BEWARE. i waited in line today for 20 minutes. There was one person working the line while 4 other employees walked around and did miscellaneous things. terrible customer service and customer attention. don't waste your time here.

I was not going to make this review, but after talking to the manager who accused my bag of opening the jar, just couldn't. I was happy with their service but I would advise check all your supplies are sealed which I was careless of and will never be again. I have been going to dispensaries for many years and this has never happened to me. So long story short i flew back home and my boyfriend noticed one of the jars wasn't sealed, so I weighed it out and it was what I expected. It was 3.1 on 3.5

Let me begin this you with these three fabulous people. Scott who was the security guard there was amazing and very helpful. Jad and Racquel were the fabulous, Knowledgeable, super super super nice and I bought three items that helped my sprained ankle. I chose the sparkling pear gummy's which are amazing. The level CBG tablets that took my pain away from my ankle. The Tikun topical cream, I also use that on my neck. I sprained my ankle on Thursday night and of course today is Sunday and the pain has been none!!!!!!! I highly recommend going to BARC COLLECTIVE and treat yourself to all of their goodies. And as an added plus on your first visit you get 35% off that is awesome!!!!!

My first time here was fine but my second was disappointing. During my first trip Cody the budtender told me I will have the same deal/offer for a discount my second time visiting as well. When I came the second time to make a large purchase I was told management randomly discontinued that special offer, even though it was promised to clients beforehand. It's only been about two weeks since my last visit when I was provided this offer for my first and second visits to this location, which was a big reason I returned the second time. No manager was on-site or available via phone to help address this issue. I was asked to wait another 20 mins for a manager but I had waited nearly 30 mins previous to this just in line for my turn to make a purchase. Understaffed with inconsistent deals / offers, I will take my business to another dispensary.

Love the shop.. they have tons of options. I'm never disappointed... the bud tenders seem knowledgeable about the products and very nice..

Lovely staff! Very informative with the different strands of flower. They had a buy $100 get a $50 dollar gift bag. The store had everything down to the edibles. The security guide was amazing. She came over to make sure someone was helping us. The staff overall 5 STAR!!!

Last week I visited for the first time. Justin helped me out. He was very informative and helped me get what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for pre-rolls and edibles. It was helpful to know he is an Indica fan like myself. Baked Betty's Peanut Butter Chocolate Crispy was delicious and hit the spot well. The pre-rolls of Froot Watermelon & El Blunto Gelato Cake were amazing. I never had the self paranoid thoughts. I enjoyed my ride with watching tv & listening to music.Look forward to my next visit. It was my first time here. I arrived 20 minutes before close time as shown on their website. I wait for 10 minutes in line, only for the extremely rude person at the front desk to tell me they are not taking any more people after the person in front of me. Keep in mind I was the only one left in there, and it was 15 minutes before close still. When I asked why they are closing 20 minutes early, and if they could help me anyway because I drove 40 minutes, they said "I'm not gonna fucking argue with you". I was in shock. Never have I encountered such disgusting and awful customer service. I will never come back and make sure noone I know does either. Please do not support this business and go to one of the many other wonderful dispensaries in LA, because this place is NOT it.

BARC is the BEST! Have been visiting this fab spot for almost three years. They truly provide excellent service and great variety of products. I always leave happier than arrived and enjoy chatting it up with their team. Big shout out to Justin, who is always so helpful and kind. Thanks to all of the Barc Team and appreciate all your hard work and help (especially during these wild pandemic times).

I went in not expecting that cool of a dispensary! Even the outside is cute. I'm for sure quitting my old place. Cody/Kody was super nice & helpful with all of my questions when I was purchasing a cart for my vape & some eds. He showed me a bunch of great options. You get 35% off too if it's your first time which is dope! For sure will be returning they have reaaaallyy good prices.

The worst over the phone customer service EVER! If you don't know the "exact" brand name don't even bother. After giving the exact name of the special that I've purchased for over 6 months, the person over the phone was extremely rude and barely wanted to help. If you're looking for high quality tree, tinctures, seeds, Kief, etc. As well as would like to receive amazing in person and over the phone customer service go to Corner Stone Collective in Eagle Rock. I'd rather drive all the way up there than go here which is closer to the house. The last couple of times I've been here the service has been iffy. It's sad because this was for sure one of my favorite places to pick up from on the west side of LA. I guess it depends on the day of the week and time you go. **sigh**

This is one of my favorite spots! It's always less crowded and super clean. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They have daily specials. Try their Hush brand... it's really good with high THC. Prices are good and quality is great!

Was very disappointed on my delivery order. I order something and I asked them to please bring change for a hundred. When the girl showed up she had an attitude plus didn't have change so she took my order back smh. Then I called back to tell them what happened and the guy that helped me had an attitude to and he retook my order again and he said they will deliver it but they never even came back and I even texted the girl (Luisa)asking for her eta and never even responded, sooo rude!

Everyone here is nice.  Rest of the store is nice. But clones are sad and no one has any clue .  The clones half dead humidity at 46%.   Small.  Asked flowering time no clue was told 6 weeks. I will venture to the valley.

This place is great! They have a great selection and the staff at BARC is helpful and knowledgeable. Justin answered all my questions and was very patient with this novice. I will definitely return & highly recommend!

Visited on 4/20.  They had promotions going and a rep from Gold Flora was there.  She was really helpful and we purchased a disposable flavored "naked af".  Also picked up a cannabis infused vape called "honey pot" mixed with lemon and lavender.  Both are awesome products but the "honey pot" just smells like heaven.  Everyone was friendly and very helpful and I expect nothing less based on the products carried.

My third visit to this awesome shop and after a bit of a hiatus from consuming cannabis, I had an excellent experience.My budtender this visit was Justin and he's one of, if not the most positive, genuinely welcoming, and informative budtenders there is which says a lot since I've been to nearly every shop that's worth a damn in LA County and 88% of cannabis sales people in my experience are the worst kinds of human beings as I used to do flower and dispensary reviews on IG and most know nothing about any products so I've seen the best and the worst of them. Justin asks specific questions that make sense and recommends things he personally likes instead of selling you something they're just trying to get rid of. He helped me find my new favorite medicated gummies and when I asked him to, he  looked at the package date on some flower I came specifically to buy so I knew it wasnt sitting for too long. He definitely doesn't forget about any promotional items to throw in which is great customer service. Most budtenders forget to give people first time visit discounts or promos of any kind, as if they didn't give a shit. Give this man a raise or some bonus pay, seriously. I started getting weed delivered to me because I fucking hate most budtenders for being idiots and also not caring about their job. I know I can go to BARC and always have a positive experience and while I usually buy weed in Long Beach because it's cheaper than West LA by $10-$20 and most budtenders there are great people, BARC is one of my closer to home spots. Theyll randomly give you 25% off and a promotional item for a buck if you leave a review and return within 7 days. That shit doesn't happen at every shop, and most shops on that side of town are a fucking rip off. Taxes might make BARC slightly more pricey than some people would like, but with their many discounts and promos you end up leaving with more than what you bought and their $1 promo items don't suck. Actually worthy stuff, no trash. Thanks again Justin for the help. It's good to see positive, humble people in this industry. It's rare. If Youre in the Beverly Hills, upper West LA area support this local business.

AMAZING!!!! I found Barc Collective on Weedmaps.com one night as I was looking for medicine. They had good prices and I liked their choices on flowers and vapes. They were very fast and efficient, the product was great when it came. The Delivery girl was super friendly and patient as I tried to figure out my payment apps to pay her.    Also as a reminder When placing any order On line you should just contact the store afterwards to make sure they have received your order and can in fact help you and they do have your products. It's the polite consumer thing to do. Thanks so much for your hospitality Barc Collective! I will be a return patient for the foreseeable future!

This has been my go to spot for a few months now and I'm pleased. Definitely cheaper than MedMen, and they offer daily discounts. Prices are still a bit high (likely CA taxes) but the selection is good and the staff is hella friendly.Just be sure to bring cash, or you'll end up paying extra to use a card or you'll have to use their ATM and get dinged that way. Just bring cash ;)

I love the staff. All very kind. Unfortunately they dont warranty their clones. I got two clones from thc design and they had no roots- admittedly they were in rough shape when I bought them but they were selling them- I figured they'd be alright- why sell something that has no roots and wont grow right? I called to see if they can help but they are unable to replace. Dont buy clones there unless you see roots and you see the medium is moist. Mine was dry and not watered.and to the staff-  please take care of the clones that you are selling

The staff and security are so awesome. Leon is so helpful and friendly, including full of knowledge and information to make shopping super easy for anyone who was confused about what to buy. I totally suggest this place. On top of that they are fairly priced on the brands I like to purchase, such as buddies brand (my favorite brand out there)

This place has amazing flowers. I've been here a couple of different times and each time getting a different strain. Not once was I disappointed. The quality is on par by far!A note I would like to add for the staff, hence the reason I'm leaving a 3 star rating this time... Is due to the treatment of customers by rushing them and having a slightly careless attitude when engaging with customers, when nearing closing time. Luckily I was assisted by a nice women who didn't give me the same experience. However, I witnessed a couple of customers who walked in after myself that received this type of treatment who appeared to be either a manager, or perhaps an assistant manager.I myself, as I'm sure many other people, understand that when it's nearing closing time staff are tired and like anyone else want to go home. On the contrary I don't see it so much as excusable when you're a top premier dispensary charging high end prices. You're not a mediocre shop selling $30 1/8ths and low quality flower. If you want to be the standard for quality dispensary's your service needs to meet the same expectations.Even if it's two minutes before closing time, if you're allowing a customer to come in and spend good money on your inventory. Allow them to take their time and happily assist them with any questions that they have without giving them any pressure. Otherwise you're just going to turn them off and they will take their money to another high end shop that will give them the proper service they are paying for and therefore deserve. When it comes to high end shops for me personally, I'm paying for both the flower and the experience.

I have to admit when this place first opened I was kind of skeptical about it; I cant explain why I just was.Now it's become my go to place for top shelf weeded anything else I want that's weed related. They're online menu is always up to date they're very friendly when you go there and they always have a huge selection for big budgets and small budgets. I bought some top shelf weed there today that headboard on dating and it was only cultivated just last month and it's incredible 33% quality. I used to go to this other store that was a little further away because I thought it was better and had better value but that's ancient history. BARC is now my go-to

They dont have a knowledgeable staff. I was asked for THC design Indica and i was sold a hybrid, that wont help with insomnia. I went back and get an odd looking Indica call Domo G that i was told its indica and said on it, but the jar cap os black vs purple which is the THC design brand color, also its hard to find anything about it online. I took it and it have zero effect on me nor for sleep not even THC impact. Although it said it have 22% but i had an indica preroll with 10% that have a higher effect that this Domino G. I suspect its not even have THC in it and it nit even a genuine brand, because it is nit listed in THC Design website. When i called they said no exchange. Now i got stuck with a $60 har of useless herb that is a knock off of a good brand.That cut it for me and they lost a customer. Specially under corona insomnia that we had last thing we need to get poorly advised and sold knock off useless product!

I LOVE this place. It's like walking into Willy Wonka's factory. The extremely knowledgeable staff is also very  patient, kind and helpful. My friend and I had oodles of questions about different products and our dude really took the time with us and didn't try to rush us either. Oh yeah--and awesome products! Wanted to wait to test drive my goods before writing a review and I can safely say--woot woot! Thanks guys!!

I was surprised to see positive reviews. I waited and waited and waited. One person was handling the one other customer and no one looked at me or talked to me except a second person who wasn't going to wait on me when I asked and said the other person would. I waited some more. Finally, the second person asked what I wanted and was unable to give me information about buying their clones as to whether it was the right time to plant them outdoors. He said I'd have to do research. He lives an hour away and how would he know the light situation in West Hollywood? I said let's ask Google, which came up with charts about sunrise and sunset and I asked how to calculate what I needed to know about how much sun I needed. He was exasperated and told me I had to do research. I left.

When i went they had a very small selection which is the reason for my 3 star review. The 8ths were pretty expensive but the weed is pretty good. You can definitely find better deals elsewhere, but this is still cheaper than MedMen

Awesome customer service and selection. A customer walked in after me and was trying to get me to hurry up. Didn't realize I was speaking with the general manager- he politely asked the customer to leave because he was being rude. Spent a pretty penny here, but all worth it. Got everything I was looking for and each product was exactly as described.

Easy and simple. Was in and out within minutes and received the best customer service. The best part about this dispensary is that it wasn't so cluttered and confusing. An employee assisted my mother and got her exactly what she needed even with a discount for being a first time customer. 10/10 would recommend

I just stopped by today and during checkin I was informed of a "note" on my profile. The guy checking me in said there was no other details with the note and just summarized it. The note stated that I was previously rude to staff. Per the employee checking me in - there was no indication of when the interaction occurred and who may have entered the note in my record. The employee stated that his co-worker or myself may have been having a bad day then. To me that is even more reason to note when it occurred. I come here because of a particular product they have in stock and have been coming back because of the bulldog and knowledgeable staff. I am patient and occupy my time looking at other products or giving the bulldog a good rub. The staff does sometimes forget to process my Veterans discount with my purchase, even though it should be on the same profile that this note. I just verify the prices and request it. The note was like leaving a Yelp review with no details and anonymously. I wonder what other notations are on other people's profiles. I will be finding a new location going forward and being more selective with my cash tips (I didn't leave a tip today after getting this info).

Most medical dispensaries in LA are either a hit or miss. I previously went into a dispensary known as "Habidi Meds" on Pico that was completely low-class and gross - it was as if I were in someone's dirty hotel room with rude staff and the sketchiness factor was so bad that I felt uncomfortable going back.Then I found Barc collective :) My first visit was yesterday and the sign-in process was very quick. The receptionist and security guard were very friendly and made me feel right at home. The whole shop is very upscale compared to most dispensaries in town and they have a ton of edibles to choose from. The woman who helped me choose my edibles was very very knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to advise that I take CBD edibles in case I have too much of a dosage. Overall I highly recommend Barc to any first-timers or regular patients. I'm looking forward to my future visits. :)

I've been suffering from insomnia for decades. I decided to experiment with cannabis products in an attempt to finally end my struggle since the recreational use is even legal.I thought I had to go to a seedy place to get a medical recommendation. You know, the makeshift shacks that line up in Venice. I really didn't want to do that. Fortunately, I was able to get a recommendation online for $39, and the delivery of the medical marijuana license was almost immediate. They also send you a hard copy via U.S. mail.Why did I get a medical card? I learned that although recreational use is legal in California effective January 1, 2018, multiple dispensaries are still restricting their sales to customers with medical cards because it takes time to update their licensing requirements.BARC Collective is in an upscale area. I imagined having to walk into a dark and dingy place filled with stoners. But BARC was surprisingly opposite of what I had expected. The interior is clean and bright. It's filled with rich earth tones. It was tantamount to going to a day spa.I picked up indica gummy melons (300mg). I learned later that each gummy was 15mg, which wasn't effective to combat my stubborn insomnia. I did receive a sample chocolate, which I completely underestimated. I don't know what the dosage was, but the experience was very scary. I would not be taking that again. I had no idea that cannabis can get that scary.All in all, BARC is highly recommended, especially for those who are in Beverly Hills. It's what you expect from a Beverly Hills operation.

If you want as reputable shop for clones, these guys are who you want to invest your money in. Dan is an expert and knows his genetics. Not only are they the only exclusive account holder with Midnightfarms in SoCal which holds some of the top cup winners. They are genuine good and knowledgable people. Won't be disappointed. And the KEY thing to know, you are paying for the actual strained. Not like a lot of fake clone banks that say OG and its GDP. Must go here for your clones

This is hands down the coolest smoke shop I've been to in LA. Everyone became a homie to me really quickly. They are always positive people and learn from one another. I'm bummed I don't live by there anymore -- I enjoyed much more than the marijuana!

I placed an online order tonight between around 7:30pm. The delivery window was 8-10pm. Around 9:30, I hadn't heard anything, so I checked my order online. The website said my order had been refused. It would have been nice to get a phone call or email, but nothing from them. I called to ask what was going on. The guy who answered was either stoned or stupid. He didn't recognize the name of the website I'd ordered from (iheartjane, which I'd used to order from BARC twice before with no problem). He went to talk to his manager. When he came back, he told me that "no one knows what's going on" but that they don't accept orders after 9pm (I placed my order before 8pm). There was no apology, no attempt to retain my patronage. They could have found a way to smooth things over and delivered tomorrow, but they didn't even try to make things up to me. I said that I'd shop elsewhere from now on and he seemed pretty cool with it. Will BARC go out of business because of this? Of course not. But it's a really horrible way to treat your customers. I had a positive experience twice before and liked their prices and selection - and had recommended them to friends - but I also can't sit around waiting for a delivery that's never going to come because "no one knows what's going on." So I'll find a new dispensary.

I was looking around for a place to find some cannabis that had A, great reviews, B, close by and C, had reasonable prices. After looking on Yelp, I came across this place. My boyfriend and I saw that this was close by and decided to check this place out. We are soo glad we did! First off, there is parking in the back, so, unless it is packed, street parking is also available (there is meter parking). There is a back entrance  but, we went into the front entrance. When you walk in, the actual door to said place is on the left. There is an ATM at the door to the right. Nice and clean, almost look like you are going into a medical office building and waiting in the waiting room,which has beautiful floors, leather chairs. At the front desk, you are greeted by a  guard/receptionist who asks for your ID to see if you are 21 yes old or not. Very nice and funny, too. Told us to step inside the doors to our right and will give us our IDs back. Once you go inside two beautiful wood doors, the place is very nice and clean and you are greeted with a smile. I forgot the young lady's name but, she was awesome! Very funny and knowledgeable about a lot of the products. She advised us that the product we would most definitely like was sold out (very popular) but the 2nd choice was (in our opinion once  we tried it) fit us perfectly! And we also got another product that she suggested. (FYI check the edibles if you are a vegan or vegetarian because some edibles are made with  gelatin)On this day, she apologized that the credit/debit card system didn't work (we had cash) but, said she would help if we had a problem with said ATM! After we had gotten our IDs and our purchase, we were greeted to come back again and you know what? We will be back because we enjoyed the whole experience!

I've been to BARC a few times now. The staff is always on their feet and ready to assist. Good selection and always willing to show you any strain even offering up the magnifying glass allowing you to really see the strains' hairs and what not. Even the bulldog Rufus is pleasant following me but not buggin for attention. Cool place!

I visited Barc on 9/21/17 around 1:40pm . I was asked by a black security guard at the front If I have been there before which I have. I showed my I.D and was asked if I have an updated rec (didn't know it was expired)said I said no. He said I couldn't go in.  I then asked the obvious question if an exception can by made. The guard then started eating his fries and said," I'll tell you this in Spanish, No!!" I called him out on his rudeness and then was threatened that he would physically move me out. He was flat out racist! He could of been nice and simply informed me of the policy. This wasn't the memorable experience I first had when I shopped at Barc. I will never return! I advise all to visit Exhale instead. It's only up la ceniega & Santa Monica Blvd. friendly front desk and exceptional prices. I mean what kind of racist shit is this! This man whom is the face of this establishment was flat out mean and treated me like if I was hostile....

I've been a BARC collective customer for a couple of years.  I recently switched to vaping after smoking flower for most of my life.  The sales woman ( who is awesome btw!!), said if I ever had an issue with any vape  cartridge to simply bring it back and they would allow an exchange or something to that effect.So after two years with no returns, even when I got bud that was a little weak.  Imagine my surprise when the budtender told me there was nothing that could be done.  Then, he switched and said he would ask the manager if they would allow an exchange.  After waiting for about 7-9 minutes I asked when the manager would be out.  It was then the budtender told me the manage is in a meeting and he didn't know when he would be out.So much for customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!

Got to spend some time in this great dispensary yesterday, and i can't wait to come back in! They have done some new renovations, and the place looks amazing!! The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and they literally have something for everyone!! Besides the prerolls i bought, it took everything in my power to not walk out with an armful of healthy clones! If you are looking to try your hand at cultivation this year, i highly recommended trying their forbidden fruit clones!! Happy growing!!

They have a free press you can use to make oils! Well educated and friendly service peeps. The waiting room is comfortable and when I went on my lunch break I was the only there. One of the most professional establishments I've ever been in.

BARC  is fantastic.   And one of their staff members, Franklin was particularly great.   He helped me with researching different anti-inflammatory CBD products for almost an hour, answering all my questions intelligently and with great passion for finding a solution for me. With cannabis becoming so scientific (and confusing) these days, she was a tremendous help in finding the right products for the right needs.  This will be the only dispensary I ever use from here on out.  Thanks, Franklin

I had stopped myself from coming into this collective because of the area that its in, but ive actually been missing out. They have good prices and nice  selection of flowers. Helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Ill will be coming here more often!

Good buds ..decent prices ..excellent cbd ..zen atomsphere ..professional staff. Only complaint is ...to take advanage of their daily deals, if you don't remember to ask for it, they wont honor it. No bueno ...don't make stoners have to remember things ; )

This review is for clones and I'm super disappointed to write a bad review for this place. They seem to have great reviews so I don't know what happened here. We've been buying clones for over 5 years from different places and this is by far the worse clone buying experience we've had. My mom has cancer and she's taking cannabis oil and we wanted to add a high cbd strain to her oil we make and we had been looking everywhere for cbd clones. This place was the only place that had acdc clones. My only other option was to order seeds which is why I'm so sad that things went this bad cuz we desperately need access to the very hard to find high cbd strain clones BARC carries. Basically I was in touch with their clone guy, a very helpful nice guy. After a few phone calls I reserved a few clones to go pick up. I had a toddler so it was hard to get away. I sent my boyfriend to go pick them up. He walks in and the security confirms that he's there to pick up the acdc clones...they were expecting us. When he's in there he proceeds to have a 20 minute conversation about how challenging it's been for us to find these cbd clones and how no one has them in socal. He comes home and I look in the bag and there are no cbd clones but some other strain, 4 of which we wanted but the main reason we went there for which was cbd clones ...not there. Obviously some kind of miscommunication. The clone guy which is a different guy you talk to on the phone than the one at the shop tells us to take the clones back and they will sort it out. Nope...instead they refuse to help us in anyway and it's basically a "too bad for you" attitude. They were pretty rude and completely unapologetic. The clone guy told us he would help us out and will give us the acdc clones we were missing for free. He seemed very well intentioned but 2 weeks later and we still didn't have the clones. He would never call me back when he said he would and everytime I'd call him on the day he asked me to I'd be asked to call again days later. I just felt like he was giving me the run around. It was getting super stressful so I just let it go. That's not even the worse part....So this was a few months ago. About 4 out of the 8 clones died. But hey there's no proof who's fault that is but what baffled me is after each clone dried up and died we check the soil in the pot and not a single root. I split open the sponge cube and again not a single root! I've never seen anything like this before. There were no roots sticking out of the sponge cube when we bought them but I just assumed they were inside the cube even though they called them preteens. I don't know what in the world happened here. Even if we did an absolute horrible job growing them I'd expect to see at least one damn root inside the cube from the cloning process. I feel like we were given a sponge cube with a branch in it without any roots. Maybe they gave us the wrong stuff? Maybe we just had horrible luck with them. Who knows...hope this is an isolated incident. After all this I don't trust them at all and am getting the impression that if all goes well they are a great place. If there are any issues it's more like leave our shop it's not our problem. Not very good costumer service. My recommendation: grow your own stuff! It's legal now! Don't waste your time with these people. That way you'll know for sure where it came from and what's in it (in my case no roots were in it!) All these shops that claim pesticide free organic....most are not true...take your stuff to the lab and you'll see for yourself.

BARC collective has been my go to spot for a while now. They have everything I need for my medical needs. They have the freshest buds I've ever seen, I picked up some GSC that KILLED ME! and what I love most about this shop is the always friendly staff! I love this spot!

I've been going here for months for my medical needs, they always take the time to help each patient as if they had been going there for years. The service is fantastic, and when I do call in, they always accommodate my needs. I'm based in OC, but the drive is worth it. This is place more than just a clinic :D

Had great first time patient experience. Customer service is great, too many places forget about that, need more like BARC. Pricing is very affordable for great quality. Love this place. The staff is professional with lots of herbs to choose from. Concentrates are also very good at this location. Everything is at a reasonable price which is convienient. And they even have free parking for patients. I highly recommend coming to this spot if you are in the area.

Great experience starting from the friendly and professional security guard to the bud tender. They have a wide variety of products and strains. You rarely find sativa tinctures but this place has them. The bud tender, can't remember her name, was helpful and very nice. She answered our questions and provided good recommendations. We'll be going back again today!

Things to know- they have street parking - abs a small parking lot behind.The selection is vast.. they have a royalty chair that's cool... the bud tender was super nice and informative. Clean , professional .. never time I'm in West Hollywood I will come to this dispensary off of the selection alone . I've been ordering from BARC for just over 2 years now.Normally I would come in to pick up but once they shared that I could text them orders fir delivery, I started doing just that.For about a year or so, it was great - good communication, products in stock, and fast response time...But then about 6-8 months ago, I noticed the first hiccup - delayed responses from texts, and times where I would have to poke them 2, maybe 3 times to get a response...I mentioned it to the delivery guy who had been delivering to me for some time, and he would tell me that they were working out some kinks with new staff.Ok... that's understandable...But then when it happened again a few weeks later, I got a reply that they were short handed and that's why the responses were delayed or why I wouldn't hear back at all...Ok... ?Let me say that I've always loved BARC's offerings, but over the past 6-8 months I would ask for certain items only to be told that they weren't in stock... again and again...For example, on their "Live Menu" it showed the King Louis in stock.It also showed Pax Era pods in stock.When I messaged them looking for both, I was told that neither was in stock... even though it showed up on their "Live Menu."When I asked about that, they would tell me that the menu needed to be updated...But wait - isn't it their "Live Menu?"If it's not updated, are we just supposed to guess which products on the menu are actually in stock?Huh.So today when I heard back at 10am from the message I sent yesterday at 4pm, you can imagine that I was 1. pretty frustrated with BARC and 2. had already found a new service that not only had an accurate online menu but that actually responded and showed up with my order.When I let the "manager" know about my frustration today his response?"I don't need any pointers from anyone we know what we are doing over here."Well, I might argue differently, but hey, it's not my business - I'm just a customer who spends $200+ on each order....But what does that matter?They know what they are doing and don't need feedback from customers...You guys make your own assessment, but mine is that there are just too many other places to choose from to be treated poorly and dismissed in the way I was...Why push sand when you can get what you want, ontime, from other places?I'm not longer pushing sand with these guys...And so you know I'm not making this up, I've included some of the screenshots from today of the texts with the "manager."

My new neighborhood dispensary, or so I thought. My first trip in they told me that I'd get 30% off my first purchase and 20% off my second, but I didn't qualify for the local discount because I was the wrong direction and my zip code didn't count. So I stock up and come back about 6 months later to buy some of the products I liked from them. The staff really didn't do a great job answering my questions about the stains they were currently carrying, and the selection seemed a bit limited. When I went to pay, the 20% coupon wasn't on my account. I won't be going back. There are other premium dispensaries that do much better training their staff on their product offerings that are cheaper even after the discount.
