Amazing! Tucked away professionals! They have all the products you need and then some. Try out the rad carts they pack a punch and are full of flavor!

I best friend brought me here and I was a little cautious because of the location. But when we got there and walked in it was very clean and bright. No weirdos were hanging out and it seemed very safe. They also had security there and that was awesome as well. I went to the front desk and the lady behind the window was friendly and I filled out the paper work. They took us to the back and wow, it smelled delicious!!! Lol...everything they had was A-Plus. I ended up purchasing a pin called Brass Knuckles and my bestie said its the best right now. I also purchased a tip. My total was about $60 which wasnt bad. Because I was new the guy hooked me up with a lot of free stuff for coming! He was amazing and very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. Even though this place is far and in the hood so to speak, I will be back for sure. This place is awesome!! One if the best I've been though.

I have visited this location many many many times. However, I recently started weighing my purchases since everything is now pre-packaged (they used to weigh it in front of you before). And to my surprise, several of my items were short (did not weigh what they were supposed to or what I was paying for). And to my further surprise, it's been over 2 months with me calling and speaking to different people who said they'd speak to management and get back to me. No one has called me back. I always get the runaround when I call. PLEASE WEIGH WHAT YOU PURCHASE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER WHO WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE MONEY THERE.

I'm from San Jose and if you guys been to the dispensaries in San Jose then you know the struggle of paying ridiculously high prices. I needed flowers and I came across LA Cannabis. Omg....this place is super small. They have an on site security guard decked out in weapons..lol jk. He was nice. Anyways, this place is recreational so anyone with a valid government ID and over the age of 21 can come in. They have a small private parking lot but don't worry, there's penalty of street parking.The prices are super expensive (coming from someone who pays the prices in San Jose...lol). You pretty much pay a dollar a point (if that made sense). I feel like they specialize more on concentrates like cartridges and a few dabbable items. Overall a good experience, I'll probably be back if I'm in the area. One thing I'd change about this place is to make it a little more pretty? Instead of looking like a jail cell? Hahah all good though.

Simple easy process. . . Clean vibe ... friendly and knowledgeable bud-tenders great first experience.  Variety of choices and great presentation.

First time ever going to one of these dispensaries for pharmaceutical lotion or something for my moms bad knee arthritis. The staff is BEYOND helpful. The lovely lady that helped out also recommended a couple stuff that won't make you feel somewhat uncomfortable, especially for someone who's never smoked in their life. I'm very happy with the service here and happy with my purchases.

Great place and got a great discount for first time patients. Definitely will come back while visiting LA

Changing my review for this location for many reason but biggest of them all is poor service and lacking management. Had a faulty cart and contact main distribution for assistance, they let me know that they covered me and all I have to do was show proof of contact to Holistic Pain Relief, which I did, they took a week to contact "upper management " and still no help. One "supervisor" offered a discount on the same cart that was leaking, no replacement no exchange, a measly discount. As you can see from my profile, I'm adept in assessing shops and this is a place NOT TO GO TO. Worst service I've had at a shop. Don't even bother going

Purchased my item and was told there would be a $3.00 transaction fee for using a debit card. Okay no problem I agreed to it. I looked at my bank statement the next day and was charged an additional $2.50 because LA Cannabis Co made the transaction an ATM transaction as the purchase. Very shady business practice, I will have my bank look into this for fraud.

This is my go to shop for consistent FIRE tree.. I just wish they stayed open late and allowed unlimited visits

Absolutely the best in town. Found out about it randomly and it is my go to place since. I'm only writing this review because Nicola's customer service was above and beyond, he was helpful, professional, honest, and extremely patient. I will recommend it to anyone.

I was searching for a place that sold cbd oil near  my house and came across this location and of course I went because it's conveniently around my neighborhood. The location does look sketchy so be warned but I grew up around here so I'm use to the sketchyness. So being my first time here I didn't know what to expect i thought ok imma go in and come out with my oil right? Easy peasy, like a small store, but nope I had to go to the front desk and leave my ID and wait to be called in. The waiting area is nice and there wasn't a lot of ppl waiting maybe about 10 but they were moving pretty fast. When they finally called me into the room, I basically told the guy what I needed which was cbd oil to help me out with my anxiety and panic attacks that I've been getting a lot lately and he's like don't worry this right here is going to help you with that. And since it was my first time I got a discount on my oil too. Bottom line is the area does look sketchy, they have a small parking lot and there's street parking too. The place is nice and clean and the ppl working there are pretty nice. I will be returning.

Good place, months coming, I explained a concern I had and I guess they are also doctors because they told me maybe I'm smoking too much. I respect that, imagine going for beer and they tell you that you drink too much, or going for your prescription and then they tell you over the counter you get sick too often or the meds you take are too much. Thank you, I have stopped smoking so I guess that's good.

I know COVID is a issue but one person on staff meant I was supposed to wait 30+ minutes.  Maybe with so many unemployed, hire another budtender?

Nice place for your cannabis needs, the prices are reasonable, you  never have to wait a long time, the staff and security is always pleasant and friendly. Even though this one is not the closest one to me I would still go there for the friendly staff.

The first time I came to this location I really enjoyed the service and I loved the variety of different brands and products they had. I just went a 2nd time and felt like I was being rushed during my transaction so I didn't really take the time to look through the options. Something that bugged me tho was that when I asked to see the hemp wraps available I was told that because it has the purpose of rolling and I'm not 21 I'm not allowed to buy it Bc she doesn't know if I'm putting tobacco in it. Wow okay. All tobacco free wraps. My first time there I bought 2 packs of king Palms no problem. But now there is one? That doesn't make sense. If your gonna have rules on that in place at least make sure all your staff follows through. I've been so several medical shops that have no problem selling me hemp wraps so this is a first

Had a budtender today give me the exact opposite of what i was looking for. When i came in to tell him his knowledge was a little whack they made it seem more like it was my problem. I asked for something green and lemony and gassy and got the dullest smelling brown flower ive ever seen. Just cause something is called Citrus Sangria doesnt mean thats the case bro. On top of it this dude has one of the best jobs out there and was acting like he didnt wanna be there the whole time. Mumbling and shit. Be better bro. I would kill for your job and would be much better at it. Pretty furious about this since i just have to eat 50 dollars now and smoke shitty weed. Never going to any LA Cannabis Co shop again. Total turn-off

This was our last stop before we got on the plane heading back home. We searched up the nearby dispensary close to the airport and this had better prices so we decided to stop by. It's in a neighborhood so I kind of wasn't aware of the environment. Nonetheless inside the lady thought we were lost looking for a grocery store. LOL she said " this isn't a grocery store. this is a dispensary. We sell weed" haha I said well I'm looking for edibles! Haha there is a tablet where you check in and they take you to the back where they have a selection of almost everything. We had a menu in front of us but couldn't take a picture of it (I guess it's their policy) some of the edibles that I was naming they didn't have it in stock which is a downer. I was hoping to have more options. But nonetheless I liked everything and they give out 10% discounts! Good start. Hopefully when I come back again they will be better in stock!

Not sure if this happened to anyone else but came on here to check. Our edibles came open (the seal was broken when we got home) just thought I'd share that if this happened to anyone else you are not going crazy ;(

Lady at the front desk tonight was a bitch she was sooo rude for no reason when i tried to ask about a missing item from my pickup order. Ive literally worked customer service my whole life so im always nice to workers i was SHOCKED at the way she spoke to meThe guy that helped me out in the back was really nice tho. Didn't catch any names BUT DO BETTER

Been coming here for years since before shops were legal. Service just continues to decline. Went today to grab a cartridge and the young lady had a terrible attitude and seemed annoyed at the questions about the products I was spending my hard earned money on. I now come here as a last resort, they have a variety of products but no consistency. The service is shit and I exhaust all other options before coming here.

Check in was super easy (first time here) received a 20% discount. Coming from sf the taxes here were soo low I went cray! Buying joints lol! Customer service was great the guy that helped me out was very patient and nice when it came down to my questions.

Just bought an 8th of flower and its not even the correct weight it seems like this shop is aimed at tricking its customers and on top of that you are overpaying with how much theyre charging with taxes

As a first time Cusotmer this would have to be one of the worst experience I’ve had with this location. I waited 15 minutes in front of the reception desk with nobody on the post. Afterwards a new person came in who was a return was able to come in without waiting and skipped the line which is horrible customer service. The strain I got was Jack Herrer which has been on the shelf for 2 months and cost me $36 for 3.5 gs. The strain had stems seeds and was very dry! It only gave me a headache and getting a 10% discount only covers the sales tax which is very disappointing. Spoke to Arma which is the manager to this location and informed me that he will resolve this experience with a pre roll… This is insulting and this place needs major work in Cusotmer service and management. Anyone who dices to go here please don’t waste your time and money!!!! There are other alternative locations which have better strain and prices!!! ?????

Usually go in around noon time. after 4pm especially on Fridays gets really busy. lines are formed outside security is cool. customer service is on point. knowledgeable cool and on point. the flower is good. the cartridges are fire you het what you pay 4. quality is there and some of the girls are eye candy. like this place

Stopped in this spot soon I got off the plane from Chi-town, Good people and nice menu, Kings Garden and Raw Gardens I found to be very nice, and the Alien Cookies Resin I believe it was. That was super ???. I'll be back! ??????✌

This location is like a million but very friendly and helpful I walked in greeted by staff and given a full walkthrough of personal favorites and dealers recommendations to give me great incite and helpful review they have a wide variety of buds paper and glass!
