Amsterdam dispensary is a great place to get meds. Budtenders friendly ass hell. Jay's gone but still have the best staff on the west side. Try them you won't be disappointed.

I walked in for the first time as a new customer, very impressive store front! I met a gentleman behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I replied "I don't know show me the way". I talked about how much I wanted to spend, I talked about what I like, and he dialed me in. I walked out with a very good deal as a first time buyer and I got to tell you the product is exceptional! A+

First time coming here fat security guard with glasses looks like he needs to start the keto diet tells me my medical card is invalid because I have a Colorado License. First dispensary I have been too in California  that has refused my money over a medical card that I received from a California doctor without a California license. He should be more worried about what he is eating for dinner than a girl simply trying to get medication. Smh would not recommend.

I guess this place bans people from their shop just by simply speaking your opinion on yelp !!  I went to buy some 710 labs products and Javier the same rude ,arrogant and ignorant person was there and informed me that I was banned just because I wrote a yelp review about how I feel he refused to bring out a manager for me to speak to I will defiantly take this personal and will be contacting the better buisness bureaux as well as the Culver City chamber of commerce  where I have relatives and will figure out how to handle this buisness and definitely take legal actions !! Medical Patience and I mean real patience are not suppose to be treated like that one the law is on the patients side that's why you have a license to sell weed these guys don't care they are drug dealers operating with a license not a care in the world about people or patients This is not over I will be contacting the Culver City chamber of commerce as well as the BBB this place will hear from me very soon and for the inconveniences they caused me I will be contacting my attorney asap and see how we go about this

This location is lovely. The people are helpful and polite. There is no judgement of their customers. They offer a lot of variety, have great specials and drive shoppers in with different savings on different days.  I have shopped at other shops I will never return to. This place is a nice spot!

They are decent EXCEPT. I bought TWO disposable vapes there. Two different brands and neither one worked. I went to go exchange and THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME. at all. And it was very frustrating. I know everyone has their own job to do but it really made me NOT WANT TO GO BACK

Been coming to this shops since pre prop64 days and have always been a fan. After legalization this store still carries quality products. But on top of that they really do have some great customer service. Keep up the good work! Highly recommendable!

Most people who leave negative reviews tend to not tell the full story. Most of the time its a rival shop or  they cant afford the product due to this being a LEGAL dispensary and get upset and try to trash this place. While the taxes are high the shop isnt the one pocketing the tax that goes to california. In terms of the staff and the products they are the best of the best and offer a wide range of products from high to lower end of the spectrum. The staff is always very helpful in helping you purchase the right thing for you. I have been shopping here for years and NEVER had a problem. Have delt with a bunch of different girls here and never had a problem. Again this isnt your local trap shop so dont expect "tax free" As a legal shop common sense will tell you that as something we voted for its not the shops fault taxes are so high its most likely your own fault for voting for this.

I've gone to this store at least once a month for years and recommended it to many friends. I brought back a disposable pen that was not working, but clearly full for an exchange or credit and was also going to buy many new products. The manager on duty confirmed that I had purchased the product very recently and it was in good condition but would not do anything. He suggested I call the product company and didnt offer to call on my behalf despite that his business carries their product. He was obnoxious, uncourteous, and a horrible representation to the businessI'm sad to have to find a new spot, but In this day and age, you can only support businesses who provide warmth and good vibes.

Love this place! They're very knowledgeable and helpful! I'm new to this world and every time I go in the staff always suggest things for me to try that I end up really liking! They're also being very clean and safe during these Covid times which def puts me at ease!

Yesterday I was only allowed to buy 14 grams of extracts why ? The laws state other wise. Very disappointed I drove from 2 hrs away where there is no medical stores only illegal shops. I was very disappointed I buy enough to last me a couple months. I got not what I wanted!! Very disappointed in you guys.

I was a frequent customer but the today I go in looking for some indica. I tell the budtender, and he brings me a selection. He then proceeds to say that these ones could be 20% off, I select one and he says "be right back". He comes back and puts the eight in a bag and staples it. I get home and open it. Its another strain (not even indica).

Would not recommend this place. I was a first time client and was lured in by a deal that I saw on social media. I made a special trip over to this place on a very busy day to purchase a couple of the deals. Ease of parking is why I can give it at least one star. Biggest issue: while they accept credit/debit cards, you will pay fees to use them regardless of the size of your purchase. That's right. They were willing to lose over $50.00+ in business (and a potential returning/loyal customer) for a $3.00 fee. Ridiculous. Plenty of other dispensaries care about sales and customer service. The budtender was polite but didn't really care about figuring out a way to prevent me from walking out. So I walked out. Poor business practices and non-transparency about fees is a huge turn-off.

Yeah fuck this place.  Used to come once a week and since the legalization it's terrible now. What was $50 is now $85+. People aren't doing any better than before the new year. Where are we supposed to come up with the extra money. Also, the security guards are punk bitches, the girls that work there are a joke and good luck getting parking. This is the second time posting this because apparently yelp can censor your reviews. Fuck yelp and fuck this dispensary

Clean and easy parking. I randomly found this spot on Yelp because I needed a refill for my pen and I was very happy. In and out within 5 minutes. I even got a pre-rolled joint for being a first time customer. Cash only but there is an ATM inside.Also, tax is 35% now

This place is ducked off in the cut - classic LA dispensary style, set up in a corner hidden from some of the large thoroughfares that are nearby it.  'Tax free' for medical patients on Sunday - Tuesday and I easily found parking on a Sunday.  Inventory-wise these guys are pretty well-stocked.  All ranges of flower quality from top shelf to mid-range and outdoor.  They had one strain of 710 Labs flower which is what got me to come by, but they also had a lot of the Connected and Alien Labs outdoor 1/8s. As well as a ton of the Raw Garden live resin cartridges.Josh was my budtender and was helpful.  Successfully upsold me on some House 1/8 called GMO - haven't smoked it yet but it smells plenty loud and the Cannabinoid readout is in the 30% range.I like going to shops that have been in this game for a while because they understand and respect cannabis.

Just came in for my first time with my fiancé, who is a regular and we received the worst service. The shorter brunette girl that was working tonight, Wednesday 1/22.... by far the worst service. She was unfriendly and rude the entire duration of my visit. This was straight from the get go. Nothing was a catalyst to her behavior, only straight attitude. My other friends had a better experience with the other employees, not in our case. Ruined the impression for me of this establishment. I like good, quality cannabis, however not low quality service. No go for me, maybe another time when she's not there.

Clean and cool place, although a little off the beaten path. The ladies there are awesome and get you in and out quickly.

The best thing about NAN is once you go the first time you never have to go back. They can't make you.Indifferent service, unhelpful.I am sure nice people work there, but not the lady I encountered.

I've been three times and hated it twice. It's very convenient, and seems to have a good variety, but your experience will come down to the person helping you. Twice I've been "helped" by a woman who clearly was not interested in helping. The first time I shook it off bc it was my first time in the place. But the second time... here's the story. During my second visit, had the coolest time with a guy whose name I wish I could remember. I had a recommendation from a friend, and showed it to the guy on my phone. He says, we don't have that exact thing, but I have something close. It will make you feel like X, Y, Z. But I didn't want whole buds, so he steered me to a cartridge. Very nice conversation, very knowledgeable, hella personable.Third visit, and back with this woman. Showed her the same recommendation, said I know you don't have that exact thing, but the other guy showed me some whole bud. She goes, no, we don't have anything like that, and then crickets. No recommendation, no suggestions. Only, we don't have anything like that, do you need a few more minutes. I kept asking her questions, and at one point she says, oh, it's just weed. OF COURSE ITS ALL JUST WEED, but what is the delivery, strain, effects, etc? She was so supremely unhelpful, and even though this place is convenient, her lack of helpfulness is enough to have me look for another place so I don't have to take the chance that she is the one I have to work with. And to top it off -- she gave me the wrong thing when I did ask for something specific. Weed is too expensive now to not at least have a quality buying experience. Two stars because the second visit guy was amazing, otherwise this place would get one.

I been here twice now. I like the interior design and the set up. I know the price went up, but it ain't their fault. It's all those new taxes and the price for testing the goods. I don't mind paying a bit more for the pesticide free assurance. I want the high from the meds, not the pest...Keep up the good work.

Awfulness. I can't believe they are in business. Everything wrong with mainstream weed in one store. More than double the price it should be, and the worst strains and edibles. I would rather go back to buying 20 of scag off a corner boy then go here

Insane taxes. Bought a disposable vape pen with the original price of $25, ended up being ~$36 after tax. Not sure if I got punked or if taxes are actually that high. Budtender also had an attitude, not the place it used to be a few months ago, that's for sure.

They won't provide veteran's discount with a DD-214 and/or a VFW lifetime membership.  Only with a VA card.Terrible policy that needs to change.1) The DD214 is de facto attestation of [honorable] military service.2) lifetime VFW membership should speak for itself.3) every other weed shop does.Why aren't these established service documents accepted?

It bums me out when greed gets the best of once, good companies.New Amsterdam was THE place on the Westside for quality medicine. They had great prices, staff and an amazing selection.2018 comes along and this place goes to shit.  Unlike most ethically run dispensaries, New Amsterdam thought their Medicinal patients would gladly pay an extra 35% on top for taxes. All the other dispensaries I frequent were intelligent enough to at least split this fee with their patients, so that the hit wasn't so bad.  NAN, unsurprisingly, went from hopping to an absolute ghost town.Even worse you can't actually see or smell the product, because of these ridiculous containers. AND everything is sold in terrible pre-packaged bags, which completely dry out the product.  They say these are all new 'regulations', but amazingly, not a single other dispensary is following them.New Amsterdam used to have a really cool, laid-back vibe. That is also totally gone. Everyone is bitchy, as they watch their business crumble. Really sad to see, but shitty decisions will always have shitty outcomes.Get your act together!

Excellent prices and great service.  It's never been busy the few times I've visited, but it looks like they a system if it does get crowded.  A few tips:1.  Medical cannabis patients don't pay tax on items on Monday and Tuesday.2.  Use your GPS or print out a map the first time you go.  Finding the place is a wee bit tricky. 3.  Seniors (65+) get a 10% discount.

Convenient spot but the budtender dude was not helpful at all. Gave me what seemed like almost sarcastic answers to questions I had about specific types of flower. Perhaps he doesn't know the product that well. Anyways, not coming back.

Yea. First and last time coming here. I'm giving one star for the guy budtender that helped me who was a mild dick. Definitely a "yea bro"... he was super short and half assed answered questions. Very condescending. The girls there seemed super nice, the check-in was seamless... but nope not spending any more money here and will be sure to let anyone I know to steer clear of this little hole in the wall as well.

I had trouble finding New Amsterdam Naturals and there was construction going on outside, which certainly didn't help. When I figured it out, though, finding ample parking in their little lot was a nice surprise. Their location certainly is a tricky one. Once inside, it seemed I was the only customer in the place (yay 11am on a Thursday!). As a new recreational patient, check in took maybe two minutes and I was able to walk right up to a budtender on the main floor. She was chatty and knowledgeable, taking time to answer all of my questions. I stopped in for a disposable vape pen and walked out with a Bloom One - Gsc. The price was reasonable, but the taxes were crazy high, which seems to be the bane of recreational in California. The pen itself takes a lot of effort the engage and you have to inhale super deeply, which I do wish I'd been warned about before purchasing. The Gsc is a nice hybrid (girl scout cookie earned its reputation for a reason).

Usually go to that big chain with initials M-M. But wanted to try a local dispensary.  Conveniently located just off the 10 freeway and north of Venice Blvd, I found the staff all around friendly and efficient. I was in and out for a bottle of 1:1 tincture in about 15 minutes total. There's dedicated parking for customers in a small lot as well as right in front curbside. Recommended.

Came in and was really turned off by how rude the budtender REMY was and how she kept acting like it was a burden to help me . She yanked product and slammed down other options and then she gave me attitude when I asked to see more options . She even gave my friend attitude who reffered me and said she would have to give back her preroll if I didn't buy something NOW. I would recommend everyone visit a MEDMEN where the associates are friendly and helpful.

Such a dope place. Really friendly and helpful staff. I'm not a weed expert and the staff is really patient and helpful and answered all of my simple and probably annoying questions.FTP gets a 4.5 G 1/8. And everything else is priced pretty reasonably! I'd say check it out if you're in culver!

Rude security clown with the beard. One of those dudes that's super creepy to girls and feels the need to challenge any male, you know those types that really have a boyfriend on the dl.... been here a few times and same story: same dude arguing with a customer, arguing with a vendor, creepily butting into girls' convos. This place isnt worth the hype; no reason to come here.....unless you like sullen budtenders and creepy security.

Pros: Parking lot, big space, nice displays, lots of furniture. Cons: Wait was long, girl was bitchy and not helpful, then overcharged me. As a first time patient, the document they make you sign has false statements in it. Product selection is not strong either.

This place has so many things going for it I really don't know where to start! The people, the products, the deals are all amazing! Definitely the best in Culver City!

Clean, organized with a great staff. Checking the website before a visit makes transactions even speedier. Took off a star because it's cash only, although not the company's fault, and it's a bit pricey. Will miss New Amsterdam now that I've left LA.

A must go! Place is a bit hidden but definitely worth getting to. Signing up for first time is easily done on an iPad. There's a small lounge area while you wait. The selection is the real reason to go! Every strain is either top shelf or a private reserve. All for $10 a gram. I got a first time special 6 grams for $45

Likely the largest & best selection of high end concentrates in L.A. that I've ever seen. Friendly staff, expedient process even for new patients. Good security. Zero wait time. Did I mention reasonable prices? Simple: go here.

Buds are okay, lots of medium shelf stuff sold to be top shelf...come guys really. Also rolled up to dispensary at 7:44pm, they stop letting people in at 7:45 because they close at 8?.... The security guy outside argue thats its too late, as i tell him its just before 7:45, during the conversation it becomes too late, tick tick 7:45. Your new security guy held me up so i could not make it in, I use to love this place but FFS get a new outside security guy thats not a jerk. Wont be referring people here anymore.

They have a new packaging system where you don't see the buds and they are so dry!  I asked for a moderate priced indica and they gave me the most expensive one.  Buyer beware but used to trust them.   I think I'll find a new place.  Feels like I am getting ripped off.

Easily found parking on a tax free day and was kindly greeted by staff. I'm a first time customer and had the pleasure of being helped by Josh. He made this experience for me a 5-star experience for being extremely helpful and friendly. Walked out with quality products with no tax. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer--Will be coming back.

The oil cartridge I bought leaked out all over my purse, they tried to sell me a new battery after their defective cartridge ruined it. Unbelievable, Bye!

They had exactly what I wanted. I ordered online in advance. They were fast and friendly. And they're super close to me.

As good as it get! Cool staff and great buds. I like how clean the interior is beat out most dinky stores with questionable staff. They are right by the 10 Freeway and Sony studios which is helpful if you work in Culver City or live in Beverly Hills.  Parking is good and staff is friendly, they have a cool vibe in terms of music also. I get good deals and on 20th each month they have patients appreciation days which is cools as I get goody bags and free tacos if I spend some bills inside :)

I was looking for a clinic for the first time and was directed to New Amsterdam Naturals. I was short on cash and the young man waiting on me fronted me the extra cash that I needed. So helpful and so caring. I,of course, will go back and repay him. But wanted to say how clean and impressive a place this is. I am recommending it to my fellow seniors who need something for pain. I give it a 5 star review.

The best medication at the lowest donation on the west side. Everyone needs to check NNCC out. A truly compassionate collective.

What a disappointing experience! After calling in advance to verify that the dispensary could order what I wanted, who I needed to speak to about ordering it, and what I needed to bring to sign up ... I arrived to be told the person I needed to speak to was out of town and that they wouldn't accept my rec without addl info. When explained that I'd been given different information on the phone I was greeted with blank stares and dismissed by the staff.  I've been in plenty of dispensaries which followed the law and still managed to be welcoming and friendly, not sure why this one is different. The only time I was treated with any degree of customer service was when I arrived and the security guard outside came over to help me get my mobility device up the step to the door (this place isn't 100% handicapped accessible.) I can't comment on the selection or the price, but if you're a medical user or someone who needs certain products for a specific reason, save your time and go someplace else. They won't want to help you here.

They're in The Robertson area, right near the 10 freeway, not Palms. And they're great. There's a ton of parking and the workers are super helpful. Jay helped me and he will point you in the right direction. The strains they have are triple AAA and their prices are super low. I actually don't understand how anyone else nearby is still in business, because NNCC has the best herb and wax and for prices that you just cannot find anywhere else. I suggest their 727OG or their KOSHER OG, and for wax I'd recommend the CAVIAR. WOW!!!!Great weed and wax needs to be more than just strong, which it is, it also needs to taste great, which it does. They also have true HUBBY BARS, not those other cheap imitators. My go to place -why go anywhere else? why?

bad vibes. attitude from the moment you walk in. insane taxes, insane prices and the wait takes forever. i live in palms and thought this would be a convenient new dispensary but i didn't even end up making a single purchase

This place ROCKS!!! Great staff and they are always on the latest trends and strains.

Decent buds (tho nothing I would legitimately call top shelf), and great prices.  Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgable.  However, the buds tend to be pretty dry and overly handled.  Also, they have a new policy (because "someone dropped a jar") where u cannot pick up the container of bud to smell or inspect, but they allow you to reach in and grab, feel, rip apart buds, whatever. Whack.  So u are potentially getting some buds that 20 gross motherf*ckers have intimately handled and ripped apart earlier that day.Last, and possibly most importantly, these guys have shorted twice in the last month or so.  Yes only a gram each time, but when u go in to buy 3 grams you don't expect to get your head beat by 33%.  The first time they were honorable and made up the difference.  This last time they basically told me to go f*ck myself.  Granted I used all the "medication" they did give me so there was nothing for them to weigh and verify...but still, $10 is a few visits worth of tips from me...which I now hafta withhold until the $10 is made up...I hate being an a$$hole.

You guys are the best, never giving my money to anyone else!!!  FRANK AND JASON IN THE HOUSE!!! btw the same security guard told me the same as the last guy.  No prob, just realize you made a mistake and go to the not as good, but still open dispensary less that 2 blocks away.  Don't blame security for you not doing research, it clearly states no patients after 7:45pm on website.  Oh and shout out to jasmine and rico you guys are quality!  You would be silly to believe any negative review about this place, I've been coming for 6-7 years and will continue for a lifetime.

The place is clean and nice and parking is easy. I have been here several times and while I'll say the staff is friendly I will say I have NEVER picked up any Top shelf here. Although I have purchased what they claim to be top shelf, as that is all I buy, it simply isn't the case. Their flower is medium grade and has never been above that in the 10 plus times I've been here.

They did not calculate the proper tax for me and charged me 32% taxes with a medical rec. The flowers were dry as a bone and prepackaged so you don't get to see what you are actually buying until you get home. The front desk girl was incredibly rude to the point I almost walked out but she had my license in hand so I was stuck. No one like that should ever have contact with the general public. Very disappointing.

I won't go back. I can spend my $250 a month at one of the many other dispensary's. I walked out after just the front desk was full of attitude. I guess they have plenty of customers they don't need anymore.

I've been going to this dispensary since I became a medical patient. I am so thankful to have these products. They have amazing customer service, great selection of edibles including gummies, chocolate. I also like the balm. Sunday through Tuesday they have no tax for medical patients. This is awesome!

i Went Here because my friend told me they Carry GL420 Diamonds but When i Got there they Did Not Have it. They Have More Selection of Flowers than Anything Else. The Budtender told Me they Will Be Getting More Exotic Concentrates like 5Carats Diamonds And Once they Do then this Shop Will Be Great!

Okay let me preference this by saying i was frequent customer of this place and would still be if not for there horrifying treatment of people. They have pretty average weed and the prices vary from 25  to $90 for the eighth. you can actually get much better deals for stronger quality at "THE GREEN VILLAGE" dispensary down street. They have a beautiful Aesthetic that i really enjoyed, like a mac store when you walk in. which may explain there astronomically high prices. Now to the trigger that prompted this review and why i'll never give them business again. This place has absolutely no loyalty to there customers or any symbolism of customer service. I was verbally mistreated by there security at the front door because he would not accept my ID. very rudely he told me that i could not speak to the manager and or any other security that i've seen in the past. I had a valid physical copy that has been accepted at this place as well as multiple businesses and state officials before. this was upsetting enough but when I went to retrieve my ID the physical hard copy that the security requested i have,  he turned me away and said that quote "i won't be shopping here today" WOW! the fact that they let security be this rude to guests in the beginning during our initial dispute is bad enough. But now to be turn away for no reason at all feels like a violation of my rights, as a medical marijuana user with a disability I will be taking it further then this review but i also want the public to be aware that this place does not value your business. Again don't waste your time and money for a cute aesthetic!! go to "The Green Village dispensary" down the street, they have the same stuff.  located on venice right across from helms bakery

This is my favorite cannabis store.  Great staff, good prices.  Consistent every time I walk in the door.  Sativa, Indica, a blend?  Gummies, bud, cookies it's all there.

Had one of my migraines this morning so visiting this place last night paid off big time.  Lovely edibles selection if you enjoy punch bars or lemonades.  Staff and facility are clean and Covid friendly.  The blond girl at the counter last night was very helpful toward my confused and oblivious boyfriend.  The patience she showed when helping him was sweet.  California edibles don't always carry a wide selection, but this place had some decent products and knowledgeable staff.  I got quite a selection of things and at a way lower cost than some comparable shops in the area.  I got my selection for under $50.  I recommend this as a nice little Culver City spot for weed products.

I accidentally discovered my new favorite dispensary, I say by accident because I only found this place because I was brunching in Santa Monica and was desperately looking for a dispensary that sold the WestCoast CurePod "Lucky Charmz". Was super shocked to not only find that they sold it but for less than I was purchasing it elsewhere. The place is in a hidden spot that I never knew existed, the inside is a nice layout and the people there is super friendly. They have all the brands I'm looking for at the price I want. They now have a new favorite customer, now I just have to break-up with my old dispensary

Funny there is drama in a weed shop. I went in tonight after a long day at work and a long day for a person of color of color - in need of some medicinal support. I was speaking to the clerk and she was going over the selection. During the engagement I saw some items on the wall, and I was asking about the cost and the items. The white/hispanic man with the pepper beard and black mask rudely told me "to move over." I did not appreciate his tone but complied. Then my clerk handed me plastic atm machine. During the transaction I consciously moved into the original position. So its odd that I can stand there to pay and patronize - but not to look at items that I intend to purchase. I felt a way and called the clerk a b word and I stand by what I said! He needs to watch his tone and learn how to talk to customers. I then called back to speak to a manager - and of course he answered and tried to rationalize and justify his unprofessional and disrespectful tone. Light skin privilege is a thing! Bet I will be there tomorow and will be articulating my qualm in person. I might take his picture and post it here with an additional photo.

I just moved in from another area and decided to give this dispensary a shot despite the three star reviews.Boy was I disappointed, the security guard and the lady working up front were  super non friendly, I presented the lady my medical card,  she went out of her way to give me problems "verifying the address " bull shit ....  I showed her multiple forms of Identification and she persisted on being a Karen and calling security on me , I let him know that if this is how they treat a new patient I'm out they both didn't seem to give a fk . I took a pic of the security guy and he starts following me home . I will NEVER be back here I spend over thousands on weed but will never give these turds business. Nice spot tucked in a remote corner of Culver City's east border off Venice Blvd. There's little traffic around the shop so plenty of parking available. Social distancing enforced and mask required.I was with a friend who loves this spot and it was busy so I believe they must have good prices and deals.

Horrible quality. Bud tender misrepresented shake as being "pre ground" where machines removed sticks and stems. It was absolute bogus and now I paid 60 dollars for a bag of sticks. My husband called to complain and they couldn't care less and would not help me at all. Not only that their prices are highly inflated. You can see on the van the recommended selling price vs what they actually sold it for. Go somewhere else

This store is amazing! So new, so clean. Very organized. They have a great selection of edibles and flower. The staff is very nice too. They have an ATM on the premises and offer a discount for first time patients.

A great overall experience! Was in Los Angeles for 2 days and decided to look for a local dispensary for when I hit the road. The process was quick, but very informative, and loved the insight and communicative nature of the staff there! Really made me feel like I was more than just a patient or customer. Mt bud tender was super helpful and informative. I would love to visit here again, and I highly recommend it.

They are dishonest about their payment system. They say you can use debit cards or cash, but it’s actually cash only. If you use a debit card they just stick it in a portable ATM, so you get overcharged for the product you are buying (they round the price up), hit with ATM fees from the ATM you didn’t know you were using, and an additional fee from your bank. I didn’t find this out until I looked at my bank statement. Three weeks, a disputed charge, and several hours on the phone with Chase later, I finally figured out that this place is what caused such a huge headache. How about just be honest about how much you are charging and exactly how you are charging your customers.

Okay let me preference this by saying i was frequent customer of this place and would still be if not for there horrifying treatment of people. They have pretty average weed and the prices vary from 25 to $90 for the eighth. you can actually get much better deals for stronger quality at “THE GREEN VILLAGE” dispensary down street. They have a beautiful Aesthetic that i really enjoyed, like a mac store when you walk in. which may explain there astronomically high prices. Now to the trigger that prompted this review and why i’ll never give them business again. This place has absolutely no loyalty to there customers or any symbolism of customer service. I was verbally mistreated by there security at the front door because he would not accept my ID. very rudely he told me that i could not speak to the manager and or any other security that i’ve seen in the past. I had a valid physical copy that has been accepted at this place as well as multiple businesses and state officials before. this was upsetting enough but when I went to retrieve my ID the physical hard copy that the security requested i have, he turned me away and said that quote “i won’t be shopping here today” WOW! the fact that they let security be this rude to guests in the beginning during our initial dispute is bad enough. But now to be turn away for no reason at all feels like a violation of my rights, as a medical marijuana user with a disability I will be taking it further then this review but i also want the public to be aware that this place does not value your business. Again don’t waste your time and money for a cute aesthetic!! go to “The Green Village dispensary” down the street, they have the same stuff.
