Shop is too small. Prices are too high. Not enough of a variety of weed or edibles, hence is due to the tiny space. The staff are friendly considering their ac seemed to be not working when we visited. This was before Covid, I don't know if they've expanded since.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I live over an hour away and placed a $200 order here because they had the product I needed. Got the text that my order was ready, so I drove all the way there only to find that they didn't know why I received a text, they didn't have my order, and they didn't have the product, despite their website allowing me to order it. Waste of a trip and garbage customer service. No apologies or anything, just "we don't have that..."

I like you guys and I am a loyal, regular customer. My 2 stars is because of yesterday's lifting of safe, LA County Health Department enforced Covid practices due to a little bit of rain. Eliminating curbside pickup because of RAIN? Dudes, there is a tent outside. It blocks rain from stupid humans afraid of a little drizzle. There's also this brilliant tool called an umbrella. Or, I don't know, tell your employees bringing your product to cars to suck it up when they get a tiny bit wet.Forcing customers into a miniature, exceptionally filthy, suffocatingly hot box of an establishment where social distancing is literally impossible because of RAIN is just straight up dumb. And highly dangerous and outrageously irresponsible. The large security guard stands IN THE DOORWAY so you have to turn your body sideways to squeeze past him. To the right of him is a small sign that says "blah blah social distancing required." Uh huh clearly not. At least if I get Covid I know exactly where I got it. Otherwise love you byeeee!PS. I've read countless reviews regarding how rude and misleading the front desk is here -- couldn't agree more. There are plenty of unemployed folks in LA who would gladly take over and would treat your customers with the kindness and respect we deserve.

I had made a review about one of the workers - the blonde and I'd like to go ahead and just say I had it wrong and she's just very business and professional.something happened in the shop n she basically had my back and I didn't expect it and I think that's more than a customer could ask for.

The two stars is for the unfriendly vibes I get from some of the staff there. Maybe they're not getting paid enough, but their attitude stink like the type you get from the DMV. That said, I will say that I really like placing my order online and picking it up without asking any questions or engaging in any kind of conversation with the people there. This saves me from walking out of the place with emotional baggage I don't need. Their discount/coupon policy is very inconsistent. Some people don't even need to see the coupons you get from their texts and other insist on it like their life depended on it. Therefore, sometimes I don't get the discount when I need it. I wonder if the establishment docks any erroneous discounts from the employee's paycheck. Otherwise, I can't understand why some employees act like accountants rather than budtenders. This mixed with their mercurial attitude really turns me off about this dispensary. It feels like walking into a dysfunctional family business that employees their family members through some hidden coercion.  It would be nice if they were more consistent with their policy and operated more like a legit business rather than some underground gig. Do all of your research online or call other dispensaries first. This establishment isn't good for customer service at all, and you'll see this pattern when reading other bad reviews. Obviously the business doesn't care, so I'm going to assume this practice will continue for some time to come.

I order some CBD / THR edibles online on the website.It told me to come pick it up because my order is ready via text.I was excited.I Drove out to eagle rock for pickup. Park in the back at curbside parking.A angry and over ego eccentric security guard yelled at me: IT'S CURB SITE PARKING ONLY he made me move my car. I re-parked my car on the street next to the building.Walked inside to a little window with a unfriendly overworked and exhausted unfriendly lady.She yelled at me that I need to move my car and that I can't park on the street that I just move it too and that she won't serve me or give me my order if I don't move my car immediately.At this point I got angry and thought WOW. How ridiculous this all is!All I wanted was my CBD and be happy and relax. I walked out and thought FORGET THIS PLACE! I'm not giving this unproductive and unprofessional group of negative people who are pushing me and bullying me where to park my car my hard earned money. Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect.I was a first time customer and this was an awful experience. Super annoying. Super controlling and very unprofessional and especially SUPER UNNECESSARY NEGATIVE experience for a first time customer. They ruined my day. Will never come back.This was my first and last time.I would rather go to a place where they treat me like a human not like a criminal and pushed me around where to park. Stay away from Green Earth Collective.. Buy your stuff elsewhere like Sweet flower etc. They were so nice to me and a total opposite of Green Earth Collective.

First off the selection is perfect. And you can tell they stay knowledgeable with their products. They just don't sell, they inform. Chris helped out today and guided me to exactly to what I was looking for..Seeing as how I went in for something new that was helpful. All in all if you haven't been. You'll come and won't want to go somewhere else.

Generally, over the years I've had pretty good luck here and good service. I hate to say it but lately, someone's definitely been dipping into the company supply there.  Not just me, but a friend and I both have bought 3-4, 3.5g gram batches which were DEFINITELY under. One of mine was actually WAY under (less than half full and dry, not even heavy or dense).  I feel totally ripped off since they talked me into getting a 3rd batch to get a 4th one free and 2 were significantly under.  I'm giving 3 stars because I have a feeling it's just one employee.  Check each container before you buy in the meantime.

I'm just going to keep it brief here and share a similar experience to others, in that I've been coming here for a long time and will not be returning because of the way I was treated by the person at the check-in window tonight. Prices are good. Sales staff are great. Really so nice. That said I'm not taking flack from some person about my screwed up order just because she's had a long day. (Based on comments from other reviews it seems "chick with shitty nails," who made a point of not being helpful or even nice with me tonight, has regular issues dealing with curbside orders. Maybe she should switch to indica.) There's no shortage of dispensaries around. I will not be talked over or treated like a bother when I am trying to explain what happened so you will not similarly inconvenience the next person who tries to make an online order you refuse to fill.I now understand that is unwelcome, and I will drop my $100 somewhere else tomorrow.

As a resident of the Northeast Los Angeles community, I like to support local and independently owned businesses. When I support a business - meaning when I give my money to a business in exchange for a product or service - I hold the business accountable on three major criterias: (1) Honesty(2) Transparency(3) RespectI support businesses that are exemplary at being honest with their customers, transparent with their business approach, and respectful towards all individuals, especially those that financially support the business. But at Green Earth Collective, you will not find these values. The entire staff, from executive level downward, have a very limited mindset when it comes to community and growth. If you are perceived to have low socio-economic status, meaning if you arrive there with clothing attire that makes you look "poor", "lazy", or "uneducated", Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect. If you try to share constructive criticism with the staff for the betterment of the establishment, you will be treated with hostility and disrespect. And most importantly - the most crucial factor - if you make a purchase with cash at Green Earth Collective, you will not be given the correct amount of change in return. And if you try to address it, you will be treated with hostility and disrespect. Imagine buying a product with your hard working money only to receive the product without the remaining change. Change that is rightfully yours. Whether it's one cent or $500 dollars, imagine not receiving your change - your money - when you buy a product. This has happened every time when I have purchased cannabis from Green Earth Collective. Every time I buy a product I am constantly given the incorrect amount of change. And when I ask for the appropriate amount of change - the left over cash that is rightfully mine after paying for my product - the staff get incredibly upset. Last night, I tried to address this issue and everyone from Green Earth Collective - I mean EVERYONE from entry-level budtender to the managerial level associate, berated me for wanting to address such unethical behavior.An entry level female employee with pink hair did a hand gesture of shooting herself in the head with a gun when I requested customer assistance.An experienced male budtender passively aggressively stated that I was uneducated for not being aware of current currency shortage caused by the pandemic (which doesn't explain at all why Green Collective is still accepting money when they cannot give the correct change back to its customers)The receptionist refused to assist me when requesting managerial/owner contact information and transferred me to an unknown man who deliberately chose not to disclose his full name or title.This man berated me for 3-minutes and did not allow me to speak. Great selection of their own supply, as well as edibles and extracts, which is often why I come. I love the staff who is super friendly, and will even put up with me plugging my meme page, or talk about microphones with me.Everyone here treats you like a friend, and that's important. They are moderately priced as well.

Lucked-up on finding Green Earth Co today! Cute shop, Super kind & knowledgeable budrista's in a great location. They have parking behind store. It wasn't accessible today...don't freak out!!!! There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Thank you Amazing neighbors for helping people like me who are in pain to have access to alternatives to Opiods! I'd had debilitating headache for four days. Was prescribed two different opiods. Both made me feel sick to my stomach, listless & just crappy. Plus, they didn't stop my head pain! With a little of that knowledge, I got a few edibles that taste yummy and performed exactly as promised!Thanks Green Earth

So I'd like to first preface this by saying I am a LOCAL and REGULAR customer at the G.E.C. for around 3+ years. I thank the G.E.C. staff for their kindness up to this point. I mean, the whole staff knows me, and we're all cool, except for my MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE. Front Desk? 10/5, they know their stuff inside and out, and know how to help you. Security? 10/5 If you actually take a moment to actually talk to them, they're actually really friendly people. There was a really cool African American security guard there who helped me with all the best joint selections before I got to the staff with my order. Great people. Actual cannabis front line associates? 10/5 VERY friendly, very helpful, and I take pride in dropping the associated (male or female) around $5-20 every time I visit for max 10 minutes of their time. I take pride in being a "golden goose" for their good service that they do. :D...So why the 1/5?The Machismo Manager (or acted like it in my most recent visit). Timed my visit during their low occupancy time to avoid the normally long lines, so I can get the premium service. Was being helped by a friendly female staff member. Was the only customer in there at that moment. The female associate helping me was very helpful and was planning to drop a sweet tip because I'm very well within my budget. Manager comes in, and makes an unnecessarily big deal about the phone, which I've NEVER had a problem with for the 3 years I've been there, and I made it BLATANTLY clear I'm just using it to pull up a specific product name to make the order experience faster. Nobody else was around to use as an example in the store. He was a straight up douche, and condescending to the other female associates there. And I have a question, an honest one, if phones are TRULY NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONTEXT by that machismo manager: a) How are we supposed to cash out our Birthday Discounts? b). How about redeeming our points for bonus products? c) How about redeeming DISCOUNTS PROMOTED BY THE GEC ITSELF???I am aware people take pictures to compare prices, but it was clear as day I had NO INTENTION OF DOING SO, and had a budget I planned to spend at the place. I was blown away by the rude nature, and almost just walked out. I can tell the associates can barely tolerate him, just by their looks, sadness in their eyes, and his rude nature. I had stepped out to get the document and get the names of the products, then RELUCTANTLY stepped back in. Then he tried to compensate by acting professional, while STILL stepping on the toes of their own staff, and denying the regular staff, WHO WAS PERFECTLY CAPABLE I should mention, to help me. He probably thought little of them, and was trying to make an example, but it all failed HORRIFICALLY. Broskie, you made the staff and the store and the staff look bad. Hella bad. The ordering was very awkward as seeing his POOR display of management of public display while trying my best to keep composed while seeing the sad team members on the sidelines aint helping anyone. They know they lost their tip from not being able to help me, and the experience the manager gave. This was a clear cut case where the manager stepping in made things WORSE!!! If this behavior is allowed at the G.E.C. of rudely treating their staff while they feel like shiet on the sidelines robbing their staff from a nice tip I was about to drop, hijacked customers from perfectly capable retail associates, and making terrible experiences for their CORE customers who built the place to be what it is to PUSH customers to take their money ELSEWHERE, I will have no affiliation with the G.E.C. after I cash out my surplus points. Not sorry.I stand up for the frontline workers RIGHTS, and they shouldn't be subjected to being thought of as LESS by the manager. If I was that lady, and I had just TWO similar experiences with a manager like that, I would've quit on the spot. And I was one who vouched for G.E.C. and brought them TONS OF BUSINESS!!! I'm posting this review on 11 review sites to make sure his actions are known. I follow the old adage, "Take your money where its treated best." And with a hostile manager like that as other reviewers have stated, I'm planning on taking my money elsewhere after the surplus points cashout.

Oh my god please do not go here. I purchased a $40 stiiizy pod from them, and here are all of the fees I had to pay. $40 for a 1G pod$20 taxes + cannabis tax? why are the the taxes half of the cost of the pod?$3 "card fee"$10 ATM FEE? That they didn't tell me would be charged there, came home to it charged on my card. I was also a first time patient, and they didn't ask or give me the 10% when I told them. Just go somewhere else, there are plenty of dispensaries in LA who won't overcharge you with fees like this.

ATTENTION SMOKERS.... This is one spot you need to check out. Employees are always on point and they have great specials. They also have a awesome point system so that you can accumulate points to get free items or discounts. They also have Selected vendors that come on certain days and offer buy one get one free. Now those are the days that you need to check out because you literally walk out saving over 40 bucks. You see people coming in and out of this place all day and all night long. Like I said before the employees are great they know exactly what your looking for if you let them know what your into. The only downfall I have on this place is the parking there's only street parking available and it's in a residential area so parking is pretty hectic and very limited. It's like this all day erryday.So when ever your in the Highland Park visiting one of your hipster friends lol. stop by this spot you won't be disappointed... TRUST!!! .... "KEEPING IT 1 HUNNID" .

Super easy to order online and I was able to get it for same day delivery! I paid on arrival with my debit card. The driver was great, too. Friendly and he wore his mask.

Products are mislabeled on the website. Be sure to double check your orders because they won't give you an exchange once you walk out. They've messed up my order multiple times, and you're just stuck with what they give you. Some friendly staff here, but overall the customer service is rude which is a shame because I always tip well and they're right in the neighborhood. Place is a dump.

The older looking chick with the blond hair was rude as f**k, so rude in fact, that I decided to walk out of the dispensary mid purchase. She spent more time complaining than it took for me to purchase what I wanted. She was complaining about ME in front of me to the security guard about me using their non working ass atm machine! I'll never step in this shit hole again. There are so many other options, up your standards.

I'm surprised I haven't left a review of this place before, to which I am sorry. I have been consistently pleased with the service and selection here EVERY time. Today George helped me out with what I was looking for (and it was a spectrum of things) He was so patient! And really informative. I would like to start by saying BEST Customer service ever lovely girls in the shop I did a crib said pickup today and the young lady that brought out my order was super nice honestly recommend this place I wish I could have gotten her name to post it so you guys can ask for her and get her excellent service all I can say is that she was blond and had a black hat on.

Be very careful in looking at what you're about to purchase is the correct item. Its happened several times before that we were given the wrong items and once we walked out the door were not given a refund or exchange, even if they weren't open. Their website isn't always correct either. We've purchased things on there and have gotten something totally different. They really don't seem to care if they give you the wrong item or if something is mislabeled on their website, staff treated as my problem.

UPDATE: What a slap in the face to this long time customer. I just ordered curbside (for the second time) and was given a call letting me know that i was banned from curbside service because the receptionist "has an issue" (i.e. my review) with me. How vindictive can you get? The manager tells me they "don't let people talk to staff in a rude way". I was like wtf? She was in a pissed off state from the get-go! I was never rude to her. After pleading my case to the manager (manager also said they "can't give exact times" i responded "if it's busy you can tell it might be a 10 minute + wait and if it's not busy than 5 minutes or less" c'mon isn't that the purpose of curbside service? Is it that hard?) , she agreed to allow me curbside service "this time". The actual curbside service this time went fine- and yes i waited about 4 minutes.   I still give a star for the budtenders and 2 stars for the buds- but forget the perpetually pissed off receptionist and management who would let her get away with this vengeful behavior. I have been a good customer, never had an issue before and have spent a lot of money there. If management ever wants to schedule some basic customer service training for staff, let me know. At this point, I really feel like i will find another store- there's plenty of competition around. And to think, if the manager hadn't called me and told me i was banned, this might have been updated to a five star review. Don't bother trying to call to pre-order, the receptionist kept me on hold forever so I ordered online before anyone even picked up. For the most part the budtenders are friendly, but the receptionist is not the friendliest. So I didn't know how curbside service worked. I thought someone would be in the parking lot, but no one was so i called. The receptionist said it would be a "few" minutes. Five minutes later, a guy came out and said he was waiting for curbside but it took too long so he went in to get it. I was also going to order some food so i wondered if it would be faster if i went in. The receptionist said "I told you already it would be a 'few' minutes," in an obviously annoyed (almost pissed) tone. I said, "ok but what is a few minutes because you said that five minutes ago." She said she wasn't going to stay on the line arguing with me and then says (very rudely), "he's going out now, ok?" So i am not going to condemn the whole place for this, and the curbside service was very convenient. The budtenders are usually very friendly. But if the receptionist knows things are busy, she could've said from the get-go "it will be a 5-10 minute wait." Because a "few" is vague and means different things to different people.Another thing is that last week when i came, security was standing there eating & talking by where the receptionist sits. This is just gross to see and probably against health code.

My normal shop was closed and I was out so I looked around for other options and came across this place , the bud tenders in the back were nice , the girl who helped me was friendly and I have no complaints there , I asked to see the concentrate and there is some stuff u can look at but not everything so I ended up getting raw garden sight unseen , the older lady in the front, she wasn't rude per-say but wasn't very friendly either just seemed kinda mean and unhappy ... the whole front of house could do with a little tlc , and paint job  beacuse it looks a little trashy. The prices are ok they are actually a little cheaper then my normal shop however I'd rather pay a little more for a nice clean shop , with friendly people and an ample parking lot . I had to do a couple of laps around the block at this place before I found a spot.

This DIY Is a rip off!! They have all these extra charges when you buy with a card.  Plus the bud tenders are so Rude!!! They don't even wanna take the time to answer my questions without an attitude.  Plus the quality of the weed is terrible.

*update* just got the out for delivery notification and now it looks like I'll be waiting a full 3.5 hours past the delivery window. I go to bed at 9 for work. I'm losing an hour of sleep because of my stupid decision to buy from here. I've been a patron here every once and while for a couple of years. Always had a good experience until recently. The staff is condescending and tries SO hard to upsell you even if you know exactly what you want. As others have mentioned, I suspect they don't give correct change, but I've never taken the time to check.Tonight was the kicker, though. I decided to try their delivery service- the order was supposed to arrive between 6:30 and 7. I called twice to check on it and each time it was 'we're really busy, they'll be there in 20 minutes'. It's now 9 and Im still waiting. You're busy, fine. You're short staffed, fine. But to offer no apology, much less a refund for waiting 3 hours past the delivery window is absurd. I work early in the mornings and will be staying up past my bedtime to wait on this f*cking delivery so I can just go to bed. Never again.

Green Earth Collective is the best dispensary I've ever been to. They have the best product(s) than any other place I've visited. The customer service is superb. Friendly staff. Great location, they deliver and have curbside pick up so it's always convenient to get what you want. Five stars and two thumbs up. I highly recommend Green Earth Collective!!!

If it had not been for for this employees interaction and attitude towards me as a repeated customer I would say about 3.5- 4 stars. The times before this have been good visits as it's only been a couple, very small selection but it's an option in dire need. Green earth was promoting a customer bonus for repeat purchasing and I went to redeem my reward for the multiple times I've purchased while also wanting to restock. The male tender said he couldn't help me figure it out because it was through a third party. Surprised I question why he could not assist me he replied with "idk, not my problem" and when expressed my frustration calmly he replied with "doesn't effect me" .Extremely rude unhelpful and also talking under his breath like he was nervous to speak up.

I am a loyal customer of Green Earth, but today I was disappointed. I went in and bought some hash when I got home and opened it I saw that it was moldy. It had actual mold on it. I have a compromised immune system and have been avoiding going out at all, even to pick up. I had to put myself at risk in order to get the item exchanged. They offered me a 20% discount or a shake joint, but neither felt worth me having to leave my house again in the midst of a pandemic. Folks didn't even seem to care which really sucked because I always felt very welcomed at GEC.

They charge way too much for what they have, over tax on everything always super slow. Their delivery service SUCKS so bad I honestly don't know why I even keep trying they either deliver HOURS upon hours late or they'll often even send your driver to the wrong address it's happened MULTIPLE TIMES. I've ordered probably over 20 times because of last resort situations and I can truly say they have only successfully completed only  3 out of those orders. The actual absolute worst shop I know of they really need to get their stuff together

Placed a delivery order today. Simple order but it "slipped through" and wasn't delivered.  No customer service to speak of, and no desire to rectify the situation. "All deliveries are done for the day" I was told. Touché. Will order from the hundreds of other dispensaries nearby in the future.

I really loved this place, I've been going here for years. The staff is nice and always friendly. But as soon as I had an issue, I was treated differently. Basically I bought some shake and found shreds of fine black plastic inside. I didn't notice it until I saw it while I was rolling, and I was instantly grossed out as I had been tasting something off in this batch, especially the smell as it burned. I figured it was sticks but now I realize it was probably whatever fell into this shake. I get it--it's cheap weed--but from a professional dispensary I expected much more. When I told them that there was plastic in my weed, not only were they not apologetic at all, but they said I could not be refunded or even return the weed, even with the seals unbroken (I ordered 4 5gram containers). They said they could take down my name and give me a 10% discount on my next purchase, and didn't even address the issue that I almost and had probably already smoked pieces of plastic. I don't think I'll ever come here again.

This is a cool little spot. Nice collection of hash and a steady supply of flower including in-house. My girlfriend has been coming here for years!

Really bad customer services, I came for the first time and I have my recommendation on the phone and the lady said that She needed the physical paper. I took a bus to get here. I didn't like her attitude I was going to pay for my order I wasn't asking for free they should be more thankful though. I don't recommend this store at all. Get your supplies somewhere else.

Great selection and quick service! Will definitely be coming back ! Their blue dream sativa joints are very euphoric and they also have really cheap indica joints for a night cap. The customer service is great too. Highly recommend coming to this place !!

I've been so many different collectives in Los Angeles and then to look compared to Greener Side because I started coming to Green Earth Collective prior to them moving locations to their current location , on the corner of the 1400 block of Campus Road  4700 block of York plus years and they've never failed to surpass my expectations outstanding service quality product and the perfect place to be on 420 did you never know what kind of goodies are going to get! But you will get a professional crew, a abundance of caution to the covid-19 and everything and all laws you'd expect to be followed at a collective in the city of Los Angeles.I'm currently employed this dizzy Collective as a blaze driver so in the Cannabis industry Green Earth is well known for producing high-quality product unique strains and overall a good customer experience evidence by their expanding business and the square footage for which they have currently on a corner location as opposed to Avenue 56th where they were located among several other businesses and there was no parking.

The service here is excellent. Everyone is super friendly. My go to shop. Highly recommend. From your neighborhood stoner

First, if you want to charge me for using a debit card cause its the cannabis business and most of us understand how that works fine. But you are not going to say it is being run as debit charge me $3 and then I get charged by my bank for a non bank atm fee if it's actually an atm withdraw and not an atm. Fix this on your site!!! I dont care if its a 30 cent charge or more its the principle of it. So detail this on your website especially when we are doing curbside pickup and we have the option for debit. If you dont want us using debit. fine say cash only. but we shouldn't have to pay more than double the fees cause you got your system set up in a shady manner. again. I get the way things are in the world of cannabis and banks and other regulations but even more of a reason to not be on some stupid shit.

Several staff tested positive for Covid here and owners refuse to quarantine. I wouldn't support this business if they were giving away flower for free. People not profits.

I've been close to a $1000 a month customer for a long while now.I like the selection of flowers that they have some of the time, plus the fact that it's conveniently located.     Mainly I liked the $100 back on every $1000 spent. Unfortunately I had to call a couple of times before so they will remember to give me my points on several purchases made. Last night when I called to claim my credit after they forgot it again, (line was busy for quite a while so I had to be patient before being able to reach someone on the phone) finally when I was able to reach someone, they told me (impatiently) to come tomorrow and talk to Liz (felt like lots of work)I went there this morning at 10 30 am, told them about the situation in person, they were very dismissive, told me Liz is on a break (a 10 30 am break), At this point I started to loose my patience, I told them they should just take my ID and trace my transaction from yesterday while crediting me later at their convenience,  they insisted on telling me to sit down and to wait for Liz to come back. (how much time could I afford to waist on their mistakes??)BAD customers service! I told them while leaving that they just lost a $1000 a month client, it didn't seam bother them at all. (I'm sure the actual owner would have mind though)I meant it, I'M NOT COMING BACK!Downloaded the weedmap App instead to find some good alternatives. Great App to see what's really out there.

I've gone to this place for the last time.  Customer service has always been hit or miss. Sometimes they're great and sometimes you just get straight attitude from some chick with shitty nails.  Tonight I placed an order online for curbside pick up. I received my confirmation and headed over to pick up. After informing them upon arrival I received a reply that someone would be right out.  After waiting over a half hour and being blocked in their "pick up" only spot by another customer, security dude came out and said they stopped curbside pick up at the time I actually arrived.  Going inside is fine if you like the old school experience of buying your weed at your dealers house.  I actually kinda liked the shitty half-assed unfinished drywall job in the waiting area.  Kinda reminded me of the early 90s before you had to pay taxes on your smoke and stand in line with Portlandia hipster daddies.  Fair warning, go if you must but there are plenty of shops with much better service.

Dope lil spot with some decent strains. Will come back again. I would recommend this to a friend

Been to many different collectives and by far this spot is  my favorite. Wait time to get in is usually around 5 quick minutes due to the precautions put in place. Expansive menu that includes CBD, edibles, oil, and pretty much anything bud related.  The bud tenders are very patient and friendly and also informative of the products. The parking is the thing that'll really upset you if you're coming here but it's definitely still very much worth a visit.

Went here once and never came back, they give you the wrong change and the itemized receipt has subjective percentages/prices/discounts. Felt sketched out with the whole establishment and the customer service from the women in the front desk is super passive aggressive.

The wait is terrible. You can stand in line forever according to the security that's on staff. It's my third time coming and its always the same thing!

Green Earth is retaliating against employees for standing up for themselves. They fired everyone today because they only want workers they can abuse and manipulate. It's crazy that despite the bullshit employees endure, they were always professional and respectful towards customers. Most reviews talk about the friendly environment because of the employees yet we were being overworked and still fired for standing up for ourselves. BOYCOTT GREEN EARTH

My friend had gone here and recommended this place.  I wanted to get some CBD oil for my dad who hasn't been sleeping well.  Parked on the street and went to sign in. They have you sign an agreement before you go in and they staggered the people in line. Staff is friendly and helpful and the quality of their stuff is high.  I would recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. I will say that this stuff is more expensive now that it's legal - three kinds of taxes!  Still a good place to go when you need quality stuff and knowledgeable staff.

This is our local dispensary that we frequent 3-4 times a week, normally we are in and out fast and get what we like and staff is friendly and helpful, but today was not that case, it started with me calling around 4 pm asking to put in a curbside order, the girl who answered the phone had an attitude the moment she answered the phone and says quickly  "we aren't taking curbside orders right now" but said I could place a phone order for pick up,, she then left me on hold for 30 minutes, in which I then decided to drive to the store while still on hold, upon arrive there was a line which is understandable it's a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, so I decided to wait until a little later I had a few things to hold me over for the after noon. I also couldn't help but notice the giant chalk board sign at the corner out their door that says "call for curbside pick up" with their phone number, so later on in the evening around 8 I decided to call and place an order for curbside pick up. And yet again the moment the girl answered the phone she was rude and with an attitude, not sure if it was the same girl as before I regret not asking for her name. This time I asked if I could make a order for curbside pickup she very quickly said "nope!" I asked why is her sign was outside all day on the side walk advertising to call for curbside pick up if they aren't offering it, she became very rude with me and assumed I was outside and went in to tell me "you have to call 15 minutes ahead of time for curbside pick up" mind you I'm at home she was just being rude. Then I asked she could check on a product availability for me because on occasion they are out she says "yea what" I didn't even get to ask about the brand I said "wax" and was about to say "wax any of the raw gardens" she cut me off and says "nope we are all sold out" and hung up on me, not sure how she is going to say all sold out I didn't even say the brand, I decided I would just swing by the store for some pre-rolls and while waiting in line I over heard someone ahead of me ordering wax!? I ended getting a gram of wax and some pre-rolls and gummies . It's disappointing to be disrespected 2 times, from the same shop, in the same day and from the girls answering the phones. I like the products they carry but I may have to start looking for another shop near by where they aren't rude to customers for no apparent reason

Solid little dispensary in Highland park. The front desk gal was very helpful being that it was a first time check in, check in and show your ID and sign their iPad waiver. Easy In and Out.All the bud tenders were very helpful immediately and had great attitudes, I was able to get some CBD oil for my friend and some CBD Balm for myself. and both of those things are miracle workers in themselves. The Papa and Barkley brand!Will def. come back when I start to run low on my CBD goodies.Pretty busy spot too, came out of the dispensary to wall to wall people waiting their turn to go in!

I love this store. Friendly staff. Close by. Sometimes when you come during peak hours, there is a short wait. But its never been too bad. A little disappointed when I came in today to use the 10% off promotion that I received on Tuesday that was supposed to be valid for the whole week. When I was checking out they didn't honor it. This is a smaller dispensary than others that I've been to in LA but still good!I wish the flowers had descriptions like other locations but they can help you with that. I just like to read and pick off what I am looking for.They have digital menus with the prices for the various measurements. I did like how they have gram measurements so I could try different kinds.There's a bunch of taxes here. A city tax. Excise tax and another one. 10% off for first time users.

The girl at the front desk was really sweet and patient (even thought some jerk was giving her a hard time). The guy that helped me wasn't. I was looking for CBD pen with little THC and I needed help looking for the right items. He didn't seem to take me serious and treated me like "dumb girl trying to get high" because at one point he kept putting random pens and on the table and would say "look at that" again I don't know about this stuff so I had no idea what I was looking at. I asked about this one pen and he kept saying "oh those are serious business" I was interested even though the price was a little high, but he didn't give me any information. I ended up getting a pen, oil, and weed. Then there was the ATM! I tried to take out some money for my stuff and the ATM wouldn't allow me to take out the full amount, now I know what you're thinking, yes I had money in there! I was 2 dollars short and I asked him if I could pay the rest with card, he just said "gotta have enough money" I WAS SO IRRITATED AT THIS POINT. Didn't get the weed bought my stuff and left. I get in the car and look at the tax and I'm FURIOUS! Yes, I understand that these things are taxed now but it totaled up to $30! In all honesty I would not have minded if the experience was nice but at that point I got taken advantage of for not knowing enough. I so was angry and stressed I chugged the CBD and nearly finished the pen! I wasn't relaxed at all that night. If you plan on going here be aware of the high taxes and bring a someone that knows about weed to help you so you don't feel taken advantage of.

GEC is a well balanced dispensary with unique and well grown exclusive strains. Their selection of flowers, edibles and concentrates are well stocked from reputable brands. They also have an amazing loyalty program, that caters to multiple demographics, IMO! Much respect to the staff this past year, who make it a calm/chill experience to purchase cannabis. Walked in and wasn't expecting the set up which I will say surprised me. The receptionist was very polite and prompt with taking my info since I was a first time patient. Definitely looking forward to coming back here.

After recent information coming to light (from patients/customers and local news sources) about their complete disregard for COVID safety regulations and word of some employees testing positive, I was even surprised to discover they were allowing people inside their claustrophobic establishment. Last time I visited was a couple weeks before quarantine. They'd lagged (admittedly) about waiting until the last minute to follow the METRC system implemented by the state to track seed to sale for our safety. Any dispensary that tries to skirt legality becomes sketchy in my book. Their menu was completely out of date and after seeing a line literally down the block I frustratingly left because a) they had very little product and b) it's terrifyingly small even without a pandemic! I've seen the dispensary's response to recent negative reviews, but they are very hard to believe when return customers are reporting the exact opposite. For a place people come to for knowledge, quality product, and healthcare this spot is showing a complete disregard for its employees' and customers' safety. I'm surprised they have not yet been shut down - finally stopped the discount texts today because why even risk it when there are other SAFE options that actually care about their patients, many of whom are immunocompromised. Spend your unemployment checks elsewhere guys and support solid NELA spots. Sorry GEC, I never enjoy writing bad reviews but from what I'm hearing, your business practices are unacceptable and it's sad to hear as you can tell my my early 2019 review.

I starting coming here because it's close to home, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. The staff is always happy to walk you through the menu and is very knowledgeable of their items.Recently I bought a battery set for concentrate cartridges and, when I got home, found that it was faulty and wouldn't charge. I brought it back and they happily replaced the battery with a brand new, functional set, all with a smile on their face. The staff also offers call-ahead orders, so instead of coming in and waiting, you can just pick up and pay for your order when you walk in. It's a really nice service if you know exactly what you want before-hand.The waiting area can get a bit crowded, especially on Friday nights, but it's never that bad of a wait.Love this place!

This dispensary gave me an indica instead of a stativa and then WOULDN'T REFUND ME. Do not use this dispensary. They are the absolute WORST. The dude was clearly too baked to grab the correct jar of weed. But what a terrible business model that they cannot admit their mistake. Do not give these people your money. They are terrible.

I got to GC at 9:55 and they said that we are closed. I said the sign says open til 10pm. I said that's very unprofessional. They turned away 6 people that mad it there on time. It seems as though they were tired of serving customers and making money. They turned down at least a few hundred. I always thought that the people that work at GC we're cool. The weed is just alright and it's always dry and burns up fast. I'm very disappointed that they decided to close early. O well, another one bites the dust.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I felt judge by what I was shopping for. He wasn't helpful. Had zero ZERO product knowledge. He had the biggest attitude. I don't remember his name but I'll never forget that ugly Hawaiian shirt he was wearing. If you hate your job then you should find something you're passionate about instead of working somewhere you hate and force others to deal with your resentments. I won't be returning to this place

One of the few shops in LA that have their recreational-use license now!It's a pretty small shop with a waiting area in front, although I've never had to wait. Registration was speedy and all staff members were super friendly and chill. My first time, I came looking for Kiva Moroccan mints (they're so hard to find) and was not disappointed. Price is on the higher side at $24/box, as I've seen them for as low as $15/box. My second time, I came for edibles and my budtender recommended Korova cookies (so delicious btw) and Kiva chocolate bars. I want to say everything is priced slightly higher than elsewhere, so I may start going to a collective/dispensary closer to me with better prices. That recreational tax is killer, too.They give you a discreet, reusable child-proof zippy bag that you should bring back every time, or they'll charge you $1.50 for a new one.Street parking available.

Parking: Residential As a patient vs recreational user; I'm used to getting certain services, and in this case I felt I got none. The receptionist was friendly but I felt the business gave no love especially to first (1st) time patient. I've gone to other dispensaries in which they provided gifts, discounts, stamp cards, and Green Earth Collective gave none. When purchasing your flowers they won't allow you to touch it (to confirm it's not dry); and they don't measure in front of you (everything is prepackaged), so you really don't know the weight unless you have a scale at home. Also, you have to pay $1.50 for a reusable bag and if you don't bring it back they will charge you again but you'll see that on your that slightly high tax, on your receipt. Is this gentrification at it's finest (lol), but really do people not know how to place their meds in a safe place that a special bag is needed. The only reason I gave this place one (1) stars was because of the friendly receptionist; it's also to remind me not to go back there again. The bud was alright. Meh to say the least.PS: I didn't do my research on this place. Don't know how the flowers are grown, and whether Monsanto has anything to do with their growing of crops but since I'm not going again, no further research is needed on my part. When I got home the flower was less what I expected . Indeed I will never go here againCiao

This is hard because I work in the cannabis industry and I want to support legacy shops like green earth but...this place in the time of covid19 is operating like an irresponsible trap shop and the public should be warned ahead of of time. I went in today wearing a mask with a friend who was also wearing a mask. This was after we were turned away at nearby Cornerstone Collective because they weren't letting anyone into the store and we could only be served with a pre order. That was not convenient but was understandable. I called Green Earth to see if they were accepting new clients. They could barely tell me what concentrates they had but we went anyway. Upon arriving-- zero members of staff had a mask or gloves on. The space is extremely small. When I asked another customer to please stay the minimum recommended 6 feet away from me I saw the receptionist, who I had already had to interact with in spite of her lack of mask roll her eyes. Ok great. Screw me I guess. When I asked another customer to not crowd me from behind no one cared. Also, a security guard that no one has any choice but to engage with and walk within 6-12 inches of has no face mask or gloves and said "I guess if I'm sick you're all sick" wow hilarious. I thought dispensaries were still open as essential health businesses. As a person who relies on cannabis for my actual health this whole scene was a nightmare. Once inside their approximately 10x10 shopping area where three employees without masks or gloves crowded into this tiny area after entering in and out over and over near waiting customers got to me they touched every product without gloves, asked me to type my PIN number into a credit card machine that didn't even have any protective shield on it. This place doesn't care about your health. They are not up to date with what is happening and are operating like an amusement park pre-pandemic. This is disgusting and irresponsible. Please shop somewhere that cares about our current health crisis. This is a business that deals with the immuno-crompromised. No bleach smell. No measures to be taken for additional cleanliness. There was not an ounce of care for customers or staff. AVOID or risk getting sick. I took THREE boiling hot showers and put my clothes into the drier after leaving. A compete nightmare. Beware.

They have no idea what the state law is for people with a medical prescription for cannabis. My friend got changed like he no medical prescription. It was brought to one of the employees and they told it was correct. So I went to and place and was charged correctly. I going to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Everyone who works here is very friendly,courteous and knowledgeable. Green Earth Collective has a wide range of edibles, cartridges, topicals and flowers that fit everyone's budget.Green Earth Collective has a nice selection of releaf body oils, balms and soaks. I have referred friends who were having muscle pains in their backs and legs.  The only downside is that the dispensary is located in a residential area so parking can be a bit tricky.

We're in town visiting and this was the nearest dispensary to the rental we're staying in. Their check-in process for entry was very streamlined and stress free! Once entering the shop itself I was somewhat surprised that it was as small as it is. For the space though, they've done a really nice job in their setup. Each type of product has it's own neatly organized display case. Variety and pricing flow across flat screen TVs mounted behind the display cases in front of you. Prices are about average and fair. Onto what really matters to me.... The quality of product is solid! I bought a bit of a sativa for daytime use, an indica for bed time, and a CBD pain relieving patch. The Mango Tango is really aromatic and smokes smooth, while the Holy Grail (by design) was helpful in relaxation and getting me to sleep! The staff was very personable and friendly. From the armed guard near the entrance, to the girl at the registration desk, to the two sales people inside the shop, each person was friendly! We were welcomed in and warmly sent off by each staff member who was nearby! Thank you Green Earth Collective for providing a convenient dispensary in the Highland Park area that distributes a quality product at fair prices and run by a staff who is interested in being personable!

Don't waste your time. Long wait just hear they literally had only ONE flower in stock and it was of course "top shelf" then proceeded to try and sell me a pack of Lowell pre rolls for $50 I can get at Medmen for $35. Wanted to give my neighborhood weed shop a try but I guess my apple store look alike weed store is the best bet.

First timer here I had a great experience they helped me understand the difference between thc and cbd, thank you I will be back again!

I've been in HLP a while, this would be the first collective in this area, funny enough it was also the first collective I've gone to. But per friend's note, the New client deals are a staple of collectives, which Green Earth didn't offer was a bit of a bust. The whole place was legit, clean, sterile, trendy. Receptionist was down to earth also the Budtenders were legit. My friend and I got a trainee, but they still had there stuff together.The pricing was a bit outrageous. What left a foul taste in my mouth was the taxing was all done at check out. So there was a surprise at the price after checkout. Honestly I think they should prove their cannabis after taxes, so clients won't be surprised at checkout.Will visit again.

This store sells weed. That's legal because we live in California. How fucking sick is that?They are very friendly. When you go in for the first time you give them your ID and sign something that says you won't be an asshole, and thats it. After that, you can buy weed. Selection is great and they are helpful af if you need recommendations.What a time to be alive

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly service. This is my first time buying anything at a recreational marijuana dispensary but I was able to get some items to treat back pain and I am very excited. Service was nothing short of excellent. Highly recommended.

Callie (sp) was a wealth of knowledge and had amazing customer service skills. We had a ton of questions but felt no rush whatsoever. Pretty decent line initially but the whole process was very smooth so the wait was not long at all.

Good selection but really pricy. The typical check in and wait to get your goods. The service was excellent and very knowledgeable. Tipping the tip jar on top of the horrible prices just adds to the bill. Next time we will know what we want and skip the tip or at least give a lesser amount. Probably have to look for another place to avoid the high prices.

I've passed by this place SO many times over the last few years. Now I finally get to experience it and, nothing short of awesome. It's a smaller space but these people have their shit together - they are very well organized and make sure you get the best smoke for your money. Love it.

The manager seems,very unstable .The obese guy with tattoos . they act friendly in front of you but when you leave They start talking about you .They give out free merchandise in exchange for positive reviews . No parking anywhere .Bud is too expensive .Absolutely no specials .. Go somewhere else

Such a great experience. Receptionists were nice and explained things well. There was Select representative working a booth and giving great deals on wax cartridges. The variety is pretty nice but I found their edible selection to be a little small. The dude working the counter for me was super chill and nice. He had no problem going to the register to check prices of items WITH recreational taxes. There's not really any parking so be prepared to maybe walk. I'm really glad this is close to our new place and I'll be coming again and again.I also want to say... it's not GEC's fault that recreational taxes are high. I'm not sure why another reviewer felt the need to complain about that. Also, $1.50 for a huge, nice, reusable bag isn't the end of the world. Seriously.

Green earth is great because it carries my favorite cartridges, Brass Knuckles. Yes, they do apply the new state and city taxes but that is something we have to face at most collectives now. They also have great strains of flower and a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Glad this local spot is open, it is right down the hill in my neighborhood and has great hours.

These guys are awesome. Glad we're neighbors and I loved that a few of the workers come up and have beers with us at Block Party when they aren't working.Great selection of goods, you won't be disappointed. The staff was humble and, although knowledgeable, didn't try to treat you with a "wine snob" demeanor. This is my new spot.

As a person who is new to going to dispensaries,  the people at Green Earth Collective made my first visit (definitely not my last) welcoming, they greeted me with positivity and a nice hello, they helped me with what I was looking for and gave me positive reviews of certain prerolls fitting my need and want. Very friendly vibe from everyone there!

Blue dream is my favorite before a workout. It makes me feel energetic and focused. My favorite tender is Skyler because he is calm cool and patient. He makes the best recommendation and keeps a smile on his face everyday.The only Con I have about this shop is the Old school Latin women in the front desk with the long purple nails. She doesn't greet you with enthusiasm. She sounds repetitive and irritated. While you sit in the waiting room you can hear her talking about a customer inside not knowing what they want because the tender had to pull out hella jars to smell. She needs to learn to keep her comments to herself as not criticize so loudly. Remember that locals that live down the street will remember her every-time we walk in why would you want to make it an uncomfortable experience? We are already paying a pretty penny so why not make it a great experience.

I went in search for something for my dogs arthritis pain.It was my first time ever entering a dispensary but the staff quickly put me at ease. The lady at the counter listened to the reason of my visit and was able to tell me more about Vetcbd and guided me on how to administer the dose to my fur baby and what to watch for. The gentleman at the counter had also used it for his pet and shared his story with me. They were knowledgeable that it put me at ease. I'll be stopping by soon for another.

My first time walking into a dispensary in LA and such a good experience. I showed my ID and got in line. After waiting for a few minutes (and feeling the earthquake), I proceeded inside where I spoke with Leticia. She was so helpful in explaining to me the differences between a variety of CBD and low dose THC products. I also received a 10% for being a first timer. I will definitely be back.

Where to begin?! I love my experience at GEC every time from start to finish! The woman at the check in is always sweet, and even when there is a wait to go into the room everyone is friendly in line, even the security guard! Recently Limón has been helping me when I come in and I am soooo grateful for the extra time he spends with me making sure I get exactly what I want! I love the $100 oz specials they offer (call ahead to make sure its available) and he was so kind and gracious about putting an oz together for me even though they were running low on the available strains!  They are respectful of the neighborhood and do things right! I love supporting this local business!

I've read several reviews here and i felt compelled to write about my own positive experience. While going through Chemo, and recovering from it, the Collective was and continues to be vital to me. I had questions about what strains would be best for the ailments I was going through and sometimes the effects of the Chemo drugs changed and so did my purchases. I am very fortunate that i live close by and that I live in a state that allows access to this medicine! I'm ok to wait in the lobby for a little bit. It's still a business and it can still be dangerous; i know robberies have happened in the past at other dispensaries. Being able to crowd control in the bud room is necessary and I am totally fine with it. The staff has always been pleasant and the growers helpful. As for parking, there is street parking. It's fine. No biggie. It's not Sunset Blvd. you'll be fine. Cheers. Keep up the good work!

This is my go to dispensary. Convenient location so you don't have to leave HP or Eagle Rock. The staff is super friendly (shoutout to Skyler), they will gladly assist you, and they have a nice selection of flowers. They sell for medical and recreational. Thanks G.E.C keep it up

so on their website the Jetty Alien OG extract for PAX was priced at a penny! For days it was on their website! Today I purchased on line for pickup. I called to confirm and verified total and they said it was $55. I told them that it's been a penny on your website for days and I asked if they would honor that. They said it was a pricing error. That's not the fault of the consumer. As a retailer who has online store and prices a product by mistake and left there for days should be honored. The person I spoke with said there was a promotional of buy one and get other for a penny but it looks like they missed labeled it on the website, according to her. Well I asked politely if they would at least honor the buy one get one for a penny and they said no. Awww how shady is that. These guys make super amounts of money and when they make a mistake on a website that's been there for days and gets called out on it they WONT even honor it. SHADY

I'm so glad to have a collective right in the heart of my neighborhood, (Highland Park/Glassell Park). The selection is abundant! So many pens, pre-rolls, flowers, tinctures and more. The staff is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I actually can have a conversation with them and feel like I'm not being rushed. Also Venus (manager) is an amazing person and any place that she is, I know will be high quality. I'll continue being a loyal customer!

This place is great. A friend recommended them for CBD oil (to help with some severe work-related stress), and I'm glad she did. I've never actually been to a dispensary before, and the whole experience was really positive. The space was immaculate, the staff were professional and incredibly helpful, and now when I wake up "snagging and looping" at 2AM with severe anxiety, I have a solution that helps me go back to bed and sleep like a little bitty baby. Hallelujah.

I love the convenience and staff that work here and the product is great. But their customer service, inability to sink w weedmaps or properly take delivery orders has always been poor. Considering they've had a few months to get themselves organized I'm pretty disappointed with how poorly they run their phone lines and delivery service. I'm often on hold for up to ten minutes at a time get hung up have to call back get a busy signal and then it can take over 3-4 hours to get my items delivered. And it's frustrating because the staff agrees with how poorly this place is organized and how it operates. If high school kids can figure out how to deliver pizzas within 30 min.  it seems to me you all could figure out a system that allows for better customer service? Something that tracks a customer's previous orders. Keeps a database so that when a new order is placed most of the info is already locked in. It's a bummer to have your local weed shop run so haphazardly! I know with a few systems in place it could be soo much better! Until then I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Cool little boutique dispensary hidden on York Blvd. Almost always get let right in with no wait, with ID in hand no rec needed. They have good hours and they are close.

EDIT: There's no way this shop could ever make it up to me.  Avoid this place like the plague, if you want a good shop with knowledgeable staff, great prices, and prompt service, go somewhere else because you won't find it here

Don't bother unless you have 20+ minutes to wait in the lobby. I understand the reasoning behind limiting customers at the counter, but waiting in the lobby for curious first-timers get old. Hire more budtenders or figure out some sort of expedited process for return customers or something, because the wait sucks. Additionally, the selection is smaller and pricier than the same exact products from other local dispensaries. I also don't like being charged for a medical transportation bag that I don't need, especially when they don't tell you about the surcharge at the time of purchase. It's not the cost, it's the lack of transparency.Bummer, because I wanted to like this place. Used to go here before the facelift, now I will go elsewhere locally to save both time and money.

Great place to have right down the street from the house! I was a little nervous walking in not knowing what to expect but everyone is super friendly. You do need to stand in line to get registered at the front desk and you need to show your driver's license and fill out some information on an iPad. There's a security guard before you can go into the main room who lets you in when it's crowd controlled. I didn't know what the heck I was doing being a newbie I just wanted something for my pain. Didn't know if I needed a vape pen, oil, or edible and the staff person was very patient with me. I did wind up buying a vape pen and some edibles for about 50 plus dollars. The vape pen is very elegant but I found that even taking a 3-second puff was too much for me. Extreme coughing fit and just not a very pleasant feeling in the lung area. But it did knock me out after about 10 minutes, LOL. Was not able to sleep the entire night however in spite of it being indica. As for the edibles I got the CBD watermelon gummies which have worked very well. I don't like the sugar sprinkled on top so I just wash that off before chewing one. I really want to try a sublingual spray if they have it. I didn't know to ask for it then but now I do. I will definitely be going back!

Friendly staff and great products. Cartridges are a minimum of $30 and they charge a $5 fee if you use card. Other than that, I enjoy getting my stuff from here.

The staff is friendly and informative, I have yet to have a bad visit. I mentioned I was having knee pain and they suggested Papa & Barkley CBD releaf balm, this balm is amazing works better than anything sold over the counter. I am now able to sleep at night with out the pain waking me up, words cannot describe how happy I am with this purchase. I also have to mention the parking is bad in Highland Park an up and coming area, there is a lot of traffic and the place is busy be mindful of the neighbors. I would hate to see this place forced to close just because customers were rude and did not obey the laws or instructions of the security guard on the premises. I will suggest if you are looking for a good time to visit it would be around 9:AM when they open, I like Saturday or an hour before they close.

Excellent service, and deep and diverse selection. The checkin process was simple and the wait was short. Once I got in, the budtender was patient and informative. (And I asked a lot of questions, so the patience was necessary!). The store layout is simple and clean. No need to go anywhere else.

Not sure if I can blame the location, but there is always a long wait time here. Only a few people are allowed inside at a time, so I always end up having to sit in the lobby for up to 10 minutes. Really great staff and products though.

I just moved in down the street and I was delighted to find this place is legitimately stumbling distance from my house. The entire staff was lovely and personable and they were unbelievably helpful, attentive, and pleasant. Sky went out of his way to explain and show me a number of different products, strains, and options because I'm still pretty new to this whole thing. They have and awesome variety of beautiful bud, edibles, pens- you name it! They even have an impressive amount of CBD tinctures and pain relief remedies, which is perfect for my boyfriend who prefers to avoid the psychotropic effects. I was so excited about their selection, I found myself continuing to add to my order because I was so amazed by some of the epic things, beautifully and carefully displayed behind the glass. Oh, and dudes, THEY DELIVER. Annnnd, SOLD! To the green earth collective! For the majority of my weed business going forward!

UPDATE: I know it's been a rough year for GEC, but their management is on the ball. After a nice exchange with the manager, I'm happy to report that they are working to make things better. Everyone makes mistakes, but good people FIX those mistakes. I've updated my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of Jose's friendly outreach and solution-oriented thinking. It's time to give GEC another try!This has been a hard year for GEC. I've been a regular since 2018 and haven't been able to get what I want since February. Their mellows were a great option for a nice social pre-roll. I live in the neighborhood and have been a loyal customer for many years. Unfortunately this dispensary has become inconsistant with regard to staff, product and customer friendliness over the last several years. Recent events have exacerbated the hostile atmosphere in and around this store. The purchase of cannibas products should be a pleasant experience. Beware: GEC is not a pleasant experience.

I truly love this place so much, great deals great people great weed. But my one tip is DO NOT order delivery. Just go there. They're always short drivers and promise you delivery times they cannot meet. If you are short drivers thats totally okay just be honest about when you can service your customers! My delivery was over 2 hours late today and all I got was "Sorry". I was so happy when I first became a customer of green earth, I brought all my friends over! Now we're really starting to look elsewhere for our go to dispensary :( happy you guys are busy, just be more responsible

Really not happy with my last interaction. I went in 15 mins before they closed, no one was in there. I had a couple questions and the lady with blonde hair snapped at me and said we only have these three left. To which the other woman said they had more to the left of the glass case. I then try to ask about prices and what's good and she just was so dismissive.Quality was crap and the interaction was crap too.

What a great place this one. We were westbound on the 210, tight on time heading to work with 20 minutes to spare. I checked weedmaps to find that after so many years, GEC was still up and running, except afew blocks down from where I remembered. With trouble finding parking, I was worried that the FTP process may take some time that I didn't have. Pleasantly surprised that even with 3 customers ahead of me,  I was let in just 3 minutes later. Must mention also that the entrance is very welcoming and open and the front desk staff are friendly and professional. When I entered the budroom, which was small but comfortable and well organized; I was greeted by a familiar face, a budtender named Melissa! I believe she helped me years ago. Nonetheless, she was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I went in figuring I'd settle with an 8th of idk what, came out happily holding an ounce in a paper bag like a happy meal! If you're reading this: Thank you MelissA! Your recommendation; "The White Buffalo",is fire! Leafy... but fire! & for the price, I couldn't ask for better. I absolutely will be coming back. But I'm a sloooow smoker with a new ounce on deck so it may not be for some time. Even still I would and will be recommending all my friends come check this spot out.  What you're looking for is most likely in here.

ive been here a few times and had very good experiences but yesterday there was a very unfriendly and sarcastic woman behind the counter. i asked her a question about apple pay because i saw tap to pay and she told me its imaginary and i cant do it even tho i could use the cash app card not on my phone? then when i said well i see this right here thats why i asked this lady said im not telling you again we dont take and and slammed her hands down on the counter. you do NOT treat customers with an attitude and if you feel like thats ok work somewhere where you do not have to deal with people. i didnt get her name but it was late in the afternoon, wont be going back.

I'm so happy about this place. I was looking for a local shop since my move months ago. I decided to come with friends since they were wondering if this is just your typical "Med Men" shop. I've only done those types myself so I just expect all of them to be like that.Coming in, it's very small. Only a small amount of people are allowed in. The vibe felt different. Instead of music blasting or bright lights, you see the selections of all types and brands while the insides felt more relaxed. There's specials for every week, currently doing something for community for thanksgiving, and the people that help are lovely to talk to. I got brands that I haven't tried (one vape and one edible) and I'm very happy with the recommendation. Also the budtender didn't start me off with a full gram with the vape. Which was awesome advice, the smaller portion hits so well! Overall I would want this place to be my new go to shop! I can't wait to come again soon!

First time ever in a dispensary. In fact, first time using “herbal products” at all for 40 years. Everyone at Green Earth Collective was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The receptionist even called me “Hon,” which always make me feel right at home. A special shout-out to Hannah, but her colleagues were also very kind. Of the two dispensaries readily accessible to me, this one seemed the less pricey, and they carried the product I wanted to use as I ease into cannabis in a very small way. For other bus-riders like me, they’re also handy to the York/51st Line 83 stop. Looking forward to going back.

Love this dispensary! Shout out to Leticia who helped me the last time I went :) she was amazing and had such great vibes, just as most of the bud tenders there have. From the security to the bud tenders, I always have had a kind, nice experience here and I've gone for years. If you're just in the area or live nearby, give them a visit! Also, make sure you sign up for their points program -- cannot tell you how many times it's been clutch when I've been pinching pennies.

Man, I love this place. I know it sounds cliched, but it’s the honest truth. I’ve been going here for a year now and they always have great energy, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the prices are amazing. All of the staff there, including the security give off positive vibrations every time I visit. I’ve gone to other dispensaries around L.A. and they don’t compare. I hope this place never closes.
