First timer at this location, the experience was very easy going, the employees had great energy, they were very nice and helpful and the prices were not bad at all.

I just did a RAD PAD at this location and it was off the hook! This location is very chill with a great budtender Alex. We talked a little about concentrates and I was able to find the right one for me! Thanks!

I pretty much always have a great experience except for today. No one greeted me as I came in which someone always does but it was more so I had to use the bathroom so bad that my bladder hurt and I thought for some reason there was a bathroom there. I asked the security guard if there was one and he's too busy on his cellphone to even look up, and says no, I asked him if there was one nearby he TOTALLY ignored me!! I go up to the front desk and the girl working at the front does not say hello, poor customer service, I ask her if there's a bathroom and just shortly tells me no. I understand that there isn't a bathroom for customers at this point but you are working in customer service YOU NEED TO BE FRIENDLY and not fit into this stereotype that LA people are unfriendly. I came in around 9am this morning. The girl at the front had her hair down with lots of product in it, curly. That security guard SHOULD NOT BE UP FRONT if he's one of the first faces people interact with, incredibly unfriendly.

This place was amazing. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable. They a very large variety of products cookies, candy, oils and of course bud. I'm not much of smoker BUT I loved everything I tried from here, everything I've tried prior to shopping here was definitely trash simply amazing products!

This was my third time coming to this location. The first time was great. Next time I lost my ID so I brought a friend to go in and get me what I needed. I asked the girl behind the counter if you could give me a menu. She gave me one after I asked several times (she didn't like it). Today 6/16/20 6:30pm. This guy was rude actually didn't even speak to me. The guy just kept telling me to sit down sit down sit down. He didn't want to listen to me but he wanted himself to be listened to.  it was just so awful and I asked again for the menu and the guy said you have to go inside to get the menu so I explained to him again I can't go inside I'd like to see a menu he points to the wall menu that only shows vapes. I told my friend get your ID let's get the hell out of here.  He thinks he is doing me a favor. Im a customer he was just so rude. I went around the corner to Hollyweed and they were much nicer. I'm not going back to LA cannabis again

This place is not a "hole in the wall", but a spacious, air-conditioned real business. It has an roving armed guard who checks a 12-panel security screen. What it chooses to lack is a restroom key for waiting customers, including the many coming off a long bus ride, even after they have checked in their ID. So I won't be back.

I was told I was getting sativa turns out I got a Hybrid.  Didn't get my order right and just didn't care about customer service. Didn't seem to want to offer any other options besides the big money makers..

This place rips you off, bud tender didn't give me my change, boosted the prices without matching price on the menu for verification & poor customer service. Will not be returning, poor reward system.

I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE this dispensary again. Poor customer service was told that I was going to receive free discount for me bringing my 2 high value customers they are not a honorable company, they told me to come back for discount on next purchase so I came in today for them to tell me I will receive no kind of discount and that I was misinformed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again BEWARE!

Very busy place! They're doing a great job keeping limited capacity. My first time here and they were pretty friendly, the weed was also dank. Average LA dispensary.

I'm sick of this dispensary. When I first started coming here, I walked in and had my choice of high quality gummies. I could get Lost Farms, Caminos and (as a last resort) Kahna. Well, forget that! They gave t had Caminis or Lost Farms for months and now 2 locations are out of Kahna Indica! Wtf La Cannabis Co? Get your act together. I can't help but think they aren't carrying these brands because they are trying to force you to buy their awful brand of gummies because it just so happens that I haven't seen Caminos or Lost Farms since they introduced them. The problem is, the texture is disgusting, the flavors are...off... and they hit about 1/2 as good as Kahnas. To make matters worse, I've asked who I can talk to to get these gummies and the store associates just blame the company and make sure to remind me that they don't order the gummies so it's nothing to do with them. This used to be my favorite dispensary, but after today, I'm done.

I've heard that their security checks every ID for warrants.Is this true?Plus the person behind the desk did not know what she was taking about and sold me something I wasn't pleased with.

I love everything about this collective. I refuse to go anywhere else for my marijuana needs. now if yall got some left coast extracts in here I would be in heaven!!!

Five star business. I'm from Illinois. And Recreational. One of the best menus,with a diverse variety of indica,sativa and hybrid flower. Also Hashish, Dab, cartridges and a variety of edibles and drinks. Worth every dollar spent. Euphoric. I'll definitely be seeing these guys on my next visit.

Ah, the joys of medical marijuana infused edibles! I adore anything chocolate! They are quick and efficient. They’re not going to sell you missed matched items for the sake of making a dollar, they will check to make sure you’re getting the right items, the best items, and the fees are modest considering this is medical grade.

I told a clerk there are 2 other dispensaries with lower prices. La Brea Collective on Pico has $8 grams, and MMDS on Cahenga north of Sunset has $9 grams. LA Cannabis Co has $14 grams cheapest. The clerk told me she doesn't talk to the buyers, so ...

The customer service was amazing. I'm from NC and had bo idea of the different types of marijuana there are. I must say I got some knowledge there.
