I needed a new close go-to shop. From the start, the front desk/guard who checked me in and processed my paperwork told me to be sure I told the employees I was a FTP. Autumn helped me out once inside and she was amazing. She greeted me as soon as I entered the room even though she was busy with another customer. When it was my turn, she asked me what I was looking for and was genuinely interested in getting me exactly what I needed as we began to narrow down some choices. She made me feel at ease, not rushed, and very comfortable with divulging the symptoms that brought me to seeking relief in alternative medicine. Instead of getting irritated and inpatient with my indecisiveness, she welcomed my questions and maintained her friendliness. She told me about Exhale's desire to not just be another money grubbing dispensary and that donations are actually donations (imagine that!) used to give back more services to the same community supporting them. Amazing! It is ALWAYS a relief to find genuine compassion, especially in a world of dispensaries that have become money hungry trying to cash in as quickly as possible.QUALITY: Unlike some other shops in the neighborhood, they actually weigh the product out in front of you from large fresh sealed glass bottles. Any shop that pre-weighs is probably skimming off the top or does not care about quality, or both. Product dries out if it's kept in plastic bottles being that they do not maintain the same tight seal; so, pre-weighing and bottling to cut corners in having to take the time to weigh out each order upon demand, runs that risk. I definitely prefer the shops who weigh in front of you for those two reasons. And this shop weighs in on the heavy side so that is a definite plus.CONCLUSION: This is absolutely my new favorite shop. They have an extremely appreciative and friendly staff, top notch quality product, something for everyone on every budget, and I eagerly look forward in taking advantage of the holistic health services they are going to start offering next month. Be sure to ask for Autumn, she will not let you down. Any dispensary is lucky to have her on their team and I am grateful for her patience and help.As a side note: This place is hidden away within a walkway and is a little tricky to find so be sure to look for the signs leading the way from the entrance.

Front desk was nice and professional and when you finally go inside to make your purchase, it looks very clean and organized. I drove from arcadia specifically to this place to buy their top sativa strains that have the highest cbd percentage. The prices were average but my only thing is that their guy who helped me and rung me up was TOO stoned to function. Not offense dude you were stuck on stupid to handle customers. Not really knowledable since this was my first time visiting this shop and I had asked which strains have the most cbd..but the dude didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I'm not trying to sound a dick but as a first time patient it said on your menu I get a free gram at mid shelf and I never got it even though I asked for a mid shelf strain. So he fucked my order and change and gave me a joint instead. I'm not pissed but little annoyed with the customer service. But nice looking shop and broad choice of product and strains.

Good selection, they have exactly what I prefer for my pain which is a great bud called Charlotte's web. Cool waiting room, friendly staff, be prepared for cash only, and difficult parking.

Please check out this low key dispensary Exhale. It's set back entrance helps filter riffraff and unwanted solicitation you usually run into at store fronts on Melrose. Exhale has a high end speak easy feel about it. The waiting room is larger then most and feels safe. The check in is professional and the staff are well informed. They have a killer menu. I got some blue dream and was very happy.

This place is great. Always amazing and friendly service!  They really are great with recommendations and care to hear you out. A+++

This is the ONLY dispensary on the westside you should even consider going to.  Friendly, knowledgeable, kind (and really attractive) staff, beautiful, discreet location, plenty of parking (on-street/metered or up the driveway off Romain if available) and the best selection and best prices in town.  Seriously cool place - why go anywhere else?

The selection and quality of flowers is not as good as the old Exhale.

More often than not my packages' tamper proof seal is broken and nugs have been removed. If you don't mind going to the store for a six pack and only getting five beers, this is the place for you.

Went for the first time tonight -- this place is awesome. The staff was SUPER nice and had a great inviting vibe. Wish I wasn't moving -- I'd love to frequent this place. Finding the door was a bit weird, but I think its strange location adds charm.

Ever since they changed their name from Exhale to the plug they have gone extremely downhill. I have been lied to every single time I've gone there and given the wrong products and then whenever I try to fix the situation they do nothing to help me. I have wasted so much money on this place I cannot even express how upsetting it is to be robbed and lied to and have no one help you. In fact they're quite rude. I can say certainly that I will never visit this dispensary again after these experiences especially after today I am so tired of the unintelligent unknowledgeable bud tenders here they should not be working in the cannabis industry.

Exhale / The Plug has been taking the pandemic seriously, and I really appreciate it. There is a rope to distance the bud-tender (?) from the patron, and everyone has their face covered. No more than a few allowed in the store at a time. Please keep up the good work! It's nice to feel safe when you shop.

If you need a store in the neighborhood this is probably your best move. Other stores are generally pricier for product that is the same.

Now I'm getting harassed by someone who's obviously associated with this place sending me a slew of homophobic messages through the compliment feature on this negative review. Bigotry at it's finest. How about we explain to the judge how my number ended up in some marijuana dispensarys marketing text messages list, and now I'm being harrassed by people / owners associated with this place.

Sometimes my bud-get, is low so I can get an eight dollar gram of really good flower here. So then it just makes me go a twenty five that is awesome.Friendly, safe, and knowledgeable Why would one not come here.All good

Wasn’t impressed with there flower, I figured I’d give them another chance and order few vape pens. Been over a week and my track shows it still has not left there store, I called and left messages with no phone calls back! Atleast refund my money so I can go purchase from another company!

I’ve taken 2 so far and can’t determine if I feel anything from the edible or if I’m just tired. Not the case with other edibles in the past. Bummer. Im moving on…
