I LOVE GETTING DELIVERIES FROM THIS LOCATION! Every driver that I've ever had is always so nice. But I want to give a huge shoutout to Brittany! With it being the holiday weekend I am sure it is EXTREMELY busy but she was so fast and so amazing! Keep doing your thing girl!

If you're into that Niagara Falls kinda tea spill, read my review below.....March 29th I placed a mobile order for pick up @3:55pm in Beverly Hills. The order confirmation (attached below) was for the amount of $66.43. Medmen did not only violate BPC code 12024.2, but provided no resolution for how inappropriately unprofessional their business practices are. If you want to read the email I sent to their customer service, legal, team, GM and AGM. Find the attached screen shot. Sent it the evening of March 29th.....no response.But to sum it up....Stephanie Martinez does not have the vernacular in customer service that one must possess to work in a customer-facing position for ANY retail/service establishment. McDonalds and 7-Eleven even have higher standards as far as what it takes to work there. When she was presented the issue of her violation code-by not honoring the advertised price(required by law), she refused to use any basic tools to resolve a customer issue. She immediately defended MedMen's "policy" on multiple discounts applied at checkout, even though I received an order confirmation that stated otherwise. I tried to explain the exact process in explicit detail, but she wasn't interested in the slightest on what I had to say. I don't even think she was listening to be honest. As she continued to defend a "policy" that she may/may not have deluded in her head. She couldn't even give me the benefit of the doubt for a moment, and let me explain how I placed the order, she was basically calling me a liar, without directly calling me one. I insisted on showing her how I completed the order, because medmen.com was promoting that price point. She was uninterested, and said her decision wouldn't change regardless. She was also uninterested with the fact I had been there for over 20 mins, for a mobile order I arranged to pick up(quickly) due to the fact I was on my lunch break. As I was about to be late, I ended up just deciding on one of my items. She rang me up , and wouldn't even give me the 20% promo code I used, on the regular priced, Undiscounted item. She lied to my face and said she needed to have a QR code to scan, when her employee LITERALLY just did it in front of me. She was clearly not interested by any means in deescalating the issue, and refused to let me speak, or get contact information of any of her superiors. I've been treated with better service in a customs clearance strip search than with her. Medmen---possibly one of the most prestigious companies in the cannabis industry----who used Apple and Target's branding and organization development consultant for their retail training...... someone who employed a person who is in no way/shape/form what I would consider to be a reflection of a model MedMen employee, as it seems impossible for her to provide a positive seamless service experience MedMen pledges to provide. An employee which violated Section 12024.2 from the California Business & Professions code to be exact, see below..."12024.2.  (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following:(1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity.(2) Charge an amount greater than the lowest price posted on the commodity itself or on a shelf tag that corresponds to the commodity, notwithstanding any limitation of the time period for which the posted price is in effect.(b) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both, if the violation is willful or grossly negligent, or when the overcharge is more than one dollar ($1)It really does pain me to write an email/review like this for the 2nd time ever in my life, but I need to express my experience with the most unknowledgeable LOD; with a concerning lack of customer service values, that MedMen should look into(let alone any amPm or dollar tree).

First time at a MedMen location and the staff were attentive when we needed them to be, let us explore when we wanted to. The look is very sleek and the check out was easy and friendly. Definitely not your run of the mill weed shop but I guess that's the point. I'd check it out again.

I love the (Key Lime-flavored) live resin gummies sold here; they're made by Lost Farms and are singularly tasty.

I've been to this location a few times and always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff is. But today, I had my purchase delivered, and I wanted to say I was really impressed by how friendly and wonderful Joanna was.  First, she arrived at the estimated arrival time, she listened to my request not to ring my bell (because it makes my dog go crazy), and she had me check my bag to make sure the order was correct (no one usually asks me to do that).  She was just so warm and personable...meeting her was a bright spot in my day.  I'll definitely be requesting her for future deliveries.

Came here in a pinch and essentially got robbed. On top of paying 35% extra in random taxes, the pack of joints I got were infant sized. I feel like they played a joke on us... Ashton wya? I never write bad reviews but I gotta help my people avoid this. Lol

LOVE this place!! Our delivery driver Joanna was beyond helpful when there was a mix up using different payment that didn't match my account, and Anthony from the store over the phone was extremely helpful too, figuring out how to fix the problem and get us our delivery as quick as possible and Joanna came back and was a delight! Will always use med men, highly recommend :)

I couldn't find the edibles that I like anywhere close to me. I decided to try MM because they're close & they deliver. I found everything that I was looking for and some items were even on sale! Scott, the delivery guy, was exceptional and made sure that I got my order, especially considering that I could barely move because my back was out. MM is now my go-to dispensary! Thanks!

Great product selection however they only accept cash or debit so i prefer taking my business to dispensaries thag accept credit card like Elevate. Otherwise I like this place but debit card is so 1990s and then they round your amount to be charged up. Me thinks not.

I feel super bad about this review because I was supposed to write it days ago and I've forgotten the young squire's name who helped me.  I bought a couple pre-rolls and pens from the clearance sell (Wu-Tang pre-roll if you remember).  At the register there was one VERY long transaction and a bit of a line.  The Squire came forward and began helping ring.  No one else did.  His transaction ended up getting complicated which prompted a third cashier to come forward.  The young squire pulled a moved that reminded me of my first job at Best Buy, he ran two registers to get the line down.  I can't tell you how many smiles I would get when customers would notice I'm ringing two customers at a time accurately and with a smile.  (I don't recommend it, if you aren't a stickler for detail....you'll be fired lol)This one simple act shows there is at least 1 person who is willing to act towards a solution when a problem is at hand. This one play, made this one day, saved a brand and strengthened loyalty. It is very important that the squire did not say "it is what it is", but instead said, "it could be better!".

Just left MedMen! Joanna and Vinny are amazing!! They gave me great customer service and helped me out on exactly what I wanted. Went in and told them I wanted a very strong indica joint and they pointed me to the right direction! 5 starts is what they deserve!!!

As someone who first tried pot in their mid-thirties, I've always felt a little overwhelmed finding what I need at dispensaries.  Medmen usually helps me along, but tonight Alex went the extra mile.  It's especially hard to pick vape cartridges for my husband, but Alex helped me locate Indica and Sativa, avoiding hybrids, in flavors that fit what I'm looking for.  I don't think I was standing dumbfounded at the Heavy Hitters wall for more than 10 seconds before Alex was there to help.  Also worth noting, the guy at the door who checked my ID was super nice and complimented my R2-D2 winter hat.Thanks, Alex!

Always understaffed. Staff that is working constantly talking amongst themselves while there are long check out lines, OR they converse with guests at checkout and waste tons of time. Been in line for over 20 minutes, one guy checking people out. Another talking to the security and just staring at the line. After ten minutes he runs to the front as if he just Realize that there was a line of more than six people waiting. We are paying a premium price for their product and excessive taxes you think that they could at least pretend to care. A sense of urgency is desperately lacking with their employees

Try to go to another location.  The staff at this location is super rude and unhelpful.

Horrible customer service. Not nice. They also have the shortest return policy on defective vapes that I have seen in Los Angeles. Literally less than 7 days. And this location has some obnoxious staff. Try any other place unless you love getting attitude. And Med Men always go by their computer system record but the computer systems don't count everything that you've purchased especially if it's over a year ago or sometimes in other locations. Although they will tell you that it does. But it doesn't. Try to keep your receipts if they even bother to give you one. Because they probably  won't. They will question whether you purchased the item or vape there or not even if it's on the receipt. Their computer system definitely needs updating. It also crashes and becomes "cash only" all the time rather than - the covid safe way- debit cards. They call it a "reset". Who wants to be handling dirty old dollar bills? And pennies!  In a pandemic! I won't be going back

Love this store. Its so big and laid out so nicely. All the employees are cool but Connor was such a big help and gave me all the right suggestions for products. He wasn't pushy to buy certain things, I just told em what I was looking for and gave me a big variety to select from which doesn't happen at all dispos. Appreciate him and definitely recommend this location :) !

How about standing in front of the register for 15 minutes, with employees walking back and forth and not helping you...For gods sake, you have more employees in the store than customers, at least do me the courtesy of taking my money. I had to scream, "can someone take my money" for someone to help me!Are these people high on the job as well? I'm done with MedMen's attitude.

The worst. Don't use the pandemic for your constant cancellation of delivery orders. If you have too many orders to deliver, just close off that option online. Don't leave people hanging for over an hour, and then send a cancellation email -- a text or call sooner would be appreciated.There are too many dispensaries now to go to this overhyped and underwhelming chain.

The service sucks they're were 4 guys in the store one of the were in The phone the other one talking with the security while the line were increasing i was standing there like for 15 minutes while the only cashier was helping other client no one come to help me even when there was more people in the store i was so pissed because they made me lose my time at the end i was so mad that i didn't get anything. This organization employs fraud, and uses defamation to manage their staff. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, and do your part to zone this location out of our community. A fragile license exists for a reason, compliance, honest and ethical business practices, or your out. We won't miss you.

This was my first time going to MadMen and I was very impressed with everything they had. I worked with Liam and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and understood what I was looking for and was a tremendous help. I really liked what he recommended and I will be back to see Liam very soon.

Upon my first visit to this location and company Christian was a wonderful host and showed great Customer service skills that made my shopping a great experience. Stephanie my cashier was also great! Thank you guys for a good experience! Sure to recommend y'all to all my friends!

Med Men Beverly Hills Vinny commission recommendation !Vinny was masterful with his courteousy! I was making a quick stop Med Men Red of course, and Vinny handled my product request super personally and man, I would recommend anyone talk to this guy ! I would recommend everyone at this Med Men Beverly Hills cuz they are nice.

It was my first time in to MedMen and I was so impressed by the interior as well as customer service! Liam was so kind and knowledgeable while helping me pick out some amazing infused-tea's. 10/10 will be returning!

Marvine is the best!  Still got my order delivered to my hotel, during the pandemic. after my si joint rhizotomy  today. Thank god, I hate pain meds make me sick  Marvine went the extra mile to help me when I ordered.  When in LA, MedMan is now my new go to dispensary.

Horrific experience at this location. I bought a dosist cartridge for my pen about a month ago and suddenly it stopped working. I could not tell if it was the cartridge (which is basically full I don't smoke a lot) or the battery. I went in and we figured out it was the cartridge which was faulty and the guy working instructed me to soak it in a plastic bag in warm water and if it still not working to come back before 4 pm and they would give me a new one free of charge. It did not work so I walked all the way back and the woman working told me that their exchange policy is only a week and they couldnt give me a free replacement. It was absolutely insane considering another employee told me they would give me one and that the product was faultly and I had just boughten it. The entire experience wasted at least 2 hours of my day and all they had to do was give me a new one like they promised. The woman working had horrible customer service and clearly this was due to a lack of communciation of their return policy between employees which now somehow became MY problem. Avoid this place there is a million other dispenseries you can go to

Not a bad place at all but it is honestly a lot more expensive than other places. I wasn't given a discount even though it was my first time. Also, at the time to pay, they made me go get cash from their ATM "because their system wasn't taking cards" Not sure what to believe.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU! Will, YOU and your team really make me feel welcomed and comfortable walking into the store every time I visit. Excellent store, nice people. I have been going here for awhile. The customer service at this location is consistent and impressive and the whole team at this store is always welcoming. Stephanie the supervisor went out of her way today to make sure I had what I needed and was very professional, as well as everyone else. Employee Justin was outstanding, he answered all of my questions to the fullest and made me feel comfortable. I have never met someone with soo much knowledge about cannabis. He was very helpful, understanding, and made me feel safe. His recommendations was accurate and my experience was amazing. If you ever go to Medmen in Beverly Hills ask for Justin!

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Then weight was short was suppose to be 3.5 it was 3.1. Called and the guy laughed at me and told me to bring it in. If I could go in I would not have ordered delivery.

We are a frequent visitors at the store and my friend and I spent quite a bit of money every time we come in. The staff is always very friendly and today was no exception. I would like to notate Stephen was exceptionally helpful along with the two employees at the front desk. I almost gave a one review rating today because of this one employee who was rude and disrespectful and had a huge attitude against us his name is Will.  He does not belong here.  Such poor attitude is no place for the store.

Do not order delivery from them, the delivery man, knocked on the wrong door. I spent almost 40 min trying to get charged by him, after waiting 2 hours. Gary who works at this location, was rude and kept speaking over me when I called regarding why my order was made but it had not been sent out. Gary suggested I don't use their delivery, he said the kinks hadn't been worked out. When your own employees recommend you not use them it's a HUGE PROBLEM! I had to let the delivery man use my WiFi because he couldn't get reception! Understand that if the company can't deliver a proper service then the company shouldn't offer it. Also Gary needs to listen and not speak over people that are trying to get answers ..

Was about to spend $250+ here until the guy rudely hung up the phone on me in the middle of a conversation. For the jacked up priced they charge, I expect better customer service. Rude. Not worth. Give your money to someone decent.

Welcome to the 21st-century of cannabis sales. After dinner we walked along Robertson up by the Petrosian restaurant and Tye Ivy. We had seen lots of ads for MedMen and had to go in to check it out. You cannot get in without showing ID but the sales of cannabis and all the other edibles etc. etc. is of course legal now in California. Although everything is all cash only. This store looks exactly like an Apple store. Very high-tech, very knowledgeable employees. Most of them pretty high most of the time I'm sure but no matter. We were treated very well and learned a lot. This is the model for the future of retail cannabis sales. They had a wide array of smoking herb as well as racks of different types of edibles, baking products, everything imaginable. If you see one of these retail outlets you've got to go check it out. It's an experience you Will not regret

This is a very unfriendly location. I forgot my ID (34 yrs old) and man wouldn't let me in. Wouldn't let me show him a photo of my ID. I've forgotten it in the past at other locations and a photo sufficed. This dude was just rude

I've only visited once, but was really happy with the service and the vibe. The fact that the store looks like an Apple Store always makes me laugh:) Really cool place with prices close to what you'd get online.

I recently stepped into MedMen for the very first time. I asked for a Sativa recommendation from the sakes staff and was told to try out the DomPen. Loved the product but was having technical difficulties with it. I called to let them know about the problems I was having with my recent purchase and was told that I can exchange for another one. Needless to say the managers at this location are top notch!! They went above and beyond anything I expected and blew me away with their attentive customer service. I'm beyond impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!!!

Great selection and a variety of strengths and effects from edibles to smokeables. The staff really knows their stuff. Easy shopping, no fuss.

ATROCIOUS SALES PERSONNEL. I used to think MedMen was such an amazing dispensary. Maybe it's just this store on Robertson but the sales woman with dark hair, a round face and brown eyes  that helped me had an attitude that was absolutely atrocious. She was rude, she asked my name five times, she turned her back on me when I asked a question,  and she looked completely annoyed by me being there and asking 3 questions about which cartridge she recommended. I purchased a cartridge for a Vape that I had bought from them a year ago. Then she said that I didn't buy the Vape from them when I had. Then I asked about another Vape I had that was defective and that I had purchased two months ago. She said that two months ago is too long and I could've damaged the Vape myself (she went through a long list how ... "you could have dropped it, you could have charged it incorrectly, you could have gotten it wet, you could have damaged it carrying it...." She was so mean and accusatory about a defective vape! So they wouldn't do anything about it. And then she ignored me. So I walked out. I'll never go back to Med Men ever again. The worst was when she questioned if I even bought the items there when they were all listed in my account. There are so many other dispensaries now and MedMen is not your only option. I wouldn't recommend going to the Robertson Blvd. Beverly Hills location. They're absolutely obnoxious.

Overall, I'm not much of a smoker, but when in Rome, right? Or, well...when you're in a place it's legal... Either way, I came to LA and I wanted to go to a shop and immediately my friend recommended MedMen.This place is like the Apple Store of all things marijuana. Beautiful casings with various types of marijuana housed inside, all detailing what type of weed it is, it's properties and so forth... It was as much an educational visit as it was an entertaining visit.You have to give them your ID when you enter. They scan it and ask you if you plan on buying something. After that you are able to walk about the store with ease as you find what you're looking for. I can see how scanning your ID can or would make someone nervous, but really, it's not like you're going to be arrested as you walk out the door. To me it's a formality that I'm happy to oblige to.They've got it all here: cannabis water, gummies, cookies, vapes, and more. In some ways it's a little overwhelming, but the staff is friendly and talks you through that types of weed does what to your body. If you're trying to de-stress, they've got you. If you have back pain, they got you too.Now, this stuff isn't cheap so don't think $10-$20 is going to get you far, but if you are here for the experience, money doesn't really matter. I really enjoyed the experience here. I picked up some CBD lemonade which I freaking loved. I wish I would get this at home, honestly. Overall, it was a great trip to MedMen. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Definitely some place I'd recommend for anyone trying to get their cannabis on.

Unfortunately, my experience as a first time patient was extremely negative on 12/26. Such poor level of customer service and poor management. Coming from a businesses owner, this establishment is highly unprofessional and will certainly attempt to rush you since they may not get paid enough. I planned accordingly and confirmed capacity as well as if I should drop in or part take in curbside but was told to simply come in. Arriving about 40 minutes prior to closing and after just minutes of browsing I was asked if I'm ready to be checked out by the same incompetent individual that had trouble checking me in who must be new. It's important to note he didn't attempt to assist me when coming back inside. Although, I was waiting on assistance when there were multiple employees I had not made my way around the entire store. Which I obviously did but had bad vibes, I also definitely don't think that was a wise choice to treat a first time patient pulling up in a Tesla. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, pay attention to detail to all of the previous reviews. There's a pattern here, I don't need a response from anyone until that individual is terminated because it's evident action needs to be taken. Where's the higher capacity and ownership? I don't think they would be happy to become aware that they have lost revenue simply from poorly trained, unprofessional employees as well as unskilled hiring managers!

Usually love MedMen, but also usually use the Venice location...well last in-store experience they pushed delivery on me and my boyfriend since it's new, convenient etc....well staying at my boyfriend's in Hollywood we order from the Beverly Hills location which is 3 miles away. Order roughly $80 worth of product for delivery and three hours later we are still waiting...we politely call to inquire, thinking they must have forgotten our order  and are told "oh it's because you're paying with a debit card"--weird cuz if it's a 3 hour wait like in general you should probably tell customers that but the fact this was just an excuse irritated me even more. Like admit your system is flawed, you're working on it, make it right, keep a customer...not too hard.Think we might be going elsewhere after this experience.

Lol. Every time I come here there is something "wrong" with my account. They create a new one every time, I can't collect points to "save" 5 dollars on ridiculously expensive products. Every thing overpriced. Don't buy stiizy here LOL spent 18 on a trash gram. They try to provide good customer service but they haven't even fixed the internet and it's been 1 week. Don't spend your money here or any MedMen. Metrobloomin or Cookies

I ordered delivery and Cydney B was AMAZING! She arrived perfectly on time and was so helpful, patient, and kind as she walked me through the process of paying with the knowledge of a master. I would order again just to have the pleasure of doing business with her again. Delivery A+!

Hey these people know their stuff. It's set up is like an apple store. There are specialists who are super knowledgeable of the products and you have someone who guides you through all of your options to help you make the best decision. Very good service with professional staff. Very efficient and well done.

From Florida where its not exactly legal currently this was pretty awesome to walk in and have items available to purchase! I love how it felt like Total wine but for weed. The set up was clean and easily to walk around as well as the tables to smell the product was fantastic. The stations offered signage and ipads to tell you about each strand and what effects you might be looking for. The staff was so helpful and had no problem walking you around the store till you found what you needed.

I got a delivery a coupon days ago and my driver was very fast and in time. He was very friendly with awesome positive energy. He provided excellent second mile service. I wish all delivery drivers were like him

When it comes to reliable brand like THC Design they are selling 3.5 jar for $75 while everywhere else is 50-55 flat out the door. When it comes to their generic brand like those gummy by edipure it's a total waste of money because it have zero high and to me it just a plain gummy.Although on their site they advertise 100% customers satisfaction if you are not happy with their product, they don't care in reality and won't lift their finger. Overall I would go shop elsewhere and won't recommend them.

I called MEDMEN to get something for sleep. They were very helpful and suggested a bud that should work. William T delivered the bud. He was masked and very courteous and deserved a nice tip. From the phone call to the delivery the service was excellent.

My first time coming into Medmen, I was helped by an employee named Justin. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer all my questions, I learned a lot from him. My first time smoking I had a bad experience, so he suggested an Indica dominant flower that would help me relax and give me a really good high. I'm really glad he suggested this because I had a very good experience this time and will definitely return to this location for his services.

I did an in-store event for Heavy Hitters here yesterday and had a blast with the staff! Upbeat vibes, great people and great products They also carry our new 483 Live Resin cartridges which are seriously the carts for the "flower" smoker. HIGH-OG recommend those carts and this shop!!!

First time at medmen Was a good vibe in the shop, Steven helped me out right away, great customer service.They were all wearing masks and following COVID protocols, I'll definitely be back.

They took my order and then did not contact me to say it was out of stock. I drove an hour to get there and walked out with nothing. I am not surprised as MedMen have a history of corruption and mismanagement so it's no surprise their website engages in bait & switch behavior. MedMen is totally going under. Avoid this place.

Medmen in general has excellent service and i would like to single out Stephen. He is extremely friendly, professional and great personality.

Came by and purchased about $200 worth of products, they let me know they'd give me back the change in cash for the atm charge on my debit. I was cool with this, they told me about it last time I came by and everything was fine then so I figured it would be fine now. This time I ended up paying for about $210 when I checked my bank statement and turns out they pocketed the rest of the change while playing it off that they would put it in the bag for me (which they did last time when I didn't have a problem). Depending on who helps you out at checkout you'll get overcharged and whatever change you should have gotten stolen. My guess is this is how they take their tips now, shady business strategy that I don't support. Stick to your local dispensaries, MedMen will rip you off and steal your money.

BY ALL MEANS DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order at 5:45 and it was supposed to be delivered by 6:15. I get a call saying it's running late and it will be here at 7. I call at 7:15 and SERGIO tells me it will be here aT 8:30. Huge lack of customer service!!! I don't mind paying your stupid outrageous prices but have a  little bit of customer service.

Medicinal Marijuana! Whoo! Unfortunately some of the staff are extremely lazy and do not want to do their job. We asked questions and they gave us very wrong answers. We ended up getting assistance from a girl who was very knowledgeable and kind. I saw a humongous man in the back answering phones and eating burgers around the medicine. Not a good look :( They hold other vendors products but I've visited SweetGarden and Dosist, much friendlier and GENUINE.. If you want to feel good about where you shop then make sure to give your money to another business. I've placed 5 deliveries in the past month and only 2 of them arrived. Very strange system going on over there but hopefully they can sweep up all dead-weight.

Came here a few weks ago and Michelle was super informative! She was able to share a great deal of knowledge with me and help pick out holiday edition Christmas presents for my family :) Charlie was also really helpful at checkout with me! Love this place. 5 stars!

I just had surgery so I wish I could remember her name. Something is telling me Jessica. As a whole, the place runs beautifully. Seriously like walking into an Apple store. There is someone to help everywhere and I was attended to immediately and the place was quite busy. Jessica assisted me in getting every single thing I needed. And was just so kind. I wish I was always treated like that when I shop. I'll definitely be coming back more often!

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST.  I tried again today to use this Medmen...I even brought them a new customer today and while she talking with the consultant, their security guard told me I had to leave because they had a bad experience with me before.  I told them they were the ones that had provided the bad experience in the past and they were only asking me to leave because of my bad yelp review. I was more than happy to leave though.  After the last review, their manager had even called me before to ask me to come back and give me a credit which I declined sharply.  Again, this Medmen is the ABSOLUTE WORST AND DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Came in looking for a product that would help with my boyfriends depression/insomnia. Michelle was an absolute delight! Knowledgeable and made us both feel very comfortable. We are not weed user's, Michelle reassured us there are a lot of products that can help. We went to 2 "weed" stores in West Hollywood and left empty handed b/c we didn't feel comfortable, and felt like employees weren't very knowledgeable. We left Med Men with some goodies, and are excited to try them! Thanks again Michelle!

If I could give this OVERPRICED DUMP 0 stars I would. First the self important security guard is a rude idiot,you walk in and its empty with staff standing around ,one guy comes up to me and gives the wrong info on a CBD product that I take. Then went to get an edible it was 5 months expired.  Stay away from all Medmen shops they are clearly in it for the $$$ with no regard for the patient.

I tried for so long to get a hold of someone (for well over an hour now) regarding a simple ETA on a order I placed. Not only have they not updated their own website with the new number, I've now been trying to reach them on the new number provided by another MedMen shop, and I still couldn't anyone. I decided to cancel my order, but once again, nobody answers texts, calls or email. I will never go back. This is the worst service ever!

I had an amazing experience at MedMen. Gerald helped me navigate the huge assortment of products so that I got the exact right recipe for my personal needs. I recommend MedMen on Robertson highly and make sure to talk to Gerald.

This is the worst med men location in Los Angeles hands down. Employees have a combined IQ of 60. Zero knowledge about the product and customer services is basically non existent. If you're in the market to over pay for mediocre cannabis with employees who virtually have no idea what they're doing, than is this your spot! It's no surprise why Med Men is bankrupt...

He was not only extremely patient with all of my questions but extremely informative and attentive. Update:After being to other dispensaries I've realised this store is like going to a Starbucks. Chain store that is just trying to make a crap ton of money.Truth is, the product isn't very good and it is overpriced. (Im Not talking about the tax im talking about the initial price before tax) Staff might know a little bit about marijuana and cbd but mainly knows what the company itself tells them and says whatever they have too in order to make a sale to complete their sale goals for the day.If your into wasteing money on brand names you will love this shop. If your looking to get some bud to party or to help cure that anxiety you got or some cbd for the muscle soreness at a decent price, I'd go elsewhere.The choice is yours.

as it was my first time experiencing this open-window and incredibly elegant dispensary, i felt a bit intimidated... and the check-in at their front desk felt a little dull as the employees seemed a bit distracted with one another.. but then, i decided to just browse through all the products on my own time to really take it all in and, let me tell yall, this dispensary has an incredibly eclectic array of products with gorgeous designs. they're also displayed very neatly in their respective spaces -- pens, flower, edibles, etc. i highly recommend browsing through all the products if you have the time. now, considering that i was on a budget, pretty indecisive, aand new to this dispensary, i finally decided to ask for help. it only took one glance, no words, and Joshua M. came through to help me out. Joshua kindly asked me very simple questions and walked me through my options based off my budget. he was extremely knowledgeable on the products and his friendliness definitely helped me have a better experience. i left feeling very accomplished with the purchase - which was a little pricey but worth the quality! big shoutout again to Joshua for helping me with my first experience! last note: my favorite factor of this medmen [at beverly hills] is that it's conveniently located across a huge parking lot that has TWO hours of free parking!

Heckled by employees as we walked by, 3 times. I was insulted verbally by the employees standing outside, for no reason. Manager did nothing, probably condones it. My guess is their disrespect carries into their product, but I'll never know because I'd rather smoke romaine lettuce than ever give them any business.

Prices are way high!  But if that's what you'll pay then you will definitely find good stock here as far as they sativas that keep getting sold out around town.  They do have occasional sales that bring the prices down to a normal retail level but those are so far and few between and you need them to be at least 30% off to be reasonable.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but do tend to steer you torwards products that they like for themselves.  Not everyone's body metabolizes cannabis the same so be sure to get what you know you like and don't try new strains.  If you're a newbie, definitely go with their choice because they'll help you ease into cannabis in a lighter way.

Really great customer service! I've never been to a store like this before. I was a little nervous but ive always wanted to try edibles. I went in and it was super fast and i was able to get all my questions answered! I got some great products. The only think is that i wish they took credit card but its okay. I had a greta experience and i will go back in the future.

I placed an order was lied to and told they left me a voice message (didn't happen). 2 hours later I had to call and was then told, "honey, sorry it's cash only now." The man on the phone had the audacity to tell me to run out and go get cash (I have the flu- thus the order). Don't waste your time with their delivery. They are horribly rude and completely unaccommodating.

Security was very friendly and after checking my ID he said to go to the desk and they would check me in and help me.William checked me in and listened to what I was looking for with great detail. I needed something for my mom who has fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. I also needed a sleep aid for myself.He said, "let's take care of Mom first." That stuck with me. He listened, cared, and helped find us solutions. Professional, smiling staff that knows their stuff. Can't wait to go back!

Every time I try to order delivery from this location they delay the order until it's too late and end up cancelling it. Last time my order was cancelled I was promised a 30% discount first thing next day. The order came the next day, but they made me pay full price. Today, I placed an order before 7pm. At 7:15 I got an email saying the order was prepared and was out for delivery soon. I hadn't heard anything by 9:30 PM, so I called and was given an ETA of 10:30. I never heard anything else, and at 11 PM they notified me that my order was cancelled after 4 hours of waiting. Do not order medmen delivery! Absolutely awful customer service

I was in MedMan on Friday and was assisted by the charming Dean who showed endless patience and provided much needed guidance.  Dean was well informed and has a lovely personality.  The store itself is bring, well stocked and employs knowledgeable people - especially young Dean!

Wow I got totally ripped off here! I traveled here from Ventura county because it was the only place around I could find Dr. Kerklaan pain cream. They charged me $65 for a full tube which is what I thought ihad purchased when they handed the canister to me in the bag. Well I was only given the 2 ounce cream which retails for $25. Unfortunately once I got in the car and realized this they already locked the doors for closing. I cannot believe they charged me for the large cream and gave me the small. I did not even know this cream cake in a small size or I would have checked in store. It's a new product and apparently Medmen did not update the price. Bad business will never go back!Update: I tried contacting Medmen via email as requested and never received a response. I guess I'm not surprised!

Arrived 25 minutes before closing to pick up a few things and the security guard and front door attendant turned me away even though on the door it clearly states a closing time of 10pm. Disappointing experience to say the least.

I don't normally post a review on Yelp unless there is an overriding issue of bad business practice. As a first time customer at MedMen, I unfortunately had to return an unopened product. I was told that I could not return the product unless it was defective etc. There is absolutely no return policy on your retail receipts. The store GM informed me that the return policy is on the website only. If that is indeed the case that is bad business practice as the expectation can not be that new customers are expected to have the foresight to educate themselves on Medmen's return policy before purchasing from you brick and mortar, especially when your return policy is very narrow and specific. This was a hassle and a huge waste of my time and energy. Please do better MedMen.

The staff isnt very welcoming, and I experienced some pretty awful service here. I was especially treated with animosity from two staff members. It was so bad that I tried calling corporate but any type of service complaint goes straight to voicemail and no response back. If you want to be treated like a valued customer then go to a dispensary with people that are educated about customer service. Im never supporting MedMen after my last visit.

WAY OVERPICED! MedMen is a store for people who are too embarrassed or nervous to buy their marijuana elsewhere. It's supposed to somehow make your experience feel more legitimate and respectable and I guess most people in Beverly Hills don't mind being bent so far over. Medmen is a slick, soulless chain, trying to build an overpriced "brand." The staff all wear matching shirts, just like McDonald's.  They'd like people to think they are getting something better for their money (classiness?), but I swear they are not. You can buy the exact same strains and brands for much less money at other dispensaries.They don't put price tags on anything, so you'll either feel cheap for asking, you just won't ask, or you'll have to use one of the iPads they have set up around the store, to search for prices. They don't need iPads though, because they always have a lot of employees roaming the floor.  In fairness, the people who work there are very nice, but it's not their store. Why not support stores that were started by local business people, long before Medmen plowed in? FULL DISCLOSURE: I do not now and I never have been employed by any marijuana-related businesses. I'm just a consumer whose jaw dropped in dismay at the success this chain has been enjoying. I've written maybe 3 or 4 other reviews on Yelp in the last 10 years, but this place just really gets on my tit.

I decided to stop in during my evening stroll and browse with no intention of buying.I had never been to a dispensary that looked like this, it's a beautiful store. I never smoke anyway but Ive gone with my friends who do. They have tables everywhere showing what the different product looks like out of the packaging. Most of the stuff is out on the shelves so you can pick up and read a package if needed, which I liked. I had so many questions since I didn't have my friends with me and luckily Hannah was there to help. I told her about the couple bad experiences I had and without being pushy, she showed me a couple products I could try whenever I felt open to it again. She was very informative and taught me a lot on things I thought I knew! I actually ended up leaving with CBD pre-rolls and a Dosist Bliss pen. I tried the Dosist as soon as I got home because I was so excited and wow, what a great experience. I felt super content with a mild high that was tolerable and not scary for once!! I can't wait to try the CBD pre-rolls next. Thank you Hannah for your suggestions, I'm beyond excited with my purchases and can't wait to be back and try more.

Well, it is MedMen so it does have the chain, corporate feel versus locally or family owned dispensaries around L.A. That said, they do have a large selection of products which is my primary draw. That and Hunter who is a GREAT associate there...he not only knows a great deal about cannabis and the varying chemical benefits of different strains, but he delivers the information patiently, clearly and with a smile.  I did have an experience with another employee there who was a bit over the top..talked too fast, ran around the store and left me a bit bewildered. He was very nice..just over the top. :0If you want medicinal information delivered with patience and a thorough background of information, Hunter is the man! I have no idea if he is in a management position, but we have been in the store many times and definitely think he should be. It is really what keeps us coming back! Thanks Hunter and thank you MedMen for having such information available to the customer! :)

I thought maybe their card machine broke but the guy told me that naw, they are just cash only moving forward. The Santa Monica location is close by and I called to confirm that they do take Debit Cards. Save yourself and go to a different MedMen location.

I like these guys because I come here for medical advice, not to get high--indeed, I'm a pain patient who wants to *not* get high--and they do know their stuff in that department. Most recently Gerard Peters not only suggested two different strengths of THC creams -- one with coconut oil for all-over back pain, and a second, a 3:1 THC:CBD ointment strong enough that they keep it behind the counter, for spot pain. Then he gave me a terrific tip: After rubbing the allover cream into the back, apply Saran to it, because this greatly increases absorption. I said, "I don't know if i can apply Saran wrap to my own back" -- and he offered another tip: lay a sheet of it out on the bed, and lower yourself down onto it. I do that now and it does help. I also found him very easy to talk to.

My first visit to a MedMen and I had a great experience! Anthony did an awesome job of helping me pick out edibles and a disposable vape. I'll definitely be back. Only note would be maybe less techno music, lol.

I'm a big fan of MedMen and what they stand for but this location is doing it wrong with all the employees and security standing outside, it makes it really uninviting. I hope they switch it up. Their Santa Monica Blvd location is doing it right w friendly employees outside.

First time in and found staff to be very knowledgable about the products, especially Anthony whom was very helpful.

Great variety and top shelf selections in a retail environment.its close to many places and always changing selection..defiantly returning

I was looking to buy some CBD oil to help with inflammation and anxiety. I'm fairly sensitive to THC, so I wasn't sure where to start. Luckily, I met a super helpful employee named Flavio who showed me the Papa and Barkley 30:1 tincture. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and made me feel like I was able to make a much more informed decision than when I first walked in. The 30:1 tincture is exactly what I was looking for and has helped me to feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable. I'm looking forward to visiting this location again to try more products and will definitely be recommending it to friends.

Sergio was very helpful! This location is the best! They have so many edibles which are my favorite. Also- there's lots of street parking and a lot across the street where the first two hours are free

Not sure why so many people had a bad time here. I was skeptical of trying this location because of all the negative reviews. I went with a friend and all the staff AND security were super nice and extremely helpful. The guy helping me seemed very knowledgeable and I will definitely go back!

Fun place, but the 35% tax rate is out of control.

I walked upon this by accident going to another appointment and after reading the reviews I will not be going back.  When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone, this was my first time and had no idea what to do.  I think there needs to be an employee for first timers. I didn't know if it was ok to touch or I was to wait. Once some one did help me, the flowers I received I could have gotten something better elsewhere and not be charged $30 in taxes.  The guy that helped me told me what I was going to purchase was very good that I wouldn't be able to finish the entire joint, what a rip off got home the flower bud was Snowman cookies that smelled like nothing and I finished the joint and rolled another.  Will never get my business again

WOW overpriced, dry ass weed !! I legit never yelp but this was just so unacceptable. I decided to try their top shelf thinking it would be some fire but when i rolled up, the weed legit crumbled in my fingers. $75 later and im heated. It smoked terribly and was not even potent and was dry AF. Note that this is not the first time this happened but the SECOND. Tried to give them a second chance and i was still greatly disappointed. No surprise your store(s) is wayyy overstaffed yet empty. Never ever coming back and hope you continue to loose business.

This review is for anyone in charge of hiring employees for MedMen. If you're looking for a review of the actual overpriced products... go elsewhere. Came here last night. Overall, the store is on point in terms of displays, quality of products and shopping experience... if you don't need help. This is where MedMen fall short. The employees there are eager to help you, but only because it's their job. They don't have any professionalism whatsoever and they're the same caliber as you'd find at any ratchet, hole-in-the-wall dispensary. They were rude at the door, not knowledgeable about most products and just overall didn't seem like they cared about anything except getting you sold on ANYTHING at all. Which, in my opinion, is sad because MedMen have done such an outstanding job of marketing their company and sparing no expense for their actual brick & mortar locations. However, they're only as fancy as their weakest link which, in this case, is their employees. Seriously, rethink your hiring practices and get some people in there that ACTUALLY reflect the brand persona you're trying to sell to the general public. I get it, you're playing off MAD MEN, but THOSE guys were pros and carried themselves accordingly. You're not gonna last long with employees like this. Knock it off with the TARGET-level, minimum wage work ethic individuals... and then MAYBE you're prices would be worth it and your marketing dollars won't be wasted. You're literally cutting corners in the most crucial area of your business.

Great crew at this location is what makes this company and I can only hope the company owners realize and appreciate their employees.  One of the most understanding and knowledgeable crews I have ever met in this industry.  The kindness and wealth of knowledge is not only in person but over the phone.  I will not be speaking about the products because I was more impressed with the overall service, time and patience each individual had with me.  A manager, by the name of, Stephanie, and her crew really stood out.  I would hands down recommend this fine establishment not only to residents but to  veteran's suffering from PTSD, anxiety and or painful physical ailments.  As a veteran you are given a 15% discount.  Plus located in a great neighborhood and right across the street you are given 2 hour free parking at 123 S Robertson Blvd Los Angeles CA 90048.  I will definitely be going back and will be spreading the word!!!!

They think this is Studio 54... It was suggested by a doctor at Cedars to Take my very ill and elderly father here to get some items to relieve the effects of cancer. Parking was very difficult. But not as hard as getting in the front door...at 2pm in the middle of the week. The bouncer was rude and gave my father a very difficult time for not having ID. Since dad doesn't drive he didn't have a license. The bouncer had to call in backup to make the determination to let us in.  We finally get inside and the music was blasting so loud my father had to adjust his hearing aids. We were the only ones inside and I asked if they could turn the noise down.  Nope.  We then explained my father's illness and symptoms and asked for suggestions. It seems the staff was on a break but thank goodness the bouncer was available to offer his opinions. I guess after hearing the commercials and the hype I expected this place to be better and the staff more helpful. We ended up leaving without anything. Very disappointing on every level.

The two stars were for the people who were awesome at explaining the different strains and products. they were fantastic! Now, when you have signs up saying that you can strains that are grown by your company for 200 hundred dollars, including tax, that's what I should get. it's not the customers fault that you didn't properly do your job. first I try to buy and ounce of strawberry lemonade, which it's says it's grown by medmen. they go in the back, come out five minutes later and apologize saying they had labeled it wrong. okay I can understand that so I pick blue dream. it takes about 30 minutes to get my order together. I'm standing there so long other employees are asking me if I was waiting for something. they bring my order out the total over 400 dollars. I said what about this sign? "oh. we ran out of that promotion." this is the same person who I talked to about the previous strain. first they weren't going to give it to me then, they changed there minds and said they would. I still paid over 300 dollars for what was labeled as a deal for two hundred. it's just disappointing. I guess I have to go to west Hollywood or the LAX location from now on. hopefully they can do better.

Most of the workers don't know what they are doing. It's super lame there. Also, they don't say a word about the retarded excise tax which is 15% on top of regular sales tax. The guy that checked me out wouldn't even tell me after I asked. Don't go there.

Suffice to say this was our first visit to a Pot Shop. I did a lot of smoking back in the day, my wife not so much, but we hadn't for the past 20+ years. My wife has surgery-worthy back pain, but we didn't want to go that route. Yoga, Pilates, therapy...she did it all. So, out of options, we decided to try cannabis, and friends recommended MedMen in BH. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the guys up front to the moment we left with our little red MM packet filled with goodies, we were in the best hands. It was like an Apple Store for stoners. Everyone was terrific in helping guide us to the right selections in edibles, balms, oils, patches,and some really righteous weed, but we wanted to single out Will (William B.) for listening attentively to my wife's answers to his thoughtful questions and then zeroing in on all the right choices. We are now what you's call "steady customers". Thank you to everyone at Med Men.

Ummmmm...They had all of these random extra fees at check out. For example the round everything up to the nearest $10. So if your purchase is $42 they rounded up to $50. WTF? Like my $40 CBD tincture ended up being $64 with all the taxes. I ended up not buying it. Also the girl kept rushing me as if there were 1 million people in there and there wasn't anybody

As a 91 year old resident in an Assistant Living facility, I am limited in my movements. When Joanna delivered my order to my facility she made the exchange of information easy and pleasant and caring. I advocate  her for her professionalism and kind manner. I will always request her when I order delivery.

The entire staff was knowledgeable, engaged and helpful. Fantastic experience with quality products. Stephanie the manager exceeded our expectations and her staff should be commended on providing an informative, fun visit. Highly recommend.

It appears not every admin carries exact same stock. I had a Vape pen by Moxie and they said they do not carry that particular pen or cartridge at that location. But I purchased it at the middleman in West Hollywood. So my suggestion is that you call the store to confirm that they have what you're looking for. Otherwise it was a very non-busy store and I would go there for other stuff if I needed it at the moment and it was convenient.

As soon i got in a sales person Joanna attack me trying to sale something to me; i explain that im a driver and i dont need a joint but a vape and i only carry 40 dollars. She sold me a vape for 38 dollars with out the battery: how i may smoke the vape Joanna? so to go back, i have to get a battery for another 12 dollar and be screwed up for a sales person in this dispensary where I won't go back never again in any others locations. Congrats  Joanna and manager to not even listen my complain, actually saying if u want u buy a battery, we accept debit, credit and cash im sorry and again: Like I say we accept debit, credit and cash... wow it seems they are very short is sales those people!!

I'm fairly new to the city - I bought a bunch of flower and some vape cartridges here - one of the cartridges I bought started leaking so I brought it back. This store was closed so I went to the one in West Hollywood which was the next closest. They guy told me he couldn't refund me or swap it out because it had been more than 10 days since my purchase. I told him that I had bought $300+ worth of product and couldn't be expected to use all of it within 10 days. He very annoyingly said he'd look into it - I waited about 15 minutes and he never came back. He started helping other customers and made it clear I was not a priority so instead of interrupting them I just left. The cartridge was actually one of their own products - which I guess matches their service. In the long run I'm glad because this place is just a really bad, overpriced corporate style business - basically the antithesis of what a marijuana shop should be. Sad that this is what the industry has come to. Please don't support this company.

It's that weed store that's the opposite of what every weed store should be because they don't give a shit about you. They had more employees than customers but even that wasn't enough for a single person to help me while I was there. It's impossible to figure out how anything there works too unless you're some expert who keeps going repeatedly which obviously most people aren't because they don't even try to entice any first time customers. Finally when someone was going to get off their ass and help me they told me it's too late to buy anything today because it was 10 PM and they shut the system down. Then someone said--as if it was my fault--"when I told you was OK to come in the store I warned you that you may not be able to purchase anything anyway". HUH? WTF. No, c-face, ya didn't. Their solution was to set aside the weed for me to come back tomorrow and buy it. LOL. As if. What a bunch of losers work there. Buyers beware.
