AlwayS the best. Product. Staff.  deals. Gray vape pens and they talle credit card. Nice parking lot as well

Hands down the best shop for all of your cannabis needs in silver lake-possibly in all of LA but I try not to leave the east side so I can't corroborate my own story. Even post-Covid it could get busy but now they are offering delivery services and online ordering with pick-up in store so that can cut down on wait time. Their selection is huge, and they have wonderful people working there that are always very helpful. They are also mindful about reusing bags and I appreciate that. Very grateful to have such a good dispensary in my neighborhood.

Decent product and knowledge base, but the wait is just unacceptable and the service is terrible when there's a line of more than 3 people (which is the majority of the time). It's impossible to just get in and get out.

I am very loyal to this clinic, they are caring and they give good deals on high-quality products. They can get cranky when it gets super busy but each and everyone of those people that works there has a good spirit! Especially during Covid they've been amazing! I think them from the bottom of my heart for healing and helping my body to restore itself especially the Papa and Barkley products pretty much saved my life and my knee. Blessings. I even know people who come up from the Southbay

Let's talk about the bud tenders recommendation to some dry ass expensive weed that is a complete rip off!  This place needs to stop and get better distributors and more competent employees to run a fluid shift.  The wait and result of this place is complete disappointment.  Aside from that the security guard is rude AF and needs to be fired.   He can't scold customers for lining up for weed.   Plus it's in a upstairs shit mall location!

nah don't go to this place i'm sorry to say thier weed is awful the staff is nice but slow as fuck parking is a nightmare i've been coming here and it's getting worse no inventory you have 7 people waiting in line the line doesnt move and your waiting for 20 minutes before its your turn, fun while it lasted

I had a horrible experience here a few weeks ago. I came in because of all the great reviews as a new customer everything felt good at the front desk. Then everything changes once you go into the room with the bud tenders. They basically do not care about you and even for spending $250 you're not allowed to ask a lot of questions. Jasmine gave me the stink eye every time I asked a question. The process was good and the product was OK but that service was just terrible.

the workers are great, but they really disappointed me when they did not allow me to exchange an obviously defective vape cartridge (picture attached). definitely not going to smoke it, so it will just be going in trash. this isnt the first time ive bought defective cartridges from here however they are usually understanding and allow an exchange.

My first experience with California Caregivers Alliance was delivery which was super convenient given the pandemic. The delivery guy was very kind and the transaction was totally seamless. The second experience I had with CCA was this past week when I dropped into the shop. Michelle was so helpful and informative, I didn't feel rushed at all and I'm so happy with my purchase. The selection was great, parking was free, and the wait was under 15 minutes. CCA is my new go to spot without a doubt.

Just came in and wow! Front desk girl was so sweet. Then Karina helped me and I gotta say she has some of the best customer service I've seen yet. She was so helpful, upbeat, and really cared about what I needed. I got a preroll pack and pricing was a little high. But they gave me a goodie bag for 1$...which had an edible and papers etc, so that was cool. This 5 star review is mostly for Karina and the comfort I felt at this dispensary. Keep up the good work!

I have written, deleted, and rewritten review after review about this dispensary. But after yesterday, I am done giving this place chances.The rotating door of employees and managers seems to be a huge problem in terms of consistent customer service. Sometimes, you get a friendly, centered sales person who knows the legalities and rules. However, for every good experience or sales human- there are 3 experiences or people that just bomb hard.A few examples:- I came in to pick up an oz of flower & some concentrate. I asked for a pre rolled on top of that. The manager, Rosa, interrupted her colleague to yell across the store that I was requesting over the limit, and I might not be allowed to have my concentrates either... I insisted the limit was on flower only, which I was correct about, but she argued me and stormed off to the back to double check. After realizing her error she came back out and scoured at me for the rest of my transaction w her employee. - I waited yesterday for 45 minutes in 90+ degree heat to go in with my bf to shop together. The power went out inside the shop and there was a hold up. Ariana at the front desk told no one what was going on, but did come outside and pretend to wipe down the door & glare at everyone waiting. After waiting forever, we get in and they insist only the person buying can be inside. We were splitting the purchase but they said no, I  need to go stand against the wall. Then when they felt uncomfortable w me standing there as they helped my bf, they kicked me out. I went to the desk, and a customer who had just been inside said he'd been double charged and that this had been the worst dispensary experience he'd had. I fully agreed. Meanwhile- 3 other employeess are wandering around not helping anyone but dictating obtuse rules to anyone they could. Only 1 employee of the 4 apologized to me privately. - After the above experience had to listen to Ariana complain about how hard her day was going to a friend who came in and that her birthday had been the night before... She let the friend walk right in.- OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. There are no offers, no customer service incentives, just a lot of attitude.I am all for female managed businesses. I am not about sales people having to "smile" and i HATE to whistleblow, but this place is a mess of rude, negative energy. The shop runs the rules like they are some sort of weed boutique, but the continually stale bud quality, selection dependency reliant only on the salesperson, disinterested to flat out rude greeters at the front desk, and the rotating staff with the policies they are so excited to enforce changing like the wind with the absolutely unreliable whims of the staffs' moods belies the good reviews and reputation this dispensary once had. To management/the owners- shame on you. You have loyal customers that you have taken advantage of, employees you clearly mistreat and make miserable to the point where us customers can feel it and see it in their eyes, and are misrepresenting your services to the community in a show of false advertising that should make you question all of your abilities. Take a look at your professionalism. To potential customers- take it from someone who will now drive out of her way after walking to the same shop around the corner for years- stay away & spend your money elsewhere.

Lovely and very knowledgeable staff that can help guide you in the right direction, especially since large selection can be a bit intimidating. Quality flower!

I like this place but the wait times here have gotten ridiculous. Usually just a couple people helping customers so you have waits averaging 30 to sometimes 45 minutes. I've actually given up & have been going down the road to the Greenhouse in Hollywood where I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes at the most.

The service is not the same as before. The bud tenders give terrible recommendations either overpriced products or shitty weed they want to get rid of. I had a terrible experience and am never coming back again. Don't waste your money on this place.

I came in looking to see what the inventory was like as I normally purchase from a specific store in Palm Springs, MedMen in LA, or one store in the valley. My mom comes to this store and thought I'd come along to see what they have to offer. NOT ALLOWED IN UNLESS I MAKE A PURCHASE. My mom is a frequent regular and I didn't know if I'd make a purchase until seeing what their inventory was like. Most places I've been to are eager to tell you about what they have but not here. You have to already know what you want and you have to make a purchase to be allowed in. I'd rather take my mom and our business where people are not so rude. She honestly left me speechless at how short and rude she was. No purchase? Then don't come in.

Let's be honest finding a consistent dispensary in this era of legal adult use in LA can be a challenge. My friend recommended CCA and I was not disappointed. Parking is a little chaotic, but the first time patient deals made up for it. Make sure you come with an exit bag to save you the extra discount . Pay attention to weekly Ans daily discounts . Check in staff is efficient just wish the waiting room had more ventilation and seating

We love coming here to get CBD. There is a good and safe parking lot, secure check in, and the staff is helpful in assisting with getting a product and explaining what everything does. They have a good amount of cbd products, and they have great deals as well

Good shop but the waits are just too much. Forty minutes standing outside, people sailing in out of order. It puts you in a mood where you just want to buy as fast as possible and leave.

While I appreciate the "service", i've been smoking weed for longer than they've been alive. Not that I care what they say, but I couldn't hear them if I wanted before Covid because they mumbled  and now with a mask - and you still don't know what the fuck they're saying.

This place has a nice selection, but they take so long to see you that it's not worth it. The past 5 times I've been it's taken at least 30 min to be let back to buy. Mota is right down the street, go there and get in and out fast

This dispensary has great hours, clean waiting area, fast and friendly people working there. After coming here for over six months I have never had a problem with anyone there or there clients. There products are displayed in clean counters making it easy for you to find what you are looking for. There staff knows all the products and takes time to explain everything to you with a smile. I highly recommend this store and all the products.

I've been a very loyal customer here for years pre and post pandemic have spent thousands of dollars. Whoever was working at the front todayBetween 1:30pm-2:30pm she has horrible attitude and her energy is extremely uninviting. Very unacceptable, if she can't work under pressure then she should be in the back! 1st by law yes its required to take our temp. Before entering however it's is not required that you point the thermometer at our forehead if we give you our hand to do it on. The last time I was there which was just a few days ago the lady had issue taking the temp on my hand. Having being held at gun point I don't like anything pointed at my head! 2nd the purpose of making online orders is so that you can be in and out when your order is ready!! I waited outside for over 20 minutes no remorse no apology whatsoever... such a waste of my time and my day to deal with such unprofessionalism. I am extremely annoyed as I drove 30 minutes to this place because i usually like What they have. I will Definitely be exploring other options from here on out. You guys missed out on business today because I ended up leaving. And by the chatter in the line outside I'm sure other people have followed suit. You need to adjust your covid system ASAP it's a complete mess.

I like this location, it is the closest legal dispensary to downtown (ktown) and the lines go quickly. They have a good system and a bunch of different gummies I can't find anywhere else. Also there's cute coffee shops and shopping nearby if you're trying to make a day trip out of your pick up.

Each time we've gone has been rewarding. The women who work here have been professional and pleasant to us. They know their products and brands well, and recommendations for flavor, experience, topical pain medication, etc., have consistently been solid. The flow of customers is kept even-paced so each can be taken care of.Parking can be challenging because Silver Lake, but weekend afternoons and evenings are likelier.

Really fantastic, unassuming joint. Great prices. Super friendly staff. AND you can't beat spinning the wheel for discounts! They've always surprised me with awesome new products and keep the good ones I love in stock. Parking is easy, sometimes you wait a few min bc it's poppin.

I love that this place is female run (and owned?) and I want to like it so much, but I just spent $150 for the most shockingly STALE BUD I have ever spent money on. Got several eighths delivered. These were branded flower--Bloom Farms and Stone Road. So dry, so harsh...my joints tasted like cigarettes. Id rather not smoke than smoke this weed and that is saying something.

Pretty much the only place I shop unless the old connects come thru. Super professionally run knowledgeable staff, really know their stuff. On my last visit, I had some unique questions about several products. Elma, whos helped me before,  quickly figured out what I was looking for, and showed me similar items so I could compare.  Overall as always great service and great gear.

This is my 4th time in.  The Budtenders have been slightly rude to me everytime.  Any question you ask about the bud they take offense to it. I didnt feel welcome in there.  even though i came to buy an ounce.  I asked one question about my purchase, and had to have another bud tender intervene to take over my order because my budtender was that rude.  I wish i got her name.  Shes not a good person and is a bad representation for what the dispensary experience should be about.

This is my go to neighborhood dispensary, I continue to come back not because it's close but because I love the employees. It's nice to come to a place fully staffed by women who are kind funny and all around awesome. I leave with a smile on my face every time. They also have daily discounts so if you know what your buying you can come on the day those items are discounted, with the excessive tax a 10% discount helps. I love this place for so many reasons but ultimately the vibe is high and the ladies are smart and awesome

The staff is super nice but expect to wait a while. I'll attribute it to covid but if there's more than 3 people ahead of you expect to wait 20 minutes or more.

This dispensary is located in a strip mall above the manicure place. There is a parking attendant and parking appears to be plenty.  It is a CASH ONLY business however they do have an ATM machine with an exorbitant fee of $2.50. Considering the customers are patients many would consider that excessive. The shelves well stocked many edibles and vapes and too much flower, how ever what is lacking is quality and patient protection. Although they offer pre order the wait times are ridiculous, because this has become a recreational shop the costumer service has become a bit of an afterthought.  The patients are now being treated as recreational users and are required to reenter and process things over again. This is a security concern. What happened to the last drive with everyone's info? Scary really.  Overall I don't think I can recommend this location as it does not seem to be concerned with  HIPPA protections, an overcrowded waiting room and quality testing and controls and it's on the second level with only one  handicap spot.  Something happened to this location and I suspect it may have something to do with profit margin. It now has the feel of a pawn shop.  NOT  the place if you're looking for quality, medicinal control and or benefits or a friendly timely experience or if you are over 25 years old, this is mosdef a partiers paradise . This place is a kin to going to the 7-11 for sushi, just don't.

Everyone is really nice here. Fast service but the few times I have been here I have had to wait  pretty long time with 15 people in line. Still 5 stars for me for being friendly and not making me feel uncomfortable.

Came here for a release. There was a line out the door, so I went to the back with everyone else. I finally got inside after probably 30 min and the interior reminded me of a Quiznos. I finally get to the front and it turns out they sold out before I even got there - why was there a line?!Total waste of time. I left with what was supposedly their house favorite and it was just ok.

The bud tenders are great, check in lady with blonde hair and blue tips is not. As someone who sets the tone for the experience you're about to have, I give the attitude a zero. I chose to not even purchase anything (after coming in multiple times previously) because I was so displeased with how she spoke to me and my friend. If I come back and she's at the desk, I will likely turn around and come back another day, find a different spot to shop, or support independent growers without shitty attitudes

This is a great place in Silverlake to get something to suit your needs. They have a great variety of products. The ladies behind the counter are knowledgeable and friendly. They have daily discounts that help offset the high taxes.  Bring your own exit bag and 5 collect stickers towards an additional % off. Must check themout if you are in the area!

This place is awesome!! Everyone is super friendly and it's predominantly woman. They have discounts each day of the week for different items. Since this was my first visit, I got to spin the wheel of prizes and I won $1 edible. Sweet!Elma M helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. She's very knowledgeable. She was patient and asked me questions to learn what I was looking for. She then gave me different options and knew exactly what I needed. She was very kind and told me all about the discounts. I will definitely go back to this place. I would also highly recommend it.

Went here first time was at least 20 min wait. Then I bought three vapes one was defective and then they wouldn't take it back. Said it smoked fine even tho it tasted like gasoline and battery juice. So awful. I won't go back again. Especially since they make a big deal at the front desk oh if you have problems keep your receipt and packing. They acted like I was just not liking it and umm I'm like no I bought the same flavors and the same products when e other two were fine. Dumbass. Won't be back and I'm emailing their rep.

All of these shops are the same, same product, nice people but the prices are very inconsistent in CA. Google maps brought me to this location and I was blown away. They offered a first time discount (only shop in CA so far that has done this). There service was calm and patient and the product was amazing. I will only go this dispensary from now on! Thank you!

CCA is hands down my favorite dispensary!This is the first place where I actually felt comfortable asking questions and getting recommendations. The staff is so fun and helpful! They seem genuinely passionate, and knowledgeable about all products!CCA has a wide selection of products, never once have I gone there and been unable to find what I wanted. They have a wheel they let you spin where everything is a winner, and they're routinely giving out little chocolate treats or pre rolled joints.I went in the other day with some questions about dabbing, got some concentrates and they gave me some raffle tickets, the next day they called me AND I WON THE RAFFLE! OMG! How cool is that? Seriously, who wins raffles? NO ONE. No one ever wins raffles, and I did, and that's insane! They super hooked me up with a sweet concentrates care package, and now I have enough different types to test and compare and figure out what I like the best!

CCA is my family's go-to dispensary for buds, edibles and especially topicals. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Quick check-in process. Great variety of pain relieving lotions and oils. Plus, Foria lubes and lotions!

CCA has mind blowing selection of all things cannabis. The setup ensures that the staff is able to offer awesome recommendations, by limiting the number of guests in the room with the goods. We waited about five minutes in the waiting room, and greatly appreciated the salesperson's knowledge and expertise. I'm thirty six years old and no longer recognize most forms of marijuana, but i left California Caregivers Alliance with amazing vegan licorice edibles, and sativa pre-rolls. Fantastic CBD offerings here as well! Thank you CCA for my 2019 mantra, "Happy plants, happy people."

By far one of the best and friendliest locations I've ever been to. Also the first dispensary I've ever felt truly welcomed in. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable.I was always nervous about trying weed again after a couple of bad experiences but I can gladly say that I had a good time with the selection I was recommended. 5 stars.

Awesome, knowledge staff. HUGE selections of hard to find brands and strains. Free parking! Above all the staff are truly compassionate. I am having surgery and they were very empathetic to this event during the shopping and check out. Laid back environment, no off-duty cops working security, just a friendly big guy! 1. Discrete and more medically focused than other dispensaries in the area. Very knowledgeable​ and willing to talk with patients.2. The place is operated by all femmes and as a nonbinary patient that was refreshing - not all dispensaries feel that safe.3. Love that it has a parking lot - though it can feel up on busy evenings.

Hands down one of the best shops I've been to in awhile. Every shop has their perks, whether it's a long wait, short staff ect. but THIS shop does their VERY best to keep everyone that comes in the door satisfied. So I give them a 10 for doing their best!!! Its crazy and it's getting very hard these days. People losing their jobs, homes ect. everyone who is going through something relies on dispensaries and the fact that every employee HERE puts on a straight face to makes sure each patient is satisfied is a big deal in MY eyes. I know what it's like to work in an environment with little staff and maintaining people after people. These girls work day IN and day OUT standing up LONGER than anyone else waiting to come in. With that said, waiting in a long line or not, I will STILL come because 1. I need my Ganja 2. They have a variety of products to choose from 3. You always have to support to your supplier!!! I am never ever coming back here. I've spent so much money here and never again. I went to the store and recycled a bag of 20-40 old vape cartridges that I mostly bought at CCA. I wanted to buy my usual brand of vape. They were out. I thought I'd try something else. There's a sign that says "30 day return policy." They told me in the past that I can return cartridges if they're over halfway full. So knowing this, I purchased another brand of vape cartridge from and was told upon purchasing that "if you don't like it, you can return it with the receipt within 30 days." That was all she said. Nothing else. I said thank you and left. I went home. I tried ONE hit. I didn't like it. It tasted like chemicals. I'll never smoke that. I went right back to the store. This was all within 30 minutes. Another young lady helped me and said they wouldn't take the return because "we don't take returns if you don't like something. We only take returns on defective products. The brand doesn't return our money. Sorry. That's our policy." They basically lied to my face. Sold me a product that I don't want. I should have said more to her but I just told her I wouldn't be coming back and left. That's $70 down the drain. I am definitely going to MedMen from now on. At least I know they will carry the brands I want and no weird waiting room or expensive ATM machine. Ugh. Good riddance to this place.

Yooooo!!! Where do I begin?! First, the lady at the front desk was informative and helpful. She immediately made me feel at home. Then I went in and the manager, Meribelle (please forgive my spelling) helped me. Other than her hair, her service and consideration of my needs were fantastic. She knew her products and didn't try to upsell anything. She was super kind and all around a dope lady. The other ladies there were taking care of business and doing it efficiently and they all just sounded cool. I love this place. AND it's ran by all beautiful amazing ladies. I'll def be returning!!

The best shop in the area for selection and knowledge and they always make me feel safe. So many rad strains in all forms. Perfect if you are from out of town and do not want to take any chances on any other bootleg shop. Delivery is a great way to go too if you live in town. Thanks for getting me thru 2020.

This place is awesome.  They have tons of specials and deals. I love when I get attended by Elma. She is really down to earth and really knows her cannabis. You definitely have to come here.

I loved my visit to this place. The exterior is not the most inviting, but once you're past the security doors the lobby is quirky and there is an easy check in. Option of becoming a member or a one time visitor.I live in Mass., so did one time visit, which was just an easy registration of my drivers license.Inside, I was impressed with their range of product. Brand and variety. There is something here for everyone. Flower, of course, but also a great range of edibles from big to small dosage. The worker was super helpful, friendly, and informed. We talked about what I needed and she had recs for microdosing (my pref) and walked me through a few different products. As well, we talked about the movement from medical to recreational sales and she was really informed about that whole process. While I know that is not a key part of buying product, but I actually really liked that - informed and smart staff is part of a visit too. A great part.This is one of two LA dispensaries I'll return to when visiting again. Product quality and variety, clean layout, and excellent service. A+

Navigating the new world order of our favorite plant products being legal can be difficult. Pretentiousness and rip offs are all over the city and can make learning the process and finding a regular go-to difficult.  Well CCS is like the Cheers of local shops for me.   A bright greeting when you arrive, good art in the lobby, tons of choices, daily discounts, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff (Amber and Dianna specifically) to boot. This is and will be my go to for everything Cannabis, no matter where I am in LA.

FUCK THIS PLACE! BAD VIBES! Ive been going here for years now. It used to be a good deal and a comfortable happy environment.  Now its over priced which i could deal with for convince reasons. But.....  Ive dealt with the shitty attitude from the cashiers for long enough! Im not giving them another dime because their attitudes have changed and the cashiers are extremely rude! Not a good business plan.

I'm really sad to be writing this review, but my most recent experience at CCA left me with no choice. CCA used to be my #1 favorite dispensary - I would recommend it to friends, and would drive out of my way just to go here, it was that good.  Last weekend, I decided I would come by as I hadn't been in a while and missed going to a "good" dispensary.  I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was really busy, I can't necessarily fault them for that.  I waited at least ten minutes for someone to help me, as the people working there were taking their time with the customers ahead of me.  None of this is why I am writing the review, it's fine to be busy on a Saturday.  When it was finally my turn, the employee called me over and was very rude and made me feel rushed, after I had seen the same employee giggling and taking her time with the person she was helping before.  No apology for the wait, nothing.  I asked which of the CBD varieties had the most THC, and she was completely unhelpful, she just pointed to the percentages on the jar and left it at that.  After I got home, I opened up my bag and realized that even though I paid for two 1/8ths (so 7 grams) she SERIOUSLY underserved me.  I whipped out my scale and weighed it - 5 grams!  So on top of rude, rushed service, I paid $100 for 5 grams.I will never be returning to CCA, and I will advise all of my friends not to visit either.  It's sad as this used to be my favorite dispensary.  I will be taking my business elsewhere.PS - I wrote a lengthy review of their dispensary on Weedmaps the day it happened, and they flagged it for removal!  How unprofessional.

This dispensary is so professional. Everyone is very knowledgeable and ready with advice/suggestions. There is usually a wait (but I've never waited for longer than 15 minutes). I'm from the SF Bay Area and being within spitting distance to Berkeley and SF meant that I always had the cream of the crop to choose from. I'm thrilled to have found CCA which rivals all of those larger dispensaries.

***I wish I had posted this at the time, this story is 2 years old but, I see from new comments, not much has changed. This place is still shorting people! II'm a guy in my 50's...been medicating since before any of the girls working at this place were born. I used to go here before they closed and have gone a couple times since they reopened.I typically donate $500+ per visit.My last trip there was not good.I usually go in for pre-packaged concentrates as I find their flower prices to be a bit high for the higher quality buds. This time I wanted to try out some of their flowers. They want $350 an oz. for their 'premiere' & 'top shelf' strains but, honestly, I've seen similar bud for considerably less. I asked about a break on a QP and was told there would be none.What made it bad was that, as soon as I got home and took the bags out, I knew they were light. Turns out they were an 1/8th (3.5 g) light...each. I immediately drove back there and expressed my displeasure to the girls at the front desk and asked to see the manager. **I'm actually leaving this review because this one girl told me to "calm down" when I told her what the problem was** Let me assure you, I was very calm albeit, pretty annoyed. Shorting a patient 7g's on their order is fairly egregious to me.Turns out, the girl who helped me thought that an ounce was 24g. She had given me 24.5 thinking she was stoking me with some extra...*smh* I really don't blame her. She was very sweet and seemed sincerely apologetic upon my return. I don't know but, to me, knowing what the weight of an "eighth" "quarter" "half" and "ounce" are, should be probably a prerequisite for employees at this type of establishment. Ultimately, they made up the difference and, gave me 2g's extra & 2 extra joints.Still, i have to wonder...am I the only patient this ever happened to there?So glad I stopped going here, what a joke.

Wow. What a turn around from my last review. So apparently, we go from not having any problem with my mother's med certificate, to all of a sudden "oh let me take 30 minutes to check and see whether we can accept this".  And then on top of that, they are out of the product I needed. This is not something an ailing people with Lupus needs to hear after an hour trekking across LA to make it to this hole in the wall with crap parking. We would have left except we already paid for the scant amount of product we were able to get, and they still had my mother's debit card. Needless to say this will be our last visit. I am very disappointed with what I thought was going to be our new favorite spot. But this just isn't worth the hassle. We are just too damn sick and tired.

Great customer service and great strains... Lately everywhere I go it doesn't taste or feel like good weed and to me this has the best by far. Been smoking for awhile and I don't just go anywhere to get good weed. I live in Azusa and I drive all the way of here to get it.

There happy hour specials are awesome The ladies that work here are always super helpful and informative.  They do charge tax but the quality makes up for it big time!

The staff here is both friendly and knowledgeable, they have never steered me wrong! Their selection is diverse, affordable, and honestly I hate to go anywhere else at this point.

After spending nearly an hour trying to arrange delivery from a different dispensary, I gave up and went to CCA online. CCA has a clear and easy to use website with complete information for each product! I can choose to pay cash or card. I placed the order, and within a couple minutes a nice person who knew what she's talking about called to confirm and let me know they'd have to substitute one item--fine with me! Dee (?) and Val do a great job, glad to give them some stars. Mine should show up in about an hour...

Love this place. Been to a few different places, but nothing comes close to this place. They are always kind and welcoming. Very awesome for newcomers and they make you feel welcome. Every time I've gone, I've seen and felt nothing but happy thoughts. They are very professional and very private. They love hearing your questions and opinions, and never make you feel anything but appreciated for coming in and giving them a try. They really do have a wide selection of everything and anything. And they are truly knowledgeable about pain and how to help with all kinds of it. Anything from lotions to balms to sprays.

Love the girls at CCA - they are always so friendly and knowledgable! This shop is on the smaller side but don't worry they have everything you could want and more! There is a huge flower selection along with a wide variety of vapes, edibles, topicals, tinctures, and even medication specially made for pets. I work for Mammoth Distribution so I am a little biased but they carry 2 of my favorite vape brands - Heavy Hitters and RAD! If you need a clear sativa high I would definitely suggest RAD's Super Crack vape cartridge. It's a blend of Jack Herer and Green Crack so it's the BOMB.

The people are nice but I've gone twice for cbd and asked for no THC CBD and was sold products that resulted in bad undesired experiences both times. And it was not cheap

Read reviews before checking out this spot out and didn't know what to expect. But over all a great time, the taxes took me back even with my medical card they have taxes at 25.9%! But my ftp deal and the night owl discount only had be paying 5% instead of 25%, so that was dope. Walked out with a ton of goodies and I got to spin their cool ass wheel and won an extra top shelf joints, which I smoked and was super smooth. Really liked that their top shelf joints are strain specific because I love sativas and I got two different sativa strains on top of the 1/8th I picked up!  Will be going back Fridays for their 5 on it Friday, making all 1/8ths 4Gs for only 5 dollars more! Check this shop if you want a good experience!

Best Customer Service and Daily Deals for Days!I don't write reviews often. But this place really deserves to be praised for its commitment to the customer. These gals give a damn and it is something you can feel. I bought a defective vape pen and came back to return it only to be informed that I needed to have my receipt in order to make a return. I couldn't find my receipt at the time and maybe I was a little hangry but that irked me. Most of my experiences in customer service are a series of NOs said in many variations that eventually push me to a breaking point. One that can only be expressed via a strongly worded email. I reached out to the management telling them that I was frustrated by their policy. I hadn't known that I needed my receipt and I knew they could see every transaction I had made in their computer. I felt like I was getting ripped off on a technicality. The management got back to me the same day and said they'd be happy to make an exception for me this one time. I came back that night and the women were so sweet and accommodating. I felt like they know what its like to be frustrated by the powers that be and they weren't going to hold it against me. Being that I am a medical user for my mental health, being treated with compassion free of judgement is invaluable. I'll sing their praises for that revolutionary act forever. Also they have deals EVERY DAY and they charge the lowest taxes the possibly can. Yes they're cash only and yes the atm has a high fee but what ATM doesn't and now that you know its cash only you should be prepared the next time you visit. Those deals don't pay for themselves. I'm sure they save a lot of dough being cash only and they pass those saving on to the people. Also there's PARKING!!!! WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED SILVERLAKE?!??! the service here was amazing! I stopped by before catching my flight at LAX and was happy they opened at 8am. From the receptionist to the people in the back this place has amazing knowledge and customer service!! I honestly wish this was my first stop when I landed in LA because they have any and every thing you could want or didn't know you needed. I like the fact that they do accept credit/debit cards and they have an atm but who really wants to pay fees. I have added this to my top list when I visit LA. I'll definitely be back!!

This is my favorite spot in LA, and I've been coming here for years. They only get better and better.I don't smoke anymore, but their bud is and always has been F I R E at an amazing price. 5gs for 55 is usually the deal (versus 3.5gs). Did I mention, that's their price for top shelf dank? Some of the most beautiful bud I've ever seen - always check out their God's Gift and private reserve. Their indicas are always stunning. Like I said, I don't smoke anymore, but I still look at their weed because it's GORGEOUS.The people that work there are also very nice and cool. They have an extensive CBD, edibles and wax collection. Like, REALLY extensive. I feel spoiled by this place. Btw, I drive across town to come here. It's always worth it. I almost don't want to write this review bc I don't want it to become too over crowded. Have been to a handful of different dispensaries in LA and I felt most comfortable by far in CCA. There's nothing about this place that's intimidating, once you get buzzed in the waiting area is really chill and the girl there is also really nice. I went on a Sunday so everything was 10% off, and i got an additional 10% off for my first visit! The staff is completely run by women which I really appreciate. Also, they've got a good selection, so whatever you're looking for they probably have something for you. Definitely plan on returning!

You need a medical card to get in. Once your first check in, every other visit is a breeze. All you have to do is show them your license and you're buzzed it.The place has gotten bigger and nicer since the first time I came in (summer 2015 I believe). There are so many strains available. The staff is super knowledgeable of course. They'll let you know how each strain will make you feel and what it's good for.They have a fridge full of edibles as welling you're into that sort of thing.They added this spin wheel thing, where you can win prizes and shit too.

I visited this shop this past weekend and was blown away that it was an all ladies shop! Girl power to the max, they knew their stuff, they were super personal and made sure that I got exactly what I needed. They were a little busy, but can see why. Smoked the purple punch they recommended and it was great! Yes they do have taxes implemented but I went in at 9pm during their night owl special, and they cut the taxes a lot. Will be going back:)

Fast friendly service with a very good selection on strands. In the afternoons it gets a little busy but I think it's worth the wait. Great place.  Might take a little getting used to but for me, the first time was quite an experience.  The second time, I felt right at home.  Maybe it was because there was so much activity and all sorts of people going in and out.  I suggest going on a weekday.  There wasn't a wait and I slid right into the showroom.  The first time I went was a weekend day.  It was crowded.  I had to wait to get my recommendation letter verified (sort of like a prescription) and then I had to wait my turn to get into the showroom.  Once in the showroom, I had to wait a little longer there too.  I think all in all, my total wait time was 30 minutes.The people are chill, very friendly and helpful.  I've only had Cammy (?sp) as my bud tender and she is amazzzingggg!  Very knowledgeable, very patient, really sweet.  I've met with her twice and both times I've left feeling well taken care of and that much smarter about the Ganj.  I take edibles and CBD oil and some other smokeables for pain related issues.  It's really been a game changer.  Plus, I get to smoke some really high quality weed. Better than college, that's for sure.  No harsh come down, no freak outs.  i just need very little if, and when, I partake.  I don't smoke to get wasted.   That's just me.  But i do enjoy being on the soft edge of awareness.  Just a tad does it for me and my muscles/joints feel better and I'm super relaxed.  Don't forget to bring cash and your ID.   You'll need that letter of recommendation too. I'm told a copy will do.  It's on the second floor, corner office. Open the door and they will buzz you in. From the outside, it looks like some unrented space with dark one-way windows,.

This place is great. The staff are very nice and very helpful with any questions you have. They have a large variety of products and everything I have had so far has been great.If you go there for your first time be sure to mention it to one of the bud tenders, They will give you a nice present.  Depending on the time of day parking can be a little difficult I always aim to go in the mornings to avoid it.

Love the ladies who work here... minus one of them that has an attitude.  When I go into a shop and I ask questions about quality or taste, you work there, you should indulge the person who's spending money with a little bit of information.  Like I said, most of the ladies are pretty helpful... Either way, the bossman is slacking.  I will find another spot that has consistent top shelf, and I mean piney yummy sticky Indica... I've been smoking for probably longer than any of the people working here have been alive, so I know what I'm talking about.  Love the location, love the service, but the selection is letting me down.  Get that bomb going, we know better. First time customer this wknd who will be returning in the future. From the moment I stepped into the shop, the employees were professional, efficient and knowledgable about the process and their product.Buying the cannabis and other merchandise was fun, too. This was my first dispensary experience, so I can't compare with others. I found the experience really nice. Everyone was Incredibly friendly days helpful and my products were helpful as described and expected.

My first experience was smooth my bud tender took good care of me she seemed to be very knowledgable of everything in the shop. Highly recommended very good selection. Update: Get the edibles here. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always welcoming and although it can get a bit busy they always seem to have enough hands on deck to make your experience a positive one. They also have a vast selection of edibles and who doesn't love spinning the wheel?

I love the fact that it's run by women (or at least operated by mostly women). As a woman myself, it makes me feel comfortable and chill. They always have an easy good vibe going and are more than happy to accommodate your requests. Usually it's in and out for me because they're that good! Their slogan is definitely true: come happy, leave happier!

This dispensary is the only one I've been to so I may be a little biased! But I came here on the recommendation of a friend and it's been great from the start. The girls at the front desk are efficient and knowledgeable. You might have to wait a bit to come in if you arrive on a weekend. But the selection of high quality products is great and if you're lucky you can spin their wheel to get some free goodies! I don't really want to go anywhere else. I'm totally happy having joined the CCA!

They ARE open!!! :) I am a long time caregiver for my Great Aunt and am so happy CCA is open again.  I take care of my Aunt part time and get her medicine for her from here and a regular Pharmacy too on a weekly basis.  The staff is so helpful and kind.  My Aunt says the medicine at CCA is of good quality and helps her get through the depression and pain of her condition.  I have had to go to other dispensaries in the past and that is when I also noticed the difference in quality and staff.  I highly recommend CCA!

While CCA was closed I went around to other Dispensaries to check then out.  Mostly in WLA 'cause I was on that side of town.  I did not find a place that was close to being as good.  For selection...and quality and knowledgeable, friendly Budtenders there is simply no place better I've been to.  Just the best.  Love the neighborhood.  love CCA.  I'm a CBD guy...and can't do much of anything else.  And they've got to broadest selection I've seen.  I have only good things to say...also they have an express system so you can call in your order if you know what you want!

They are the best! Everyone is super nice and it's actually fun (I like the spinning the wheel) here. Good stuff, good pricing, parking lot is hit or miss... sometime you get a spot and sometimes not so much.

So....aside from every woman being drop dead gorgeous, they focus on customer service. Customer service goes a long way with me. They have deals multiple days a week like Edible Monday's, Two Joint Tuesday, and Wheel Wednesday's. The buds from high to low are still quality even with variances of potency. Not a huge fan of edibles, but that's subjective and I'm sure they're enjoyable for others. They have concentrates, vape pen cartridges, batteries, and various accessories. This is definitely the place to go in the East Hollywood/Silverlake/Echo Park area...

Coming by again to see the great selection need some flowers but maybe they will have a great concentrate for a good prices. The staff knows a lot about their products and they are extremely helpful

Finally. An amazing, non-sketchy dispensary nearby. On the 2nd floor of a strip mall, I entered and was greeted in by a the super friendly Lola who got me set up and ready to re-up. I was impressed by her knowledge of all the strains and by the overall selection, cleanliness, and organization of everything. She walked me through all the different strains available-- I gotta say, I walked out of there with more knowledge than I came in there with.Plus they give you an awesome starter pack.Default place from now on.

I've been shopping around Los Angeles and I'm dismayed at the fairly mediocre weed that many dispensaries sell for $55 and up. I'm no newbie, I know high quality herb and there are a number of places in town that are peddling pretty poor product. This place was a very pleasant surprise with fair pricing, and an astonishing selection of high quality flower.  The bud tenders, and even the receptionist were unusually cool, a welcome change from the more typical jaded and bored (or stoned?) employees at many other shops around town. Nice positive vibe here, and excellent art. I'll be back for sure.

Friendly staff, good selection of products.  Easy access from my work makes this my go-to dispensary.  Their ATM is hit-or-miss, so that's probably my only down-side.  Sometimes they get busy, and I have to wait a few minutes before I can get into "the room", but it's otherwise a good place.

Best experience always nice and always great medication! Everyone is kind and gives great recs in medication. Parking is a little tough in the lot but easy to find on the street. Great selection of edibles and other forms of medication.

So I've been here 3 times. The stock was very good and the special "gifts" per day were nice. However, the customer service was lacking. Every time that I've been here the (I won't describe the stereo-typical) young female but I would have no prejudice against these millennials, if they were knowledgeable! I asked some questions, as I was there after some high CBD meds. I think that so many places are geared towards "the high" rather than how they can help with different ailments. This is upsetting and gives dispensaries a bad name. The attendants didn't seem knowledgable at all, and the last one that I had was actually terrible. She didn't seem to understand what I was asking and kept trying to argue with me even though she didn't even understand what I was talking about. It was unnerving.  She also charged me, I paid, and then after I asked the question about my freebie, (which she had forgotten) she then tried to charge me again. When I told her that I just paid, she had to think about it and then was like, oh, right... This type of customer gives dispensaries a bad name--let's keep it professional, people! And don't let your staff get so stoned that they can't help the clients!

There's usually a little bit of a wait but it's always worth it. The service here is solid and everybody is friendly. You don't ever feel stupid asking questions and the prices are more than fair. Best dispensary I been to in Silverlake and possibly in all of LA.

I highly recommend this collective. The ladies that work there are extremely knowledgeable and are very capable of making recommendations based on your needs. At least they have always done great by me. They are always very courteous & professional. I noticed that they also carry a lot of edibles that i haven't seen elsewhere. Their prices are very reasonable and I like the fact that they have a punch card, so that every five visits, you get a little bonus. The parking lot is not huge, but i never have problems finding parking on the street. Overall, a great place!!

First off, there is a small but free parking lot here. The location is off Sunset Blvd between Silverlake and Ellet Place/N. Occidental. The dispensary is located up the stairs in the back left hand corner of the plaza. The girls that work here are always so sweet and very cute and there is a comfortable waiting room that allows for there to only be two patients at a time in the actual dispensary. I like this a lot because you don't get crowded while making your purchase and there's no pressure to hurry won a big line behind you. The flowers are in  all in the open in large, nicely labeled mason jars , atop glass counter containing  wax, pens, accessories etc. there's a "spin the wheel" deal for first time patients and every time I've come in, there's been a little added special like a free edible or preroll. Quality of the flowers has been very very good so far and so has the selection. Prices are great for this area, and really really great for areas outside Los Angeles or closer to the water.

So I've read a few reviews before commenting on my experience and I gotta say, it sounds like people are reaching for something to complain about. It is NORMAL to pay for an ATM fee, what ATM doesn't charge a fee?? And complaining about the wait time? People are going there for the same reasons you are, and the same reason I go there too! Its understandable they are going to have longer wait times. SMH.My last visit to CCA was a great experience. The check in process was quick and friendly. The girls in front kept a friendly conversation going in the waiting area which helped the time go by faster. Once inside, I waited for once of the girls to call me up. Everyone seemed busy, engaging with customers and catering to concerns they had, which ensured me they take care of their customers and listen to concerns. Once called, I told the girl that was helping me that I wasn't to try some flower that wouldn't heighten my anxiety. She referred me to few good strains as well as recommended items I really didn't give a second thought on.  Overall, my experience with the bud tender was great and I will definitely be coming back. TIPS for these who are on a budget: Every day is a deal day. Call them up, look online, or ASK when you're there about their deals! KEEP IT UP LADIES!

So far the best I've found in LA. Not only is their selection awesome, the staff is killer! They are helpful and sweet. Literally the opposite of most dispensary douches and hipster mean girls.

I've lived in Echo Park for over 4 years, and during that time have checked out just about every club that's opened or existed in the surrounding area. Honestly, from the first time I walked in about a month ago, I knew I had found "my place".  CCA has a great vibe, is never crowded, features an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, and most importantly, the ganja is beautiful. It's so hard to find a club that actually pulls off the complete package, and yet this place has somehow aced it. It's never crowded, there's ample parking, cute girls, prices are great, never rushed, intelligent and not too stoned to think budtenders, and again, the ganja is frickin beautiful.A lot of shops will claim to have variety, but then half the jars are full of some dried out shwag that to this day I can't figure out who's buying, and you end up really choosing between like 2-3 decent strands. The last time I was in CCA, I am not exaggerating when I say I could have walked out with literally any strain they had and been more than happy. When they say they only carry top shelf they mean it, and yet the cap is 50$ and actually since I've been going I haven't yet seen an 1/8th for over 45.Honestly, if you love your ganja than do yourself a favor and check this place out. And if you don't believe me just look at how well reviewed this place is.  There's a reason people love CCA so much: it's that good.

This used to be my regular spot but it is TOO busy now. You have four lines to wait in to get in there. Wait to park, wait to check in, wait in the waiting room, wait in yet another line inside the dispensary to be helped by a cute budtender. Had to walk out it was like being in a NY subway car during rush hour. There are literally a million other dispensaries of equal quality with way bigger parking lots and totally empty inside. I swear people in LA love to wait in line. Can't wait to blow out a spot and make it uncool.

I use to come here 2 years ago when I first got my medi and I always loved this shop. From the workers to the bud selection and everything in between (edibles, keef, and/or wax) are guaranteed to be dank. Of course the more you spend the more quality you receive. I started going again to this shop when I finally decided to get my marijuana license after a long time and now they have remodeled inside which looks way better. This shop is for sure one of the best in silverlake community.

SKIMPED! Oh my word, I couldn't believe it!I knew about this shop a long while ago, and when I came in as a new patient today... (I also told the bud tender I just got my rec today [& if they give discounts for falling in love with the white LSD, which I got])  Got the white LSD, 2 g for 25$  (& a concentrate in a pre sealed capsul)Got 1.56  . . oh and when I went back in to ask about the size because she wrote 1 g instead of 2 on the bag so I went back in and she told me she weighed two!  No. Hard. Ill write my review here since they delete negatives reviews on weedmaps. An ATM that hardly works, no signs letting the customers know. Instead they ask you to walk half a block to a liquor store, no apologies. Their buds are ok last time i had to pick out the stems this was a 40 1/8. Not worth the time.

Am I really the first to review one of the best dispensaries in Los Angeles??? My friends have been long time patients of CCA. In fact, it was the dispensary they recommended the most when I came back to LA a month ago (I was an Oakland resident for the past 2 years). One visit and I was able to see why they loved it so much.What attracted me the most was the quality of the medicine. They did not sell a single strain I would not buy. Every strain, even their lower grade, looks like it was well taken care of. A lot of love was put into every single flower they sell. They carry some of the most gorgeous and properly grown strains of Kush I have ever seen. They have a healthy selection of edibles and you get a prize for every eighth donation (can be papers or even a free gram!).Service is always friendly and compassionate. They love their regulars.Don't be surprised if you find yourself inside with a celebrity every once in a while.They cap their eighths at $50, but ask about their private reserve... :D

I work in the area so it's convenient but even if I didn't I'd still come here. So easy and efficient and they have the best stuff!

I've been going here for almost two years now and I've had enough. I drop $300 a week here and always tip well yet they have no understanding of customer service. When their ATM ate all my cash they weren't helpful at all. Their prices are too high and They only have one shitty Wednesday deal. They have no understanding of customer loyalty. No one even asked my name or tried to have a friendly conversation with me even though I've been going there for 2 years. I had my script and weed ID card last time I went but did not have my Cali id (had left it at a bar) for the first time and they wouldn't let me in. At this point I will never go back. I will take my juicy cash elsewhere.

This place is so friendly and completely stocked! The staff is really nice, knowledgeable and helpful and they have an awesome selection of products, from a variety of pre-rolled joints to edibles to oils. I've been going here for over a year and have no intention of buying from anywhere else!

I'm relatively inexperienced with clinics, but I know great customer service. My experience here yesterday was fantastic. What I loved was that I didn't feel rushed, that the young woman helping me was great at explaining the benefits of various strains, and I left knowing more than I did before. As a new customer, I got a great deal plus a few freebies. And the product is much better than what I used to get. Hurray!

CCA is terrific. Full of knowledgeable and responsible employees who are truly interested in helping out their customers. A wide selection of THC and CBD products, a wonderful punch card customer loyalty thing, and sane dosage on their edibles. Also, I think this is important, any time I've had a stupid question (what's an indica what's a sativa??) they don't make me feel stupid, they help me learn. I just love this place. Go here.

I love love this shop and all the awesome bud tenders there!  They have great specials Mon through Wed and their selection is one of the best I've seen - huge variety of flowers, tasty looking edibles and lots of vapes, bowls, pipes and anything you can think of to get you medicated :) they also have Foria in stock all the time which I've been looking for and can't wait to try

This is by far the best dispensary around.  Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff and they're right in my neighborhood.  Lots of choices for vape cartridges and edibles, and the staff recommendations have never let me down.  Don't waste your time and money somewhere else.  Also, they have an express ordering system that every other store should copy.

I just moved back to Silverlake after being away for many years and decided to check out one of the local medical marijuana dispensaries, choosing CCA just because it was so close to where I live.  Boy, did I luck out 'cuz this place is the bomb!  The location is really welcoming and nice, with a couple of assigned spots in the lot that make parking really convenient.  The storefront is really low-pro, with black glass windows and no major signage, but the inside is brightly-lit with lots of psychedelic art and a really cheerful vibe.  All the girls that work there are hip, hot, and super friendly.  That plus all the delicious flavors of weed available made me feel like I had died and gone to stoner heaven!  They've got great perks for first-time customers, like getting a free brownie and a spin on the "wheel of goodies", and you get kicked down a free joint if you refer a friend.  Great location, awesome customer service, top-quality product, and affordable prices.  Why are you still reading this?  Get over to CCA ASAP!  Tell 'em Leo sent ya!

I have been a patient for several years and am so thankful I have found CCA.  It is in a safe neighborhood of Silverlake/Echo Park and there is a parking lot and street parking too.  The staff is always very nice and takes time to really answer any questions I may have plus I have yet to have to wait (no crowds).  The quality and selection of medicine is always consistent and very good!

One of the best dispensaries in the los angeles are danky danky greens with prices that suite patients needs. Very helpful and skilled bud tenders quick to answer any questions or concerns...CCA gots your back if u havent been what are ubwaiting  for... This is number one on my list ... You never can go wrong at the California Caregiver Alliance... Deals and good weed.

I go back, and I know good meds. I found CCA 3 yrs ago, and I've been in many dispensaries in this area, and they ALL disappointed, compared to CCA. Overall quality is outstanding and the prices are fair. Top Shelfs ares capped @ $45, but As their supply runs down, they will lower a Top Shelf down to $30 1/8ths!! You won't find a better bargain. The folks running the place @CCA are nice people, and I highly reccommend CCA .Plus, they are one of the original 150, they won't disappear on us!

I like this little spot for weed! They have all bunch of varieties, flowers, pot, etc. I've only been once but my experience was a good one. The weed I bought was super effective in taking effect and for providing the benefits I asked for. The lady was super helpful!!!!!!!!!! She was so nice with budgeting and it was just a great experience. They also give you a free goodie bag when you go for the first time so go!

I tried to purchase from CCA this evening but was unable to due to the tender trying to sell me display product she apparently wasn't allowed to sell. She went into the back room for a long while, came back and told me she couldn't sell it to me, so I quickly chose something else. When they went to ring me up, they couldn't find me in the system- Apparently they didn't have an account set up for me even though this was my 2nd time there. When I asked for them to make my account, they told me there was only 3 minutes left before they closed at this point and the system would shut down so they wouldn't be able to ring me up in time. If the budtender didn't leave to go to the back for a long while or didn't try to sell me something she couldn't, OR if they actually set up my account in the first place, this would have never happened. Now all the other shops I would have gone to are closed. Very disappointing experience.

The staff went out of their way to make sure they got a delivery order correct (which had some issues). When I do go into the store the staff is always positive energy. Wish all businesses gave such great customer service.

The staff here know their strains! Management must be on point cause this is my number one spot whenever I visit the southland! I trek my butt all the way from San Gabriel to get the most premium herbs the plant has to offer. This place has been here forever and is still #1 in my opinion! No fancy pants just solid great greens and awesome people running it!

I've been a fairly loyal customer since I moved to Los Angeles in 2011. This place usually has all the best stuff and then some. Staff always polite and informative, lovely to chat with. The bud is always amazing--wax selection is beyond excellent, and they have edibles galore. They have special deals all the time.

Excellent selection medical and recreational. Great delivery service! Excellent customer service! Love visiting and love delivery! Awesome loyalty program! Just wish my phone could scan the QR code on the back of the receipt so they would that I just got a delivery from them and I'm leaving a review I love this business--They are the awesomest! You know... I love all the people who work here, but every time I come I'm ALWAYS waiting! They have enough room for two people in the store and I can't take it anymore!... waiting outside...20 minutes, 30! They don't have anything "special" that would make me want to wait. It's kind of obnoxious!  I now go to Weho we're I literally walk right in.

Really good selection and the delivery is an amazing feature (plus the website is easy to use)! Prices are better than a certain Wolf of a certain hue nearby that used to be my go-to. Fair point to the other reviews - I do admittedly use the further staircase because the stairwell closer to the door gives me the heebie-jeebies, but hey I've gotta get my steps in somehow. Sometimes the wait in-person is pretty long but that's probably at least partially due to COVID and the delivery never fails me & is usually pretty quick!

I'm from San Francisco so I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to the quality of dispensaries. The dispensaries up here are very modern, clean, and welcoming (look at Apothecarium in SF). So imagine my dismay when I saw this place. It was "divey", there was no waiting room, and hard to find. BUT by the time I checked in, went in to get my product, and walked out, I was sold. I will definitely come back again. If there was one aspect that made this experience enjoyable was the young lady at the front counter checking everyone in. She was very welcoming. She made you feel like you belonged and that you were already the longest, most-loyal customer. Not to mention, since it was 420, I got A LOT of promotional items. This place may be a stark contrast to what I'm used to in SF but whenever I come back to LA (which I do because I grew up in Silver Lake), I will definitely be coming back here. Pro tip, order online so that you can just get a text whenever it's time to pick up. This way you don't have to wait in a line which is just standing outside on the outdoor hallway because there is no waiting room.

I had an absolute great experience here. I am from out of town and like to try a new dispensary everytime I am so happy at the level of service i received that I am going out of my way to write a review. First off these girls are very friendly and they were very polite with the covid rules at the same time while keeping everyone safe and running so smoothly. Once in the shop the bud tenders were super knowledgeable of the products and able to reccomend products based on what we were looking for and give honest reviews of the products. We were in town and were enjoying some site and didn't want to be knocked out but wanted something strong that would give us that fun giggly high. So based on what they reccomended on what we desired I would say was perfectly on point. Lastly the price point was just fine. Everything in LA is more then what we get normally pay at home but compared to the other dispensaries in LA i would say they have good prices. The location was also in a great location. We were visiting Anaheim and going to hollywood to see the walk of stars and it was perfectly located in between. They had a small parking lot but east to access and had security. I visited on a Tuesday like around 5ish and there was maybe one or two people in line but by the time they checked us in one person had already went in and we really did not have to wait at all maybe 10 mins most. I think their only problem is they need a big green cross like out by the street so people can spot them easier. I passed it the first time and had to go up and around all these hills.

Best dispensary in LA, hands down. Widest selection I've seen, and they always have the top brands in stock. They deliver with excellent tracking of the driver. They take credit card. And they basically give you 10% off everything over time if you use them consistently, through their rewards points. Don't hesitate!!!

Ok, so…. Trust me, bring Cash*. The Fees changed on debit transactions. Ouch x 2 fees? Stella? Adorable Asian Girl. a newer employee (I’m old school, I know) was Great! Super friendly, we found the best solution, I would hire this girl in an instant! Great conflict resolution skills* I definitely spent more money after working with her.

I am a medical patient and it’s so nice to go to a place where the staff knows the products and what they do. But they also remember me and make suggestions. They were recently out of stock of something I wanted and they contacted me when it came in. When I ordered them delivered, I received a special gift that only someone who really listened to me would have known about. It was above and beyond and made me love this store even more. The selection of non-flower items is excellent as well.
