Worst costumer service. You'd think its not a big deal but at this point its just ridiculous whoever is hiring these ladies needs a check up.Ive been to many dispensaries ive smoked weed for a while. Ive been to this shop on off for about 5-6 years on off. Worst costumer service constantly 4 year + Most of the ladies at this shop are are rude and usually don't know anything about weed. Ive waited long enough to write this i dont do this. its most likely been covered but its a serious problem with this business and or their hiring staff.Cute doesn't equal quality service!!- tired of these peopleThey harass me they never can tell me about their products. Constantly rude, idk if they like me or they're just being girls but a simple task of ringing up orders and taking them down shouldn't be hard.

I understand when you have a bud tender job all you probably do is just smoke and ring up the customers but I was actually just trying to ask what was the bud tenders personal favorite and she responded super slow like if she was falling asleep and barely wanted to be there. She kept rolling her eyes like I was literally in there for like 4 mins girl chillnasty attitude like literally cus I looked good n homegirl was stuck working at a dispensary....

Love this store! Energy is always right soon as i walk in and they got the best of the best products!

My favorite dispensary in DTLA. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, great selection for every price range, theres always deals and brand promos going on and I'm usually in and out pretty quick.

A wider variety of selection at a elevated price. The girl behind the counter told me that there are about 50% legal and 50% illegal dispensaries in LA. The Buddha company is a legal dispensary that sells regulated edibles of products. I was impressed by their music selection here and also attractive staff. The quality of the weed is unmatched although I felt like their variety could have been better.

Stopped by first time Shae Shae and Cee Cee are super dope and chill I appreciate them and the bud they got is some fire I smoke cookies and jungle boys so if looking for fire  I recommend you stop by !! Also got some dope deals and the best customer service  thanks !!!!!

TERRIBLE! I bought hybrid and asked the bud tender if the cannabis was dry and she said "no, it is really moist." I paid for my purchase, immediately opened the jar and checked my purchase and it was DRY DRY DRY! They would not exchange it. I will not be returning. I told them I would bot return and they were okay with that.

Terrible service. I was looking for CBD product, the attendant kept interrupting me when i was explaining what the item looked like. he was trying to guess what i was looking for without listening to me. very annoyed.

Was once a great shop.....then GREED and DISHONESTY took over.  Price constantly goes up and employees lie to your face about the reason.  If you're gonna raise prices that's fine, but just don't lie about the reason while you jack up the price ridiculous amounts.  A while back they stopped giving price breaks on quarters.  When asked what happened, was told that before they were charging less than they should've been so now it was like I was paying what I should've been all along.  LAME!  Then today I went in and was told price had "had gone up by a little bit" due to a supposedly new county tax.  Guess how much a little bit is?  30% hike in price!!!  County didn't raise rates like that, but just keep on lying to your customers and see how well that works for you!

Great experience here. Everyone is super helpful and Talia explained all the varieties to me thoroughly. I highly recommend.

I recently moved literally across town to a wonderful area near the USC campus but that meant having to find new places for routine needs, such as my cannabis supply!I'm so glad I found this place (actually their sister location on Sacramento St was first - now love them both )!!!First, they are not just the first nearest place I found.  To be perfectly honest, traffic and parking for this Los Angeles St location can be kind of funky, though sometimes a free lot in the alley behind them is available).But they are like the fifth place I tried before I was about to give up and drive all the way to the Valley again just for some good aromatic bud!  And then I found them on a google search saying I'm 7min away.  Why not... boy what a great decision!Super budtenders who seem to enjoy what they do, and don't mind spending the time with you to make a happy selection.They take pride in the growers who supply them (and at the Sacramento loc they even grow some of their own that you can see!)I've had nothing but the best doggone flower from here; I have no doubt the same quality exists in all their other products.If you're like me you've been at least once to a place where the budtender says 'here, smell this... and you're like... okkkkk wondering if he really thinks... you get the picture. Haha!  Not here; the growers take pride in their bud.  Your nose knows.I saved the cherry on top!  The Buddha Co eats all but the sales tax!!  You're actually paying only for the product, plus the sales tax we pay everyday for everything!  Yeah, awesome place

Came today and had exceptional service from the budtender Audri. She answered alll my annoying questions and was super helpful! If you're in downtown LA this is where you should stop!

If you're in DTLA and looking for quality cannabis products, this is the place. There are other dispensaries in the area that tout themselves as "the new normal", but I hope that isn't the case because The Buddha Co is way better, IMO. This place is suitable for both the novice as well as more seasoned cannabis customers.  Their selection of products is pretty vast without being overwhelming and their staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. The prices here are a bit higher than dispensaries that are closer to where I live, but that's DTLA for you.They do offer deals to first-time guests and they also have frequent buyer cards and you even get a complimentary joint when you spend more than $20. Be sure to be 18 and over and don't forget to bring identification with you. Only cash is accepted, but they have an atm :)

If you haven't been here you should definitely check it out. Super friendly environment and with some of the most attentive budtenders in the game. Specifically my darling, Moira. She always has the best attitude and an uplifting energy about her. Not to mention her extensive knowledge of cannabis which makes the experience A1. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this place. They are always super friendly and helpful with a wide variety of products. Once my boyfriend went in there and he accidentally got the wrong product. When we went back they were very helpful and gave us the correct product PLUS an awesome goodie bag. Went above and beyond. Really great customer service.

Looks like the old timey hood shops that you used to get good weed at but can't find on Weedmaps anymore. Alright first time deal, I guess, got $5 off $50+ or a PreRoll. Bud tender was very nice and helpful, went over the Raw Garden cartridges one by one with me telling me the THC %'s. Decent place. Not too many deals.

Obsessed with this place. So iconic!One of my favorite dispensaries in Los Angeles.The staff is so sweet & the vibe here is so welcoming. I come to Buddha every time I'm in the downtown area. It's such an incredible place.

Let me start off by saying that I do not write Yelp reviews ever but I had to this time because I am so heated at this establishment. I spend so much money at this location and on god I don't expect them to be kissing the floor I walk on but nice service is appreciated. The last few times I've come in, I've had the same bud tender and twice she has given me hard core attitude , today was no different. She was rude and aggressive and I believe she whispered some racial comment under her mask because I feel she did not want to help me and I was taking my time choosing my products, like come on now. She was barely wearing her face mask over her nose too and after her rude facial expressions and snarky comments were too much for me, I asked to speak to a manager , and come to find out she is the manager , I think she said her name was Celene. I think this company needs to do better in the leadership they choose to represent their company cause this girl was not it. You should be wanting to sell your products not doing whatever it is she was doing. They definitely lost my business for good and I'll tell the rest of my friends that come here to take their business else where too. And everyone stay away from this place and their racist manager Celene

I swung into the shop just now, I was extremely thrilled to hear one young lady blonde, wearing blue jeans and jean hat that was extremely knowledgeable about strains, genetics and how the flower is grown. Thank you for being aware! Unfortunately she didn't help me and the young lady who did help me was kind and polite.

Dealt with someone who had an attitude and didn't want to honor the price of a product I was told over the phone. I went in person proved I talked to someone over the phone about the product and still did not honor the price even after mentioning I drove 10 miles for it. Would have just went too my local shop instead of wasting gas to come to this bunk place.... "Andy" was the liar on the phone. Until I am honored my 30% off for the plug n play I called for my review will stay 1 star. (;

You know why I like and dis Lloyd tHis place? They have decent weed at a decent price, but man, the customer service is horrible. The card shit is a total scam, They don't even ask or remind you about your rewards then say it's your responsibility. Really guys? we're high, we ain't gonna remember that sHit. Get it together. There is a guy that works  behind the tills also that is super  loud annoying and obnoxious! I'm hoping they do better cos I do like this place Seoul's like them to win, but the business sucks. Hopefully  someone sees this and speaks to the  boss.

This place is trash! I walked in and asked if they had the edible products I'm looking for. The attendant said yes causing me to take out money from their wack ass ATM charging me fee. They didn't have the product! So I paid $2.75 to literally walk in and out the door! Fuck them

Definitely the best bud selection and biggest variety/availability in DTLA. They also have friendly and knowledgable bud tenders. Mike spotted me a dollar when I was short and other bud tenders have been super nice and helpful in the past.They hit every price point as well.

I am a huge hater. I hate Yelp, I hate "elite Yelpers," and I also hate being mistreated on a consistent basis with no accountability. I can't keep making excuses on good will for these people anymore. I would rather now pay a premium for a lick of competence than come back. The prices are okay, but the selection is slim. They have done flawlessly with consistent service, and by that I mean have been given the same bottom of the barrel transactions since day one.Don't bother ordering online either. You will never receive confirmation, then you will show up and they will magically not have it.Please please please do yourself a HUGE favor and never accept this kind of treatment. The lack of accountability only means it will continue. I've tried, tried, and tried again.

Horrible service. Bud tender did not want to help me at all. I felt like I was being pushed out. How does a business expect to make money with unhelpful reps? Who's hiring these people? Step your game up this used to be a solid location to purchase cannabis.

Do not order delivery! I repeat do not order delivery. It's fraud ! Person on the phone has no idea what's going on and is not willing to take accountability for what he said. Just total waste of time and money. I have attached pictures of the conversation so you guys can see what I'm dealing with. Wish I could also upload the ridiculous conversation I had on the phone with him.  Go somewhere else.

DO NOT SEND MONEY VIA ONLINE FORM! SCAM ALERT**If you use the number associated with the Yelp page or website, it's some guy scamming you from the start. He'll start by saying the store is closed and only doing curbside pickup. Then saying to text him screenshots of the menu items you want and he will tell you total price which you have to send payment via online form. After confirmation from "cashier" that they received your payment, they will get your package ready for curbside and then they will meet you in the parking lot for pick up. Once I realized it was a scam because I've been to this location before and everything sounded fishy, I stopped communicating with the guy and went into the actual store instead. The number contacted me countless times regarding why I haven't sent the money and if I want my items I have to send them money right now. TOTAL SCAMMERS. The whole thing is a scam. The shop is open for walk in and don't do curbside/phone orders. They only accept cash and never online forms of payment. Whoever is running this page is removing the scam reviews. There were photos and reviews of people getting scammed by that phone number and now the reviews/photos are gone from this page.

i gave 5 stars just off the phone and in-person customer service!!!! when i arrived I was greeted immediately. it is a decent sized place. it was not busy when i arrived so, social distancing was not difficult to do. my call in order was correct and ready to go. they only take cash. there is an ATM inside. i am pleased with my products. I will visit again and i highly recommend!!

Extraordinary, a cascade of rich,robust, and exquisite flavors washed over my pallet. I ate the tomato bowl with zucchini, I think it was the vegetarian option. This meal was so fulfilling It had me questioning the significance of animal protein in any dish.

My favorite dispensary go-to in LA! Everyone is super friendly and the options there are all high-quality and affordable. Security is always present so there's no worries about anything on that end. Can't recommend this place enough :)
