This was my second time going to a dispensary and the experience was amazing . They do allow 18+ with a medical card . When you first enter you see a display of a different variety of cannabis products. This very nice lady helped me out and had an ipad with her and asked if I was interested in anything and I told her and she put it down on her ipad and someone from the back came and brought it to her . The lady asked me why I was visiting LA and I told her I was with my mother on a foodcation (trying a different variety of food) and she recommended some delicious food ! Very good customer service I will say ! Very helpful staff ! You also get 30% off if its your first time !

I came for the 30% off which they honored as a first time guest, but I see no reason to come back. I personally think having customers smell the weed is a weird and terrible idea given we are still in a respiratory pandemic. Products seemed nice but place a had an odd feel to me personally. Customer service was ok, but nothing that would have saved the experience.

AVOID THIS DISPENSARY Been coming to this place for over a year at least twice a month and I brought a lot of friends. Several times I have experience issues related to "misscomunication" from the staff that in my opinion is not well trained. Today i called to confirm the promos, exactly because they always have a mess, I don't understand why if they are usually empty from costumers, however the employee confirm they were running a 50% discount on all orders because of their anniversarY, I even confirmed with her the exclusion and for a third time that the promo was that. After following the instructions I placed the order online just to be called a couple of minutes later by an employee to tell me that the promo is not that. I  think for me this was the last straws and the fact that the person I spoke with hadn't the. Minimum business perspective to do the math and see what was a bigger lost for him

Great deals and even better bud! Not to mention the staff so friendly and helpful. They have really good quality bud for decent prices and deals. You will not be disappointed with this gem on the west side. It has become my go to dispensary.Love this place
