By far my favorite spot ever. Friendly, patient, and clean. I've ready a few of the bad reviews and they are nonsense. By far the best prices in the neighborhood and delivery is easy. Thank you, Carlos. I love TGE!!!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They sell products that stop working after less than a week and do not refund you even though their product is faulty. Complete rip off, staff are rude and uneducated.

I was bummed that the service my boyfriend & I received here wasn't great. I asked for a specific cartridge to refill a pen I have, and when the lady brought out the boxes (which I immediately knew weren't the right ones) I tried to kindly ask if she had others, and before I could finish she rudely cut me off and said "these ARE the ones. So do you want the cherry or the cookie flavor" I told her I'm sorry but I don't want either flavor. And she made a very loud/mad exhale noise, and threw the box back in the case and walked away. She helped my BF easily enough, and as she was helping him I noticed on the top shelf were the boxes for the cartridge I was looking for. She walked over and was like "oh, what are these ones" and I began to reply "oh, I think these might be the ones I need." But she again rudely cut me off and sourly asked "well, what flavor do you want then?" She rung me up and seemed nice enough after the fact, but I realized I received the 10% off for being a new costumer but not the 25% off the cartridge as it was marked on the container (as it was on sale) I understand as someone who works in customer service how trying dealing with people all day is, however when someone is being friendly, is new to your shop, and just trying to have a conversation and ask questions, and you're rude to them, it makes them not want to spend much time in your shop. I definitely came in with the mindset that I would get my refill and try a few new things, but after my interaction with this lady I did not want to stay any longer than I had to. I will not be returning to this store, I hope if you check it out you have a better experience than me. The front security guy was very nice, if that's any consolation. (3 stars because the place itself seems professional enough and clean, etc.)

This is not what you want to enlighten you. The staff is very stark and serious. The product is sub par, they don't  have dosist or Leune, and the flower I bought smelt dead and was not true to the characteristics promised. I do not recommend this shop.

this is the BEST dispensary! they are reasonably priced and everyone there is so down to earth. the budtender dani is a knowledgeable queen and ashley is amazing as well :) it's so refreshing to interact with a staff that is so welcoming and knows a lot about their product- always looking forward to visiting!

Been here multiple times but today was really rushed. I didn't get a faction of the attention that I usually get and they had a lot of items I would have liked to have been introduced to. Quite the disappointment.

Good flower, good pricing, huge edible selection! Super easy and they even give you a quick consultation on what will work best for you.

I will never go here again. The worst dispensary I've ever been to. I went there one day and picked up a few items from them. 3 out of the 5 items I purchased had gone bad. I got Petra mints which all had black mold growing on them. The patch I bought was also half brownish (like it had mold growing on it) and not even sticky anymore. I'm so disgusted by their lack of quality control and the state of their products. I've bought Petra mints before and I've never had this issue with the same product, but from other stores. I believe it's the way the store is storing their products, or not storing their products. It's such a health hazard and I think they need to be evaluated. This is the second time I've gotten a bad product from them. The first time, I reported it to the store manager. This time was the last straw. Never again.

Ordered online for curbside pick up and waited 35-40 minutes for the order once we got there which sucked but understandable given these wild COVID times. However, what wasn't cool was the price of the products increased significantly from when we ordered online to when we got there. My friend bought stuff that totaled $35 and when we got there the new total was $52. I had the same issue, it was $79 online and then new total was $90. Manger said they couldn't do anything but give us 10%  off our next order even after driving all that way and waiting for  so long so we just left. Won't be returning.

Shopped many MJ stores in W Hollywood and near Beverly Hills, UNTIL I found this store. My FAV, hands down! I recommend to all friends, who buy pot. The best edible selection I've seen. And, they get the same edible stock in, so if you like a product, it'll be there when you go back. Location is great, lobby nice, budtenders are super friendly AND very knowledgeable. Parking can be dodgy, street only and not many spots during "peak" hrs. Side street is permit only. I'll circle the block, if needed, for this place. Also, HAS a Debit machine. I think it's $3, plus whatever your bank charges you. Open till 9:45pm EVERY nite, another plus. Try the THC chocolate coffee beans. Watermelon Gummies Great too! YUM

This has been my sole dispensary since the first visit. They have a serious gatekeeper, but considering the guidelines they must follow (do liquor stores seem ridiculous now?) he has the right tone. I've been having some killer menstrual related issues in the past year and the budtenders are all women, each one knowledgeable, professional, but also sympathetic and fun. They are why I always walk out with a big smile and regret that I don't smoke more so I can come by more often.Recently a product came to light that was potentially a real relief for my medical condition. I was able to speak with the manager and he accommodated his customer's request with speed. It was very much appreciated, Mike.  I'm not a big fan of hyperbole, but the product is a lifesaver. I hope that they will continue to expand their inventory. Although I enjoy a good fat joint as much as the next person, medical marijuana dispensaries are the future of safe herbal remedies. I will continue to keep my business with this location because although I'm sure dispensaries will become a normal "walk-in retail" thing soon enough, for now I really appreciate the friendly, safe and accommodating atmosphere.Thanks, Mike! Greatest upscale dispensary in West Hollywood. Convenient, clean, and cordial is the best way to describe the grounds and the staff.The selection can't be beat - edibles aplenty and even CBD treats for pets! The staff is very knowledgable and they take their time with each patient to explain benefits.Why go anywhere else?!

You know, it's time I give this place the review it deserves. I've been coming here for about 2 years as a referral from a smart and reliable friend and I am so happy. The other day I was visiting family and realized just how much better the green easy is than every other collective I've shopped at. Besides the gorgeous, friendly and knowledgeable girls behind the bar- this place only sells the best quality products. I don't know if they have someone who tests everything- but I've never been disappointed. The one time I had a problem with a product, I had used most of it and they still did a switch out for a brand new & full size tank and I was not expecting that. I work in luxury hospitality & restaurants so I understand that the concept of "the customer is always right" can actually be quite detrimental to profits, so their faith, generosity and appreciation should no longer go unrecognized.The best weed place I've purchased from in my 29 years of life in LA. Best selections, best prices. A shop for winners!

Fave dispensary!!! Everything is always stocked and easy to obtain. I recommend going In the morning when everyone is a bit more "awake" lol! Staff is soooo awesome from Security to bud tender

Went here and spent a couple hundred dollars.  Was sold on a discounted brand for one of the items I bought.  When I used the pen it was terrible and realized it was a bad brand.  Called and asked if I could replace it with a different brand and the guy said no. Advice: focus on your customers first and get employees who care about them.  You may be able to beat out competition and scale

Came in last night for a disposable vape. Great customer service from the security guard to the owner.I've gotta say, apart from the female budtenders being so curvaceous and beautiful, they are knowledgeable and amiable.They've got some good products and legit strains.Although you do get taxed here by the state and city, it's a great spot.Parking is difficult to find but once you do find a spot and come here to get so herb or oil or anything from here, you'll be happy with what you get.

They have the best and freshest selection of yummy buds and tinctures and vapes.Always a gift.Like a fancy high end candy store for adults.I love it there.LS

Very solid dispensary. They give you a really good deal if it's your first time there, I got a free concentrate and a free pipe. They also gave me 6 g for the cost of an eighth.It was very clean and they had a really large selection of everything from vaporizers to edibles to pretty much anything weed related.Their high-end strands were expensive but that's how it is in this area...gotta pay that expensive rent.

I was so put off by this place. Wow. After reading the reviews I thought for sure that this would be my favorite dispensary. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a lady just finishing her pre-reg with this place. I waited for the lady to move out of the way but the security guard was so damn persistent to get me to the counter. I was waiting for the lady to move with her wheelchair. Anyways, he pointed to some paperwork on the wall to fill out. This guy had no personality. I filled out the paperwork but my gut told me to leave this place. I mean, comfy chairs but no music, no memorable art or community sense in the waiting area. Just bulletproof glass. That should've tipped me off. A girl opens the door to the medicine room. I walk in and it was nicely presented. The words she said to me didn't stick. I was really over this place. I looked for a few minutes then awkwardly walked out the door. I'm one to go with my gut. It says avoid this place. They have all kinds of cool specials, which is why I really wanted to like them, but the vibe here killed off any want to be a part of this place. I hope your experience is different from mine.

The Green Easy rocks!! They don't carry many vape brands but thank god Heavy Hitters is still in here. I used to go with HH's 1g carts but now that their disposables are available that is my number go to! They are priced so well and dang the potency is high. Thank you Green Easy for carrying my favorite product!

The Green Easy is a nice place, and the new location, although a bit further from where I live, is more spacious and the parking is a bit easier to find than the old location on 3rd St. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and I really do appreciate the freebies that they toss in. The accessories are top notch and there are a few things I'd like to get for myself. It's a nice, clean and classy place, and anybody going there for the first time gets a little extra love with the goodies. Highly recommended!

This place is a class act and has quality medicine. Mike and his crew are outstanding and they know their Cannabis. I've been in here about 7 times in the last year, I've never ever been disappointed and I've always been treated right. First rate service in a first rate shop, I love this place.

Super friendly staff from beginning to end. Made me feel extremely comfortable. I was in from a non-legal state and chose this place due to the good reviews on here. There were plenty of places closer to LAX, but I was happy I drove the 1/2hr or so. If I'm back out this way, I'll stop by again for sure!

I have been coming to The Green Easy since I moved to Los Angeles in 2007. It is almost like my second home. Some of the nicest staff and ownership around. Can't say enough good things about this place. You won't be disappointed!!!

Terrible. Management not helpful or flexible. They let the security guard run the show with everything and he doesn't know anything about anything. There are far too many places with better service than this place.

I have been to dispensaries all over LA and this one is by far my favorite!! The customer service is hands down the best I have experienced. The facility is beautiful and always kept immaculate and the product is top notch!

Super friendly, clean shop but I have to say that I have to question the end mission here.  I bought something that did not make me feel good and gave me a headache.  I called to see if I could exchange it and they flat out said no.  This really bummed me out as I have frequented another shop for many years that has time and again said bring back anything that doesn't make me feel good.  I spent $40 which is a lot of money for me, and I am very disappointed!  Really too bad as I had been there once before and got something really good that I loved. That is what I asked for but of course that was not in stock.

The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. I'm 62 and needed help because I  hadn't smoked since the 80's. It was my 2nd experience at a dispensary and it felt as if I  was going into an appointment only Beverly Hills jewelry store. I went to the Beverly Blvd. store. They have a little posh waiting room, than as one customer leaves you can go in. Very safe!!! Great location. Hand crafted coffee shop at corner. Plenty of street parking. You might have to drive around the block a couple of times but the turnover on parking is fast. I just got an email about the creams they have now and the creams are suppose to be great for arthritus.

The people here are so nice !!! It's also very clean and modern, and there's usually metered street parking available.Since I just buy a Kiva chocolate bar per visit, I can't comment on the flowers, but it's obvious that the owner and staff here take a lot of pride in providing a great customer experience! They even answer emails, practically instantly (if you want to find out if something is in stock, like the Kiva CBD/THC chocolate bar that I usually buy ;)Also, if you get on their email list, they regularly inform their customers of new strains and have "customer appreciation days" with freebies (with purchase).

I will never return to this place after having bad experiences with the guards at the front a few years back. It happened on multiple occasions - I would come in, sign the paperwork, and sit down to wait to be allowed entry into the dispensary. On several different occasions, the two guards would snicker, laugh, and what I assume was mock me the whole time I sat down. I asked them questions and barely received any response.They were extremely rude. I thought maybe this was just a fluke, but it happened several times, and then I heard from other women that it happened to them as well. My male friends who patronize this dispensary have never had a problem with the guards. I would avoid this place if you're a woman.

This is one of my top 3 in LA! Everyone is knowledgable, kind, and unpretentious. they have great inventory and the space is clean and tastefully deigned.

My favorite dispensary of late!First off I walk in to the bougiest waiting room, but the security guard was REALLY NICE! I didn't feel pressure or anything and then a Pizza came in and I felt bad I was coming in at lunch but EVERYONE So nice! The budtender showed me around and introduced me to my favorite brand of oil, Spliffin!! This place has the most organized display too! I can't wait to get back! :-)

They love pet too!So this place is the only place where I can take my puppy with me. The place is always clean and ready to welcoming me and my doggy.I only go to this location not any other dispensaries anymore.You all should go and check it out!

Walked half a mile just to have them tell me it's their "personal policy" to not accept US Passports as ID, even with a CA doctor recommendation. I'm honestly not sure if that's even legal, but either way, it's stupid. So make sure you have a CA ID, otherwise they'll make you leave.

My favorite dispensary, I've been going here since they were on 3rd Street. I moved from the area and tried a few other stores and delivery services and nothing has compared. Despite moving, I still don't live too far from The Green Easy so I still make the drive because it's by far the best spot in the Mid City/Hollywood Area.

Really nice place with a knowledgable staff of bud tenders who provide excellent customer service. Great selection, nice atmosphere and it's spotlessly clean. I've been to 4 or 5 dispensaries all over the Westside and this one is the best. I've probably shopped here 10 or 15 times in the last six months and never been disappointed.  Highly recommended.

This place is great- went in with my service animal and had no problems. Product is carefully chosen by someone with great taste- budtenders are helpful, friendly and kind. Quality little place- will be back for more, already visited twice in one week.

After going here on a weekly basis for the last 6-8 months I will not be returning. Cartridges here start in at 40.35. Typically I have an extra dollar and happily tip my extra change, today I had 40 exactly and the budtender refused my sale. Ironically enough .50 was right there in the tip jar in front of me. This was after going a mile out of my way and making myself late to work. Hope that .35 was worth it Green Easy.

I was in LA visiting for about 10 days from SF and was super impressed with this Cannibus Club because they have an unbelieveable deal for new patients You can pretty much score 6 grams of quality mid/high grade bud for about 50-55 bucks.  Signing up didn't take more than 5 minutes and the girls at the budcounter are awesome and hottt. Next time i'm down in LA or near West Holllywood will check it out for some more budz

I'm giving five stars because ive always had good experience here. I will mention that they have a new policy that says something to the effect of not accepting returns on defective vape batteries even though they themselves point out that a percentage of these items are known to be defective. So what they are saying us, we know up front we may sell defective items - some if these dont work but still we wont refund or replace. Ironic that the same day i get this notice in my bag, i buy a cartridge that is barely half full when i open it. Thats the only negative experience ive had here in a few years, so ill stick with them. Otherwise nice staff, good specials, prices ok for now, parking can be rough at times.

The prices here are double what you'd get in SF Valley.  If you ever go by that part of the world, fill up.

This place is awesome!! Beautiful place inside, white floors and chandeliers!! Oh and the medicine is on fire!! Amazingggg skywalker, amazing OG and sativa's. They had about 60 strains or so and lots of edibles, wax, hash. Full glass section. A real top notch spot. Definitely worth a visit! Keep up the good work guys!!

A couple days after the review was posted, Lauren reached out to me and made things right again. I went into the dispensary and was immediately greeted by the manager. She was extremely kind and apologetic and made sure I got taken care of. I may have just had a unfortunate first visit and I'm glad my second visit went great. This dispensary isn't interested in helping customers, it feels like they are just selling to recreational clientele more so than those that are there for medical reasons. Not to mention they over-charged me on several purchases even though I have a medical license. Because those people are not trained properly.The millennials behind the counter are forgetting that "dispensaries" have a green cross sign for a reason. They should be there to help customers, educate them on the products they are selling, and help that customer pick the best product and brand for their individual needs. Joelle didn't show any kind knowledge on the products I was looking at other than trying to explain to me the difference between sativa, hybrid, and indica. WE'RE PAST THAT! As if customers don't already know that. I was looking at gummies and she failed to help me understand the difference between Camino and Wyld and what sort of effects each of those give off. Yes everyone experiences a different high, but every brand has a description of what their product would feel like once ingested, smoked, or vaped. No education whatsoever! Why are people like this behind the counter?Those women currently behind the counter are too young and pretentious, and that needs to change. A customer should be able to walk in there and feel safe and protected, and know that they can share their situation and receive educated information in return. This place now feels like they're just selling blunts to the kind of clientele that's mainly there for recreational purchases. I no longer trust this place.

Exceptional service. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm new to edibles. Loving my edibles. This product has dramatically helped reduce my anxiety levels. I'm sleeping like a little cherub baby as well. Like a cherub baby. Added bonus: I get a really nice high!! The beauty of this particular high is the realization that I'm high and my simultaneous presentness. It's a beautiful moment of clarity. I'm relaxed, present and clear. It's a grand feeling.

Went here as I stopped by to pick up an açaí bowl next door. It is a very nice shop, security is behind a glass window and then you are buzzed in to the actual shop. The have an ATM available. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. My one star off is for their lack of CBD medicinals almost everything has THC. I ended up purchasing a few things they recommended and am pretty happy with the results.

Look no further... This is the best dispensary in Los Angeles! James deserves a special shout out for his exceptional service! He is always extremely knowledgeable and points me in the right direction every time. The Artist Tree will surely not disappoint and has a fantastic variety to fulfill all your medical needs. I was walking by and had never been in before so I thought I'd pop in and check this place out. The vibes from both of the employees I encountered at this shop were off. One would think that if you mention you need something to help with anxiety and with sleeping you would be met with a warm, helpful vibe. This type of energy did not seem accessible to either of these young women. Weird, asshole-y vibes. Not something I can accept, even if they are offering a "first time customer" discount. It was icky and bizarre considering I was the only customer in there and that I was open about seeking "relief". I left without completing my purchase, letting them know their vibes were weird.

Met with Ally today and she showed me the ropes at this new location. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Very cool set up they have and I look forward to going back

Cashier staff horrible attitude very rude and abrasive! Bamboozled me out of a extra $5 and I couldn’t even get a bag!!!! Handed my pre rolls to me on counter and gave me change even though I paid with card! I saw another review saying the same thing. I will not return horrible experience. So many places are better. Just because your in a particular city does not give you the right to be stuck up and pricey. My total was $29 on my card view my receipt and see the problem my total was $21.08

One of the best assortment of cannabis at this marijuana dispensary in Beverly Hills. They also offer delivery. This has been my top choice past month.
