I'm tired of the wishy washy identification policy they have. One day I'm good to go in another I'm not. I'm 58 and I'm waiting to get a reservation for license. So like many Americans were waiting to get an appointment so they gave out paper temps while we wait. Kush told me to get the temp so I got it. So first time I go in they gave me a hard time with the wording. No lie 5/6 people looked at it. Finally it was ok, so I bought some for a month or so now tonight.........I text for curbside and they send back text" sorry our management tonight says that temp is invalid and all the managers that let me in are wrong. Huh??So DO NOT GO THERE with temps from the dmv.UPDATE:: I posted this on Saturday night. Sunday morning after this all went down I get coke spilled on the front of my car in driveway. Brilliant move by either the manager or the stupid mall cop who was part of my exchange the night before. Those two saw my address !!! It can only be them. So I made a report with police. How unprofessional this place is.
As a first time dispensary goer, this place was clean and professional yet easy going. There was also a vendor stationed in front of the line greeting everyone.Maybe I had the unlucky draw, but my budtender was pedestrian in her helpful-ness, especially since it was my first time at a dispensary, and getting anything.She only asked simple questions, without going into detail with her answers. There were no instructions on the battery, and had to fidget with it to recognize the functions. I learned the percentages on the cartridges after personal research. honestly the customer service here is so bad. The bud tenders just stand there reading off an iPad rather than engaging with the customer and showing them the products. When going to a dispensary I like when bud tenders actually engage with the customer and show them products and give recommendations. This is a shop where they just tell you and do not bother engaging with you. I walked right out of there and went across the street to The High Note where they actually treat customers right. You guys need to change your customer service ASAP!
Staff provides a consistent, positive experience. Biggest disappointment would be the reported hours of operation. Security will prevent entrance to the dispensary after 9:45 PM and not 10PM has indicated. I recommend that the business modify the hours of service to 9:45 as their posted closing time of 10PM is misleading. Many potential customers have been turned away as they seek to pick up before they begin their evening. This leads to poor customer experiences when this could have been avoided with appropriate messaging. Thx
Limited stock, bud tender seemed annoyed that I had questions to ask. I'd rather shop with grassdoor, they deliver to your door within an hour for the same price. Sometimes cheaper because they have coupons.

Love this medical dispensary. Everyone here is really nice & they are always having deals. I usually go for the dogo deals on shatter since I mainly dab but I hear the flower deals are just as good. Friendly staff every time I go & I've seen it get really packed at times but they handle it smoothly. Today I received a Thanksgiving gift bag & a raffle ticket to join the giveaway. Been coming here for over 6 months now & I'm definitely going to stay a loyal customer.

The bud IS a little bit on the pricier but it's worth it because of the quality. I wasn't too happy with the prices but paying a little bit more is so much worth it because it translates over to better quality- and trust me, it's noticeable.
Curiosity lead me to this place, with the encouragement from a friend who I've talked to regarding trouble with sleep. I told him I, along with several friends have trouble sleeping... He suggested that we take a drive out to this place. I was impressed by the way they're adhering to the CDC guidelines on "physical distancing." I also appreciated the professionalism of the security guards (armed guards) and staff. The staff were friendly and eager to educate us on the use of CBD and other products. So many selections to choose from. The place is well organized and clean. Prices are fair and reasonable... The products are high quality. I've since referred this place to my friends, who also struggle with stress and insomnia. Let's see how they respond... Anticipating a positive outcome for sure!!
Just your typical weed shop where the music is club-level volume and the workers are super cool.They seem to have their flower knowledge down but know nothing about edibles. They don't have the edibles displayed so you must rely on the budtender's knowledge. Anyway, this one product was described to me as a "spray," when I took it home it looked like a syringe with highly concentrated wax inside. There were no instructions on the label so I ate a tiny bit which didn't do anything and made me ill. I take it back and the person behind the counter had no idea what it was, she admitted it seemed like a "dab" product. They didn't let me return it, so I have this $60 dab syringe over here that I can't do anything with because I can't smoke anymore... just ingest. None of my friends do dabs because who the f*** can handle that besides 17 year olds or people with iron lungs?

Parking: they have a few parking available in front of the store but they do share it with the neighbors but usually patients come An go so you'll always tend to find a space. Los Angeles Kush actually have a massive Parking lot (on Lillyvale Ave) under construction an idk if it's for patients an I didn't ask. It looks like it's under constructions but it's open, an I think they have a armed guard their during normal business hours. Customer Service is amazing, if you don't like your experience with any of their budtenders you can always leave a complaint. Amazing store with great product. They've been here a lil over 10+ years.
Damn once again I got stuck with dust shake. I made the mistake of buying the REDBOX shake and now I made it again with this kush berry cheesecake shake. I always buy the shake because I really only roll joints but I buy Nuggs for the bong too. But when it's this fine like fine particles it doesn't smoke good. It's hard to hit like it's packed too tight but it's not. So what's happening is doesn't allow for good airflow. Also the person that helped me was low key rude he tried to hide it but it showed . Every time I go in everyone is cool and helpful outgoing and makes me feel comfortable. This guy doesn't like his job. I drive far just to go to LA kush and wish I could have seen this shake before I left to go buy it. Waste of $100 in my opinion. So out of 213 bucks I was able to get a half OZ of LA sunset and that is amazing. So to close this rant I'm Disappointed and maybe I'll stay away from that shake or find another shop to buy it.
Super chill place. Hope was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable staff. First time friendly. Brought my sister in-law here and she was from Wisconsin. She loved it! They were so nice to her and very helpful. I know some people's first times can be overwhelming but the staff was super professional and welcoming. Even the security was nice and courteous. Just want to start by saying,This review is for customer service... I have have been a customer for a long time which is why I was floored today when I was treated like a pice of s*** for attempting to Acquire meds, to start off I called in the order on the express line, the gentlemen then proceeded to inform me that the type I wanted was only available in grams in which I okayed I proceeded to tell him I would like to order and I would be on my way. The gentleman asked me to send a text message with the order and he would have it prepared for me upon arrival. So that is exactly what I did and then I headed out on my 30 minute drive to their store. Upon arrival the security guard let them know I was there and I waited for 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting a little bit a extremely rude young lady came and informed me that my order was not confirmed So I let her know the conversation that I had with the gentleman when I called him and what he told me so I didn't know that I needed to wait for a confirmation. She then proceeded very rudely to tell me that I needed to wait for a confirmation besides they did not have the order that I intended on picking up as it was only available in grams, I again let her know that the gentleman informed me and said he would have it ready. She proceeded to very rudely tell me know I needed to wait for A confirmation they are too busy. At this point I was so thrown back I did not want to spend another minute being treated like crap for simply do as they asked when I called in. I then sent a message to them letting them know that I will give them the review they deserve. A manager did reach out and apologize and I informed him this should not happen and to make a long story short They really do not care about their customers especially the loyal ones
Great selection, but I've been a LONG time customer and they RARELY honor the deals they claim... I've even asked them and was told my purchase wasn't eligible, but when I firat walked in they offered me the product to get the deal!! So, I've been going here since I moved to the area and at 1st it was great, the time before this last visit I bought a couple of pre-rolls and they were stuffed horribly with the filter pushed up in the paper like it was to save space. Was out of my own personal stash so I was forced to go back yesterday and I told the guy helping me out about it, and he was cool, he said to bring it back and they will replace it, but who's gonna do that? So anyway, I open up the pre-rolls I just purchased and same shit, and the flower in them is now garbage too, WTH?!! You guys might be able to fool average smokers but not me, and this ones I bought were packaged by different people this time, so they are probably being instructed to do this, and they have gotten smaller and smaller each time, sorry can't waste any more money here. Great place. One of the best dispensaries that I've been to in the area. They have consistently been high quality at a very fair price. I would go as far as to say that they were are the pioneers of the area and keep the bar high when it comes down to it.This is my go to place and it doesn't get to busy most of the time except during holidays.

The cannabis here is the same at any other dispensary. Sometimes they have specials and great deals, and other times it's not so great.However their service here is superb. Their staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The wait is, however, long at times. You will love the OGs and any type of "walkers" they have. Very good kush.

i bought a lakush battery and it worked fine for a month and when it started acting funny i took it back because i was told there was life time warranty on them. but when i got there the budtender dude tried it and didn't exchange it which cause me to not only waste time and gas on going to your shop but i had to go else where to get a new one.now the battery dont even charge i guess now you guys will believe me!!!maybe you should teach your employs that the customer is never wrong!!!now im gonna have to waste time amd gas going out of my way to get a battery i should of got last weekstop selling a shitty product or atleast change it when customers come in... i guaranty that no one wants to go in there and ask for a fucken battery thanks for wasting my time
This shop carries everything. I've been here many times and it's rare that I can't find a particular item I was looking for. This happened last week for the first time. One of their regular items was out of stock, but still listed on their weedmaps menu.My budtender, Nina, was great and I tried a 710 1/2g cartridge in Tropical flavor (strain = Blue Dream) and it was tasty. Like fruit punch. She also asked me if I wanted her to call me when the product that I wanted came in. I said yes, but I didn't really expect to hear back. Well, Nina didn't forget! She called me a couple days ago and I'm going to CHR to pick up what I originally wanted last week. CHR has super good deals on concentrates. They have happy hour everyday, but on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the entire day is happy hour. During "happy hour" all products are 20% off!The reason I'm not giving five stars is because of their inconsistency of what is listed on their weedmaps menu and what is in stock and the price on weedmaps vs the prices in store. I ended up not being able to get the product that they called me for because the price in the store was $5 more than listed on weedmaps. I asked if an exception could be made, since I specifically asked to be notified for that product. The woman budtender I worked with today kept making excuses (albeit, this should have been a manager convo, but the budtender did not even offer to ask the manager). She was stern and seemed inexperienced - opposite of what I've experienced here before. Also, at other dispensaries, if you're short a dollar, it's usually cool, the budtender just asks the manager. I just give them the dollar back next time and also a bigger tip the next time. So the CHR budtender told me that the weedmaps menu is inaccurate because prices change so fast...and if vendors raise their prices, then so does CHR. They also give veterans' discount of 10% if you qualify and there isn't a promo going on for what you want. You can't mix promos or discounts. Parking is difficult. It's like parallel parking on the left and right with one room for one car to pass in between. It is very narrow. I hope anyone reading this will take a small car. You'll thank me later. I have had to make a 100 point turn just to get out of a parallel parking spot.

First time in any dispensary in Cali as I'm from Vegas but I looked up LA Kush and they just happened to be located in my old stomping grounds and let me tell you it was the best experience. Although it was a little crowded they were fast in getting us served. We waited maybe 20 mins and had laughs with Rudy and Drew who were too good to us! As were the bud tenders. Even ran into my little cousin Sonny who works there. Got me a Los Angeles Kush baseball cap as a gift! Definitely my go to dispensary because they hooked me up in everything I wanted. Definitely stop by there and you won't be disappointed! I don't know the young lady who helped me but she was awesome!

So I hit the bike hanging off the side if her truck trying to get out. I love the decor! The lighting is calming. Their display is easy to get around with the prices posted for easy selecting. They may need to consider expanding. The product is usually good. It's been a few months of consistency with the quality of product. They've had live entertainment. That was fun! Just don't park in the lot and you're good!

Decided to hit CHR today because I was looking for an ounce. They had some deals where you can get 30grams for 240$, decided to take advantage of it. Come to realize when I get home and weighted it out on my own scale that it was only 21 grams. Don't know if they didn't zero out the scale when they switched the containers but I was 9 grams short. I went back to CHR to argue the fact that I was short and the space in the bag can fit at least 10 more grams. I asked to speak to the manager at They checked the cameras and they told me the best they could do is give me 5grams. I asked to speak to the manager again and I was told that was the best they could do. Paid $240 to get shorted out by this establishment.

Bud tenders seem to be in a contact rush. It Can be an intimidating experience for most. . The reason I give it 4 stars is because if you are experienced MMJ client- CHR is stoner heaven, but I'm a newbie and have had bad experiences with MJ and need to be picky about strains. My shopping experiences have been too Overwhelming for this newbie. I need to find a spot where I will be heard and receive recommendations based on my needs- or at least makes me feel welcomed.

Came in with a valid medical recommendation that they themselves were able to verify and still would not let me in because they didn't have the doctor who issued it on their list. I've been to plenty other dispensaries with no issues she also was inputting the phone number on my card as my ID number and I had to correct her. She clearly doesn't know what she is doing. This shop is great! I'm always amazed by their selection, I often feel very overwhelmed when I go in that I don't know what to choose. I mostly buy edibles, and every time I go, there is always a vast surplus of edibles that I'm pretty sure I'll never end up buying the same thing. I also love that they have many patient appreciation days with free goodies! They are always having different vendors stop by and give out free samples. Super great with having deals, and keeping patients aware of what is going on through Social Media. I especially love that they are always having bake-offs! A+++
Hands down one of my favorite shops! The atmosphere is always great, budtenders are always nice, ready to help, and to answer any questions you have. My fave budtenders would probably be Miranda, Damien, and Kayla, but I mean it when I say they are all great! Nice clean shop and the bud is dank! I usually pick up flower or the Vapes but I'm never disappointed! Definitely check them out!

This place used to be the fav but they hire sooooo many uneducated female bud tenders. When the bud tender doesn't know that weed plants have male and female genders, while I have to explain it to another customer, it's just ridiculous. Most don't what the hell they are selling. Also I don't mind the bud tenders smoking on the job but some of them are so stoned they are fucking lethargic and don't know anything when you ask for info on a product. Liiiiiike?????
They have buy one get one deals, I went here for the first time and I left with the hook up! Got 4 bottles of lemonade for 30$ for their special, and then I left with 7 gs for 50$ one was free because it was my first time.
There cannabis is fresh and strong. I tried green crack for the first time and it tasted really leafy and fresh and I tried blue dream after 4 puffs I was high. They were also nice and welcoming when I first came in.
They were efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with.Regarding their prices, I'm a newbie patient so I can't rate them here.

I don't really pick up anything but flower and an occasional edible. Mostly a sativa fan here and the sativa's I've gotten from this place have been great. The only thing I hate about coming is the parking. :/ unless it's empty, i don't park in the parking lot because I'm afraid I'm putting my car in a "hit and run" type of situation and I don't have time for all that. Overall I've have a good experience coming here, and prices are decent compared to the shops close to my area.

CHR is one of my favorite shops by far, not only because it's convenient for me to get there, but because they always have great strains with even greater prices. I'm personally more of an indica person, and I don't really care for hybrids but the ones they have here are just simply amazing. From Lemon Haze to Blueberry Cookies to Gorilla Glue, I couldn't ask for a better looking, better smelling, or better tasting hybrid . The deals are what really keep me coming back though, from their 5 for 40 to their happy hour specials, I just cannot get enough of this place. The other day Nicole was my bud tender & was of great use; she helped me decide which edibles would fit me better and she was extremely friendly which to me is a large factor in this type of community. I've gone many times already & I plan to go many more. This shop is one I always recommend to anybody else that has their medical card .

This shop used to be my favorite shop. I was very loyal and giving (tipping them very well) until I was accused of having a counterfeit bill. I had a 1950 ten dollar bill & obviously the person who runs this place is UNEDUCATED about US Currency. They only rely on the counterfeit pen which doesn't work on bills that are 1959 & older. I would not tip them at all if I was trying to pull a fast one and most of all not with a ten dollar bill?? I have class and shame which this place does not have. They do have the best buds in town however you may receive a fake bill considering they don't know anything about UNITED STATES CURRENCY!!!

I went there a few days ago and was really happy with the diverse menu and specially with the service. Tim, who waited on me, was so nice and friendly. He really made the visit worth it. The only problem is the crowded parking lot, but it's not their fault, because there aren't enough parking spaces for the businesses there.
Worst shop in Los Angeles with poisoned weed. This place at one time was great with a small shop vibe now they act like they're the sh*T . The flowers are over priced and taste like soap. Most people aren't growing so they don't know better but this place for sure spray's buds with stuff to remove spider mites and powdery mildew which I might ad they do a poor job at still bugs and mold on the buds. Take the time to drive a block down the street or just continue to go to the clinic you normally go to this place is a rude waste of time

(the Samoan security guys were super funny).Some of the staff here is super helpful and above and beyond and will have a convo with you- others are just here to do their job. Overall, recommend. i've been here a few times now, (i really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt) they have good products, and the bud tenders are SUPER nice and helpful, but every time i walk in i feel super uncomfortable. its way to loud and the music they play is uncomfortable for a dispensary. it feels like a frat house with pictures of girls in bikinis, LOUD trap/ sexual music, and everyone is yelling to find the manager. don't get me wrong they have a lot of product, have good deals, the bud tenders i've had are amazing, but it's just not a vibe. i consider myself a chill stoner but i just feel like a piece of meat in there (catered for creepy dudes). if you have anxiety/ are a shy stoner this is not the place for you, it just a stressful environment and weird management.
A perfect example of, taking over a thriving business, and turning it into a shit hole...Once upon a time, this place was ok.Don't even bother now, unless you enjoy not knowing what you're gonna pay, or what you will even get, as they are the most inconsistent store around, especially for so called high end product.
Visiting a friend of mine in Alhambra, I needed to pick up a vape cartridge. I checked Yelp and this spot came up with the alluring photo of the hot model. I swung by and found that they have a drive through option where someone can bring a tablet out to your car to take your order and bring it out to you. Pretty cool. When I got inside I found the staff to be pretty professional and the lady who assisted me was friendly and nice. They have a pretty big selection of products and flower to choose from. Much nicer place than I had expected it to be. Bonus, there was a mexican food spot next door!
First time coming here. We were accommodated quickly in line and only waited a few minutes before allowed to enter. The security guards were friendly and loaded up. Inside is clean and has many acknowledged, polite employees. First time customers get discounts! Customer service here is honestly the best.

Online purchasing needs some serious rework!! Here's what's lacking especially with how digital the world is today and so many delivery services/developer apps available today. 1) No option to pay for your product.(kind of cool for the consume but stupid from business standpoint. What if your customer doesn't pay for whatever reason? You lost out on money for the trip and the employee. Poor risk to take for absolutely no convenience to either party)2) Marketing 10% off first two orders, 25% off delivery, etc but how the hell do you use this promotion? Some sort of detail letting the consumer know how to take advantage will help(don't you think? Made me feel like a bait tactic)3) No way to select delivery times or see what times are available. If you're at work and want somebody at your home to receive your goods for you(so it's there when you get home from work) there's no choice but to wait for what they say...."60-120minute delivery".4) Phone Support is lacking tremendously. I've called on several occasions and get the traditional phone call rejection followed by a long text that is summarized with "We too damn busy and can't take your call right now. Call later or Go to our website instead". So I have a pending order with my partner at home that only has her Apple Pay. I'm not home and can't use my card. The person is over 21 so let's see how they handle the situation. I'll provide an update after they attempt to deliver.....The result:The driver will text you to let you know when they're on there way. The driver luckily answered and advised it's cash only. Had to cancel since we have card and Apple Pay only. They also ONLY deliver to the person making the purchase so heads up to you all.Still have no idea on how to use the savings....

My bud tender was pretty good. The bud is good except a little pricey. I thought the atmosphere felt a little pretentious. Overall, not too bad. It doesn't stand out when compared to other bud shops.
