I have been using Cornerstone from long before they moved, to their current location.   They are the ultimate in professionalism, know their products, and are so extremely helpful, with recommendations.  Simply...the best.

This is not just some crappy pot shop. This place really does focus on knowledge, wellness and the safe use of cannabis. I have spoken to many tenders there but my favorite is Jesse. He's a RN and helped me treat a number of issues including working with me to find the right meds for my son with autism who has a RX. This is absolutely one of the best cannabis establishments in LA for those looking for responsible, knowledgeable staff and high quality products.

I had a fantastic experience here! This was my first time at a dispensary, and I was certainly not lost when I walked in. The staff are wonderful and I was helped by one of the nurses who was extremely knowledgable about the products I was asking about. I felt very comfortable and it felt very nice to have all of my questions answered in great detail. Can't give this place a good enough rating!

Any argument about which collective in Los Angeles sells the 'best' cannabis would have the Cornerstone Research Collective in the final round of argument. The descriptions, the ratings, and the chemical percentages are on the containers.The bud tenders know their house. Their opinion's should be considered.And...you'll always get what you pay for. No disappointments. I would take this collective in any argument about who's the best.

I have been patronizing this location for years, and have always been very satisfied with their customer service and quality of product. They have a knowledgeable staff, and I have been impressed by their expertise. Cornerstone has a very convenient location, and although they only offer delivery or pick-up service currently, I am looking forward to the day that I can go inside and browse and enjoy the very peaceful vibe of the shop.

This review was long overdue. I heavily rely on  Weedmaps to get my medicinal use on. However this year I decided to try this dispensary as it is extremely convenient for me. During my visits, I have luckily encountered having Tazo and Eva as my very knowledgeable connoisseurs. Both have aided me with my road to recovery with chronic pain with providing me with so much knowledge on products that are beneficial for me. They make me feel like family and comfortable to know that I am in good hands. I appreciate their energy and wisdom. Definitely a life long customer now because of them!

They know their products. Friendly, never in a rush to close a sale. The place is clean, good security small parking lot in front, well lit at night.Clean and orderly inside. First time clients get a 15% discount on first purchase. Along with being greeted by smiling faces, the place smells heavenly!

Been a patient for 16 years. This place has always had the absolute best assortment of products and incredible service. It has managed to thrive over the years despite the various ordinance changes and new laws that have threatened its ability to operate legally, and has done so successfully. So expect to pay full prices + tax (though they have promos and sales all the time).The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Even if you are new to using cannabis, they spend time with you to understand your needs and recommend products based on those needs. Over the years, I've gotten my sister, father, and mother to become patients. In the case of my parents, they both became patients as they started cancer treatments. If you are looking for a place you can recommend to loved ones dealing with the effects of chemo and radiotherapy, you can't go wrong with the amazing staff at Cornerstone.

My only complaint is that I have to bring cash most of the time. A customer care specialist called me and spent about 20 minutes helping me choose a CBD product for my fibromyalgia. They are very friendly and their website is easy to use.

Update: after leaving my review I received a phone call from Salvador. They reimbursed the RSO Healing Oil and gave a heart felt apology. Thank you CRC for working with us and making the effort of reconciliation. It means a lot that you try and show that you care to help us out on our health journey.

Long lines on Saturday and parking issues.Employees knowledgeable and explained well..Had the product I wanted.

The staff was extremely helpful, suggesting CBD products to help get rid of hot flashes.  Miracle of miracles - it actually worked!   Now I'm going to work on sleep!  It's so helpful to talk with people who know their products.  They are generous with their time, I never feel rushed.  So glad to have found them!

These folks are pros. Nuff said. Get medical info and just info on what next to try. All there in a clean, safe environment.

The best the best the best. Great selection, super nice staff. You order online, pay ahead and pick up from their walk-up window. Everyone maintains a good distance on a marked sidewalk, and a friendly security guard directs traffic smoothly. What a huge relief to not have to step indoors to some cramped space where social distancing is only an ideal.

Just drove out here and they wouldn't let me in because it was my first time.Thanks for wasting my time!

Was in need of a specific product and they were out of it at store I normally go to This place has as close to what I was looking for so I drove the 12 miles from HOMEPlace is clean and professional, I just have never been some where that they try and educate you on what you are buying. I just want to say thank you. One of the best places I've ever been to. I was honestly overwhelmed as a first time customer, and I have to say, it wasn't the most welcoming. However, there are a couple of people who helped me out the next couple of times who have stood out and were very helpful. I hate to say that I don't remember the names, but the guy wore a beanie and the lady had super cute and curly hair (jessica?). I'll do better to remember next time. Anyway, thank you for staying open and being so clean!

Visited store yesterday! First time visiting! Terrible customer service! I wanted a few questions answered and the chick at the counter was super rude! Spent $200 at another shop that took their time with me to answer some questions! Won't go back! I was disappointed because I had read good reviews!

Just great produce and fabulous service.   I am never disappointed with the explanations and the new product they carry.   Online menu for pickup or window service.   The best place in the area in my opinion.

This is a really great dispensary. The exterior is not inviting, even a little unpleasant, but that's not atypical for this sort of business. Inside, the transition from check-in (it operates a recreational license) was quick and easy, just a scan of the driver's license. Then a brief wait to enter the main store.I loved the shop itself. Exactly the right vibe if your relation to marijuana is more than just finding ways to party. There's a small area to sit and read, magazines and books on a shelf as you enter, and the place has a real healing vibe. Like you're here to treat an issue or better your life, so there's also a nice selection of CBD and related stuff in addition to the THC products.The edibles are nicely displayed for easy browsing. I found the salesperson fantastic. Very hands off, let me wander and stare, but had great information when I had questions about microdosing options. Smartest and most attentive staff person I've encountered at a dispensary.Variety of folks in the shop, too, from an elderly person finding a way to treat his tremors to younger folks discussing new strains of flower. Parking is weird. There's a small lot in front, just a few spaces, so you might have to wander about the neighborhood looking to park. But it's completely worth the time. Great shop, I'll absolutely return next time I'm in town.

Friends referred my wife to Cornerstone Wellness for opioid-free pain management a month after her knee replacement surgery. We made an appointment, our first visit to a dispensary, and after checking in at the front desk we were given a tour by the pleasant & knowledgeable Timma. She informed us of all of the pain options available and my wife settled on a topical cream & a sublingual tincture for the physical therapy sessions and an edible gummy for a sleep aid. The products are well displayed, well packaged and most importantly they work well. The entire experience was easy, informative and enjoyable. Five stars!

I love this place.  I have been a member for more than a year now.  Always helpful, friendly staff.  Always lots of choices.  Today I had to use the, now enacted, drive up orders, and everything went great.  They handled everything very well.  Once I arrived after getting my confirmation text, I didn't wait more than 10 mins.  Thank you Cornerstone, forever professional and good products.

It pains me to write this review because I have been diligently consuming at Cornerstone for three years.  They have been known to have great (!) flowers matched with great customer service (a rarity in this business, I find)--a combination that, I have felt, justified their VERY HIGH PRICES.  Oh, things have changed.  The new staff they hired are not nearly as professional, knowledgeable, kind or efficient as the long-time employees.  As they are currently having inventory issues due to the new recreational-use laws, they have not much product in the store, which is not their fault--BUT they are selling VERY LOW-QUALITY flowers at their HIGHEST PRICE point (which is astronomically higher than NEARLY EVERY other dispensary around).  I've only been back twice since July 1 (when new packaging laws went into effect) and on both occasions multiple employees told me that they no longer get their flowers from Cornerstone. LOW-QUALITY product at the VERY HIGHEST prices in town, with less-polished customer service (and longer wait times and a claustrophobic parking lot) make for a bad consumer experience with no value.  (I do continue to love the very accurate blurbs for each flower, however--thus 2 stars instead of 1).

I loved this place and have been coming along with my partner for over a year now.. but today the front desk lady  you see when first walk in, who was working in this afternoon, was so unnecessarily condescending and rude that we won't be coming back. She was scolding me like I'm a child. She yelled a confusing command without elaboration 5 times rapidly - not giving me a chance to even comprehend what she meant. Why don't you politely say "go through the door and have a seat"?! It's that easy and I would have never wrote this review. She's angry for no reason at complete strangers. This place is really expensive but I always found the customer service made it worth it but this was such a buzz kill that we will just go somewhere else. Also it's cash only now FYI

Great staff and great selection. They have a great selection on pure and organic gummies and vape cartridges. The staff have all been informative and pleasant.

So completely done with this place as the costs here are absolutely in the stratosphere. They used to accept credit cards, which was a big plus when at least you can get points from your credit card co. for spending a "car payment" amount of chicken(thanks Marshon) on fucking weed. I used to try all sorts of new gummies and strands with a CC because it was more on the fly, not just allot myself a self expenditure limit with cash.Translation,IN MY OPINION, they have to be losing business from not accepting CC's and must have passed the losses on to you.I know the city and state basically skull fuck the industry with taxes and business fees so isn't cheap to run a dispensary, but they make a shit ton of cash even beyond that fact.My thought is they want to kick out the middle man to optimize profits, I won't even get into what they may or may not claim to the IRS as federally none of the profits can go into banks.

My first time experience was great - i cannot stand long and wait in line so they said i could wait in car and they brought me my goodies - to which i was so grateful - very professional and courteous - will definitely be back Thanks!

Expensive. Most of the staff is very friendly. Safe and modern. Although, one staff member really bothered me. When I commented on the price she replied in a very condescending manner, "ha, have you never been to a real dispensary" and I was like  *rolling eyes*I was told I was going to get a first time customer discount and another one for the day, yet it was still more than my regular place. I wouldn't recommend against it. I would just say shop around first before making this your regular spot.

Have been going to them for years, was dealing with chronic, severe pain.  The folks at Cornerstone are very informed and informative.  They helped me identify what would work best for me for pain, insomnia and some depression.  They can also help if you just want to have fun.

Make an appointment if you're a first time visitor. I got one within an hour of calling and had time to fill out paperwork and meet with an advisor from the collective who gave me a concierge experience shopping. I learned a lot! The outside has no signage and is nondescript. But inside it is tastefully and stylishly decorated. There are a lot of triangles and spiritual aspects to the design, it feels pretty woo and healing itself. The product list is thorough and the selection is huge. I was very happy with my products and excited to continue exploring the meds available here.

The worst place you could go if you use cannabis for anxiety or sensory processing disorders. Loud, lots of reverberation and cross-talk with five employees helping five customers at a time. Almost had a panic attack just waiting to purchase. Operates more like a typical head shop than a collective that provides medicine to patients.

I'm grateful for Cornerstone 's efforts to get through the recent "purge". While my recent favorites weren't there afterwards, I found new ones.  I feel safe there. I think the counter staff have got their work cut out for them. Clients either know exactly what they want or are mildly incoherent (like me) about what they want to experience. So staff needs to keep researching to keep everyone happy.  Nic's my favorite. Plus he seems to genuinely laugh at my humor. I like the guard who acts like he knows me, even if I don't get there so often yet that he would.  The staff behind glass have always been cheerful in a sincere way. I gave a four star rating for 3 reasons of which these are goals for Cornerstone: put a pop of color on the front so I stop almost passing them when I'm driving West on Colorado; give medical marijuana senior members a bit of an edge so we can stay alive to keep enjoying marijuana; and, should Cornerstone ever remodel, curve the long counter, for more room.

Prices are all over the board. You can get a single serving candy for $3 or a full gram joint for $10.  I went big.... hell yea....Im loving my self this Valentines Day... I got my first Dab pen & a variety of concentrates for my new present.  They gave me choices I picked from the cheapest to the most expensive... Now Im home and ready to figure out what works best for this lil old body.  Crossing my fingers the cheapest works best as this is going to be my most used present this year...lol!!!Thanks Anders & Cornerstone for taking the time to help.

Great staff and everything in there gets you HIGH! Prices are fair, and they're selection is excellent. Some cool deals are available and secure, always security on duty.

Super expensive and rude service staff. They were condescending the entire time. Not only that but they promised me a 15% off coupon for being a first time customer and they tried to deter me from using it. I won't be coming back. The customer service needs working on.

This place has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Even the security guards are kind. True, it is cash only, but they have an ATM, so no big deal. The prices are a bit up there, but well worth it when you consider the supportive atmosphere, efficiency and diverse range of products as well as the excellent customer service and product expertise of the staff. I prefer coming here even though I have other options. Only downside is the parking lot, it is difficult to get in and out of even when everyone is behaving. If someone (a guy in a black Bentley for instance) decides to be an A-hole and create their own parking space against the back wall you will not be leaving anytime soon. Parking along the adjacent residential street is discouraged, but there is usually parking along Colorado Blvd.

This ised to be mygo to spot. Their prices r so outrages anyplace is cheaper. A product i used to buy there was 50$ and isnow $106.  I can get it all over for %72.  They did 100% + mark up

Terrific products but just too expensive.  They are now 2-3 times as expensive as other dispensaries.  But if you're rich, this place is the best!

I believe that no establishment, medical or otherwise, especially in the City of Los Angeles, will leave 100% of its customers happy 100% of the time. With that being said Cornerstone is truly the model dispensary and the crown jewel for medical marijuana in Los Angeles. I have been a patient of cornerstone for the last 5 or 6 years, since it's old location on Eagle Rock Blvd and this is still the number 1 place for medical cannabis. Prices were higher than some other places but you seriously get what you pay for. Now, cornerstone offers deals on certain days of the week! Include discounted quads and joint specials. Perhaps my favorite thing about cornerstone, other than their variety of flowers, are their combined knowledge of cannabis and their books and reading section! See something you like? You can check it out from them? I can't speak enough or recommend enough good about this place. One drawback in the parking but this is Los Angeles.... parking sucks everywhere. Very reputable medical marijuana co-op for many years. I have found cheaper dispensaries but none as educated and helpful as this one. I have referred many patients to this dispensary for their medical needs.

I come here once a week. The prices are a bit high but the quality is always good. The store is nice on the inside too. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in a month that the seal was broken on my container. : (Be aware since they quickly put your purchase into a bag so you never actually see what you are buying. I have asked the staff about this before and they gave me the run around. Now my trust in this place is gone and I will be looking somewhere else. I have no way to confirm if anything is missing but since I buy the same thing every time every week, I have a feeling it's not right.  Lost trust means lost my business.

This place is a dream! I bought a cartridge here and brought it back a week later cause it was leaking and they replaced it. The process was fast and hassle free. Great customer service!

It's a shame that the person who was "helping me" was so condescending. I guess if you are new to buying vape pens and accessories don't come here.The associate literally had his fist on his chin, leaning on a counter, repeating things slowly and talking down to me even though I kept repeating that I was sorry and I'm new at this. *To be clear: I wasn't familiar with the type of battery or it's name so I was trying to figure out if that brand of battery could work with other cartridges. His responses to me started with "like I said..." It made me feel completely stupid. So I told him AGAIN that I was sorry I'm just trying to figure it out and that the way he was explaining it was making me feel stupid. After seeing that I was getting teary eyed, he asked with an exasperated tone if I want someone else could come out and help me. But at that point  I didn't feel welcomed anymore or wanting to support their business.

This place is awesome. The staff is welcoming, helpful and supportive. Had an issue with a faulty product, and they were very accommodating to make sure I was happy. The atmosphere is also very calming and warm, without harsh noise and crowds. I will definitely be making this spot my local go to.

I have back problems and issues sleeping at night.  So with talking to my Doctor we thought trying a more natural solution vs. pain and sleeping pills.  I've been going to this location for a few months and always found everyone to be really nice and helpful.  Today however I met Jesse.  This guy was not only nice and helpful but had a great energy about him.  He really brightened my day.  Again everyone there is cool,  can't go wrong at this place.  Highly recommend!

Definitely a cross between a Drs office and Tapas bar! You got that right! Very professional! The employees  are very well educated in the products they sell and informative of medicinal value!! Worth the drive, wherever you are driving from!

This is by far the best collective I have been to. Thier meds are carefully selected and worth every penny!  I love their selection and you dont have tp be afraid to ask questions.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable which is a pleasant change of pace. Prices seem a bit high but you get what you pay for in this case.  Highly recommended.

This place is legit. Their kush is california grown from the best marijuana legal distributors world wide. Its not sprayed with outrageous chemicals like jungleboys or other L.A hood grown illegal weed grow operations. This place is by the book and the reason why medicinal marijuana is legal and not burning it by other illegal weed shops giving it a bad name by earning a fast dollar. Im telling you this is real weed and legit. You wont find any department raiding this shop because its the real deal of being a legit medicinal marijuana dispensary.

Amazing place! Kate was my helper and she was so helpful, nice and really helped me understand what I was buying. New to weed so everyone's attitude and selfie really made me feel comfortable. Recommend this place to anyone!

I left three messages over a month period, with cellphone and email. I'm also not even a stoner, I really wanted help for spasticity I have in my arm. They never called back. So I go to Higher Path in the valley. It rules.

Went in Sunday and maybe my expectations were too high. Meds are overpriced IMO and as far as potency is concerned, I think they might have sold me the cannabis that does not contain any psychoactive ingredients. Bought two of their flagship strain, Hazy Kush and Pincher's Creek, the only thing I can say: WEAK SAUCE.

First time customer and no expert when it comes to weed. Was seeking CBD help for anxiety and related issues. The woman who helped me was very knowledgable, patient and friendly. No pressure, no rushing. Even the security guy was very courteous and nice. Yes, prices are a bit high but their service, quality and atmosphere can't be beat. First time discount and 20% off on Saturday for what I use is a plus. Cash only, ATM inside $2 fee. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend and will be back!

I wanted to like this dispensary very much so because my friend that just beat Cancer recommended me to it but after spending some time there I simply could not.The first time I went there: it seemed like they were trying to act professional and have me a sort of recommendation.Then the second time I went there, not so much:It was the end of the day for the shop and I was somehow mistakenly overcharged by nearly double the amount. Secondly, I was the one that had to point out this mistake and so this medical Cannibis expert then didn't offer to give me a refund but then insisted on store credit instead. For me it felt like it was "too much trouble" to give me a simple refund at the end of the business day or something like that and so I was a bit upset but rolled with it as I do have real medical issues that cause me pain so I try not to sweat the small stuff...and the third time I went in they again could careless what I wanted and tried to upsell me some stuff I didn't need..Or at least until I went in for the 4th time:A month later I went back in to use my store credit basically after having a pretty serious  surgery and so I called ahead as I was having some big nerve pain, and so this guy was trying to help me over the phone as I explained I need to go in and then out, and while I was  in pain I was just simply happy to try and get some relief.After his recommend of Oil and upon my entering the Collective after not having been there for a month, the lobby receptionist yelled at me to "get my medical recommendation letter out" or I could not be seen.Mind you on my previous visit I just showed my ID as they said "I wouldn't need my letter as long as they had it on file"..and again this was stated in my initial visit as long as well aka "If we have the letter on file all you'll have to do is show your ID" and yet now I was getting scolded with "well whoever told you that was totally wrong and that is not how we do it here! That's wrong!"As if I was guilty of something that was not my bag.Luckily, I had opted for a medical cannabis ID card and she said that it 'would do,' and acted as if my spending time and money at this collective was some sort of privilege to do. Really a lousy way to treat a sick person.So after all of this stress and pretension, I went back to the dispensary and found the guy that was supposed to been helping me over the phone earlier. He said "oh hi" and then ran off to the back as if to hide out while he then passed me off to his co-worker without even telling her his own recommendation.So I explained my situation yet again to this other clerk for whom treated me rather indifferently right after I explained that I was in a great deal of pain due to surgery. I was kind of in shock like...is everyone that works here just super-rude and lacking in empathy? Mind you I deal with sick people myself at my own job and the most important thing to remember is a little kindness and empathy goes a long way. Not here apparently though....and after a bit more of some rude indifference after my just having a tumor removed she explained that people "love this stuff and some people have been using it for years!"I'm like "again I just had surgery and this is NOT a permanent situation."She then looked at me as if I were some buzz killed.Anyways this CRC Collective is not some 'professional private collective' but it's the same as any other dispensery full of indifferent people who just want your money.And so as I asked to use my store credit (the amount changed btw the way which felt really like some bait and switch scam) anyways this clerk seemed really disappointed that I had a store credit and then I wasn't going to be spending all my money again.And yes, they do have good products, but it's nothing not offered elsewhere at some other dispensary closer to my house in Silverlake.Anyways that's my rant on the Cornerstone Research Collective and I won't be going back there again and neither will my friend/friends.In retrospect I and or we have just been wondering was it a change in management that caused this place to go from a warm and welcoming place to this kind of rude and elitist little hipster wanna be Collective in Eagle Rock that has really horrible parking....anyways that's all the energy I'd ever want to expend on CRC and I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

The best dispensary I've been to. Their lobby is top tier, which a lot of places don't do correctly. This aesthetic is important, I've found out. Their staff is on point and friendly and they've got what you need

Drove 30 minutes in traffic and was turned away because they "don't take new members within an hour of closing." That policy isn't listed anywhere on your website. Will not be returning.

It's been a rough 2018 here. Tough times all around. Heady days are over and they're not coming back soon.

This is the benchmark for how a collective should be in function, appearance and energy. I have been a patient of Cornerstone for well over a year now and I will not go anywhere else...and I have literally been everywhere else. I can say that no where else in LA area compares. Luckily I live near by so the convenience is great, but I would definitely come here from the Westside or Valley if I had to live out there. Awesome staff most importantly and the medication is mighty fine too...hard to find Rick Simpson healing oil can be procured here also. I have never had any experience with any flowers tasting or smelling too strong of chemicals or nutes (which can cause headaches, anxiety and excessive coughing/burning)..the quality control is definitely as high as it gets. The staff is especially compassionate with the new patients to help them feel comfortable...a rare sight, as most other places just try to jam a slow selling flower to the new patients. Their company policies and procedures definitely keep the riff raff out, which is why this is such a great place to visit. It is a shame this isnt a coffee house because I want to come here to hang out in the lounge, do work and watch space videos.Pro Tip: Do 1/16th and try several varieties! Also keep an eye out for the lucky shake jars...great deals are to be had!

My physician explained the medical benefits of CBD & referred me to Cornerstone Collective. At CRC, I immediately received loads of helpful information & excellent service. My RA inflammation & pain are finally controlled

Don't embarrass yourself by asking for a straight CBD (i.e. no THC) edible.  They don't carry "hemp shit" that "don't do nothin".  With an eye roll like that you can be sure the budtender knows what they're talking about!

Funny to me that I live in Eagle Rock and have never been to this collective. I noticed there was no menu on their website and asked price range. Of course she told me she would not discuss prices on the phone ( bad sign) I then asked if the prices we're at least competitive so I would not waste a trip and she told me they we're not for me, OK no wasted time here. Initially when I called I was put on hold for several minutes, when she answered she told me I had to be a member and have a consultation then I could ask questions. So now I know why I have not been to the nearest collective to my home.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I came in to buy a refill for my vape pen went home to try and learned it wasn't compatible with my battery and they wouldn't give me a refund. I've had this issue at other dispensaries and they were more than happy to give me credit. They didn't even have the proper battery for the refill they sold me. So I just blew 60 bucks and now I have to spend another 20+ to find another battery when I have a perfectly working one. Dumb.

Well I've been a loyal CRC patient for over 5 years but once full legalization passed January 1st it just hasn't been the same. I applaud cornerstone for always being ahead of the curve on research, knowledge and abiding by the law. However prices sky rocketed so much at the beginning of the year that I was forced to look for other dispensaries. I take cannabis very seriously and am very picky with my buds so it wasn't easy to find a comparable place. Eventually I discovered Jungle Boys which have been a great replacement at almost half the price. I buy an ounce from them for $300 and am able to split it into 4 different quarters,  making an 8th = approx $38. CRC recently posted on social media that they were working on lowering prices so I thought I'd come in and hope for the best. I bought two 8ths from CRC yesterday and my total came out to $148!!!!! My head is still spinning from spending about $75/eighth.  There was no price break for buying larger amounts. It hurts my heart CRC has to charge so much. I understand taxes are a thing but how are there so many legit places out there selling reasonably priced, good quality weed?  CRC is still by far the most knowledgeable dispensary around hands down but sadly I can't afford it anymore. I will always love cornerstone like my first girlfriend.

Wow, this is a special place!! Not your typical recreational shop, these guys are all about medical cannabis and education, amazing!! The staff truly cares about their patients issues and did everything they could to help me, truthfully, with a kindness and intelligence that you don't get at some shops!! Came here on a recommendation from a friend and this place is a hidden gem! Folks are super friendly, staff is helpful in answering questions and presenting options for oils, flowers, topicals, edibles, etc. CRC is definitely a winner!

I'm a brand new patient to Cornerstone. I've never been so impressed by the business practices of a collective before as I have with Cornerstone. My call was returned the same day and I was able to be verified to make an appointment (read guys! It's not so hard to pick up your phone and make an appointment just as you would any other medical office!) I was able to get an appointment for the next day and was blown away, seriously. The woman at the front desk (forgetting her name!) is so incredibly sweet - they tell you the time and date as you check in as I believe most everyone blanks on that when pen hits paper. The security guard literally is a gentleman. He asked if I would care to review the nicely bound menu while my paperwork was being processed (while in his dapper suit, subtle music playing in the clean and modern waiting room). A man came out to go over my health concerns and to discuss why I was there and how they could help. I've never been treated with so much care and so personally anywhere else. He spent a good hour talking to me, answering all my questions, and suggesting the right product. They're extremely knowledgeable and truly want to find the best products for your needs. They also carry products I could never find anywhere else which is one of the reasons why I sought them out in the first place!!They carry a really great variety and I didn't notice the prices to be any higher than other well-run and reputable collectives I've been to. I've been so grossed out and disappointed by so many hole-in-the-wall places I'm EXTREMELY happy to have found Cornerstone. Not only do they make you feel welcome and comfortable but they're super knowledgeable and really give their customers attention! I'm writing this not just to let them and everyone else know that this is by far one of the best collectives I've been to in LA so far (I'm from here and have been to quite a few), but that I'm so happy with what they recommended. This review is about a pet product that you can buy at Cornerstone Collective: This is the third day of McKenzies from Cornerstone Collective and my 17 year-old Shiba Inu dog can walk without his wheelchair! His spine is so much more flexible that he can now move to two sides instead just to the left. His pain and anxiety has decreased so much that I'm finally getting a good nights sleep, but I still feel like I feel like I'm dreaming, so happy to have found the solution for quick healing relief for my fur baby. It's $30 for a half of a fluid ounce and the CBD is mixed with Coconut oil. It doesn't taste too bad and comes with two different types of droppers. They also make medicines for humans. Please tell all your dog walk/dog park buddies about McKenzie's at Cornerstone for any pain or anxieties issues in your dog or cat.  I've been a member with Cornerstone since 2008 and they have never let me down. I was just being too conservative and trying not to force any of my own medicinal cannabis onto my pet. How terrible would I feel if he passes away so uncomfortably while I was alleviating my pain and anxiety with my THC from Cornerstone.

Called yesterday to make an appointment and they said they are taking walk-ins now-great! They carry my favorite line, OM Edibles and had an incredible selection and beautiful displays. It felt very professional and well-staffed. Everyone was super cool and very friendly. Loved that I got 15% off as a first-timer and I'll def be back even though it's not close to me.

Hi! I'm a nerd, i dunno the first thing 'bout pot, edibles, vapes, flowers, pipes, bongs, culture or nothing. its true! I have never smoked out anything stronger then cloves and felt sick as heck after that! BUT, I do have a strong amount of pain in My life that I have to take care of. Facial reconstruction, shoulders and hands (don't ask, just guess what kinda misspent youth I musta' had!). Papa and Barkley CBD was introduced to Me by My wife trying to help Me find a solution so We could both sleep and go about My active daily lifestyle. It works for Me within 5 minutes and lasts bout a hour! After running out of My first supply, I yelped around and found Cornerstone as the closest local I could by "my" brand at. Been coming here and happy bout it for nearly a year now! Great happy service, even on My grumpiest day! Yeah, I'm paying alot for what I get, but I dunno, being a newbie', I'm not used to much else and am happy with Cornerstone! Woo!

This is the only dispensary I've been to so far so I might be bias in my review because I don't have anything to compare it to but I did do my research before choosing to go here. I must say I was very pleased with how patient and knowledgeable they are about their products. Everyone who has helped me so far has been really nice and took their time answering my questions and concerns. I have a few health problems and have to take medical cannabis to deal with the pain caused by different conditions. I was skeptical and scared to try it at first. It took me a while to finally try it, after both my doctors recommended it because I ended up in the ER with a gastric ulcer because of taking ibuprofen for a torn ACL in my shoulders. I really appreciate their 2 week policy on returns/exchanges it helps the patient be able to tell which product works and which doesn't quite give the desired results. I like that they are strict on their policies and their facility looks clean and safe. I have to agree that their products do seem to be of really good quality, it might be pricier than other dispensaries I hear but I rather pay for good quality products when it comes to cannabis than save a few dollars on a lower quality product. Their hours are convenient and I usually don't have to wait long to be helped.:)

I'm only give 1 star because the staff were all pretty nice. I've taking away 4 star because as a first time patient I was very very very disappointed in my medical purchase. I'm spent almost $200 on vape stuff. First every single cartridge has a very nasty taste and are very poorly made. One of my cartridges didn't even work. One fell apart when unscrewing it from the battery, not sure if I'll every return here. If you gonna push your products don't offer crap. Now I'm stuck with a 5 cartridges and a weak ass battery. Come on guy get it together !!

I've been a member since they opened so this is a long overdue review. To be honest i wanted Cornerstone all to myself....I drive over 2 hours for Cornerstone because they are the epitome of professionalism and quality.  Been around the world and and I can say without hesitation that they are one of the best!

I've been a patient at Cornerstone for 4 years, and I've not gone anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. The reason for this is that they are the best at what they do, period.I've been to other dispensaries, especially after receiving my recommendation, and most of them are shady. I remember one place in Eagle Rock (since shut down, and good riddance) where a large, foreign man with gold rings and a suit would serve you while several other men in suits smoked cigars in the back. I'll let you connect the dots on what kind of operation those guys were running.Cornerstone is the opposite of those fly by night places. The staff is educated and caring. They remember your name, and will recommend new varities based on what you've found to be most effective in the past.They have patient appreciation days fairly often, and these usually come around holidays to help you get your meds easier when there would usually be a rush.All the products they offer are top shelf, and I've NEVER in 4 years been dissapointed with anything from them. Becoming a member is a process, but trust me it's worth it!

Beautiful, professional and fun experience always.  The location is both general - easy to get to - and discreet in a plan exterior building.The staff is always welcoming and very pleasant, the waiting area is always clean and neat.  The dispensary has interesting reading materials, beautifully displayed products and so much variety to choose from you'll never walk away without buying something to try.I've visited sketchy homeboy dispensaries, weird local dispensaries and lovely clean dispensaries.  Cornerstone is by far my favorite which is why it's worth the drive from the central valley to Eagle Rock.  I'll always be a member here and will always tell others about it!

This place is alright. It's neat and clean - but it's it's more expensive than comparable shops and they place many obstacles between your and your medicine.After 6 months as a client of theirs, I can honestly say that when it comes to the dispensary business, the easier the better. These guys aren't very good at "easy".

Relatively new to the world of medical cannabis. I've been to a few dispensaries around LA and each one felt like a deleted scene from a Kevin Smith movie. When I know nothing about pot, I don't want the dude in a KROQ Weenie Roast '09 t-shirt telling me which budz are the dankest.I walked into Cornerstone Collective and felt like I was at a doctor's office crossed with a tapas restaurant. I mean this in the absolute best way possible. There was Bossa Nova playing and the girl at the window SHOOK MY HAND when I introduced myself. She SHOOK. MY. HAND. Like a human being!Manuel gave me a rundown on what I should buy, and he could not have been a nicer and more educated guy. I want to hire him to take me out to Joshua Tree and be my spirit guide for a weekend. I'll let you know if he's down for that next time I'm in there. This is an excellent dispensary in terms of product, service and environment.  The people who work here are super knowledgeable and patient.  If you don't know what you want you can describe the desired effects and they will make recommendations.  They also stand behind their products and happily exchange any defective item (such as vape pens).  If you have not had a lot of experience using marijuana you will feel completely at ease here and get all your questions answered.Don't forget to call ahead and make an appointment if you are a first-time visitor.

I've been going here for years. They are most knowledgeable staff friendly and welcoming. The establishment is very clean and run tightly there's a doorman a receptionist and several staff members to assist you. They are extremely knowledgeable and know their product I'm always fascinated to talk to them and learn more. This would be my dream job I would love to work for this company. As far as I can tell from this first, (and last), purchase, THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!My friend just picked me up an eighth of "Blue Maui" from this place.The total cost was $55.04 (that's after the 15% first time discount)I guess if I ever went back for a second time it would cost me even more!!! UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!!If I had known that I would have told her to forget it, and find a cheaper place.As if that wasn't bad enough, the pot is crap!!!!It's the weakest weed I've had.in a long time.The last time she got me an eighth from a place over near the Brewery for $30, and it was great, (plus they loaded her up with some great first timer freebies). This cost me almost twice as much, and it's not even half as good as the $30 eighth was, (and zero first timer freebies, except for that generous 15% off that got it down to $55). What a joke.Most places charge $30 to $45 for an eighth, so why would I ever want to go back to a place that will charge me close to $70 for eighths in the future?Maybe it's just the Blue Maui that sucks, and all the rest of their weed is totally kick-ass,(maybe), but if they are charging $55 for an eighth, I'm never going back.That's too bad, because they are literally 1 mile from my apt. and it would have been great to have a place so close.Oh well, if they want to gouge people, they won't be seeing me around there.I thought all those gouger places dried up, but I guess not.I saw some good reviews on this place, and wonder why anybody would pay through the nose and think it's ok.It's not hard to get some friends to give you some great reviews, and maybe there are some wealthy customers who don't care that they're getting ripped off price-wise, but for me, just a regular Joe, I don't care how "nice" the people are being to me if they aren't being nice to my wallet too.

I have been a member for over 4 years and all I can say is there isn't another dispensary that compares. You pay a Lele note bit the quality is far beyond what I've found anywhere else. And I'm not the type that goes to a place and is just immediately saying is the best I've been to more dispensaries in california than I can count and cornerstone is still the bestEveryone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Bottom line is if quality is your main concern cornerstone is the place for you.

Hands down the best place for patients serious about their medication.  The quality of product, the knowledge of the staff and the subtlety of the location make it my one-and-only go to place for my medication.  The staff is super friendly and always interested in how I'm doing as I navigate my though a newly diagnosed chronic illness, of which they are intimately knowledgeable of the ways in cannabis can alleviate my pain & symptoms.  I have yet to come across anything similar to this in the LA area.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. The front desk literally offered me donuts(Krispy Kreme) which is pretty amazing. I have anxiety and they were able to cater to my needs and teach me information on what to get in the future. The menu is very large and the selection is great ranging from flowers to vapes to edibles. Definitely will return.

What an amazing experience everytime! Been going here since 2006 so I'm a true CRC vet, and even if they are further away for me than many others, I would rather go the distance and be happy!This is a mmj dispensary where you can learn a lot about what works for you. The budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect balance of what works best for your needs. And many times the strain that works for you is in the rotation so you don't have to worry about your fav being gone forever. Ive had some of the most exotic landrace heirloom strains ever from CRC, and will continue to support them as long as they are around. This place is a true Cornerstone in Eagle Rock!

First off I admit I tried to go there with only a legal medical marijuana prescription from a doctor and a photo ID that is good enough for every other dispensaries in the State of California, except them.  A large bouncer blocked me at the entrance. ( I'm over sixty, not a stoner).  I was forced to stand on their porch beside Colorado Blvd. while every car that passed, including my neighbors, could see me waiting to get into a dispensary: so much for anonymity.I was told that they had to review my medical records and discuss the nature of my diagnosis, before they would sell me any product.  This requires an appointment.  These people are not doctors.  They have no right to see and review my medical records: so says California law.  They are want-to-be doctors who get off trying to play doctor with people.  I was given a card to make an appointment by phone.  I was standing right there.  Why couldn't they make an appointment with me face-to-face?  So I called to make an appointment.  I got voice mail.  No one ever returned my call.  Yes, I was polite and subservient in my request.My advice, stay away from this place!

The facilities are nice, and very LA. The service is attentive, and they had no problem taking an inordinate amount of time with the newbie in our group. Their meds are Ok. They have some top shelfs, but they're expensive. The mid grades are also expensive, and they don't really drop below midgrades, but it's like 85% of their menu. Just seemed like a lot of outdoor/greenhouse. They also test their material, but the test results weren't up to date, or all there, for the strains I wanted. It was nice to have terpenes, but again, they were only available for one of the strains I took home. Ultimately, you're paying for the experience, which is lovely, but if you're a snob, you might be good with one or two strains. If you're unfamiliar with mmj, this is a great place for you. If you're familiar, you may be wondering why you just paid so much.In the end, I got three strains, one which was just fantastic! One CBD, which was ok (trich development seemed really far gone) and one that I probably won't even bother smoking all of. But I did have a lovely time.

I have been a member for several years spanning 3 locations.  My first budtender was Michael Backes - how cool is that?  This is a serious place for serious medical cannabis seekers.  Yes, you need an appointment your first time, as it says everywhere.  Yes, you need a certificate.  I feel the prices are very fair.  Not as cheap as some places advertise, but the quality is superior; you definitely get what you pay for.  The budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful.  It is a 3-hour round-trip for me to go here, but it is the only place I buy from now.  I just save my money and buy a lot!

Cornerstone is one of so few businesses who take their product seriously, as well as their patients. As a picky consumer, everything is top notch! The staff is always kind and professional and informative, and I feel "safe" when on the premises. I would recommend this place only for people who take their needs seriously. She was very patient and a great listener.  She was very generous with her time and answered all of my questions.  I've been to several dispensaries all over LA.  Cornerstone is by far the best!

This place is the definitive guide to cbd medication. They are not open to the public and you can only join by appointment and personal referral. (They check your referrals so be honest.) I can't find another place near the sgv that had better quality or knowledge of medicine. The rick Simpson oil is a life changer. Do not come here looking for a bargain, come here looking to get well. They are epitome of high quality meds and service. I'm always happy when I leave.

I've been "medicating" with cannabis for more than 40yrs (Humboldt, Hawaii, Thailand, Afghanistan) and since 420 arrived, I've visited approx. 25 dispensaries in LA Area; Clearly, CRS stood far and above all other  suppliers. I've been with them since shortly after they opened in 2007. Always checking other locales but nothing comes even close.I can say unequivocally that this dispensary is the top of the heap for a number of reasons: They are, in my experiences, by far the most knowledge about the medical use of cannabis; they offer the most literature and reference material; they are always the first with new improved methods of ingestion, (vapor, atomize, edible, etc) accessories, more and most importantly is they have a level of customer service and customer care that stands far and above any other dispensary I've ever visited. Northern California and Amsterdam included....  Don't quite understand the bad reviews for personal.  Usually when there's friction, it's a two sided street.  Give friction, get friction. I find all the personal very courteous and accommodating. Prices, the old adage applies here.  You get what you pay for.  The quality of their goods in unequaled and their satisfaction guarantee policy is unrivaled.  It's simple: "you don't like for any reason, bring it back in a reasonable amount of time (a day or two) and they will trade you out at full value for anything else in stock". Never had to use their guarantee cause the goods are always consistently good. I dare anybody to ID another dispensary that has a policy like that. Further they always have specials going that are up and more than 50% off for those price conscience types.    Always a classy joint, well decorated, a "sterile" level of cleanliness, tasteful claim surroundings, greatest goods, greatest people; what more could you ask for???Have recommended several friends (10+) and consensus is always the same. INCOMPARABLE! Come in and see for yourself, it's a whole new level of professionalism you've probably not experienced before....

I am a returning customer who has not been to the new location, for some reason my information did not come up in their files, the security was nice and so was front desk woman but a younger woman with lighter skin came out to tell me it's better not to make her look for files that DON'T EXIST ....wow never felt so degraded going to a collective ... and it's my fucking birthday to top it off!

My friend and I were loyal members of this collective at their original location. We spent big bucks there because they were good, but very, very expensive.  Then they closed down for a spell. Their website said to email them or leave a phone message. I left more messages and sent more emails than I can count. Not a peep. Not one return email. Not one return call. I've since found La Brea Caregivers to be as knowledgeable, more friendly and certainly more reasonable in costs. While providing a high level of service and product, they don't take themselves as seriously as Cornerstone. I'm glad I found some place better ... but I'm still giving Cornerstone 1 star for apparently not giving a damn about their original members.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1st VISIT. These people take the idea of MEDICAL marijuana seriously. They consulted with me for 45 minutes my first time. THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR PRODUCT. I am new to this and they helped me understand the product and set me up with 3-4 different options for me to go home and try. It wasn't outrageously expensive at all. After a few weeks I had narrowed in on what was working best for me. I'm now a few months in and doing great. I'm older and have a full time job so I really needed something that would work and not make me spacey. I'm using a 20:1 CBD:THC during the day and a 1:1 at night. My asthma is SO MUCH BETTER. And at night, for the first time in years I sleep soundly through the whole night. If I hadn't gone here I'd still be lost and probably would have given up. I tried 3 other clinics after them and it was clear they were just storefront pot dispensaries not interested in the people like me who truly want their marijuana for medical use. I'm middle aged and nervous and I certify Cornerstone Collective as a safe place for nervous middle aged people. Your mom would feel safe here.

In regards to my previous review.  I gave an honest assessment of this establishment and a member of this collective commented on my review that what I said didn't happen.  If you read my previous review I was treated very rudely and I don't recommend this place.  I give fair assessments and don't jump to conclusions.  I just caution anyone before you decide to visit this business.  Guy at the door looked at me didn't even let me speak and rolled his eyes as I was told I needed to make an appointment.  I had $100 to spend and went to another dispensary was treated with respect and am annoyed that I wasted my time going here.  Just be warned

The relocated Cornerstone Collective dispensary on Colorado Blvd (across the street from the mall) is in this unobtrusive little brown building. You walk up to the door and it swings open as you approach. A handsome young man in a three-piece suit greets you (if you're a member) and tells you the time, for your convenience when you sign in.Things have certainly changed since the first time I bought pot. My cousin and I walked through a grove of sycamore and oak following a friend into the Canyon one summer morning. Our destination was an old bungalow that had been added to over the years and now sported a deck, a large garage and featured a tipi, towering above the roof. The floor inside the tipi was covered with Persian rugs, pillows, boxes filled with soaps, incense and all sorts of knick-knacks. Half a dozen people were spread out on pillows, smoking a waterpipe, talking. G. had unwrapped a brick and broken it up to test. We were invited to sit and have a taste. He said he had thirty bricks... How many did we want?Having been an outlaw smoker for many years, it still blows my mind that I can legally buy and use pot. Not only has cannabis regained its honored status in the pharmacopeia, its true value as a social and economic resource is being reconsidered. The knowledge and skill employed in the cultivation and application of cannabis has gone far beyond what anyone could imagine forty years ago. The staff at CC are on the cutting edge, as far as I'm concerned. Their suggestions have been helpful and they take the time to hear what you're saying.As well as beautiful buds in clean, labeled glass jars, there are comestibles, tinctures, vaporizers and books for sale in the comfortable dispensary sitting area. It really is a pleasant space. As for prices, well, when I consider what a lid cost in 1970 compared to now, it's outrageous! Still, there are discounts available at CC, just ask your helpful consultant behind the counter.Still can't believe it!

Great place for cbd edibles and they got lab results too...perfect! The shop looks very discreet on the outside, the prices are good and the quality is the best ive seen in town. The staff is great & very informative. The only thing you should be aware of is that you need to make an appt. Before you go can go in, but its worth it.

I did do my homework. Called several times only to be sent to a voice mail box where I HAVE left very detailed message. And haven't had a return call. So........ That's my story.

If you are looking for superior quality meds then you will go to Cornerstone. They are super accommodating and always willing to help.  The place is impeccably clean. I LOVE this collective.   They were recommended to me by a nurse where I get infusions for severe multiple sclerosis.  I had given up on cannabis.  It was expensive and it didn't always help.  I went to Cornerstone Research Collective with a great deal of trepidation. But as I pulled up I saw a place that was the antithesis of party city USA.  Facilities are top notch and I was met by a caring and extremely knowledgeable staff.  They explained how cannabis worked, why it didn't work for me consistently when I used it before and how I should use it. With their help I have been able to cut down on the amount of Robaxin, Neurontin and Percocet I use.  It may sound stupid to some people but they have literally impacted my life for the better. For over 5 years  I have never had to worry about the quality of the meds I take because Cornerstone worries about that for me.  What they tell me to do works.  I have reduced pain, the feeling of hornets walking around inside my hands and feet are reduced by CBD's that allow me to sleep.  During the day I use a vaporizer with a Kush that allows me to cut down on the pills that used to make my speech slurred and my balance worse.             I recommend this collective to anyone who is looking for people who care, people who will answer your questions (without making you feel like an idiot) and if it doesn't work they'll take it back and find something that wil.

Hands down the best I've ever been to! I've been a patient with them since their last location on eagle rock blvd till now and couldn't be anymore happy with how they operate. The staff is ultra friendly and the flowers are best quality. I would give more stars if possible.

It was  my first time back since their previous location.  This is  an equally attractive, courteous and well maintained place right in the heart of cool Eagle Rock.  I highly recommend.  No other pharmacy I've been to compares by a long shot.  You get what you pay for.

I have been a member of the Cornerstone Collective for a couple of years. The consistency of service and quality of product has been incredible. Every person working here has extensive knowledge of their inventory and how each product will work for you allowing the customer the best choice for each particular issue.

Fantastic dispensary. The bus tenders are very nice and listen to your needs and recommend strains that are applicable. Stock is always changing so you can actually try something new each time if you're into it. They take pride in what they do and it's a very clean, pleasant atmosphere.

Best place to get cannabis oil & other cbd meds...the staff is well informed, they are very helpful , kind. I've been to other places the oil tasted really off, & it didn't help me. I've referred other people & everyone that's tried it loves this place. The only thing is you need an appointment to get in if you are a first time patient, after that you are cool. Definitely worth it though

The prices are a little high, I don't mind paying the taxes, but a $30 consultation fee when I already know what I want to buy - no way.

Pure and simply the most professional collective I have ever been to.  This place should be the gold standard by which all collectives are judged.

This review is long overdue so shame on me but I will keep it short and to the point.  I have been coming to this collective for about 3 years now and I can say it is the best one I have ever been too.  This facility is professional, clean, and very knowledgeable regarding the products they sell.  Patients that are looking for quality products should look no further.  This collective deserves 5 stars starting with the security guard (who wears a suit), to the front desk, ending with the entire staff who treat you with exceptional customer service.  Being a fellow business owner, I appreciate the customer service, the atmosphere, and the attention to details this establishment offers and this is the only collective I will ever go to from now on.

This is the very best collective in LA.  These flowers are primo.  The high CBD  oil is really great for imflamation.  I saw Marcus as a counselor & he was really knowledgable & compassionate.  A little pricier than the other places I have been, but so worth the increase to know the bud is tested.  I have gotten over the "cough" I had from the last place...

I've been to going to CRC for my high grade medical marijuana  for years when M. ran the collective ( they had some of the best kush around) . What can I say, they have consistently had the top flower -OG kush to exotic sativa strains, and heavy indica afghani in southern california grown with expertise and care. Not to the mention the finest quality hash and edibles. A bit pricey but you pay for the selection and service  which is professional and informative, this is the spot in east los angeles.

pretty much the best dispensary on the east side of LA. These guys know there flowers. the old manager mike was pretty influencial in the mmj movement in LA for years and although I dont believe he is affiliated with them anymore, they seem to be keeping with his tradition of bringing superior genetics to the people. It can be a bit pricier than the average collective but u really get what u pay for here. There cbd flowers are real and effective. they also have a great OG called Lucas Valley when available. Go here its worth the trip.

My first to a dispensary. I was impressed by how clean it was on entering. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Ben was amazing, he spent almost an hour with me explaining all the different product available and helped me select what would best fit my needs.  I am a Newbie to all this but they are the Nordstrom of Medical Cannabis!

The staff at Cornerstone, especially Eva and Timma (please forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly), made me a loyal customer at Cornerstone. I had purchased the Pax Era Pro and it did not function correctly. Granted, anything that's mass produced will have some bad units. I reached out to Pax directly and was pretty much brushed aside. Try a different pod they said, maybe hold the era in my hand to warm it? Huh?Nothing truly helpful, just some quick possible "fixes"So after responding to the email from Pax, they did not respond back. Horrible customer service. Cornerstone took the initiative and went out of their way to help me. They took the defective unit, tested it, and agreed it was defective. No magical tricks to try, just solid customer service. I am beyond grateful and appreciative to the staff at Cornerstone. I will be frequenting their business due to this experience. They have earned my business. I am sorry that I will be giving a one star. Reason being I have been a loyal customer since cornerstone opened . The staff has been great until today! The new protocol is to wait on the line if you did not call and order ahead. That's what the manger said when he poked his tenacious head and told me. So, with no one there ,the security untrained wannabe cop kept me standing on line when while letting others go in front because they ordered on line or phone. I guess they became too successful and does not need repeat customers. I'll be visiting another place where I could be treated with respect.

I have been coming here for a few years, the products are good and quality, the staff are nice and friendly. I mostly use edibles for sleep and sometimes they are not available.  The thing is every time I call with questions or recommendation, I feel very rushed. The person answering the phone is doing a million other stuff and keep putting me on hold. Can you please have more staff to answer calls, after all we are spending a lot of money at your place and proper staffing is not much to ask!

I was patient the first and second visit but I figured if something goes wrong 3 times it can't go unsaid. Rude and unhelpful staff! I bought a strain that I normally buy from the original manufacturer here at Cornerstone wellness. Eager to compare I realized that the proof seal was missing from Cornerstore wellness packaged eighth vs the original manufactures (mind you exact same strain exp date 3 months apt). The smell and quality was significantly different from the store bought eighth compared to the original manufacturer. This leads me to believe Cornerstore wellness is not being 100% forthcoming about the weed being kept at the store. Oh lastly did I mention I paid $17.90 more at CW. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER shop here.

This place is the only place I know in my area to sell weed in many forms. It's overpriced and you pay for relief of pain. The staff is friendly and it doesn't look like a stoner establishment... very secretive and professional but wish the taxes weren't so high....

Ordered online. Jumped through all the hoops. Linked my bank account. Sent confirmation codes.  Ordered online. Everything was a SUCCESS!  COME PICK UPM YOUR PREPAID ORDER!!I've been sitting here in the lobby for half an hour.  I spent the last 15 minutes outside in 90 degree direct sunshine.Where is my order?  I'm just going to walk out. I've seen multiple people go in, shop and leave. I spent the time to shop online, set up an account, link my bank account, prepay...  And I'm sitting here for what???They hire me as human furniture, maybe. I finally stood up, asked the (different) inside attendant what is going on?  He buzzed me in. The bag was sitting there, ready to go. What a shit-show. Life is too short for this kind of stress.  Incompetent or high employees. I come here to release stress, not be bathed in it. The lady inside gave me.the bag, heard my concerns and bid me a farewell. I wish I could get that hour back. My groceries (this was supposed to be a grab and run) are fucked. Business sucks, I know.  As a reformed small business owner, I know...This sucks, because they got a good setup. But I can't stand being treated like absolute shit.

Been going here for years! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great selection, especially for a smaller shop. Much prefer supporting them over the big corporate chains so I make the drive over (easy access off 134 helps). Parking lot can be a little tight if you're in a SUV so I grab a street spot in the neighborhoods.

I love this place. Their product selection and knowledge of those products are top-notch. This is the standard that all cannabis shops should be aspiring to. It is not cheap, generally, but that is because of the quality of the merchandise and the fact that everything is actually above-board. Also, they all seem very cool. I've never had bad customer service there.

Best cannabis store around. Only one I have found charging the correct amount in taxes. I am an medicinal user and those taxes mean a lot.

I really loved this place the people are friendly. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because it took over an hour. But I am sure it was just busy due to the holiday weekend coming up.

I've never been able to or wanted to test new things because of lack of trust in a company,their products etc but here, I try something new every week and have not been disappointed from edibles to wax to flower.
