First time. Very satisfied. I have very painful migraines and sometimes i just don't want my head to hurt. I'll smoke or vape. Both are very good. Been using the Alpine disposable vape all day today. Great  purchase. I will be back!

Been coming here a minute and I am just so tired of the inconsistent, rude customer service. Half the time it's great service. People like Pricilla have kept me coming in but in other times the service is just rude and could be much better. We all have days but I often refer people and the feedback is embarrassing

This place is AMAZING! The vibe is chill and the budtenders know their stuff! Even better than that is the prices are very affordable. Try the RAD vape cartridges and you won't be disappointed!

Love this place! My first time here was amazing- PRICILIA helped me out and she was so nice. I got the 30$ for 7 Grams Deal and because it was my first time I got to pick 2 Gramms for 2 Penny! I picked one sativa and one indica ...Super professional but what I think is so great - they don't take any tip. Which of course I wanted to give her since she was so nice but hard fact - no tips at this dispensary....

Poor experience today.A cartridge that I bought from here was 35$ pre tax 4 months ago. Today that same cartridge was 51$ pre tax. I was told it's because they are popular. I was also given the wrong bud for a pre rolled that I got. I am over the bullet proof glass as well. You can't hear anything. Then I got attitude for asking my budtender to repeat herself.They don't take credit cards anymore. But there is a 3$ fee atm for your enjoyment. It must be under new management/ ownership. Please stop acting like your doing is a favor. There are a lot of other shops. Customer service good costumer service gets people to come back.

First time here. Only spot open on Sunday night past 8 o'clock. Very kind and informative gentleman. Helped me locate a nice Northern Lights vape pen. One of those nostalgic flavors. Being from Philadelphia be sure to bring a valid State ID and a debit card. They don't take credit.  Hopefully I can save someone a wasted trip as far as the credit goes.  Simple in and out. I'm sure they would've answered a 100 questions. I knew a few general strains I was looking for. And I love the oil extracts.  If I stay out here I will get medical so I can get samples and other goodies.  But they understood my awe inspired attitude. They have a good three page menu for flower; but with the hotel I opted on the vape. Disposable, user friendly and a cool sticker to boot.  The security is always a bit intimidating but they were plenty friendly. Just keeping everyone safe and all.  I forgot my ID one day at a separate store and there is nothing they can do to bend rules which sucked that day but I understand. I'll give an edit when I get home and can give an honest product review.  Thanks flower family!!!! It wasn't cheap in all reality but was true strain.

This by far was the best dispensary I ever visited in LA.  I came here around 11am.  Signing up as a first time patient was a smooth and easy process.  They gave me 20% off for visiting my first time.  That's the best deal I got from a dispensary since being down in LA.  The budtender who helped me out was very pleasant and patient.  They had a menu of different strains, edibles, cartridges, etc.  I bought 2 pre-rolls, 2 8ths of 2 different strains and 2 packs of gummy edibles.  My total after the discount and tax came out to $85.  That was a great deal.  They also gave me a card for my next visit, if i buy an 8th, i get an extra gram for 1 cent.  Next time I visit LA, I am definitely coming back.

Having an attitude when checking people in , acting like they are doing you a favor is one of my pet peeves . I'm coming from Culver City , plenty of shops I pass by just coming over here, which can easily access my services and business . I come here because the first time I came with a friend I was wowed by the curly hair bud tender with glasses . I think his name was Alex or something , but now as I come back I'm not even addressed with a smile or hi when I come to check in... the first faces you see impact the experience.. girl with nose ring need attitude check or something , customer service and experience is foundational and primary , a simple smile and hello can go a long way.

This please is legit. Very clean and professional. Best flower too. Ask for Tony he knows hes shit.

Went to this place, but I don't like doing business on other side of glass. Too impersonal for me.

Awesome display , the bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable , wether being a recreational or medical user they have a great variety of products with great prices !!! One of the best shops I've been in The LA area

At one point this was my to go to spot. But withing the last 6 monthsthe quality of  product isnt the same. employees are rude, especially the new ones.... i had to go back to the shop twice, i had 3 times of weed in my container, which wasnt even the correct flower i chose...Now the prices went up and now taxes are added to the increase weed prices. I mean if the product was worth it but its not....i wont ever come back to this spot. And i dnt recommend it....

I came for the CBD creme. Staff was knowledgeable and nice. Location easy to find with parking.

Bad customer service , put your policy's on your menus so you won't get upset when a customer ask a question !

Quality is low.  Very disappointed with the price and quality.  Its a big chain so I would hope they would like a good rep.  But the quality is not there.  I have been here a few times...diff strains...still low quality...maybe its city wide problem.

I had an overall positive experience when coming in and purchasing an item they are more than happy to take your money but if there's anything wrong with what you bought then they no longer have responsibility and force you to go to the manufacturer even when the manufacturer says that retailers honor exchanges of their product I had purchased a heavy hitters cartridge and a large amount of the oil had gone into my mouth when I had inhaled which was disgusting and concerning since the amount that had gone into my mouth would probably be the amount of wax I would consume in about 1 to 2 days . When I showed the employee a picture of the amount I was able to take out from my mouth before anymore got caught in my lungs he gave me the manufacturer's phone number which lead to nothing and this is when I got pissed and came back and he still told me the same thing without helping me at all!!!!I've gone to shops that probably aren't 100% legal that have phenomenally better customer service than all LA Cannabis Co COMBINED!

The cashier charged me for an extra item that I did not purchase. I reached out to the company to get a refund, never received it.

Horrible customer service just now. The young lady assisting me had a major attitude, was very unprofessional, and not helpful AT ALL. To top it off, the 1/8 I purchased is dry as the Sahara but I didn't even feel like the hassle of attempting to complain. I'll just stick to the LA Cannabis Co on Pico/La Brea

I read up on them and thought how progressive of them. They set up sanitized storefronts in the inner cities to usher in quality products for affordable prices...right?! WRONG. This is a predator prey situation and people are getting worked over. LA Cannabis has no business being in an urban community when they are afraid of what the locals "might" do.I've never gone to a dispensary with bullet proof glass! Products line the wall behind a bulletproof glass. You can't see anything. The employees stay behind that glass and they are very hard to hear.Nicole was the seemingly nice lady that jumped to help us through the peephole. I was still getting over the look and feel of being in jail and didn't acknowledge her right away. My bf told her we could barely hear her and she did nothing to fix that issue. I made a remark about the bullet proof glass to my man and he chuckled. He later told me that Nicole muttered under her breath about us when I dared question the bullet proof glass. I looked over the menu. Recognized some brands I rock with but the price points are higher. They make it sound like they are doing ya a favor by paying the tax. Stay woke. Read between the lines. Not only are they overpriced and don't know much about their products,(Nicole was clueless) but she ended up giving me the wrong preroll! Maybe she was just as flustered as I. I don't know but I'm the client and my knowledge and experience is only growing in this industry. This ain't the spot. As I left, I was so disappointed to see a bunch of black people in the lobby. This company ain't for us! I'm channeling Laurence Fishburne in School Daze! Why is it okay for these new businesses to set up shop with bullet proof glass and inflated prices?! This is not the dispensary for people of color. This is not acceptable! We gotta stop thinking it's okay to get treated like a zoo animal whose also getting hoodwinked! I will never patronize this place again. They don't like our melanin, they just wanna take our money.

Anyone looking to grow, buy el chapo og it has a lot of seeds in it. I bought an eighth today and found 11 seeds throughout the eighth. I guess my only concern is that they could be selling hermie buds. #yeswecan

The staff and budtenders are really nice. I try to support because they are in my neighborhood. However, they do need work on keeping product in stock. I went last Friday and the entire wall of edibles was 90% empty. Selection is hit or miss, so I find myself going elsewhere.

Solid dispensary that has everything you need. Their menu is vast and it can get a bit overwhelming, but it's also great to have a variety of cannabis products to choose from. You start in a waiting area, present an ID and then wait to enter the back shopping area upon your name being called. Some of the attendants are friendlier than others and will take time to help you find what you need. From edibles to oils to vapes to beauty and relaxation type products, flowers and merchandise, they have it all. Prices are comparable to any other neighborhood dispensary and they deliver as well. Good stuff.

Budtenders that don't make you feel dumb.  As a novice that can dabble on vacation that makes it so much better.  The selection isn't something that I would write home about and the stock levels were low.  Everything I asked for was out.  But they do it with a smile and the products they keep were good.
