Don't go. Got a simple (but overpriced) pre-roll that was packed too tight, had a hole in it, a stick, a stem, AND A SEED. Called and received terrible customer service only to be told I couldn't get a refund because it was lit (which mine you, DUH how would I else would I find out it was packed too tight) but instead drive allllll the way back to most likely receive the same poor product. So many other great places to get weed in LA so no need for you to come here.

I came to this place a year ago and decided never to come back mostly in part for the outrageous prices they have. And I get it partly is due to the area the store is located/product quality. So I decided to give it a second shot. Mainly for the great customer service I initially received. I was running on short time and decided to give this place a second chance. This time I brought a friend with me. As we checked in the person who attended us was friendly and quick. As we got attended by the bud tender (some guy) we got a completely different vibe. Initially we informed him that my friend was there for the first time. Usually, the bud tender informs the guests regarding the products and specials they have for first time customers. I had asked if they didn't offer tickets to inform the bud tenders if we were first time customers. He answered with a halfwitted tone as if I had asked a stupid question and informed me that every dispensary worked differently. This guy did bare to minimum informing us about anything. He then proceeded informed us about their lowest cost affordable item they had which was their 2 gram $10 herb. We were waiting to be informed about anything else but that's as far as he got with informing us regarding any product. Like I mentioned earlier we were running out of time and my friend and I decided to buy the measly 2 gram $10 product you had. The entire time we were made felt uncomfortable and moronic as if we had never bought herb in our entire life. Any dispensary in the hood gives your better customer service than what we received here. Mind you this place initially gave me great customer service that's why I decided to give it a second chance despite the ridiculous prices. But after what my friend and I endured here on the second shot. I will never again buy from this dispensary. I rather stay with out medicinalsAnd wait to drive where I know I'll be treated with better customer service.

Parking is out front on the street. You will have to show your I.D. and they check the birth date. When you go in the back most are helpful, we made a choice to buy things to help with pain for Mom who is 84 and her new P.A. Won't write a opioid (light one) because Mom has bad arthritis in her knees, her knees are pretty destroyed and so painful. The medical industry is failing our old people. The  kid who helped us was pretty high so making her understand what we needed took some time. This was clean and cared for place, cash only and they will charge 34% tax. We got 2 tinctures, 2 pain rubs and 2 gummies for $232.00. Cheaper in Vegas but you save the drive and the gas money so cost would probably the same. We're glad we went.

As soon as I arrived the Security Guard was rude. He was not friendly or warm he yelled at me to park some where else. He was an asshole. And the Girl at the register looked at me dead like she did not say Hello or let me see your ID. The girl in the back was not helpful FOR SHIT Did not OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ASKED QUESTIONS. She just looked at me retarded. Recreational Weed is already expensive as it is at least give us the paying people a great Experience especially during these TIMES. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR WHOLE STAFF. 8/3/2020 11:00 ISH.

Mostly like this place except prices kinda high. However today girl named Christy super rude and not helpful with service. If you gonna charge high prices at least have good service ‍

LAX CC is close to the airport, making it very popular for tourists.  There's a lot of free street parking right in front of the shop, so it makes it easy to go in and out.  They carry a good variety of items and I'm always in and out of there in a few minutes.  My new favorites are the sour gummy edibles ... they have a vegan one which I have been searching for.Check weed maps before you go to see what they have available.  No cell phones allowed inside.Only thing I wish they would do is not let everyone in to the back room at once.  If there are only 2 people working the counter they should just have two paying (groups of) customers back there, or else it gets very crowded.  Because all of the items are in a glass counter with a corner, if there are too many people at the counter it makes it super tight and sometimes hard to see.

If I can give this place Zero Stars I promise you I would. My wife and I visited this place through recommendation and soon as we got there we were met with no parking! We had to park across the street and walk to to the dispensary. As we sat in our car  we saw a lady sitting in her car smoking weed, and how shocking that this was the same lady who ended up helping us when we went inside 30 minutes later!! Apparently she was on her break and smoking. When we went inside she seemed careless about things when we were asking her questions and at the same time she was so high it was ridiculous. I think it's cool to work at dispensary but when all of your employees are high as fuck it's ridiculous. It seems so unprofessional to have all of these little ass kids working at this place and they're not regulated by any guidelines. It was a young Hispanic girl with a ponytail.

Dope selection. Was my first stop from the airport and the Easton runtz is fire the pre roll seelection was pretty dope but no pack woods (to be fair I had a hard time finding those)

Security guard called me "Princess" when I pulled into the parking spot in front of the building they illegally coned off and told me to find another place to park. I'm about to patronize your store, using a parking spot you have no claim to, and you use sexist, misogynist language with me? Nope. Hope this place closes.

Nice people. Overpriced. Purchased CBD tincture (15ml ~450mg) for $70. I went to the manufacture website and the retail price should be $50. Not a big deal for a 1-time purchase, but I won't be going back. Found an online supplier (CBD Distillery) w/ competitive prices and good quality.

No parking available. If the side street is packed, park in Bristol Farms lot. Prices are higher than market value. Experience was indifferent and not helpful. Most places will usually help you determine which choice of medication is best for your needs/pain. Here, you are expected to know what you want. Prices are not even labeled (every single other place I been to were clearly marked).I wouldn't come here again.

This USED to be a fantastic spot, not anymore. I have waited a couple days to write this to pick my words. They raised the prices ridiculously, and they scan your ID before and after your purchase. Why!? Feels like they are building up some kinda data base. I wish this place the best, the staff is amazing. I will be exploring other shops hoping to find one that is more like the old LAXCC of 2017.

I suppose it is my fault for picking probably the most touristy location for a weed shop; right next to LAX. The bud tender was the worst I had ever purchased from. I told her I was looking for a balanced hybrid and with no discussion she reached in the cabinet, grabbed a jar and just walked over to the register. Evidently, they only sell one strain in the store that matches that description. It's not like she was busy, the only people in the place were the employees. The flower she picked was the weakest weed I have smoked in a few years. A gram of the dirt weed plus a $10 chillum (wtf?) set me back $30. She gave me no receipt so who knows how much of that actually went in the register.

I was visiting from out of town and I got some good herb.All the staff were pleasant to be around and very helpful.I wish I could say more but I was there for about 2 minutes.

Three star because the website was alright to look at and the reviews helped. But severe lack of organizational skills, have fun standing in line, if you want to call it that lol it's just a bunch of people standing around looking at eachother wondering who's being called next or if they themselves are in line lol. Bud tenders are rushed because of this, no one wants to help explain the prouducts. Seems like a cash hole with some strains they got lucky with having in store. So really, thanks to the producers of the flower I got and that's about it lol

Overall pretty solid and will return.Pretty standard dispensary. I haven't been to many, maybe 5? Was small but not too crowded, people coming and going. Cane in a Friday night about 6pm. Selection is decent, includes flower, edibles, resin, and prob concentrate but I didn't inquire about the latter.Prices are little high, but can still find decent prices if you go with less expensive stuff. Place is cash only, but there's an atm inside.I was specifically looking for edibles, picked up sour belts for $20. Comes with 10pcs, 10mg each. I really liked it, and will likely go back to get more when I'm out. I ate whole belt and 1.5hrs later started to feel it. Was really good for 2hrs then it got a little more than I planned, which was fine but I didn't want to be that stoned. But I'm a long time smoker and it was fine. I just couldn't get as much done. That last maybe another 2hrs. Watched some Peaky Blinders and had a really great time. Next time will do half a belt.I also picked up resin for my vape but haven't tried yet.

Would leave no stars if I could, visiting from Texas I stay in Cali for more then a week at a time and visit atleast once a month so I'm no beginner when it comes to the laws and regulations in the business. It was going to be my stepmothers first time inside a dispensary and her and my girlfriend were denied entry because my girlfriend isn't 21+ but let me mention she is indeed 18+ with a California medical card. So I'm already confused as to why she wasn't let in so I go in I am 22, and I also show my med ID which is issued in Cali, just for the front desk guy to tell me it's no good there that it doesn't apply and every store that they've accepted it is illegal . And I've been to TLC, cookies, lb collective and MANY other stores that are well in the laws and regulation so how are these stores illegally operating but this store is somehow well in the rights? The guy took 1 look at my drivers license saw I'm older then 21 and let me in. My license could have been a fake but he payed no mind to that , let me right in without any type of wait to make a account or anything. Which in my experience is very unprofessional, every store treats you like royalty because they focus on the customers satisfaction while this store is more worried about their own beliefs and being right , embarrassment of employees who act like they know what they're talking about just to make a sale. Seeing as how it's close to the airport they get away with a lot of this because they sell to out of town folks. But with the amount I visit Cali I wasn't fooled. The guy really told me my california med card is basically fake and that the doctor made $50 off me haha. Will never be shopping here again when I shop I always max out my limit 8 ozs at each store and 8grams of concentrate. But at this store I wasn't even comfortable spending $40. Y'all need to work on customer relations, this is a poor excuse of a dispensary.

-very limited selection of edibles. 90% chocolate-related-literally could NOT hear what sales girl said over the blaring music. and I personally love loud music-packaging you receive: large clumsy white bank envelope? its tedious. hard to open. ha

I should've listened to the reviews. Extremely overpriced and the customer service is bad. Two of the women I dealt with seemed annoyed with my question and didn't really seem willing to help. One was stoned with an attitude, maybe you shouldn't do edible if you're gonna be a bitch. Definitely wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. 0 stars.

I've come here quite a few times for meds, and although their quality is reliably good, their prices are RIDICULOUS! You call yourselves a collective, but give little to no discounts whatsoever when a patient is donating for a 1/4, 1/2, or oz. To my own fault, I've spent thousands of dollars here due to the abundance of good quality.  Now I've come to feel like I'd rather buy 6 grams each of a different type @90 than the 1/4 @100.  They need to work on that, & their service.  A few of their employees I've noticed weigh grams to 0.9 barely teetering on the 1.0 scale.  I mean come on!?  If you're going to charge retail prices the least you could do is 1.0-1.1 on the scale.. There's other quality spots in Marina, Venice, Culver, West LA, etc that hook up 1.2 per gram, 1/8s for 45, and further discounts the more you spend.  I come here cause it's the most conveniently located, but after this experience today when he weighed a few of my grams @0.9 and I spoke up and he gave me grief for it, I will be looking elsewhere.  The strains aren't THAT good.  In fact, I wasn't even going to post this review until now when I popped open the LAX Afghan, & there were seeds throughout the entire nug!  And that's a strain they put their name on?  Sigh.. There's a new dispensary that just opened up nearby, gonna try that one next.   Thanks for providing quality medicine 90% of the time (1 star), but really needs to work on taking better care of your loyal customers & quality checking your meds for seeds.. Glad I didn't get more of that LAX Afghan! It smelled great & looked amazing from the outside.

My first time in a dispensary and I'm so disappointed with the experience here.  I don't know what the heck I need and the unknowledgeable staff had no guidance to lend, dancing around every question I had. The music was so loud I just picked shit at random and bailed. Is it quality? Who knows.Is it fair pricing? Who knows. What I do know is that I won't be returning.

Three stars because of the great location. Literally down the street from LAX. I thought the prices were stupid. Especially since it started as a medical place, and now that it's recreational they fuck you. They guy who helped me hinted for tips and literally eyeballed the cash he gave back to me seeing if I'd give him something. I'm a newbie and there was no special deals or discounts mentioned or offered. Plus they scan your id twice? Weird. Oh and I guess they only take cash sometimes and sometimes card. Weird again. I'll be checking other dispensaries while in Cali.

This is my go to shop since moving to south bay, since the shops near gardena and compton are ghetto and quite scary. 3 stars only because of pricing (PERSONAL REASON), only because im used to my noho shops of 30 cap all day. 2 for 30 is crazy, and paying 50-70$ an 8th is crazy.  Im used to 8-10$ g's of amazing beauty, but cant hate.  Other items like edibles may be a dollar or couple more than others.  But dont forget this is near LMU, rent is high, i get it, i cant disrespect.People are nice, good selection.  Some ppl know the buds, some dont, just like anywhere else.  Some ppl just get high on anything, some value taste, smell,touch, color, mind, body, etc.No problems here, only love, im just used to other pricing, no disrespect.  Good vibes

Bought a defective select elite cartridge-After vaping about 3/4 of the cartridge, it stopped hitting. I called the shop and, after being offered basic maintenance and troubleshooting advice, I was told to bring it in. When I get there The counter girl takes my battery and cartridge to "be tested". She emerges about 15 minutes later to finally tell me both the cartridge AND battery were defective. I tell her the battery was fine-I used it right before I came with a different cartridge (of the same brand) She remains adamant that the battery is broken and even claims they tried using several different cartridges on that battery and none of them worked. Complete boldfaced lie - The battery works like a champ. Anyways, she seems annoyed and disappears into the back again. A few minutes later, some tall dude comes out &claims that they can't return it since less than 20% of the cartridge is left. At this point that's not even the issue. I didn't expect a freebie; just a solution. Its obvious these people are lying. This new guy can't even offer ANY type of explanation why the cartridge has stopped working but also can't/won't do anything about it... Why dafuq did I waste time coming in? How do they measure how much has been used? Why did they claim the battery was broken when it's working just fine as I type this? Terrible experience at this place today. Weedmaps reviews show compelling evidence that they sold possibly fake Kingpen cartridges and I've never had a problem with a select elite before I bought one here... DO NOT GO TO LAX CC 21. They only offer fake/defective products and weak, overpriced flower. So many better options nearby.

This place is one of the worst dispensaries I've ever shopped at. The staff are really bad at customer service and talking about their product. They labeled my flowers incorrectly and gave me incorrect change. I know being high is expected when you're a bud tender but c'mon, at least keep it together and represent your dispensary well!

Best stop from LAX much cheaper than medmen. $20 from airport one way which isn't bad. Selection is decent. Good deals can't go wrong

They did it again!  This is the LAST time that I will ever step into this infirmary.  EVER.This store operates by flooding the inner sanctum with cute and personable young women to deal with customers But the way it REALLY operates is to keep some anti-social asshole locked in the back monitoring the goings on via CCTV.This turd is scared to death of people and leaves all inter-personal relations to the young girls.If there's a problem such as the one I encountered today when I was given the wrong cartridges and asked for an exchange that arises, the girls have to knock on the steel door waiting for the troll to let them inside.There, the girl explains the customer's complaint.  There is where the asshole locked behind the door makes his decision.  And he NEVER, EVER decides in the customers' favor.  As I said, this little pissant is too scared of people to interact with them, and leaves it to the girls to break the bad news to the complainant.Save yourself the aggravation and just give this shithole a pass.  You'll be glad you did.But

My hubby went in really not knowing what to buy . The lady behind the counter with gold fingertips was wayyyyy to hi to work asked for the best and strongest Indica she gives me 2 hybrids 1 at 14% THC .. couldn't understand a Word she was saying ... she either just got all of her teeth pulled out or she was smoked out .. i've been coming here since the day they opened .. but today kind of pissed me off because I'm headed out of town and now I have two hybrids which is not the feeling I wanted .. other than that cool place

Poopy weed at a poopy price. Also their edibles only go up to 100 mg ‍. They make most their money off tourists flying into LAX because they don't know that nobody pays 75 an 8th

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Gil is the best, well versed in his strains and provides solid recommendations. His excellent customer service and the friendly atmosphere will keep us coming back for all of our medicinal needs.

Visiting for the first time was a great experience the prices were higher which I was expecting as the product is of high great quality. I was introduced to new items that caught my attention and those were great valuable purchases. Customer service was great!

I've been to this place off and on for the past 6 years. Management never stay the same. This last time I went was not a great experience at all. I was just there about 3 months ago but I had to fill out a form like I'm a new patient. I mentioned since Im filling out a form shouldn't I get a perk for a first time patient.  They told me they ran out of perks. Ok now I know I'm not spending a great deal of cash in here. Let me get a quarter and get out. Prices are $10.00 higher than I previously went but the quality is top notch. The lady at the desk had a fake smile like she didn't want to be bothered. So I go in the guy says what do you want. At this point I was about to walk out but I bought a quater of Kosher Kush. Very good strain and fresh product. My total experience I won't be going back because of the poor personal service.

One of the most well-organized collectives I'm a member of. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and there is a great variety of medicines for all symptoms. I hope this place stays around for a long time. Side note, they update Leafly quicker than any other collective I know of! Super helpful if you're wondering about a specific medicine's availability before you go.

Honestly what absolute trash.. The plant the sell is being sold by this company as, & I quote "medical" As a disabled man I spent two hours traveling by bus to get to this location and was turned away when asking for compassion. Any dispensary that does not offer free medicine for disabled low income clients is not a "medical" dispensary. In closing the owners can step up and do the right thing.

I've been here a couple of times. Call in advance because they are picky about your paperwork; just make sure you have what they want before making the trek.Once inside, there's a nice selection of bud and oils. The staff are generally very good and friendly. I even went three minutes before closing one time and they let me in. Worth noting that they have first-time visitor specials on the bud. I'm still in awe that you can now buy cannibus in beautiful stores like this.

Very knowledgeable staff! Jesus at the front was so nice! Couldn't recommend this place enough! If their prices seem high, remember  you get what you pay for. If you want subpar product you pay those kind of prices.

HANG ON TO YOUR MONEY!!!  As a local former loyal patient of LAXCC, I was shocked when going in to pick up medication to find they raised the prices on so many medications.  When I asked why the ridiculous overpricing? Wow, staff lied by hiding behind the statement "The government made us do it!"   Not cool. Many other dispensaries have NOT gouged their patients!  The government DIDNT make you do it.  You became GREEDY due to recreational users lined up at your door!  Remember, many of us are PATIENTS with MEDICAL DOCTOR RECOMMENDATIONS for our MEDICINE!  Last time I checked, MEDICATION CANNOT BE TAXED! Yet, LAX CC taxes medication!  Not Cool.  Thank goodness for other HONEST dispensaries who maintain the quality AND the cost for patients that need medication.! Hope it was worth it because you lost a lot of loyal patients who have been there since you opened your doors!   Not cool, not cool, not cool!

This place used to be my go-to before it went recreational, but recently it has gone down hill. The prices went up a lot, and for the first time in my life I was shorted on a weed deal. Keep in mind, I used to buy weed from G'd-up cholos back in the day, and I never felt cheated, ever. But yesterday, I went by and bought one of their expensive-ass 8ths, and when I got home it looked small. Since they lock your stuff up in that little bag it's hard to tell, and they seem to know that. When I got home I weighed the one nug, and it was only 3 grams. Go to Stone Age pharmacy in Compton, it's waaaaaay better.

This place is a rip off!!!!  They don't stand behind their products that have a lifetime warranty. Their prices are ridicules. And their selection sucks.  Prior to the beginning of the year they were amazing.  Great customer service, great selection, great prices.   THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!   Go somewhere else.  I'm actually going back into this post and adding more after I called to try and get info on how to warranty it myself.  I got the same lady and she continued to talk down to me like I'm an idiot.  She said hold on a minute and put me on hold for over 10 min.  Would loved to hear what she was going to come back with but I don't have all day to deal with this.  AGAIN DONT BUY HERE!!!

I think this place has 4 stars simply because of its proximity to LAX. You get off the plane, rent your car, go to the nearest dispensary. That would be this place. The prices were outrageous for the quality of the product. As another reviewer commented, I felt like I was being upsold, like my budtender was hustling me for tips. I'll tip a couple bucks, but you're not waiters, guys. I'm not giving you a % of my total! It seriously put me off. I understand L.A. is an expensive place to live, but maybe the owner of this establishment should boost his employees' wages so they don't seem so thirsty? When I was able to sample the flower I bought, it crumbled in my hand. No moisture in it. It tasted fine and did the job, but not completely. It was obvious it was old. Just a tip.... back home, when the flower starts getting old, they give it away as gifts with purchase. The edibles I bought? I know in CA they can't exceed 10mg per dose, but that usually works for me. I had to eat 4 to feel any relief. Yikes! The location kind of bummed me out. It's on a very busy street, with no discreet or secure parking. I felt like I could have gotten mugged pretty easily trying to get back to my car. Security was very lax. I'll do my homework next time I visit town.

LAXCC is an awesome disp!! They have a lot of different types of herb to choose from with prices ranging from the usual top shelf cost to more budget-friendly prices (which is awesome if you're on a tight budget but still need your medication)..and it's ALL fresh! I've never received anything dried out, regardless of how little I paid! The oooonly thing I can say they should improve upon is their selection/variety of edibles. They had plenty of medicated candies to choose from but only had one type of "baked" treat for sale the last time I went (almost 2 weeks ago) and it wasn't that great..Oreo cookie covered in medicated chocolate..mehh. Oh, and they're kinda difficult to reach on the phone.Everything else about this place is wonderful though

Love the staff... great team from security, to receptionist to caregivers/servers. I am always greeted with a friendly  smile! The only thing I would change about this place is parking situation (since Cupid is a little stingy). Nice area and wonderful modern set up when you first enter the establishment. There is a "New window and a "returning window which gives great clarity. When you go inside the strains are ample and plentiful

Don't buy vape cartridges here!  They don't come in a sealed package, the oil is super watery and there is zero effect when you inhale.  Just simply bad medication.

Large range of products, decently priced for the westside, safe and easy to access. What more can you ask for!

The best place to go for all your herbal needs in westchester. Awesome first time patient deal and you can even get free grams with reviews on sites like yelp! Super friendly and helpful staff as well!

I will neither confirm or deny that I am a customer of LAXCC.  What I will say is this, they take terrific care of their storefront, always keep it clean and should be considered a solid and positive contributing member of the Westchester business community. While many of the other businesses on Lincoln Boulevard refuse or neglect to keep their storefronts tidy and attractive, each of the several dispensaries on the block are excellent examples of businesses that take pride in the way that they present themselves.Regardless of how you feel about medical marijuana dispensaries, it's hard not to acknowledge that these businesses are good for the storefront presentation quality of the neighborhood.So I say live and let live as long as they continue acting in a responsible and professional manner.

Huge selection. Literally "Dank Heaven". They have bomb edibles to & the prices are good! My only wish is that they were open later! I'd come here everyday if they stayed open later. The bud tenders are always cool! They have good FTP deals to so this shop is definitely worth a try, you won't be disappointed

This review is only regarding the concentrates sold at this dispensary. The shop has a large selection and great quality flowers, the staff is fairly friendly, and the building is nice. My issue is with the concentrate PRICES. They are literally almost double every other dispensary I've been; $90 for one gram! Insane. Also their attitude regarding the extreme prices was pretty lame. Go literally anywhere else if you want concentrates. If you just want flowers this place is great.

This is one of the nicest dispensaries I have been to. I was thoroughly impressed with the selection and quality of bud, and the prices were more than reasonable. The pre rolls are legit, and the lollipops are my new favorite edible. Alex was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I highly recommend it.

Plus they have an incredible selection of varieties and products for all types of treatment.I've been to many different dispensaries throughout the years, shady and legit alike, and LAXCC is among the best of the best.I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable dispensary.

One of the best dispensaries in LA. Great staff, excellent medicine, and a very comfortable inviting atmosphere. Pricing is also very reasonable and product selection is vastly varied. I recommend it!

Mmm what I feared would happen, happened. Something that started off great is slowly dipping, especially since their competition moved away. For one, they raised their prices. Not only that, they seriously jipped me the last time I went. I didn't say anything because I didn't notice it until I got home but it was definitely less than a gram. I took pics that I was going to send in but no email address. Also, the more times I go here, the more I realize that nobody there actually knows anything about any of the different types of product that they have. They pretty much say the same thing about every one. They need to try them and have a cheat sheet that they can refer to so they actually know how each one affects you. Quite honestly, I'm looking for a new go to place. Anyone know any good ones who are consistent and fair in price? Thanks!

Great selection and knowledgable staff, easy location. The only thing I would suggest is to turn down the music a tad. I like the casual atmosphere with the music but sometimes it's too loud to talk.

One of the best dispensaries I've been to in west LA.  Large selection, good prices and quality product.  The tenders have alway been amazing with me and are knowledgeable about the products they carry. I stopped going anywhere else ever since I gave them a try! :)

they keep raising the prices. the product i buy is at least 11 dollars more than at other dispensaries that i had tried.  will not be going back.

I have been a loyal and faithful customer of LAX CC for three-and-a-half years. I used to love them. I used to love their front desk and everybody who worked in the back. But now they're just mercenary and a lot of new people that don't give a damn about customer service.   I have a perfect,  active, 7 year old  medical license, in perfect standing,  so it's unbelievable to me that the last three times I went there ,they can't find me in the system, they make me fill out new patient  paperwork and treat me so rudely that I will never go back. I I asked for the manager, who said that of course they knew me,  and he was really sorry but I still have to start all over again...( this all happened before the election that allows us to go buy pot from anywhere now). This is a shame. I love this shop and I loved their front desk girls and I love the guys in the back with the great hair. But their customer service sucks and they don't really care about you being a customer long time so now I go to Nile Collective.

Parking on side street was clutch... First time experience was nice! I got lucky and found an amazing smelling sativa that had all my friends asking where I got the flower from. I plan to return soon, I just wish there were lower prices! :)

Went for vape cartridges they advertise on weed maps and they didn't have any. The girls that work there are like 12 years old and have the worst attitudes. The guys are ok but seem bothered when you ask for help. I was charged 30$ for a kiva bar that's 20$ everywhere else. Had to sign up as a new patient for some strange reason yet didn't get any discounts or treats.  Dispensaries should operate like pharmacies, not 18+ clubs. Really horrible experience. Def making the trip to the Kush Mart next time. Cheap as hell and the people are sweet.

I had been driving by this place for many months now so when I got my card it was the first place I went. I had heard that people get freebies on their first stop in dispensaries but sadly I didn't get any here. I read that another person had first time deals and I didn't get that either! Overall it was a good experience the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly but the products were a bit overpriced. I might return but I'm going to try out a few new places.

This place is great!! Loved my double og!!! And price was right! The service is something that is personal and prompt. The tenders are very in tune with their products and their effects for their patients. Personally this is what I look for in a coop that does the right business.

Great place to find a wide variety of top notch strains. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have mix and match deals every day of the week as well!

Very clean and easy process. Street parking isn't too hard to find. Once you walk in you're kindly greeted and you have to show your ID and medical card/certificate and then they buzz you in. The displays are very organized and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Someone will greet you right away and they will be your "advisor" who will make recommendations based on what you're looking for. They'll allow you to smell the strains to better judge what you would like. Last time I went, Alex helped me out and he was super nice and was more than willing to make suggestions, since I'm always open to trying something new! And they have fresh strains even their pre-rolled are pretty potent depending on which one you get. It's definitely worth it to get a top shelf pre-rolled because it is coated with keef. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wide and fresh selection as well as friendly workers :)

Great selection and very clean, staff if friendly though they seem to hurry you out a little quick.  They seem to get annoyed if you look at the extensive menu longer than a minute.  Things that make this a not-5-star review?  Music too loud, donation fees went up with no explanation and no break on donation for larger quantities.  Also, they don't have any happy hours, or any incentive programs or anything like that.  As someone else mentioned, nice location has it's drawbacks, you kind of feel like the world is watching you as you walk in or out due to all the traffic on Lincoln.  That said solid place and good people.

Great selection of dank bud, great people, attractive girls. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable about everything on the menu. Love there edibles and love there selection they have on that as well but this is by far my favorite club and always will out with a smile. Definitely recommend!

I can only imagine that the other reviews were paid for. I've been here several times and there is nothing five stars about this place. When clean green was open next door I never came here because clean Green had much Better product, service and hours. Now that clean green is gone you would think these guys would want to win all of that available business. Clearly they don't. Not only is there stuff of a lower quality, but their people are of a lower quality, too. I called at 7:40 to confirm they were open until 8. I was told yes. I get to the door at 7:49 and am told they're closed. The security guy says they close the doors at 7:55. I point out its 7:49. A manager comes and says they close at 7:50. I point out its 7:49 and they advertise open until 8 and I called as was told 8. There's now a group of literally 8-10 others expecting them to be open until 8. Instead of being apologetic or letting us in at 7:49 the manager was just a total douche, turned us all away and then wanted to argue. You can find better stuff at better prices without the douchebaggery. That was my last visit here.

This place was my first dispensary ever so it has a major spot on my yelp review first thing I must tell you you do have to park on the streets that's what sucks but other then that and the fact that you can't take pics is the only down fall when you walk in you're greeted by the security guard then you go up and give them your ID then they will let you enter the dispensary when you enter you might have to wait a couple of people but not a major wait so I always come in a dispensary looking for strains that keep me sharp and focused and medically I look for strains that help with pain and stress!! I ended up getting 2 gs of mimosa and 2 gs of green crack they were having a sell 2 for $25 sales are always awesome Mimosa- which is a hybrid that is more sativa dominate the effects are happy,uplifted,focused,energetic and relaxed medically it helps with stressGreen Crack- don't be fooled by the name it's completely harmless this sativa is a perfect one for staying active the effects are energetic,happy,uplifted,euphoric and focused medically it helps with stress I also got 2 pre rolls and 2 edible gummy's one sour apple and one blueberry yummm for the 2 pre roll strains I got lemon tree and banana og Lemon tree- which is a sativa effects relaxed,happy,uplifted,euphoric and creative medically helps with stress Banana og- which is a hybrid effects relaxed,happy,euphoric,sleepy and tingly medically it helps with pain Definitely will always come back to this place!!

Bought an 1/8 of super silver haze on 10/09/2020. When I got home noticed that the seal was broken and some of the product had been taken. Weighed it out it game out to 2.O instead of 3.5. Completely disappointing that they would stealfrom their customers. Paid $75. Do not trust these people. They steal their own products from reoccurring paying customers.

This joint (yay puns) was close to the airport with decent enough ratings to suffice for our first stop post travel so there we were. Thank ya Yelp. We got law-of-attraction rock-star street parking right out front. The luck must've vaulted us into the smoothest experience that any lovable couple might froth at to fathom after stepping off a plane that kept them smoke free for hours. Getting through "security" so smiley as my ID was taken and my name said | out loud | in a tone that could suggest pleasure to have me there, then the attractively clothed salesman helping us -so patient, knowledgeable, mellow as clear is kind, makes the habitual happiness switch in me turn on to the regular convenient pages. The boyfriend says it is noted. We'll be back.

The road and sidewalk are public works, and we all pay taxes to use it evenly. You know the saying "when in Rome".I love California for the fact that MJ is legal. It should have always been but that conversation is for another time. We chose this location because it was one of the closest to LAX and we wanted convenience when leaving the airport. This place is easy to find. Not sure if there is a parking lot but we parked in the street right in front of the store (free). I was a little surprised of how small the store was once I stepped inside. Small space with a decent amount of products ranging from flower, pre-rolls, oils, drinks, edibles, etc. What matters most is they had what we wanted. Friendly service. The staff was very knowledgeable of their products helping us chose the right items. There is security at the entrance and they request to see your drivers license before entering. The products we chose were very good and did exactly what we wanted them too. The only reason I gave three stars is because I've been to other locations in LA that we're bigger and offered more products.  This place is convenient and has a decent amount of products so I would recommend.

It's a cool dispensary, not to big though. Pre-rolled start at $11 plus tax. Suggest buying $15 pre-rolled instead, more bang for your bucks. They also have a nice variety of other products as well.
