I have this medical condition that i was diagnosis with years ago that flares up more then i would it to lately, I do that medication when it hits me really bad and supplements daily.I heard about MedMan for sometime now and this was my first time visiting the shop.I needed to pick up some more CBD that really helps with my pain it also helps reduce anxiety and depression.Parking is free with a lot of spaces, as you enter there is a staff member at the door with a security guard..they basically ask you to state your business, then you walk down a hall where other's staff along with security is waiting, they scan your DL and wait to enter.They have a large selection of many items and anything that may float-your-boat. Customer service was great as well, I will be back for more CBD goodies.

Jesse with the gauges is the best! He has great knowledge. I was in a rush so I just needed someone to pick good strains for me. He was super helpful and knew everything! Also love the security, I felt safe and welcomed! I am in LA for a few months on work from San Jose. I really love this store! The atmosphere they have is super chill, they even let you touch the products! I mean in SF & San Jose you can't even cross a yellow line when you pay... So Jesse with the gauges needs a raise! lol. A long with whoever you have in the parking lot is great too, and the door man, super chill and friendly! Didn't get a chance to get their names. But I was there at 12pm on 11/29/2021.  If that helps to let you know who they are. Def my LA spot! 100% recommended!

I was greeted at the door by Robert. He was great! He explained the difference types of products they have and the affects. He got us what we needed and out the door!

I love the selection of Edibles, Very good prices, the bud tenders where very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy he store was clean and well stocked. I look forward to shopping in there stores hope they come to Va.

They have pretty much everything and the prices are decent..  just wish they would've helped me out a little more. I asked questions but the guy seemed like he was in a hurry to help me out and then left.

This place was really nice. It was my first time and I was excited to experience it. Unfortunately I have a broken leg and there was a line outside. It's hard to wait in line with a broken leg and the security guard Latisha was kind enough to bring me out a chair to sit in while I waited. She did this on her own, I did not even ask. Kindness is still in the world. I was so surprised by her random act of kindness. Thank you! And we will return.

By far the best weed shop I've been to.Clean and the staff was knowledgeable.Kyle the manager was a great help. Will be buying my flower from here only now.

$45 for excise tax.   They are smoking crack if they think I would ever pay those price.  Fuck you Long Beach.  You are definitely not looking out for the patience. Not every one is looking for a party and really need it and at those prices they make it impossible

Employees smoke way to much before work , the prices are a joke , they charge a 15 % in the door tax , this is not the California tax this is their own way of ripping you off , don't support this company, total rip off they are crooks TOTAL RIP OFF , this company is run bye thieves

I am by far a novice and tagged along with some friends as they visited some places around town and MedMen was our first stop. Parking was ample, located in what seemed to be a tiny strip mall. The process to enter and check in was socially distant and professional. Once we made it in, the budtenders were friendly and helpful. The space was quaint and it seemed they carried very selective merchandise. My folks got what they needed and it was pretty cut and dry.

Steven let me at the door and is always helpful and knowledgeable.  He is to be commended

It's been a year, that I've been coming here, I like the layout of this place reminds me of the Apple store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only problem I have, is the taxes are so high. If you use your debit card, than you are charged a fee, that you are not told about until you check your bank statement.

Greed Greed Greed and more GREED, instead of businesses having compassion at this time, it's making opportunity off of people's pockets. It's a pandemic in itself,  everywhere, and this place is no difference here.  $30 in taxes! For one item for $50. Your out of your $80 mind. .people who are ill and needing the only medication that can help them, being gouged like that your out your mind. NO BETTER than the Pharmaceutical company's and the Physicians that support them.  Sick and tired of the crippling greed of companies everywhere. Than they attack you, get in get out.. "just gimme your money." Hurry up attitude, nauseating...

First time being a patron to a dispensary! and with Lily's help at MedMen LAX was able to find everything was looking for and then some! MedMen's staff member Lily didn't bat an eye on me being a noob at all and was incredibly helpful. To put things into perspective I even referred to "batteries" as a Vape lol Then on top of everything, Educational! Smoked ages ago but, new to the vape scene. Came in knowing what a friend would like but, as for myself Lily went above & beyond and was friendly & kind enough to explain things. Which is when the gummies came into play! Recommended to try some incase would need help curbing an unexpected high. Which I'm sure having basically no tolerance after years of not smoking will come in handy ^_^Looking forward to my first session & looking forward to coming back b'cuz I know where I'll be going (=

Taking Covid into consideration I completely understand businesses are doing the best they can. With that being said if you can't deliver on your advertisement stop advertising delivery. I've ordered for delivery multiple times from this location only to receive an email or phone call stating that they can't deliver to me in time.Today I received that same email however I needed my stuff to survive dinner with my in-laws so I called and said look man I'll just come to pick it up. I get to the location for curbside only to get the voicemail every time I called. I saw some employees just chilling outside so I notified them that I was here for pick-up. They asked me my name and said "hold on". I then waited a whole 10min for them to come back with my order. If you think a 10 min wait sounds dramatic hold your breath for 1 min and tell me how you feel. With all that being said Med-Men LAX do better.

They have a great selection of items! Expensive tho, if you're willing to pay almost half your bill in just taxes! That's the only downside to it.

Just ask for Lily and all will be taken care of with ease. She was the best! Took off one star because they advertise curbside service but make you come in when you arrive.

I never do negative reviews. I feel they are a waste of time. But they wasted my time. I placed an order at 9:15 with curbside pick up. Had on flip flops and no mask bcz I was expecting to be served...curbside.  I get there they tell me I have to get in line. So now I have to park and walk up covering my face with my sweater...only to be told they are closing and they'll give me a discount in the AM. I don't want my weed in the AM. I wanted it tonight. Why would you let me order at 9:15 if at 9:50 you're turning customers away. You say you're open til 10. For people that drive way to you ...on time...to be turned away...before closing is wack as fuck MedMen. Like cmon. You should not accept online orders if you're gonna close early.

We came to MedMen for 420 and had a great experience using their drive up option! It was really crowded, but we were able to jump right to the front of the line and get our order from the pickup window. Even with how long the line was, the staff made sure that everyone was distanced and masked. Once we got to the pickup window, Lilly and Amanda made sure we were taken care of with quick and friendly service! They both had great energy and were so helpful, we were walking out with our product in a matter of minutes! My husband and I are definitely coming back to this location!

The Delivery service sucks....  The driver always comes to the wrong address ... never follows written instructions.  You make me wait 2 hours... charge $80 in taxes and fee.... only to cancel because the drive can't read the number in a building .I will never order from you again

The selection was great even the location threw me off a little and Mike with a beard who was stocking shelves who literally had his hands full didn't hesitate to help me. He was really knowledgeable and patient with me- I really appreciate his attention to detail. We could use more Mikes and obviously more medmen.

Shoutout to Luke for creating an awesome experience from start to finish! Luke helped me over the phone by offering to set aside some items that were sold out online then was very friendly and helpful once we got to the store to pick up. He treated my husband and I like we were the only customers in the store and just had really cool vibes. LAX location has the best crew- everyone is so down to earth

Never dissatisfied,  wonderful customer service. Many choices. Clean establishment. There's a small wait but worth it. The lasy that helped us this time sure knew her stuff. Glad you guys have people who aren't just stoners.

I've been coming here for the past 6-ish months, and while there are other dispensaries much closer to me, I keep being drawn to this location for my cannabis needs. It might be due to the staff - every time I go, I'm always helped when I needed it and left alone when I just wanna browse. But all the employees are so incredibly sweet, which always makes each visit that much more pleasant. They also have a good selection despite the size of the place (it's on the smaller side compared to its other locations), and I feel like they are constantly restocking or adding new items. My only gripe is that it is more expensive than your 'brick n' mortar' dispensaries, but the quality of their products makes up for it. Also, the drive-up pick up option is WONDERFUL and saved me many times from waiting in line.Definitely worth your time if you're in the area!

Medmen has great customer service all around and is my preferred dispensary. The LAX location is convenient and the people are awesome. My recent visit I was hosted by Amanda who is very friendly. She helped me stock up on all the right products. I will definitely ask for her next time I am in.

I wanted to run in there real quick to grab something g specific but their displays get you.  It's like the apple store of dispensaries!  Great customer service and easy check in process.  They are a legit dispensary so you are going to pay the dreadful california weed tax but it's a fun splurge every now and then.

One of the best dispensaries I've been too. They always have a great variety oldie all your Cannibus needs. One of the only few places that carries "Smokies" edible gummies (large variety).  Great customer service and a wide variety of what you want and need.

Jared was extremely helpful! My mom was not exactly sure what she was looking for and he helped her find an edible that she is looking forward to trying.

Wide selection and conveniently close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are high, but if your goal is simply proximity to the airport, it can't be beat.

Awesome dispensary! Honestly kind of looks like an Apple store inside by the way things are set up. Huge variety of product, especially when it comes to edibles. The staff here are all super friendly and helpful.This is a great place to take visitors from states that haven't legalized weed yet because it feels like a regular store. I know there are some other dispensaries around that just seem a little shadier, but MedMen is definitely high end. I think their prices reflect that a little bit, especially when it comes to flower, but still would recommend this spot!Also, if you are a returning customer, and bring someone for their first time, you both get 20% off! Amazing deal, so bring your friends!

Came while this location is under construction but that didn't get in the way of us having a great experience here. The staff here are extremely proactive, friendly, and educated. Everyone was quick to offer help and expertise and made very good recommendations that fit my husband's needs. We asked plenty of questions and learned a lot. I really appreciated how patient everybody we came in contact was. There's quite the variety of products and brands. It sounded like different MedMen locations may carry different products or brands so I really like the diverse offering that was available at this location. My favorite feature of this location was how there were signs and labels that categorized certain products and brands as for beginners, for sleep, for anxiety, etc., which is super useful for being able to find what we want quickly. Price is industry standard. Cash is always better but they do take debit cards here!

Love this place! It's located super close to the airport and the staff really knows how to get you in and out the door in record time. They only take cash or debit, so just make sure you come prepared (there's also an ATM inside). Every single person that works there is super sweet, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products. Great place to stock up on goodies at the beginning or end of your trip.

I ordered curbside pickup for the first time and Riana had helped me thoroughly and with the upmost kindness. Because of her specifically, I will definitely be coming back here, she's the best!!!!!

I go to MedMen LAX about once a month. Everyone is always very nice . This time though Carlos G helped me with answers to a number of questions I had. He was fantastic! I will always ask for him to be my guide thru all I need to know for me, my family, friends and my DOG!He is GREAT! Ask for him!

While I don't engage in this activity, I have friends that do and wanted to visit while we were in the area....so I found myself here on a Friday afternoon. All the workers were very professional and helpful. The way the store is set up is very efficient and user friendly. You go up to a display case and then click around on the iPad to read about the product you potentially want to purchase. I can't fully comment on the prices since I don't know what edibles and other products normally go for, but I can comment on taxes. After my friend made her purchase on some cookie edibles, gummy edibles, pre rolled joint and I believe something else, she was charged over $25 in taxes. Any New Yorker will have a field day here! They only take cash and debit.

Prices aren't worth the weed quality. Spent $85 on an 8th of "top shelf" flower, but it was honestly sub par. There are many other places around that has better prices and weed so PLEASE don't waste your time. Also if you spend too much time shopping around they will send a security guard in to stand with you. I did not feel welcome at all in that establishment. It's cool that they accept card though which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

I have visited here 4 or 5 times.  It's small inside but covered with people to help you find what you need.  Today, I tried curbside because I was limited on time.  I ordered, received an email informing me the order was ready.  I arrived and called.  25+ minutes later I had to go inside and pick it up.  I watched people park, go in and leave while I sat in my car.  Curbside is designed to be speedy.  Quick.  That is why you go curbside.  If you can't keep up with the demand, tell people it's a 20-30 minute wait.  Also, please look into customer service.  I know it's dead and gone but think about it.  I was greeted inside with "there were other people ahead of you."  Great, thanks, I feel so much better.  Go, it's a good store, but stay away from curbside unless you have time to waste.

Very very pleased! Service is top-notch, everyone is so nice from the girl at the entrance to every staff member inside. First time here, def will be returning. Quick and easy which is my fave way to shop.Checked ids, grabbed email, 10% off for first timer, good to go.Michael checked us out at the register and he was super nice.They have good selection for edibles, gummies, chocolate, cookies, drinks etc. Great location.

My first time getting a delivery and it was prompt to the minute I requested.  Joanna Banana was great! She texted me to let me know when she was nearby.  I loved her energy and enthusiasm.  I hope she will continue to make my deliveries.

Ordered CBD oil for my dog. Had it delivered to my home because I was going out of town and pressed for time. Yolanda Banana was the driver and provided excellent service. Very professional and courteous!

I swung by here in need of a refill for a vape pen. Customer service here was great! We got some great recommendations and were pleased with the product. They also had some tempting goodies such as edibles, lotions and even THC water. I was also impressed with the selection of CBD goodies! I was a bit shocked at the super high prices and tax. We got one pre roll and a refill for the vape pen and it was 90 dollars! Yikes!

Pros: Convenient for tourist just arriving from LAX Cash or cardEmployees are very kind and knowledgeable.Very clean .  Cons:The quality of weed is mid-shelf Rarely anything higher than 26%THCNothing here for heavy smokers. Extremely over priced and taxed! Plus majority of their pre-rolls are rolled too tight so it's impossible to even get one decent hit. I am not exaggerating whatsoever.

To be straight up, finding a service that delivers outside of "safe" neighborhoods is so hard and MedMen came through for me.  My driver Jay and the woman I spoke to on the phone (at 6:40pm on 12/26/20 lol I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) were super nice!  It probably mentions it on the website and I skipped over it by accident but I called to ask how they took payments cause I didn't have cash on me and there wasn't an option to pre-pay.  They accept debit cards (has to have a chip!) and cash btw.  It was a super pleasant experience and I would recommend this service to anyone if they deliver to your area.

Medmen rocks.  I did not expect much from this place; I only came here because it was convenient to the airport, but the blew my socks off.  I think they might become my new favorite dispensary.  Everyone was sweet and nice.  The selection was good.  The budtender who served us was a complete angel.  I loved everything about this experience.

I've gone to this place but the one in downtown. Lol funny thing is I saw this place in YouTube .. A guy making a video on some worker being arrogant but what do you know. That video made me their customer ...at that time I thought it was just some place but I searched it online and it was a dispensary .. So this is my second time buying their merchandise.. So the experience is all different ... Ive tried the flow kana. I have to say. Indeed flow it is. The rest I haven't tried. So I'll keep you updated. So the quality is legit. Seriously. I'm a newbie to this, but my anxiety has been through the roof since quarantine. Got a recommendation for low dose edibles and a sleep cream from a friend and ordered this morning - by 1:30, Joanna Banana was here with the little red bag, wearing gloves and super helpful and kind. She had called me earlier to walk me through the process and was here, on time, and helped me through the payment process with as little contact as humanly possible. Thanks Joanna!

I've been wanting to take a trip to MedMen -- not necessarily this location, but it was closest to where I was at the time.  It was a little hard to find in the dark -- most likely due to my GPS and me finding the first open spot in the lot I had pulled into (which was a different lot across the way) -- the lot near the entrance was much more empty. Luckily, a guy was sitting outside and was like, "You looking for MedMen?" He directed me to the door and told me to have my ID out -- down the hall, there were two girls and a guy.  Once they see your ID, you walk into the store.  Its pretty small and there is not a whole lot of merchandise as I thought there would be.  I would imagine that the Venice or DTLA shops have more to offer.  I came looking for something that could help my dad who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer -- in hopes of finding something that could help with his appetite. The girl who helped me was honest and helpful -- the cookies she recommended were sold out, but I didn't want to go home empty handed.  I left with a few things, but was astonished at how expensive everything was.  I don't normally buy from shops or people so I'm kind of out of the loop.  I'm still interested in checking out the other locations, but keep in mind that you'll probably be spending more than you had thought.I was impressed by the way they had their merch set up (with tablets that allow you to read the products) and the cute little bag my items were packaged in was unexpected.

Special shout out to Joanna Banana for getting me a fantastic product during an uncertain time. There was an issue processing the payment but Joanna maintained her cool, and treated me lovely. I hope every Med Men employee can learn by her example

I've never used MedMen before and figured I would give it a try. Did online order, was pretty simple, wanted to do curbside pickup because of the pandemic. Process on website was straightforward and easy. I added to my cart and placed the order. When I arrived I called like it says to do for curbside and got the voicemail. Weird but I thought maybe they are busy and so I waited and tried again. Still voicemail... so I bit the bullet and went in. Was greatly fairly quickly by the multiple employees who were there, most of which looked more like they were hanging out(explains the not answering the phone for curbside). Got to the counter and gave my name. They handed me an incomplete order(ticket was even missing items I had originally selected) I asked if they still had what I had initially ordered and I was told yes which was followed by an immediate no and then given a few options for other comparable strains. None of which sounded that great but I grabbed one anyway. Was told they needed to round up the charges but I would get cash back(ok that's a little weird) but at this point I was ready to leave. Then come to find out I got charged a surcharge on top of the round up so I wound up paying even more for no reason! Not impressed at all by how this place runs. Oh and quick last bit. I think they should be more mindful of wearing masks. Especially during a pandemic. Some of them must not think it's needed. Needless to say I'm probably not using their services again.

Nice shopping experience with helpful people working there. They've made cannabis shopping a high-end experience while their pricing is competitive.Near the airport for your convenience.

The flower was good but the prices are way too high. I can get decent flower for half the price. The shiny packaging is cool but won't be back at those prices.

I ran out of CBD and came here to see what they had...Parking is in the back. They check your ID before you go in the door and again at the counter when you check in. There are several very helpful employees who will walk you through what they have, and also get you checked out. On Black Friday they had 25% off the whole store. They only had one CBD item that was edible and that was gummies, which I got, and that I really liked. They also had a vape pen but I don't vape. Everything else had THC in it, and they had everything from gummies to tea, to vape pens, etc.It's not cheap but it's convenient :). I would definitely check them out, very clean and nice shopping experience.Debit and cash only.

Second time here and even though there was a line to get in I wouldn't mind waiting again because their service is amazing. Adam helped me out and he was amazing! I'm not really a smoker so I don't know much haha but it helps me sleep so he knew all the best products to recommend. Adam made my life so much easier because I normally get anxiety when I walk in to shops. Adam if you read this thank you so much for all your help!!!! Keep doing what you do because patients like me appreciate that!!!

Landed at LAX and wanted to light up ASAP ( long flight from NYC). There is plenty parking, staff is very nice and welcoming! Many edibles, pre rolled, flowers and oils. I enjoyed my experience. Will be back when in LAX areaDon't be wierd or intimidated like I was... people from all walks come shopping here. There is ZERO jugment  period .

Store is extremely overcrowded and overpriced so 1st I'd suggest saving your money and going elsewhere. Aside from that their employee JOYCE C. with short hair, is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Got an attitude because I didn't want her to hold my ID, and proceeded to throw my receipt away and refuse to give it to me. Don't waste your time.

Joanna Banana is so kind every time I stop by for pick up and see her and so is Tiara the security guard.  They make covid medmen pick ups some human interaction that is safe and something to look forward to. I hope they both get raises and everyone else for that matter.

Very efficient online ordering system with a phone call to confirm my order almost immediately after placing my order. Joanna delivered my order to my house.. she's awesome! She texted me with her ETA and called me to let me know when she was here. She's super friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.... not a big smoker but my boyfriend is and I usually tag along and visit dispensaries just because I like to see how people display their products and I like seeing the packaging. This store is an experience for sure... totally has the Apple vibe but cooler. The representatives were friendly and helpful. The counters have the product specs so you're fully informed of what you're looking at. Since I'm not very knowledgeable I Gave them a price point of what I wanted to spend and they gave me options. It is on the pricier side but I'm assuming their products are good shit. I will have to ask my boyfriend and get his thoughts on it... it's a Valentine's Day gift for him to enjoy.

I ordered delivery after hearing how quick and easy it was from a friend.  I places my order at 8pm knowing the store closes at 10.  I received a text saying my order was 4 minutes away.  Then 20 minutes later I received a call that they couldn't come it was raining.  1) a long time ago some genius invented umbrellas 2) I live across the street  They offered 20% off my next delivery order.  As if I would ever order again.  Try ease they are at least $7 cheaper per item

I've been a returning customer since they opened business recreationally. The staff is always helpful and are happy to answer your questions or concerns. Sometimes there's a line to get in but most times we've gone we haven't waited more than 5 minutes. You do need to bring your ID to show the security before entering and need to show it to the front desk so you can purchase as well.I've only had 1 "bad experience" with an employee who we felt never "left us alone" and was always 1 foot away from us even after we thanked him for his help. Even though he wasn't that helpful hehe. We tried to move away from him but he always followed.I also brought my friend .. she liked it so much, she brought her grandma who also bought some products.Since the new regulations came in, their inventory isn't super big but they do have a nice amount of items.

I ordered online for delivery. I guess they were having technical difficulties so as soon as I ordered they called back and said it would take a little longer than normal and for that, they would give me 10% off. Liz was the delivery driver and she was very friendly and professional. This could not have been a more smooth process.

I love the LAX location because the customer service there is excellent. I was helped by Luke the last time I went and he was great. Luke was very knowledgeable about all the products and made my shopping experience very easy. I would recommend that location over the Venice location and it also helps they have a parking lot.

We were on a layover and decided to take an Uber to MedMen LAX based on the super convenient location. And it did not disappoint. The whole staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I may actually plan a layover in Cali just to hit up MedMen again.

DC checking in!  So I flew in from Washington DC to LAX and didn't know of any other dispensaries other than cookies however since I was so far away from downtown with no ride I googled and found Med Men LAX. When I pulled up I was a little lost and didn't know where to go, I was pretty excited to see the young man in a red shirt come out and wave (David), unsure about this whole dispensary field trip David seem to appoint his self as my tour guide. From his knowledge of how long it would take to enter, to his Frequent reminders to keep mask up and to abide by the social distancing laws he was just outstanding! David gave good recommendations in line and even came inside additionally to show me his favorites and the shops top shelves. All in all Mad Men LAX was great and thanks to David and his knowledge as soon as I get back in town Med Men  will always be my first stop!

As another review said - place is clean and staff knowledgeable, but it's on the smaller side, so I'm not going back until everyone there figures out how to wear a face mask. Dropped by on a weekend and security outside and a staff member who was disinfecting the products either not wearing a mask or had them pulled under their nose. What's the point of trying then? Not sure I can even delivery from this location if even one person there can't be safe since that's all it takes.

Well.... extremely disappointed. This was my first time at MedMen, and I will never return. First off I'd like to say the Customer Service was great! Girl checking ID was hilarious. I was eager to see what was behind the magical MedMen door after joking with her. Upon entering, I was greeted again immediately. The guy showed us how to do everything, and then left us. Didn't loiter or pester anymore. It was nice. I didn't feel pressured. Now on to the product. I was very disappointed. What I ordered was packaged in Nov and was just not the best. Also IT WAS MISSED LABELLED. IT WAS LABELLED AS AN INDICA; however, after reading up on it is actually a Sativa dominant hybrid. Completely different.I always thought this place was the apple of weed, but sadly it's not. I get better stuff delivered from Grassdoor. Really bummed.

I shop at MedMen because they are the only ones that display the terpene profile. And I am willing to pay extra for that. I have found that certain terpenes give me anxiety.

MedMen LAX always has the goods! Great place to stop before or after a flight. Definitely a bit pricey though, but employees are always helpful. Last time I was there I got a lot of help from Adam and I really appreciated it. He gave me a great recommendation!

Came in at 8am and worked with Matthew. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on the products. Made some great recommendations for pain relating to cancer. It was a pleasure to work with him and definitely will return. Location is convenient and it's nice to have parking options in the back. Very clean and organized.

Overall, the store was large and attractive. There were nice displays throughout. Most of the employees were very helpful, except for the person who checked us out. I already felt it was a bit invasive since they took photos of our IDs (perhaps bc we have non CA IDs?), but after I got to the front and told him my name, he couldn't find me in the system and then took my ID and spent many minutes inputting some type of information (when I asked "oh I guess it didn't get in the system" all he said was "nope"...not sure how that was my fault?). Next when we asked about the 20% discount for new referred customers, he told us "that's not a thing"...and went through this long confused tirade until finally HE called the manager over until the manager finally said it was ok to give us a discount. In sum, not the most welcoming for out of towners (the location is by LAX...) I usually let everything slide off my back, but this experience was pretty upsetting.

I can't believe this place has been here for two years and yet I had never been there until tonight. Clean place, lots of cool choices on the shelves and walls, definitely at the top of the heap as far as bud shops go.The staff were very helpful and professional. 2nd experience, maybe I was treated so we'll by Leo the first time, I expected the same. Asked for exactly the same as before, told a price. Told the Rep. I had $40 to spend. Asked if 40$ would cover it, assured it would. Went to check out, $46....then had to argue. I don't argue twice. I'll take my business elsewhere. I was made to feel embarrassed in front of my Nurse who brought me. There are other places I will not be made to feel that way. You lost my business.

First time visit,  definitely not my last. I arrived literally within an hour after my flight landed and was out within 30 minutes (browsing took most of my time lol) I a budget that I had to work with, and Aliyah was able to get me practically everything I wanted. She was courteous,  professional,  and just a delight to work with!

I came here for the convenience of location. Mind you, the place is organized, well staffed, sanitary and legally compliant. But the double tax meant that a $6 item cost me $12.50 ...On top of that type of pricing (which can easily be substituted by going elsewhere), I purchased a 50 dose Dosist pen for $40+ that was a waste of money and time to travel here for. The pen battery stopped working after 2 days, I didn't even get to use 20%. When I went out of my way to return to this location to exchange, the process was simple but then the new pen lasted ONE DAY. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, for a disposable pen it's wildly inconsistent and unreliable and inconvenient for anyone who buys from here and travels out of LAX. 3 stars because of the disposable pen product quality, inconvenience of pricing and location refund policy and, the staff attitude when asked about the taxes.Would not recommend over other locations.

Usually I go to the one on Lincoln, which is always AWESOME! This time, since I had to go to the dentist, which is down the street, I heard there was one in Westchester, which was great, since it was only a block away. They were friendly from the door person to when I walked in. I found my watermelon gummies! Kyle, the cashier was great, very friendly and asked how my day was. I told him " I'm happy now, since you guys have my watermelon gummies!" Everyone is sooo friendly. I like the fact there is plenty of parking too!

I don't leave reviews very often, today I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this location overall. I'll start by saying, I don't smoke marijuana, however I've been purchasing it for a parent monthly since they became ill last year. My bill is usually between 200 300 per visit. I realize that my expenditure is very small compared to what others spend. But for a year it's around 3,600 maybe 4,000.     Usually when I go, the staff is very helpful as I heavily rely on their product knowledge to purchase the appropriate products. Since I have to get the same thing every time, if they're out of something the staff is usually able to recommend a comparable substitute or find a different location that has the product or give me an idea of when I should come back to procure the desired product.     Today I was serviced by Jesse W, he was incredibly unhelpful. Upon entry, I immediately informed Jesse W. That I don't smoke, but needed to procure the same products I purchased on prior visits. They had most of my desired products. For the products that they didn't have Jesse W. Seemed very unwilling to offer comparable substitutes? His response to all of my inquiries was...Check online.Me: when should I come back to get the product Jesse W.: you have to check online Me: could you please see if other locations have the product?Jesse W.: you have to check online Me: are you guys no longer carrying the product?Jesse W.: you have to check onlineMe: do you have the phone number for the Venice location? So I can call them about product availability Jesse W.: you have to check online Me.: can I have the phone number for this location so I can call ahead next time. So I can procure the products I need?Jesse W.: you have to check online So I'm online now. Maybe I was asking too much. Since I'm not purchasing for myself, employees product knowledge, customer service and willingness to help find appropriate substitutes , is why I go back. Maybe It's time I find a more professional operation.

Love the fact MedMen offers delivery services. Placed an order for Lowell farm pre rolled joints online and received the order within 45 minutes! The customer service was phenomenal. Joana (Joana Banana was the nickname she mentioned) was the driver for this particular order. She was the perfect blend of down to earth and professional.

Dope place. It's on the higher end price wise, but their products are are legit (nothing sketchy). Also,  Andrew was super professional and accommodating. They except visa which was really convenient...

So thankful to have curbside service available when I'm experiencing pain from chronic illness and need help getting through the latest flare up. The products here are quality, well packaged, the online ordering process is very easy, and the location is not too far from home. I have also appreciated the friendliness of the two employees I have talked with so far.

There's a reason why they call this place the the Apple Store of smoke. Everyone was polite and helpful especially Lucy. Lucy was very insightful and took the time to help me and answer all my questions, even the dumb ones. If you need any cannabis related anything this is the place to go. Ask for Lucy and you'll be set.

In-efficient communication is what I'd call the biggest problem with this place. Each time I come in, the debit card machine is down and I'm forced to use the ATM. If your machine goes down that often, get a new service. Square works just fine. If you're trying to pad your bottom line, and the card fees are too much - then offer different pricing like the gas station. Let us choose. When I was giving feedback and trying to get an explanation as to why it keeps going out, I was told "Well you're going to have to ask the IT people about that, we don't know anything about our accounting service." So I asked for the contact info for them, and was told "Oh we can't give you that information". Ok, well you just asked me to contact them to figure out the issue... They eventually gave me their managers information so I could give feedback to them. I've become friendly with the location in Venice (but I live closer to this one) so I'll go to that one instead. This was my last visit to this location. Ended up going to a different dispensary today.

I went here to get some Indica to help me sleep.  When I got home and tried it, it kept me up all night and I cleaned out my refrigerator.When I looked it up, seems the employee sold me the most expensive Sativa in the store.  He had to be on commission or was using the products in the store while working.I specifically asked for something and he sold me the exact opposite.  They had a huge selection and I'm sure they had what I needed, but the employee obviously either didn't listen to me or didn't care.Not recommended, I won't be going back.

Tried MedMen for the first time today and took advantage of the free delivery. Ordering was very simple  and smooth. I received texts when my delivery driver was on the way . This dispensary is a legitimate one so you have to pay taxes. But the experience is great if you like being able to research what they have available. They have iPads everywhere discussing their products and all the details you would want to know. But you can only get certain amounts of bud and they don't have as big of a selection compared to other dispensaries in la.

My mom has frequent migraines that she has dealt with for years and decided to give CBD a try, so I went to our local MedMen to see about getting some. I was then approached by Giancarlo and I must say he was amazing. He educated me on benefits from CBD that I had no clue about. He showed me the deferent vapes, edibles, creams and even bath items! I ended up with the vape, and it works great! I'll definitely be a advent shopper at MedMen thanks to how well Giancarlo treated me. I would recommend this place for everyone! Thanks MedMen!

My husband long time patron at MedMen,we love the retail store show floor and quality of products.My first time months ago I was introduced to staff member Sipan, always fantastic very knowledgeable and has earned our loyalty to this store and MedMen.its been times in the past where we walked out just because staff member weren't what we experienced in the passed...there's  always an other MedMen store somewhere in the city !!Today was just another best experience we came in with some friends and Sipan was there  always attentive and courteous saw us walk in and waved us from across the room while he was finishing helping others...he gave a tour to our friend who quoted had the best experience and how much unlimited knowledge Sipan has on products and industry especially today he went above and beyond to get us items that weren't on the menu but he know it was there and available !!! Sipan is a great asset to this store and kudos to MedMen for hiring amazing staff member like him !!my husband love to talk about watches to Sipan and I have questions and he always has an answer !! Their curbside pickup process needs work.  The runners are nice however it took 35 minutes for a curbside pickup today.  Totally unacceptable in my book,  I finally had to walk inside for service however that refused to let me in because I has already submitted my curbside order.  My flight was leaving in 1.5 hours and so I finally called again and practically yelled at the woman just to get my order.  Finally the guy came out,  and he's so nonchalant about everything.  I asked him what took them so long,  he replies "I don't know anything about anything" then asked if I wanted a manager.  A skinny black woman comes over and I ask what happened and why did we have to wait 45 min now for our order!  I asked if they would compensate me for my time,  she's says  Ummm no I don't have the power to give you anything free.  I said,  I didn't ask you for free as a customer I expected to be treated like one.  She says,  I can get the general manager for you.  That's when I finally had enough.  I left to catch my flight!  To the managers of this establishment,  stop smoking on the job,  you guys turn into complete assholes   NEVER RETURNING and will advise other to do the same.

I'm writing this on behalf of my BF who does not have a yelp account. He called me on a long layover at LAX looking for a nearby dispensary to help calm his anxiety and stomach pain. I looked up a few places on yelp and MedMen came up highly rated. He called me back a little while later on his way there via the Uber they ordered for him, and again after he did a little shopping. He was blown away by the top level customer service and the high grade flowers that completely calmed down his pain and anxiety. This place was such a blessing to him while in the midst of an extremely difficult trip. It is amazing what positive effects the knowledgable and caring staff had on his entire experience and it is  clear that they truly care about each individual patient. Kudos to you guys, I hope to visit myself on my next trip to Cali..

A much needed med stop in the LA Area, conveniently located minutes from the airport. Julie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she helped babe and I get what we needed. Lola 5 pack pre rolls are a must. Literally buy as many as you can cause they are bomb. Mingle was our favorite for sure! Oh and we also love the RED everything. We will definitely visit when in town.

Since cannabis has gone recreational, I have stopped in at a few spots and noticed a disturbing trend of prices being jacked up for the unsuspecting/inexperienced consumer. Right before going to MedMen, I went to a spot on Lincoln Blvd. that was trying to charge $50 for the same item I found at MedMen, and other locations, for $25-35. Highway robbery!!Not only are the folks at MedMen professional and knowledgeable, but they are friendly and obviously not trying to scalp you. A huge shout out to Jeremiah F for helping me find the right CBD oil for my dog with cancer . I was really really nervous about giving my dog anything as he is being treated with chemotherapy. Jeremiah was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and really made me feel confident about what I was purchasing . My dogs response to the doses has been a, miracle. it's not good enough to just have a great product you really have to have team members to understand and know the product and Jeremiah hit this one out of the park . First time walking in I was overwhelmed by product inventory definitely couldn't Wing it on my own.  Unique came in and saved the day. First time here, fresh off a flight.  Ten minutes away from the rental car.  I was taken care of by Gabriela who made navigating the display tables a pleasant and simple experience.  When I'm in the area I'm coming back.

The friendly staff here is genuine, cool, and highly knowledgeable. It feels like an Apple store and luckily the young lady K.W. was awesome. She listened to me describe what I like and then made a recommendation and showed me the product. I asked her to show me two more options and they were also great yet she sold me on the first product. While I was checking out she told me about their point system and showed me these cute little things called Selfies. They have great parking and they have an atm on site or Wells Fargo and Chase are next door.I don't know if they give Veterans and Disabled discounts like most dispensaries but I hope they do.

This place seems to have their act together for the most part, although the last time we went, we had to wait outside in the hallway because they said the interior was too crowded with customers. If you're going to ask people to wait, it would be a nice courtesy to have some chairs so we don't have to stand around wondering when we're going to be admitted inside. Unfortunately, my friend purchased some edibles, and she was very sick after using them. I suppose her tolerance for edibles is not very high, and everybody knows you have to be careful with that. But the staff is very nice and accommodating, and I always feel welcome when we go.

Will, Sipan, JJ, Tyler, Julia, and Gerson literally got me in and out hassle in under a minute right before closing. Like an idiot I came last-minute but everyone rallied together to make sure my order was accurate without missing a beat!! Hey corporate, give them a raise/promotion. This crew is stellar!

Bad communication and weird rules are the names of the game. First visit used my credit card with no problem. Second time I was told there is a credit limit each day, and only cash is accepted after it's met. Would have been nice to know that from one of the three people checking my ID before entering the front door. So now I play the cash game trying to figure out how much taxes will cost. It would be nice to have taxes included in the price. This would avoid sticker shock from the 25% tax. On my third visit I was just short on cash. The clerk informed me that I would have saved a buck if I returned one of their bags. I noted this for next time, and removed an item from my purchase. Today I went in with four of their bags. Purchase came to $301.23. I look at the receipt and one dollar is discounted. I ask why not four? Apparently customers can only return one bag a visit for the discount. What a shitty attempt at recycling. Ended up having to use my lucky $2 bill because I only pulled out $300 from the atm.  It felt very cheap on MedMen's part. Customer spends hundreds of dollars and they can't discount more than a buck using a program they promoted on my previous visit. I like the store set up, but over the weird rules. Prices are not cheap, and the final price jumps dramatically at check out. Employees are friendly though. They will be happy and smile while taking all your money. Especially if you tip.

I'm used to ordering through other local delivery services but their menus are never accurate or up to date and they don't have shit in stock. Then a lightbulb went off....Medmen. Knowing they're a bigger, higher price point brand I assumed they'd have their shit together. And they do. Jumped online, saw a what I wanted, ordered it. Someone called to confirm and 25 min later I got my goodies. Liz delivered my order and she was bomb dot com. Polite and professional. Gave me the first time patient discount I forgot to ask about. She was great.

This place is overpriced and no one in there was over 35. I got charged an excise tax of $10.80, WTF + the sales tax, which on my bill was $7.87. One, that's right , one pre roll is $11, come on people. Some of us are on fixed incomes. Oh yes they are all flashy and u can pick out your shit, personally I need some help, which I did eventually get. This place is cray, they did not recognize my medical card, which in other places gives me a break on taxes. Stay away unless it's convenient on ur ride to LAX, I googled and there are other dispensaries on the way to the airport. Hopefully more people friendly. If I could, I would give it no stars. Came here the other day from a long flight back home and needed to pick up. Was greeted at the door and everyone was so nice. The store was small but it seems that it offered great variety of options. I was helped by an associate named Gian. With the amount of options, I was a bit overwhelmed not knowing what to get. He was friendly, very informative and gave great recommendations. he answered all of my questions which helped make the decision process a lot smoother. I felt confident about my purchase. From the vibe of the store and because of the service, i'll definitely be coming back.

I really wanted to give this place a great review. I was totally impressed with their approach, I felt no rush to make decisions and loved I could read the packaging on the products before purchase. Based on my in store experience they would have gotten 5 stars. I got back to my destination ( over 100 miles away) and opened my purchase and found that 1 of the 3 cartridges I bought was EMPTY. It had not leaked, there was residue in the cartilage where there had once been oil. This was a PAX CBD cartridge and unfortunately the packaging does not prevent tampering. It looks like someone (a customer?) swapped out the cartridge. Overall it's worth a try but I will stick to my regular dispensary going forward.

Coming to MedMen LAX is always a treat. Zac is always so friendly and helpful. Haven't been in a few weeks and he remembered who I was and he greeted me with a smile. This past Saturday I went in looking for a product to help my mom who suffers from a variety of illnesses and is in constant chronic pain. Giancario had great customer service and went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a few bottles of the edible pills from care by design. They are very expensive, but from what my mom has told me, they help with her pain. Thank you Giancario for the friendly service.

They take a photo of your id to create a profile before they let you in which is VERY unsettling. Their selection is very small, the budtenders are slow, and the prices are way too high. If you're visiting from CO or WA and want a dispensary thats easy and affordabld just like back home, this is NOT the place for you. Try anywhere else if you have the option.

I came in to get some pre rolls and they had so many to choose from. It was a lot of options. Gabby helped me find the most bang for my buck and went through the quality and descriptions of each one. It really simplified the process for me. I am def coming back as a repeat customer.

Amazing location with great staff, I'm awful with names but the guy was about 5'8 wearing a green hat, maybe braces? Shoes were white. I spent $70 on a Spark THC Pen and this thing literally pooped out on me in a day and a half. This happened on three other occasions with their products. If you ask me they just sell garbage with marijuana designer tags all over it.

Not much choices in strains for concentrates. I read reviews stating they gave new customers a discount which I didn't get offered. I also noticed I was paying $45 for a $32 gram of wax. I'm not from around here but I went to another place and the tax wasn't that high.

Medmen sold me a product that was 4 months old that was defective and after trying to get a refund or exchange of any kind I was told there is nothing they could do. His words not mine. The return policy seems made up or non existent. The customer care is crap and they lost my business.

Waited on line for about 20 minutes to get into this absolutely mobbed dispensary. They were having a 70% off sale so it was quite insane. I found the staff to be friendly but not so helpful in terms of recommendations. Convenient to LAX but will probably try to find another place next time I'm back in town

First to start off the tender recommended some bs ass tree, in which was prepackaged. When I left the club I opened the gram to find out that it looked like a 0.7... When finding out I went back and they confirmed it was not a gram. The manager gave me another gram to replace it but when opening this one it still looked short and was poorly trimmed and had barley any smell!! I can grow in my backyard and it would be better than the majority of there stuff. I am extremely disappointed with the product and recommendations I was given, I will never be returning to this club and will warn anyone to avoid this place in hopes they do not get screwed. And the long debate ends... Bay Area dro always will be better than LA dro.

They make you stand outside in line for up to 20/25mins before you even sign in. It took the security guard 10mins to just acknowledge those in line. Liked this place initially despite its Mac Store vibe or perhaps because of the millennial novelty. The novelty has worn off. More expensive than other shops closer like LAX CC on Lincoln.First you wait in a line in the back, then directed to the front with the actual stanchions and rope only to told that you can go back and into the shop, silly. It sounds like a rave when entering the inner sanctum, and you will be swarmed upon by eager salespeople. And you only have to show your ID 3-4 times ;) PASS PASS ENUFF

First time at a dispensary in LA. Was here for a short 3 hour layover at LAX airport and decided to stop by to pick up some remedies - upon arrival was greeted and by the doorman who took my ID to ensure I was legal to enter - was not sure how the process works since I am from out of state, the doorman explained the whole process and who they get their products from and everything is all lab tested for pesticide! Overall he made me feel comfortable and welcomed to check out their products. very friendly staff upon entry - very positive experience, prices are average and reasonable - plenty of options to choose from wether it's buds, edibles, vape carts. You can also order online and pick up in store which is pretty convenient! will definitely stop by again on my next trip to LA!

Gonna be honest, I placed an online delivery order today, started off a little frustrating, MedMen wasn't super responsive in the way that it was confirmed or gave me an ETA, I was sort of in the dark for a little bit (almost 2 hours) , wasn't a big fan from then. The turning point or what really made this a great experience for me was Joanna Banana my delivery driver, as a person she had an amazing high energy, she called me before she left for the delivery and gave me updates on the way. When she arrived she made it easy for me (a first timer) and made me super comfortable in what I've previously experienced as pretty awkward situations. This is how a dispensary should be operated now that marijuana is legal.  It is like a real retail establishment...  Product out in the open so customers can look, read, see product.  You are not followed around by a security guard with a bad attitude.  Fabulous selection!!  I've been going to dispensaries for 12 years and this one is by far the best!

Sort of an odd parking lot and no building # visible; enter where it says "acute care Clinic" & they are off the interior walk-through from the front to the back of the building. Helpful staff and beautiful displays; I think they are the most expensive dispensary I've been to in LA; they do accept debit cards (NO CREDIT CARDS). Guess that makes sense.  Personally I can do without all the iPads and more visible prices on items but that may just be me. I'd rather pay less than have all the techno stuff...

I went here when I went to California during my spring break. It would be my first time entering a dispensary, so I wanted to go to a place where I won't feel out of place and would feel welcome. I looked at the reviews of this place and they seemed to fit what I was looking for. It also helped that this place was near my hotel. The overall experience was great. There were employees by the door ready to help the customer waiting to go inside and they were more than happy to answer my questions. Once inside, there were more employees walking around ready to help. There is an ATM machine since this place does not accept credit cards. Although they accept debit cards, the card must be in-state, otherwise they won't be able to accept it (I wish they said that when I called them). The place is a bit smaller than I expected and the prices were much higher than other places, which is not surprising since this place can be considered a tourist trap. The only other thing I didn't like is that the entrance is kind of secluded, which I guess makes sense for the type of business this is.

Closest place to LAX. Fast service. Prices are a little high (no pun) but worth it after a long flight into this fantastic city.

I was pleased when this place went recreational and it seemed to have knowledgeable friendly people working there. Now it's full of inept people with zero knowledge that sound like they're full of bs. Add to that, they stopped accepting debit cards. Cash only. No sign in front. That forces you to step out to an atm or use their atm that comes with a fee of $4.50. Instead of a classy, apple looking store, it's now an ordinary, scam. I'm done.

Came here at 8:02, was told by an unfriendly guard that they weren't open, so I waited outside for 10 minutes and eventually left. Don't say you open at 8:00, if you don't plan on doing so.

Place is amazing and I love the store. Michael was really helpful with everything. The store has everything and the staff was great.

I've seen the truck ads all around southern California, so naturally i was curious. I came in on a Thursday at around 2 so it wasn't very busy. The registration was quick and efficient. The guy at the door checked my id and then the lady at the front desk checked it, had me sign a short release and sent me in. It was smaller than i expected but that's not the end of the world. The layout is easy to navigate and offered tables that came equipped with tablets describing what was on that side of the table. They also had a wall full of goodies too. They had flower, edibles, concentrates, vape cartridges, lotions, tinctures and more. I was pleased with their selection of cbd products as well.  There's employees hanging around to answer your questions and guide you to the right products. I came in hoping to get some gg#4 sauce, but they had just sold out. Again, it wasn't the end of the world. I ended up picking up some kosher og from raw garden that had a great flavor and amazing painkilling effects. The price was kinda high but your also paying for the boutique experience. It was better than walking into a dark hole in the wall that's blasting loud music.

Love this place. Always super helpful and kind. Gabby helped me today and was so knowledgeable about what I needed for my moms pain and other general questions.

Phenomenal business and phenomenal products... the best dispensary in LA. They are by far the most thorough when it comes to selecting a strain or any product for that matter. Truly top of the line service and high quality products. I can't wait to go back!

I always enjoyed going to the West Hollywood location, but this wasn't a similar experience. None of the edibles, cartridges, etc had prices on them, so you have to find staff to give you prices for everything. The staff isn't as helpful or as knowledgeable for a place charging premium prices on all of their products ($25 for something I can get elsewhere for $15). Also, the bagging is excessive and a waste of paper.

Brandon assisted me by checking me in. His welcoming personality and interpersonal skills made the experience more comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable in comparison to the great majority of trips I have taken to businesses. Our interaction, although not long, made me feel that I wanted to be a regular customer if I received even a similar sense of welcoming and consideration by his coworkers. There were several other employees who also showed great consideration for the customers they interacted with and left their mark on me. I thank you Brandon for your selfless acts of kindness such as in your interactions with people who come your way. I know that things come your way as a result of your actions: you will reap what you sow. With that in mind, I know you will receive the happiness and fulfillment that I felt as a result of our interaction. First off I was really excited to come here seeing as all reviews online were great. Starting out when I first walked up I stood In front of the building after being ID'd for a good 5 min then was told to walk through the building to the other side just to wait outside for another damn near 10 min, while the whole time NOT ONE security guard is telling me what's going on. This was my FIRST time so yes I was a bit confused, then I come inside and I make my selection I get ready to check out and the women who I'm checking out with not only was rude, unenthusiastic and not willing to help but my card declined due to their system and the women kept trying to act like it was my fault. I kept telling her your system is down ma'am. So I left used my card somewhere else to make sure my card was unlocked came back, had another gentleman help me who was nothing but lazy & rude, wouldn't listen to me about the card system and of course my card was declined again at the same moment the lady who helped me previously was telling the man she was helping that his card wasn't working and he needs cash instead. Lead me to believe this has to be on of the most unprofessional places I have been to in my life, no one in there has common sense. Their whole card system was down and not one employee wanted to fix it or admit it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME

So this was my first dispensary to visit in Los Angeles I come from Colorado where each individual is helped individually and leaves satisfied well I wish I could give this place a zero I was upset with my overall visit I rather pay a delivery fee with Eaze then to walk into this place again the gentleman at the front I asked if I'd get anything for being a new member would have been nice to use the 10% off in my email with prices as high as they were now it's a waist second I watched how all the guys spoke to and helped everyone other then me when I was lost and confused the whole time when I found what I was looking for when I had to wait in line to ask for help because everyone was either to busy flirting with chicks taking pictures with people and after finally getting someone to help I told the guy I wanted a Gio pen cartridge and asked him for one without CBD and I wanted it to be Sativa I enjoy smoking getting off work and having that high feeling but instead of listening to my needs or telling me they only had CBD cartridges he sold me a CBD cartridge and when I realized he said that's all they had and they don't do returns now I'm stuck smoking something I paid over 60 bucks for and am completely unhappy with worst customer service ever never going back DONT GO HERE ORDER OFF EAZE U AT LEAST DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE ARROGANCE OF THESE MEN THAT CANT DO THERE JOB WELL ENOUGH BECAUSE THERE TO BUSY STARING AT ASS

Wish I could actually review you but 20 minute wait times just dont work when 2 people move through the line in that time. Not to mention having to stand outside. That's gonna blow come August heat. Was trying to go somewhere close to work for convenience and instead got a wasted lunch break and a foul mood for the day. Thanks for wasting potential customer's time, and congrats on losing repeat business because of it.

Also forgot to mention the Mandatory ATM FEE BECAUSE that's the only option to pay. Is $5.45. This business takes money from every angle.

I'm a big MM fan and new to their delivery experience. Really pleased with the first delivery - they remained communicative throughout the process and Emily, my delivery driver  from MedMen LAX location was wonderful. She texted me in advance giving me an ETA and  was very friendly in person, truly ensuring I was pleased with my order and walked me through all the steps. I'll be using this service again!

Had to go on here to talk shit about an employee named Julia who takes pictures from behind the register and posts it on her Instagram talking shit about my aunty. My aunty just tryna buy her meds... no need to be rude... y'all should train your employees better than this. Why is she posting pictures talking shit about my aunty, let alone taking pictures of people while inside a dispensary? Isn't this illegal or something?

Kenny was hugely helpful! I do not smoke but I find that certain edibles are very helpful with sleep and I also purchase edibles for my 85-year-old mother for sleep and for her friend who has cancer. They have been very satisfied with my selections, thanks to Kenny.

They do not accept credit card, debit only. The cashier insisted on "rounding up the amount to an even number" and giving me change in cash back. (I did not request or need cash back)Seemed weird but I didn't think much of it.  Then I saw my bank statement.... The transaction comes up as a "cash withdrawal" from a non-bank ATM. So I got slapped with a fee from my bank as a result, as if I had pulled cash from a random, shady ATM. My guess is that they are doing this as a tax evasion scheme.

This is a great place to shop for one's needs for the usual reasons  --  clean, safe, a good variety of quality product at prices that are not too bad -- But our experience was made so much better because of the assistance of a sales associate named Jaylen.  He was willing to spend as much time as we needed with product descriptions, etc.Certainly valuable to us... And I'm sure a great benefit for the store to have him as well.

Ok so 5 star to customer service! It was my first time walking into a dispensary so I didn't know what to expect. The front was boarded up so I thought that's was that! My friend is a local who lives near there so she knows that happens and drove to the back. Walking in there was a line where she commented that's unusual - however it was went fast and created some distance.Once inside I noticed ---there were actual knowledgeable, friendly Staff!!!Going into any store you should be greeted with a smile and helped with sincerity. That's what we both felt. This was newness to me so I had questions and actually asked my friend because I'm like there's Cbd, CBN then all other types & in all forms. The cashier overheard since neither of us did and gave her assistance and included a sale :) I am a believer in as close to organic is so much better than a advil/Tylenol pm or some prescriptions . Sum it up- I don't know much about the product however I know a lot about how to run a business with the right staff! Also, yes expect that tax for the help!

I asked them where I could go to get some “items” for our 6 day hike and this was the random place my brother chose “his job does not allow any type of consumption” so I walk in and for my first time buying legally it was a pleasant experience! Everyone was very knowledgeable and more than helpful in making sure I was happy with my decision. Once I made it back I needed to revisit and the guy there even remembered me (probably because I sound country AF I’m from WV) I highly recommend this place to anyone that is visiting this area. I couldn’t be any more pleased with this store and it is also has very beautiful wood work on the inside. I plan on visiting my brother about 3-4 times a year and I am happy to say that they now have a customer for life! Thank you to all the staff and friendly people that helped me out! Next trip is set for September 2021 and I hope the same people are working and can help me again! I hope the pre-rolls are still on point and burn slow!

First time there on my Solar Return weekend and everyone was super nice and informative. I ordered online which made the process smooth. I’ll definitely be retuning when I visit LA again!!
