I refuse to believe the reviews for this place aren't fake - I walked around the corner from the gym to get a quick preroll and it was the worst. I still don't get how it works, is that counter a cashier or do the people walking around with iPads check you out? The girl that tried to help me was STUPID high, completely glazed half comatose and after I told her what I wanted I stood here awkwardly for 5 minutes waiting to see what happened next -- the security just starred, I tried to ask someone else holding an iPad how to check out but the music was insanely loud and he just walked right past me -- I literally just walked out without anyone saying a word after standing around for 5 minutes, it was such a bizarre experience and I still don't get what just happened. I drove to a place around the corner that had a parking lot and got my preroll in 2 minutes.
Coming to Sherbinskis is a must coming to LA. Thanks to Ashley for helping me out on some new goodies can't wait to try!
Ashley was extremely informative and nice. She taught us the cool effects of different strains of weed which I appreciated a lot. I highly recommend! :)
One month ago I purchased Malibu Sunset Distillate 1g. I got home and I opened it and it was less than half full. I called them more than 5 time to tell them about my experience no one ever answered the phone so I left a message each time. No one ever got back to me. Last night I thought maybe I just had bad luck so I gave them another try. I tried their delivery service. This time I ordered 2 Malibu Sunset Distillate 1g. I got inside once it was delivered and opened each. One was full the other was less than half full. I texted the number for the delivery service and they gave me another number to call and I left another message. Still have heard nothing. I even called the store again and no one answered so I left another message.This is apparently how this company does business and I will never spend another penny in this establishment. I want to warn others so this does not happen to them.

WORST POS STORE w/ THE WORST budtenders. If you want to blow money and go home with the WRONG ORDER, this place is a MUST!!! Seriously, go somewhere else and save yourself some grief!!!
I have been coming to this shop for a while now and I do because I like the shop, the variety, the cleanliness, the prices. today after I made an order online head to the shop, only to get there and realize I forgot my mask, I ask the security guard who thinks he's somebody special if he can provide me with one, this fool tells me no... he tells me to go to the business next door and ask for one there and return to the shop lmao. He wants me to go to another business that I'm not going to shop at to ask for a free mask to come back to the weed shop and spend my money... man whatever he is smoking I need some of that lol the guy is tripping lol. I'm spending hundreds of dollars and you can't provide me with a cheap ass disposable mask!? Are you f'n kidding me!? it's cool I'll take my money else where. Only reason for 3 starts is because the shop is nice and clean. But other then that staff has attitude almost all the time, which I put up with because of the shop in general. Oh well unto the next shop.
Another store where you place an order and the staff stands around rather than make sure your time isn't wasted. SMH
This spot was cool , the price on the 8ths well over priced but it's a shop and the location and name behind it well is one of the main reasons they can damn near charge 100$ for a 8th but will I ever go back Na , and not because the weed is trash because it's not it's good flower , but nonetheless I've had better or just as good for 55/60 the 8th but again to each it's own I don't know no ones hustle ... but I just can't go back here and the Sherbacio I got yesterday I got 2 8ths and I ain't going to lie it didn't faze me at all kinda a waste of money but the experience was chill ...
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and walked right in! Amazing service - wonderful knowledgeable employees who have great recommendations and aren't too pushy. The design of the dispensary is so modern, it's like the Apple store but with weed.
This is the sickest place to get ur goodies. Good price, always stocked, and the people that work there are really cool and laidback
This shop is great, I've been going on and off for the several months and haven't been disappointed. I do recommend paying with cash though. The atmosphere the the store has is really chill. The service and the product they have are all top quality. It can get pretty busy at times but they try to help you find what you need. The last time I was in here Mar helped me out and helped me pick out one of their joints and I'll say that I was not disappointed.
They were awesome 10/10 would recommend, all heat(fire) back to back, Ashley didn't know what heat meant but she has the heat at the store for sure. Check her and them out
I would give 0 stars if I could. I was turned away and told they were closed when I arrived at 9:46 when they don't close until 10. Not only that but I bought a disposable pen and it died before half the product was even used. I told them this happened and got a new one and then it happened AGAIN?! Both times I used maybe 1:4 of the product and it died. I will never be giving them my money again.
THEY GOT THE DANKEST STUFF OUT HERE! most def hit up this spot guys, got helped by the coolest bud tender by the name of ASHLEY! Highly recommend hitting this shop for your Stoney necessities!

I gave it 3 stars because I live right around the corner and the people who work here are nice. Other than that the service sucks. I think everyone who works here is lit and their customer service shows it. I literally waited inside for 30 min and I finally had to leave. Every single time I come in here it takes awhile but today was even longer. Not to mention once you put in the order it takes another 10-15 to get the order to the counter. Either it's really disorganized back there or they are eating the edibles. Today there excuse was they were short staff but the guy working the counter and checking ID's was literally talking to people. I mean, having conversations instead of working. Even one guy got upset because the white dude behind the counter wouldn't put in his order. The guy made a comment about it and white dude said. "Hold on bitch", not once but twice. No sense of urgency at all. They give zero fucks about customer service. I've never experienced this at any other dispensary. I already knew what I wanted but within the 30 minutes, they never even checked me in so I just left. If you want to just come in, get prompt service and leave, I say avoid this place. If you have all the time in the world and want to hang out in a dispensary for awhile then this is the place.
The hours are marked incorrectly. It says they are open till 10 and I get there at 9:46pm and they say they can't let anyone else in--because they have 9;45pm cutoff. If that's the case that should accurately be reflected on their webpage/etc. Complete waste of time and lack of respect for peoples time. Very unprofessional. Especially since it was one minute past the cutoff and I've been there a handful of times before. Staff is also generally unknowledgeable.
For Such a Nice Store and Area this Shop Carries the Most Basic Products. Reasonable Flower but Does Not Carry Any of the Exotic Concentrates that Are in Demand like GL420Diamonds or 5Carats Diamonds. the Budtender told Me they Would Be Getting them!
Picked up some gello gelato at the grand opening. A little pricey at $81 after taxes. But what can you say it's regulated weed. Too bad taxes are going up in CA again. The shop was beautiful, staff was great. Welcome to LA SHERBINSKI.
Man let me tell you, Alhex Garcia is TOP notch budtender, not only is she great at conversation but also educating. This was my FIRST time at sherbinskis and she made me feel like we been friends for years!!!! She kept it professional and classy and my friend who didnt speak English that well was asking her questions in Spanish and she didnt even flinch, sherbinskis has a true asset on their hands and needs to breed more budtenders like her. Next time I'll come back I hope she is running things on the management side.
Very disappointed , bought a gram of the indoor gello gelato, opened it up and found 2 small brown and damaged nugs that looked like straight beasters from 2002, no nose and was very oxidized, the hype is not real.
Very clean, bright and well stocked cannabis dispensory. Many varieties of tinctures, vapes and flowers are for sale. Knowledgeable staff that are attentive. A very professional and high tech place to browse and purchase goodies such as gummies. Don't get confused as I did with the sale of gelato. A name for bud not ice cream.
My mom was in town visiting me for the holidays and asked to go to a dispensary. I figured why not stop by Sherbinski's and see what's going on. They open at 9am which is wonderful because there's tons of parking in Fairfax at that time. We walked in and they checked our ID's and chatted with us about what we were looking for. We talked about what my mom was looking for with Marquis for what felt like 10 minutes but ended up being an hour! He was so kind to answer any questions she had and was so patient with us. He was SO incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. It was an amazing experience because of him. An absolute gem of a person. I highly recommend this dispensary. Not only is it clean and beautiful but the staff is so passionate with their knowledge. It's wonderful to see.

I love Sherbinskis! I live in the DMV and it is really hard to get the product on the other side for obvious reasons so it is a special treat when you can get it which leaves you with the exclusive rarity feeling when you get it. I was looking forward to stopping at their West Hollywood location when I touched down. Sherbinskis was my second stop and the store was beautiful. It had their signature orange all over which I love. The inside of the store was well put together. As I was walking around Cameron pointed out the gram nugs dipped in 24k gold! The gold was just beautiful. It really did tickle my fancy. I did not go there to buy this but when Cameron showed me this I had to have it. I apparently was only the second person to buy one since they opened shop on Fairfax. Over all I had a great experience(here comes the but)but there are a few things I think Mr.Sherbinskis could change. The flowers: The flowers that Sherbinski is known for all were on display. All of them had little to no smell that they were known for. They were very dry and could tell they have been up on display for a while. Now I'm not saying you have to put a fresh batch every day but their should be a shelf life for your displays because that at the end of the day is what people are gonna make their selection on. I didn't purchase one of the holy grail strains becuase I found the other displays that were not Sherbinskis smelled and looked better.(Pink Picasso + others) Again, I'm only talking about the holy grail strain displays which includes AcaiBerry, Bacio, Mochi, etc. My friend bought Mochi and it smelled and looked way better then what was on display which would have changed my selection if that is how all the holy grail strains smelled and looked like. You should sell the displays to your employees at a discount so you don't lose money on switching your displays out.The lighting: Your jars should have built in lighting in them and you should be able to see the nugs in a magnified jar but all the places I went to had this issue(except for MedMen) so they are not alone. I found the jars with solid lids to be annoying everywhere I went. The fact that the bud tenders had to open it for you was a hassle and killed the experience. I should be able to go from selection to selection with no hassle. Time is money as I am sure Mr. Sherbinskis is aware of. The set up at Medmen was fantastic in regards to being able to twist the top to smell the strain and see it trough the magnified glass. MedMen has their jars connected by a wire so there are no issues with stealing. Also with being able to twist the top to smell through the holes you never have to worry about someone stealing which gives your staff more time to worry about more important things like the experience and making a sale. Inventory- My friend really wanted to buy the rolling tray but was told they didn't have any in stock. He was told he could buy it online but my friend seemed to know more about the inventory then they did. That tray was sold out online and when he asked if he could buy the display they told him no. I found that odd because you should never say no to money. I understand the display factor and wanting to have it on display but we traveled 3,000 miles to shop there and I'm sure you could get a new display tray faster then a consumer could get the tray. At the end of the day they did sell it to him but only because I told them I wouldn't buy the 24k gold nugget unless he could get the tray so I do appreciate that they did that but even if I didn't buy that nugget they should have sold it to him regardless, revenue is revenue especially with so much competition in the area.These are the only reasons I didn't do 5 stars.
This shop is so beautiful. I have always loved the branding of this brand, which is more elevated than anything I've seen in weed. Their flower is on another level. I have never smoked anything better than Sherbinskis weed. Any of their gelato flavors are excellent, calling out the Mochi, it's my fave. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgable. The prices are fair across the board as any premium dispensary in the area, but I prefer buying from here. I can't wait to see what they do to the space, it looks so modern. WAY to bring a luxe factor to Cannabis!
The shop itself is cool, pricey as ever the products are good,as far as the managers and management who run the place is another story... extremely disorganized unaware of proper compliance packaging I'm pretty sure none of them medicate or even use cannabis it's sad to see our community turn into this corporate scumcannabis has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember and to see places like this come in and try and push crusty midsy meds that are 4+months old is sad I really hope they terminate all the managers there and just rehire a new team that actually knows what there doing because as of now I can see this place going to sh$& real quick
Good variety but got no feeling of confidence talking with the staff. However good the product I can't make an informed purchase without knowledgeable employees. They need to up their game to match their stock.
Best shop in LA, they have products for every price point.. there is a knowledgeable staff. This place has all the top shelf trees.. all original strains that no other shop has.
Man Ryan was a life saver on my last trip to LA. After someone dropped the ball and ordered the wrong product Ryan picked it up and proceeded to score a touchdown. Can't wait to come back and get more pink panties. S/O to Ryan make sure u hit him up when you're there
This place is legit. It's an extremely well maintained dispensary with an incredibly well curated product selection. Super clean. Feels like a high-end cannabis shop. Strongly recommended to make a visit! Although, I did experience shortages of products in the past, their inventory game has noticeably improved. Everything I selected was in stock 9/10 times. I always try something new when I visit since they are always carrying top-shelf brands. First time coming to this spot as a first time visitor and honestly my experience might have been better in I had not been assigned to Jessica W. She from the start was snappy and won't let me get an informed buying experience with her abrupt interruption and overall rude presentation! As a person in the sales field I am very aware of the don't and do's of customer service and was turned off by her lack of manners and listening to my needs and preferences! She repeatedly answered every question I asked with "again" and seemed she had better things to do than help me with my choices! Had planned on picking quite and few things for my trip instead bought the two items which I barely looked at and went on to the next spot and bought all my items! Could have snapped back at her but let it go but Was still irritated enough to write this review just as I would when I receive good service!
Horrible experience. The small/ short bud tender with the curly hair and sunken in eyes-- yeah you're rude and should be fired. Made my first experience here horrible. Your employees are the face of your business DO BETTER! I shouldn't be shamed for asking questions? They said I got a 20% discount since I was a first time customer. I didn't get a 20% discount and when I asked for my receipt I got eye rolls and a rude snare. Hello I just spend over $300 at your establishment! You should be KIND TO ALL CUSTOMERS. And when I did get my receipt and I didn't see the full 20% discount added I was told "I'm lucky to even get a discount"! RUDE AF! I'd rather go to cookies.
If you're going to start turning customers away at 9:30 and your hours say open till 10 o'clock that's bad business practice don't waste my time!
Super friendly employees working at this location! Everyone was very helpful and knew what to recommend after we explained what we were looking for! There is parking along side the building and also throughout the neighborhood. The location is clean and organized and we were in and out quickly.
First interaction was being told we couldn't enter because we didn't have a mask... meanwhile this is after there are no mask restrictions for the first time in over a year. We return from the car to tell them we don't have one and ask if they could please provide one, and one of us would go inside. They were rude and still said no. Finally after making it into the store I was able to purchase a Puffco atomizer I needed that many other places didn't carry (reason this review even made it to 3 stars). Store is clean and nice and marketed nicely. My advice to management is: if someone is coming to spend money at your business, in the off chance they don't have a mask, and it's post the local mask mandate... please be courteous enough to provide a simple disposable paper mask so your patrons can spend their money at your business. After all, you have countless competitors and we can spend our money anywhere and we chose to take our time to try you out for the first time.
I visited the 345 N Fairfax Ave Los Angeles, CA 90036 on 11/20/20.This was my first time at this location and I took a while to make a decision as there were many options and I wanted to take advantage of the 20% off first time patient discount. After making my first decision of products I was informed there was a $3.00 charge to use card as payment. So I left the building and headed up the street to take cash out. I returned and upon thinking about it I changed my decision and left the building a second time to grab an extra $20 from my car to complete the amount for the second option. When I returned I changed my mind one last time and this is where the unfriendly borderline hostile experience began. A woman with long braids got upset when I changed my mind one last time. She literally threw the tablet she was using at the checkout counter and told her coworker something along the lines of "you help this guy out..." you can check the camera. They then informed me that the 7 grams of Acaiberry Sherbinskis had just ran out so I adjusted my order a fourth time, and, at this moment I felt rushed, I had this feeling there was Acaiberry in stock but the people attending me were for some reason frustrated that they just wanted me to buy something and go, I felt humiliated because there were other patients inside who witnessed it all. I was polite, followed all the rules and even the security noticed the employees frustration that he asked me how much money was I trying to spend in order to help out.When it comes to properly charging is where I see the biggest area of improvement. As you can see I have attached the receipt and the image of the product. The SKU on the receipt T964PR01 is different from the product SKU T86CBAT3. I believe due to the lack of customer experience training, the employees were more focused on getting me out of the building than to properly and efficiently conduct the transaction, which, resulted in me (a first time patient) receiving this unacceptable experience and was charged incorrectly. I noticed the price discrepancy immediately when I sat in my car, but, was so disappointed with the experience that I just decided that my way to fix the problem is not ever return to this location nor purchase Sherbinski products in the future.One of the reasons I could not make up my mind at the counter was due to the price change from when I was originally quoted correctly versus when I went to the counter and the prices were not adding up, hence, the wrong SKU. I am definitely going through hardship right now as many folks are, and, what was supposed to be a new seamless exciting experience left me with a disappointing blow and made me feel unwelcome. Y'all are supposed to provide remedy and only made me not trust your brand. I am trying to be as fair and truthful as possible. Please do better.
I was so excited to check this spot out and drove over an hour to LA , terrible customer service and they made me and my friend feel extremely rushed and weren't even able to look at most of the products , so sad considering we were the only two in the shop.
I had a great experience Customer service wise the employees were great Sarah and Messiah especially I made the trip from SF To come here and they made sure I left happy. The actually stock of sherbinskis products was a little disappointing hopefully they fix that being the flagship store but overall it's top quality
Sherbinskis's is one of those top notch places, they have a bit of everything from noob friendly to amazing stuff. Shopped here and was very surprised how well stocked they were. Definitely a place to check out.
